Dtinks are the best at this location! The staff is extra friendly and they have a drive thru! I've been coming here for at least 5 years.

I wonder how long it will take me to visit and review every Starbucks in CO? Let's think of this as a stretch goal, something to strive for. I was running some errands in Aurora and was parched and wanted an iced tea. Found this drive thru Starbucks and was a happy girl. I was a little disappointed when I waited for over 10 minutes for my drink. Only two cars in front of me. Not exactly sure what happened but once I finally got my drink and was on my way I was happy again and no one could stop me. I was a girl on a mission.

I will start off by saying that I truly like(d) starbucks...In fact, I would get a Frapp every day before work, sometimes twice a day, one in the morning and one for lunch, however I can't get my head around the "seasonal drink" thing. I was drinking a specific drink for a few months (Salted Carmel Mocha Frapp) which they stopped making because it was "seasonal" because they no longer have the salt?? Which seems pretty petty to me, but anyway I finally, after a week or 2 of not being able to get my daily drink from starbucks asked a barista what they had that I could replace it with, I was given a suggestion of the Chestnut Praline Frapp, which I love by the way! So I was at it again, one every day....until a few days ago.... I went to the buckley location because it was on the way to my destination, I asked for the Chestnut Praline Frapp, and BOOM! The barista rudely says they don't have it because it is "seasonal". I asked them when they stopped making it (because I ordered one the previous day obviously!) and his reply is, DECEMBER...(its March) WTF. So I decided to try another location (the Havana Gardens which is where I received the recommendation for the Chestnut Praline) and when ordered there, I was given the same exact drink I tried ordering elsewhere. So apparently depending on the location, they have certain ingredients, which to me, is a waste of my time. A "seasonal drink" is dumb, but whatever that's the way it is...however for it to be offered at only certain locations that are close to each other (Havana & Alameda vs Havana & Florida)....that is not enough for me to sit in a line each morning before work HOPING that maybe, just maybe today they will be able to make a drink that I like...no thanks!

I am fond of the 'Bucks, but unfortunately this location had an iced Americano that was very weak and luke warm. :( The quality is spotty at this location. I would say 25% of the time I left unsatisfied, ashamed that I spent my dollars there. But it is a convenient location to my work space, so I endure. Breakfast sammichs are iffy, depending on the day. Bagels are decent. More cream cheese needs offered. I am glad Starbucks keeps it fresh with new ideas. But the same seasonal flavors get old fast. I stick to the basics. Flat white? Only so many ways one can prepare cappuccino or lattes... Like the 'Bucks? Most are glad they do.

Hit or miss. Yesterday my order was messed up and of course you don't know until you arrive at your destination. Today, I ordered the "usual", but was charged for an extra splash of milk so my oatmeal wasn't sticky. He told me it would be $8.53 but when I got to the window it was over $9. I had to dig more money out of my purse and it was due to the extra splash of milk. Really!?! That's ridiculous.

I have had it with this location!! I came two weeks ago through the drive through had to order an additional brownie at the window and the attendant acted as if I had asked her to hand over all the coffee. Today, I go and order a pause tea lemonade (something I have ordered in the past) and a peach green tea lemonade. I later ask for a refill (something I have done in the past) and was told they could only refill the tea NOT the lemonade. Even stated it was policy. I mentioned I have done this in the past and they sat up and down that cashier must have done it in error.... That would have been you because I come here almost every Sunday..... Yes - I seethe same woman each and every time on Sunday but she played ignorant because the manager was there. Indicating it was policy. If it's policy why had it happened in the past? Why does it occur at the store on Hampden & Tower, the store on Buckley & Iliff - let's go big here - why at the Starbucks on Colorado Blvd?? Only here am I told "our policy" indicates we only refill on tea... And only THIS TIME. Never once in the past!!!! Not coming back to be lied to. This is why small town coffee shops are growing - Starbucks make note!!!

I don't understand why this Starbucks get such poor reviews when I've been going here for seven years and have yet to have a really bad experience? I think people here are personable and they get to know the regular customers I don't go often but when I do go people recognize me and make me feel like it's my Little coffee shop. The women are the best they're the ones that are the most common and have not left there in a very long time. I don't know why but they seem to fit well. I also love how quickly their drive-through goes as well as going inside you can choose either and get in and out within 10 minutes and sometimes that's not possible at a Starbucks

This Starbucks is my favorite in all of Aurora. The staff is always efficient, friendly, and accommodating. My drink is always perfect exactly as I have ordered it. Whenever I've asked for a special accommodation. They have always performed and if it's not exactly as I wanted I asked and clarify what I'm asking for. And they are happy to do it. Their store is clean and orderly. The bathroom is always clean. I frequent this location approximately 15 times a month. They have never ever failed me.

This location always has what I am looking for. When a starving individual has not yet had their caffein fix and they are regularly out of your breakfast delight things can get physical really quick! There is another location nearby that is always out of breakfast sandwiches or other pastries. I have learned to just come here and I get what I need. The service is pretty quick and there have been multiple times when I benefited from the "pay it forward" trend where the car in front of you pays for your order. That is always a pleasant surprise.

Good service. Sometimes doesn't seem like they have enough people on for the rushes, but overall I like them.

After reading the other reviews, I see I'm not alone in my disappointment with this location. I have Starbucks frequently, so it's not a knock against their product. This location just can't seem to get it right. The last few times I've gone, my experience has been horrible. On one occasion, I ordered two venti espresso drinks, but when I got them back to work, they were only 3/4 full! Since I was at work, i called to speak with a manager. There was no answer at any point in the day that I called (I tried at least three times). I was so pissed that they wouldn't answer, I wrote an email to the Starbucks company who rectified the situation with an apology and a refund on my card for the drinks. When they're not cheating you, they just fail to get it right, altogether. They're not worth the hassle.

Worst service I've received at any Starbucks. Walked in on Saturday just before noon. There were probably 10 employees behind the counter and three customers in line. Not sure why that equated to me having to wait forever for service. On top of that, my order was wrong. I ordered hot tea and a cookie. Really? Do better!

Hit and miss. I work less then a mile away and I've found that going when this Starbucks is busy means you have better coffee. When going to this location at a slower time, the coffee seems colder, not as full, slightly burnt, etc.

I have two goto SBux in this area. This is one of them. I was going three times a week, but due to life, I cut back. I came back after a couple of weeks and "How are you? Where have you been? Good to see you again!" And...remembered what I have. Drive through is a little slow, but usually because of the way the stations are laid out, go inside if you can. Parking is fine, just park in the always empty strip mall lot. A few extra steps won't kill ya. The very few places where Pay-It-Back is practiced. Always a pleasure when I get to go here.

Nice to find a convenient Statbucks with a drive thru. I had to repeat my order 3 times; not sure if poor headset or weak microphone to blame. I was the only vehicle in line. They made my drink just fine, but for some reason, they set down the completed drink tor 2 minutes, and walked away. This was an uneccesary delay. A final note....this parking lot/light is a pain if you are southbound.

I understand that Starbucks gets busy but this is the slowest Starbucks I have ever visited.

I love Starbucks! I am seriously there every day. I have been to this Starbucks all of 3 times and every time the service is horrible and my drink is wrong. The last time I was there the girl taking my order was obviously new and my boyfriend and I ordered coffee frappuccinos with light ice. This girl clarified several times that we wanted light ice, but did not understand what light ice means and did not bother to ask for help, so we got light (low cal) frappuccinos instead. We were annoyed that we had to wait for them to make our drinks correctly after so much clarification so we felt it reasonable that maybe one of our drinks would be comped or we would get a free drink card. When we inquired about this, the girl had no idea what a comp was so she got her manager over there. He refused any compensation and said that having our drinks remade was enough. Well, when our drinks were remade, they were remade basically with no ice. We let it go and left because the manager was unwilling to provide adequate customer service. $9 down the drain. I will never ever take my business back to this particular Starbucks. I will drive the extra few minutes to go to a different one.

Two years ago, I'd give this place a 5 star rating. However, over the years, they've changed staff along with their service. For example, this morning, I pull up to the drive-thru to order my usual ice coffee, sweetened, with light ice. The server with a female voice, ask me to repeat it, I do (slower, with patience). She repeats the order back to me and ask me if I wanted room for cream. I reply back with no please, no cream. She tells me how much my order will be and fills me with high hopes that this time, I'm going to get what I ask for... Ehhhh! It takes me 15mins to get to the window because the window server was laughing and socializing with a driver two cars ahead of me. Anyway, finally I reach my turn, a guy hands me a light brown drink and I kindly tell him, I ordered it with no cream. He says I thought you said with cream and no sweetener... ( WTF!! ) Is it so damn difficult to get an ice coffee order right? I tell him no, I asked for a tall ice coffee, sweetened with light ice. Finally he hands me another drink...ice coffee, with Ice filled 3/4 of the way up, and no sweetener! I think I've given this place enough chances to get my orders right, here's to the Starbucks crew on Buckley and Mississippi that continually screw me over the past years...and to my last order there. They are just down the street from where I live, and they've taught me convenience isn't worth the extra few more miles to get to the next starbucks location.
