I know Starbucks is Starbucks, but kudos to the staff here! I came in to redeem a birthday reward, and only ordered a grande coffee and the barista suggested that I use my freebie on something more expensive! It's nothing major, but sometimes it's the little things that count!

Normally any Bux serving decent coffee with a drive-thru is an automatic 4-star minimum from me. However, having been to this one a couple times now, they continue to irritate me. The coffee is fine, but the inside service is problematic. They serve approximately 5 cars for every 1 inside customer (based on my informal estimation). Also, when one customer is tying up the open register (don't ask), they seem extremely reluctant to open up the second register (despite appearing to have sufficient staffing to do so). In fact, I cannot recall ever seeing the second register being utilized.

A Starbucks drive thru wins me over every time. The lazy side of me is happy when I can stay in may car and still receive my delicious cup of coffee. And lets be honest, it's going to get freezing soon and staying in my warm car will have it's advantages. If you're heading towards I-25 the drive thru is very convenient. I can see how this parking lot and entrance/exit leave a lot to be desired. Let's be honest, all us addicts will deal with these hurdles if we can get a cup of coffee in the end. My drink was delicious as it should be, and service was quick. My gold card has one more star and I have a beverage in my hand. A girl doesn't need anything more.

I have never been so disrespected by a disgruntled Starbucks employee as I was today at this location. I get the same coffee everyday for the same price and don't need to be talked down to by a minimum wage barista. I will no longer go to this location and will be filing a formal complaint with corporate. I'll do this only because after explaining twice, I still revived the wrong coffee. Boo!!!!!

I have a hate-hate relationship with this Starbucks. The only reason to use this location for your coffee addiction is for the drive-thru. And that's the problem. First, one has to know how to access the drive-thru. One would think that it would be obvious since it's on freakin' Colorado Blvd., the busiest street in the state but noooooo, it is not at all obvious. The entrance of the drive-thru is found off Arizona Ave. and NOT Colorado Blvd. Duh. If you are going SB on Colorado, you make a right on to Arizona and then an immediate left as if you were going into the Wahoo's parking lot to enter the drive-thru. If you are going NB on Colorado Blvd, you are screwed and should just find another location to get your coffee. Seriously. There is no way in hell that you are going to be able to make a safe left turn onto Arizona. If you insist on doing so you are on your own. Have your insurance agent's phone number handy, you'll need it. Once you manage to find the drive-thru the fun is not yet over, not by a long espresso shot. Hopefully you are not attempting to get coffee between 6:50AM and 8:40AM because the drive-thru is backed up all the way to the street so you must wait until the slowly moving line of cars advances for you to take your place in line. If you courteously use your left turn signal to let people behind you know that you want to turn you will be honked at and verbally assaulted by self-absorbed luxury car driving a$$holes. Your heart beat now sufficiently raised, you begin to wonder if you even need coffee. The timid and easily bullied will move on and not wait to make that left turn, but not you, because you have coffee obsessive disorder (identified in DSM-5) and are as obstinate as the person behind you who ceaselessly continues to honk and curse. Because of your coffee dependency you have now backed up Arizona Ave. all the way to Colorado Blvd. telling yourself the whole time that it's not your fault. Did I mention that the McDee's drive-thru empties out right onto Arizona Ave. too? Oh yeah, you'll also be blocking their exit on to Arizona. You have no choice however because you've made the commitment to that left turn. It is not as easy to ignore the epithets being spewed from the McDee's person since they are facing you, but you do, determined to get your coffee fix. Pro tip: a ball cap and dark shades facilitates this process. The coffee is exactly the same as at any other Starbucks.

I stopped by here one day because it was the only drive-thru location I could find on my way back to work after running some errands. Seems nice enough, I got through the drive-thru pretty fast and the people at the window were friendly. One note though, don't turn into the parking lot expecting to get into the drive through. If you're going towards I-25, you have to turn right on the street in front of it to get to the drive-thru.

Pretty much the only Starbucks that cannot make my drink right. Either they are constantly training people or they are incompetent.

I love starbucks but This One is slowest in the city. . Always obnoxiously busy at all morning hours whether its 7am or 9am....with cars in line down a residential street. Expect to wait in drive thru for a good ten minutes at best. I recommend fast service or another coffee shop. subway down the street serves seattles best for cheaper and no wait. also, daz bog is much faster.

Closest Starbucks with a drive thru to work, meaning it gets plenty of business from me. If you get there after 7 said drive thru has a massive line but the very competent and friendly crew working there do a good job of keeping it moving. Good pastries too.

This is my neighborhood Starbucks. It isn't all that different from any other. However, the employees here are fun, interesting and very friendly. Strike up a conversation at the counter and make a new friend.

Pretty standard Starbucks. Seems almost overstaffed. A lot of standing around chatting.

This Starbucks messes up orders more than any other Starbucks!!! I am a very loyal Starbucks Gold Card member and started using this Starbucks very frequently when I started a job nearby. I have never had more wrong orders! Seven times in the past few months, I have been given the completely wrong drink in the drive thru or the drink was made wrong (e.g., Vanilla latte with NO vanilla). They are usually crazy busy with a huge line in the drive thru in the AM so when you realize the drink is wrong after you pull away, it is not at all easy to go back. You have to go all the way around the block and then try to get in the parking lot. The design of the parking lot is horrendous and you have to pull in front of the drive thru oncoming traffic to park. I now have to check my coffee before pulling away, but twice when I got drinks for friends the order was WRONG! Do not go to this location unless you are able to check your drink before leaving! Don't bother buying drinks for others you can't check. The sad part is they have tons of customers bc they are the only Starbucks drive thru around, so their poor accuracy doesn't impact their bottom line. I have gotten replacement drinks before but they were NOT very friendly about making it right! Worst Starbucks ever.

This is my go to stop on the way to work. I work nights, so I appreciate there is a drive through open at 6pm. The line, at the time I go, is never long. The staff is always super sweet. This is an efficent Starbucks that I recommend to those on the road and are in need of a quick joe fix.

New to CO. This is the fastest drive-thru I have been to at a Starbucks. We get in and out of the line quick and easy for our daily fix.

Great place for meetings...But wifi is unpredictable. I come here weekly for regular meetings. The newly remodeled interior has ample room to meet and work - hooray! Outside patio has the same. Staff are usually friendly and helpful, but it's freezing cold in the summertime, and the wifi is painfully (and recently) slow. Come with extra time and a blanket.

+ Outdoor seating + Drive-thru (if that's your thing) - Cramped and difficult-to-find seating inside - Limited parking

Heading to I-25? Grab and Go - they have a drive-thru! Watch out in the parking lot though as it gets a bit wonky with pedestrian, drive-thru and parking lot traffic.

This is my go-to Starbucks when I'm heading South to see family. The entrance to the drive through can get a little awkward when it's busy, but the service and the product is business as usual for Starbucks.
