I just started a new job in which I take Santa Fe Northbound to work everyday. I have recently started going to this Starbucks because it was convenient. I not only got fast service, but everyone that works there had such a positive attitude! Kindness and friendliness goes a LONG way in my book and they are all so nice. The service was prompt and quick, and they always get my order right. Thank you for being in such great spirits and making the start to my day that much better.

They are fast and friendly. Been through many times and I usually make it through in about 5 to 7 minutes, even when the line is long. Never had any issues with my orders.

This is by far the worst Starbucks in Denver. Someone went to get my coffee for me, and the barista assumed it needed 2 extra shots more "Since it was an afternoon coffee" I called to politely ask them to please not do that, that an order is an order, and I wasn't even halfway through explaining and the girl hung up on me. So I called back, and she hung up again. I did contact a district manager and she was very nice, said she'd handle the situation, even offered me a coupon, but I called not to get a free coffee out of it. I called because hanging up on customers in any situation is rude, especially if the person on the other end isn't even yelling or being hostile. By far the worst customer service here. I'd rather drive the extra 5 miles farther just to get treated nicer. Go to 16th Street, Much nicer and always great coffee.

This is a great Starbucks, drive up only but they are very fast and friendly. A great place to jump off the busy street and grab a calming beverage in the afternoon rush hour.

I have stopped going to this Starbucks. After the first time they messed up my order, I figured it was just a fluke. Then they messed it up again. I still decided to give them on more chance. No longer. I now go to a different Starbucks.
