S L O W ! That's the best way to describe service in this place. Like others who have written a review of this location, I only stop here when I didn't have time to stop at my go-to Starbucks and if there is actual parking at the site (parking is HORRENDOUS here). Once inside the location, it's a run-of-the-mill Starbucks, so knock against them there. I've found that the baristas are not very friendly--I often have to pull a greeting out of them at the register, and forget talking to the one making your drink! It takes forever for an acknowledgment while waiting at the register for your order to be taken. I do have to say that the quality of the coffee drinks made is still the same yummy as in other places I've been, so that's worth something. I've been to plenty of Starbucks in Colorado since it's my addiction of choice, and I can say that this one rates as one of the lowest as far as customer service is concerned. Unfortunately, I will continue to visit this 'Bucks on occasion, because that's what addicted people will do: we will endure crappy service to get our fix. With this place being so close to the hospital and getting so much traffic, it may do them some good to work on their customer service some.

FANTASTIC Stabucks! The baristas are super friendly and if they mess up your order, it gets fixed or you get a card for a freebie. It's got a great atmosphere and is super convenient to our apartment. (In fact, it's one of the reasons we stay where we're at and don't move elsewhere.) The only real complain I have is that their wi-fi is wonky at best, and downright unusable at worst. I haven't found the parking to be an issue, but then I live a block away...

This location didn't come up on my usual search. Anybody else notice that? I got a large salty caramel something a rather that was waay good. And a pound of DARK espresso beans. Glad to see an actual POUND bag of beans) This shop is small and was very busy with friendly efficient service. You all know about lack of parking, I can walk over from home. Still looking for a Starbucks alternative for a Caramel Macchiato, anybody?

this time the coffee was good but I had to repeat my order to the guy at the counter 3 times "venti pikes roast" This Starbucks is not as bad as i make it seem though.

Five stars because I was hung over and needed to have a pumpkin spice latte on the first day...and I needed it NOW. Dear super cute barista girl with bright orange hair - keep making perfect lattes and being super cute. I almost winked at you, but my hungover eyes wouldn't have worked and I would have looked odd. Hurray!

This is a Starbucks location I try to avoid mostly because the employees are so unpleasant. They are always moody, and give you major attitude if they make your drink incorrectly. My drink was made incorrectly today, and I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before deciding to just leave and drink what they decided I should have today. Try another location whenever possible.

Counter girl kept her back turned after I came in. After I asked about a certain coffee and if they had it in stock she replied "if we have it, it would be over there." as she pointed to a display shelf. I told her I had looked there but maybe they had some in the back or I was missing it ? Again she rudely said "if we have it - it would be over there". Too snotty & too lazy to help a customer out. Nice work Starbucks.

This store is great with barisitas like Aric, and Store Manager like Mayli who make it such a warm, comfortable environment that is always clean and friendly! They work really hard during the rushes and people just have to wait a second to get that hand-crafted drink. Go Mayli! Keep up the good work, I hope the higher-ups know what a ROCK STAR you are!

First of all the store was not that clean. The floors were very dirty. The barista was not pleasant. She barely spoke to us. Then she didn't even fill my drink to the top and I asked for soy milk to be added and she hardly put any in. I had to go back and ask for extra soy just to fill my drink up to the top. I typically really like Starbucks but this Starbucks is less than par.

Dig this location if I'm looking to just stop in and get something to drink but can't see myself loafing around here for more than 10 mins. The store is cold-decor and temperature wise. Plus it has a lack of comfy seating, far less than other Bucks locations. Staff is friendly but something is off......maybe it's too hipster for me? Who knows. If you can find parking, it's just another Starbucks to stop by with helluva good people watching.

Starbucks, you make a strong coffee. I'm not a huge fan of going out for coffee, but when I do, this location is on my way to almost anywhere. The service has been consistent, the drinks spot on and the refurbished building it sits in is more unique than other SB locations. Once interesting customer service issue - when I asked about WiFi, the counter clerk acted like I just threw her pet iguana off a bridge and it landed on her boyfriend. I'm sorry if the company you work for has put you in a tough spot, but deal with it. It completely marred my experience there to be treated poorly for asking a simple question.

This Starbucks is at a busy intersection on Colorado Blvd. It is just another Starbucks to me. The baristas are always friendly and always make my coffee to my satisfaction. I just wish Starbucks would stop being so chintzy on their wifi.

This Starbucks is waaaaaaaay to convenient for me to swing by on my way to work! Luckily for me 75% of the time there isn't a parking spot so I don't stop. However when I do find a spot or have the time I swing in for my morning coffee. Probably one of my favorite locations in the Denver area. The baristas are always friendly and the wait for my drinks is never long. While I don't think it would be my first choice for places to go chat/hang out/work I enjoy swinging in for my morning cup of coffee!
