Had a really nice experience at thie Starbucks this morning. It's a new location, so not many have found it yet. Service was so fast, I barely had time to notice much about the place. No line in the Drive-Thru (at 6:30 a.m.), placed my order quickly, pulled to the window and handed my payment, 10 seconds later, he handed me my latte. All with a very pleasant smile. Off I went! I think this was the fastest trip to Starbucks I've ever experienced! Oh, and the Tea latte (that I've struggled with at another location) was perfect!

Not the most convenient Starbucks I've been to but it's close proximity to the highway makes it helpful and the staff is really friendly.

Hooray, another Starbucks review. No, I don't work for them and no I don't get money for them for every review of their establishment that I do. I just love their coffee and the staff in every one I've ever been to is super friendly. I like their business model, sue me. That said, it's Starbucks, their coffee is delicious, and I'm an addict. If you don't go to this one, go to one of the other 34232342 locations in the area.

This is my go-to Starbucks location. Mainly because it is so close to my house and I pass it en route to work everyday. The drive thru seems to be a bit slower than other locations around town, but the friendly people at the window seem to make up for it. Delicious coffee and nice people? Why not!

I hope today was a fluke- a bad one for this Starbucks. Because if not, I'll tell everyone, their service simply sucks. We waited forever the drive thu line, so long both our latte and iced coffee were made completely wrong at 8am i need coffee so don't screw it up i can go anywhere else for caffeine in my cup. A wasted six bucks Thanks Starbucks.

I've been to this starbucks about 5-6 times. A few thru the drive thru and a few inside. Every time as been smooth sailing. Orders are fast and correct. Staff is always friendly. Why only 4 stars you may ask.. cause its still starbucks. ha.

This used to be one of my favorite SB's b/c it has a drive through and and has quick service, however, they are the only place that charges for soy now. $0.60 more for a splash of soy?!? I might as well just get plain ol milk, but milk makes ma tummy hurt. It's not the $0.60 that bugs me, it's the non-consistent manner I am charged - meaning, some days they charge me (I always ask now) and some days they don't. I will stop going there altogether after today. I was given the "oh, our prices went up like 4 months ago, but I'm new, so I don't know." If you don't know go ask! Anyhow, besides that, the location is great, right off Colo & 40th, drive through and next to Carl's Jr. if you want breakfast other than what SB's has to offer. The parking lot is a puzzle and they're always packed. There's another location 5 min away that I'll be heading to from now on that doesn't charge me for a splash of soy. Really people, I am not that picky, I just drink soy.

I am a fan of this particular Starbucks. Okay, here's the deal: There is a perfectly 99% wonderful Starbucks in the lobby of my office building Downtown (17th & Glenarm). I'm an official "reg" there, and not because all the baristas not only know my name, but spell it correctly. I'm a "reg" there because they do my breakfast five mornings per week. That comes to approximately 15% of my life's meals. HOWEVER, (and this is not a negative review of that store) that particular Starbucks is owned by the attached Grand Hyatt Hotel, and the Grand Hyatt Hotel is a D!CK because they won't allow Starbucks to redeem gold card rewards. But, since they graciously accept my money five days per week, they allow me to earn said rewards. So, what's a Slow-Roasted Ham & Swiss Breakfast Sandwich-addicted girl to do? Well, said girl patiently (or not so) allows two or three rewards to accumulate in her gold card, being very careful to juggle the earning of #3 before #1 expires (rarely happens) and swings by the Starbucks drive-thru at Colorado Blvd & 40th to redeem. I will admit to strange looks and/or questions when I ask for three frozen, not-heated sandwiches, but the baristas always happily oblige and send me on my way. I love a drive-thru option whenever possible, since it doesn't require that I apply makeup or wear pants. But I will confess to a brief moment of claustrophobic panic when I swing into the drive-thru lane here, as it's one of those "no-mind-changey" deals. Once you're in, you can't decide that the wait for your Super Grande Half-Caf Quadruple Espressinoso Light Cream Half-Soy Nonfat Organic Caramel Vanilla Iced Double-Shot deal is less important than your need to pee. When you're in, you're in for the long haul, but the folks at this shop are speedy, warm, accommodating and accurate. I recommend!

I have been a customer of this store almost daily for 3 years, I work very close and like to get away from the office on occasion. I will never return to this location after a very rude experience on Monday April 6th 2015 with both the clerk and the Supervisor I will be going to the Store in Northfield Stapleton in the future. You would think with all the construction on Colorado the staff would be a bit more considerate. Making change for a 20.00 should never cost a business a loyal customer.

I've never stepped foot inside this Starbucks and thats alright with me. The reason because their drive through has treated me so well every time I go. Seriously, I've never had anyone in front of me but I know this gravy train is going to end soon and I'm going to get "that person" in front of me who is ordering four or five drinks while I just want one single, easy drink. Employees are super friendly, perky and always up for conversation so not only do I get a pick me up in liquid form, I get it via conversation as well. Love this location!
