Fast-casual Mexican that can be addicting, so be careful! Really fresh ingredients all around but some of the healthier options they offer are also masked with high sodium levels- especially the case with the sofritas (tofu). I recommend the chicken salad and instead of using the dressing, pile on all the delicious salsas the offer, such as the corn salsa and the pico de gallo! They really are a great establishment with a variety of delicious options and a great alternative in comparison to eating crappy fast food like McDonald's or Taco Bell.

Not much to say here other than this is hands down the best Chipotle in the city. I will drive past others to get to this one. Super fast and they don't skimp on the size. I'm here more than I would like to admit. Love it!

Always satisfied @ this Chipotle! Chicken bowl with guacamole is my favorite. Plus they're not skimpy on the amount of food. I appreciate how clean this location is & the staff is friendly too.

Ugh... I wish I didn't live so close to this place. I work long hours and am on my feet all day so when I'm too exhausted (lazy?) to cook after a shift I mosy on over to this rediculously convenient location. They're quick, they're friendly, and they don't judge me for getting a burrito with white rice. Ok, maybe I'm overly sensative about that last part because I FEEL like I should get brown rice or a salad or something and probably because most people seem to order a little healthier than I do... but that's my issue and I appreciate the fact that the staff doesn't openly judge me for it.

This is considered a "Restaurateur" store and in the Chipotle world, that means they are at the top of the top in their market. Being a Chipotle junkie back home, I can honestly say I see the difference between this "Restaurateur" store opposed to a regular Chipotle. Not that your regular Chipotle's are bad the already high standards were just through the roof here. I can see why this location has that title as the service is exceptionally friendly all while serving your food at lightning speed. This location also has to be the cleanest Chipotle I have ever been to. I am a creature of habit when it comes to ordering at Chipotle but this location somehow had me venturing out from my chicken taco soft taco comfort zone. First, I tried crunchy tacos. Now all my El Lay peeps know that I LOVE crunchy tacos but for some reason at Chipotle I always get soft on flour tortillas. So I tried the crunchy tacos one day and omg they were incredible! The fresh fried shell just crumbled in your mouth. Yelper Ash K. told me the secret is to ask for a 4th shell and leave it empty. This was you can use it to either fill it up with the yummy ingredients that fall out of your other tacos or you can break up and scoop up the yumminess as none should be left behind. Second, was the Chicken Quesadilla. Get a side of sour cream FTW! Last was the life changing item... I was introduced to the Burrito Bowl and WOW after one bite and then after pretty much licking my cardboard dish clean I was hooked. I might never order tacos again. Wait, that's a lie. My bowl was perfect! Brown Rice, yes you are reading this right. This location offers BROWN RICE! I hear they are testing it in different markets. Hope it makes it way to Cali soon. Back to the bowl, brown rice, pinto beans, steak, chunky tomato salsa, corn salsa, cheese and sour cream. Perfection. Exceptional service, spic and span clean environment, great food served fast, this Chipotle rocked it.

I placed a phone order for pick up and nothing was correct. They left out....the cheese on the burrito, the extra steak for the burrito, the salsa on the burrito, the guacamole on the burrito, the cheese on the soft tacos, and basically all flavor. I should have listened to my boyfriend when he said this place sucked. Waste of 19 dollars. (Edited next morning). Now I'm super sick.

I love chipotle. The staff is great, and sometimes they reward me with a free drink.

Pretty chill spot and never really crowded inside but the parking is a nightmare and can almost make the place unbearable to visit. I get a paleo version of their food with guacamole and have had it rung up about a dozen different ways and I've given up saying anything...

I know, 5 stars for Chipotle? Well it's my 300th yelp and it had to be something good. This place is walkable from my place and I can't stay away from it. You know how some people crave chocolate, alcohol or exercising. I CRAVE Chipotle. I mean really, it's pretty bad. Always easy to find parking, friendly staff, always SUPER quick. I'm literally in and out in 5 mins tops. Love the brow rice option too!

Chipotle, I've tried to love you. I have. But I just can't. I want, just once, to go to a Chipotle without having crunchy rice. I don't like it. I'm always full of trepidation now when I bite into a burrito, waiting... and wham, there it is, just when I think I'm safe, crunch, crunch. Tonight I went after the dinner rush, about 7, thinking either A) Less crunchy because it has had time to cook or B)More crunchy because it was the last batch from the dinner rush that has been sitting.. and it was B! My second weird complaint is the foil that they use. This is probably the weirdest problem I've ever had at a resturant- but whatever and wherever they store the foil, it has a strange aroma that every time I bite into a burrito, I get a whiff of... rancid foil? I'm not quite sure what it is. I just know I don't like smelling it before I take a bite of my meal. And the third, the last- you have a good salsa, you do! I've tried them all, but could you lay off the salt in your guac? I feel like lately, at whatever location I'm at, someone has dropped about two extra cups into the guacamole. I'll probably take a break from here from a while and see if it's different when I return someday...

Note to self: Chipotle should never precede a run. My dad always yelled at us growing up, "You cannot swim until you have let your food digest for half an hour." I will raise my kids with this maxim: Do not have Chipotle today if your schedule includes anything more than lifting a TV remote. My stupidity aside, I was reminded today why Chipotle blossomed from a small Denver burrito eatery into an international quick casual sensation (saw one in London on my recent trip). I have not been to Chipotle in almost a year, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have better tasting tortillas and brown rice. I had a BOGO coupon I forgot to present, but the cashier was nice enough to refund my card and re-enter the transaction. Someone was wearing way too much grandfatherly cologne in there today. The choking haze of Old Spice or something similar was everpresent and even outsmelled the cilantro and spices that usually greets people upon entering. And, as far as my run, my apologies to anyone in Wash Park this afternoon that I may have cropdusted.

SWEET HEALTHY LOVE! I'm sorry I'm shouting, but tonight I popped in here for dinner ready to order a salad which by the way I LOVE, but now this Chipotle offers :::drum roll:::: BROWN RICE...YES I SAID BROWN RICE and not the kind that has an unfortunate crunch at the end, but soft delicious good for the body brown rice. So I had a burrito bowl instead it was awesome without all the guilt. Apparently they are the only location offering this healthy option as a test. I am shouting from my proverbial Yelp rooftop to go here and order your favorite Chipotle meal with brown rice. Let's hope enough of us get as excited about it as I have and it not only remains, but other locations pick it up too! I am and have been impressed by Chipotle's respect for buying quality healthy ingredients and this falls right in line with their thinking. WHOO HOO!!

This Chipotle has a secret. It has ingredients that many/most other locations do not have. I kind of freaked out when I saw the additional choices. They have a vegetarian concoction which serves as the "meat" for burritos, salads, tacos, bowls, etc. (but you still have the choice to go with the regular vegetarian option of fajita peppers, beans, and guac). It seems to be fairly on par with a Morningstar-esque meatless entry. I didn't get it, but it looked really good. I have a lot of vegetarian friends who will want to try it. Heck, I'll probably try it. They have brown rice. Yes, that's right. You get a choice. They have an additional kind of salsa. It's a fire-roasted tomato salsa that's "medium." It was to DIE for. I really hope other locations start carrying it as well.

This is MY Chipotle. I eat here enough that I probably keep it in business all on my lonesome. The staff is super friendly, but not overly so. Like when I show up two days in a row, they don't even look at me funny. If you ask for "a little" they give you a little, if you ask for "a little more" they oblige you there too. Their thwaps are generous and their smiles genuine. The burrito bowl is my favorite. With chips and guac (and it's really good guac), it's a meal that keeps me full all day long. When I first moved to Colorado and times were tight, there were days when my only meal that day was Chipotle. If you get there right when they open the chips are so fresh that the bags are still warm. The parking lot is quite tiny and on the weekends invaded by the overflow from Lucile's. I get my burrito to go, and am usually in and out in under 5 minutes.

Vegetarian - friendly Vegan - friendly Service - excellent and friendly We get the vegetarian burritos on a regular basis. They are consistently good and very generous in size - two meals for me. The staff is always friendly and service is very fast. I like the way that the company treats its vendors. Only downsides are the lack of organic ingredients, the brown rice is just brown colored white rice, no recycling or composting bins, and the music is often too loud.

5 stars go to any Chipotle, not just this one. They are simply the best burritos with the best ingredients. This location has a nice open layout. The only downside is the very small parking lot, but it probably wouldn't kill you to park a block away and get a little exercise after eating there.

There is nothing wrong with the food. It's Chipotle as advertised but the parking is a joke. I work in the neighborhood and parking at lunch is a nightmare. How can you have 12 spots for 3 restaurants and a salon? I tried to park across the street and got towed. I will never go to Chipotle, Jimmy John's, or any other business in this complex again. Its too bad. I guess Chipotle will just be a weekend deal at home from now on.

There are a billionty other places I'd rather go for a burrito. I just don't understand the obsession with this place! The location here on Alameda is rarely crowded (the crowds are all at Lucile's next door!), and when I was there, the staff was friendly. It's a good value (I guess) for the portion you get (by the way, consider making two meals out of your burrito...at 800 - 1200+ calories per burrito!), but the flavors always seem bland to me. Though the ingredients are certainly fresh, the taste is not distinctly Mexican. I guess I'm not a fan of "fresh Mex"? I do appreciate the fact that they use sustainably farmed meats, so an extra star for that! But, if I'm craving a yummy burrito, you won't find me here...

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
