I've lived next to this location for years and just went a month ago for the first time. I have now been there 4 times in a month. The food is delicious and you do get a lot for the prices. Customer service is fine if you get one thing, but they do get confused if you get multiple. David (I believe) has been outstanding every single time. He's polite, enthusiastic and efficient. The girls on the line got confused today and couldn't tell the difference between the chicken or turkey bowls. I'm not going to take a star off their rating because I think they are still training. This was also the second time where they could have "up sold" me on a drink, yet they never asked if I wanted a drink with the meal. Definitely would have purchased a soda, but I didn't want run my card again. Lesson for them: don't forget to ask about drinks. Lesson for me: remember the drinks are not included. Overall, good food. If David wasn't there and it was just the girls it probably would not have been done in a timely manner.

So my coworker & I called in our order ahead & when I went to pick it up not only was it not ready but the girl behind the counter had really long blonde messy hair that was fallin out of the hat she was wearing. It looked very unsanitary. When we started eating, the chicken was bloody! Called to complain & the manager Nick tried to blame the situation on being short staffed & busy. He even tried to not replace our food while blaming me for "being impatient". Very gross & not even starving would I ever go back to this location.

I've been here a total of 3 times, the last 2 times they've been out of meatloaf and the last time they didn't have any meat to sell at all. No clue How this place stays in business..

I ate at this location on Monday, September 14. I had the days special, Tuscan chicken, which is chicken cooked and then iced down to bring it to room temperature. About two hours after finishing the meal, I got violently ill. I threw up six times over the next three hours and was horribly sick the rest of the night. The last time I threw up before this was about ten years ago. I think having room temperature chicken is a very bad idea. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I have been to this location a few times and even though the food is good the service is lacking. The employees don't seem to move with any kind of urgency even when there is a line. I was in last night and there was a lengthy line. They actually ran out of turkey. How does a place run out of a staple item? Obviously, the management here needs to be replaced. I worked in food service for years and the manager ordering enough of staple items is so crucial. Good food once you actually receive it but the service really is bad. Get a real manager, fire your horrendous crew and this place could be great.

Way too long in line, almost an hour! ! Hire people who can move faster & work smarter! Will not be coming back to this joke of a wanna be Boston Market. And dirty food line!!

The food here is what's to be expected, it's standard Boston Market fare. I'm not reviewing the obvious chain restaurant cuisine, I'm here to review the service. My dining partner and I arrived at this location in the mid afternoon, and there was a long line of customers already waiting. This was unusual because we were midway between lunch and dinner service. The two individuals working were clearly struggling to understand the orders and piece together meals for the customers. Between the line, and waiting on our own food, we were in line much longer than seemed reasonable for a Boston Market. However, it's not all bad. Because just before we went to pay, another employee arrives who was capable and competent. The lesson here is: go to eat here during the busier times when the employees seem to be better trained to handle customers

I like this place but don't love it. It has improved since the owner was on Undercover Boss but the service still needs help. They are still impatient and make you feel rushed. I have gone now twice on the weekend so maybe it's a different staff during the week? If so I will change my review once I check it out. The food is delicious and totally worth the cost. I love the deals they offer as well as the family orders you can place. I will keep coming back but would love it if they make more of an effort to be patient with their customers when trying to figure out what to order.

I went here yesterday with my brother and niece and it was far from good. Yesterday the food came cold. I'm from Colorado, so I know what cold feels like. My two faces are their Mac and cheese and their cornbread but I guess they don't care for quality at slow hours.

I cannot begin to explain how grateful we are to this wonderful store! My sister is in school at UC Denver and was unable to make it back home to Texas for thanksgiving today. We called a number of places, trying to find a good meal for her to pick up. When my dad called boston market in aurora, they were so compassionate and made it a point to empathize with being away from home. They said to send her in and they would take good care of her. The woman on the phone said "it's ok sir, we know what it's like to be away from family during the holidays". Major human points for this place! We will be forever grateful to you for making my sister a wonderful, loving thanksgiving meal! Thank you, Boston Market!!

Went in to this specific location to have a early dinner with my wife, I must say the manager here was in a rush, frustrated, had dirty tables, bathrooms with no soap, and just a mess all around. We believe she was switching shifts due to how poorly she treated customers and how the place was managed.

This store is clean and the service is great. You can call ahead with your order for pickup if you have a busy day and your spouse needs you to grab something for the family when you get home. If you want to eat something with more substance than what KFC or a burger joint will give you then this is a very good alternative. They have free wifi inside so this could be a good place for a working lunch when you want to do it away from the office. Kids meals are around $4.29 (1 entree, 1 small side, cornbread and kids drink) and the adult plates are between $7-$9.

I swore I would never return to this location due to the terrible service, but a friend of mine insisted we go so I went. I went in skeptical as my previous 4 visits were awful experiences. I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised. Entirely new people. Whether it was a different shift it different staff, I don't know. But this group was phenomenal. Hard working, team working, positive atmosphere, & professional. In the previous 4 instances I had gone later in the afternoon around 4-5. Today was at noon. They had their A gamers there. Well done! I'll reserve my 5 stars for when I see this consistently.

I ate here on Sunday 11/23/14, basic Boston Market food, but I was impressed by the service. The 3 kids behind the counter were awesome, they took care of me and everyone else in the line.

If there was a Boston Market that was closer, I think I would go often. Every now and then...wait....more often than I'd like to admit, I get a craving for fast food with the emphasis more on fast than on the food part. But its not always about the fries. I actually crave green veges and a nice classic home cooked meal. With Boston Market, they pretty much check all the boxes. They are running a little special with ribs. If your a BBQ fan, this isn't the place to go. But if you just want your classic dinner on a dime, then yes. I honestly can't think of a whole lot of restaurants where you can get cream spinach, garlic spinach, corn, mash potatoes, roasted potatoes, corn bread, etc, etc on the go? Plus they seem to always have coupons in the Sunday paper which makes this a solid deal as well. This may sound odd, but they don't have Dr pepper here. I know that's a big deal to my wife, so I thought I wouldn't mention it.

This has to be the best Boston Market in the country! No kidding ! At chain restaurants one usually knows what to expect and it is the standard ho-hum affair. But sometimes you'll find an exception that goes above and beyond the call of duty. This Boston Market at Iliff and I-225 is that rare bird. Upon entering you are warmly greeted by the friendly staff. The food is nicely presented in the display case and it is constantly refilled with fresh sides and entrees. The staff is super efficient; they will ask you which table you'd like and bring your food to you. It doesn't end there as they continue to ask if you need anything, and if everything is alright. Heck, I rarely get that kind of service in an upscale restaurant. If you live across town, it may not be worth the extra drive but if you're on the east side, definitely check it out. The whole staff enjoys working here and it shows. A wonderful dining experience that puts this restaurant on the top of my list.

Overall staff is very friendly. Recommend not getting the salads. Used to be made fresh. Now it's pre-made. The last few times I've ordered a salad, the lettuce was old, limp, and turning brown. Disappointing.

i love boston market. my fav is the roasted turkey carver. I love their sweet potatoes, mac n cheese, green beans, red potatoes, and corn. Today I got stuffing, not a fan. It was bland and at the same time weirdly seasoned. Only complaint is that sometimes their food isnt that hot.

It is what it is - quick, you can pretend it's healthy, and kids like it. The chicken has the skin on but can make the choice between dark and light meat if you have a divided camp. Both sweet and regular mashed tators are good, green beans, spinach casserole and my hubby particularly likes their squash casserole. He has a hollow leg and wouldn't know a fat gram if it bit hit him in the keister, though. Works for us on Sunday nite.
