My husband & I love Panda Express. We always go here because it's the closest to our home. However we were getting served by a lady named "Sonya" and she was the most pushy person I have ever met. She was very rude! She didn't even give us the time to ask questions or give us more than 3seconds to decide on what we wanted. There was also no line. My husband finally got fed up with her rude act and asked for someone else to help serve us. The 2nd lady who helped us was the sweetest. This Panda Express is neat & always fresh. However if it weren't for Sonya's bad customer service, I would honestly give 5stars.

I guess I just don't have much luck with places that you buy by the scoop. It doesn't advertize itself that way but it really is. I went here for lunch with some coworkers the other day. The staff was nice but not overly helpful. It is mildly confusing as to how and what you can order for what part of the meal. There is an L shaped counter and as you walk in you are at the small part of the L. In the case is a bowl of chow mein and a bowl some vegetables and an angus beef dish with mushrooms. You are greeted there with a how can I help you but you cannot see the menu from there. Be careful what you order because some of the things in the scooping area are more expensive than the others. I got that angus beef thing in teriyaki with mushrooms for a dollar more than their scoop price. It seemed very sweet and the beef was chewy. I ordered the chow mein to go with it which was really quite bland. I also had side of vegetables that was so raw I couldn't stab them with my plastic fork. I did eat the spring rolls which were ok, but they had not given me the sweet and sour sauce the promised. The meal was 10+ dollars and for that price it really seemed unfortunately subpar. My coworkers were talking about how this company had gone through some type of overhaul, if they have I didn't see it.

I love this particular location. It is always clean and efficient and filled with all new food. My son is able to get vegetables that are fresh every time as well as spring rolls instead of a meat for the kids meal. The best part for this location is also the staff. They are willing and kind every time. It is important because it is a place they need to be able to answer questions and allow samples. It's great and I will continue to go every time I am craving Panda Express!

Nasty!!! This place served us uncooked steak. We sent the steak back and they offered to cook a fresh serving for us, but they kept serving the raw meat to other customers. When they made the fresh tray of steak they mixed the old (raw) with the new. I asked to speak with the manager and it took her about 5 minutes to come out from her office. At first she didn't understand the problem. Panda Express is one of my favorite restaurants, but this location is ran poorly. But then she apologized and reversed the charge for me and my family. It'll take awhile for me to go back to any Panda restaurant. My friend woke up the next day and had stomach pain. If you must go, stay away from the angus steak.

I don't know why anyone would dislike this panda express. Its one of the nicer panda's I've been to. Also, the employees are always so friendly and helpful! The food never disappoints. It is cheap, fast, good tasting Chinese food. Plus, they offer military discount here :)

I love it here for fast Chinese, end story. One more thing though, the last manager, a lady, seemed to run a tighter ship. Food for thought. Otherwise, you're doing a good job!

I never in my whole time going to panda express have experienced such rudeness. From the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out. I walked in and the MANAGER was the first person I saw,( I knew it was the manager cause I used to work for Panda express back in the day when I lived in California.) she completely ignored me and i know she saw me she just did not want to acknowledge me. I cleared my throat so she can finally look at me when she did she pretended that she didn't see me and that i had just walked in when i went to order i noticed that all the food was old and has been sitting under a heat lamp for a couple hours, I was so not OK with that. So I kindly asked her if she can make fresh Orange chicken and Beef and broccoli she said it would take a while and I was OK with that. Meanwhile the cashier rung me up and I asked her for a drink, she gave it to me. when i went to the soda machine to get my ice because I wanted Ice tea. There wasn't any ice. so I asked the cashier lady if she can refill the ice. She said that i had to patient and wait for the ice to come out. at this point i was super annoyed went back to the ice machine to see if indeed i was un patient and sure enough the machine didnthave any ice. So i go back to the cashier and by this time there are a bunch of people in line and they are very busy with only two workers. I told her the ice machine was indeed empty and she just stared at me like i was a crazy obsessed person with ice. so still waiting for my food and ice the manager lady looks at me and told me my food was ready after 15 minutes. so I grabbed my food. still waiting for my freaking ice and still nothing and by this time other customers were waiting too. I go back to the cashier and she told me after all this time had gone bye that they had run out of ice. I was so incredible mad I asked for a refund on my drink and she said OK while i waited another 5 minutes for her just to ignore me i got up grabbed any drink i think it was Pepsi cause i couldn't very well have gotten my ice tea and was about to leave when the manager asked me if i still wanted a refund. I looked at her said this was the worst Panda Express I have ever been to and I will never go back and left. I will never go back to this Panda express ever again.

Went around 3 on a weekday. Service sucked, very unfriendly staff, but food was good as usual.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
