Deli zone is a place that makes great sandwiches but their breakfast sandwiches are awesome. I love their sandwiches so much I make sure to bring people here as often as I can and also buy my team breakfast here at least once or twice a month. My team will actually remind me f it has been too long. I have not had their salads but I have had almost every breakfast sandwich and they are all delish. Their f train and and meatball sandwiches are also great. The ambience is pretty basic and it is true that is depends on who is making your sandwich as to how tasty it will be but I think this place is kind of the nice local not a franchise tasty sammiches. I know they have multiple locations but I meant where everything is prepared on premise.

I like this place, the staffs always been cool and food has always been good. The restaurant is clean, the food is fresh and its a fair price. Depending on what you order there can be a wait so if your in a hurry don't get a toasted sub stick to the classic cool zone.

Food was 20 dollars for a soup, salad, and breakfast sandwich. It would be reasonable if the food was worth it. Chef Salad for $6.99 was 95% lettuce. Definitely not worth the price. Soup: tasted like generic brand can soup from the grocery store. Definitely not worth the $2.50 Kong Breakfast Sandwich: I asked for over easy eggs, and they were completely cooked (NOTE OVEREASY). The bacon was dry and overcooked. The potatoes were bland. I didn't even finish the sandwich Delivery was fast: ~40 minutes after ordering online. Online ordering is convenient.

Awful experience ordering from this place. Messed up my sandwich almost 100%. The sandwich even showed up really soggy and gross feeling. I called to complain about the food and spoke to the owner. He was rude and told me that they sent me the correct sandwich and that I was in the wrong. I know what I ordered. The customer service was terrible and I plan on finding another place to order my sandwiches from, and I suggest that everybody else does the same.

Good food most the time, comes out as fast as can be expected. Some of the employees seem a little younger and and immature, so you sometimes get a show with your meal watching the staff mess around.

I have only had the Breakfast sandwiches, and they are pretty good. You look at the outside and I dont think an intelligent person is expecting greatness. That being said, if you are in a hurry and need a quick sandwich, this is just fine.

The food was ok and the ladies working were friendly but both behind the counter where the food was and the dining area were really dirty. Behind the counter was disgusting and there was food and splatter all over the floor and walls. Also, while we were eating a lady walked in and had to wait about 3 or 4 minutes to be acknowledged because the two girls were so deep in conversation with their backs to the counter.

I think their philly cheesteaks are better than Taste of Philly Their meatballs are pretty good too. Really good sandwiches overall. I just wish they had more side options like fries, mozzarella sticks, etc.

Could not decide where to go for lunch today and the Wife had mentioned wanting to go here so we did today. When we saw the place we should have turned around and walked out. 3 people in back, one at the register, one cooking and one just standing around. 2 tables had customers and 2 of them had napkins laying on them, crumbs all over and were in serious need of cleaning, not to mention the floor. Looked like it had not been cleaned from the night before. We were about half done eating and another gentleman showed up and started behind the counter. And still, no one came out to clean the dining area. The sandwiches we ordered were OK at best, I would not order them again. I can say the wheat bread was good. So, this was the first and last time we ever eat here.

This is my first time being here. Decided to try something new on my lunch break. Staff was working hard and very friendly. Menu is New York Themed with names like, "The Rachel"... gotta love that! Ordered the South Bronx sandwhich, which was pretty tasty. Bread was average, but all in all I would definitely go back for seconds!

These guys are awesome! We order breakfast from them religiously and the food is always amazing. I don't know why all these posts are complaining about the wait; long lines mean good food!

I had to change my review after my most recent visit. I'm writing this in hopes of someone in charge seeing it and doing something to bring back the glory of Deli Zone. I met the owner of this location on my very first visit to DZ. He was nice asked if I would try a new breakfast burrito he was considering putting on the menu. It was the Ancho-Chipotle Burrito and I ended up loving and ordering every time I went. We took the summer off of eating out to save some money so it had been a while since I'd been to DZ. Yesterday, I was very excited to get my Ancho Chipotle breakfast burrito on. My husband and I placed our orders, the young lady who took them entered them in wrong but caught her mistake and let the cook know that the burritos were with steak and not sausage (the Ancho-Chipotle Burrito has always been steak, I know because I've been eating it since before it was on the menu, that sounded douchey but I want to emphasize I know what I want to eat when I go there). The wait as usual was long. We had come to expect that. I ordered coffee, there was about a half cup in the carafe, I asked if they were going to brew more, they started but never finished. I rinsed out my coffee cup and drank soda instead. This is something that's really common. They are out of tea, bread and coffee frequently. Even when we were going there on a regular basis. When our burritos were done, we were even more disappointed in the results. 1) The tortillas were toasted not just warm. I have nothing against toasted tortillas, only that when they are toasted, they crack and don't hold the burrito together. 2) My husband's burrito had no green chili in it, which is fairly important for a green chili breakfast burrito. 3) My steak and egg, Ancho-Chipotle burrito was sausage... Even after specifying that I was wanted steak and that being communicated to the cook, I still ended up with sausage. When I asked for a corrected burrito, there was no acknowledgement that there was a mistake. In all, it was really disappointing. I'm giving it a 2 star rating because I have had better from this DZ location. I want my old Deli Zone back.

I had high hopes for the Deli Zone because they'll deliver to my house. Now I don't want to get into a whole debate here, but I think that a deli sandwich comes largely down to the quality of the bread. I thought the DZ bread was just average. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't rule it out after a night out on the town...any port in a hangover right?

I work for a large corporate office just down the street from this Deli Zone, We often order and have several times had issues but today takes the cake. We ordered sandwiches at 9:15 am this morning and at 11;21 the delivery man showed up. One hour and 15 minutes into our wait time we called and asked where our order was, we were told that they were slammed and short staffed, we accepted that. One hour and 45 minutes into our wait time we called again, a man answered the phone. I asked for an explanation and expressed my concern over the fact that we were pushing two hours with our egg sandwiches driving around. This man became very rude and my defenses did come up as I would never have expected this, Calmly I told him I dont understand how it could take that long and wanted to know when exactly the driver would be here. This person hung up on me. I called back and asked for his name and their corporate number and store number, He refused to give me his name or any other information and then told me I would no longer be allowed to order from this store. I will work my hardest to have this Deli Zone boycotted by my office. I never raised my voice and had every reason to be concerned over it taking two hours for delivery of egg sandwiches. Refusal of information that I am entitled to as a consumer is unacceptable and this gentleman even went so far as to tell me he does not even work there.

All I ever order is the F-Train, because I think its one of the best sandwiches in the world. I am sure the other sandwiches are good too, but I'll never know because I am in love with the F-Train. There is a patio too, which is usually comfortably shaded.

I'm still a fan of Deli Zone - even though the last three times we've ordered, at least one sandwich wasn't what we ordered. The people are nice, the sandwiches are great, the price is good, but darn, I prefer to try new things on purpose, not because my order is wrong! On the bright side, I've discovered that they have what may be the best tuna salad in the world. For anyone who likes tuna salad sandwiches, I heartily recommend Deli Zone's. And positively loaded with tuna, fresh lettuce, onions, and tomato. Since they do such a remarkable job, we'll keep ordering. And if they can start getting us the sandwiches we order regularly, I'll gladly return a star to my review.

The sandwiches are great, prices are on par with Subway, and the staff are very nice. The seating is a little crowded but not bad, and when the weather permits, the patio is awesome. The only reason this place doesn't get 5 stars is that it's not exceptional quality - I've had better sandwiches, but these don't disappoint, and it's definitely better than the other big chains. The best part about this place is that they offer delivery, so I'd much rather order a meatball sandwich over pizza almost any day.

The food is pretty good but I don't think it is a place that necessarily sticks out in my mind. The portions are a decent size and so I can appreciate that. The wait was so long though!! The place was clean and the staff was pretty nice.

Their sandwiches are delicious. However, their service is atrocious. It took twenty minutes to get my sandwich and there was only three sandwiches in front of me.
