My boyfriend and I stayed at the Embassy Suites after a long day of travel. Jet lagged, we thought we would order room service. We both ordered a bowl of chicken tortilla soup. The soup was barely warm and very bland, not to mention it had maybe 3 penny sized pieces of chicken. We also ordered a chicken club sandwich to share. The fries had a weird sweetness to them. The sandwich was just okay. Paying $12 for a sandwich, it would be nice to have bread that wasn't as bleh as Wonder Bread.

My wife and I arrived in Denver late on a Saturday night, not long before closing. Chris was behind the bar and was completely agreeable to getting us food. I enjoyed one of the specials, a mild whitefish wrapped in prosciutto and served over a bed of rice pilaf and topped with a mildly spicy Madagascar sauce. My wife had the wings. Chris also took the time to recommend a local beer from among their many selections. Hats off for the great service!

This place sucks!!!! Sign says seat yourself and someone will help you. After a 8 hour drive all our family wanted to do was eat and go to bed. Sat for about 10 min and finally had to get up and find our own menus. After another 10 minutes still no one had come to see us. Walked out and drove down to the moonlight diner which had awesome service and I'm sure better food.

This may sound crazy for a hotel restaurant, but I have had dinner here more than half a dozen times and every time, they serve a great steak. Despite being in a hotel lobby, the chef buys quality ingredients and I have never been disappointed. Get here before the free happy hour ends and it takes the edge off the price. But overall, if you are stuck in an airport hotel, you really can't do better on this strip.

Hospitality manager here must suck because the staff needs some serious training! Sunday evening around 8:20 pm we came to meet with some friends from out of town who are staying at this hotel. It's not crowded at all. The beer selection was really poor and most not on tap. We wanted to grab a bite to eat and kitchen was open until 10pm so we asked for menus. The prices were a little high for the selection, but we wanted to give it a try. We wanted to share the special of fish and chips and a wedge salad. The $10 salad took 15 minutes to finally come out and it didn't have near enough blue cheese. Ten seconds later we were served our fish! Really? Ever heard of "timing"? Salads first then the main course!? Hubby asked that our food be kept warm while we try to enjoy the salad. Three minutes later a different waiter brings us our fish & chips that we asked they keep warm for us! Whatever. We told them we were going to split the dish but he did not bother to bring out a second plate. Nor did it occur to any of the wait staff to put our drinks on cocktail napkins so we don't drip on ourselves. So I walked to the bar to get napkins only to see the guy laughing and conversing in Spanish with other men, kinda ignoring other guests. Oh boy. So I tried the battered fish, which was dark in color and shiny on the outside. Uh oh, I think. Yep. It was horrible. Greasy and cold with no flavor. Ugh. The coleslaw was seasoned with thyme! WHAT?! It was nasty! The chips (steak-cut fries from a freezer bag) were hot but soggy!! Disgusted, I called the waiter over and told him to take it back. I was almost insulted that the line cook did not come out to apologize because he was obviously NO chef. Hubby wanted to try the soup of the day and it was broccoli cheese. It wasn't horrible, but was not very fresh either, being clumpy and thick. I'm SO done with this place at this point. Will not return anytime soon and do not recommend. On a side note, there was an abundance of mosquitos flying around the main atrium biting the guests, me included. Front desk boy did not know what could be done nor offered to ask a manager. Pretty lame. The whole experience was very unprofessional.
