They have Hu Tieu Bo Kho, a traditional Vietnamese tomato stew! The flavors are okay, but it beats me making it myself. I'm really excited for this addition to the Aurora area. In addition to that, their noodle bowls are a good size and is very flavorful! Service is good, I'm going to take advantage of the Grand opening of 15% off! It is a little pricier than the average pho places, but their flavors are pretty good. Check it out peeps!

I ordered the beef shrimp spring rolls they are just ok , the rice paper is kinda dry what would make them better if they grilled the beef and made them to order. I talked to the manager and she said that they are made to order but they use bigger wrappers and that's why they were dry on the ends but the funny thing is only one of them was dry. But I will give them another try.

Our first visit with the new management/name and we were regulars before. I ordered a small bowl of veggie pho and it was really tasty--broth as good as ever, and ample sizes. The menu seems to have been expanded and it seems a bit cleaner than it was. They still offer yogurt, but not the pho and yo combo as before. The service is polite and speedy, and they keep the water glass full :)

Meatballs are terrible. Went today to get a rare steak bowl, walked in and said I was going to sit at the bar. The kid said "we don't sit at the bar" Wait...you have a bar, have napkin holders at the bar, and someone behind the bar but you don't sit people at the bar? Pretty ridiculous. Pho Le, you have made the decision easy to spend an extra 5-10 mins and drive to Pho 79 off Havana and Mississippi.

I was so excited when I looked over the menu, so many soups I want to eat...Bun Bo Hue, Hieu Tieu, Bo Kho. I wasn't feeling well so stuck to a Pho Ga (chicken pho) to go. The broth was in a to go cup with a lid that leaked through the straw hole. The veggies in a plastic bag. Interesting choice of packaging, I must say. The broth was watered down and bland. I will try other soups and let ya know. Stay tuned!

I'm so happy they expanded to Aurora. The first restaurant is in Little Saigon of Denver. They have their award-winning pho (Westwords Best Pho of 2014) made right at the Aurora location. Service is nice, and their other dishes like combo fried rice and Korean street tacos are spectacular. Definitely give them a try.

Alas! The pho gods have finally answered my prayer! No longer will I have to commute all the way up to Federal to enjoy Pho Le as they recently opened up shop in Aurora. This place has a variety of noodle soups which I absolutely love! Too bad I normally stick to the usual :/. I always get the Hu tieu which comes with two different types of noodle, and various cuts of pork, liver, shrimp, and a quail egg. They even serve com tam, which seems like a rare find in Colorado. Service is great and very polite.

I've been here twice now that it has been under new management. I am in love with the Korean Tacos - if you are a lover of Korean food, this is a must! Corn tortillas filled with rice, kimchi, bulgogi (beef), cucumbers, and topped with sesame seeds. I have also tried their pho, and in my opinion the broth lacks flavor. I know, there are condiments to flavor your dish, but to me a good pho is defined by its broth. I will be coming back for the tacos, but not for the pho (bring back the old recipe Pho-Le!!)

We liked PhoYo, but the new owners do an even better job here. Apparently this is a second location from their Federal Boulevard restaurant. I had the shrimp and my wife had a pork noodle bowl. The shrimp and the pork were great. Tried the fresh lemonade, I bet you'll really enjoy it.

The chicken wings were extremely crispy and delicious. My husband had the cubed brisket and it was very tender. I had the seafood egg noodle soup. It was very good. Plenty of seafood in a simple pork broth. It was topped with crispy pieces of pork. Yum

There are many reasons for my 1 Star rating. We have tried to eat here 2 times, but we've only been able to once. That is because despite having hours clearly posted, the seem like to close as early as possible. On the one occasion where we arrived just before 8 pm, we were the last customers they seated. Others who arrived were offered take our service only. Since they were in a rush to get out the door, they began cleaning and the smell of the floors being mopped really detracted from the taste of my food. And there wasn't much to get excited about at all, the original Pho Le has much higher quality food! During the meal, the servers never came to check on us. They never even refilled our water glasses until I asked for the bill. The pregnant waitress seemed very uncomfortable and very unfriendly. All of this is very sad for me to write because Pho Le on Federal Blvd. is hands down my favorite Pho place in Denver. Having another location available would have been awesome, but it's too bad this place isn't up to par.

$5 for a Vietnamese sandwich, seriously? I rather go somewhere else with more variety and cheaper prices.

Good selection of food. It may not look it but they are open Sunday. The yelp account just needs to be updated. Visit the spot it has been a good experience.
