Great S.Bux location! The staff is always friendly and helpful, coffee is made perfectly and quick, there's a place to tie up the pup outside on a little patio, and the inside is nice and spacious with plenty of seating. I don't go to Starbucks much, but I feel comfortable coming to this one!

Who cares? Bucks sucks. I can make a cup of daz bog at home in my Mr. Coffee with steamed half and half that blows any macchiato thing ma-bobber out of the water. I still don't get why people trade away their retirement savings over this slop.

Worst starbucks location EVER! Filthy and slow.

Great service and very comfortable seating. We spend the entire afternoon (3-9) there studying, and it worked treat for both of us. HOWEVER! The air conditioner seems to be out today. It got a little uncomfortable between 4:30 and 7. I hope they fix it soon because it's an excellent version of Starbucks otherwise.

Dan, the fabulous afternoon barista, took one look at me and saw I was not feeling up to snuff. After asking how sick I was feeling and if it felt like a cold, he recommended a steamed lemonade with mint tea and honey. It's not gonna cure my cold but it is gonna make me feel worlds better. Grand service and sweet health tips for a shockingly quiet atmosphere on DU's campus.

Ok, 7:45 AM and two people on duty?? took ten minutes to get to my order which was a Grande House Coffee. The barista didn't ask me if I needed room for cream & sugar, filled it to the top. what little space I had did not allow room enough for any cream & sugar. also the coffee taste burnt & stale. there is not enough cream and sugar in the world to mask this cup of awfulness. completely blow away by my experience. enough to vent on yelp which I never do!

Its clean, its close, its Starbucks. I used to love their coffee but somewhere in the last couple of years its gone downhill. There is no more artistry to the coffee either - the machines do all the work and the staff look one step up from McDonalds. Time to revamp the concept.

I can't believe that it took me so long to review this Starbucks location! It has been such a huge part of our life here in Denver since we moved from Seattle in 2008. In Seattle, my then boyfriend and I lived above a Starbucks in a mid-rise building near Lake Union. Needless to say, it was part of our daily routine. While I used to be a snob about coffee (an easy affectation to pick up in Seattle) and avoid Starbucks altogether, living above a shop changed everything. It became a fun thing to do any time we needed a little pick-me-up, and I adopted my own favorite drink, which none of the snobbier shops would attempt. A first year grad student homesick for Seattle in the fall of 2008, I started frequenting this Starbucks store with my (then) fiance, close to our DU area home. The employees soon learned our names, and our favorite drinks. They followed along with the stories of our lives as we planned our wedding, my fiance searched for a job, and I took classes for my master's degree. On our wedding day, we had the chauffeur drive to this Starbucks where we took pictures with the employees and ordered our favorite drinks (on the house, those sweet baristas!) My new husband and I continued to frequent this Starbucks during the first blissful year of our marriage. Several days before Christmas I was passing the store and I decided to go in. I had a pregnancy test in my purse and I thought, might as well...and it was positive! I ran out to tell the baristas, who of course have known my husband and I throughout our time in Denver, and they hugged me while we jumped up and down and squealed with excitement! What a moment. This is one of the last great coffee shops, where the people find it worthwhile to make connections with each other, have significant interactions, and make and enjoy great coffee. I recommend it to anyone!

Who doesn't like Starbucks? I know that there are some people that don't but, really, who can resist a pumpkin spice latte? I don't think I need to write anymore. If you want to try Starbucks, go to the nearest street corner and there should be one there for you. If not that corner, the next. Order a chai or pumpkin spice latte and taste the magic and experience the caffeine buzz. A tip, buy a gift card and keep refilling it, you get benefits and it acts like a debt card for Starbucks, a genius idea.

I looooove this Starbucks. I know it's not necessarily "cool" to love Starbucks, but damn I love this place. And when I say this place, I literally mean this particular Starbucks. Why? Let's see... 1) They remember me! Then again, I stop in here -almost- everyday, so I guess they would after a while. That being said, they're super friendly and always prompt. 2) The atmosphere- lots of tables, two comfy chairs, and free wifi. Yes, please. 3) Proximity - yeah, I basically live next door. That's convenient. Most importantly, they never make me feel rushed when I'm deciding what to order. They take time to ask about my day, and to double check that they're getting my order right. I've only had -maybe- 2 issues with them not getting my order correct, and both times it was because they were training new people. The music isn't too loud, either, which makes this a pretty great place to study. Even when I finally move out of my hellish apartment, I still plan on visiting this particular Starbucks!

There's a lot of things I like about this Starbucks: -Friendly staff -Spacious -Very cozy, with some big chairs to hang out and even some small sofas. -Good drinks, good music. The one snag I ran into...I could not connect to wifi! I came here with the express purpose of doing some online research out of the house and away from distractions. i couldn't find a wireless network named "Starbucks" or anything similar, so I just tried a few different ones. Here's the weird part-I could connect to one of the networks, named "Qwest" (how confusing is that?!) on my phone and I knew it was Starbucks, as it had a Starbucks log in page. When I tried on my laptop, I would consistently be brought to a Qwest page that looked like it was for Qwest customers, and not the Starbucks. Huh?! I tried probably five different times before I gave up and left. Shame Starbucks, because we had something going for a moment there. I'll stop in every now and then for a chai, but I won't be staying.

Became my regular place when I was staying with a friend!! Staff were friendly everyday and they let me stay as long as I wanted, no pressure to buy more once I had finished my drink!! Lovely location, fab atmosphere, great for people watching too!

This is a typical Starbucks with good service and decent location. I wanted to Yelp because I feel like hanging around this one more than others because it is a little bit quiet and spacious with fun modern furniture. The parking (and pulling into the lot through traffic) is a little awkward but always seems to work out OK. Watch out for the wall when you back out of your spot though!!! Nice vibe and nice staff.

This is a really nice and spacious location by the DU area. I love sitting by the windows when the sun is out. The staff is always friendly and there are plenty of seats so less of that cutthroat seat competition I kinda dislike some Starbucks locations for.

I have to give these guys a compliment about an adventure last night. My friend ordered a "tall" steamer and was given a kiddy size by accident. When I went in to get this corrected the gentleman immediately apologized and remade her drink as well as giving us coupons for our next drink on them. I prefer smaller coffee shops but by usual was closed near DU. They just made a nice experience there even nicer and they make a fantastic Chai Latte!
