I don't normally review chains...they are supposed to be formulaic and predictable, which is why you either like them or avoid them. But I walked over here to have a snack while waiting for my car to be serviced down the road. One of the employees was pleased to tell me that they had recently set up WiFi. That was great to hear, except it was extraordinarily slow...none of my e-mail downloaded to my laptop in the 20 minutes I was there, surfing the web was painstaking. And I noticed there were no outlets to plug into, so if you needed to park yourself somewhere for a few hours, be sure your battery is charged.

It's a chain, but it's on my way to work and it has coffee and delicious bagels in one stop. I have noticed what others have said about the service. Some days it's hit or miss. I love their bagels and they have many different flavors. Their shmears are also pretty tasty. I usually try to get one of their reduced fat ones and reduce the guilt a bit. I have also had their sandwiches and they aren't bad at all. The coffee is ok. It's gets me through the mornings, but it's nothing to really brag about. Though they do have one during the holiday season that is pretty amazing!

If there was a zero star option I would choose that. We eat here a lot since it's right across the street from our office. It's run by people who seem to have no idea what they're doing, and who constantly make us wait 15+ minutes, and still manage to screw up orders. They all seem to be a little crackhead/stoner-ish. I would avoid it if it weren't my only convenient option.

This place, man... It fell short of my expectations. I was really looking forward to a warm, toasted bagel this morning. And here I thought, I was on a roll with my choices in Denver! I don't know if it was just me, but when I first stepped in, there was an uncomfortable aroma lingering in the restaurant. Made me uneasy... And I just wasn't as excited to eat there anymore, but decided to give it a try anyways. Although I was in a rush, I did mention to the cashier that it was my first time and I asked for her suggestions. She wasn't very helpful and so I just took a leap of faith! I ordered two things: strawberry cream cheese bagel and a bacon and cheddar inside a blueberry bagel. That second one... MAAAN. That was GEWWWD~~ but that's all there was to the place!

I gave this location three chances. Each time my toasted plain bagel with cream cheese was either smashed, wrong type, or not toasted. No more chances.

Out of Onion bagels Out of the Neighborhood Brew Out of half & half But....... They quickly had onion bagels up, filled the half & half, and had the coffee brewing. It hardly took any time at all. The staff was friendly and approachable. The bagels are yumm...nice and fresh. The schmears are packed full of flavor. What I like to order-onion bagel with garlic herb schmear (breath mint please) or the onion bagel with smoked salmon schmear. It's cheaper than getting the lox bagel and tastes almost better. I like the garlic and everything bagel, but they are quick strong in their flavor and found the onion bagel is just right.

Rude and messed up both our orders. The perfection combo! Avoid!

I should come to this place more often. It's only a 10 minute walk for 3 minute drive from me, so I'll pop in here for breakfast on early mornings when I need something to get me going. What really makes this location is the staff-they're always ready to greet you and make sure they have your order right. They're genuinely friendly and helpful, and will remember you and greet you by name if you go enough. If you're looking for a bagel stop in the DU area, look no further-the staff at this Einstein Bros puts it head and shoulders above other places in the area like Breuggers Bagels.

I don't know why I love there bagels so much, but I certainly do. I think they are perfectly chewy and scrumptious. I always get the Asiago with Chive smearage. Their coffee is strong and I'm a huge fan of every one of these I have visited.

I go here at least 3 times a week and it's great. They remember my order and name as do they for a bunch of other people. It's definitely better than some of their other locations.

Half-baked brownies? Delicious. Half-baked cookies? Yum! Half-baked bagels? No, thank you. My green chile bagel from Einstein's was completely doughy in the middle, and I didn't realize it until I was already home. I can't believe they didn't notice the pale, gooey center before they sold it to me for a ridiculous price.

The bagel shop closest to my house and school, I go to this Einsteins occasionally when I want some good, simple eats. The breakfast bagels are particularly scrumptious. Orange juice is lacking, though.

i don't think we have these in Boston, but this place was pretty good for a chain. i got a yummy egg, spinach and cheese sandwich on some kind of ciabatta bread or something and it took care of my i've-been-on-a-plane-for-hours hunger. Can't comment on the actual service because my husband ran in to get it for me...I'm not even sure if I was at this particular Einstein. It was just kinda yummy. That's all.

I have the great misfortune of this Einstein's being closest to my house. Which now means I wont be having Einsteins for a quick bite to eat unless I am far, far away. Went this am to get some bfast and it was screwed up beyond belief. I ordered a skinny caramel macchiato and they said, "We don't have sugar free Caramel sauce." "That's okay, because this drink is made with vanilla syrup." Disappointed that I had to tell them how to make their own coffee, but thought that I had it straightened out. I got my coffee and instead of regular Caramel syrup OR sugar free vanilla it just didn't have any syrup at all. Lovely. But the absolute worst offense was that they put sausage on my VEGETARIAN husband's wrap. He actually bit into it before he realized it. That mistake is too great to forgive and we won't be rolling the dice with this location any more- we'll just got the extra mile to Bruegger's instead.
