There are Starbucks seemingly ever 10 feet or so, right? So why should you keep going to the same one every day? Answer: the staff. If it's a rough morning and it was hard to get out of bed, I'll stop in here on my way to work for a latte and a donut (have you had their donuts? Freakin' amazing!) It's your standard Starbucks fare, but it's never crowded (maybe because it's a little more off the beaten path?) so you're in and out super quick. The staff really makes this place though-they are ALWAYS smiling, happy to see you, and so proficient. They make me feel welcome each time I stop in and start my day off a little better. Next time you're in the area and need Starbucks, go here-they deserve your business (and your tips!)

Nasty. Gave me a really bad stomacb ach.. I got the carmel mocciato. I paid 7$ for this drink And WAS NOT HAPPT ABOUT IT AT ALL. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK TO STARBUCKS. Unless the drinks are FREE. Its not worth 7$

We stopped in for a quick drink to go, so I can't comment too much. Our baristas were friendly and quick (which is already saying a lot for 'bucks). Parking was a little odd -- the entrance seemed slightly suicidal for both cars and drivers.

I visit this Star Bucks several times a week and have always been greeted by very happy / helpful employees. But on Thursday of this week I had one employee go above and beyond to help me. I made a purchase with my company credit card earlier in the week on Tuesday and unfortunately lost the receipt. When I visited the Star Bucks again, I just happened to mention that I had lost my receipt from my earlier purchase. The Star Bucks employee automatically offered to reprint my receipt. Unfortunately, since it was more then 24 hours she was unable to reprint it, so instead she gave me a hand written receipt that included the transaction # , what was ordered, receipt # and date. This was a huge help since I must turn in all of my company credit card receipts weekly. I would highly recommend this Star Bucks to anyone!

This Starbucks is conveniently located, provides consistent quality, and has a drive-thru. It is hard to ask for more than than in a 'Bucks. It can get busy, but the line moves fairly quickly. Perhaps the most challenging aspect of this location can be getting off of, or back onto, Hampden. Yes, there is a light, but the traffic can really back up and it is difficult to move across the lanes where traffic is heavy. Yet, I am very glad that this particular 'Bucks is located in this area.

They are better during the day than at night. The night crew enjoys flirting and chatting with each other and mopping the floor while customers are in the store. The last time my husband was here they blocked the door with the gross mop bucket and mopped his foot. Wait until the customers leave! No complaints about the morning crew.

It's a nice Starbucks, and they have drive-through. The baristas are great. My one complaint is that there just isn't enough parking, and if you drive in and find there isn't any parking, getting out can be a challenge. (Apparently they lost a portion of their parking lot due to construction, so hopefully things will change in the not-too-far-off future.) Other than that, this place has comfy chairs, a lot of tables, and a great vibe overall. I like it, except for the current parking situation, but there's always drive-through.

this place is the perfect pit stop on my way to the office. it's a starbucks, so it's busy... but not crazy-stand-in-line-so-long-you-forget-what-you-wanted-to-order crazy. big fan of the turkey bacon egg white english muffin and their egg salad sandwiches!
