I have absolutely no idea what it is about this Starbucks, but it is busy morning, noon and night. Very tight parking lot. Pretty small space. A few outdoor tables. Other than that it is a Starbucks. Your skinny vanilla latte will taste the same as any other Starbucks! I have no idea why it is the center of the coffee universe over in this part of Aurora, but it is!

Super crowded and very slow. Every time I go here it takes at least 30 min no matter how many people are here. Usually, Starbucks staff are super friendly... Not here. They are in no hurry at all to get out drinks and the majority of the staff aren't rude but are far from friendly. I avoid this place now after several poor experiences and go a little further to the Coffee Place or pick another Starbucks. Unfortunately, this is one of those rare areas where there isn't another Starbucks on the next block :(

Starbucks is always a great stop for a special treat. They have a variety of drinks and snacks to fit your mood. They have easy pay options, i love the phone. It is flawless and works great.

My latte tastes kinda bitter but it was hot. I like my coffee hot. I like stopping here on my way to get the car washed next door. I got my latte and sat outside and enjoyed the sun for awhile. The people working are always friendly and it is busy. I am sure if i said my coffee was not right they would have made me a fresh cup. If that happens again i will ask for a new cup.

Good environment, clean and friendly staff for a Starbucks. Place to sit and study, like a typical Starbucks. Usually always busy. Only pitfall I can see is very very slow internet WiFi speed. Speed test shows 1.3Mbps download and upload speeds. Ok for your phone but don't try to come here to get any work done. Great for socializing! If they would increase WiFi then I would give it a 5.

We went today for the BOGO holiday lattes between 2-5pm. The cashier was friendly. There was only one barista making drinks and I felt sorry for her. I don't know what the other gal was doing behind the counter, but she wasn't helping customers.

First off, I like the coffee at Starbucks. So, unless I get something unusually bad or have a really negative experience, any Bux is a good Bux. This location, has some significant shortcomings. First off, there is no drive-thru (bummer). But, more importantly, they are located on the NW corner of Smoky Hill and Chambers (a busy intersection). If you are Westbound on Smoky Hill in the mornings, it is not too hard to get in and out of the parking area. That is probably the target customer for this Bux. If you are Eastbound on Smoky Hill, or Northbound on Chambers, it can be a big pain with significant time wasted to resume your journey onward. The inside is not that big, but seems to be very busy. The staff are friendly (as you would expect). As another Yelper mentioned, this seems to be a Verizon Wireless dead-zone.

Its neighborhood gem. Today's visit was late afternoon coffee fix and the place was packed. The barista I have known from Iliff and Parker location was working at this place. Plenty of seating area including outdoors, friendly barista and great coffee!

It's a Starbucks, so reviewing their coffee is kind of pointless - it is the generic semi-burnt stuff. This particular location had friendly staff, but there is no Verizon reception anywhere inside and the Wifi is spotty at best. Hence the two stars.

This is probably the strangest Starbucks I've ever been to. Its crowded on normal off hours, the inside is slow in the morning compared to other more urban stores. No drive through and a tight parking lot make this a Starbucks that I now avoid.

Like the typical American, I am an addicted Starbucks junkie. At any given time I could tell you where the closest Starbucks is in the Denver Metro area no matter where I might be. This is a smaller starbucks with a tight parking area and is usually very busy. The employees here always make up for it . If they are having a bad day, you wouldn't ever know it ! They know their regulars and go above and beyond for almost every customer that comes in the store. I'll keep coming back to this location. All they need to make it perfect is a drive-thru !

Okay I mean come on it's a Starbucks. I don't even like their coffee so it was hard for me to give up the 4 stars. That being said when you compare THIS particular Starcrack with the rest of them I suppose this is one of the better ones. The service is good and fast and when it comes to Starcrack that is pretty much what you want. The coffee itself is not my style as I think it taste burnt but to each his (or her) own. I do like the shaken ice tea lemonades with passion fruit tea so that is usually what I get when I go in. If you are into Starbucks you will probably like this one.

Awesome location. Good service, good people good drinks. This place used to be really bad, but they have really gotten much better. The location is clean (even the bathrooms! YAY!) and always organized. The drinks are made perfectly and the people are always genuine and nice.

I love starbucks in general but this location is great!! I usually go in and ask for the most experienced barista. They come forward and ask me what I would like. Well at this location was a lady who said she had heard it all and can make my highly complicated order, she made it perfectly. It's a drink that costs almost 10 bucks but it is so good. They always have genuine smiles on their face. The bathrooms were clean and every table was wiped and clean. they do such an excellent job!!
