Giving it 5 stars for the $1 upslope draft beer ! And good wings! Considering you can pay $4-8 for a good draft beer in other locations...this is deal you can't beat. Service was good and friendly. If you are not a beer conasouir then 3-4 stars.

I think this is a dupe business entry, but adding my review here too. So I am a beer, wings and burger kinda girl. You can't get the burger at Wing Stop, but for a chain you can get some darn good wings! This particular WS is in the shopping plaza off Smoky & Gun Club and as far as I can tell - has a constant stream of people coming in and out. I have eaten in ($1 beer specials - small, but can't complain for the size) and it is fine, nothing to write home about. A few tables squeezed into a tiny spot. I mostly eat out and it is a quick order on the web and 14 minutes later - wings! Seriously, they always say ready in 14 minutes :) The atomic wings are REALLY INSANELY HOT! Seriously. They will make your eyes water and your fingers burn! For something different try the Parmesan garlic - yuuuum! Oh and their fries are heavenly too, I think they put a salty/sugar substance on them that makes them just a bit different (the hubby likes the cheese dipping sauce you can order with them). It is always consistent and fills my wingy needs!

The beer and food are awesome! Great place to watch the game, and wonderful staff like Sam! Very attentive and friendly!

Shame on me for giving them another chance. Screwed up order, omitted my kids meal. Not cool

Horrible Horrible Horrible! They messed up our order after waiting 25 minutes for it! They did offer to fix it but we were in a hurry and didn't have time to wait. The cleanliness (or lack thereof) of the restaurant left something to be desired. While waiting for our food, 3 people told the guy at the register that there were no paper towels in the mens room. 2 women told the same guy that the ladies room was out of toilet paper. Did either get fixed??? NOPE! When we used restrooms at end of meal neither had paper and both were beyond dirty! They weren't even busy. The staff had plenty of time to text on their cell phones and ignore the customers! We will never be back!!!

They have let themselves slip. We used to get their wings regularly. Now we skip them. The wings have become too greasy and aren't done as well as we had become accustomed.

Go for the wings....not for the fries. Some bizarre sugar coating on them that I can not stomach. First time eating here, I thought someone mistakenly sugared the fries instead of salting them. Second time, I had forgotten and tried to eat the sugar fries again. What is that??!! I think my Mom called them from out of state and told them I have high blood pressure and should also have the salad instead! Awesome, awesome wings! Just work on saltin' those fries............

Good wings, close to home. Stopped by without calling first, and the wings were ready pretty fast and were really tasty (the french fries could have used a little more seasoning though). Cheap, but tasty beer while you wait and great wings to go home with. What more can you ask for? I like the parmesan garlic myself, the chile lime was pretty good too (a little hot).

I like their wings but the service sucks. Ordered my wings and 2 beers to drink while I waited. The little kids at the register couldn't pour the beers and had to wait 10 minutes for the person 3 feet away to get around to doing it.

Was just there. Service is awful!!!!!!!! The manager should be fired. Was told 9 minutes. After 20 minutes I checked on my order and it wasn't even started. Very poor!

Great for Take out... Love their Garlic Parm Bone in Wings. I'm not a hot wing person. But they are getting a bit pricey, recently.......and they wings are getting smaller? Been going here since they opened like in 2006....I think it was.

I was really wanting some wings the other day. This was a convenient stop for me, so I made an order. I really like wings, so I would have to say I'm kind of a wing snob. Despite this place only serving wings, they just don't have great wings. I got a half hot, half regular. The "hot" wings were not hot at all. I was pretty disappointed. The staff was super awkward too and just wanted to chat. I just wanted to leave. I have no intention of returning here to get wings again. Zero chance.

6/12/15 Expansion makes this place one of the biggest location. Friendly staff. I still see one familiar face after several years of absence. Upslope larger on tap for $1. Cheapest 12 oz in the world...right here. If you have DUI, they will not serve you the cheap beer. .. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ its ritual to visit this place on tuesdays to get the $1 bottled beer (imports too). we have always ordered the same # of wings, same side dishes and the same # of drink/beer but lately the price has changed few times. On our last visit, we finally squared that away and got a printed receipt to use as guideline in case the newbies mess up on us. on our last tuesday visit, got two bottles of modelo's and the wings and such. I usually phone in the order and the lady with bad attitude (she is actually not that bad but have hard time controlling her facial expression) always mumbles on the phone. half the time i just assume she heard me correctly and hasnt failed yet. the wings are good, place is decent and beer price is outta this world! $1 draft of bluemoon always. Bottled beer for a $1 on Tuesdays or $2 other days. wings: ordered crispy with original hot. the color and flavor you get use to. the wing sizes are iregular. some small, some larger, some grossly humongus.

I started coming here a few months ago- probably a few times a week during the day, the wings were good the beer was cheap, sweet. Then-- my schedule changed, I was only able to make it AN HOUR before closing time, god forbid. I have even ordered my wings TOGO so I don't inconvenience this empty restaurant, but the EYE ROLLING has never been so obvious. I work in the restaurant industry as well, if you don't like the line of work or are not prepared to stay late-- go work in retail. I'm tired of the attitude when I show up AN HOUR before they close, hire some people who care and that place would be packed all the time.

I am giving this wingstop a 2 because the sandwich was very yummy and fresh. One of my favorite things at wingstop is the fries, the fries we got were not cooked all the way and soggy. The older man cooking seemed lost and tired. The man running the register looked sloppy and dirty. Not how you want to see someone serving you food. The wingstop in Thornton makes this one look really sad.

No complaints on the service. I ordered online and it was ready approximately when I got there and the staff was courteous and prompt. The wings themselves were good size but the sauces were awful. I think they use way to much vinegar, tastes like malt vinegar to boot, and it overpowered both flavors I tried. It even overpowered the atomic flavor. My wife sitting across the table from me could smell the vinegar.

I'm not a 'wings' guy - but it was late and we needed to grab some grub before my date and I were going to bed and this place didn't disappoint. Loved the aviation theme (with actual airplane parts adorning the walls) and the mild wings were great.

We just ate there for the first time and loved it. Food was hot, well-seasoned, and the staff was friendly and prompt. The dining room was clean and there was no wait on a Friday night. Definitely recommended!

We have sworn off this place so many times that I've lost count. But I thought (stupidly) that I'd give them another chance. That was a mistake. I actually like the wings. The problem is the service. They've gotten our order wrong, requiring a return trip to the store and another half hour of time lost. Then I started checking the orders thoroughly before I left the store. Once, I placed the order and found out when I got there that they were only taking cash because their credit-card machine was down. They taped a sign to counter, but the customers in front inadvertently blocked it. I had to leave without the food because I didn't have $35 in cash. Today, I ordered takeout -- one order of six boneless wings, with fries and drink. I had been told it would take 11 minutes. When I got there, there was one couple ahead of me in line. Fifteen minutes later, I left the restaurant with the food, and that was only after the girl at the counter asked me for three more minutes after taking a phone order, and I lost patience. I got my food almost 40 minutes after placing the order. There was only one person there to handle the phones, cash register and preparation of trays for the customers eating at the restaurant. I felt sorry for her, but also frustrated that for the umpteenth time, the service was awful. I don't know who manages this restaurant, because from the looks of it, I'm not the only one to complain about service. Maybe they just don't care about service and are trying to save money on wages. Either way, I won't be back ever again.

I wish I could give a good rating for the food alone but service has to weigh in somehow. They say 16 minutes, was more like 30. The guy taking the food order was terribly rude to the point I asked if everything was ok, seemed very annoyed to explain how the quantities of different flavor are ordered. Looked like they've expanded the interior to seat more customers but not sure the already overwhelmed staff can handle it. Disappointed in service but the food is good. Not the best wing in town but best in a close proximity.

The wings are kinda good it's hard to mess up a wing, but for some reason the wings are missing something. The counter help is a very weird experience...there's a vampire of some sorts working it with this "really another customer attitude" that creeps you out. The sugar flavored fries were not my thing. The pop tasted like craps also no flavor. Woodys wings was closed being a Tuesday so we went to wingstop.. note to self no wings on Tuesday.

Order wings by phone. Was told it would be 30 minutes! We got there at 45 minute. Wings still were not done. We actual got are 50 wing family pack 1 hour and 45 Minutes later! I understand your busy but don't tell me to be there in 30 if it's going to take you triple that to complete my order. Lots of other people had the same problem that night. Manager didn't apologize or give discount or anything just stood there as her employees sank! Sad liked this place will go somewhere else from here on out! Golden flame on Hampden ave here we come!

Most unprofessional establishment. Placed an order on line. Arrived 15min later. Neither the manager, nor the two "women" giggling and PLAYING with the hot oil, even asked my son about his order. I went in ten minutes later to find a COMPLETELY EMPTY restaurant and his order had not even be started. Ridiculous! And this dude is talking about let me start now. Are you kidding me????

***This Wingstop is okay and conveniently located right off the freeway; Wingstop is a nice alternative to the burger fast food joints all over the country (they feature chicken wings and boneless chicken wings dunked in many different sauces), unfortunately, Wingstop does not offer the significantly-better-than-fast-food options like other small fast food chains (Potbelly)*** This Wingstop is located in a retail and fast food plaza that has its own free parking lot. It is easy finding an open parking space.

Foods always been great but the service has gone down hill. I thought that I did something wrong to the counter girl. Very rude. Three stars for that.

Ryan and Larissa had 0 customers in the restaurant got my pick up order wrong. Called in to let them know, they offered free ranch dressing on my next visit. Poor customer service. If you are offered ranch, you should get ranch. I asked that they offer something else to not have to return to the store in a snow storm, they said nothing be free ranch. I guess I'll have to talk to Hector tomorrow and maybe get free celery. Probably without ranch again. About to loose a regular customer over a $10 combo.

Probably some of the best wings I've ever had. We usually get take out and order 20 or so wings and an order of fries. I've tried both the boneless and traditional and both are phenomenal. My favorite is probably the garlic parmesant but when I want spicy I'll order their hot. The hot is not very hot if you like hot stuff but the next step up is Atomic, which is WAY too hot. They put some kind of sugar/salt mixture on the fries and they're always good, too. We've gone in and sat before and had the $1 draft beer. Can't go wrong there. It's a small cup and if you like the spice you're going up and getting your multiple $1 refills, but it's definitely worth the price. Only thing they're missing is delivery!

This is a great place. Not only are the wings excellent, but all of the side dishes are excellent as well. They have a friendly staff at all the locations I've been to. Their the reason I stayed in Colorado:-). I was first introduced to them in 2006 while I was Dallas for the year. After I arrived here in 2007 and saw WingStop, I said to myself, I'm staying. They even have a website you can order on and have the wings waiting for you when you get there. My favorite flavors are the lemon pepper and the garlic parmesan. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

I love Wing Stop but this location is filthy. My husband and I stopped in for some lunch. The girl behind the counter was really unpleasant and seemed bored. There was plenty for her to do the tables and floors were filthy. I ordered the boneless garlic parmesan and fries something I have had before at another Wing Stop and know I like. We sat down and had to wipe off the table since there was no where clean to sit. The table was wobbling and when we switch tables that one was wobbling too. Have no idea what they did but the wing seasoning was off and the meat was dry. The fries were soggy and covered in too much salt. There were two tv's both of which had dark spots on them. Another worker came in the front door and the girl and him started talking loudly almost arguing right behind the counter. Very awkward situation. We ate maybe one wing two fries and threw the rest away. Looks like management needs to give this place an overhaul I will not be back to this location but I do like Wing Stop at other locations.
