Hands-down my favorite cafe in Denver! For starters, each and everyone of the staff is super friendly and personable. They are patient as you decide what you would like to order, and are even willing to offer you a sample of anything you are considering. Plus they do it with a genuine smile. Service like that is so hard to find. Also, the owner is around quite a bit when he's not at the bakery, and will come over to have a little chat with my coworkers and myself; which to me, really confirms that great customer service and satisfaction is at the top of their list. Now for the food. Everything I have ordered has been absolutely delicious, and exceeds my expectations every time. I especially enjoy the goat cheese salad and the caprese sandwich, which are both part of the "specials" rotation. As for their daily menu, the southwest turkey sandwich and the cubano on ciabatta are great choices. Bottom-line: everything about this place is inviting. Wonderful service and amazing food will keep me a loyal customer!

What a great place! Unassuming store front reveals delectable delights inside. I stopped to hang out a bit before a client meeting nearby. When on the road, coffee, wireless access and bio breaks are a necessity. I was lured by the smell of fresh baked everything. Breads, cookies, pastries were beautifully displayed with fresh racks of several goodies. They were gearing up for lunch, preparing the colorful handwritten daily menu in white boards. I had a hot creamy latte with an artistic hearts design and a chocolate chip cookie for breakfast. Breakfast of champions! I chose a seat close to the breeze coming in from outdoors. One of the gals commented on my shoes, coral pumps with a low heel. We talked about bright, happy colors. I was given the wireless code (free!!) and commenced work when I was surprised with a free coffee cake. Not a slice but a whole one! What a SWEET place this is! Thank you, City Bakery!

Stopped by for sandwiches on the way to the airport. Super friendly folks. Quick service, sandwiches look delicious (although no avocado despite older picture on here). Even gave us free sample of delicious peach cobbler. After eating the sandwich: delicious. Had southwestern turkey, love the red pepper goat cheese spread. Ciabatta bread was excellent.

Customer service! Seriously this place has the friendliest staff ever! I've stopped here for breakfast twice. I got an egg sandwich on ciabatta both times. So, that's what ciabatta is supposed to taste like...mmm. It's light but has a little chewiness. Amazing texture. They make a mean latte and some hearty muffins too! Honestly this is a great place and they even recommended a bike shop for me too!

  • Justin C.

I love this place! Their bread is so delicious and their staff is super friendly and welcoming. They gave me a free ciabatta just for coming in! If you're balling on a budget hit up their breakfast sandwiches.

Tasty sandwich and some of the nicest folks! The bread is absolutely delicious (seriously, they know what they're doing with bread), the toppings were super fresh, and the dressing on the East Coast Classic was off the hook. Will defiantly be back!

You'd expect a bakery to have great bread and City Bakery Cafe does not disappoint. I got the Mediterranean Roasted Turkey on ciabatta and loved it! The olive pepperocini relish they use is amazing. Bonus points for a free cookie and chips with every sandwich! Talk about a cheap and filling (not to mention tasty) meal! Sandwiches, soup, salads and sweets? Awesome bread, quick service and low prices? Free parking!? They just need to start serving beer to become a Denver no-brainer, go-to lunch spot.

This is honestly my favorite place to go for baked goods or sandwiches. The service can't be beat. The specials are amazing and the staff are the nicest people in the world. This place is the best.

Wow what a truly wonderful experience in a sandwich shop! The second you walk in everyone is as friendly as can be and upon mentioning we were new we we gifted a bag full of fresh bread a giant pretzel and coffee cake. Then the sandwich itself is superb! The bread was fresh soft and flaky and the ingredients all tasted fresh and flavorful. It was finished off with a complimentary homemade Oreo from the owner. I will definitely be back what a great experience!

Awesome place! The employees (and owner) couldn't be more friendly. Excellent pastries and actually really good espresso drinks. I was pleasantly surprised! They supply several high profile local restaurants with bread. I highly recommend!

Visiting from Chicago on a wicked long motorcycle ride (logged 4k miles this far) and an super tired. I stopped in for grub, and s completely blown away by the friendliness of the staff and owner. Kinda get the feeling you're walking into cheers, just a great place to be! I ordered a jam and cheddar pannini and not only did it come super fast, it was amazing. Not runny and dripping, but very textured and filling. I would definitely come back.

Every time I come here I'm starving. I also loathe going to sandwich shops because I hate paying to see someone make me something so simple. However, these sandwiches are very good. Lot's of pretty faces to look at too. I usually go through Courtney. She's very beautiful and incredibly friendly. Michael the owner always greets guests and myself too. I like how interactive the manager and owner ate with guests.

Delicious! Got the egg, cheese, and sausage breakfast sandwich! The owner was there and he is SUPER SUPER nice and very personable! He stopped and talked with my husband and I for about 5-10 minutes. My husband had told him he had been there before but it was my first time. The owner turned around, and grabbed a coffee cake for me to take home for free! I was very impressed! And the coffee cake was AMAZING! Thank you so much! We will definitely be regular customers!

One of the reasons City Bakery Cafe is awesome is because they have FREE customer parking, which is practically a godsend in downtown Denver. Another reason why I'm a fan is because the customer service was great and the cafe is retro and quaint. CINNAMON ROLL: It was the last one left, even at 8AM! Apparently these are pretty popular. The friendly employee at the counter offered to heat it up and stuck it in the oven for a sec for maximum sugary gooey-ness. Tasted fresh and not overly indulgent. 4/5 EGG & CHEESE SANDWICH ($3.49): My husband and brother-in-law ordered this. No complaints but they weren't raving either. Hit the spot though. 3/5 City Bakery Cafe is a solid breakfast spot. Free easy parking eliminates all excuses not to come here. YELP 100 CHALLENGE 2015: #223

Came here to study have a coffee. Ended up getting a breakfast sandwich and it was amazing. The home made bread it was on was so delicious I had to get a homemade cookie. The cookie...well holy cow. I can not wait to come back and try their lunch out! This place is a must.

Stumbled upon this on accident and Iam so glad we did. Since we walked in we were greeted by very friendly staff who explained the menu and told us a little more about this gem. My friend and I had the egg cheese and sausage sandwich and a coconut and lemon muffn and the pumpkin muffin.... AMAZING... they also gave us a cinnamon coffee cake that looks delicious....will definitely be back.

Between four and five stars but I HAVE to go with five because the people here are SO KIND! Lovely community feeling in the middle of the big city. Plus the bread is great. The sandwiches are super filling and enjoyable. The soup is delicious. One of my favorite Denver places.

Everything we've had here has been SO very good. The bread to die for and FRESH. The owner, Michael, is the nicest guy & his employees are super welcoming. Definitely one of my favorite places to get a good sandwich.

Very retro but comfy with a city flare. Enjoyed their sandwiches a lot. Little pricy and no children's portions but overall really good!

To me, this is like a better version of Panera! Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy Panera but this place is really good and it's within walking distance from work for me. So far I've tried the cubano on ciabatta and the roast turkey and artichoke panini. The cubano was what I expected it to be. It had juicy roast pork and ham with swiss on top. The spicy mayo takes the place of mustard and of course you have the pickles for some sour acidity. The roast turkey and artichoke has a sundried tomato spread that balances the sandwich well. The one thing I expected with a panini was to have those ridges from a panini press but they're more of an even crisp like a flattop grill would give you.

Believe the hype! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Gave us yummy soup samples and we were sold. The mushroom soup was delicious. The sandwiches are perfection! Great relaxing atmosphere. Definitely worth the visit!

This place is awesome. Specials are to die for -- today they had crab and corn chowder and a pork and apricot sandwich on ciabatta. Glad to see they have customers because I drive this way all the time and haven't ever noticed it before! Don't let the generic decor fool you. I get the southwest turkey sandwich with roasted red pepper and goat cheese + roasted red pepper with cilantro soup (special for today too). The bread is delicious too -- we got a ciabatta loaf. Ok lastly I didn't get any pastries but they look absolutely phenomenal. Will be back ASAP. Plus they have their own parking lot!!!

I called CityBakery Cafe to see if they were open ( Asheville was "expecting" some snow mixed with rain) and they told us the downtown location was open) so my family and I headed there and arrived 15 minutes later cold and hungry with two small children. The man working turned us away and told us they decided to close for the day (during normal business hours). I understand they wanted to go home, but how hard would it have been to stayed open for 30 minutes longer when they were already their to work their shift- and welcome a family of four that showed up cold and hungry and ready to eat. Poor customer service off the bat, if you ask me. Because of this experience, I won't be back or recommend to others.

Truly outstanding service. Received a warm and enthusiastic welcome to the store and neighborhood with a free cinnamon roll and blueberry scone with my order of a delicious French dip sandwich. I'll definitely be back!

I stopped in the other day in search of lunch and some sourdough bread. I was greeted kindly and since I wasn't sure what I wanted in terms of a soup and sandwich combo, I was allowed to try all their soups. Everything I both sampled and eventually ate was delicious. The bread is incredible and the soups are exactly what I needed that day. The staff is great and so is the food. What a great lunch place. Oh they also have free customer parking!!!

City Bakery looks to be another great downtown coffee and sandwich shop. Opening to the public tomorrow. I happened to stop in while on a bicycle ride yesterday. My buddy needed to stop by Turin Bike Shop and we were hungry so decided to check them out. It just so happened to be at the end of their staff training session/ soft opening so we were treated to freee food and coffees! Bonus. I had the Euro Ham and Cheese. Nothing outstanding however a very tasty sandwich. Their bread does highlight and make the difference over the chain sandwich shops by far. Chewy and flakey. My buddy ate the Southwest Turkey. Another solid choice and equally tasty I hear. I also enjoyed a rather good Cafe Americano. This place should thrive. Great owner. Tasty sandwiches. Prompt service. Good location. I will be back again for sure

I went in because I saw it was buzzing and my tummy was grumbling. It was my lucky day because I caught them on the day before they opened for a short time when they were giving out free full-sized samples. Happy joy! I look forward to coming back because the bread was perfect. That's the key! I got The Purist, a beautiful turkey sandwich with tangy mustard. They're quick, too! Plus free parking and a patio. Huzzah!

  • Laura P.

I happened upon this place as I was walking around to get acquainted with my new neighborhood. I was greeted by an extremely sweet staff member who was very informative about who they were and what they offer. I didn't even order anything as I just wanted to check it out and I was given a free loaf of sourdough! The counter woman told me to try it out and come back if I liked what I tasted :) I definitely did and I definitely will. Thank you for your kindness and sincerity!

We popped in here by chance and boy, did we hit the jackpot! The staff were crazy nice and friendly and we felt we knew everyone by the time we left! The bread is fabulous (evidently he makes bread for a ton of local restaurants) and my sandwich, the smoked turkey and avocado, was truly one of the best I've ever had! You can't go wrong here!

We arrived in Denver around lunch time and were starving. after getting checked into our hotel, we headed over here for a bite to eat. This place was fantastic! It was a beautiful day and they had the doors open so we could dine inside with a nice breeze. The woman who greeted us was so friendly and sweet. I asked if they had a kids menu and she said you just let me know what your daughter wants and we can make her pretty much anything- even a peanut butter and jelly- which she was quick to order! ;) My husband and I both took several bites after she was done- it was so yummy! My husband ordered the purist. It was very good. I ordered the cheese and tomato panini... Unbelievably good. The only thing I wished they had was spinach to add to it. They also brought us a huge freshly baked pretzel since it was our first visit there. Our 9month old loved it! She was the nastiest little mess after that tasty treat. They also had some lovely looking salads. Next time we are in town, we will have to stop by for one of these. Definitely recommend this place. The food, service, atmosphere-perfect.

Cute shop with plenty of tables. They also have parking which is a huge plus over here. The breakfast sandwiches are pretty small, but adequate so you won't hate yourself later. Would've liked to try the coffee, but was running short on time. Also, they have plenty of delicious-looking confections on display, if you're into that sort of thing. Good for a quick breakfast, which is exactly what we needed. If you have more time, Racines is around the corner and, incidentally, has it's own garage.

Stopped in to city bakery on a Saturday. There was only 1 other table in the restaurant. A nice girl took my order, I ordered the turkey and artichoke panini with 2 drinks. She says ok then tells me to come down to the register to pay. Tells me the total then I had her my credit card to pay. I asked for my drink cup after noticing she didn't give them to me and she says "oh you wanted a drink?" Yes. 2 drinks was what I ordered. Well I didn't charge you for those drinks, then very awkwardly hands me 2 cups. They had some tables outside, so I found a spot to sit while waiting for my food to be brought to me. A nice guy brings me my sandwich then says, "oh didn't you know you get chips and a cookie with your sandwich?" No. Someone who forgot about my drinks also forgot to tell me I got chips and a cookie with my sandwich. Besides the weird service the sandwich was so bland all I could taste was cheese. It was supposed to have artichokes and a sun dried tomato spread on it, the spread must just be a fancy term for mayo and if you didn't know it had artichoke on it already there's no way you would know from the sandwich. The sandwich was rather large though, so it was enough to share. After eating my sandwich I came back inside and gave them $5 for my 2 drinks. The guy asked me about how my sandwich tasted and I was honest about it and he seemed to appreciate that. Maybe I will give them a try again, but probably not. I really wanted to like this place. Hopefully it was just an off day for them.

Had an amazing sandwich with house made spreads. They put a good amount of meat on it too! The bread was amazing and fresh and the cookies were the best. The ladies working at the cafe we're lovely as well!

Has parking! This is a great plus. The service was also fantastic, very friendly. I ordered the southwestern turkey. The bread was really good. It was on a ciabatta roll and had plenty of turkey. But I'm not sure what brand of turkey they use, but it was sorda flavorless. The southwestern sauce which there was a lot of, tasted okay, not much seasoning. As a sandwich, it was okay. I think it would be much better if they got some better deli meats. You also get a bag of chips and a cookie with the sandwiches. We also took a pretzel home which was really good after popping it in the oven for a few minutes. They also sent us home with some ciabatta too. Again the bread is really good, but as a lunch spot I would skip it, but it seems to be popular with the neighboring businesses.

I live a few blocks away and had read the raves on Yelp so finally tried it out. Sandy and the team were very welcoming (free ciabatta loaf to try!) and the food and service were great. Will definitely be adding this to the rotation.

I'd just like to start by saying wow. Of the current 12 reviews, 11 are 5 stars, and one 4 stars. Noticed this place as I sometimes pass it on my way to work. I didn't realize how new it was, I just thought I'd never noticed it before. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the staff. They anxiously told me the specials and offered to help me decide what to get. They explained that they bake their own bread, too! While I enjoyed my sandwich with a great breeze running through the place (they have a garage door they can open), the owner came around and gave me a giant soft pretzel to try. Not only that but then I saw him walk outside and feed the expired meter for the Mercedes parked out front. Now, I like to pay it forward but I'd be lying if I said the "If they can afford a Mercedes, they can afford a $25 parking ticket" thought didn't cross my mind. If I had it my way I'd eat here every day to support this wonderful establishment! OH and they also had some delicious looking desserts, too! I had to pass because every sandwich comes with chips AND a cookie!

In all honesty, I had had no plans of visiting the City bakery today but thanks to a perhaps fateful wrong turn, I made the happy mistake of eating here. The atmosphere inside befits a mom and pop shops authenticity while still keeping a modern savvy in line with a hip upscale boutique. I ordered the east coast, out of nostalgia for my own upbringing and as the wonderful ladies behind the counter did there magic the (very pretty) cashier was very helpful and made sure I got my cookie and my chips (which are included in the meal) The sandwich was superb. My only suggestion is that they should rename it because it is much much tastier then anything farther then Ohio. My visit was capped when one of the wonderful sandwich engineers approached me and asked if I had been in before (to which I replied that it was indeed my first time) She thanked me for my business and even gave me a HUGE beer pretzel to take home since it was my first visit. This is what customer service should be. And the food kicked ass too. #CustomerForLife

Fantastic Cubano!!! Amazing staff - I walked in the door and they handed me a cookie and a loaf of bread to sample!!! Bread is off the hook, crazy good!!! Definitely a favorite sandwich spot when in Denver. On the way out, the owner Michael handed me a fresh pretzel - THE BEST PRETZEL I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I may move to Denver just for the pretzels!!!

I stopped into City Bakery Cafe based on Yelp reviews alone and was treated so graciously by the folks working that felt I should write my own. I ordered 10 sandwiches. 10. Without calling ahead. Instead of rolling their eyes and guffawing at me, they smiled and asked for details so that they would get it just right. They helped other customers while finishing up my order, but still did EVERYTHING (everything in the world!) ridiculously fast. The food was absolutely the PERFECT thing after a long hike with a bunch of babies and the gals who ate them all asked where this place is. Go in for the kind, attentive staff. Stay for the food. And then stay longer to order more food. Yum!

Today is Christmas Eve and I had to work. My wife met me down at city bakery to see what these yelp reviews are all about..... This is one of the coolest friendliest and best tasting sandwich places I've been. I had the southwest turkey which was awesome wife had the crab and corn soup with bread also delicious. On the way out we saw the pie and had to get one for Christmas tomorrow. We spoke to the owner, who happened to be there and he gave us the run down of everything. He said that most of the breads they sell are sold to many of your favorite restaurants here in Denver. After we ended up with the pecan pie... The owner(wish I could remember his name) ended up giving us a few loafs of bread and a vanilla bean cream for the pie. This was an overall best case experience really anywhere u go. On top of all that it was clean, staff was extremely friendly and parking to boot. We will be back and my friends will hear about the city bakery. Ps beer pretzel blew about 10 people at works mind

I love city bakery for the quality of its baked goods. I really enjoy their lemon coconut muffins. I love their baked goods. Always fresh and tasty not greasy. Sandwiches are good. There secret is the coffee... they make great coffee there. Great place for continental type breakfast....awesome sandwiches. And it's right across the street from where I work! (Wink). I hope you enjoy as much as I do day in and day out! Tip get there late afternoon for free cookies, muffins and breads.

I had been looking for a good local place to get a sandwich for a while now, and now my search is over. City bakery not only uses fresh delicious ingredients but all their bread is baked in house and is absolutely phenomenal. Staff is always friendly and on multiple occasions I have been given a free baked good to take home. The lunch special is hard to beat with a sandwich, cookie, and chips all for around 8$. Check this place out if u have not been here before, and if you have hurry back.. Only complaint is that they are usually closed on Sunday.

Just stopped here for a quick breakfast with my grandma and dad before my dad had a meeting nearby. Service was excellent! We all had the sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich, which was served on a super tasty ciabatta roll. My grandma had ordered a decaf coffee, but their machine was broken - a few minutes after we sat down, one of the employees brought out a blueberry scone to apologize for not having decaf! So awesome. And the blueberry scone was delicious.

The folks here were very nice and the food was delicious. Not a lot of vegetarian sandwich options that I noticed other than grilled cheese, but otherwise a cute little spot. I'll definitely be back.

I first read about City Bakery in a Westword blog, turns out they bake the bread for my favorite sandwich shops like Curtis Park Deli and Mister Luckys, in addition to the who's who in hip Denver restaurants. Given that pedigree, I was excited for the opening, especially since I work in the neighborhood, and the breakfast and lunch options are getting old And wow! I'm totally addicted to the Med sand which, they use this amazing green olive tapenade, its amazing. I also tried the east coast sandwich, it's an Italian sub, but on this amazing Ciabatta bread, loved it. Super friendly and efficient staff. There was a line, but they carved through it quickly. I did go back for breakfast, since I'm a caffienne junkie and they serve Ink! Coffee (one of my favs) and really solid egg and bacon sandwich, generous and made fresh to order! Super great overall vibe here.

Yum! I created my own veggie sandwich. Ciabatta roll (so good!), roasted red pepper goat cheese spread (awesome), provolone, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and cucumber. Was $7.99 and comes with chips and a cookie. Very good! The owner, Michael, took my order and built my sandwich. He was very friendly and nice. He gave all the credit to the baker, Caitlin, which was so classy. I will definitely come here again! I was bummed when Lenny's closed but this place is definitely better.

This place is hit or miss. I've been here 6+ times now. When they are on they are spot on. The Turkey Artichoke panini is amazing. The East Coast Classic is also quite yummy. They do a Philly Friday that is not good. Pretty terrible actually. It's basically some meat with a little cheese on top (nothing like a philly) Their special of a French Dip this past Saturday was also not very good. Extremely hard bread with little meat. For not good it's expensive. One thing that is nice is that every meal comes with chips and a cookie. By the time you add a drink plan on paying $12+ for your meal. This is a lot especially when some of their menu items just are not good. Customer service is amazing. 6+ star service easily. The food just doesn't always live up to the service.

Great sandwiches and cookies. Can't complain about getting chips and a cookie with every sandwich. The philly cheese steak when they have it is the bomb. Customer services is awesome as well.

The minute I walked in my mouth started to water! So far I've tried the raspberry bars, brownies, pretzels, and sausage egg and cheese sandwich. They are all to die for and I look forward to trying everything else they serve! The owner is a sweet man who takes pride in his work. I applaud you and will recommend your bakery to everyone I know. THANK YOU!

Two main points about City Bakery Cafe--really great food and really great service. Not realizing we were there on Burger Wednesday, we shared the burger of the day (which had cheese and bacon on it) and the Mediterranean Turkey sandwich. Burger was a Marczyk's burger--cooked perfectly, served on a City Bakery bun. The turkey sandwich was a perfect complement--simple but simply delicious as well. In my opinion, high quality ingredients make a sandwich, of which this sandwich had it all: perfect ciabatta bread, great turkey, right amount of tomato and lettuce, delicious aioli and tapenade. Plus, both came with chips and a small cookie included in the price. A gentleman working there also brought us a loaf of ciabatta and a big soft pretzel to try (for free!), as it was our first visit there. Everyone working at the cafe was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to going back and would recommend to everyone.

Awesome! This place is great. On my first visit I had the Southwest Turkey sandwich. Sounds fairly ordinary, but it was really tasty. Fresh ingredients, well portioned (not small, not disgustingly huge) and the bread was excellent. For twelve bucks (plus a generous tip), I got a great sandwich, bag of Boulder chips, a fountain drink, a cookie and a loaf of fresh focaccia bread to go. The guy working at the counter was super friendly AND he threw in a free coffee cake since it was my first time in. I'll be back. Often.

Michael Bortz the owner was extremely condescending to me as a woman and I did not appreciate it at all. The bread and pastries that I purchased were not fresh as advertised, in fact, my muffins were still frozen. I would not recommend.

Ordered the Cubano. I was surprised it had mayo on it....I ought the tradition was yellow mustard. Other than that it was what I expected. Bread was obviously fresh. Portion was good. Menu looked good enough to go back again. Service was good and we got a free giant preztel because it was our first time.

Delicious sandwiches and very nice (and attractive!) staff. Service was very good, and the open air feeling on a warm summer day is great. I had the grilled cheese and it was really fabulous. The bakery items on sale there are a bonus. Love this place and will definitely be back!

My new, fun, casual and quiet place to meet a friend early for breakfast. Great baked items, breakfast sandwiches and more!

I first noticed City Bakery when they started renovating the old sandwich shop over the winter, and decided to stop in on my way to work when they opened this spring. I have been twice myself for breakfast and have not been dissappointed with the breakfast sandwiches or pastries. The coffee cake is especially delicious. Today we ordered 25 sandwiches for lunch at work and the staff went above and beyond to accomodate our order. When we picked the order up the entire staff was busy working on our meals, and they were all incredibly friendly and gracious, which is the norm for them. Our order had a wide variety of sandwiches, hot and cold, and everyone was pleased. I will definitely be going back here again, and again.

Stopped in for a quick sandwich while in Denver for business. Amazing food and best ciabatta ever! Left Colorado with 5 loaves of ciabatta for friends and family, who have all requested more please! Ciabatta has great texture and not filled with air pockets as you often find with this type of bread. Also brought home several of their coffee cakes - delish! Perfect for morning or evening, and not overly sweet. This is not the typical coffee house dry cake topped with sugar crumbs but rather a perfectly light but dense yellow buttery cake with a nice dusting of sugar on top. Don't skip out on the soup! Several varieties made fresh each morning. I had the tomato bisque and Italian fennel - both tasted like they came straight from home! Yum! Highly recommend City Bakery for their delicious food and exceptional service! Thank you Nancy for the recommendation and Sandy for the great service! .

This place is fantastic! Good variety of sandwiches made on delicious fresh baked bread, what's not to like? Went with my girlfriend and got the French dip and the chicken artichoke panini. Great flavor on both, especially the au jus for the dip. And all sandwiches come with chips and a cookie! Check this place out of you like a good sandwich or bakery treats, which I was sadly too full to try. I'll be back! Added bonus: very friendly service. Only downside: not open on Sundays. =/

This place has delicious walnut banana muffins, chocolate chip scones, and unreal coffee cake. The coffee cake even comes in the shape a miniature bundt cake, which maybe made it all the more delicious! They even offer a lunch menu that seemed to have pretty yummy sandwiches (it is a bakery after all). And even though they stop serving breakfast after 11am, they still had a solid line up of baked goods that go perfectly with a nice, warm cup of joe!

The Smoked Turkey Artichoke Panini is my personal favorite. And nobody makes better pumpkin bread than Mike. This is a great place.

I love this place!! Such a great neighborhood go-to spot for coffee and breakfast. Right now I love: -Pumpkin spice latte - not too sweet, really yummy -bacon egg and cheese on homemade ciabatta bread - perfect size, so fresh! -pastries - I've tried their brownie, homemade oreo, chocolate chip cookie and a molases pastry - yum! Service is a 10, everyone is so friendly and loves to see you come in. The owner, Michael, will shop and chat with you - he is super personable. All of the ladies working here are really welcoming every time I come in. - the price is right - free samples - has WiFi so it's a nice space to work! They also provide the bread for a few of my favorite spots - The Lowdown, Parsley and Ale House Amato. Also they have parking, and when it's nice out their garage-door-style windows open up :D

God I love this place. Everyone is super nice. The pretzels are super good. Nice big salad for 8 bucks. The owner is really nice too. Just wished they were open for breakfast so I could eat their food from morning to night.
