I ordered a soy chai tea latte as I always do but today I was asked, " Would you like that hot or cold?" Since it's a hot summer day I opted for cold. For some reason I wasn't expecting ice in the beverage and I asked if it could be made without ice but still cold on future visits. The barista at the window said, "If you prefer no ice please let me take it out for you!" I smiled and told him not to worry about it, that I would dump a bit out, and next time I would adjust the order. He replied, "Really, it would be my pleasure to make this beverage just perfect for you. I insist!" I was impressed by his persistence and positive demeanor. The drink remake was perfect and he started my day off beautifully. This is an example of excellent service.

Stopped in for a spinach feta wrap and a Kind bar with a fresh cup of joe. Half dozen cute & friendly baristas with super fast service. Clean, consistent Starbucks quality, which is why I sought it out. It's about 4 miles from my hotel. Based on this visit, they'll be seeing me all week! Good job!!

This is the worst Starbucks I have EVER been to, and being a typical American, I visit a lot of Starbucks locations. They have never gotten an order right. Today, we watched drinks pile up while we sat at the drive up window for almost 10 minutes while our toddlers screamed their heads off. Nobody checked in with is, or even looked at us. We were finally acknowledged, and handed the wrong drinks twice. The window attendant proceeded to try to explain to another employee what happened while we continued to sit and wait. Turns out, our drinks had been sitting there, getting cold. It was utterly ridiculous. We'll be going to Boyer's instead, since that's the next closest coffee place to us.

This is an ok place to get your morning fix. Just make sure they give you the right drink or that they are not moving so fast that they spill it when handing out the window. I have gone there a few times and have had problems with both of the issues I stated.

Slowest....Starbucks....ever! I am never out of this place in less than 15 minutes, even if I order a simple drink! I prefer to go inside rather than through the drive through as that typically is more efficient at most locations, but at this location they seem to prioritize making drinks for the drive through customers and leave the in store customers waiting. I skip this location now.

When I moved to the area I was quite pleased to find that there was a drive through Starbucks just up the road from me... and I was even more delighted to find a group of competent and courteous baristas! I pretty much order the same thing and over time the crew here has come to know my drink, which I appreciate and I almost always get it right. When there have been mistakes, they have been corrected with professionalism and attention to detail and it's never been a real problem. Once there was even a barista who made the order (she wasn't the one who took the order over the speaker) and saw it was me and was like, "Oh, they said milk and you get half and half, let me fix that." before she handed me the cup and corrected my order so that I didn't even have to complain :) I've been known to order my drink and then be "that person" sitting in the parking lot and using the internet and during these times I've never been bothered (as I have at *some* locations!!!) and refills were still allowed when I walked back in. When there was a string of robberies in the area one night, the baristas on duty even came out to warn me and tell me that I should probably pack up because it may not be safe. That's not to say the location isn't safe, it really is... but because of the unusual circumstances, I really appreciated the heads up. I mean, they didn't have to do that. They could have just locked the doors and waited for their police escort. but no, they came out, let me know. The crew here really takes care of me and my coffee... they rock!
