Lisa H and I had to head out of the apartment to watch the Packers game and decided to keep it close to home for once. So we figured we'd try out the relatively new Buffalo Wild Wings just down the street. Having never been to a BWW before, i was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting a frat party sort of atmosphere; and while a bit of it was in the air, BWW was pretty down to earth and welcoming. Tons of TVs and plenty of seating, both in the bar area and the dining room proper. If you decide to come on a game day, make sure to get here early and camp out, it's going to get busy! I was happy to discover great game day specials, like a 22 oz Bud Light for $3.25. And if you're not feeling the crap beer, I noticed plenty of great beers on tap. As much as I enjoy a good beer, I also enjoy the economic beer when I'm hunkered down for a few hours during football games! Lisa and I tried a few apps, the chili con queso and some little jalapeno bites. Both were awesome and nom worthy. Later in the afternoon, I decided to try some wings since that's BWW thing. Wow! Really quite tasty! I loved that there were a dozen or so options for sauce. I went with the tangy Asian sauce (mid-level on BWW's hot scale) and it was indeed hot, but I could've gone up a notch or two to make it more interesting. Overall, Buffalo Wild Wings is a solid A-OK spot. Nothing special, but it's certainly a great spot to catch your game. Good food, good beer, good fun, great waitstaff! Sure, I'll be back!

We had some extra time for lunch today and not a clue where to go so cruising Havana Street it was! After much deliberation of where to dine, we all agreed on BW3's since who doesn't love some quality, fried bar food on a cold day? This looks like any other BW3's out there, same lay out, same vacant stare in the hostess eyes and same service. Nothing really to write home about but nothing to bit** about. If it weren't for the immature staff that they usually employ, I would rate B-dubs a five since I love their food and beer selection. I found out they have lunch specials from 11a-2p with prices starting at $5.99 so thats definitely a deal and you get a good portion of food! Their hot bbq sauce will be the death of me though.....

I don't really have anything bad to say about this place. Nothing to gripe about other than once in a blue moon they might run out of chicken which is preposterous, how can a restaurant known for serving buffalo wings run out of the product they're serving you ask? It's confounding. Anyhow my friends and I used to frequent this place every Wednesday night so we became regulars and became familiar with some of the staff. It's a plus because our service was always superb. Always nice to walk in have a seat and have the bartender walk out with your beer without having to order. Variety of flavors and sauces to choose from. Happy hour half off appetizers and $5 tall drafts are good. Have to warn you though, do not go during a UFC fight because that place is packed beyond capacity and you will not be able to find a table until the main event is usually over. People will sit there and lounge around until the very end.

Fast service, and a pretty dependable online ordering for pickup service. They are very good at having your order ready when they say it will be ready. Nothing out of the ordinary with this location compared to other BBW's, but it's still great!

Food was just OK. Service was anything but stellar. Took 20 minutes to get our order in. Food came out at the same time as the wings. Waited for a drink refill that never came. Won't be returning.

I placed a Togo order and Janessa was the one who helped me. She was very friendly and for the first time ever at a Buffalo Wild Wings she showed me the food order before I left and asked how everything looked! It's the small things that make a big difference customer service wise! Friendly staff makes for happy customers :)

I've been there a handful of times. I keep going back because of all the great TVs to watch sports on. The service is horrible at the bar. The place doesn't need for it to be full for the bartender to be completely inattentive. Today was the 3rd time with this particular bartender and each has been bad. She was so busy gossiping with the wait staff on their Fri / Sat night escapades that it was an inconvenience to bring us a couple of beers and water. We couldn't even find her at times and we sitting at the BAR! I wouldn't leave a negative review if this was the first time. Unfortunately it is every time.

Solid spot to grab some wings along with a UFC fight. The wings are just a-ok. The Honey BBQ wings were my fave (by the way, not spicy at all despite the "medium" category they give it), followed by the Sweet BBQ. The Teriyaki wings were a bit of a bore, but I tend to have taste buds on the more exotic side, so take that for what it's worth. The chile con queso dip was actually pretty good. The free trivia is a lot of fun, but I'm bit of a nerd. The service was actually pretty decent -- wonder if they've been reading all the other bad Yelp reviews?

Pretty typical Buffalo Wild Wings. Nothing really to write home about. We did come in at 10:50 PM on a Friday night and our server was quite friendly. Appetizer came out temporally too close to the wings.

Grabbed a call-ahead to-go order today before the football game. They were busy, but two waitresses were just hanging out, literally sitting up front chatting with each other doodling on a notebook. She actually told me they were bored, and I'm still wondering why I had to wait for the one specific gal to go back and grab my order and ring it up. I would say there is an opportunity for cross-training, or perhaps a little performance management. Maybe the girls were on a break, but it looked tacky and they should probably consider taking breaks elsewhere. Good wings, but disappointed in the service today.

Service was great, but the runner brought out the completely wrong order...set our mouths on fire. We didn't realize because they looked like they could be our glaciers, and she didn't confirm when dropping them at our table. Manager fixed eventually, but took a bit to get it corrected and his attitude could have been a little better in the process.

I did not like the wings here. I thought they were really fatty, greasy, and tough. I ordered the hot sauce and found it more tangy than hot. That about sums up my thoughts on this place!

Made my first trip to a BWW on this one's opening day. I'm not much of a sport's bar kind of person, but I had a good time here. They had free trivia that my table had a blast playing. One kind of weird thing about their happy hour is that you only get happy hour prices if you're sitting by the bar - not in the dining room or even the patio. Other than that I liked it and I will be back! Try the Caribbean Jerk sauce! yum!!!!

We get better tasting wings at our local Wing Stop. Let me start the my daughter and I love PARMESAN GARLIC sauce on our wings, but there parm garlic taste like it is mixed with very poor Italian dressing, not good at all. We have never had a Guest Experience person come by our table. We have been here at least 6 x's, the service is lacking as well. Once our server took our drink order it took her 5 min. to get the drinks to us and we only had soda and tea. We saw her taking to her colleagues by the soda machine. Once we got our food she came back to our table once and at that she directed her attention to my son and husband, I guess my daughter and I are chopped liver, but we noticed this happening at some of her other tables. In my opinion they need to change the fry seasoning or leave it off all together. My family isn't picky but this isn't our favorite place for wings. Will we return, yes if we are in the area. They are about 15 miles from where we live. So go and enjoy if you LOVE sports. :D

Blazin wings were awesome!!! The sandwiches weren't so much though :\ and service, well that was worse then the sandwiches. WE haven't returned here and honestly we might not any time soon. if we do then i hope i can change my review later

I've enjoyed BWW in 6 states now and love to come watch UFC at BWW. This location, however, is simply terrible. Worst wings I've ever had and I've eaten quite a bit from BWW over the years. Ordered boneless Mango Habanero and they came out as boneless with some Mango Hab dripped over them...completely dry and over cooked. Appetizer, fried pickles, came out 10 minutes AFTER the wings even though ordered first. Some of the pickles were undercooked and mushy. Service was very good and the waitress and Manager tried to fix the issue and took the wings off the meal so kudos to them. Location was very busy, dirty, and louder than most. If you can't make the simple thing like Wings then I think you need to go back to the drawing board. Once again I should have read the other Yelp reviews on this location before trying it out. Won't be back.

Saturday, Sept. 28th about 3:30, I hobble in with my cane to try this place out for the first time. I am standing waiting to be seated. No one comes. I walk over to the order out area. I stand there for 5 more minutes. Still no one notices me. After waiting so long that I am in pain,. I guess to busy to seat someone or to acknowledge my presents..Now I was standing for about 13 minutes. I see 2 waitresses waiting on the 3 tables that have people in them.. I hobble out and leave..... No Wings for the handicapped... Oh Well

Went here with my coworker because I love the BWWs in California. My friends go very often (more than 3 times a month). I did not know that you can play trivia, poker, or black jack at BWW. It was lots of fun. I got the salt and vinegar traditional wings. They were a little big bland this time. The strawberry lemonade had a bit too much syrup in it. The waitress also took forever to give us refills and check up on us. I also go the chili con queso dip as an appetizer. It was alright...not as much flavor as usual. I plan on coming back on Tuesdays for the 45 cent traditional wings. I hope its better the next time I come in since I love it so much in CA.

Nothing to write home about, decent wings when it comes down to it. This place can be a little bit slow when it's packed...but that's expected. There are many other wing places in CO, that's for sure.

Go to Grillin' Wings and Things instead! I have been a loyal customer of Buffalo Wild Wings since 2002. From South Bend, to Boston, to Denver; through March Madness, Bowl Games and NFL Playoffs. But after my past 2 experiences I think our 11 year run together has come to an end. My wife and I came on a Wednesday and started out with some friend pickles, a favorite appetizer of ours. About half of them were good, but the other half must have fried on top of each other or something, because the breading was completely raw. Ok, app was disappointing but we really came for the wings. We ordered a medium wings (they got rid of ordering by the wing), which isn't a huge deal but was annoying. I get from a business perspective why they do it, but I would much rather order my wings in units of 6. Ok, not a big deal. What was a HUGE deal, is that they put all the wings in the same basket, even though they were very different sauces which I didn't know and didn't expect because NO WING PLACE IS THAT STUPID. My wife is pregnant and cannot eat really spicy food. My mango habanero wings had gotten on about half of her teryaki wings so she couldn't eat them if she wanted to. Ok, that on its own is a bad experience, but I've enjoyed BWs for so long that I could overlook it. My next time there I just ordered a small boneless to go. I waited at the to go counter for 5 minutes before someone came over, even though I asked about 4 employees that walked by for help. When someone finally came, I waited for another 3 minutes while she answered the phone TWICE! It took all my self control to not swear in front of a child as I stormed out.

The food was decent, but the bar staff is very young and immature. It pains me to write this as I do enjoy a bit of entertainment, however... Although after my first beer they took my glass and I sat for 15 without an offer for anything else to drink. The bar was not full and there were 2 bartenders, as I ordered food when it arrived I had to ask for flat wear and napkins from the food runner and the bartender gave me a shitty glance. The energy of the guy bartender was great, but really lacked attention to the customer. The girl was more of a bar back type that had a hard time interacting(asking I additional drinks or orders were needed)with the customers. The manager only distracted the two from any type of customer service. The bar team on this evening need some serious support on customer service and efficiency. If jack payed 1/4 of the attention to his customers as he does himself and being center of attention he has the potential to be great.

I don't understand how they can be so bad at time estimates. I was told 30 minutes when I ordered by phone at 8:11pm and didn't receive them until after 9. While I was waiting the hostess was telling people they wouldn't be able to get food for 1-2 hours but they could sit down and drink in the meantime...

I certainly liked the food, the wings are quite tasty, but todays service almost affected my actual review. Let's get the service out of the way and then address the actual restaurant. Our server today was "J" we'll say. J was very enthusiastic, a good thing. However, he did not ask what size beer we wanted when we ordered our adult beverages. J also took my order wrong, twice and I even pointed at the picture. last, but not least, our food was whisked away while we were still picking at it and told him so. Now, on to the food itself. The wings are crispy and come in a wide variety of flavors. I had a yummy salad with buffalo bites that was quite good and sizable. My dining partner had a screamin nacho burger that was so delicious and tasty, but truthfully could have been a bit bigger. The kiddie corndog bites went over very well with the youngsters at our table, and the whole of the staff was very sweet to the little ones. The atmosphere is fun, a little loud if your going to talk for intimate conversation, but who is doing that here? I love going to a place that actually has hockey on TV and not just one sport on all the TV's in the joint. I actually saw baseball, basketball, football, tennis, poker, and hockey. Thank you! It is so hard to find that variety. Over all, Yes, I will go again. If I get the J man as my server however I will ask to be reseated.

I've only been here once and it was fairly late at night. Yes, we came for wings. I don't even know what else they serve. The restaurant/sports bar(?) was loud and the service was absolutely terrible. The place wasn't crowded and it took about 15 minutes to get our drinks. The wings were good. I mean, wings are wings, they have a large selection of tasty sauces(If you like spicy, really spicy, I wouldn't order past their hot sauce, it made my nose run and I can really tolerate spices). Each meal comes with carrots or celery, a great addition to any meal, however, we asked for ranch dressing on the side and it cost an additional 60 cents. Now, I'm about to go off on a tangent... If you go to a restaurant. Any restaurant. Fast food. Sit down. Fancy. Casual. Whatever you pick, occasionally, you are going to want some sauce with what you're having. "Thank you for my steak, may I please have some A1?" "Thank you for the burger, could I have extra ketchup please?" "Thank you for the mozzarella sticks, could I have some ranch dressing please?" You get the point. How frequently are you at a restaurant, request a sauce for the meal you are purchasing, and are told, well sure, but to add sauce (we are talking like a very small amount too), it costs an additional 60 cents? Mind you it's only 60 cents, but it just seemed so ridiculous to me at the time... I mean really? Really? Well folks, to rap it up. They serve wings, nothing special, nothing worth going out of your way for. They are tasty but if I'm in the mood for wings, I can live without coming to a "specialty" wing restaurant. Wings are wings, from what I've tasted, they are all more or less the same.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but this one is necessary. I went there with a couple girlfriends, waited in line with not a single person in front of us for about 12 mins. Ok, whatever, that's fine. We finally get seated and we asked for a booth. The hostess was SO rude and grouchy. She seemed so unhappy and took it out on us. Then our waitress came out and asked for our orders. Being as I am a waitress myself, I understand it can get upsetting to deal with loud people all day so I was very patient and told her we had a big order as we were expecting more people. She said she wouldn't be able to remember everything and that she didn't feel like coming back to our table so she had to write it down?? Ummm... Ok?? I never got asked for a refill, and they messed up my food. I told another waitress and she followed up with "Well I didn't wait on this table soooo I don't know?" And called the other waitress over. We still left them a good tip but geez come on! The one in Denver is WAY better than this place.

Eh. I came here on opening day. I kind of forgot what the wings were like as it has been awhile since I have been here. The service was very over the top as expected being the first day and all, my table was checked on anywhere from 10 to a million times. They had decent beer prices at happy hour, a large domestic beer for $3. The wings just aren't that good. I tried mango habanero, wild, and blazing. They were all supposed to be hot but could only detect heat in the blazing. It's not bad, I know a lot of people are fanatical about this place but I think they are just wings, don't taste any different than at any other bar. They do have a ton of tv's so I'm sure I will come back to watch a game sometime. PS- why are BW3's soooo cold

  • Amy C.

I really hope this place is still experiencing growing pains or something. Three parties stacked up at the podium until I went to the manager chatting casually with two other employees and asked if anyone was seating people. We were seated and I'm thinking there was a little revenge going on because the AC was blowing on our table so hard I had to keep my glass on my napkin to keep it stationary. We thought about asking to move, but we just ate a bit faster and left. Our waitress couldn't have cared less when we asked about the temperature. The chicken had definitely improved from the first time we went there. That time it was dry and hard and was tossed in a measly amount of sauce. This visit the chicken was everything it was supposed to be. But of course, the AC struck again. Our wedges were soon stone cold and our chicken was similarly frosty within ~7 minutes. We probably will give this place one more shot as the next closest BWW is a trek.

I have only eaten at BWW once in KS. I was not overly thrilled with the food. So I was riding with family for an after graduation dinner and was taken here. I just went simple and got a sampler (been going through an onion ring craving) and the mulberry lemonade. I won't say it was bad but it was nothing "wow" either. Out of the party of 14, most said once was good enough for them. On the other note. Having such a big party, they got us seated pretty fast and accommodated us fairly well. Our server was the best server I have had in a long time. She handled all our crazy orders and got our drinks refilled before time. Only down side was the main food was a little slow coming out (but that was more of the kitchen fault). For being a new opening they did really well.

The food was comperable to mcdonalds in quality except 4x the price. As far as our service: it was not busy (there were about 4 other tables occupied). Yet, we had to ask for items such as ranch, waters, drink refills several times each. Also, a server dropped an entire beer on me, but she did appoligize and said they would "take care of you." Because of this I expected to see an adjustment on our bill. However, we still had to bring it to the attention of our waitress when the bill came as no adjustment had been made. The waitress simply said "I don't know, I'll have to ask my manager" non-shallantlly. We almost went to tgi Fridays, and regret that we did not!!!

The BF and I went here last week for the Falcons game and we had a good time. It was packed and we got a table right away. There are plenty of tv's and a great vibe. We ordered the hot, garlic parm, honey BBQ and teriyaki wings. Our server was very friendly and quick. We prob waited about 15 mins for our wings which wasn't bad at all considering how busy they were. The hot wings were too hot for me but the BF loved them. My favorite was the teriyaki, super sweet. We took the remaining wings home for the next day and they were too bad. We will go back again to watch football and wings.

I have been to this place twice and will never go back unless I am watching a game, drinking and not eating. This place is all that is bad about chain resturaunts. Both times I had a sandwich and it certainly seemed like they took it out of the freezer, cooked it and threw it on a bun. If you like tasteless frozen chicken patties then this is the place for you

A wait staff that does not have to work for their money always equals a bad wait staff. This place gets a little crowded and the service time extends by a severe amount. The wings are average but the beer is great. I love the TV's.

Really want to like this place. Love the tv's. But the food seems sub par. I need to go and just drink there next. In the meantime, 2 stars.

The food is good but the wait staff is terrible. I have been to this location twice and have decided to go out of my way to another location simply because the waitresses I had both times I vistied provided less than acceptable service. On my last visit, three tables seated in my section asked to have another waitress. It is a shame that this restaurant's only downfall is the wait staff. BWW, get it together! Hire friendly, dependable wait staff and the restaurant would get 4-5 stars from me.

  • Serenity M.

I was craving for a hamburger and as an impulse stop, I decided to go to BWW as we were driving by. HUGE MISTAKE. Their burgers ran $9 and it was the size of a cheeseburger from McDonalds. Totally not worth it. Perhaps my fault for ordering a burger that specializes in wings, but even their wings are not all that. I practically had to yell at my boyfriend sitting across the table from me. Poor food + loudness (like a street fair) = NEVER again. Red Robin has endless fries and burgers for the same price and way better tasting and portions.

I used to go down here with the guys after work. It is right down the street and a very cool concept. Wings, beer and sports. Great for a night out after a long week at work with the boys. However I physically can not go here anymore. The last 4x I have went I have got a terrible stomach ache and found myself in the toilet not long after. I know it's a big disgusting but I think something is wrong with the beer system. I assume the lines are not cleaned as often as they should be. I say this because the last 2x I didn't eat anything and still got sick so I can't blame it on the hot food. I also order the mild wings so I honestly believe it's something in the beer system.

B-dubs is a good place to eat, not outrageously expensive, you can count on consistency, and they have some new sauces every now and then, but the service is terrible. The hostess always rolls her eyes when we request a booth. Like other reviews, the server is attentive for about three minutes and then vanishes. This last time the server forgot to put in my wedges although it didn't matter because I was getting full anyway. Positives - The cheese curds are excellent, especially with the southwest ranch sauce they have. I ordered a small traditional with the "new" ghost pepper blazin sauce. I will have to say that the sauce was really good. I didn't feel like it was as hot as the "old" sauce, but I could just have a higher tolerance. My lady friend got a buffalo chicken wrap which was pretty good. B-dubs, you could get four, or maybe five stars, if you worked on your people skills. Don't even think about raising your price or we will have to go to the wing place across the street....

This is probably the worst service we've ever had here. We went yesterday on a Thursday where they have $0.65 boneless on special. Our order took forever and it seemed that our food was just warm, not hot. I have been here several times and have experienced them not tossing my food with enough sauce. We kept having to ask our server for things and at times, she got it wrong. For example, my son orders a pepsi and gets a sprite. When I asked for a pepsi for him, she didn't even think that she brought the wrong drink. I doubt I will ever go back here.

    (1)
  • Ryan S.

I decided to come back here and give it one more shot. Boy that was a mistake. 45 minutes to get my drinks and our server was some girl who looked like she was 17 and had just got the job. She was WAY to enthusiastic, and took my food before I was done with it. She was also not too educated. I asked her a question about the sauce and she took a menu and read out of it. Really? If you want to work somewhere at least now what they have. She brought us nachos which were very warm but soaked in grease. You could literally see through the chip... I tried to eat one but it was like chewing gum. A big ball of grease floating around in my mouth. Don't use the bathrooms there. Toilet paper all over the floor and the sink area is so wet it looks like a flood. Some inconsiderate individual stuck a wad of paper towel in the sink. However, my food (except the nachos) was slightly better. Only slightly. The chicken tasted warm and I didn't feel nauseous after eating it. Probably because It was drenched in sauce. I still received a hair in my fries. The fries were actually warm too, and tasted good. Last time I had them, they tasted really odd. Well, they've gotten two stars. Better than last months 1 star. I won't be coming back unless a friend invites me or something. The Park Meadows location is wonderful and the staff there is fantastic. The food there is always warmed, and they don't add a hair into the meal.

Eek! Methinks not. I went here for boneless wing Thursday, and a happy hour beer. My service was great! Justin helped me, and didn't skip a beat. For 6:30 on a Thursday evening this place was dead, but it was packed by the time I left (7:30). All of the reviews that say "BDubs food takes FOREVER" are not joking. My snack sized boneless wings took 26 minutes to get to me from the time I ordered them, and then they were not that warm. At one point the couple sitting next to me were delivered the wrong food... It seems like Buffalo Wild Wings' hot mess of a kitchen needs to pull themselves together. Unfortunately, my fantastic waiter did not make up for the long hungry wait for the slow kitchen staff to muster up 8 wings in spicy garlic sauce. Maybe next time BDubs, maybe next time.

We all know the concept of BWW is good, but everywhere the services is crapy. This one is no different from others, the hostess at this place a short blonde, rude, bad manner, does not greet clients just plain horrible. Our waitress was helpful on the first 4 minutes, then forgot we had other food, our food came in segments. There were three of us, one other a burger, two of us order traditional and boneless wings ten each, we got 5 first, and it wasn't until we mentioned it to the waitress we were missing wings we got the rest but cold. So, I'm always fair on services because I know they're busy, and they can't always be perfect. So, three stars as follows: 1 for food 2 for waitress who recover toward the end of our stay.

Normally I'd wait until a Tuesday to get the deal off traditional wings but I just could not wait so on a Monday I ordered take-out over the phone & paid a little under $25 for: 5 honey BBQ wings 5 salt & vinegar wings - dry rub 5 cherry chipotle seasonal flavor wings 5 desert heat wings - dry rub (all traditional-bone-in wings) + cinnamon squares dessert with caramel sauce The girl on the phone was helpful & friendly. The order was ready 15 minutes after I made the order & the girl made sure to open all 5 order boxes to show me that what I ordered was inside. The cinnamon squares looked gross, dried and burnt @ first but OH MAN they are deceiving. They are DELICIOUS! It's like soft, cloud-like bread pudding squares grouped into one bigger square with cinnamon sugar on the outside. They're divine w/o the caramel (you have the option of choosing chocolate sauce rather than caramel as well). Seriously, they are SUPER yummy!!! I was really surprised because they were so dark & unappetizing looking. You don't think of coming to BW's for dessert but I'd say the cinnamon squares are well worth it. I like it even more than churros & that's saying a lot because churros are one of my favorite desserts. As for the wings, salt & vinegar is always my go-to flavor. Today was my 1st time trying desert heat. It's definitely spicy (especially if you eat more than 1 wing @ a time). The seasonal flavor + the honey BBQ flavor are really sweet/saucy. Ranch is unnecessary for these flavorful wings but I was given 4 containers of it anyway. I didn't even finish 1 container for all 20 wings. I guess some people just drink ranch!

This review is just for the take-out part only. My order was received by Shaina (sorry for spelling impediments), she was very friendly and courteous. I received my order in a timely manner. She made sure to go over the order again with me, with the dips there for accuracy purposes. I always get well done because I don't want to sit in the loo too long after. Can't beat $0.60 wings on Tuesday. They're not gourmet or anything, but inexpensive and still pretty good.

I went here for happy hour on a Tuesday afternoon. If I'm correct, it's M-F 3-7pm but you should call to double check. There are certain appetizers that are $3/5 and then $3 drinks with absolut, captain morgan, and jack and you can get doubles for $5. I'm vegan so there wasn't much for me to eat there. However, I remember a few years ago when there were no vegetarian/vegan options on the menu. They do have a veggie burger (black bean), I'm not a fan of black bean so I can't comment. I got a captain and coke, which was super weak...I couldn't taste any alcohol at all. My friend had the double and said it was better. I had fries, which were just your standard friends. My friends had wings, they really liked the asian zing flavor and the miniature corn dogs. Our server was ok. Nothing to write home about. There were plenty of tvs with a bunch of different sports on. Overall, pretty standard bar food with bar service. I'll likely be back to check out a game or two.

If it was possible to do zero stars I would!!!! Terrible customer service, sticky unclean table and floor, an hour wait for some boneless wing and fries and then another 20 minute wait after we sent them back because they were cold! Needless to say we will NOT be back!

Started off great. We were seated quickly, and our drink orders were taken right away. I was very impressed and was glad we chose this place for lunch. TV screens fill the walls 360 degrees...all sports...I guess poker is a sport too these days so it was on one of the screens too. After our waitress cheerfully took our orders, our "Guest Experience Captain"m came by our table and introduced himself. Very personable young man...he can even change the channels on one of the hundreds of TVs if you want...nice guy. He even let us sample some of the sauces and seasonings for the wings. All good. He never did come by to check on us again to see how our "Guest Experience" was though. We ordered an appetizer...it came fairly quickly, but we weren't given napkins or plates. They were just dropped down by one of the staff and they were gone before we could ask. Our main order took quite a while. We ordered a large order of chicken wings. You can choose up two four different sauces in the same order, and they do an excellent job of marking what the flavors are. Again, no "basket, to put our wings in, and no napkins. We asked the woman who served us the wings if we could have some and she said our waitress should have given us some, but she got us some baskets and napkins right away. The wings were very good and very filling. I ordered spicy wings, and I needed some more tea to cool my burning lips. No waitress or staff came by to check on us. No tea refill, even though I put my glass out to the outside of the table to show it was empty. After about fifteen minutes, our waitress came back and said she'd get me a refill. 15 minutes later, she came back asking if I needed a refill on me tea. Duh! She totally forgot about us..but we saw her chatting away with her co-workers instead of doing her job...unless her job is talking to the staff and leaving the customers unattended. I even had to go get her so we could pay our bill, and she seemed really put off by it...even though all she was doing was laughing and talking with her co-workers. Bad form. I would sum it up as a good start with a very poor finish. Mostly show, not much go. So disappointed. If there would ever be a next time here, which there will not be, I would say, "Show me don't tell me." FYI: If you have an hour or less for lunch, this is NOT the place for you. No way will you get your food in time...or if you do, you'll have to wolf it down. It's pretty slow. It wasn't that busy when we were there. We were there after the lunch rush and it was slow...I could only imagine what it's like when it's busy. This could have easily been at least a four star rating with even average service. The service is greatly lacking. There are tons of other choices of places to eat in that area. Go somewhere where your business is valued and your are treated accordingly.

Went out to have dinner with my boyfriend, and of course it was full we tried going to the bar area but had no luck. We went on to make a reservation to which we were told would be 15 minutes. We didn't wait more then 5 minutes! Our server got our drinks right away and we placed an order a few mins. Later we got our food out fast, and although we had a misunderstand ment with the wings they fix the problem right away. After having really bad service at other locations. Must say we were glad to get good service for a change. Not sure if management has changed since or if it was just the shift managers or leaders working tonight but it seemed like it was running great! The staff members seem to be working awesome. A Shout out to our server JESSIE who was such a sweetheart! She is an awesome waiter! Thanks a bunch!

The worst. Just don't go. NO STARS. (Had to choose 1 star to post) 10pm: less than 10 people in the joint. Wings order never "made it to kitchen". After 30 minutes, we asked. "Oh, I'm sorry", etc etc etc etc. F#@k that. I'm sorry too. Buh bye.

Doesn't matter which one you go to they all suck. The only reason to go to one of these is to watch a UFC fight, and it would actually be better to pitch in on the $50 for the PPV and have a house gathering.. There are much better places to get wings..

Definitely the quietest BWW I've ever been to. Not much for games and ambiance at this location. Wings were typical to all of them and the service wasn't stellar but it was doable. Hopefully it gets busier on game nights and that the TVs and volume come on.

Unfortunately the kitchen isn't so great, but I maintain that my favorite bartenders are amazing. This is the second time the kitchen sent my vegetarian order out with meat on it. That's kind of a big no no in my opinion... However at my request I got a free beer while I waited, very nice of Sean. Manager brought my order out and was very apologetic and offered to comp my bill although I had already paid so he offered a coupon which I politely declined since I had already gotten the beer. Messups like that are never a big deal as long as they're handled correctly with the customer in mind. I'm crossing my fingers this is a new chapter for this location!

I am simply a fan of bdubs! The asian zing and the spicy garlic wings are to die for. The popcorn shrimp and fried pickles are a must as well. They are usually pretty busy, especially on a big game or fight night. The staff is usually good as well. There is nothing that WOW's you about this location, but the food is consistently good and everything else is at par.

I am in town on business. The food was what I expected, because I have been to this companies location in the past. Beer section is what I expected. What made this a 4 star instead of a 2 star is the fact that Crystal the "manager " came to personal apologize about the delay in the time the meal was delivered. Later than what should have been. for the customer service. Old fashion customer service. Thanks to Crystal and the staff. Being real. Handling a problem the class.

Seriously, one of the worst experiences I've had in awhile now. Being vegetarian is not always the easiest while eating out, but I have had a black bean patty at locations before, and was pleased to see it's somewhat advertised on their website and menu now. Opening day, I go there to watch my football team play, and we order some food. I get a cheeseburger and substitute the black bean party for regular meat. I even bantered with the waitress about my options as a vegetarian, and asked her some opinions on what would be good. We got our appetizers and our drinks and waited on the food. It was Sunday afternoon during week 1 of the football season, so it took awhile, completely understandable. When the food came out, my burger patty was regular meat instead of the black bean patty. I informed the person who brought the food out, and she apologized, and since I've dealt with this a very long time, I honestly brushed it off, smiled, and waited for the replacement. During that time both the waitress and the manager came over to apologize. When the replacement food came out, the server set it down and walked away. It was then I realized that, once again, it was a meat patty, not the vegetarian option. After double checking, just to make sure I wasn't crazy, I informed the waitress who came by. I'm not sure I even got an apology, but at this point I'm not sure how much it would have mattered. She brought us the check and was gracious enough to leave the burger off, but charged us for everything else, even though I had been there an hour almost, hadn't eaten because of the same repeated mistake, and basically felt forced to go elsewhere because they couldn't make my food in a manner that was appropriate for my diet, and kinda brushed me aside, maybe because of the huge line waiting for a seat and they wanted somebody who might possibly give them a decent tip in there. I won't ever go back, and I really should have listened to all of the horrible reviews about this location about the customer service. Seriously awful, pass every time.

Walked in at 2pm and no one was at four to seat me. Sat myself down at a table by the bar... No one came. A sever was walking by,i said hello and was poised to ask to order but she replied hello and walked off. Sat myself down at the actual bar, bartender looked at me and didn't say anything. Washed her hands and then left behind the bar and didn't return. Servers walked by and were chatting with each other while not actually doing anything. Within the 15 minutes I spent here, not a single person talked to me like a actual customer. Useless service. Won't be coming back. Also food is way overpriced. $8.50 for 4 chicken strips? $9.50 for 6? I can get a 3 course meal at Noodles and Company next door.

This place is horrible. Food was nasty, my burger looked and tasted like it was cooked hours before. Staff seemed liked they didn't care at all. Do not recommend at all.

I like BWW, but everything about this location is inconsistent. Sometimes the wings are hot and crispy, sometimes lukewarm and soggy. Sometimes the wings are well sauced/seasoned, other times very bland. At times the service is excellent, other times I have considered faking a medical emergency to get the attention of the waitstaff. I hope that this location can pull it together since I love both the jalapeno and mango habenero wings, but I wont be back for a while.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings, I just wish there was one closer to me (this one's a little bit of a drive). My recent discovery is the salt and vinegar wings.....they are so, so good! I'm not a fan of salt and vinegar chips, so I wasn't expecting to like them, but now I like them even more than regular buffalo flavor. This is a great place to watch a game or just grab lunch/dinner. Definitely a favorite of mine. You can also order online and then just go pick it up, nice and easy.

We didn't get sick but worst b'dubs i have ever been to shity quality wings I mean the dry rub was literally poured on top.The sause wings had very little on them as well. And our server could use some serving lessons I think she was new, but made for a bad time. How do you add a picture to a review, because it was so noticeable I took a pic at the poor quality control.

Been here a couple times now and the service has always been lousy. Servers don't pay any attention to your order so you receive it the way they thin is suitable.

No stars. We sat at the bar. The bartender had ZERO personality. Rushing around. Yet had plenty to talk about with her coworkers instead of her customers. Screwed up our appetizer & didn't apologize or anything for that matter. Just slapped it down in front of us & walked away when the correct one finally did come out. The server who came with our food did the same thing. Didn't offer silverware. Wings were overcooked. I've never been a fan of this place but thought maybe a different city would bring a different experience. Not so much. Colossal waste of money, and time, for that matter.

Can't go wrong with some B-Dubs, beer, & football!! I had the Wild sauce, which is just a step down from the Blazing. The wings were so delicious it was like a lap dance for my taste buds!! The downside was the service, my friends & I couldn't get the waitresses time of day. Finish a beer and wouldn't get asked if another was wanted for a good 20 minutes, got so bad we were about to just pony up to the bar and magically we were the most important customers in her section. Hopefully can just chalk this up to a off day as been to this BWW 3 or 4 times before and service was exponentially better Like that they still have the Trivia & Poker electronic boxes to play, helps make Halftime go by faster and something fun to do during commercial breaks.

I live just down the street from this one so I go here at least 2-3 times a month. I usually go in and eat/drink at the bar but I have also called ahead and placed to-go food orders. The staff has always been really pleasant and helpful. Once I sit down in the bar area someone is usually to my table within a minute or two. Food has always been good. Great seasonal drink specials. Of course the atmosphere is great and they have plenty of TV's. I've had consistent great service every time I go which will keep me coming back!

This was surprisingly my first time eating at a Buffalo Wild Wings. I don't know how I've gone this long from trying this popular chain. This place offers a lot of entertainment including sports, poker, and trivia. The trivia was quite interesting and thankfully was quite varied. The place can get pretty busy and loud which must be tough for the waiters. Our waiter was very delightful and pleasant. Only complaint was that she didn't really offer refills on our water until after we had pretty much finished eating. Otherwise she did a wonderful job. I was unaware that you have to pay for EVERYTHING. I should have known better though and asked. The waitress would ask questions like "would you like some ranch" and "would you like some carrots and celery". When I've gone to other wing places, these things are usually including. So when I got my check I was surprised to see the charges for those two things. Of course I paid for them without complaint since I should have asked. Now I know. Lesson learned. As for the food, it was pretty good. The wings were pretty standard size. Most of them had a good amount sauce on them. The hot buffalo ones were pretty much drenched in sauce though. They were my favorite flavor though. So less sauce on then would have been better. The Asian sauce is pretty gingery. The new bouton flavor was delicious. The mango one is VERY spicy which was awesome but it's actual flavor wasn't too great. The mild buffalo ones are just that, mild. I went today since they have a special wing deal today. I may want to come back and try out the trivia night they have, it sounds pretty fun. The place itself, is pretty clean considering how busy it gets. I was glad that they provide those little wet napkins already on the table so you don't have to ask and wait for them.

The food was good after we had it remade twice. Got there around 7 didn't get my food until 9pm. The only thing that was distracting our attention was the games that were going on the TVs throughout the room. Overall they were extremely apologetic but how hard is it to bring out fresh wings rather than give me something's that's cold.

Its ok. But what i dont like is when Football is on they dont play the sound for the games. Food is ok, beer is over priced.

The place was filthy. It was slow and there was trash all over the floor. A basket was sitting on the floor and I watched 3 waitresses a hostess and the store manager walk by it and no one picked it up. Eventually our waitress kicked it out of the way. Tables were not wiped down until someone sat. The food came out cold. Two stars because at least our waitress was friendly.

  • Amy G.

Food was good, as always, the place wasn't too packed and we got seated right away, however the waitress took about 10 minutes in getting our drink order and people who were seated after us already had their food order in. We asked to speak to someone and charge and about 15 minutes later the waitress comes up to take our drink order and then the manager shows up at the same time. We told the manager about our experience and he replies with "Well your waitress is here now to take your order" We order our food and drinks. When we got our good after a long wait time the orders weren't right. The waitress didn't come by to check on at all, we flagged down another waitress to get refills on the drinks. Once we got our bill, we were over charged and when we paid in cash, the waitress gave us short about $15. This isn't the first time we've received lousy service here!!

I've been to a few BWW but I have to say the is by far the worst. Came here on a Sunday to watch some football. Ordered a winter lager that was a little on the warm side. Decided to get some fried pickles the basket wasn't even halfway full and the pickles were a little tough. Got some wing ordered the looked as if they had been sitting under the heat lamp for a good amount of time. I will never return to this location.

The staff is friendly and tried really hard, but this place is definitely a train wreck. Food was disgusting, even the ranch dressing and veggies (which cost extra) tasted sad. Can't believe we had to spend $50 for food I can't bring myself to eat. My stomach already hurts after a few bites of macaroni and cheese. Watched two tables walk out because nobody was helping them. Saw a baby cry from a bit of macaroni. Don't take anybody here unless you want to watch them suffer. Seriously, I got yelp just so I could warn people not to come here.

This is the second time BWW has messed up my pick-up order. HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE A BUFFALO RANCH CHICKEN WRAP? It's on the menu!!! Last time, my wrap had no lettuce or tomato. Very boring, and dry. Again, on the menu it specifies that a normal wrap comes with both those items. This time, my wrap has some weird orange sauce on it that was NOT buffalo sauce. My friend ordered a regular chicken wrap with BBQ sauce, and he got the same weird orange sauce that I got! I ordered my food at 10:30, and was told it would be ready by 11:40. Over an hour for two wraps? Then when we got there, it still took another five-ten minutes to get our food! This isn't even counting the number of mess ups that have happen in restaurant. BWW I love you, I love your food, please stop messing up my food and let me enjoy ordering from your chain! I just want my normal food that I'm paying for!

Lets just start off to say horrible service. Took 15 min to get acknowledged, food took forever to get served and it came out wrong. Then had to wait for them to just dump sauce over the previous ones they brought out. Then took forever to get our check and to pay bill. Over all wont be coming back to this bbww.

Food was great! My fiance and I both had the Screaming Nacho Burger, yum. We didn't really care for the Buffalo Chips though.. basically just ordinary, round fries. Our server, John, was also great. He deserved a better tip than we were able to leave last night. Next time we go there I hope we get him again and we'll make it up to him. Overall great dining experience!

We love the wings and great service from Cameron each and every time we go! I get boneless and he gets traditional and both are awesome. Great flavors to choose from and consistent taste and temperature. We go once a week for our date night and play the Trivia on their game consoles, so much fun! If you want some of the best service, ask for Cameron!

My friends and I are huge Buffalo Wild Wings fans. Over the past 10 years we've celebrated most big events at a BW3, we knew most of the staff at many of the BW3s by name, went to trivia every week for years, and likely spend in the 10s of thousands of dollars at BW3 between the 10 of us every year. This is by far the closest Buffalo Wild Wings to any of our houses...and we drive the extra 15 minutes to go to the one at Park Meadows. Last night we decided to give them another shot and my wife and I stopped by on our way back from Denver. We ended up having the exact same experience we've always had at this specific location: 1. We walk in to a mass of people waiting for tables and a restaurant full of empty tables that just need bussing. This is one of the few places I've been to that'll consistently be at 50% capacity with a 15 minute wait. 2. The staff lazily wanders around the restaurant and will grab a basket or two, then disappear to the back for a while leaving the table with baskets still on it. Last night the hostess ended up going over and clearing off the rest of the table (by moving the remaining baskets over to the next table over) so she could seat us. 3. We sit down and wait, and wait, and wait for someone to come over and take our drink orders. Last night was not the first time we ended up trying to order at the Pick Up counter because we'd been seated for 15 minutes and hadn't seen our server yet. 4. Our appetizers arrived after the food. 5. Our server disappeared for most of the meal and we ended up not being able to get our last round of drinks as a result. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other locations (any of the other locations!). Every other BW3 in the area is very well run but this is just the shining example of how poor management can run a place into the ground.

Last 2 maybe even 3 times we've been there my wife and I both have had diarrhea the next morning. We don't always have the same thing food wise, I always get wings, she sometimes gets salad, don't think it's the food, seems like it's the beer that's doing it to us, we usually have 2 beers each. Service is so-so pretty much all the time, atmosphere is good to catch game.

Came here for lunch again yesterday. Our waitress was great! The girl Baylee that sat us was totally rude! There was my husband, I and our 8 month old. Baylee took us to a booth and we asked for a high chair for the baby. She explained that she couldn't do a high chair at a booth. We again let her know we needed a high chair for our son. She sighed and rolled her eyes at us and said fine I will put you at a table. REALLY!!?? How rude!!! I have no idea how she figured our son would sit with us if not in a high chair, not our fault she took us to a booth. Shouldn't she be trained on this???!!!! We asked for a manager, no one ever came to our table. WHY DO WE KEEP COMING BACK HERE??? Oh, the food is good and there isn't another BWW chooser.

Hard to give a 1-star review, but there's really no other option. First, their online menu is out of date. In fact there were items we couldn't even get listed online. You've got to be kidding me... Second, I actually like BWW wings. I've liked eating them at other restaurants that actually do them right. This location can't get their act together. The food is inconsistent. I've ordered wings from three different BWW locations, and got the same exact order, and had totally different wings from this place. Third and finally, because this place isn't worth writing more about, they got my order wrong, twice now. Ok, I'll usually give a place a second chance, but they've got real issues. I was actually contacted by their customer service the first time after asking them why their menu was completely wrong online. I was hoping they'd get their *&%$# together, but they haven't. I'm not going back here again. I'll find a different place to get wings.

We found a table in the bar seating area that we were able to clear off from the last people who sat there. We just consolidated the dishes and put them on the table next to us. In the two hours we were there then they never got bused (might be able to sit some folks if the 6-8 empty tables get bused). Two hours we were there for two people to get a drink and meal each. No dessert, no appetizers, just one drink and one meal. Food is the same as the other Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to, but they have some staffing issues. Maybe one of the four managers standing in the corner could pitch in or maybe they could turn one of the five hostesses into a server?

Yeah not so good but a great place to come to watch sports. Our waitress was very good. Made sure we were happy throughout the game. We tipped her well. The pretzels were ok but the sauce was kinda icky. The blue cheese was not so good and the wing were ok. The spicy ones were hot. Bar b que ok and the Asian not so good. Oh well we went to watch ASU. They won big. All was fine because of the score. All in all a fun afternoon.

Word up! Good beer! Good food! The kids love it! Televisions everywhere... Good music... The only discrepancies is the bathroom is messy as a muh-f**ka and for some reason, at 3 in the afternoon, the food took ridiculously too long... Ain't this the slow time? Ticket times should be quick as hell! Nobodies in here! Love the happy hour though. The beer and well specials are dopalicious... The server was on her game, aside from the napkins... If I don't go back to being a vegetarian, I'll be back... Word up...

Sit at the bar and ask for Gary. He is a great bartender and genuinely cares about his customers. The service is prompt and the food is served hot, and he is great company while you hang out. It's BDubs, so I don't know why people are so highbrow about these reviews. It's wings and beer and huge projector screens with sports, not The Ritz. We do avoid big game and fight nights because it's just too crazy! Try the bone-in Chipotle BBQ wings!

The wings great..the service okay. The restrooms need attention...the last couple of days that I have been there...toilet paper on the floor/messy bathrooms. Being clean is important and this staff needs to take care of this. The food you have it down and the drinks complement the food well.

The wings, as always, were delicious. They have Angry Orchard Apple Cider which is a major plus. I'm giving this location in Aurora 3 stars simply for the fact that our server was more interested in flirting with her boss and that it just seemed more overpriced then the last time I came out here.

Good place for beer. To chill n hangout. To watch sports. Lots of tvs. Friendly people. Good hotwings. Good price for happy hour. I love tuesdays wings. Good music. Is just right

Great Wings. Good Ambience BWW style (loud, actively noisy - hey it's sports on 30 screens in a confined space with fans, beer and wings... lol; love it). Wonderful place to eat and chat with friends. But the service lags to a fault most of the times, during dine-in. Good service during take-out orders. Recommended :-)

It's a Buffalo Wild Wings. You all know what to expect. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and they're fast. As far as Buffalo Wild Wings goes this is as good as it gets. Obviously, it's a chain and food is common...but the people here are nice and they get your meal out fast and correct. About as good as you can ask for out of a chain.

I'm a big fan of bdubs I've eaten at a lot of their different locations. This one never seems to get things right. I'd skip the Mississippi location for a different one.

I was quoted 40 mins for my pick up order. So I arrived in 40 mins, then had to wait another 30 mins with my 2 yr old. Not fun. I was told after waiting bit that they were packing my order. Not true. Then come to find out they hadn't even started my order till I walked in to pick up the order.

I was taking a few local classes and this was on my way. First of all, I didn't realize it was a sit down sports bar. I sat in the bar area for happy hour. You'd think, wing place. Wings! But no. The black and Bleu burger intrigued me. OMG! SO GOOD! I did order wings to go. Mango Habanero and Spicy Garlic. Awesome and HOT! Side note, ordered the burger a second time, to go. Not as good when the drive back to work is a bit too chilly. Not their fault, but now I know to eat it hot out of the kitchen.

Lately the service has gone down and if it wasn't for one of the managers that works there I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be going there anymore.

Terrible service since day one. I gave them 3 chances. Never going back. I drive back down to the one near Park Meadows now. Shame

Ok so I have only been to this location once and it was below expextations. I did come here during the first bronco game of the season of 2014 and compared to other locations this location was not as busy. My friend and I ordered some drinks as well as appetizers and 40 wings. For our appetizers we got fries and fried pickles and the fried pickles were over burnt. We placed out order at 6:30 pm and the game started at 7:45 and we still have not received out food. We saw another couple that came after us receive their hamburgers. We thought ok they only ordered hamburgers. Then they ended up receiving their wimgs. We told the waitress and she told is it hasn't been that long we told her it has and other customers received their food after us. She went in and applied and said she would bump out order.we finally did receive our order but after that we did not receive any customer service what's so ever. Our other friends were there to join us and we spent almost $200 on drinks just it have a good time but the service we received was not worth it.

The hot wing craving get's us all once in a while, and when in doubt choose a place that has "wings" in the name. Pops wanted Hot Wings for father's day, said he had a hankering, so because it's his day, that is what we got. We called ahead an order around 5pm on Sunday, very nice customer service over the phone and when we went to pick up, however the wings didn't seem to have much sauce or flavor. We didn't get any celery either, but got the ranch (thought they went hand in hand) We ordered some wild, hot, and medium-and an order of naked chicken tenders for my niece- total order for 3 adults and 1 child over $40- the little one didn't like the chicken and I really didn't think the wings were worth the price. Who knows, could have been an off night, but next time we get a craving I don't think we will choose BWW.

Gets fairly busy on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the promo nights and very busy for big sports events, especially UFC. The staff is always great on all levels - take out, servers, bartenders all do a great job.

I used to love this location. I generally go here about once a month, however my last 3 visits I have seen 3 price increases on their wings. Dont know why but I dont like it. I have been pondering returning but im not quite sure as of yet...

I go for cheap stuff usually Tuesdays or Thursdays, not horrid, but service is slow, I understand that the locations in Denver usually attract an odd crowd, so the servers that rock usually leave (not a big tipping crowd). Perhaps if they pay their servers 6 or 7 bucks, it would give them some more incentive to be better. Wings usually come out ok for me, sometimes even beating the drinks (lack of organization). What can you do? Pay for a side of ranch, but the ketchup is free.

in general, I really like Buffalo Wild Wings. I haven't found many good wing places since moving to Denver, and buffalo wild wings puts out a good product. This review is not about the restaurant chain as a whole, but about the hostess at this location this past Sunday. On the back of her shirt, her name said Sierra. She was rude and not helpful at all. She was purposely turning away business and refusing to do her job. My wife and I came in to eat on Sunday, it was game day and during the Bronco's game, so we assumed there would be a wait. she told us the wait would be from 15 minutes to two hours. Now this is a wide margin or wait time. She said it with attitude. Upon further investigation, there were 3 tables open and only one party in front of us. We then asked her about the tables and she told us that they were being occupied when they were clearly not. We finally asked a passing waitress if we could sit there and she walked us to the table. We had to completely bypass the hostess. After we were sat, more people had left and there was about 5 open tables. However, we could see the hostess still turning away patrons. We couldn't believe it. There was no manager in sight so we could not tell them what was going on. The hostess not one time in our half hour visit for food turned around once to check on the tables to see if there were any free tables. I have worked at several restaurants in my twenties and i have never seen anything like this. We will be driving further from our house to a different location the next time we want to go to buffalo wild wings unless we hear that this hostess has been replaced. it is not worth going to a restaurant where employees don't want to be working to serve the customer. I don't use yelp a lot, i think this is only my 2nd or 3rd time, but this woman was horrible enough for me to spend the time to do this.

Party of 19. Only one waitress for all of us. Over a half hour to get our drinks. I ordered hot BBQ wings. 45 minutes later another waiter brought honey BBQ. Another 20 minutes here came honey BBQ again.... Really?! The computer was supposedly down so even the checks didn't come forever.... Will never set foot In there again. The worst dining experience in a long, long time.

Waited at the bar for 25 minutes and never got service. Many servers walked by me and helped the tables next to me but not one even smiled at me. Go somewhere else if you want good service.

Buffalo Wild Wings has great wings! We are so glad we now can avoid Park Meadows to get our wing fix. We love the spicy garlic, Parmesan garlic, and Asian zing. I love that we can mix and match our flavors. The TVs are huge and everywhere. Yes, the service is a little strange. Our server made 4 trips to deliver all of our drinks, a tray would have made more sense. I was almost ran over by a server trying to pass me. He must have thought I was too slow. Loved the bloody mary, served with a huge pickle, celery, and a salt rim.

Great wings, good beer on tap (I love ambers) and service is fine as log as you sit in the bar area. The dining room staff is younger, awkward, and slower. Even when the bar is packed the service is still better!

So we tried to make reservations as we had a large party. This place would not take reservations. Second when we showed up they said they would have it all taken care of to accommodate our party of almost 30 people. they gave us 1 server and she was the best server. and they made us basically crowd around 5 tables put together. I will probably not ever go back to this place. I felt so bad for the waitress as she was busting her tail and the Manager was occasionally wiping down a few tables. Ivy is one of the best waitresses at this place so if you get her say hello and treat her right as she will take good care of you.

I have been to this buffalo wild wings several times and I am unsure why I continue to go back. Each time the service is terrible, the food takes forever and is often cold. Tonight's visit, I ordered hot wings and went thru the entire meal with not one refill on my water! I felt like I was on Man v. Food trying to complete a challenge without being allowed water!! I keep hoping that the next time I go will be better than the last, but sadly it never is. I will not be going back, nor should you.

The service sucks!!! The first time we got lucky and got a nice waitor but after... it was just bad. They never gave us those game things to play and some drinks came out when our food came! I took my friends and now I am embarrassed! It was bad and I am never going back again... GET BETTER SERVICE! and the food was just OK.

Pretty good wings.... After paying 20 for me plus tip, I'll only go on Tuesday's when it's cheaper.... No five star cuz service sucks! I'm in a wheelchair and there's literally 4+ servers just talking twenty feet away not willing to help!

Worse service ever. The staff was nice but we were the first ones to be sitted and soloist an hour later were served. The orders were incorrect and cold. First time here and will be my last.

The food is like any other Bdubs. However the customer service was great! My friend brought her baby and they took care of the stroller and sling. I guess I'm more about the atmosphere of watching the game.

They pour the beers about 4 ounces low. When you pay 6 dollars a beer, it becomes a-lot. This place sucks and the food is not worth it when you get the tab. Go somewhere else.

The Tuesday special on traditional wings is excellent. We make a point of BWW on that day for that reason. The wings are good and the selection of sauces is great. On Tuesdays, it can get very busy, so we call ahead and get ours to-go. You may be on hold a little while, but their carry-out is quite good with close reserved parking. Buffalo Wild Wings makes for a great Tuesday night dinner.

How can a sports bar fail so miserably!?! Sure it was Monday night football and it was packed but that shouldn't mean that the service should suck and food take over an hour for each course! Our server was horrible. She would only come to the table if you waved her down when she walked by. She would never ask anyone if they needed anything. The whole evening our water and beer sat empty. She brought my salad and there was no silverware at the table, took a half hour to get eating utensils. We had to walk to the bar for water refills several times. She messed up the wing order at the table. Completely forgot my friend's wings. Food took at least an hour foor wings...that is unacceptable in my opinion. We ordered a dessert for the table and an hour later, still didn't arrive. We asked the server and she clearly forgot about it as she ran off saying she would check on it, it arrived 10 minutes later. She said the wings and dessert would be comped but they weren't. I will NEVER go here again to watch a football game. There are far better restaurants that have their shit together!

ugh another chain wing place that props itself up as a cool place to get drinks, eat wings and watch sports so the ultimate man place supposedly. I was dissappointed in BWW. The chain I feel is losing its touch. The wings were a-ok like ive had better at hooters. The service was soooo slow. Like 35 minutes for wings and appetizers, then I get charged for Ranch haha pay for Rarnch at a wing place get outta here!. and last but not least it was way to expensive for wings or maybe I don't understand the economics of wings but at almost a dollar a wing yeah right. Will I go back again maybe just to go get drinks and no food havent been to the bar yet to watch games or do wahtever manly stuff your supposed to do at a wing place/bar

I love chicken and I thought this would be a place we go on the regular and we did, over about a month we visited there 4 times. Started off good and ended not so good. Food was tasty but service was terrible. Took 35 minutes from the time we ordered until we actually got our food. Not so good. took another 20 just to pay and get out of there after we were done eating. We went at 2pm so it was not a busy time at all. I'm not usually one for chain restaurants. I like to support local restaurants. Probably wont go back. Need to try something new.

Great food, wonderful service. The host was speedy and on top of everything. I had the chicken wrap with the Asian Zing it was great, I adored their server Brittany, she was very polite and engaging. It was fun to play trivia as well. I plan to go back very soon!

The newly opened Buffalo Wild Wings Grill and Bar on the corner of "Ne" and "Ver".. i mean, Havana and Mississippi gets no stars from me. Today, at lunch, I spoke with Brie to place a take out order for wings, naked, sauce on the side. Brie informed me that I could not make a take out order without choosing a sauce. I asked why I needed to select the sauce, indicating I wanted to choose one when i get there, i wanted it on the side anyway. She states to me they need to coat the chicken in the sauce. I said I didn't want any sauce on it anyway, can't I just have the sauce on the side and I'll pick one when I get there. She said to me, matter of fact, no! you need to choose a sauce. I said to her, never mind, thank you. I called back an hour later, spoke with her manager, Troy, who was just as helpful. Troy states to me, no, I can place an order with the sauce on the side, and I can choose one later. What do I want to order he says to me? I said, no, no thank you because it is too late now. My lunch break is over. He makes no effort to correct the experience, and simply says to me, ohhh, ok... gotta love those guys at the new Buffalo Wild Wings Grill and Bar, where service is NOT their forte.. I'll just go back to Woody's Wings on Chambers, I don't need BWW that bad....

My experience being a regular, the hostess christine do has a very bad attitude, thought it was just a bad day the first time, but no, just a bad attitude all the time. The service most of the time sucks here, but if you do go, ask for Ricki's section shes the best server here so far. Wings are great though!
