Wanted coffee ice cream and they ran out. I settled for a close second with chocolate. It was only 4PM on a Sunday afternoon. How do you run out of ice cream in general? The chocolate ice cream was good though so no complaints. However, not the best experience I've had at a Cold Stones.

Place doesn't look clean including one of the employees his hair looked greasy and he kept rearenging his visor as he make your order, no greating coming in or leaving and the icecream was semi melted already I think to make it easier to mix, I've gone to many other locations and this one by far the worst.

Dear Cold Stone, get these guys a new blender so they aren't discouraging your customers to not get a Smoothie, and then dreading it when the customer requests a smoothie.. After months of this issue and having horrible experiences here the past 3 times we have been here, please do yourselves this favor.

Oh my gosh! Had a minor snafu when picking up our birthday cake. Jason Olson not only gave us a stand in cake, he actually showed up at the birthday party with our original order. This is the type of customer service you always hope for but never expect. What a team! I will always order my cakes from cold stone!

Good selection of ice cream, terrible store. People are nice, but there is always something wrong with their blenders so I can't get what I want.

I love me the coldstone. This one is in Stapleton, which really should knock off a star, but the staff is always friendly! I always get the cookie don't you want some with sinless cream swapped out for the regular base flavor. This place is over-run with snot nosed kids in the summer and close to when movies get out. Cold stone corporate has some funky ways of doing coupons - always read the fine print and never expect to get anything except 1 mix-in!
