Despite it being a holiday and what looked like a long wait, we were seated within 10 minutes. (Though it probably helped that there were only two of us.) Our waitress (again, WHY DO I ALWAYS FORGET TO GET THEIR NAMES?!) was phenomenal, super friendly and engaging. Boyfriend was sorely disappointed that the Danish crepe he always loves was removed from the menu, and the crepe he did order wasn't filled with anything, just a crepe with fruit topping. The menu was slightly misleading about that. However, everything was fresh and piping hot, the coffee was good, and it was all brought out in a timely manner despite it being so busy. It also seemed cleaner than previous visits, and it seems like they spruced it up recently. Nice! I usually forget this location is here, and I have no clue what possessed us to visit on a holiday, but everything was surprisingly fast and the staff was extremely efficient. Props!

Our visit to the Brighton IHOP set the tone for what was gonna be a day of typical, lackluster service. See, it was our 20th wedding anniversary that day, wife and I were taking the day off together. We saw on a Facebook post that it was some kind of anniversary for IHOP that day, and they were offering 56-cent short-stacks all day. We figured, whatthehell, a little cheap brekkie to get the day rolling. We went in and were seated almost immediately, not much of a turnout for 56-cent flapjacks, I guess. We were waited on by a loud, effusive gal who proclaimed herself, "THE WORLD'S BEST WAITRESS!". Ahem. We ordered the 56-cent flapjacks, and two sides of bacon to go with it, and I KNOW "THE WORLD'S BEST WAITRESS!" heard our order, because she asked if we wanted TWO pieces or FOUR. We both ordered FOUR. "THE WORLD'S BEST WAITRESS!" promptly brought out the flapjacks, they must've been lined up on the grill, but we never saw the BACON. Since we were hungry, we dug into the cakes, and waited for the bacon to arrive. Finally, when we were down to about the last two bites of pancake, we managed to flag down "THE WORLD'S BEST WAITRESS!" and ask her where our bacon was? And "THE WORLD'S BEST WAITRESS!" blithely admits she had forgotten to put the order for the bacon in, and it would just take a minute........and by then we were laughing, shaking our heads, and just telling her, forget it, "WORLD'S BEST WAITRESS!", we'll just pay for the pancakes. Bill came to like $1.35 w/ tax, I think I tipped her a buck, mostly out of pity that there is a person in the world who has the nerve to call herself: "THE WORLD'S BEST WAITRESS!" And yet, isn't.

OK, don't want to sound foul.. But this place is crap. 2 cold orders of onion rings and fries. My club had stale bread. Philly cheese steak with american cheese yuck. This place is lack. The waitress complaining that she had to clean a table and that it was not her job, then another waitress complaining about something in the kitchen. OMG this restaurant has gone down hill since the last time I have been here.

I realized in a conversation with a friend after the fact that it's been 10 years since I've eaten at an IHOP, and it was back in California. But, I'd been craving pancakes and we were too lazy to drive into Denver to go to Pete's Kitchen or even Moonlight Diner near DIA. The plus: our food was decent. I can't complain about anyone's meal. I mean, it is what it is: IHOP food. My daughter got a really cute penguin balloon animal. The negative: the service was miserable at best. Our server first brought my husband the wrong drink, then brought me the wrong meal (fortunately she just grabbed the wrong plate so I didn't have to wait for it to be made) and then we sat a good 10 minutes after we were all done waiting for our checks. We also never had any refills. Lesson learned: stick with what you know and don't be lazy. Next time we'll head to one of our favorites.

It is IHOP. You pretty much know what to expect. The thing about this location is that you might actually be eligible for the Sr discount by the time the bill comes as the service is slow (under staffed).

I took my family there for breakfast. I ordered the Bacon omelet. After leaving, I got an extreme allergic reaction to something I ate. I'm sure it was moldy cheese in the omelet. It tasted odd as I was eating it. Never going there again.

Awful service. Sat for about 10 minutes with no water or drinks (with them lined up empty on the table so that the waitress could see them). After eating, waited another 10 minutes before the waitress noticed that we had finished our food and had a card out. The manager was walking around and didn't seem to notice that we were waiting (or maybe he didn't care.) Either way, in Brighton there's not a whole lot of options but I'll stick to Billie's instead.

While I prefer other restaurants in the Brighton area to get breakfast, my boyfriend's Mother and Aunt are not fans of Mexican food and are fans of IHOP; so it was off to IHOP for us one fine Sunday morning. We had six in our party, and we must have hit them at just the right time, because we didn't have to wait. In the past, we've gone with just the two of us (the BF and me) and had to wait longer for a table. The waiter was friendly. The food is average

I come here time and time again and more times than not I leave disappointed. Their food reeks of artificial flavors and sweeteners their staff is less than professional and the pricing really isn't that great. But needless to say I keep letting people talk me into returning.
