We used Bistro Boys last night for a small dinner party for the.Museum of Contemporay Art at our home. We had never used them before and hired them based on reviews I saw on Yelp. We were thrilled with the job they did! The menu was perfect for our crowd and Lauren was a delight to work with. The steak sliders and quinoa salad were huge hits! The bartender made sure everyone's glasses were always filled. I must say, I think Bistro Boys was the best caterer I have worked with in Denver! Very Impressive!

We are a nonprofit and used Bistro Boys for our event at the Botanical Gardens at Chatfield. We had amazing experience with them and would use them again. The food was fabulous and the staff was wonderful!

BIG PROBLEM! How do I choose between the words stunning and spectacular! I am an older Yelper. I experienced these folks as a guest this weekend and over many decades I have never been exposed to catering this exceptional! I attended a private party for 30--40 and the performance of the employees was simply stunning. Every person was beautifully trained. Every person looked you in the eye and smiled. Every person was knowledgeable and capable of speaking with the guests appropriately. Kudos to the management for hiring and training employees that provided a CUSTOMER SERVICE experience beyond five stars. In the catering world, PRESENTATION is huge. My event consisted of several serving stations. Each one was spectacular. The arrangement of the offerings and the plating of the food itself were on par with a five star restaurant. Even the signage was wonderful. All you needed to do is watch the guest's faces as they walked into the room for the first time. The jaws dropping and the gasps of pleasure were all the proof you needed. Of course it would all be for nothing if the food didn't TASTE superb. Not a problem here! Extremely high quality ingredients. Dish after dish with the temperature, consistency and flavor profiles spot on. I listened to more than one guest say they didn't experience a singe "miss" the entire night. Many of the gusts said the Risotto Station with over a dozen choices of ingredients was their favorite with fabulous food. To say these folks have their act together is a massive understatement. Other Denver caterers must be lying in bed awake at night wondering how to compete. If you have a catering need, call Bistro Boys and sleep well knowing your guests will experience the very best.

I walked into the party, a fundraiser for a non-profit organization, and was instantly greeted by a friendly server from Bistro Boys Catering. Throughout the night they buzzed around ensuring all of the guests were taken care of with delicacies prepared by their expert team of culinary artists. I was so impressed! They turned up the volume on the party to an 11. I highly recommend Bistro Boys and can't wait to return to the party next year for good cause with great service and yummy food.

If I could give ten stars, I would. I found Bistro Boys through Yelp and had an absolutely amazing experience with them last night at our grand opening. I had contacted them in April for a menu and price quote. They were prompt and easy to work with, especially when we had to push back to July (yikes). I worked with Holly most recently and she.is .awesome. As a fellow foodie, her enthusiasm and commitment to serving high quality food is evident in every conversation. Plus she is just really fun to talk to. We were able to sample some of the desserts before finalizing the menu and the pastry chef knows her stuff. We ended up with gorgeous French macaroons and whoopie pies for our event. Combined with amazing spring rolls, beef with truffle sliders, bacon bar with three dipping sauces, salmon tartare, tuna with seaweed and mushroom puff pastries, rosemary almonds and tropical fruit skewers; we had an amazing spread. The staff that came last night was the epitome of professional and left our space as clean as when they first stepped in the door. They were really friendly to the party goers and I heard over and over how good the food was and that people wanted to use them again in the future.

We were very pleased with the service, responsiveness, professional and flexibility of Bistro Boys Catering while preparing for our wedding at the Clock Tower in downtown Denver. It was an even larger challenge because we were planning the wedding from Houston, but they were excellent at communication and everything went smoothly. Kasey was very helpful in developing a Paleo menu that would work for a challenging venue that did not allow for seated plate dinners. She was also very helpful with food and alcohol estimates based on our guest list numbers. I would highly recommend Bistro Boys Catering to anyone with an upcoming event in the Denver area that requires a special menu.

First and foremost - thank you Todd. I needed catering for two events, and was relying on gut and yelp to get me through. Todd was the only caterer to say "let me walk the space". See, I was hosting these events in a design studio - that I'd never seen. It made me very comfortable that he checked out the space (twice) and was able to make recommendations for the events. The risotto bar was a huge hit, as was all of the food and fine service. Thank you Todd, and the entire crew at Bistro Boys, you made party planning from afar a breeze and your professionalism and great food was well received!

I really should have posted my review right after my wedding. But I didn't... So here it is: I felt like Paul, the owner, was pretty arrogant. We didn't deal with him much, and that was fine with me. I have spent a better part of my adulthood in the food industry. From restaurant work (server/bartender/management), sales and catering (both in service and management). That would make me a nightmare of a client, right? No, actually! I loved the food we sampled and I'm super relaxed BECAUSE I'm in the industry. I only had 2 requests. A: We had a number of gluten free guests, I choose the menu carefully to accommodate, and I asked that food be labeled appropriately. It wasn't. Some of my guests left hungry. That made me so sad! B: I really like it when a table is set up! I didn't want a straight line of chafing dishes. I like one up a little higher, throw in some greenery. Levels. Different levels. (By the way, just for fun, next time you're at an event where there is a buffet, look under the fancy napkins. You'll be shocked to see what is under there! It's simple. And free.) That did not happen. It was a buffet line. Such. A. Boring. Buffet. Line. The food was good. "Good" as in, no one asked me who catered. It really didn't leave much of an impression. We did have a tight budget, but my only two requests would not have effected the budget. They were both strictly customer service oriented. The staff..... AMAZING! Especially the bartender. She was fantastic. I must admit, I never told the owner, Paul, about our experience because he never asked. And he did have the opportunity. Be it your wedding day, a dinner party at your home or a catered luncheon for work, when you're the host/hostess the above matters. The caterer should cater to you, your needs and desires. Pretty simple stuff. I don't feel like I was catered to.

In Support of the visual arts in Boulder and children's art classes, Bistro Boys Catering, generously donated their time and fabulous food to OpenArts' Annual fundraising pARTy. Lauren and the entire team at Bistro Boys were top notch. Despite a raging snow storm, they arrived on time with delicious hot food. The Quinoa Meatballs and Mushroom Cigars were a real hit. Everything was seamless and smooth. I would wholeheartedly endorse Bistro Boys for your next event!

YUMMY!! I know most brides don't get to eat at their weddings, but I made it a point to grab something after seeing and hearing about the fabulous food. And I am glad I did!! It was so good! From the start, the Bistro Boys, were a pleasure to work with. Lauren, our Bistro Boy contact, was patient and very professional. She presented us with numerous options and let us go back and forth for sometime while we were trying to decide. We ended up with a heavy hors d'oeuvre buffet style which was PERFECT! I highly recommend the mac and cheese and chicken sliders, well actually everything I ate was wonderful. The food was not the only wonderful thing, so was the services they provided. The staff was VERY friendly and professional. They helped coordinate table rentals and alcohol orders, as well as, table set-ups. I will definitely use Bistro Boys again and recommend them.

Bistro Boys did a great job catering our wedding! All the details were just right and the food was delicious. All of our guests kept walking up to my husband & I and saying "wow, this food is awesome!" They let you customize your menu to anything that you would like. We went with rosemary chicken with butternut squash ravioli, salad, bread, with a few other sides. Lots of vegetarian options, too! They also let you pick who you want to use for your wedding cake which is nice because a lot of caterers don't let you pick. The staff is so nice and did a great job! Including the great bartender that we had stationed on the outside patio of our venue who, sadly, the bees loved very much too. Bistro Boys is top quality caterer and I highly recommend them.

Lauren was the person we worked the most with at Bistro Boys and she was incredible. We sometimes sent 4-5 emails back and forth in one day and she was always so fast to get back to me with answers to my questions or concerns. On the day of the wedding everything went flawlessly and the food was so incredible. You know you've picked the right caterer when your guests post pictures of their food on Facebook. :) I would most definitely recommend Bistro Boys to anyone in need of a caterer for any kind of event. They met my husband and I on our walk from the ceremony to the reception with plates of food so we wouldn't have to wait until after being announced to grab a bite. The staff were all so very nice and helpful we don't have a single negative thing to say about them.

I absolutely cannot say enough wonderful things to really express just how amazing Bistro Boys did for my wedding reception this year. Paul D. (the owner) worked directly with us to determine our budget, vision and preferences and created a package that was not only affordable, but FANTASTIC. We wanted something fabulous and different, but still in our price range and Paul worked diligently to offer us a menu that really wowed everyone in attendance. I received so much wonderful feedback from our guests (there were almost 70 of them!), who marveled at the little crab cakes, the sauteed spinach over artichoke hearts, basil puree chicken breast and medium rare beef with horseradish cream sauce!! WOW. Oh! And our vegetarian guests were so excited about being able to fill their plates for a satisfying meal with the polenta cakes with sauteed peppers and eggplant. What a stroke of genius!! When I was looking for a caterer for our wedding, I talked with nearly 9 of them in the Denver area. There is just no comparison to the level of service and attention that we received from Paul and his team. The staff was incredible, the food was incredible, and our bill was so reasonably affordable. Brides- & Grooms-to-be, make sure to call these guys FIRST as you look to cater your wedding. They are hands down, the best in town.
