I live just down the block from this location and while there are other bagel joints whose actual bagels I prefer, the convenience factor sends me here quite often. The bagels are no match for a place like Rosenberg's, but the speedy service and friendly staff make up for the frozen bagels a million times over. Almost everyone who works there knows my name and order by heart, and even when they are swamped, they always take the time to make me feel special. Even when it's at its busiest, i have never had to wait longer for my sandwich than it takes me to fix my coffee. The parking lot is a nightmare, but if you're in the area and in the mood for a reliable bagel fix, I highly recommend this location!

Decided to change it up and try Einsteins instead of Starbucks, and needless to say I'll be going back to Starbucks for sure. I'm in the customer service industry and this place is SERIOUSLY lacking in that department. The lady taking the orders is cold, short and rude. Def not the type of person I want to speak with on my first visit to a store. Smile more lady. The Starbucks next door gets just as much if not more business with the hospital across the street, and everyone over there is so chipper. The only saving grace with this store was that the panini was tasty and the coffee wasn't terrible.

Food is good and service is very friendly. Visited this location after being stuck at Childrens Hospital across the street for a few days. Glad they were there! Chip selection was not great and the menu was a little busy to figure out what was available but still worth stopping in

I have been here probably 30 times, as I have a weakness for their bagels. But I must be a glutton for punishment. Today, they we're out of my 2 fav bagels and honey butter. No apologies except to note they had a big catering event today. Didn't you know that in advance? Regularly, they are out of brewed coffee. And will not let you partake from the currently brewing pot. Service is non existent. Fail. Every. Time. But, damn good bagels... FYI. There is a Starbucks next door.

Good food, but my cashier was very sarcastic and unenthusiastic. Felt pressured to make a decision on my food immediately

The people are great and the beagles, coffee, and coffee cakes are great. However, the workers are slow and sometimes mess up your order. There is also not a lot of parking space and the workers usually take the few that are available. I recommend it but I don't strongly recommend it.

Friendly Customer Service, had to visit a friend in the hospital. And didn't want to eat hospital food. Ordered a Chai Latte, and a Turkey Sausage breakfast sandwich. For being microwaveable its tasty and feeling. The interior is clean and fast wifi.

The staff and management are completely asleep and uninterested. On one occasion they messed up two breakfast bagels and and ENTIRE bag of 6 bagels. They literally didn't get one bagel right. I called the manager just to let him know and he was nice about it, but did not really care. I wasn't looking for a handout, but as a business owner myself, I thought I owed him the curtesy of letting him know my visit was less than even par. Today, my wife visited the store and ordered a plain bagel with smear. When she got in her car, she noticed the bagel wasn't toasted. She returned to let them know they hadn't toasted it and the response she received was "you didn't ask for it to be toasted." WHO SERVES UNTOASTED BAGELS? When was the last time you ordered breakfast and the server brought you BREAD with your eggs and bacon? I think you should request an UNtoasted breakfast bagel, not the other way around. In fact, the slicer should just drop the bagel into the toaster, and if someone doesn't want a toasted bagel, they should have to intervene to stop it from toasting.

I wish i like This place, as i live 2 blocks away, and its always so nice to be able to walk there on the weekends for breakfast. But to be honest, i am never impressed with what ive ordered. the coffee area is also always a mess, and i think their brews are too bitter and taste old. I guess just the last 3 times were the worst experiences. one time i had a breakfast sandwich that was cold, and the ingredients just seemed so gross. Another time i had a bagel that was hard as a rock and hard to bite into. And lastly i got a bagel to go on my way to work one day, and asked for veggie cream cheese, and tomato slices. When i got to work, my bagel onlly had cream cheese on one side, and there were two tiny YELLOW tomatoes on it (so gross). The fact that they couldnt even have fresh vegetables, let alone would give someone a bagel with gross ones, made me never go back !! i still live down the street, and go out of my way to get in my car and drive to panera bread. sorry guys

This Einstein location has a brown and hard or crunchy exterior (brick) and a densely packed, sometimes doughy (people) and often yeasty smelling interior. In short, the actual physical manifestation of this Einstein pretty much fits the description of an actual bagel. I want to sprinkle it with toasted garlic to complete the transformation. You can count on the standard Einstein product here. I think the customer service at this location is a little below other Einstein's. There is a parking lot here with perhaps 6 spaces. Somehow I managed to snag one every time I stopped here.

I think trying to spend less has me paying attention to small things. One poppyseed bagel with lox, capers, tomato, red onion and no cream cheese. Fresh ingredients, sweet onion, perfect healthy and only 5.95. We won't mention the cost of the large OJ which tasted great also.

I live next door and I am here too often. Pretty "run of the mill"... but they are always smiling and serve a great, made-to-order breakfast (if you like the bagel type breakfast). My only complaint is they start running low on bagels (everything and seasame) around 9:30 on weekends... really?? You are a bagel shop! Make a few extras and sell them for half price the next day...

Customer service 101. When you're a breakfast-oriented establishment and a patron has to inform you that 2 of 4 coffees are completely empty and proceeds to wait on them to be brewed, you offer a discount, or an americano, or, at the very least, apologize profusely.

Muffins are always great and fresh. I don't care for bagels but this place has me craving and enjoying them. This place never has a bad day. It's always fast and easy.

Nothing really special about Einstein Bros in general, or this particular location. I guess the distinction of this one is that it's conveniently located near the big hospitals, so if you're visiting someone it's a nice place to grab a quick bite and it sure beats hospital food. Though nothing special, Einstein delivers quality and consistency. I especially like to grab their breakfast bagels before hiking in the morning.

Their green chile cheese bagel is da bomb! Try the Santa Fe breakfast omelet with sausage, cheese, egg, and scallions. Their fruit yoghurts are great too. I really would have given this place 4 stars, but given the location right across a hospital, parking is a nightmare. I've had problems finding a spot even at 7 am! I usually illegal park, say a prayer that I won't be towed and run in! (Just kidding... don't don't illegal park, but I wanted to more than once)

I've only been to this location and the one on 92nd and Sheridan - this place rocks - tastes great and service in good. The one on 92 - the staff (including the supervisors) needs to be sent into the wild, the building razed and the whole process started over.
