This place is great! I am from Illinois originally and we have these sandwich stores called Potbelly's. This place is definitely reminiscent of that! I love all the options they offer! With all the options you have, you can probably go there 70 times and still get a different sandwich each time when you consider all of the toppings you can put on your sandwich. I almost always get my sandwich toasted. They have so many yummy toppings including crispy onions and mushrooms! The grinder is one of my favorite "wich"es! They also give you a punch card which allows you to get a free sandwich after so many punches. Overall, the staff is friendly and Which Wich gives you the option to feed whatever craving you may have!

I was quite impressed. This was my first time visitng and I will be back. The only thing I didn't care for were the pickles, not crispy at all. Just wont add them on my next "Wich", but the bread was oh so good and the meat was tasty. Very clean, they were busy but still friendly!

We've been here 3-4 times in the last 5 months... The sandwiches are good but it NEVER fails that they forget at least one topping that I've selected on the bag! And it always seems to be the fried onion strings! If you don't have the damn things take them off of the onion selection column! Or at least tell me you don't have them and offer a substitute... I LOVE onions, and without onions of some kind on my sandwich I'm pretty pissed... Get your crap together! I might not come back if they can't have the courtesy to tell me they don't have the fried onion strings... Not cool!!

Yum! Drove out here to the Broomfield location since we were in the area. The place itself is small with high top tables or bigger tables to accommodate a larger party. First time and don't know how to order? A friendly guy greets you before you even start! Pick your meats, grab the correlating bag and choose your goodies. Toasted? Swiss or pepper jack cheese? Ranch or vinaigrette? Wheat or white? There's so many different kind of combinations you can have your "wich". So the question is: which wich are YOU going to have :)

Definitely a great sandwich!!! Not really anymore money than any other sandwich place but much better food. Get those subs hot!! First time I went I got a cold sandwich second time I got the same thing hot and it was 100 times better!!

The idea seems pretty neat. For a person like me there's too many choices and I get overhwelmed lol. Maybe one day I will mosie back over and give it another try.

The sandwiches are good. The service sucks though. Wouldn't say I highly recommend it by any means

Love the way you order. Bread is amazing. The Buffalo chicken sandwich is so good. You can make any sandwich a bowl. Delicious because its on the crisp shredded lettuce. Their coleslaw is tasty.

I stopped by for lunch today, my first time at a Which Wich. Apparently it's a hoppin' spot in the area because the place was packed. It was confusing to figure out how to order, and I stood in a pack of people all trying to figure it out, too. The line for the register mingled with the pack of newbies and it was kind of a mess. But it didn't take long to figure out. You look at the menu to pick the type of meat you want on your sandwich. They have all of the usual meats, but they also have interesting choices like meatloaf and egg salad. Nice! Then you find a brown bag in one of many slots that corresponds to your type of meat. I chose roast beef so I found a "beef" bag that corresponded to the category associated with my meat choice. I also grabbed a Sharpie from the bucket. On the brown bag you pick how much meat you want, how much cheese, and which of the toppings you want. There are loads of choices. Then you write your name on the bottom of the bag and get in the cashier line. Once you pay you wait in another pack of people until they call your name. It's kind of a mess. I ordered one of their hot cookies they were promoting and got that way before my sandwich arrived. It was a madhouse in there so I took mine to go. Compared to other sandwich places it took awhile to get out of there (about 20 minutes) but the restaurant was packed. So how was the sandwich? The bread was thin but very good. There was barely any meat on it, and the roast beef wasn't anywhere near the best I've had. My sandwich was largely toppings. The cookie was way too sweet, like those cookies you buy in a box at the grocery store. But I have some tips! Don't park in the back because that door is an emergency exit and you can't get in that way. When you fill out your bag, mark up the back of the bag in a way that distinguishes it from the others, so you can see what place you are in line. Lastly, it might be best to figure out what you want ahead of time or go when it's not so busy. Me? I think I'll stick with other sandwich places for now.

Which Wich is so-named because you can choose WHICH sandWICH you like. Cuz, you know, other sandwich places don't let you do that? Anyhoo, you walk up and fill out a piece of paper with a magic marker, checking off the ingredients you want. While this lets you craft your own sandwich without the pressure of holding up a line, it forces you to figure out in your head what would taste good together, instead of deciding from some prefab choices like most sandwich shops. I've made some pretty tasty sandwiches at Which Wich, including a buffalo chicken sandwich with ranch dressing and banana peppers. The banana peppers are frankly genius and without Which Wich's unique ordering system, I wouldn't have thought of it. Unfortunately, Which Wich is lacking a lot of the variety and creativity I've come to demand in my sandwiches. No crazy spreads and few exotic ingredients make for a finite number of surprises.

Meh. Had never been there before today, and I was asked if I had visited before when I stood staring at the menu trying to figure out how it all worked. The only thing that saved this review from being 2-star is the fact that the staff were so very friendly (explained the ordering system without sounding annoyed like they had done it 1000 times) and the place was spotlessly clean. The sandwich was average at best. Not something I'd see myself getting a craving for. Paid an extra buck for avocado and they totally skimped on it. The lettuce was the awful teeny-tiny shredded kind and it was somewhere between yellow and brown. Wrote "light" next to the mayo selection and instead of a smattering it was glopped all over the place. Kids menu which is nice - and it wasn't too pricey. I think my 2 year old enjoyed her sandwich more than me! Doubt I would go back...

Good sandwich, great selections! Being someone that loves a ton of items on my sandwich, I really enjoy the selection of sauces, vegatables, and condiments. A few bucks more than other places and not the quickest, but they do provide a solid sandwich

Very good sandwiches. Lots of variety, new way to order putting you in control (no pressure!). The prices is also good for what you get. The homemade chips are great too. Great addition to the neighborhood!

First impression - Now, what's going on here??? Then...I think I had 3 things missing of which I had requested on my sandwich. Not good folks...if you want to sell me on it!! I came at a busy time, so they were just doing the assembly thing, and apparently not paying attn. to all the facets of people's specific orders of which is supposedly the "caveat" of the place. You mark you sandwich bag of what special fixings you want on it with a red Sharpie. They basically read the main meat ingredient and go from there. Summer kids....just looking for a job and not caring for quality??? Perhaps.

My sandwich was so bland even though I asked for BBQ sauce. The onion strings were soggy, probably because of the sauce and veggies. The bread was flavorless and there was too much of it. Quiznos makes a superior toasted sandwich.

Popped in here unexpectedly because deli zone was out of tuna. What a delicious sandwich it was! They have a great ordering interface in "which" you mark how you would like your "wich" to be created with all sorts of fresh ingredients and preparation styles. I will definitely be going back!

Great business model, fantastic choice of sandwiches, and $5.25 no matter what you get. I'm definitely a fan! Even more of a fan because they have the little tiny crushed ice! You can even buy it by the bag. The idea behind filling out a specific bag with your sandwich choices is efficient and doesn't create a long line holding other people up while they are trying to figure out what they want. I especially loved that my sandwich was toasted, yet not too crunch to scrape the insides of my mouth. The ingredients were well stacked, the sandwich cut neatly and was easy to eat. Skip the pickle though - they come in little baggies and were nothing near to crisp. Next time I'll go for one of their shakes instead of a pickle!

While I do agree with other reviews that ordering is easy, even though I ordered online. I do not see what is so great about the sandwiches. They are good don't get me wrong but there is nothing special about them. It is almost like a glorified subway. The service was good, although I don't know how it would be at more busy times, but no complaints. It really just isn't anything special, for the price I guess I expected more.

I really like Which Wich. I love that I can pretty much have whatever kind of sandwich I want. Even with all the creativity you could use to make the perfect sandwich, I still end up getting a relatively normal sandwich. I love the turkey with lettuce, crispy onions, pesto and whatever cheese sounds good that day. It's a surprisingly filling, yummy sandwich. Also try the milkshakes. I love the plain vanilla, and my brother likes to add a banana to any of them. The shakes are really delicious. I recently visited their website to see if there was anything new to Which Wich since I last visited. I'm happy to see you can now opt out of the toasted sandwich (not that I would) and you can choose your size. (7", 10.5" or 14".) My husband will be thrilled. I just decided that I need to grab lunch there soon.

UPDATE!!!:@*!@ I returned to Which Wich. I got the grinder. it was delicious with a capital D. I threw on a bunch of spicy stuff and it was a high end sub. It's gonna be my go to sub when I visit here next, which might be sooner than I think. I'm now a legit fan. Original... The menu variety here is crazy. To be able to walk in and grab a peanut butter and jelly one day and buffalo chicken the next is pretty cool. The ordering system is also unique. The fella who took my order was super helpful and since I was a first timer he gave me the rundown of how to go about ordering. So service was great. I ordered a chicken cheese steak. I assumed it would be bits of grilled chicken breast but it was sliced like deli meat. That took away from it a bit. I loaded up with spicy stuff, peppers and spicy mayo and the like, and it turned out to be a pretty solid sandwich. The chocolate chip cookie I got was also pretty solid. In the end, I prefer Snarf's but this place offers a nice alternative. The variety is awesome and the people there on my visit were great. PS: If you dine here and plan on climbing a 14er in the near future, grab an extra sandwich bag. If you take a pic holding the bag on top of a mountain they'll send a free sub your way.

Meh. It's an upscale Subway. 3rd star is for the amount of options. They do have alot.

  • David T.

Their slogan should be "inferior sandwiches" I got the BLT and the bacon was crumbles, the lettuce was shredded, and the tomato was chopped. Clearly it's all pre-processed food they buy from elsewhere. And it showed. My wife got a chicken sandwich. Very little meat. And the sliced chicken was round - clearly processed chicken. I'd say it's worse than Subway.

I love the ordering at Which Wich. I can go in, pick up a paper bag, write exactly what I want on it, and it comes out the other side. Simple and easy. The sandwiches are good, but I often find myself still hungry shortly after eating the regular size. If they would fill them up a bit more, it would be even better. Also, beware the wait times during lunch time. The wait to order might be short, but the sandwich folks in the back might be backed up a bit.

In my opinion the food here is overpriced. However, the ingredients are fresh and the sandwiches I've had here are always well made.

Great selection of hot or cold sandwiches. I always get their surf and turf, very tasty! It is always clean and quick service. They offer everything from a PB&J to amazing Philly Cheesesteak. A wide variety of fresh veggies and meats makes this little sandwich shop one of our favorites. Plus, you have to try their homemade chips! Delicious!! If you are in the mood for a gourmet sandwich in a timely manner you have to try Which Wich!

I love turkey subs. For sure one of my fave foods. This place just gets it right for me. I love their rolls, they make all the difference in a good sandwich. I'm pretty simple, but simple gets done wrong....a lot. This little sandwich chain will not disappoint.

Always good. They have rotating specials that are built in their "lab" that are usually good and a nice change from the original menu. I'm still wanting to climb a 14er with one of their bags to get a free sammich.

The cute worker in the back put 7 whole tomatoes (not sliced) on my large sandwich and would not give me an employee discount despite wearing my employee hat and knowing the inner mechanisms of the company.

What's not to love? The process: grab a brown paper bag labeled with your meat/non-meat of choice, a red Sharpie (or, a red crayon if you're so incline, like me), mark off your toppings, sign your name (or, another name of your choosing....like me...). Pay the nice cashier. Grab a drink and a seat. Wait for the sandwich maker to call your name. (Angelina? Britney? Hilary Clinton? Don't judge!) End result: affordable deliciousness in a brown paper bag. Side note: Which Wich makes it easy for those of us watching our fat and calories. They've noted sandwiches on the menu which are under 400 calories, you can ask for your sandwich as a salad or 'skinny' with the roll hollowed out. And, you can choose the oils and dressings you want/don't want. This location is convenient to my kids' school, and the staff is friendly and fast. Love them!

The food here is absolutely delicious! They make the food exactly the way you want it because you write what you want on the brown bag. The only thing keeping me from giving this place a five star rating is the cost of a sandwich is ridiculous. For two small sandwiches it was the amount I could go eat out. Also, this place gets really busy at lunch time so if you do go here, give yourself extra time because the wait can be on the longer side.

Which Wich is my FAVORITE sandwich joint, hands down. You walk in, grab a bag, mark what you want, hand it over and pay. Wait a few minutes, and you have the best damn sandwich around. A few of the reviews have said that they are displeased with how much "stuff" they put in their sandwiches but I disagree. I have always felt like they have plenty of stuff. I prefer my sandwiches hot - they're always perfectly toasted and they've never forgotten toppings. They have tons of options for toppings, meats, veggies, dressings...it's awesome!! I'll tell you too, that their shakes are great. It's not crazy expensive, but it's certainly not the cheapest sandwich you'll find. I promise you, it's worth it!! All hail the Which Wich.

Even if it is out of your way, do yourself a favor and go the one on 144th and I-25. After being to that one several times we tried this location since it was on the way to where we were going. We walked in to a mob (not a line) if people waiting to pay for their orders, no place to sit, and about 20 sandwiches waiting to be made before ours. Furthermore, when a table finally freed up, it was a high top like about 90% of the tables in the place and we could not seat a high chair for our 11-month old. They also don't call your name loud enough for you to hear when your food is ready and the food, though still good, is a notch below the other location.

Pretty big sandwiches with lots of vegetarian options. The gimmick here is filling out your own order on a paper bag (there are literally TONS of choices and combinations for ingredients and condiments). Then that paper bag becomes the sandwich bag. I don't remember exactly what I had here, but it involved hummus and was pretty delicious. I also had some sort of milkshake which was also good. The staff here wasn't overly friendly but service wasn't terrible.

Was in area and looking for lunch; saw Noodles and Co and started to go there and saw Which Wich which we had never heard of but decided to try. Great, great decision to go in. Ambience is a little lacking, but, hey, if it helps the excellent prices, so be it. Who's looking for fancy ambience for lunch. And, they do have outside seating which is nice. Sandwiches were excellent; bread is so good. I always hate to go to Subway as the bun/bread is too much of the sandwich; Which Wich has great buns. Lots of choices, I had a turkey combination and spouse had a breakfast (egg/bacon/cheese); we both liked what we ordered.

Holy Cow this is the sandwhich shop of choice in Westminster. They opened a few weeks ago in this new location and they are busy. Awesome place to go to for lunch. If you haven't been, its kind of a different concept. You pick a brown bag for which type of meat you want, then circle different toppings you want, and hand the bag to the maker and wait to be called. It really spices up the variety and encourages you to try more things. Also if you climb a 14er and take a picture with your which wich bag, you get a free sandwhich.

Want a sandwich? $ 5.25. Simple. Also write down what you want, its more efficient than telling them verbally.

Which Wich is great- glad to see one open in this location. The Orchard location is usually so busy that you can't sit down. This spot is kind of small and it's been busy since it opened which kind of brings down how clean it can be. The sandwiches are just so good though and they make the BEST oatmeal cookies ever. I've tried nearly all sandwiches and enjoy the grinder the most. The meat is fresh and the bread is crusty and chewy. Just how it should be!
