When they say freaky fast they aren't kidding. I used the online ordering system this time to place my delivery order. I hit the send order button on my PC and started the stopwatch in my iPhone( yes I can be geeky like that.) 12 minutes and 44 seconds later the delivery guy was knocking on my door!! I ordered my usual #9 - Italian night club. This sandwich has never let me down. As a traveler one of the best things about JJs no matter what city I end up in, they are as consistent as the days of the week!

The best thing about Jimmy Johns is that it is indeed "freaky fast". We stopped in for a to-go dinner on our way to an event, and I think we were able to get in and out of the store in about 4 minutes. There was absolutely no one else in the restaurant, so I guess people generally prefer this place for lunch. The cashier clerk was nice enough, though not particularly helpful. I'd never been to JJ before, so it would have been nice if he'd offered to answer questions about the menu while we were deciding what to order. He didn't say anything beyond greeting us, and dude #2 who was making the sandwiches didn't say anything at all. I chose a #16; I don't remember exactly what it was called, but it was basically a turkey club with bacon. As far as cold sandwiches prepared in 30 seconds or fewer go, it tasted... meh, okay. I asked for easy mayo and they got amount just right, which I appreciated. The tomatoes were so cold they were almost frozen and were utterly flavorless. The lettuce was iceberg. The parts that fell down were the fresh produce, but everything else (meats and bread) was okay. I was disappointed in the amount of choices compared to my favorite sandwich place, Which Wich. Jimmy Johns appears to only offer regular, white French bread (I prefer wheat), and there isn't an option to have the sandwich toasted/warmed. It also seems that have a much more limited selection of toppings than WW. Overall, I see JJ as interchangeable with Subway. Because we needed an easy, FAST meal that we could eat while driving, JJ fit the bill this time. But I won't be back again unless time is again a factor.

Do not order for delivery. They were suppose to bring my food over 20 min ago. I had to cancel cuz it never made it here. Im hungry and pissed off now. All i got was an apology.

I usually bring my lunch but I really had nothing to at home to make. That's where Jimmy Johns comes in handy. It is right next door. Not crazy about the sandwiches but if I am hungry they are fine Today was an exception. The pickle I bought to share with a co worker was so salty I could not eat it and I like salt. The cucumber was bitter and where was the avacado? Avacado is why I get the veggie in the first place. Bummer

This is a very convenient location. Nothing ended up being wrong with our order which is wonderful. Also I always order the Vito. It is so convient when you can order online and pick up in store and it is very hassle free and that is what I did this time. I would suggest it to anyone and either way they will get your sub so fast you'll freak! :)

Any time I have a hankering for some delicious Jimmy John's I make a quick drive up to this location seeing how it's close to my work. And much to my dismay every time I come to this location they're always closed! Boo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I work right next to this location and the service is always great. The Sandwiches are always up to my standards and the staff is friendly.

While the food is still good, fresh and fast --- the service has dropped off a bit. Not very friendly.

It is a sandwich. Generally I am a strong believer in not paying someone to do something that I can do. This might make me seem cheap, but really, it is a piece of bread, some meat, some mayo, cheese, and that is it. I will hand it to them that they were extremely fast, but I believe I ended up with a scrap of paper that I was not supposed to in my sandwich wrapper. It was maybe the size of a silver dollar, and not attached to any other portion of the paper. In my having ate at quickly assembled sandwich "restaurants" before opinion, I believe this may have been the paper holding together the meat/cheese wad they put on my sandwich. The sandwich was just that, a sandwich, nothing really amazing, nothing too disappointing. Cost was higher then I would generally spend on this even if I believed in paying people to do jobs I know I can do. (I have made sandwiches before) But as we were in a bind for time, and on our way to an event, it was only mostly fiscally irresponsible.

Always fast delivery and when you go to the location it is insanely fast, no matter how packed they are at lunch time. I get the #9 with French bread and it is always delicious. The quickness cannot be overstated here, this is a prime location that seems to always be fast but they get you your sub in less than 20 minutes even during peak hours

Freaky fast is correct. They have a huge crowd at lunchtime, but it is still faster than Subway with only 3 people ahead of you!! And the subs are better, too.

I placed an order online for delivery and it took over an hour to be delivered. It would have been nice to at least have known it would take this long. When I called the store to ask about my order, the man on who answered just said "we've been really busy today". No apology for the delay. The only reason I chose Jimmy Johns over another, better sandwich place was how fast the delivery time usually is. I will not be ordering from Jimmy Johns again. This wait was ridiculous. When I finally did get my food (which was just left on the receptionist's desk despite the large sign to call the back if no one is at the desk) the quality was terrible. it looked like they had let my sandwich sit out the whole time I had been waiting for it. the avocado was brown, the bread was soggy, and the cucumbers were disgusting. they weren't crunchy, they were so old that they were soggy. I threw the majority of the sandwich away. VERY disappointed. I could have made a better sandwich myself for a fraction of the price and next time, I will.

I've never been here because they're awesome and they always deliver to me at work. They have great sandwiches and sandwiches are my favorite thing so I should know, but what's up with the pepper drama lately? First they don't add peppers to online orders because of some mystery reason. Then they add peppers, but not too many of them. Now the peppers are plentiful, but HOT! WTH? Part of why I love you is because of your tangy sweet crack peppers, Jimmy! My mouth is on fire right now! These are not crack peppers! *sigh*

Just ONCE! Just once I would like to see them get an order right. How hard is it?? -- Granted they are very busy at lunch time and making a good impression may not be at the top of their list! Why should they? They have a line out the door and hopefully these are people that will come back (even if they get their orders wrong) But, if we order something with no lettuce, it should come without lettuce. If we order something with extra cheese, we should get extra cheese. And still we get charged? Rocket science? I think not!!! Called back to let them know the order was wrong and was told that I had to come BACK. He was "sorry" but I honestly don't have time to "COME BACK!" "SORRY?" Who's in charge of Quality Control? Who's in charge of Customer Service. "SORRY"? Not coming back ---

I thought my Club Tuna was light! Check out the picture: can you even find the tuna? Maybe about a tablespoon of tuna in all that lettuce?

When they say "subs so fast you'll freak" they aren't kidding! I have ordered this Jimmy Johns at work as well as dined in and they are legit! I usually get the Ultimate Porker, #17, and I am NEVER disappointed! These guys know what they are doing and the do it well, VERY WELL.
