This Taco Bell tastes just like it does in California.. Minus the thin air in Mile High.. I always enjoy Taco Bell no matter what part of the world I'm in whether it be Texas, Oklahoma, California or Korea.. I've been to them all..

I went here for dinner a few nights back with my girls and my husband. What a mess, I am not sure who was to blame, but the soda machines were down (probably not their fault), we went in and ordered a few tacos and kids meals (They said they discontinued kids meals... wha??). So they got some tacos. It was a mess, two guys came in after us and ordered a few items and it was a mix up from there. High confusion, no one know whose order was whose. It was a comedy of errors. Next time we will go to the Taco Bell at another location, this one was lackluster in their customer service. Hopefully it was just new trainees and things will pick up for them.

This has to be the worst taco bell location period. You either wait forever to get your food or you get it quick and its wrong. I can't remember a single time I received my food accurately or promptly. The will forget forks. napkins. sauce etc or an item your ordered.

If you love 25 minute drive through's, this is the right taco bell for you. We'll.. 25 minutes and counting as I am currently still in the drive through with 4 cars in front of me. I feel really bad for the guys behind me.

We went about 10 minutes until 6 pm tonight. The drive-thru had a really long line. I think everyone wanted their Baseball Special. The Rockies scored 7+ runs last night. We ordered the 4 tacos for $2 with Fire Sauce. Thanks Rockies!

More than once I've been in the drive through for over an hour, stuck between cars... line moving no where. I came at 800pm on a Wednesday this time, placed my order inside. It took 20 minutes to get my taco. One of these days I'll realize it's faster to make a taco for myself at home.

I pulled up to the drive through around 10:45am. There were two cars ahead of me. I ordered a crunch wrap and two Chipotle chicken chulpas. I expected a regular crunch wrap but received a breakfast one. I wasn't upset because the breakfast crunch wraps are delicious. The chulpas were good as usual. Three stars because the service was very slow. I think there was only one person running the place. She was very nice and gave me a bunch of extra fire sauce. Don't become Wendy's, Taco Bell; I know you have faster service.

This place is a dump! Be prepared to spend 45 minutes in the drive through, what a joke. Chick Fil A has twice as many customers and they manage to get you through in under ten minutes. Employees are ghetto and rude. Food is cold by the time you get it. What a disappointment for a new place in a nice area. Go to McDonald's across the street! Better service. Thought this was the Taco Bell by Cherokee Trail High School! And of course Yelp won't let me delete it or put in the correct address. Sorry! The correct location is the Taco Bell at Smoky Hill Rd and Arapahoe Rd.

This evening was the absolute worst service I have ever had while at any fast food chain. To celebrate the return to school and a first day of kindergarten, we let the youngest choose where to go. He chose Taco Bell. The one on Smoky Hill and Buckley is the closest. Upon entering the store there where 6 groups of people standing around waiting for their order. When i approached the counter, the kids told me that there was a 15 minute wait as it was him and another co-worker to do the orders. He asked if we still wanted to wait to which we agreed. It was 7:02 PM. After paying he then told us it would be 30 minutes. As we made our way into the lobby, it was horrific. All of the trash receptacles were overflowing with drinks and food spilling onto the floor. There was not one clean table in the entire place. There were used sauce packets, straw wrappers, trash and food littered the entire floor. My wife approached the counter and asked for rag to clean off the table. The kid that took our order refused, out of kindness as he felt like it was his job, my wife insisted. He brought a big wet towelette out to her and she proceeded to make her way around the dining area wiping down all the tables and chairs of food and drink so if others wanted to sit, they could. We found out that the groups of people standing around were standing as there were no places to sit. Thirty minutes pass. Then forty. By this time other patrons that were suckered into the short lead time sat and waited. They had come in right after us. As other patrons entered, we expressed our displeasure and encouraged over TWENTY FIVE customers to go elsewhere. One women refused to wait any longer after being given the wrong meal twice then being told they were out of the product they needed to make her meal. She was pissed and wanted a refund. She was refunded her $32 plus dollars and her whole meal went into the trash. Fifty minutes have now passed and we are all getting restless. I ask the kid who took my order where our food is. He tells me it is being made right now. The guys who was immediately behind us was visibly upset and wanted to know where his food was as well. The kids said it would be right up. He then found out all of the orders were entirely wiped from the screen system and wanted our receipt to make our meal. He never gave us a receipt and instead found my signed copy on the counter. He used it to process the order. When I asked for the receipt to copy down order information, she handed me my signed credit card receipt that had been all on the floor and covered in grease. We received our food at 8:07 PM. The kid who had taken our order, given us the run-a-round and continually gave out wrong information proceeded to close the lobby and deny drive through customers for the duration of our stay. It turns out he was the manager. This was the worst customer service experience that we have ever experienced. We will never return to this Taco Bell again. We asked for the general managers phone number and they refused to give it to us. They never attempted to make it right. They never provided minimal level of customer service. Do yourself and your family a favor and stay away. I cannot stress this enough. We will be contacting the franchise owner as well Taco Bell corporate as I cannot believe they would allow this to happen within a franchise. As a personal business owner I am absolutely appalled.

Went to this location today to have a food item replaced that they forgot to give me last time. I had called and spoke w/ a manager who assured me that there would be no issue replacing it, especially because I paid for it! When I requested it in drive thru the man working there treated me like I was lying because I couldn't remember the name of the manger that I spoke to on the phone about it. He brought the issue up to the current manager on duty and was told to just replace the item. The drive thru worker then had me park my vehicle, so they could help the other customers, and assured me that it would be brought out to me. I waited a little while and no one ever came! So I got my pregnant butt out of the car and went in to get it. The manager apologized because he had not been told that I was parked and waiting, he had thought I just drove away, because the wonderful drive thru worker didn't tell anyone! I got my food and left. I will never return to this location. Every time we try to rely on them they always mess up the order, leave us waiting for way too long, or we are treated like I was today!! It's ridiculous, you're job is to serve the customer, not make them feel like they are trying to con you for food that was already purchased when you make a mistake!!

Worst service of any fast food restaurant I've tried. I've been a few times thinking maybe they just had a bad day. No such luck. They seem to get my order wrong every time. Half the time it comes out ice cold. I would have given up sooner, but they're right around the corner from my place so it speaks to my lazy side. No more...

About Taco Bell

Taco Bell is a haven for Mexican delicacies such as tacos, quesadillas, burritos, nachos, and other specialty items. Owned by Yum! Brands, Inc. Taco Bell is one of the fastest growing American chains of fast food restaurants. The restaurant operates from 7,072 different locations which are mostly run by independent franchisees and licensees.

The background story of Taco Bell is interesting and inspiring for budding entrepreneurs. The fast-food brand is the brainchild of Glen Bell, who started his first food venture as a hot dog seller in San Bernardino, California. The year was 1948. After witnessing long queues outside a Mexican restaurant called Mitla Café across the street, Bell saw the opportunity and demand for hard-shelled Tacos. He reverse-engineered the recipe and later started selling Tacos and called the venture Taco-Tia.

Later, the name changed from Taco-Tia to El Taco. Eventually, Glen Bell sold the company to his partner and opened the first Taco Bell in Downey in 1962. By 1964, the restaurant also got its first franchise in Torrance. The 100th Taco Bell restaurant was opened by 1965. PepsiCo acquired Taco Bell from Glen Bell in 1978 and the restaurant brand is currently a subsidiary of Yum! Brands which looks after the restaurant business of PepsiCo.
