So glad to have found an Asian bakery! Great staff and delicious goods! She gave us a free one since we bought quite a bit. :) green tea fans must get the green tea roll sponge cake. It has green tea buttercream in the middle and good! If you're a chocolate lover, get the chocolate bun with the happy face!

Stopped in to satisfy my craving for a solid red bean bun the other day, but I can't say that my tastebuds were satisfied. I purchased the whole red bean bun and the crumb bread, but I found the red bean bun to be rather sweet and a little odd tasting. The texture of the red bean inside didn't seem right -- the bun was soggy on the inside because of the way the red beans were prepared. It was a bit offsetting, so I moved on to taste the crumb bread. The crumb bread was okay, at best. The bread was on the drier side and was also on the sweeter than I expected. As much as I want to support this bakery, the critical person inside of me is making me think otherwise. I just can't say that I thoroughly enjoyed the two pastries that I had.

New York Bakery! Once again you SHINE Thru.. This time around with your GREEN TEA CAKE! My Oh My! It was indeed delicious, SUPER MOIST and the Icing Cream indeed MELT in my mouth! In between the two layers of the Green Tea Cake, New York Bakery, put slices of Peaches with the Buttercream Icing. My Oh My, thankfully, the Green Tea Cake is NOT as sweet, just I like it from my kind of Cakes... The Green Tea Cake got ALOT OF THUMBS UP especially from the Birthday Girl herself and all my friends who had it on Saturday evening, November 8th 2014. PHEW! THANK GOD For That! This smallest cake order of Green Tea was $28. I don't mind returning to you, New York Bakery. Definitely RECOMMENDING you to many more friends I have. See you soon! A BIG THANK YOU to you, New York Bakery! THANK YOU! @208/2014

Stopped in to check this place out and pick up some sweets for a get together at a friends house... Did not know what to expect or what I was ordering. The gentleman behind the counter was super nice and could tell I was a first timer and gave me a free desert after I bought 6 or 7 items from the store. When he rang me up, I was pleasantly surprised when the cost was only $12. Great place for some great deserts. They were a hit at our friends house too!

Its Korean bakery specializing in baked goods favored by Asians. Most items are $1 per piece. They have rolls, macaroons and specialty roll cakes at very good price. If you are adventurous, visit to this place is must. Owner is very friendly, and always give you something extra if you buy more than $5. They also have bottled drinks. 9/12/2010, i have been a regular patron and noticed lot more customers. he has introduced new items and lately, i have been getting freshly baked dinner rolls (about 10 in a large bag) for trip to my dads house.. its becoming his favorite.. my favorite has been fried tofu strips. .. got lots of protein n great for building/maintaining muscles.

Went in for my dads birthday cake. Super friendly service. You can tell the shops goods are made with soul and not just a "factory". The cake was well adorned and the small treats were delicious as well.

Great little a Korean bakery. I grew up with a bakery like this in California. Perfect. Custella bread, custard filled buns, red bean filled buns, mocha creme, strawberry cream, and cakes layered with fruit and light fluffy frosting that is like whipped cream. I was in heaven. Bought about 8 buns close to closing because I love nowhere her this place. The owner charged me $13 and gave me an extra bun. Great service, and the buns were yummy. Well so my office mates told me.

Shhhhh stop writing about this place or all the good stuff will be sold out. Just kidding, I hope they get more customers so that they stay open for a long time! I love coming here for the cream and nut filled hawaiian rolls, cookies, and cream buns. Everything is cheap- most items are $1 and they always give you a free item. Total mom and pop shop located in a dying strip mall. Friendly service. I try to come here the few times I make out to Aurora.

When I think 'New York Bakery" I think bagels. This one is definitely not what I expected, but I was pleasantly surprised. This Korean bakery had some pretty decent things including those crunchy tofu strips and a chocolate filled bun. The blueberry bread was good and all the prices here were super reasonable and the girl behind the counter was very friendly.
