We had an evening meal here prior to seeing Guys and Dolls next door. We did not stay at the hotel, so this review is only for the restaurant. Drinks are reasonably priced, although maybe not so reasonable since my wife said her margarita was the worst ever. We shared a shrimp salad that was pretty good, with medium sized cajun shrimp. We didn't get enough dressing and asked for more, but to no avail. I ordered the filet mignon at $33. It was chewy and undercooked, laying on top of lukewarm whipped potatoes and covered with blue cheese, with mushy overcooked asparagus buried in the potatoes. My wife wisely ordered the pappardelle with local harvested mushrooms and possibly homemade pasta. That dish was quite good. But my steak was unforgivably poor, and I doubt we will return.

The Manager , Leslie was very nice and accommodating. We rented the Soapy Smith room. This is an old, historical hotel so as expected the room was small. The hot water heater in the bathroom protruded into the toilet area which made it very difficult to use the toilet comfortably. The bed is a full size which was too small for us. The restaurant was very good. Our breakfast came with the room and it was good. For dinner my husband had the flat iron steak and I had the salmon. We both thought it was really good.

Only eaten lunch here a few times, but it is great food. There is always a wide selection of choices to choose from. The only thing that I would dislike is the price for what you get. I ordered a shrimp salad thinking it would be full of shrimp. My salad came with 3 shrimp for such a large salad. I paid probably around $13 for the salad. I will continue to go here, but its a little pricey!

I only know the restaurant of the Creede hotel, and it is my favorite in town. They have two completely different menus for lunch and dinner. Lunch is $10 on average, with giant sandwiches and a side of yummy potato salad, or chips, coleslaw or pasta salad. They also have really good salads. Dinner is around $25, and it is so worth it. They have amazing fish and seafood (which is incredible considering Creede is nowhere near the sea), great steaks, and all the side dishes are great. I really love this place! The service is good. They have a really nice patio, and a nice inside as well. I very strongly recommend it!

We stayed in the Calamity Jane room and really enjoyed the balcony! The bed was VERY comfortable. The room is very charming however the bathroom was in awful shape. Peeling linoleum, rust, broken toilet (slipped when sitting on it) and frayed/old bath towels are NOT charming. Breakfast was delightful and Edmond, our server, was fantastic! The stairway is incredibly narrow and it's not ADA friendly.

The rooms are pretty typical for a Bed and Breakfast in an old building. The linens are clean and the rooms are clean"ed". This said, it's a very old building and could definitely use some sprucing up! One of the rooms has the bathroom in the hallway outside. All others have one inside with a soviet style shower add-on :D (Hot water included!) Considering the prices in the area, it was worth the stay. Delicious hot breakfast (see picture) was complimentary. We also had dinner in their restaurant and it was splendid. Would stay here again if passing through Creede.

The food is great here in Creede. Beautiful atmosphere and weather make this a perfect vacation spot. We will visit here again.

This hotel will always hold a special place in my heart. My husband purposed to at this hotel. I love the history of the building and how quaint the rooms are. Breakfast in the morning was amazing and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also ate at the creede hotel restaurant, it was delicious. I have never had Bangers-n-Mash as delicious as theirs. I suggest everyone stay at this bed and breakfast.

The rooms are small. Very small. Ours was quite warm, with nothing more than a small fan to keep us cool. Free breakfast was good. We also had dinner which was disappointing: cold food, distracted waitress, ordered salad that never came, desserts were obviously not homemade nor particularly good. They used to have the best carrot cake in the world, now it's packaged and blah.

Lunch was great. Tomato dill soup was excellent. We ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich and the french dip panini . We voted the philly as our favorite. Great seating in the patio.
