Decided to go in for National free root beer float day and found out it was available after 2 pm. DOOH! Anyway, the one thing I will say for A & W is where else can you get either fried chicken or hamburgers? Plus I like A & W root beer specifically. I hate it when restaurants serve Mug or Barqs, it is totally not the same. Apart from that, you know the old saying that when your on TV, you look like you gain 10 pounds. I think the same could be said for hamburgers because that papa burger I ordered definitely looked bigger on the advertisement. Otherwise, this is a fast food joint, so you guys know what to expect.

18:35hrs ish ORDER # 250 Hubs wanted to have some "fast food" that include a "dog", a hamburger or a chicken burger and some cheese curd, hence to this establishment we went. This establishment offers both KFC and A & W. This recent visit was on Tuesday November 18th 2014. We went after work. Had our items TO GO for Dinner. As usual, this establishment is packed... From what I could recall we ordered these : * Coney Cheese Dog with Onions ($2.69) * 1 LARGE Order of Cheese Curds ($5.49) * Papa Single ($3.39) * 5, HOT Wings Bone In ($3.49) * 1 A&W LARGE Fries ($1.99) Somehow as usual they got our order wrong or something coz Hubs ordered another item and they put another Box Of Cheese Curds which suppose to be a Hamburger aka Papa Single.. Oh well.. It has been awhile since we have been to here to begin with. Things happened. But I guess if I really want to have A & W, I would refer to Dine in to an establishment which have a standalone name, aka just A & W name on it.. NOT "joined" with some other Franchise... Horrible place to consider as a fast good restaurant. If your hungry and can wait 30 minutes, this is the place for you. If not, go somewhere else. I think they had to kill and clean the chicken, before they could do anything as long as it took.

Dirtiest place I've ever been to! Floors were sticky, counters were greasy and service was slow! Disgusted.

this place is the worst! i finally decided to spend my entire half hour lunch break and drive to this a&w because i needed cheese curds with ranch. when i got there i clearly ordered what i wanted, articulating every word perfectly. so perfect that the employee even read it back correctly, although i did have to ask for ranch twice. i was also asked specifically if i wanted onions, which i really really did. they are my favorite and i wouldnt order a coney without onions. i waited patiently, imagining the explosion of flavor as i crunch down and shred to pieces this finely chopped vegetable. each crunch relieveing a sliver of stress from my body. i gathered the exact amount of change i needed, preparing to unload 6 undesired pennies. i slowly rolled forward feeling conifdent and hand my money to the employee with ease. but to my surprise she had already lost a dime i just gave her. i had no more change so instead she gave me all my change back, cashed it out of a ten dollar bill and gave me another handful of change. i was disgusted, but managed to keep my withering smile. the girl was nice, and maybe i saw my younger self within her. i drove off feeling relieved the ordeal was over. ten minutes later when i get back to work i realized the onions i was specifically offered, in which i greatfully accepted, were missing. complete dissapointment with a growing rage brewing deep. why? i thought. how?? this is horrible and uneatable. but i must pull through because if i cant my cheese curds and ranch could end up just as dissapointing as my onionless coney. i grab for a modest medium sized curd, when all the sudden everything came crashing down again. where is the ranch? i know it must be here because i aske for it twice and it was also repeated back to me. i retraced my steps out to the car, no ranch. not in the bag, not anywhere. why ask me if wanted onions and then take them away? why manipulate me into tihnking you will give me ranch, when its all a lie?? needless to say i will be having onionless coney and ranchless curd nightmares for weeks.
