I have been to this Panera's several times. The service is fairly fast and the food is very good. I have eaten the Black Bean soup and the low-fat Vegetarian Garden soup. Both are vegetarian and very flavorful. The vegetarian soup is also low in calories if you want to save some for a treat from the bakery. The soup comes with a freshly baked bagette slice that is moist inside and has a crispy, chewy crust. The Greek salad is okay. Chopped romaine lettuce, some red onion rings, a few tomato chunks, a decent amount of feta cheese and some kalamata olives with whole pepperoncini. The dressing was supposed to be Greek, but it tasted like spicy Italian to me. The Mediterranean Veggie sandwich was very good. Cucumbers, lettuce, feta cheese, onions and tomatoes on chewy Tomato Basil bread with cilantro hummus. I really liked the sandwich, but I am allergic to cilantro and I did not notice it when I ordered or I would have told them to leave it off. I had to scrape off the hummus (which would have been fine without the cilantro.) I couldn't get all of the tiny little bits of cilantro off though so I was slightly nauseous for the rest of the day. Why do people spoil perfectly good food by throwing cilantro in it or on it? The panini's are grilled on ciabbata bread and the ones I have had are very good. I love portabella mushrooms and I used to eat the Portabella Mushroom and Mozzarella panini. Sadly it has been taken off the menu :( However, it has been replaced with a Tomato Basil Mozzarella panini. It is made with sun-dried tomatoes in a rather oily pesto that gives the panini a subtle hint of pizza flavor. YUM! I also love the spinach & artichoke egg souflles they sell for breakfast. They are like little mini quiches but you have to get them early before they are all sold out. My only complaint is that there are no flavored teas or lemonade available on the beverage menu and no soy milk option for the lattes. However, despite the beverage deficiencies, Panera's is still one of my favorite places for breakfast or lunch.

I like their Pick 2 option. You can choose two half portions to try things off the menu. Just had the Lemon Chicken Orzo soup with the Mediterranean Chicken salad. It was a great combo. Try to avoid this location between 12-1p as you get the DTC lunch rush. 1130a is good time, it's quiet and not very busy. The Garden Vegetable soup is my personal favorite off the menu

They should fire management. One of the manager, I believe his name was Matt, coughed in my food as he was preparing it. He thought I didn't notice. I saw small drops of spit from his saliva on my plate. I complained and they didn't do anything. So, I threw the food out and left. PLEASE DON'T GO THERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN. I hated telling my kids that no one should have spit in their food. This is something that should never happen. I really hope that he never works there again.

Panera Bread is a consistent performer when it comes to fresh baked breads and pastries. It also is excellent for a quick, balanced and filling meal. I usually opt for the 1/2 salad & 1/2 sandwich combo. A soup may be substituted for ether of the mains as well. Free Wifi is available with the proviso that it may be limited during lunch hours. Owing to its DTC local, this Panera is often busy and bustling. Stopping in during dinner yields a more low key setting.

Tucked away in a hidden gem of a plaza, this location is usually very busy. With that said, the staff does a very good job of working efficiently, staying chipper and keeping the place clean.

This place is a Panera. Perhaps you've seen them on nearly every street corner across America. Which means I think they are a chain. The food is what you can expect from a Panera. I like the turkey sandwich on sour dough and at this location it arrived just as I had ordered it seven years ago in Wheaton, Illinois. And five years ago in Saint Louis, Missouri. It's the anti-chocolate box of sandwich places: you always know what you're going to get. As for this location SPECIFICALLY, it is clean and surprisingly decorated like all other Paneras. The staff is polite and my food came out more quickly than eight years ago when I got the same sandwich in Seattle, Washington. There is, however, the added awesome benefit of all the white collar folks from DTC coming in between 11:30 - 1:30 to regale me with the latest fashions straight out of J Crew. That is always rad. It's good. It's Panera.

Just ate the egg and turkey bowl off the hidden menu. OMG! It was amazing and so filling I'm so glad I got that instead of a sandwich!

I really like Panera, and visit one wherever I am at when I can. The bread and pastries are good, and I like the iced tea. Good sandwiches too.

I came to this location yesterday with my husband and two year old son. I ordered the kids grilled cheese for him. In spite of the fact that there was only one person in the food prep area, our food came up shockingly fast. In fact, before we could pay and gather our cups and proceed to the drink station he called our name. The rest of the food was okay (although my order had onions when I requested no onions and my chicken salad had no chicken). Most disappointingly, it appeared that my son's grilled cheese sandwich had been pre-grilled at some point well before our arrival and microwaved. The telltale signs were how extraordinarily hot it was at the very center and the inedible hardness that bread tends to have at the edges when microwaved. Everyone knows that bread can't be microwaved. How hard would it be to heat it up on a panini grill? It takes me about five minutes to make a fresh grilled cheese sandwich at home on my stove. I'm just shocked that Panera would charge such prices for a microwaved, dried up sandwich that was mostly inedible. My two year old said it best when he refused to eat the sandwich..."Gross, Mama!"

As my Yelp profile doesn't hide, I have no sense of direction. I ended up at this Panera location because I made a wrong turn out of the business park that I work in. And I'm really glad that I did! Going to the other location near my work makes me uneasy. It's crowded with mommies and children in tow. As a working professional, I prefer this Panera location. There are other working folks that are trying to get in and out efficiently, as well. I could see the parking for this location becoming a challenge. I was lucky to nab the last free one. However, I suspect that there's good turnover in this parking lot, so I'm hopeful this doesn't prove to be a real issue. I ordered from Panera's Hidden Menu, which is only online. I found out about the Hidden Menu because I wanted to see if anything would fit in my calorie budget for the day and there's a link the menu it from the nutrition site ( paneranutrition.com ). My cashier Madison inquired how I found out about the Hidden Menu item and kindly asked me to fill out the survey from the link on the receipt. I did so willingly because she asked so nicely, and as a marketer by profession, I would want to know the source, too! I had the Power Mediterranean Chicken Salad. For 360 calories including the evoo dressing, it's really tasty! It's peppery (from the seasoning on the chicken), acidic (from the lemon) and savory (from the little bit of bacon that I didn't detect visually, but it was in there somewhere). It really doesn't need anything more than half a packet of of the olive oil for dressing. Bravo! I'll order this salad again sometime soon. There's also a Power Turkey Salad that I'll probably try as well. It doesn't hurt that Panera has a loyalty rewards program, either. I like that my phone number is enough information for them to pull me up because I can't stand carrying around extra cards. This was a good lunch excursion that I hope to repeat soon!

Bad service. I love panera but this was very disapointing. They were out of many menu items and even salad dressings. They did not pay attention to details , for example they forgot my husbands brownie entirely. That was after they overcharged us for the brownie. They then told us they were out of baguettes. Exactly how does Panera "BREAD" run out of bread? As I am writing this review I am overhearing another customer complaining and asking for her money back. Looks like they aren't having a very good night.

I have days where I don't know what to eat yet want to get some free wi fi. And on those days there is Panera. I stopped here around Friday right before the lunch rush. As most of the Panera's I've been to, employees are super friendly and they have the standard menu along with calorie content (a big THANK YOU for that!) The only weird thing about this location is that they dont give you buzzers for when you're food is ready like every other Panera I've been to. So best to hang around the pick up area in case you can't hear them call your name.

As a general rule, I like Panera... But, the other day, I was given a dirty mug for my coffee. So, I asked for a clean mug. The great genius behind the counter said, "All the cups are dirty, She put another couple of mugs on the counter to prove it. Let's see... we're supposed to pay $2 - plus tax - for coffee in a dirty cup? Thank you for reminding me why my bumper sticker says, "Proud Parent. My kids don't go to government schools." Yeah, I know, picky. picky, picky.

I really like the sandwiches at Panera Bread which keeps me coming back. The Bacon-Turkey Bravo, Sierra Turkey (with Chipotle sauce), and Chipotle Chicken are my favorites. Sometimes I ask for the sandwich to be made on the tomato basil bread. It takes a few extra minutes (not sure why) but I love that bread. The sandwiches are not real big though for $7, and the sides - an apple or small bag of chips are nothing to get excited about. They also must have jettisoned the free pickle on the side which is a bummer. But they forget to include it half the time anyways. This location of Panera is just north of Belleview in the Tech Center. It seems to be well managed since there's always a good sized staff behind the counter and they keep the coffee pots filled and hot. One drawback is that it is sometimes busy and the tables are not clean-up fast enough. There is some outdoor seating for summertime. The tiny parking lot, shared with Q-Doba and Darcy's, is way too small though. But I'll give this Panera 4 stars.

Disclaimer: The basis of this review is Panera's cinnamon crunch bagel and the bagel only. I've never actually had a full-on lunch here, nor do I care to. I'd love to wake up every morning to a breakfast of one of these, but the crunchy cinnamon topping is probably bad for you. It reaches it's way through the nooks and crannies of the bagel giving a hearty dose of cinnamon flavor in every bite. The counter people here are very professional and quick. They give you the cream cheese on the side...I see this as a benefit, because my bagel is still crunchy by the time I get to my desk and slather the cream cheese on. This location is also very clean and their coffee is better than my work coffee (not saying much, but should still count for something). The coffee station is also fully stocked and well organized.

This is tough. I don't like the sandwiches at Panera at all. They are too small and too many times have I asked for them to alter the sandwich and had them tell me it was pre-made and therefore they can't change it. I also think the sandwiches are overpriced for the size and quality. Having said that, they have a great selection of pastries, etc, for your morning coffee and muching needs. Plus they have Wifi and a pretty roomy place. These things pretty much cancel eachother out and land me in the A-OK bucket. I'll go here for breakfast items, but lunch items are a complete different story.

Ive always had Lunch and Dinner here. And until today never knew they served Breakfast. Well it Was Delicious. I had a French Toast Bagel with a Chai Tea latte. And the Cashier was awesome. She didnt get upset that it took me a while to decide on my order. The WIFI was fast too. Definitely on my Yummly Radar now.

I've been to many Panera's, this one is of great quality. Fresh ingredients and good variety of menu. I'm a big fan of the Turkey Bravo. I'm always here during my lunch break at work so it's busy and sometimes a little slow. They do a great job though working through the lines and getting your food out quickly.

I have been to this location many times but I was appalled at my most recent visit. While I was eating with my family several of the employees behind the counter were being loud and obnoxious, acting as if the restaurant was some sort of a party and certainly not a place for eating. They were belching and wrestling behind the counter, talking about alcohol and cursing. I have never been treated like this in any establishment and was deeply disappointed in the lack of authority and respect. The last thing anyone wants when they are trying to enjoy a meal is to hear the employees of the establishment burping and disrespecting not only the restaurant but also its clientele. I will not be returning to this location and left as quickly as I could because the experience was so uncomfortable.

I've been to this location many times, but my recent experience has turned me off completely. I was with my family and the workers behind the counter were shouting, wrestling, belching and acting as if they were in a Jr. high school locker room. I cannot believe a responsible manager would have such poor judgement as to leave the care of a store in the hands of children that have no business being served, let alone placed in a position of authority. I will never visit this location again.

I wish I could give this place 2.5 stars. I admit that I eat at Panera (always when it's suggested by someone else), but I'm underwhelmed with their food. Yes, their soups are fine, and they always have a nice selection. However, I find their sandwiches small and usually sound better than they taste. Salads are good, but small. Frankly, I prefer other sandwich chains like Spicy Pickle or Heidi's, but, with that said, I also think Panera is worth a try. They do have a delicious bakery - a reason to stop for many. The atmosphere is nice - like Starbucks but a sandwich shop. Many have fireplaces and patio seating. Parking at this particular Panera is a nightmare!

When I arrived (around 11:45 a.m.) at this location yesterday I was a bit nervous about the line being all the way to the door, but they got people through very quickly and there was plenty of seating available. All of the employees were pleasant and the Assistant Manager was very engaging. I had the Pick 2 - Broccoli Cheddar soup and the Chicken Cobb Avocado Salad with a baguette. I cannot eat vinaigrette dressing so I had to have Caesar dressing on my salad - they don't have ranch (?!). I have to say this was the BEST meal I have ever had at any Panera. The soup was hot and full of broccoli, etc. (not just the "broth"), the salad was fresh and tasted SO good. The baguette was hot - I have never had a hot baguette there. I also was entitled to a free birthday pastry so I indulged in the Cobblestone - delicious. I will definitely be back - such a great experience.

I love Panera Bread and this location was no different. I arrived and they looked up my panera card number and told me I had a month of free coffees (for april) and that I had a free pastry too! Surprise! It was nice :) I picked up a half a cup of tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich. Perfect for a rainy day. This location is nice, with a fireplace and outdoor seating.

I've visited here several times over the years and this past visit will be my last. One single slice of meat folded over on the turkey sandwich with a mini salad. Lunch for two for $20 and we were still hungry. Staff arrogant. Surely there are better places to get a quick lunch.

I love Panera locations unfortunately this location actually blocks wifi to only 30 minutes between 11-2. I've never ran into the before. Won't come back to this location.

Manager went above and beyond to make right, an online order I placed the day before for a morning office event that got botched. He compensated beyond what I had initially ordered and everything was fresh, hot and tasty. I come to this location a couple times a week on my lunch break because it is so close to the office. The lines can sometimes look long but they move fast!

Just tried to eat the Thai Flatbread. There is only about 4-5 pieces of chicken in there and maybe only the bottom 1 1/2" has stuff in a large flatbread. BUT the main issue is, it is so sour I can barely eat it. It's like a very sour vinaigrette. Not good, will not order again nor recommend. Love the place over all though.
