This place is pretty good. Its rare when I can go to a place and order something different every visit and like everything. Been here about 5 times now and overall this is a place I will continue to go. The portions are huge and the prices are very reasonable. The service has always been good and the food always consistent. In an area where theres few restaurants besides chains, this is a welcomed place in the community. I will continue to bring business there and I truely hope their business continues to do well.

The food was greasy, soggy and bland. The service was even worse. They wanted to argue with my wife as to whether she could have an extra side of sweet and sour sauce. This is not the first time this has happened to us here. We though the last time might have been a fluke. I have had good food here before. I don't know what happened. It is a real shame, because they are the only asian option in this area.

Some of the rudest people I have dealt with. If the food was decent I might put up with it but the food isn't all that great. I'm a white guy married to a Korean get over it people. The dirty looks and rudeness are uncalled for.

I think this place changed owners. The people who answer the phone are different now and the delivery isn't as quick as before. We always order the same thing. Orange Chicken, Veggie Egg Rolls, Salt n Pepper Shrimp, Jalapeno Beef, and fried rice. My husband keeps complaining that the Salt n Pepper shrimp isn't as good as it use to be. The fried rice is very plain and has no flavor. The Veggie Egg Rolls are by far my favorite item and the orange chicken is always good, but I've noticed it doesn't have as much flavor as before. It's still our go to place, since we don't know of anything better, but the prices are kind of high and the quality has gone down.

I was looking for an Asian restaurant close to the hotel that I was staying at and chose this one base on the Yelp reviews. At 7:30PM on a Monday night, there were few other customers. The strip mall where the restaurant was located had plenty of parking. The waitress was very nice and was fairly quick about refilling our waters and tea. I asked the waitress for recommendations, but instead I ordered the hot and sour soup ($1.50) and chicken pad thai ($7.95) based on the reviews that I had read. The hot and sour soup was very good. It had enough spicy heat to make it interesting. The pad thai on the other hand was too sweet. I even ordered a bowl of rice ($1.50) to try to cut the sweetness a bit. A friend tried it as well and agreed that it was overly sweet. I would give the pad thai 2 stars and the soup 3.5 stars.

Surprisingly good Asian food for Denver. I'm usually not a fan of Asian restaurants who don't specialize in one cuisine or another. This spot has dishes from Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, China, and Korea to name a few. Overall the food was good. Pad Thai and sesame chicken wings were excellent.

My favorite Chinese restaurant, everything I've tried is delicious; beef with mushrooms, general tao's chicken, shrimp with garlic sauce...mmm

Have been in four times. The hot and sour soup is not the best I've had. The food is interesting, but not good exactly.

This is the only Chinese place in GVR. It is very reasonably priced, and the food is good. The fare lacks the greasy shadiness of other Chinese joints (for good or for bad) and the atmosphere is a lot cleaner and more comfortable. I can recommend the General Tso's Chicken, as well as the eggrolls.

I am pleasantly surprised for 2 reasons: 1 - this is the only asian restaurant near the airport and it was pretty good. 2. it is an asian restaurant that has many of the different asian foods (chinese, vietnamese, korean, thai), usually these restaurants do all of their food mediocre. I travel to Denver frequently for business and am tired of the chain restaurants... I ordered a Beef Salad, which was very flavorful and healthy... the portion was huge... I thought it was just a little side salad which is why I also ordered the Basil Combination which the menu says is made with Chicken, Beef, shrimp, jalapeno and Basil, I ordered it extra spicy and it was very good! Strong Basil and garlic flavors... The only down side was that they did not put any shrimp in it. Which turned out okay for me since i have high cholesterol. I will definitely go back next time I stay near the airport...

We live in Green Valley Ranch, and ordered take out from here, since we were craving Chinese food. We ordered quite a bit of food, hoping that it would be good, and were a little disappointed. The hot and sour soup leaves a funky aftertaste in your mouth, and while the crab cheese wontons would be good served hot instead of cooling off in a car ride (oh well. the price you pay for having food delivered to your door), they were mediocre. We also got kung pao shrimp and pad thai. The kung pao shrimp was all right, and the pad thai was good - better than the kung pao shrimp. Overall, we were disappointed with the food, but for nights when you don't feel like cooking and want Chinese food, this is an ok option. (If you're up for a drive, John Holly's in Park Meadows is a much better choice :) )

As a recent transplant to the area I didn't know where to order Chinese from. And now I know it's not here. General Tso's chicken came with so much breading and so little sauce it looked like boneless hot wings. It included a few odd vegetables such as whole green beans and cauliflower but no broccoli and very few bell peppers. I also found two entire hot peppers. Good thing I was paying attention. Also included some very dry rice. We won't be ordering from here again.

Used to go to this place regularly, but the last time we ordered take out one of the meals was nothing like the description. When I brought it to their attention, after I got home with the order, they wanted me to bring it back to show them!!! We haven't gone back since.

We had the Pad Thai chicken, Jalapeño Chicken, Pot Stickers and Crab Cheese Wontons. While everything was good and the servings were plentiful, it wasn't anything special. The Jalapeño had too many vegetables in it and not enough meat, but the veggies were nice and fresh, rice was cooked well. The Chicken Pad Thai had way to many noodles in it, not enough peanuts. Pot Stickers and Wontons were great. All in all I would go back.

Good food, horrible service. There are three employees sitting at the table next to me talking. I have had to ask for a drink refill twice. A prospective customer just walked in and asked a few questions about the menu, the employee started arguing because she didn't understand what the lady was asking for. The lady said "okay, thanks" and left. Afterwards the three employees started making fun of the lady, loud enough for me to hear every word and insult. Very unprofessional. Horrible experience, I will never be back.

Had green curry. Food is not as hot (temp-wise) as I'd like... Spring rolls were from fridge--not freshly made. Terrible service. Not sure what I did wrong for them to act like they don't like me. Will never come back here again. This place won't last long. ***I see that Ryan B. had a similar experience... It's not your ethnicity. I am Asian and I could just feel the bad vibe from the server to the lady Asian lady looking around and talking on the phone (owner or manager).

Warning found out after eating here. they are ranked 3rd for food violations in Denver, for 2013. Don't go here expecting really good Chinese. First off the food comes out surprising fast. I should've known then it wouldn't be that great. It was lukewarm once it arrived to the table. Tasted almost the same as the dollar scoop places. The beef they use it like cuts for stew. Very chewy and bland. The waitstaff is really bad too. Never got refills, or even asked how it was. The waitress passed us so many times. Eventually had to flag her down just to get the check. After waiting like 15 minutes after we finished. It wasn't even that busy either. I say skip this place. It has gone downhill from what it use to be.

This restaurant falls under the category of "I'm too far from my favorite restaurants...this one will do!" I LOVE Asian food, mainly fresh veggie dishes and pho. This restaurant is OK. I order the steamed veggies, which are good. (You can't do much wrong in this respect) however, I do want to point out that their menus don't tell exactly what you will receive. On the Bamboo Steamed Veggie dish, you receive steamed veggies along with rice and egg rolls. For me, all I really wanted was the steamed veggies...there was no mention of rice. Just ask before placing the order what the meal comes with! The hot and sour soup is good. I will give them that. It is only $1.50. Another downfall is that it is EXTREMELY painful ordering by phone for takeout. There seems to be only one woman who answers the phone and her English is SO muddled and hard to understand. I always let my co worker do the ordering, lol. By the end, I have no idea what i just ordered. Asking questions is tough over the phone. They do have a takeout menu which is sort of helpful when ordering by phone. Bottom line? There are better Asian restaurants out there both in food quality and service.

Very good food. PF Changs take note, this is how it's done. Very big portions of food for very reasonable prices. I didn't care for the crab cheese wontons as they had onions which was different but I don't like onions. The BB'q noodle bowl was huge and could feed two easy. The orange chicken and mongolian beef are incredible with just the right amount of heat. Beers were $3.50 a bottle so pretty reasonable with the usual asian beer lineup. Very well done. If GVR doesn't support this establishment I will be very disappointed.

Quick service. Our first time for dinner here. Had the Egg Drop Soup and Crab Cheese Wontons. As usual, hubby said his Kung Pao Chicken is good. Though it cant be as good or the best he had back in California. I had Chef's Specials ~ Blue Bay Seafood Special. For this dish, they could do better. Be warned though, especially during PEAK dinner time, it can have a long queue for service, or take out. They do deliver within the limited area they mentioned in their ad.

I live in the area and like to order take-out when I don't have time to cook or crave something special from their menu. I really love the Thai Spring Rolls with the peanut sauce. The seaweed salad is also great but smallish as I always want more of the seaweed. The Pad Thai is excellent though they are not always consistent with it. There's been a couple times where it was just OK. My other favorite dish is the Bourbon Chicken. Most of the time it's great! I find the same with the other dishes... most of the time great but occasionally just OK.

Best Thai Chicken ever. I love the variety and they DELIVER! I've never had a bad experience in 5 years. They have filling portions for under $5... the soup is a STEAL! UPDATE: I called and they referred me to a new location which said it wouldn't deliver to me. I called back and they were accommodating and took my order. I hope this continues because I would hate to have to switch restaurants!

  • Cindy C.

We just went back for some of the most awesome Pad Thai with beef ever!!!!! Of course, we had to start with the hot and sour soup and then the Spring rolls with peanut sauce....so yummy! This time, however....they were too quick with the service! We got our soup and two minutes later we got the rolls, but we still hadn't got our drinks! Before we could even ask for the drinks, he was bringing the Pad Thai! So, although the food is way above average, sometimes the service is a little off.

Good solid place to eat while staying in the area overnight. I had the spring rolls with shrimp which were good, the Salt&Pepper calamari which were the star of the show and the chicken w/coconut soup which was okay. Definitely good enough to return to when traveling through Denver.

I was lucky enough to discover the Blue Bay Asian Cafe while getting my oil changed at Grease Monkey and boy am I glad I wandered over. The unassuming nautical decor and friendly wait staff led me to expect nothing special but I was wrong! The dishes are consistently delicious & do yourself a favor & get the Thai iced tea while you're waiting. I will be frequenting this establishment frequently.

One of the best chinese spots I've ever been to. They don't make the best of everything, but they do make certain dishes VERY well... If you've never tried Pad Thai... GET IT! It's amazing. Even if you've had it other places, try Blue Bay's version. The crab cheese wontons are very good. You get a lot of crab in them as opposed to the usual gobs of cream cheese only. The crispy orange peel beef is also amazing, and the best I've ever had. The thing with this dish is, you have to eat it at the restaurant for it to be crispy. It takes on a whole different texture when you take it home. It's still good, just not amazing. Anyhow... They have huge portions and standard pricing. I've had about 12 different things from the menu and they were all very good. The only bad thing I've had there was the fried rice. Thus, the 4 stars... how do you mess up fried rice?

Love this place for the local Asian take out and delivery. Great lunch specials. They have an amazing selection, Huge variety, and a full picture menu available. Vietnamese, Thai and Chinese. I love the Crab Cheese Won tons, Chicken Pad Thai, Mongolian Beef, Broccoli and Beef, Vietnamese Spring Rolls, Sorry I could go on and on. The Sesame Chicken and General Tsao could be less breaded and crunchier. The soups are average. Overall great place!

This place is right down the street from me. I've been going to this place for about a year and I get food from here at least a couple times a week. They are always fast and the service is good. I really like the Basil Combination, its spicy. I usually start with the Tofu Vegetable soup and Lettuce Wraps, both are very good.

When I'm in this part of town at lunch time I usually eat at the Moonlight Diner or Mattie Sopranos Pizzeria. I decided to try this place for a change. The best I can say is that it's just OK. Generous portions, good prices and excellent service. But my Egg Foo Young was pretty bland. I'll probably go back to try a few other items from the menu, but I doubt they'll alienate my affection for my other two favorites in this area.

Added a star for them because I had a personal emergency last night! CAR IN SHOP and no food at home and I didn't want to order pizza hut (BLAH!) Why didn't I think of this before Chinese they have to deliver, WHY yes they do so I placed a order nothing over the top because after all it delivery and lets keep this simple! The lady said it will be there in 45 minutes, playing the Xbox and my dog starts yapping away its only been 15 minutes! I open there door and the little dude is standing there MY LITTLE MIN PIN runs out at him and the dude jumps like shes Bengal Tiger (I apologized to him put my dog in the house, secretly inside I was LMAO) Pay take my food inside , the food was nice and hot the dishes were huge portions and weren't anything that I went WOW over taste wise its delivery after all. I give them kudos for speedy delivery, packaging and portion size GJ Blue Bay! I will Order again! And I will keep my killer min pin in the house!

I've eaten at Blue Bay Asian Cafe 3 times now and each time the food was great, the first time we went there the service wasn't great but the last 2 visits were much better. Last night my wife and I went back for more. We both had a cup of Hot & Sour Soup and mine wasn't as hot as I would like, heat wise or spicy wise but it still tasted good. We also shared an order of Spring Rolls with Thai Peanut Sauce which was excellent. My wife had the Crispy Orange Peel Beef (again) and I had the Pad Thai (again, this time with Shrimp) both were great and I can't wait to have the leftovers. One thing I wish they did was the little tea pots of tea instead of individual cups with tea bags but their Iced Tea is good. Next time maybe I will try something different!

J and I went here for lunch a couple weeks back. It wasn't a huge place, pretty cozy for a Chi-Fusion place. I started with the Thai Spring Rolls which is just dumb because it's really Vietnamese. At $4.95 for 2, I felt they were a bit of a rip off. The rolls themselves were huge, but that was because of the overabundance of bung (vermicelli noodles) that were inside. For my entree I ordered the Beef Chow Fun, which was weird because it was cooked with scrambled eggs instead of bean sprouts, and also tasted slightly sweet rather than saucy. Noodles were definitely frozen prior, because they were chewy and springy. Worst part was that they spoke Cantonese which means they should know better. I'll tell you what though, at lunch I barely made a dent in the plate. I took it home, which then was another full meal for me the next night. Good lord there were a lot of food for eight bucks.

This is one of those spots that defy the laws of physics. Take some competing elements: small place, huge menu, and yet the food comes out of the kitchen quickly (really quickly) and is hearty in portion and of good quality. There are so few restaurants in this part of town and now residing here, I am glad to find another good option in the 'hood.

I have ordered from this place for two years (since we moved to Reunion). We never ordered from China Red because we always got good service from Blue Bay. Tonight, they ruined my relationship with them. The sent me egg rolls with no sweet n sour sauce and Sesame chicken with NO sesame sauce. When I called, the woman on the phone told me "too bad, I can give you a credit, but you have to come get the sauce." I explained that was impossible - I have 4 small children. She kept telling me "too bad, too bad, you need to eat something else." So, tonight my kids are eating breaded soggy chicken (I could have just microwaved chicken nuggets for the same flavor) and rice. I will never order from these people again. This problem could have been easily solved with good customer service. If they had agreed to send me a new Sesame chicken that actually was Sesame chicken, I would not be writing this review. So, too bad for them, China Red or Asian Fusion gets our VERY regular business.

This place is nasty. It is dirty and the food is really gross. I stopped eating there 2 years ago because of it and just recently discovered they failed their health inspection miserably due to the entire place being filthy and the employees eating near food preparation areas and repeatedly not washing there hands. DO NOT GO THERE!

A long, long time ago, this place was good. The food is typical "Chinese" style food. Sweet and sour this, lemon chicken that, some other Asian dishes. Nothing special, nothing stands out. The price and portions are pretty good but not good enough to take bad service. The staff is why I finally gave up on this place, why I dislike this place. Latest experience: From the minute I called to place my lunch order I experienced the rudeness. The lady answered my call and then started talking to someone else in her vicinity. I had to say "Hello?" to make sure she knew I was there and she said, "Yeah. What do you need?" I started to give her my order and she starts talking some sort of Asian to someone else, again, so I said, "Hello?" and she yells for me to "go ahead." Minutes later, I arrived to pick up my order and I walked to the cashier's counter and there was a young woman and an older, meaner one who was screaming into the phone receiver. I figured she was the one I had spoken to. I stood there, invisible, for three long minutes before I finally said, "Excuse me." The younger one grumbled, "Hold on" and then turned her back to me. She didn't say, "We'll be with you in a minute" or anything along those lines. Just an annoyed "hold on." When she finally attended me, I told her I was there to pick up my order and I asked her what kind of iced teas they have. She gave me the entire iced tea selection along with another helping of 'tude. I paid the bill, tip withheld. The food was cold, the fried rice was really bland, and the egg rolls that came with the lunch smelled odd. They made it into the trash. This is not the first time they have been rude. I was dining in a few months ago and one of the ladies that was on wait staff came up and swiped my plate from under me. I was halfway done, if that. It wasn't like I had a twisted used napkin in the rice and was sitting back with my belt undone, picking my teeth with a tooth pick. But she just came and took it. One of the other waitresses yelled at her about it but all she said was. "I think he done (sic)!" I just paid and left.

Quality went way down. A year ago I would have said this place was fine. Decent food for decent prices and average service. Service is now nonexistent and the food is awful. Tapioca balls in boba tea were crumbly. The wonton soup was bland with no seasoning whatsoever. It looked like it was a few days old and tasted like it was a few days old. The shrimp was starting to fall apart. Completely unappetizing. Waitress said that she would take that off the bill, but she didn't.

Called in a take out order at 8pm, I ordered sesame chicken with fried rice and 2 egg rolls. Upon opening the rice container I noticed the "fried rice" was really only white rice with soy sauce. I am not exaggerating it was literally plain white rice covered in soy sauce, I typically don't use soy sauce withy white rice so needless to say I was pretty upset. The sesame chicken was decent, a little heavy on the sauce though. Meat egg rolls were garbage. This was a very disappointing because I had just worked a 10 hour day as an apprentice lineman as well as 2 hours at the gym. Would not go back.

I don't see how this has decent amount of stars. I tried the sesme chicken ...it was just crap fried chicken with sesme sauce... Blah... Then I decided to give it one more shot and ordered the beff and broccoli...me and my wife ended up throwing it out because THATVWAS NOT BEEF ..the so called beef was a slimy and nasty...and tasted like liver? We werent sure what animal we were eating...I live across the street...but now will drive miles to get away from eating that mess...

I dropped by here while waiting for family to land at the airport. I was the only one in the restaurant since it was before lunch. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I ordered the Thai Beef Rolls and Teriyaki Beef. The service was good but the food was fantastic. Full flavors and perfect temp. Some places you can tell that the sauce came from a package. This tasted home made.. The portions were well sized if not a little to big for lunch. Absolutely would go out of my way to come back.

Good food and fast service! When you call in an order its usually ready within 10 minutes and they're delivery is quick as well. The food is also pretty good, with nice size portions.

Lots of Asian families. Decent service. Not traditional American Chinese. Short ribs were tiny pieces with bone in - more bone than meat. Thai iced tea was good (very sweet). Strong 2/weak 3. It's a matter of taste, but I would not return.

This placed changed something and thr food is terrible. This used to be my go to restaurant for Chinese food - affordable and delicious, now it's not good at all. The egg rolls were burnt, the pot stickers had a terrible filling and my sesame chicken had so much batter, it was terrible.

  • Starr L.

This place serves inexpensive lunch meals. I haven't had the opportunity to dine-in. My experiences have always been from takeout. For those on some sort of diet, this place would probably be frowned upon. My Kung pao chicken always has a lot of sauce with it, that my clumsiness leaks it all over the bag. Service is average, they do charge extra for chili oil, even when I ask for a small ketchup-sized cup. They have been consistent with their food orders. If you like Chinglish food, this is the place to try. It's cheaper than P.F. Chang's!

When we first entered the restaurant, it was pretty nice and the service was good. But after ordering drinks my boyfriend found floating "black objects" in his sprite. Whether the glass was under washed or what, they ended up giving us a free bottle of soda. The food wasn't all that great. I had rice and sesame chicken and it came out pretty dry. I wouldn't go back here in the future!

  • Joe B.

These people are just awful. They don't abide by their own coupons, they charge for soy sauce, they screw our orders up and blame us, their wonton soup is basically soy sauce with a little water-- totally not edible. They actually kicked me out for calmly trying to resolve a situation involving a totally jacked order, and today, they gave us chicken and broccoli instead of beef, and when we asked that they give us what we ordered, they said ok, we'll make it again. They took out the chicken, and just put beef in. CROSS CONTAMINATION. I have a picture that hopefully I can add. I PRAY for a new Chinese joint to open in the area... Until it does, do yourself and your body a favor and avoid this shit show.

The service is horrible, food is mediocre at best. Only reason I even tried this place is because it's close to my job. I'll never give this place my hard earned money again! No customer service what so ever!

When I called for delivery, I found out that there was a $12 minimum order. Since it was just me ordering food and I was very hungry I was going add an additional entree to the order to make the minimum. But... I wasn't given the opportunity. The lady who took my order said "minimum order $12" and hung up without asking if I wanted to add anything. When I called back she recognized my number and when she picked up said "minimum order $12" and hung up without letting me speak. I'm a pretty easy going person and have experienced a lot of poor service in my life but never have is experienced staff who are as rude to their customers over the phone.

    (1)
  • Zoe B.

I won't give this place one star because it isn't the worst food I've ever had, but I have to agree with everything the one star reviews say. The food is mostly bland and tasteless, even things like sesame chicken...if you can't give flavor to a dish that swims in sauce, your cooking is in trouble. Like others say, the service is rude and the customer service is non-existent. They feel they're doing you a service by selling you food and have no appreciation for their customers. I will say this though...delivery is ridiculously fast. So if you are in GVR, where the options are limited, and you don't care how your food tastes, you just want food, no matter how unsanitarily prepared, order up. They'll be at your door before you even get off the phone with the rude cashier. As for me, I'll drive somewhere decent for my Chinese.

Overall, my satisfaction on this restaurant has gone down hill when the service became very mediocre. I'm usually a returning customer and I always pick a dish of sesame chicken with white rice. The only reason I was seldom to try some of the other dishes on the menu was because I had a chance to try Blue Bay's Jalapeño Chicken, and I was yet to be impressed. The chicken didn't even come close to taste spicy, but rather a foul sour after taste. The fried rice is very popular and often included in every entree of their menu, however Blue Bay's fried rice is very disappointing because it is dry and prickle. The white rice is a lot rewarding than the fried rice can ever be. Now for my rating on the service: (Not including the chefs, the dishwasher, or anyone behind those doors cooking the meals etc.) The front staff is very unprofessional and very disrespectful. They fail to train their new hostess when I last visited Blue Bay Asian Cafe on February 2nd of 2015, when she failed to properly take my order. I had called in thirty minutes prior before coming to pick up my delivery, when I noticed she failed to take down my phone number to keep track of the order. When I arrived to pick up the order, there was NO order on the counter and she lied by saying that someone else had already picked up the order. Now keep in mind that in fact does not make sense. Every restaurant, as well as a customer should know that if multiple customers are ordering the same dish, whether it's through phone or pick up, a restaurant is required to make a separate dish for each customer. It is common sense. She went to the back where the cooks were preparing the food, yelled in a very loud voice asking where the order of sesame chicken was. The owner of this particular Blue Bay Asian Cafe is very vulgar, unprofessional, stubborn and rude. She knows I'm a returning customer and she doesn't enjoy my company every time I order an item of their menu. When it comes to the owner and customers, she does mess up orders on purpose in order to spark up guilt into customers, so they are forced to pay for the extra dish that they claim is the customer's fault for ordering incorrectly. This has happened to me several times when I would choose to dine in, instead of taking out. You would think she would be grateful for customers bringing in business for her income on this low-excuse of a restaurant. On the contrary, she is not. My only reason of being a returning customer was only because this is the only location in my area that is close enough to my house where I can pick up low quality Chinese food on the way to school or work. This restaurant is only recommended in the mornings because you can get a full meal packed and ready to go for $5.95, with a vegetable roll included. I do not recommend eating after 3:30 P.M. because that is when their lunch schedules are over and the prices becoming pricey and you pay almost $10.99 for less food and no vegetable roll included.

One of the few places that makes my husband's favorite Curry Beef Low Mein correctly. Mine is Hot Mustard from Syrup jar at the table.

This is our local quick takeout chinese place and we love it! I recommend the egg drop soup and the orange chicken. They could use a lesson in ambiance and customer experience, but hey, so can most famuly owned restaurants. Its better than Panda Express or the scoop place and I never get sick there. Thats pretty good for me

I just had my first experience at this place! The people are unfriendly, I ordered a thai tea with boba. I got the most disgusting drink of my life and it didn't have boba! I threw it in the trash right away. The lady up front coughed so disgustingly that I didn't even want to take it. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but nope! Poor service and nasty tea. I didn't try their food but I sure won't after that!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
