I stopped in today once again. Last week too. Last week when I went in the restaurant my service was not as good. Had to ask for napkins at least 5 times and never received them. Also I asked for water with lemon no lemon. Had to ask 3 times for my lemon. When my food came out they give you such small bleu cheese I'd like another about the time she got it I was done never got a refill either. Went today and Jona was my server today again. She once again filled my drink without me asking. Had extra napkins without me asking and got my extra bleu cheese right away. She's the best I only want her serving me.

I am hoping to break my writer's block with this ultra boring review- so bear with me. I just realized that I am going to have to drive at least 20 minutes to get BWW. I have been switching locations around to see how much of a difference there would be, if any. Needless to say, there is. This is the closest distance from my apartment according to Yelp. Unfortunately it is near one my least favorite parts of town (Stapleton). Yes, it has a lot to offer, but all of the shops are stacked on top of eachother with annoying parking lots and points of entry and exit. I am reminded of this every time I am looking for something to eat at my lunch hour (close to work). Last night, it was known to me that the BWW website ( buffalowildwings.com ) not only was not taking online orders, but it actually had the gall to tell me there were no locations in Denver, CO, and to make sure it wasn't a glitch, I checked to see (which, BTW- there are plenty) if there were any in Atlanta, GA. There weren't. So my trusty Yelp app led me here. Did call ahead ordering- 2 large (an order of 24, which you can split into 4 flavors) buckets boneless (the reason I even go to BWW), a large bucket of traditional, and a large order of fries. they said it would be 20 minutes. We got there, pulled up, and entered. Place had an odd vibe to it- couldn't really point it out though. Went to pick up, said it would be a min- they forgot an order of something. So we (my roommate and I) had to wait a few minutes. They, when they presented the order, they had forgot the fries. So we had to wait extra for the fries. I love when all your hot food gets cold. Being as hungry as we were, we ended up eating all of the food. Thankfully it tasted decent- that was about the only saving grace from the visit. Will probably have to go back to other locations in the future.

So this has to be the worst location I've ever been to. We did a phone order and came to pick up. Our wings were so dry and not hot. They didn't give us any utensils or napkins and we also ordered a cake with ice cream...were we suppose to eat with our fingers to scoop up the ice cream and cake? We were tourists and stayed at a hotel and it was not convienient to locate utensils at midnight. Never coming here again.

Sigh. This was just a sh*t show. We strolled it at 11:30 today, Saturday, and were seated right away. There were 3 other tables of people. I'm not sure exactly how many people who worked there were on hand but let's be conservative and say 15. All 15 were standing around chatting and doing, for all practical purposes, nothing. Somebody finally came over and took our order, no special instructions, no special diet, 3 waters and 1 beer. 15 minutes later and only 2 of us had water. No food, no beer, no 3rd water. You know the look you're husband starts to get when he's hungry and about to be super pissed he's about to spend $50 on crappy food, bad service and late food? That's the look my husband was getting. A hilarious 12:45 rolls around and my husband was about to turn green and grow to 12' tall. Sooooo we asked for the manager to pay for our drinks and leave. Oh, the drinks amounted to same said 2 waters but I wasn't about to intervene and tell my husband it was only water. The manager looked totally confused about where she even was and simply said "oh ok, ya no charge." We departed quickly and shot on over to enjoy a lovely meal at wahoo's. Save yourself the aggravation, the check for marginal food and bad service. Seriously.

If you love chicken wings then this is heaven. visited here four times, always busy especially on a saturday night as all the locals go in to watch the football so avoid if possible as there is usually a two hour wait for a table and the take away que spills out the door.

    (4)
  • Jason D.

Just like any other Buffalo Wild Wings about the same service seems to be a little slower here you need a refill but they are very nice

Got in and the host gives us short answers and turns around and plays on her phone! When there are about 5 tables with table for 4 are open. She was rude and not doing her job. I've been to a lot of different locations for buffalo wild wings and NEVER been treated that way by the host. How hard is it to take people to a seat with some menus? I've worked at a restaurant and worked as a hostess. It is NOT hard to do your job! I just got sat down so I hope our waiter isn't a disappointment either.

Not a bad place, staff could be a little more attentive though, they seem to disappear for a long time and come back with nothing, I'm assuming smoke breaks or something but it happens often. I have had a lot of issues with receiving the wrong sauce on my wings, not a huge deal but it is annoying. They have also forgotten appetizers completely, I think they get complacent and are used to just wing orders so they skip over it.

  • H. Edwin A.

It's always a clusterfuck at BWW no matter where we try it. This one, and every otter one I've been into. Why are we here then?? No where else to watch the game, and the kids like the wings. Service is always painfully slow, management is usually invisible (if there is one in the building?) Service is poor here. Plan on it.

    (2)
  • Sharee A.

Went here because it is from home however food is just blahhh. We did try the new sauces - honey mustard and salted Carmel. Not bad. No sweet n low at all. Not going anymore

I'm not really sure why I'm reviewing this place. Perhaps just to be a diligent Yelper. The fact is that that you should know exactly what you are getting the second you see the name. You are getting decent, edible wing thingys (boneless or bonered), quick and decent service, big screen TVs, etc. There are far better wings in Denver if you know where to go, but as if you have a hungry group that wants to get fed with a side of beer, great place.

    (3)
  • Patricia H.

Seriously worst service ever! Their bad reviews definitely hold true! Came in, waited 5 minutes to be greeted only for the hostess to acknowledge a large group first who came in behind me. I asked her to be close to a specific game only for her to tell me to go look myself if there was a table open. When I looked there was but there was trash on it so I asked them to clean it off just for them to tell me they'll get to it when they can. What?! Then as they're cleaning it another group goes and sits in it and she lets them. Wtf? Spoke to the manager Kristine who shrugged it off like it was nothing. Just, wow.

Tried this location today and I was pretty disappointed. Wings were so dry and our Irish wedges looked nothing like the picture on the menu. No cheese on it. The only difference from our Irish wedges and reg wedges were the green onions and the side of onion dip. We ordered 40 wings total and they were all dry. Over cooked and to make it worse, barely had enough sauce to cover the wings. The inside of my daughters crispy tenders were as crispy as the outside. Were not going there again that's for sure.

    (1)
  • Fady H.

I've been here a few times. For some reason everything but the cooking of the wings themselves is constant. During the day of this review I ordered their tiny portion of wings and took advantage of happy hour. The wings were undercooked and as I write this I feel like puking. Sorry buffalo, its harsh but honest. Be consistent in cooking. ESPECIALLY WHEN COOKING CHICKEN

My bad for eating here in the first place. Just an absolute train wreck. No organization and has to be the most unprofessional staff in restaurants......in restaurants. That's saying a lot. Again it's like getting mad at a monkey for shooting someone after you have it a gun, totally my fault for walking in.

    (1)
  • Allie G.

Just wanted to write a quick update. The manager (or someone) called me to apologize for the experience we had. Although he was not really nice, he took $20.00 off the order. Still unsure if we will be back to this location or not

    (2)
  • Amy C.

Slow service, but good for groups. I love the Asian Zing sauce. ^_^ Just make sure you ask your server for everything you want at once as you may not see them again.

  • Bibiana P.

Food is great... service is terrible. They ignore you and it takes you forever to get seated even when the place is empty. The waitresses are rude and they are constantly distracted and don't pay attention.

    (3)
  • Tina L.

Okay we've read some pretty negative reviwes about this place but we figured we'd give it a try anyway. Wow, we waited 20 miutes for someone to come up with us and ask for drinks. No, nobody even came. People who were seated after us were served before us. Are you f*cking serious? At least 3 servers walked past us. The place wasn't even busy. We got up and left. The B-Dubs at Havana is much busier than this sh*t and still knows how to properly serve its customers.

    (1)
  • Wendy H.

Good location clean. Our waiter was ok. The food deliver was very slow and they were not all that busy. I have had better experiences at these place this one just fell a litte short.

    (2)
  • Dean S.

Worst service ever.. Waited 20 minutes to get a server while they argued over who was to take this table. Wings took another 40 minutes to get to us and were severely overcooked and undersauced. Came during happy hour and were not given the posted happy hour prices on beer.

I'm pleased to say that we're finally getting a B-Dubbs in my hometown of Gillette, WY! My first experience, a pleasant one at that, was at this restaurant. The place was packed and full of laughter. My friends and I expected a wait, but we were seated immediately. which was great. There's a TV no matter which way you turn and sports memorabilia all over the walls. It's a fun atmosphere, but can get loud. The staff we encountered were all very friendly and never seemed as though we were bothering them. I'm not too much a fan of the boneless wings, but bring on some classic ones! From my few visits I really liked the buffalo chicken ranch warp and the buffalo chicken flat bread. Next time we go I've been promised that some of my friends are taking on the insanely hot wing challenge...I'm braced to laugh!

Seem understaffed. Server was attentive. Food was terrible. My lettuce in my salad was wilted and brown. The wings were cold and soggy. Definitely overpriced for the food.

We are visiting from out of town and wanted to go somewhere to watch the Thursday night game. My boyfriend and I saw Buffalo Wild Wings and decided a familiar chain would be perfect. Nothing beats their boneless mild wings and selection of draft beers. Upon arriving, we were seated and the waiter approached us to take our drink order. At this time, they ID'd us. In Nevada, your ID does not expire at 21, so my 23 year old boyfriend presented his vertical ID. The waiter said that he was unable to accept it because is wasn't horizontal. Are you kidding me? Read the expiration date. Their staff should be more knowledgable and be trained to tell the difference between a real and fake ID. We made it through TSA, but prestigious BWW can't accept it? Please. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere.

Went to this location a week ago with my friend who was visiting from Charlotte. We were pleased with the atmosphere, cleanliness and service. We like our wings cooked extra hard and they didn't come out that way on the first try. The manager, Heather made sure they did on the 2nd try and they were perfect. Heather apologized for the inconvenience and made up for it with additional food n drinks. We will be returning to this location in the future!

    (4)
  • Michelle C.

Food took 53 minutes to come out. Came out cold. Cold French fries. Cold wings. Buffalito tortilla was soggy on the bottom and hard towards the top - probably sat under a "heat lamp" even tho it came out cold. I love BWW but I will NEVER return to this location.

I am not big on chain resturants as they all offer the same thing. However I have to give the bartenders lots of credit. They were busy and still found time to talk to customers and the one bartender after seeing my ID earlier in the night made comment over an hour later about where I lived. Great service.

    (5)
  • Ellen J.

We come here because we like wings and it is close but the service is usually pretty bad. Tonight we couldn't even put our name on the list because the guy up front was letting everyone crowd around and put their names in first. It honestly might be worth it to drive over to aurora where they actually function.

    (2)
  • Mia M.

I love buffalo wild wings, and seeing as they're a chain we can all expect what the food will taste like. However, the service here is absolutely HORRIBLE! I work close by and we have ordered from them a few times. EVERY time they never give us our complete order. The first time they shorted us ten wings, and today they shorted us again. This location is completely lacking in any organization and customer service. I have worked in the food industry and I understand it can be rough at times, but, messing up a to go order is showing an all around lack of common sense and an abundance of laziness. Get it together.

    (1)
  • Lindsay B.

Wow what do I say about this experience? I'm currently sitting at my table and we have officially been here over an hour and still have not received our food. Our server is quite apologetic and explained that there are only 2 servers in the bar area however that does not explain why it took over 10 minutes to get our chips and salsa!! There's not even cooking involved in that!!! Overall bad experience definitely will not be back at this location.

    (1)
  • Will D.

Just really messed up. Ordered 50 mild wings for pick up. No Hostess when arrived Waited five minutes to be recognized The wings weren't ready Were medium not mild Manager said WE ordered wrong Was defensive and rude. Don't need the aggravation Went to 80th and Wadsworth in & out in 3 min. Wished us a Merry Christmas

  • Cassandra F.

Stopped in here again and it was really a slow day (only a few other people in the place). Had to go to the bar to place a To Go order, but I wanted to comment on how nice the bartender was. She was super sweet and friendly and very nice to my son while we waited for our food (he's a toddler, so he can be difficult at times).

I like bww but this is the worst one I've ever been to they short you on wings they come out cold and they give you the wrong sauce and it smells like piss in this location

How come there is 2 different "slots" for this Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar Stapleton review. So I decide to write my review after this reviewer, Jeff C, coz his reveiw was first formed on October 18th 2011. Hubs and I was here on Thursday October 20th 2011. Was here for dinner. Time was 17:45hrs. Man, inside this establishment was jam packed since I heard this BWW just opened their doors this week at the Stapleton neighborhood. We were "swift" to be seated outside, aka their patio. Thank GOD, there are "ceiling" heaters since I forgot to bring my sweater that evening. Our waitstaff aka server her name was Jennifrer M. Our Table is number 430 as stated in the receipt. There are many more patrons seating outside here, I guess its more for the families who have little kids or prefer to dine out away from the "crowds". Since I have been to one BWW in Brighton, CO.. I decide to choose the same things of Roasted Garlic Mushrooms ($3.00) and Mango Habanero Wings (6 pieces)($8.99). and a order of Thai Curry Wings (6 pieces)($8.99). As for Hubs he opt for Chili Cheese Dogs with Fries what they call their HOT DOG SLAMMERS ($7.28). As for our beverages we opt for, Hubs order was Huckleberry Lemonade ($2.99) while I had the Mango Lemonade ($2.99). Then after we ordered, Hubs turned around to look at the big family who did some kind of challenge. Hubs then ask the waitstaff if he can do and enter the challenge. So all our food came, and since Hubs decide to do the challenge and he does not want to fill his stomach, that makes his food cold. The WING challenge is to eat 12 wings which they coat with their HOTTEST SAUCE aka "THE BLAZING". This challenge you have to eat all wings no napkins, no milk, no water, no wiping your mouth or lips whatsoever and you have to finish eating ALL 12 wings in 6 minutes. You signed a waiver before you enter this challenge. So all in all Hubs managed to ate all the wings for the challenge and he finished it in 4 mins or so. The waitstaff told him he was the first for the store that finished the challenged in that time. "Misleading Informant". Oh well, whatever it is, Hubs told me, the chicken wing challenge, was A-OK. There is NO HEAT what so ever and he does not mind returing to make another challenge in the future. With that, Hubs got a free meal of the wing challenge, a free Tshirt and a head band. So a personal note, for me in the future. In case Hubs wants to take another challenge at another BWW or any other place for that matter, please make sure he took the challenge first before ordering any other food, so he wont get or his food wont be cold. PERIOD. Oohh, while we were there, I ask the Manager if he would be so kind to switch one of the TV channels to FUEL TV. He was so nice, and he did change one of the TVs to Fuel TV channel. Then why the 3 stars? Coz I think at that time we were seated outside. I enjoyed eating the stuffs I ordered but the Thai Curry Wings (1.5 star ONLY) was a letdown for me. I still like the Roasted Garlic Mushrooms and the Mango Habanero wings. Perhaps next time when we would like to come, either for lunch or earlier hours of the day. You know what you'll get at BWW - decent sports bar food, a million TVs, reasonable prices (except for beer), but nothing gourmet. So it's exactly what you'd expect, and that's fine if that's what you want. This location is a little weird to get to, since the streets around the place aren't quite set up like they should be, but once you're there you're good. The menu is obviously wing-centric, but they have burgers and a few sandwiches and wraps as well. I haven't been too thrilled with the beer list or prices, so I usually skip it, even though everyone on the planet loves wings and beer. It's great for groups, though it can be a little slow. So just plan on watching sports for a while without worrying about what the clock says, which is the whole point of the place anyway.

    (3)
  • Wendy C.

Well maybe I'm the idiot for giving this place sooo many chances, but I finally decided to go elsewhere. We always order takeout and the order is messed up at least half of the time. You wouldn't think a chicken ceasar salad and hot wings (we always order the same thing) could be messed up! Well here is how: once there was no sauce on the wings (what's the point of that), there was no chicken on the "chicken ceasar salad", we've been given the wrong salad dressing, theres been onions and tomatoes on a ceasar salad, and I've gone to pick up our order after 20 or so minutes only to find out that they hadn't put it in. Sorry, but I give up! It seems like there is nobody there in charge.

  • Martin C.

I love BWW, but this location has been a terrible disappointment. First off they didn't give us any silverware, they couldn't tell me what seasonal Sam Adams beer they had on tap (since it is August and most places are switching to Octoberfest), and the wings had next to no sauce. Not to mention our waitress "McKayla" completely stopped serving us all together. Which to me is a failure in every area of the staff. I recommend finding another BWW because this particular one has been seriously terrible. UPDATE: the "Shift Leader", Brooke comped us 24 wings and gave us a free dessert. Which bumped this review from 1 star to two. Thank you Brooke you were very nice. But it was still a failure in every other department.

Food was just as good as the food I had a bw3 in Colorado Springs last night, however my waitress Maribel was very attentive and I could not have asked for better experience. She was very busy and she provided the best service I ever had at a restaurant. I read a lot of bad reviews here before going and I was surprised at the level of service I had received. The ONLY criticism I have was my honey bbq boneless wings could have had more sauce which I also read the same criticism on another review/picture.

I never ever write reviews but I felt like this time I had to. I even got a yelp account just to write this. We usually go to the BWW on havana in aurora, but after having multiple issues at that restaurant we decided we would never dine there again. Now to today's issue we had no issues with the host, we were sat promptly. Now our server on the other hand was HORRIBLE I decided I would be nice and not give the name. Our server took our order just fine, it took about 30 minutes to get our food which was fine with it being wings I know it takes awhile. We were a table of 6 and once the food was brought with our server and another server helping her, my meal was missing. At first I just thought they would bring it out since the sides of my meal were brought out. After 25 minutes of waiting and asking the host to call our server she finally decide to come to our table, when I told her I hadn't recieved my meal she asked "oh what fid you order?" I told her and 10 minutes later after checking the computer she finally brought out my wings. Once we were done we looked for her to get her attention and she was no where to be found after we asked for a box. I use to work in the restaurant business so I know I am not ranting, but so far it seems this company and the customer service is going down hill. I have dined somewhere that took this long to actually receive your meal and not once did the Manger come out to apologize actually I never even saw a Manger walking around.

Obviously you can't beat the selection of games they put on, and if your game isn't on you can ask them to change the channel. The service is hit-or-miss, with some bartenders (I almost always sit at the bar) being on top of their customers, and others being a bit neglectful. There wings put Wing House to shame and are great 9 out of 10 times. This particular location doesn't have TVs in the bathroom like other locations I've been to, so that's points off in my book. Overall though I tend to make this my spot to watch football on Sundays.

  • Wellington C.

Came here on a sunday afternoon around 4pm. Place wasnt that busy and there appeared to be plenty of staff but it just didnt seem like they had their act together. Service was extremely slow and i could tell that the people who were waiting for a table were a little upset. I decided to get take out, nothing special just a simple burger. What annoyed me was that i had to ask for everything, silverware, napkins, my salad which they forgot, dressing for my salad since the server neglected to ask, etc. The food was decent but the burger was put together a little sloppy. Overall not a great experience here.

Had to eat late, so we headed over. We had a nice server - she brought us many many many sauces (thx). Who can say no to a spicy quesadilla and some boneless wings. My advice: don't get one sauce. Get them all for a major taste test.

Nice addition tobstapleton, stil under attended, which is great for me! Staff is very friendly, food is as expected. Beer selection is great! Outdoor patio is great! I always get the hot - why mess with the original? Fried pickles are anh. We'll be back!

I was so excited to see a Buffalo Wild Wings come to the Stapleton neighborhood. We were totally missing a great Sports Bar. We have been twice since it has opened (I think they've been open about 3 weeks). Let's talk about food: 1. Bone in or boneless wing options with a multitude of sauces or seasonings. I can vouch for the Honey BBQ sauce, Hot BBQ sauce, and the BBQ seasoning - all very good 2. Order the wings by 6 and you have different sauces on every six. 3. Happy hour on beer is excellent - $3 for 20 oz. - they also have Woodchuck Hard Cider 4. The rest of the menu boosts burgers, salads, hot dogs, and BBQ flavored items 5. Chocolate cake was okay (not great) - the ice cream would have been good if it wasn't frozen like the ice berg that sunk the Titanic. Even the table next to us had absolutely frozen ice cream (needed to use a knife to cut it). This past time we went we had Tina as our server. Let me say I don't know if anyone could be better. She was friendly, funny, attentive, and perfectly perky. She was there when needed her and had great suggestions. I highly recommend her - she won't steer you wrong. This will be our new favorite place to watch games since they boost the most flat screen TVs I've ever seen in one place. The extra added bonus is the fact that they have Buzz TRIVIA. Sam and I will be competing quite often to see who has the most useless knowledge - I dare you to challenge us! Food = 3 stars Service - TINA = 4 stars Tina - you gave this place 4 stars for us!

Use caution if you have food allergies. My daughter went to the ER after eating here, despite telling them she had an allergy to honey. We love the food but are unsure if we ever want to risk going again. A manager did contact me and apologize and offered a free meal, but we are unsure if we are willing to risk another trip to the ER.

If you like sports, go. If you don't, don't. The food is the food you'd expect yourself to expect if you're expecting food from BW3 (google it). A-ok, ok? If you've been, you've been -- so expect to enjoy watching sports and smelling like beer and wings when you leave -- WHICH IS THE WHOLE POINT, YOU SNOB! (sorry -- I apologize. I don't even know you) The very friendly staff will turn to pretty much any game you want if you ask nicely (although, it's probably already on, so don't be too nice), and the absurd amount of TV's is pretty sweet. They also have really good weekend beer specials during games. Good to see these popping up around Denver cuz they deliver on their brand promise - Wings. Beer. Sports. Tables. Chairs. Bathrooms. TV's --- Dat's it Folks!

Prepare yourself incredibly slow service...if you could call it service. I've been here half a dozen times and every time but 1 has been utterly terrible. I'm not asking for hand and foot service, Id just like my server to at least care about his job. Took almost a hour to get our food.

If I could give a zero I would. Just walked into this restaurant, was seated and then sat there with no one attempting to help us. There were only six table occupied and eight wait staff, who were all hanging out at the counter. After fifteen minutes of being ignored, we walked out. Terrible!!!

Up all night after eating a chicken wrap. Kids running wild all over the restaurant. Our server was very nice, but not efficient as we didn't receive one requested item and it took way too long to get out bill. It was a Sunday evening late, but that's not really an excuse.

Great bar service. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly. Service was prompt and fast even for a Friday night. Would definitely come back. Great beer selection, good place to watch the game too.

I can't even write about the food because the front people wouldn't even seat us. 4 open tables at least and the front staff just sat and cleaned the same tables over and over while more people came in. Won't come back here again. The vibe of the place was not even that great

my family and I really enjoy going to BWW on most occasions. unfortunately, we recently moved to Denver and our closest location is Stapleton. I wouldn't recommend this location for anyone. the few times we've been, we've had the rudest, most incapable servers I've ever encountered. tonight in particular, Ty was unfriendly and made us feel very unwelcome. We rarely get to get out as parents and to have to spend unreasonable amounts of money on somewhat decent wings and get treated poorly in the meantime just makes us so angry. I don't think we'll be coming back to this location any time soon. Lastly, management does an okay job of walking the floor and making their presence known, but they do not stop in to check on any tables, which seems strange to me coming from ten years in the service industry.

Normally I despise big corporate restaurants. However this BW3 gets a good overflow from the Stapleton neighborhood. I like to go on Thursdays where my girlfriend and I can decompress with some hot wings (which are on sale) and nerd out to some trivia. The beer specials can be hit or miss, but when it comes to this neighborhood, this place is about as good as it gets.

Came here with no big expectations. This place delivers!!! Service is fantastic! Best chips and salsa -the chips come out warm!! Amazing beer selection and a ton of TV's to watch your favorite football team. And if you are not a Bronco fan, you feel completely comfortable wearing your team's shirt (go 49ers). This is our go to spot now on Sundays!

Wings need more meat... I felt like an unappreciated tranny, dancing in Vegas. Our server was great and they have lots of TV for sporting events. Big beers and decent happy hour.

I love wings, really I do and its hard to mess up buffalo wings in my opinion so this review isn't so much about the food but the service at this location. Went there for lunch on a Tuesday with a co-worker,only have ONE HOUR for lunch it took them nearly 35 mins to bring our food, our drinks were not refilled we were not told of any specials and when the wings did arrive our orders were wrong :( the waitress was nice, she tried to check on us but I feel it wasn't her place to do that,a manager was hanging out by the kitchen but did nothing to speed up service. I noticed a few other diners who had not fed as well,it was the worst service I've ever had there and it wasn't crowded or a weekend. Disappointed...

The staff was very friendly, just came late night to grab some beer and wings with an old friend that lives in Colorado. Exactly what I expected like the one from other states with friendly people. Overall, happy.

I really, really like the food here. Parmesan garlic wings make me go into a massive food coma. And all the appetizers? We usually just get a round of them and pick off of everything. I know, disgustingly hedonistic--but so, so good. In fact, I've never ever had bad food from a Buffalo Wild Wings. That being said, I'm REALLY glad they opened up in Northfield. The previous location I used to visit always, ALWAYS had bad service. Snarky waitresses are not my favorite people, especially when they're not bright enough to be snarky to begin with! The last time I went to this location, my friend got sick before we even sat down. We're still not sure what happened, but I needed to order everything to-go. The waitress was AMAZINGLY nice and responded to my strange requests without a hitch. Trust me, she got a good tip. I've never left a table so fast, but you never know what curveball life will throw at you! So thanks, BWW, for being considerate, friendly, delicious, and (decently) timely! :)

Service is slow and food is bland. Atmosphere is cold (temperature wise) and way too loud.

For some reason this BWW has better tasting wings than the one by my house......hmmmmm - weird. Always packed, friendly service, tons of TVS and never have to wait. Or maybe we've just been lucky more times than one.....oh well. I'm a fan of the spicy garlic, caribbean jerk, and wild. I stick to what I know... I could use a little more sauce though and from reading another review on here, I will ask for them extra wet next time - should be interesting

BAD Food! This is a very simple business strategy: Use the cheapest possible ingredients and cover everything in spicy sweet sauce. This is the WORST experience I've had with food in years that didn't involve actual food poisoning. Everyone at my table hated it. Plus, the prices are quite high. I'll NEVER go back. The employees were cheerful and friendly.

Had a wonderful waitress - Katie - who was my girlfriend's favorite waitress ever. Came up for a conference and everything was as expected for a BWW. Great wings and beer, and of course I love trivia...

Good wings and decent priced drinks. Can be a little loud during games but still a good place for late-night wings.

The wings were very good. The service was great. Ashley was very attentive , nice smile, very friendly, checked on table often even though she was busy. I was not however overly impressed with the cleanliness of the dining room. The reason for the 4 star rating. Food came out very quickly. I can't wait for opening day in Lancaster PA.

Definitely better than the highlands ranch location. More TVs. Friendlier servers. The food was delicious. Had the specials explained during happy hour. I will be back.

Worst and far most horrible service. Me and my fiance went and sat at or table for 10 to 15 minutes before our server even noticed us till after the fact when another couple came after us was noticed we were there first nor did they give us any menus when we were seated.... Now that's some bull never again will I eat there this place sucks when it comes to service.. Just saying

Never been fond of BWW until wondering into this location trying to catch my alma maters basketball game one day. After asking the bartender to put my game on, it was up on the big projector screens just in time for tip off. As it turned out, watching my school get their a**** handed to them on the projector screen is actually more painful than if it were on a smaller screen. On that note, they have a pretty good selection of beer on draft to help drown your sorrows. Happy hour specials aren't great but also not too bad. They offer plenty of sauces and variety when it comes to wings. However, I'm old fashioned and keep it simple with traditional hot wings. And hot they were. As for service, sitting at the bar I felt I received excellent service. The bartenders (always smiling) take care of you, even at peak and busy times when they're filling drinks for the whole restaurant. I never felt forgotten.

First time to a BWW. I thought it was pretty good. Apparently it was day one for the opening. I guess the girl sign twirler caught my attention so I ventured in. I probably should have gotten wings, but did not feel like being messy. I got the chicken sandwich with wing sauce and ranch. It was actually very good. The chicken was crispy however, I wish it had more sauce and I would get it with a hotter sauce. I was disappointed with the french fries--they felt a little stale as in not fresh out of the fryer. I would like to try the wings next time and it definitely looks like a great place to watch a game.

First time at buffalo Wild Wings a little mix up with our table, but after everything was cleared up the manager made sure we were taking care of.... Loved the food. We will be back when we visit Denver .

2/17/12, worst service Ive ever experienced. After waiting 45 minutes for a meal that never showed up, the manager would not even come out from the back and talk. He basically just yelled at the server. Will never return and will spread the bad word to all coworkers. Very unacceptable Dan the manager!

I tend to think one of the reasons BWW is successful, is because they have a solid business plan and it doesn't matter which BWW you go to, you can expect the same thing. I tend to think its pretty hard to screw up wings. First, you deep fry them, second you coat them, third, you get them out fast. BWW has a pretty good selection of sauces so the variety is there. Great place to watch sports and even though I don't do fantasy football, I see those crazy fools in their all the time in the fall with their lap tops. Service is always top notch, very attentive and they often times will get you do sodas when you order one, just to make sure you don't get thirsty. (one of my pet peeves). I also have to make note of the buffalo chips, since I don't know of any other place that has this. Its a potato cut like a chip and baked or fried ( I'm not sure) but I tend to like these better than fries. I wouldn't give it a 4 or a 5 simply because I don't eat wings that often, but its no surprise to me that BWW are popping up everywhere.

Just went in to pick up a to go order. I was told it would be 10 minutes. I watched a girl bring my order out and it sat there another 20 minutes before she gave it to me. I will never get to go food from them again.

This Buffalo Wild Wings new to the Stapleton area leaves quite a bit of "wild" to be desired. Upon entering the restaurant it appears to be a nice, fresh, clean restaurant. the menus are crisp, floors are clean and the amount of TV's leaves no game unwatched. Although the food was processed (as to be expected) the service was less than par. It seemed that smiles are against company policy unless your talking to one of your co workers and making a family of 7 wait 12 minutes for a server. Don't dine here if you have a thirst as you will wait for a refill on your beverage, and you can forget about extra dipping sauces if you don't ask two different servers for them (just to cover your bases). I've eaten at several BWW in the country and always had a great experience and it's a shame that a new restaurant that can supply so many jobs can start off with such a disappointing reputation.

Good wings and beer can't beat the 90+ televisions in this place for March madness. Definitely wouldn't expect to come here for good conversation if you're at all easily distracted. Their employees are clearly trying really hard. That said, I get the impression that they're still working out some kinks in service, which was sort of slow. Otherwise, happy to have this in the neighborhood!

My wife went to BWW to watch a sports event - our first time to this restaurant and location. It was a fairly decent experience. It wasn't too busy for a Saturday, there were a ton of TVs (big plus for catching a game), good bartender, and I'm glad they had Dale's Pale Ale on tap. The Thai covered boneless wings hit the spot for me but the Caribbean Jerk and ribs were OK too.

  • Summer S.

Well, it is sad to say, but I used to love this place especially on Tuesdays and Thursdays when they ran specials on their original and boneless wings. However, recently they have raised their prices for these specials, so it no longer feels like a special. This is chicken folks, not steak!!! Not only that, but they are tiny tiny chicken's, how pricey could they be? So, we now go ONLY on Tuesday and Thursdays, if at all.

I'm a fan of B-Dubs all over the country. This particular location had excellent service. Went there twice during a brief trip to Denver because of proximity to hotel and that I knew the menu. Not really crowded either night, including a Friday. Good service both times, and nice selection of beers on tap.

I have eaten at various locations many times but this location is by far the worst. It would seem that if you actually want service then you should go somewhere else. It was easy enough to get a drink but then I waited 26 minutes to order any food, by which time I had run out of time. Pretty much the same as my last experience at this location. I will definitely eat at BFF in the future but not the Stapleton location.

I have loved Buffalo Wild Wings sauce for years, so I was VERY excited when a Buffalo Wild Wings opened near us, and we've been back about 10 times despite bad service nearly every time. The sauces are great, but the servers are either friendly and bring the wrong meal, are rude and bring the correct meal, or ignore us completely. I've also had to beg just to get a college football game on a small television (I know we're in Colorado, but the Wisconsin - Michigan State game was a pretty good matchup). The last time we went, we sat at the bar for a bowl game. For the 2nd half of the game, there was only one other person seated at the bar. We had to beg, literally beg, for new beers and food. That was it. Fool me 10 times, shame on you. There won't be an 11th.

This place just opened last Monday. So what better night than to watch Monday Night Football at a grand opening? My boyfriend and I went there, partly because my team was playing and I told him I will be the first on the wall that has completed the blazing wing challenge. Needless I did win the challenge. But that's not what this review is about. Sure the restaurant is like the other buffalo wild wing chain, but it was just as good. Our bartender Jason was fabulous. As was one of the other bartenders of which I cannot remember her name. But our drinks were filled promptly, even with how busy they were, and we were paid close attention to with our food and dessert order. Friendly and the staff seemed to be in high spirits. The atmosphere was excellent, and I have a good feeling it will continue long after the week celebration is over. Yes I would recommend this one if you live in the Stapleton area but also don't want any ordinary bar food. BWW has been a favorite of mine since I started trying new sauces and it's a great place to go for after dinner drinks and good food.

Nice staff, however restaurant states they're open until midnight on Sundays. However at 1140 pm on a recent Sunday could still order food but you could not or have a drink because the bar portion was shutdown.

We had a long day travelling and went to have wings with the parents. Waitress forgot to take our order and then come running and said "I don't have a order in the system for you - sorry". Well then we ordered 18 wings and some sides. Mom only wanted ice cream with carmel sauce. The order was delivered by another waitress that said "we don't have spoons" walking away laughing. Excuse me - you are a restaurant and you don't have spoons - wtf? So we had to call over another waiter and he asked if we really need a spoon? Do they have some sort of a joke that we are not in on? Our waitress came out with a teaspoon and asked us not to laugh at the spoon. So all of the above was fine and excusable up until Mom became ill about 15 min after dinner. We will NEVER eat here again.
