The service stinks here. They dont care and it shows.

I've only been here twice, but now that I live in the area it's pretty convenient. I'll say up front I think some of their sammies are a little overpriced, but I get BOGO coupons every few weeks now so that makes it a good deal. The bagels are of course always tasty and awesome. Given that I've been here twice, I can't say what it's like at various hours of the day; I hit both times at the tail end of lunch, but I will say I appreciate the variety of bagels I can have my sammie on, especially the Thintastic bagel which is long on flavor but short on logy-nap-inducing high gly carbs and calories. I've had the Turkey BAT, the Thintastic Chicken Pesto, and both of their lunch wraps. Their Chicken Cuban is on deck next time -- we'll see if they can grill up a real one. WiFi, a nice outdoorsy patio area, and surprisingly, very attentive servers -- I chatted with the manager for a few minutes on and off both times in addition to my cashier. I guess it depends on what time of day you go, but definitely tasty and at least this location, above average.

This location is a but hard to find in my opinion. It's in an odd place in the parking lot and the directions yelp gives are kinda hard to follow. I finally found it and was able to get in and out pretty easily. Lots of seating indoors and out and your standard Starbucks schwag section as you walk in. Now that I know where it is, it will be a bit easier if I need to stop. It's close enough to Swedish to get a beverage for a friend who I was visiting and not have the whipped cream melt completely before I got there.

This location is close to home so I usually go there 2-3 times per week. Something's happened at this location recently - maybe new management? Whatever they did it is NOT helping business. There are way too many people working behind a small counter, which often causes mixed up or wrong orders. The last several times I've been there my order has been wrong but the line is so long and the employees aren't very helpful, so it's just been easier to just eat what was given to me. Also, there must be a cream cheese shortage because they are super stingy on the shmear ...

I ordered a bagel (to go) with cream cheese, plus paid an extra .90 for avocado and onion. Opened the bag - no avocado and onion. At that point I was 20 min away and very hungry, so I didn't drive back to address the issue. Two days later I ordered the same thing again. Mentioned what had happened previously and in lieu of offering a comp for my bagel, or at least the veggies, the cashier simply said they'd be sure I got what I ordered. Well, there was more avocado on the OUTSIDE of the bag they handed me then on the bagel. And what was on the bagel was blackened and mealy and certainly not worth the $1.80 I essentially paid for it. I wouldn't return to this location.

Awesome bagels. Fresh ingredients. Seriously, Einstein's is better than any other place I've been to around the country.

Great lunch spot to get a quick lunch with super fresh ingredients. And they've got WiFi. However, it does get crowded during the lunch rush so seats indoors are not always available. During nice weather, there are a number of outdoor tables both out front and in front of Starbucks. Be aware that if you sign up for their email newsletter, they do not honor the coupon/discounts for coffee drinks due to being located next door to Starbucks. I don't quite understand this, but whatever, I like their sandwiches.

Einstein is a great spot to grab a quick breakfast, I never have tried lunch here but you can get the lunch menu all day. I prefer a fresh bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. If I feel like splurging on myself I will go for the lox. The bagels are always fresh and chewy just the way I like them and if you do get it toasted it's nice that it's lightly toasted and not over done. My husband likes the bagel breakfast sandwiches although it totally looks like the eggs are fake, and the bacon is really thin. But we appreciate the affordability and the quickness of Einstein. This eatery in particular is always clean and there is a nice patio area out front to get some vitamin D if time allows.

Great service, always very friendly. Only complaint is that it's a bit overpriced for a bagel shop, but not anyone's fault that works there. Usually go when I get coupons in the mail or craving something in particular from there, such as the nova lox bagel or sante fe wrap

Good coffee, great bagels. I love getting a toasted bagel with hummus and cucumber :) NOM NOM Vegan tip: Most bagels are vegan. They have never had an issue looking up ingredients for me :) Soy milk available for coffee.

The breakfast sandwich I was wasn't the worst but it certainly wasn't the best. The important thing here is that it's hard to find bagels/fast breakfast sandwiches in Denver. So, on my hungover 7am visit, this place got the job done. The PSL was on par with the bagel (In it's mediocre-ness, not hard to find-ness).

They have very good food. Everything I have tried has been tasty. I only wish they had a larger menu.

This is my normal Friday morning stop before work. I get a bagel sandwich and a very large cup of coffee to get me through my work day. The staff is always friendly to me and my order is always correct. The green chile bagel and the asiago bagel are my favorites. They make great cream cheese, sandwiches, and coffee!

Stopped in here yesterday on the 4th. I wasn't in the mood for just a regular bagel, so I tried the bagel wrapped Hebrew National hot-dog. If you want to bomb your gut with a dose of nasty, try the Bagel Dog. If you're smart you won't. Rest of the food is always good, this is just one to avoid.
