The cashier gentlemen Martin made me feel very welcome. Probably the best Taco Bell experience ever he made me want to get out of my car and go inside to order my food instead of the drive thru. Thanks Martin

This was my first visit to this location. It was located on S Tower Rd/E Hampden Ave in Aurora. We came in for the Rockies Baseball Special. The guy at the cash register rang us up and proceeded to just stand there as there were quite a few tables that needed to be wiped down. We also ordered the Happy Hour 16 ounce Piña Colada Freeze and Mt Dew Baja Blast Freeze for $1. They were very airy and we could not really drink them until they started to melt. The Piña Colada Freeze had an artificial coconut flavor and I would not order it again. The Mt Dew Baja Blast Freeze flavor was okay, but not the consistency. I had to add some regular Mt Dew to it to give it some liquid.

When I have the sudden drunken urge for some authentic Mexican food at three in the morning, Taco Bell is where it's at and apparently everyone else having similar cravings as well. From stoners to drunkards, it's a mass following in the wee hours of the night for some fourth meal action. The drive thru lines are often long as impaired drivers and passengers must make such difficult life decisions when it comes to selecting from the menu ordering with slurred speeches. A process that would have taken half the time if everyone wasn't inebriated. The Doritos tacos locos, has there been such an ingenious and magnificent creation in recent history of mankind?!?!?! I don't think anything will hail in comparison unless perhaps a cure for cancer is developed. Most noticeably we must have fallen on some hard times because the employees only hand out a few packets of hot sauce....

This place is your typical Taco Bell. Staff have not had any errors with my order and food was as expected. I've never been wowed by Taco Bell but then again I probably never will though. Why do I go back? I have 30 minute lunch breaks and it's close to my work.

You should always know EXACTLY what you are going to get when you order food at Taco Bell. Every store has EXACTLY the same menu, with EXACTLY the same incredients. The only surprise element is the staff. This is why I say "you should know..." The staff can make or break a restaurant. This one is definitely in the category of "you just never know if you're going to get the 'A' team or the 'B' team". You place your order, then stand expectantly at the counter, because you just know they are going to make a mistake and add that yucky red sauce instead of the green sauce you ordered. And when they do, you want to be ready to correct them before walking all the way to your seat, setting out your food, carefully placing the napkin on your lap, then taking the first bite only to discover their horrendous, life altering mistake. Ok...so it isn't really that life altering, but it is frustrating! All of that to say when the "A" team is on at this location, the food and service are top notch. If it is the "B" team, well...let's just say you could be in for some entertainment watching all the erroneous orders going out with patrons handing back food which was not made to order correctly.

Usually decent service. Last night I got stuck in the drive thru for 40 minutes. The wait was an inconvenience for sure. A customer 3 cars behind me got out and walked to to the window to ask why it was taking so long. The girl on the headset was oblivious to the fact she had her mic on and started yelling and cussing about the customer until someone took her set knowing we could hear her. Very unprofessional. When I called to speak to the manager Brianna, I could hear her asking why she needed to talk to a customer on the phone very rudely to whomever answered the call. This location needs new management.

What a freeking joke!!! This place used to be the Taco Bell in aurora to go to but I have to say.... To say that there were a more non competent group of retards running this place would be a horrible portrayal of people that are way more competent than the people working and running this location. Do not go to this Taco Bell no matter how hungry or great a burrito sounds because I promise you will be disappointed!

Ive been going to this taco bell for at least 3 years now and never had much of a problem before besides a couple screwed up orders here and there but tonight takes the cake for worst customer service ive ever experienced at a drive thru. After giving my order i pulled up to the second window (which is standard for this specific taco bell) and the first thing i saw was a very unprofessional looking employee in a grey muscle/under shirt that had a big wet spot on the belly with cursive script tattoos on his arms that looked like they were done by a talentless artist. Talk about GHETTTTO! the dude was dressed like his parents woke him up to take out the trash early in the morning. As he opened the window he did not greet me and he was laughing amongst his co worker (a heavy set ghetto looking white girl with tons of make up foundation caked on her face). When he turned around to get my food i saw his red boxer shorts sticking out of his beltless pants. He then handed me my food without saying a word and then closed the sliding door. Something doesnt add up. I personally think they were having sex inside the taco bell before i pulled up. Its cool i get that a bored guy and a bored girl can sometimes have fun when they're alone but nobody want to look at your ashy chunky arms or the XXL tag on your boxer shorts as you're serving me food and on top of it all you didnt even say "hello" or "thank you" or "have a good night". Overall this is the RUDEST drive thru experience ive ever had.

Sometimes, you just need Taco Bell. That time is usually sometime after midnight and after a large quantity of alcohol has been ingested. This Taco Bell does the trick. I've never had a problem with my order. The items are usually put together correctly and neatly. And then I go home and regret everything I did that evening the next morning.

I have always had issues with this location, but it's going more and more downhill to the point that I drive to the next closest location (which is not close) in order to NOT have to eat here. My family has pretty much switched to DelTaco if we want cheap fast Mexican food. FAIL! My taco I received from here is pictured above under pics.

About Taco Bell

Taco Bell is a haven for Mexican delicacies such as tacos, quesadillas, burritos, nachos, and other specialty items. Owned by Yum! Brands, Inc. Taco Bell is one of the fastest growing American chains of fast food restaurants. The restaurant operates from 7,072 different locations which are mostly run by independent franchisees and licensees.

The background story of Taco Bell is interesting and inspiring for budding entrepreneurs. The fast-food brand is the brainchild of Glen Bell, who started his first food venture as a hot dog seller in San Bernardino, California. The year was 1948. After witnessing long queues outside a Mexican restaurant called Mitla Café across the street, Bell saw the opportunity and demand for hard-shelled Tacos. He reverse-engineered the recipe and later started selling Tacos and called the venture Taco-Tia.

Later, the name changed from Taco-Tia to El Taco. Eventually, Glen Bell sold the company to his partner and opened the first Taco Bell in Downey in 1962. By 1964, the restaurant also got its first franchise in Torrance. The 100th Taco Bell restaurant was opened by 1965. PepsiCo acquired Taco Bell from Glen Bell in 1978 and the restaurant brand is currently a subsidiary of Yum! Brands which looks after the restaurant business of PepsiCo.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
