Wow.. say Cheese.. more cheese please! The price of cheese is expensive these days but if thats so darn expensive, I dont know why this location bother to serve cheese to begin with. I went on 3/29/2012 to do take out for the chicken burrito bowl. After the usual topping, the guy who put the cheese topping was so worried of putting cheese on. I was like.. hey dude.. you gonna put the cheese on or NOT?

Typically I compliment Chipotle by calling Chipotle burritos "gut bombs" because they are huge and delicious. Unfortunately this location serves "gut bullets" because they are NOT huge. Flavor is still "OK" but it seems like they either have a shortage of ingredients here and they are afraid they are going to run out of them while making MY burrito, or the Chipotle gut bomb days are over. Either way, it's not good.

Chipotle is great, but there can be too much of a great thing. I love their chicken. My husband likes the steak and sofritas. The chips and sauces are yummy.

Well, after over 20 visits to this specific location, Cesar Gomez has proven that retaining customers isn't a concern of his. I am an avid chipotle lover! Just check my feed. I find myself in a chipotle at least once a week. The chipotle at Cornerstar was nothing too great but they did ok. Today I brought my girlfriend, mom, and dad into chipotle for lunch. I was leaving to take my parents to the airport after this as they were visiting from Indiana. I'd ranted and raved about how awesome chipotle was and how the portions were huge! My mom had given me a chipotle gift card and I had some expired coupons from last year. They expired on 12-31-2013. I have been using these very same coupons over the past 30 days at this location, along with other locations across Denver. One great thing about Chipotle is that the customer is more important than an expired coupon so they always take them and the manager takes care of typing in the computer to get me the value of the coupon. However on this visit, Cesar stepped in to explain that they don't take expired coupons. Long story short, I explained that I come to this chipotle all the time with these coupons and there had never been an issue, it didn't matter. Cesar told me that I needed to go elsewhere with the coupons in the future, disregarding the fact that he'd lose my business. To top it ALL off, while Cesar wanted to argue with me, he instructed the cashier to ring up 6 other guests ahead of me and the portions at this location were half the size they normally were and my parents left wondering if I was dillusional. How could a place you love so much treat you so horribly. Well, I explained that this was a rare occurrence and that I would NOT be visiting this location again, even though it is the closest one to my house. Cesar, your customer service is lackluster at best and I'm sure I'm not the first customer you've lost, I won't be the last. Customer-first, if you've read this all, you deserve a free burrito! That being said, these guys won't even give you the full burrito you paid for so drive 5 minutes west on Arapahoe and go to the other chipotle at Peoria and Arapahoe! You'll be glad you did!

Refreshingly nice considering the service of the nearby Chipotles. Whichever shift lead is on duty always makes sure to greet returning customers with a smile. The patrons behind and ahead of me are always happy, so it's hard to have a bad time yourself. I gladly drive the extra 10 minutes past my local Chipotle to make it to this particular restaurant. Bad casual dining establishments could learn a lot from the manager here.

This location is going to lose my business (and most likely that of many others) if they continue to run it like a club. I entered with the music BLARING. ALL of the customers except for one was sitting outside - I'm sure to enjoy the beautiful ambiance of six lane Arapahoe and a beautifully paved parking lot. I commented on the music being too loud and needing to be turned down. The individual making my food pointed to a fellow employee and says she likes it loud. Now, I could take time to teach business principles 101 here; however, I am the customer not the teacher or manager. So, by the time we get to the salsa and she has asked me to repeat myself no fewer than five times (because you have to yell to be heard) I again comment that this isn't an effective way to run a business. Patrons want to have conversations, customers want their order heard, and people want to be able to think without going deaf. Finally, she turns it down when I'm paying. By the time I get my drink and sit down, it is blaring again. Rather than stating the obvious for the THIRD time I went outside and ate with everyone else. Inform the employees of business 101, please, or we'll be frequenting a different Chipotle. Very disappointing.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
