I live in the area and am so glad this location opened. I used to go to the location in Colorado and it's a total shit show trying to get over there. It's brand new and clean and I love the outdoor seating area!!! My boyfriend and I frequent on the weekends and every time we come in the associates are friendly and always smiling! Will definitely continue to return!

I am LOVING the Einsteins here! I work in the plaza, so I come in about once a week! It's super clean, and of course the bagels are yummy as can be! I'm more impressed with the outstanding customer service I receive every single time I'm in there! They are so friendly and attentive! I've been to several different Einsteins that were just ok, but the staff at this one makes it shine! I will continue having Bagel Fridays here because they are awesome!

This is a great Einsteins. I used to go to the Einsteins on Alameda and almost gave up on Einsteins until this one opened. The Alameda staff was pretty bad but the staff is FANTASTIC - Mario, Val, AJ, Anastasia, Claire, and anyone else I forgot - you make the place with your great customer service. I also like the new Bagel thins, you get a normal bagel with the middle cut out so they taste just as good as the regular bagels. A normal stop for me in the morning:)

Staff here is always extremely friendly, extremely early in the morning, (wish I could be the same way). They'd benefit from having one more person working, as there is a lot of running around and trying to keep up with all the orders that flood in.

Ouch...it took 30 minutes to get 2 bagel sandwiches. The were understaffed and totally unprepared for a rush right before football started on Sunday morning. 35+ people in the restaurant and 3 employees working (2 of which were handling the registers). Probably won't be back unless I have some time to kill.

These guys suck so bad. They had one chick making bagels today who was extremely slow. When the line was so backed up, finally someone came out to help her. On top of that, they can't even toast a bagel properly. It took them 10 minutes to get me a plain bagel toasted with butter..... I got it back and it wasn't even toasted and I'm a little annoyed. This happens to me every time I go there.

For a friendly, clean & special treat, go to THIS Einstein Bros location. My morning visit was pleasant & the two young ladies were gracious. A stark contrast to the shop on Alameda & Logan - that location & staff need additional training in all aspects of customer service.

The bagels are typically very good here. They toast them the perfect amount and use the right amount of cream cheese. One thing that drives me crazy at this place is they make you order at one cash register and check out at another. This is so very inefficient, especially when it's busy. But when it's slow, it's just silly. I would recommend this place based on food quality but their sales process is a mess.

Other than the guy with the dreads who always seems to be helpful, everyone else is rude and can't seem to be bothered. Also why am I here 3 hours after they opened and the case is almost completely empty. Sorry I won't be back.

Fresh new location. The layout for ordering food is clumsy and od, but the bagels are very good and fresh. I had a strawberry lemonade and breakfast bagel hot fresh and quick. Warning heavy hobo area approach form the south , the north entrance has hustlers and panhandlers.

This Einstein is SEVERELY understaffed. Right now I am waiting for my order along with 6 other people. On a Wednesday. Managment should prepare for the morning rush. Very disappointing. Will likely not return.

Went to grab a bagel on my way back to the office this morning, (at 11 a.m. so almost not morning anymore) and was nicely greeted by the women at the cash register. Since there was no one there, my order was promptly taken care of. My review is not about the customer service, but about the quality of food. All I ordered was a toasted asiago bagel with butter. What I got was the doughiest, most butter-saturated bagel ever. The bagel was so under-cooked the girl making it had a hard time cutting it, but put it through the toaster anyway, put a load of butter on it, and still served it. It was so unappetizing I took one bite and went to Starbucks across the street.
