I always enjoy coming to this location. Everyone always has a smile on their face and is happy to serve me. Priscilla definitely stands out as a dedicated employee with positive energy. I'll definitely come back to this location.

Usually after dinner, I crave something sweet. I wasn't aware that Chick-fila-A served dessert products and was talked into exploring their dessert section of their menu. I order a strawberry milkshake and it really hit the spot. It was thick, creamy, and deliciously piled high with whip cream and a cherry on top! The drive thru service was quick and friendly and the price was comparable to that of many other fast food locations.

I like the chicken sandwiches, be it at this location or any of the others, they all taste the same. This location has nice staff, a good daytime manager (at least the one I had interaction with one time awhile ago), and I've been pleased the few times I've been here.

"Chicken is for people who don't know what they want." I think this was something Anthony Bourdain once said... I'm not quite sure what the national obsession is with this franchise... Buttered bun, pickles, Fresh Veg (at an additional cost) chicken is cooked to the point of juicy - I think it's pressure cooked... Seasoned properly... I mean... it's a decent chicken sandwich, but I feel that it's nothing to hold as the pillar of chicken sandwiches... This is no In-N-Out of the chicken world...

Here's a quick review: 5/5 for food. Chick Fil A is always good any time of the day. 5/5 for service. "My pleasure" 2/5 for wait time. This location is always so busy for lunch with high school kids and people who work in the DTC. A quick lunch can easily take much longer than expected. Not to mention, but waiting in line with all the teenagers isn't pleasant.

I have become more dissatisfied by the food at this location. The last time I visited this location within the past week the nuggets taste burnt and the fries were undercooked, bland and mushy. I do not feel I'm getting what I'm paying for. My main problem with this location is that as I was waiting in line where I was supposed to be, behind two other customers, another customer came up to the cashier that should have been assisting me and asked for an order of cole slaw. Both the cashier and the customer knew I was next in line because they both stood there looking at me as I looked back at both of them. They both knew this customer was cutting in line, but the cashier took his order anyway. Those situations can be challenging to handle, especially with pushy customers with a sense of entitlement, feeling like they don't have to wait in line like the rest of us. The manager of this establishment needs to train his staff to redirect people like that to wait in line. Either that or restructure things so people can't cut in line and step up to the closest available cashier.I probably would not have commented on this if it were not so blatant. An apology from the cashier would have been nice but she just looked at me and then looked away with disregard. Those little things are big things when it comes down to it. I'm sure we have all encountered waiting in line only to have someone just walk up to the nearest cashier disregarding several other people in front of him or her. I'm tired enough of it to comment on it. It will be a cold day in hell when I return to this disrespectful location.

Another awesome stop for lunch! I had a free lunch entree coupon and stopped by to get it to go. I was immediately greeted as soon as I walked in. Catherine took my order and she was so professional, friendly and efficient! Decided to include the waffle fries and my order was ready in less than 3 minutes. Very tasty chicken sandwich and the waffle fries were hot and tasty!!

I go to this location during lunch on the weekdays. There service here during these times cannot be beat. All the workers are very happy and working to make it a great experience, and it always is. I get the chicken fingers meal, and the food is always very good.

I love chick-fila's food & the staff are always really nice but this location is terribly slow. The drive through typically takes close to 10 minutes & with only 1 or 2 cars ahead of me. They really need to work on speeding it up since they are a "fast food" establishment!

I consider fast food to be a necessary evil in a fast paced world, BUT its nice to know there are chain operations like this one where the service and food are ALWAYS great. Normally I'm a burger kind of guy, but a few months ago, I stepped into one these restaurants and was cheerfully greeted and served. The sandwich was tasty and the lemonade was perfect. It doesn't matter where, I've been to over a dozen Chik-fil-a's across the country and its almost scary how friendly the staffs are.

Literally screws up every order. Then I get free item card, then they screw that when I use the free item card. It's a vicious frustrating cycle of screw ups and coupons that will never be right.

This location was kinda hard to get to from the Target side. Due to the holiday season, lots were full and hard to get around. Maybe they designed it like that to reduce speeding? Today's visit had the familiar cow greeting me for lunch which was nice. When I got inside, the place wad packed. Almost all of the tables were occupied. Ordered my food, waited for few minutes and got my food, found the nice table, employee offered to clean the table before I sat down. Overall, happy to be eating here 1st time and nothing negative to report. * playground inside.

Was a good location, though overpriced. Guess they decided it still wasn't enough, so dispute you when you've paid in cash and they don't give you any change. It's cool though, they eventually roll their eyes after a half hour, hand you a random nonsensical amount back, and don't even bother counting the drawer. Tip: Use a debit card

Date(s) visited: about 2 times. Food/Drink: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 Price: 4/5 Parking: 5/5 "HOME OF THE ORIGINAL CHICKEN SANDWICH." Food/Drink: I had a chicken sandwich for my first time the other day and have to say that it was quite tasty. It tasted like REAL CHICKEN and not your fake, cloned, and processed chicken that comes in your typical chicken patty. Also, they have their own sauces which go well with a sandwich or nuggets. I also had the coleslaw which I thought tasted very fresh and was chilled quite nicely. Service: I received EXCELLENT service from the staff at Chick Fil A. A gentleman gave me a card for a free sandwich since I shared with him this was my first time ever eating at a Chi Fil A. The managers there were friendly and even gave me a flyer and shared with me about about the free wifi that customers can tap into from their dining rooms to use their electronic devices. The servers were friendly and also very suggestive of different items on the menu to try. Atmosphere: Super clean!! There were also fresh flowers next to the condiments which added to the ambiance (I don't see too many fast food places that have FRESH flowers in their establishments). This place is super spic and span... Price I think for what I paid for my chicken nuggets, it was a little pricey...Yet, they still get a good rating since what I paid for was some high quality and REAL chicken. Parking: Parking is right in front of the restaurant and is free. MY THOUGHTS? They have a good concept here for their restaurant, great food, and awesome incentives for their employees (which I saw advertisements on the wall for career and educational opportunities). I'm sure I will be coming back to this place again for a Chicken Salad since I do like their chicken. RECOMMENDATIONS: Start off with the Chicken Sandwich (It is what they are known for....)

I wish Chick Fil A was open on Sunday. I seem to crave Chick Fil A more than ever when I can not have it. Ever happen to you? Seriously...I just want a chicken sandwich. NOPE! It's Sunday. WHY??? Because, you picked the wrong day of the week bro. You're right, come back tomorrow when it's not Sunday. We will be open. It's my pleasure. Have a great week, except on Sunday...

Chick-fil-a is my favorite fast food place and I have no complaint towards this location. The staff is always very friendly and they never screw up an order unlike the other fast food chains. It is nice that while still fast food, it is a much better and less fattening option than the rest. Very clean location and never crowded because they were smart enough to put a 2 lane drive-in!

We all know the Chick-Fil-A brand to be a top notch fast food option and this location is no exception. Hot and fresh waffle fries and ice cold lemonade. What more could you want?? This location is so convenient and quick! They offer two drive thru lanes for quick and easy access to those crispy waffle fries!!

II've been here several times and each time is just as bad as the last. My review is for the drive-thru, I've never dined in, so they may have better service. And I've been there mostly at night or early evening. Incompetent drive-thru employees who manage to screw up your order, even after you tell them exactly what you ordered at the window, you still get something else and when you correct them again, they just put their hands up and look dumbfounded and try to convince you that is what you ordered. Absolutely atrocious drive-thru service. Sad, because I love Chik Fil A, but this location does the franchise a serious disservice to the quality of service you've come to expect from them. I won't be back to this location.

I'm a long time chick-fil-a supporter and thought I'd travel out of my way to support this new location. Ever since moving here from the South, one of the things I've missed the most is Chick Fil A. I'm used to seeing one every few miles and in Denver they are few and far between but thankfully this location opened up and now it's more centralized! And the only thing better than Chick Fil A is free Chick Fil A thanks to coupons I got in the mail for breakfast, lunch and a kids meal. I made the rookie mistake of stopping here on Saturday during lunch and I thought it would be swarming with people but it wasn't too bad and I was in and out within 5 minutes. I ordered my favorite, the spicy chicken sandwich and a diet coke and unfortunately didn't get a "My pleasure" from the cashier (one of the many things I love about Chick Fil A!). I got some buffalo sauce packets with it to make it even spicier and was everything I remember and more. Unfortunately the diet coke was flat but oh well, can't win them all. I can't wait to come back and use more coupons.....and have some waffle fries :)

My experience trying the Drive-Thru was a total FAIL! I felt rushed through the whole process only to get half of my order!! I admit, it's my fault for not checking in the bag while I was still at the window- but I just assumed that they knew what the hell they were doing. They left out not one, but TWO items out of my order (which were the highlight of the whole meal! :P) I was stuck on the freeway by the time I realized they were missing. I called them right away and told them about the mistake. In that situation, I would have gotten the situation resolved that day -but had a long day at work, and just wanted to make it home! The girl who handle my phone complaint was very friendly, and said that in those situations they mail some sort of reimbursement or credit for what I had not received. I couldn't actually tell you- cause I ended up never getting that either. I definitely remember giving her my her my name and address and my missing order... which was more than a month ago. Driving by that location today- made me remember I had never gotten that resolved Funny thing is, my previous experiences dining there were wonderful. But after the unfortunate Drive-thru slip up.. the thought of going to that specific location makes me lose my appetite. I understand, we all make mistakes.. but I might recommend that they try a better method at handling customer complaints and make sure to follow up that they were resolved.

I think this is the worse Chick-fil-a I have been too. The place was dirty! They have this nice long table when you first walk in, but it was covered in dirty buckets filled with dirty water, cleaning supplies, and dirty rags. There were flies everywhere. I ordered minis and chicken biscuits and even though I had to wait for them to be made they were cold. I took it back to the hotel room and my husband wouldn't even eat it. Only good thing, they now have simple orange for their juice.

I always enjoy coming to this location. Everyone always has a smile on their face and is happy to serve me. Priscilla definitely stands out as a dedicated employee with positive energy. I'll definitely come back to this location.
