I have gone to the Hamburger Stand on Havana St in Aurora three times. One visit was OK, the other two sucked. They will not honor emails from the corporate office or the website. The visit last night they charged $8.45 for five corn dogs when the sign on the window says they are five for $5.95. I had a corporate email for 10 for $10.00 that was good on chilli dogs and corn dogs. They would not honor the email or the ad on the website. Most of the employees were just standing around talking and didn't have a clue what to do. This was my LAST visit to this store and probably the entire chain. They evidently aren't trained in customer service.

Meh. Is all I have to say about this place. The sign said weinerschnitzel or whatever but their dogs were NOT good. The junkyard dog sounded delicious so I got one of those and a corndog. The corndog was super yummy, but I took one bite out of the junk yard dog and had to spit it out. It was NASTY! For me to spit out food it must have been awful because I eat a lot of weird things and I have never tasted anything so bad in my life. I won't be back. Ill just stick to sonic for my corn dogs thanks.

The breakfast is amazing, the breakfast burritos with green chili's is awesome. The croissant breakfast sandwich is great and throw a hashbrown in there and it's perfect. I get one for my friends all the time and they have no clue where I got it from, when I tell them they are definitely in shock....

This Hamburger Stand is a great, especially their burritos are good. Specifically the breakfast one.

Flavor her eis ok, but my tummy can no longer handle the cheap grease that venues such as Hamburger stand offer. There is NO slightly healthy option available at all. My kids do love their hot dogs however and the man loves their chili. I really haven't more to say but; if you are in the mood for some grease dive food then head over here.

I am rating this higher because I love their fries. They rival McDonald's fries. I wish more restaurants had fries like these. But most joints have gone over the top trying to "improve" their fries and I believe it has backfired. Anyway, the burgers are eh and the onions are dry or something weird like that. And the corndogs just make me feel bad about myself. But that is all corndogs, not just Hamburger Stands. It is just hard for me to say out loud that I had a "corn dog" and not be somewhat embarrassed. But I do like them. A little squirt of mustard on each bite. Pretty tasty.

I ordered a mushroom swiss burger, and somehow they managed to get sauce on every inch of the OUTSIDE of the burger, as well as on the wrapper itself. I didn't even bother complaining, I was too scared of what the replacement meal would look like. There was like 100+ people in the kitchen, and not one of them could stop talking long enough to make decent food. I wanted to slap somebody, but there were some cops eating in the booth next to me so I kept my cool. And really, that's all I need to say.............cops like this place. Enough said. That's not even the point, though. Even if the food was made right, it still would have been inedible garbage. I think everyone knows what to expect with fast food, but this was so bad it's almost disrespectful to call it "food" at all. It was just fast. The chili tastes like astronaut paste from a tube. It literally has the consistency of jello. I'm getting sick just writing this review because I have to relive the whole experience. Most of the customers had pajamas on in the middle of the day. That's kinda how you have to feel about yourself to CHOOSE to eat here more than once.

I will NOT let Hamburger Stand go down based on one review!! :) I grew up on this place's hamburgers!! And icecream, chili fries, and corndogs:p ooh and Polish Sandwiches!! So basically let me tell you up front that what you get really makes your experience with Hamburger Stand differ. The best thing is just a plain ol' Hamburger!! Nothing but the patty with some ketchup, mustard, and pickles and onions if you want. Sometimes the simple things are what taste the best, and this is one of those things!! The Polish Sandwich is delicious, one of my favorite things to get here!! A polish dog cut in half, placed on white rye with pickle spears and lots of mustard. Can you say Yum?? The chili fries are good if you're in the mood for something deliciously messy and not healthy:p The corndogs aren't half bad. Still hungry? Get a dipped cone!! Because those are the best. In conclusion, no this isn't a fancy upper class place. No it's not healthy. And no it's not a super well known rich fast-food place. But if you want an old fashioned burger, hotdog, and fries place, this is your joint!! So if you're out on the run and are tired of the typical McDonalds or Burger King, stop by at Hamburger Stand and enjoy the SIMPLE things in life!! :)

Yeah yeah yeah, I know people love to make fun of Hamburger Stand. It's not a fancy place with expensive burgers. There's no expensive add or marketing campaign. Just solid cheap burgers hotdogs fries and ice cream. They even have breakfast burritos all day long. But best of all... This establishment is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!
