Diabetics at Pizza Hut

Pizza is neither a great meal nor the worst for diabetes. All you need is some fact check and monitoring while ordering your pizza. Diabetics can opt for thin crust or skinny pizza at Pizza Hut and avoid the cheese topping to cut down on the excess fat and sodium. If you have diabetes, then ensure to check your portion size when you order a pizza. One or max. two slices are enough. You can also avoid meat if possible and go for wings as a meat option.

Foods to Avoid at Pizza Hut for Diabetics:

You must avoid Meat Lovers Pizza with Original Pan Crust as it contains over 1000mg sodium and will add 470 calories in your meal. You should also skip Super Supreme Pizza Large Original Pan Slice which is too high in sodium and fat. Chicken wings are often tempting but you must control and restrict yourself from ordering Traditional Honey BBQ Bone-in Wings as it can add up to your sugar levels if you eat too many. On average, a person orders or consumes six chicken wings pieces in a day.

Sides must be avoided at all costs especially if it's Bacon Cheddar Fries with Ranch Dipping Cup for its high sodium content. You must also avoid New York Style Cheesecake with Applesauce as dessert as one slice of this dessert item contains 86g sugar. Pizza Hut also offers other Italian dishes such as Pasta. However, you must skip Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Meatballs and Garlic Bread as it is too high in sodium and sugar.

High Cholesterol at Pizza Hut

Whether large, medium or small, a pizza can boost your cholesterol levels instantly. You shouldn't eat more than one slice of any pizza your order at Pizza Hut. If you're concerned with your high cholesterol, then it is wise to take your friends to Pizza Hut and share pizza among them slice by slice. You can also try pasta at Pizza Hut but ensure that you are not adding any dressing or extra cheese as you order pasta.

I would literally give it 0 stars if at all possible. I ordered online on a Sunday night at 6pm. Over an hour later, my two medium pizzas arrive. First, the order is wrong. Frustrating but it's pizza, we will survive. Second, the pizza isn't cut. Third, I can't say for sure if these pizzas were left over from the day and just were thrown in a delivery car or if they sincerely made these pizzas per my order and left them outside but they were cold. Like not just cold. They have been cold for a while. I wish I had read reviews on here before we spontaneously thought to just order pizza for dinner. Neither were eaten, money was wasted, and Pizza Hut basically responded with a "thank you for your input" comment. It's disappointing to see how these places are ran and the food that they are allowing to leave their restaurant.

So an update, I have not gone back to this location and I feel great. I am glad to drive to the next closest location to get one of my favorite pizzas (meat-lovers) from Pizza Hut, just not going to give my business to this location.

I don't get Pizza Hut much, but when I do it's because of a strong craving that can't be ignored. You know, that voice that says, "I know you feel like you shouldn't eat this, because it's not great for you, but you know it's tasty..." And sometimes I can't help but give in. The few times I've eaten here, it's been very hit and miss. The first time, it was very blah. Didn't taste like much, was a little cold, just not very good. Recently I had some again and though it was pretty tasty. Prices are pretty reasonable for a chain pizza joint. I will give them this-service is great. I order online, so I can't say how the phone service is. But when I come in to carry out my pizza, it's always ready and they show me the pizza to make sure it looks OK, plus offer up plates, parmesan cheese/pepper, and napkins. If you live in the area and are looking for pizza, it's not a bad choice. The food is hit or miss, but the service is always good.

Made an account just to review this place. So my experience is based off of a carry-out order. I went to this pizza hut tonight and had to wait an extra 30 minutes for my order be ready (30 minutes after the email notification said it would be ready). After waiting 30 minutes, I got home only to realize that it was completely uncooked. I guess I should've realized when I was there because the 'fresh out of the oven' box that I had waited for wasn't even warm. Had to throw everything in my oven and it still tasted really off.

Every time I am here they are super friendly and go out of their way and courteous. They are generous with their silverwares, sauces, crush pepper, parmesans cheese. I will def will be back. Nowadays it's hard to find friendly great service. I'm always happy with the service and food here. Bonnie is the best manager ever. She's so professional and strife for customers to be happy and satisfied.

If you're in the mood for pizza hut pizza, I would recommend driving from wherever you are to go to this location. I've tried several other Pizza Hut locations in the Denver area, and this location is the cleanest, has good customer service, and they prepare the food well.

Often go to these restaurants - very good choice and service and staff always very accommodating and pleasant when we have a toddler with us, nearly always packed at lunchtime

I rarely find it necessary to write reviews for national chain restaurants, but this place is a hot mess. Over the past 6 months I've given this place 3 chances to make good after my first disastrous experience. Twice I ordered food for delivery several months ago on either rainy or snowy days and in both cases my delivered order was wrong. And yes, I'm that lazy that I ordered delivery from a block and half away. The past two times, the last being weekend before last, I have placed an order online that was to be ready in 15 minutes for pick-up. In both cases, they did not put my order in the oven until I showed up at the specified pickup time, resulting in me waiting for 10-15 minutes for my order to be ready. And in those instances, the staff was not only unapologetic, they didn't even acknowledge that anything had gone awry.

This place should be ashamed to carry the Pizza Hut banner. I've had a couple of bad experiences at this location, but like a fool, I tried again last night after hearing about their new types of pizza. I ordered at 10:45pm, "The Meatbrawler" which includes meatballs, onions, diced tomatoes, with a flavored crust. When the pizza arrived at a couple of minutes to midnight, it was cold, missing onions/tomatoes/flavored crust. I called the store to let them know, but the fist time no one answered -- I was just left on hold. So I dialed back a second time and calmly stated my problem and the girl hung up on me! I called back and waited on hold nearly 10 minutes and I heard someone pick up the phone and hang up on me again without saying anything.. I called back one more time, finally, the same girl asked me if I wanted a 'credit' and I told her I simply wanted someone to be sorry for their terrible slopped together pizza that I waited well over a hour for! She hung up on me again. I haven't experienced such bad customer service in my life. I don't want a credit, I don't want another pie, I simply want them to stop screwing people over! Also, I think I'm more than entitled to a cash refund. Screw you, Pizza Hut -- I won't be fooled again, ever. No gimmick or advertising campaign will get me back, which is a shame because y'all used to know how to make a half way decent pizza.

Ordered a cheese pizza and breadsticks and got the order confirmation via email. It was 7:50 when I placed the order, I called an hour later at 8:50 to see how much longer it was going to be. The girl on the phone didn't know what she was doing, so after waiting 10 minutes for an answer I was told that my order was voided...when I asked why she said "we ran out of product" and that "we should have received a call to let us know" I never got the call..I ordered a pizza...from a pizza place..please tell me again how you ran out of product to make a cheese pizza..?

Horrible place of business! This store doesn't deserve 1 star. Very incompetent employees and management. I waited for my order for over two hours and the manager on duty kept telling me the driver is on their way. (Which turns out it was a lie). After two hours the manager called and said that the driver will not be coming with my order because I am outside of their delivery area even though I have order from this store before. I ordered online and the Pizza Hut website told me to use this horrible store. I asked the manager if she was stupid she said "Maybe". Obviously they need new management since their current management think they are not that bright about them self's. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut ever again, since customer service is their least priority. I really hope someone from that company will read this review and maybe hire some semi-smart individuals at the 4085 E Mississippi Ave store.

Everyone at this location has always been so nice to me. I might have had to wait for a few minutes to pickup my order because they're on the phone taking orders, but they are always kind when they help me. They show me my order and always ask if I need extra condiments, and the food is usually right out of the oven. When they recently just announced their $10 meal deal, they were out of a lot of ingredients to make it because the announcement was so sudden, but they worked with me and ended up upgrading my order because of it.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
