I love the fact that I can walk in order the baked spaghetti and get a quality meal in under 5 minutes for under $6.00. Plus their bread sticks are delicious, I get three automatically of the bat. On one occasion because I have been here multiple times, I got a brownie as dessert which was super rich and thought to myself I would really love some milk with this. I went back up to the check out and behold they had milk to go with desert. LOVED IT!. Fazolis good quick Italian. Note: I have never been through the drive thru only experienced the sit down.

So there really is a fast food version of everything, huh! I'm delighted to discover Fazoli's, which is a pretty good, pretty fast alternative to your Americanized Italian cuisine. If you're like me who enjoys Olive Garden's "familiar Italian taste", then you wouldn't mind Fazoli's! Even though a lot of the pasta dishes end up tasting similar to each other all because of a big blanket of melted cheese on top, you're nonetheless served a freshly heated pasta dish! Along with warm breadsticks which are limitless so long as you dine in. I wish there were more salad options and may I suggest they distribute salad dressings in little containers instead of giving out a big pouch even for a side salad? I hate to waste some of the dressings. Also tried the Triple Chocolate Cheesecake for free because of a coupon, it's the same as any fast food desserts - slightly worse than the supermarket version, lol. But I appreciate Fazoli's coming out with coupons and special offers for seniors, as well as a very affordable $5 lunch deal. Did I mention free Wi-Fi inside the restaurant? I'd come again if there was one closer to me... 3.5 stars!

Bleh. Got an alfredo bowl and it was bland and watery. It's like the Furr's cafeteria for alleged "Italian" food. Bread sticks were kind of tasty with some sort of salt seasoning on top, but otherwise weird and puffy; likely made from just all-purpose white flour. They don't also include any marinara or similar sauce. Add a star for pretty friendly service, free bread sticks, and low prices (which is likely the primary reason people eat there).

Wow, decent Italian food from a drive thru. I was surprised! I'd never tried Fazolis before now. Skepticism kept me from trying the combo of fast food drive thru and Italian. It just didn't seem like it would be any good. A coworker suggested it and I figured I ought to give it a shot. I ordered the Ultimate Sampler that came with lasagna, spaghetti, penne, and fettuccini, with both white sauce and red bolognese. The huge meal came with breadsticks as well. For about $8, that would have served a teenager or two adults. The food wasn't amazingly flavorful, but definitely filling. Not half bad for what you pay.

Long line in drive thru. Food hot and breads ticks were awesome as usual. I always enjoy the food but sometimes the worker hygiene is scary.

Stopped in for a quick lunch this is not your type of place you may want to go for a romantic dinner but if you would like some quick easy Italian fare this place will fit the bill. It's not snazzy it's not elegant just a fast food Italian place reasonably priced and fairly quick. The food is average better than some of the burger places you can also choose for lunch. Give it a try if you haven't.

Food quality is good 8/10 which is excellent for fast food. Service 10/10. They are so accommodating. Chris the manager is super friendly. They usually do extra stuff for you for free in order to ensure you have the best experience. I don't know how other frazoli restaurants are - but largely because of the service, I will continue to come here. Thanks Chris!!!

I wouldn't recommend anyone, under any circumstances, eat at this location. I've enjoyed the restaurant for a long time, but my last experience changed my opinion of it. On June 5th, I came in here with a friend after work. It was close towards close, but we were going to eat quick so I didn't think it would be a problem. Boy, was I wrong. When I asked the cashier, Zachariah, how his night was, he sarcastically said "It'll be good when I'm off". After that, the cooks looked over and said "This is for take out right?" Implying they didn't want us to eat inside. This is where the nightmare begins. You know that scene in Waiting when they mess with the food of the people who come in late? Well, that's what happened. The teens in the kitchen were talking about how they just got done "Punching" someone's pizza, then putting it into the box and giving it to the customer...are you kidding me?! Then, when it was time for our food to come out, they were laughing uncontrollably when they handed it to us. Safe to say, after inspecting it, we did not eat it. This place needs to realize that you can't mess with people's food. They're lucky I didn't call the BBA or the corporate office to let them know about this. Never again, under any circumstances, will I eat at this location. And, come to think of it, if this is the type of people they hire, I won't eat at any of them.

I used to fantasize about getting decent Italian food from a fast-food venue. When I moved to Denver and found Fazoli's, I realized that I had come to the right place. Fazoli's has your standard American-Italian foods (spaghetti, ravioli, lasagna, pizza, etc) that are surprisingly tasty and generous for the prices your pay. I routinely feed three people for under $20. The store itself is much like a McDonalds. The employees keep the store very clean. The shining star of Fazoli's is the breadsticks. In the years I have been going to this store, their breadstick policy has changed often. At first roving breadstick bearers would bring fresh breadsticks to your table. Then it changed to an intricate system where you had to pay extra for a table placard that signaled when you wanted more breadsticks. Now the breadsticks are free again (with purchase of a meal), but you have to ask for new ones at the counter. It is probably a good idea to ask about the breadstick policy at time of order if you have not been to the store for a while.

Once again I was faced with the dreaded prospect of cafeteria food. Then my most awesome co-worker saved me by bringing me dinner from Fazoli's. She brought in the family meal which includes two entrees, salad and bread sticks. You can choose either two pastas, one pasta and baked pasta, or two baked pasta. She chose the second and we had spaghetti with meat sauce and chicken parmesan. Being skeptical of chain Italian food I was pleasantly surprised with how good it was. By no means was it authentic or fresh but it was decent solid good food. Not only did it feed three of us that night but we had enough leftovers the next day. And with the $5 off coupon we found online the entire meal came up to only $17. What a deal!

I'll agree that the breadsticks are very tasty but that's where the flavor ends, IMO. I've had super cheap frozen dinners with more flavor.

I really like this place! I can get good cheap pasta (baked ziti, lasagna, etc.) and awesome breadsticks at a good price - either in the restaurant or through the drive-through. During the winter - what better way to have a warm meal fast! Nothing fancy but definitely provides excellent quality for the price. Good service (they keep giving us more breadsticks which was nice).

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
