I give one star for the nice staff here, one star for the playplace addition to this location, and minus-three stars for the quality of nearly every food item here. It's the people's choice to go here and that's fine. McDonald's, just don't try to claim that the food is healthful. I give it this: it's cheap, but even if some nutritional value can be claimed the negative aspects surely outweigh the 'health' value. But in the end, I will add one more star on there because I do get food from there from time to time, so that's my fault. Some items are tasty, one of which tends to be their unsweetened iced tea. I don't mind the fish filet sandwiches either. Truth be told, though, I get my burgers and fries elsewhere. My three cents.

I'm deliberately *not* checking any of the "Good for Breakfast/Brunch/Lunch/Et Cetera" boxes on this business, because frankly, they're not *good* for anything. I've stood in line for ten minutes trying to buy a cup of tea before, and there's no sign of relief for what beleaguered worker-drones they employ at this location in sight. A few years ago, a new management company purchased this location, and the quality of service *instantaneously* went downhill. I don't think the ink on the paperwork was yet dry when the first wrong orders began to go out, and I shan't think the situation will improve ere someone else buys the location or it is consumed in the events of the movie 2012. Well, since we're in 2014 now, I guess the latter is unlikely. Aw, nertz. I know some people that worked at this location prior to the buyout, and to a man, I think they've all moved on for greener pastures (it would seem that working in a literal pasture would probably be preferable to laboring under the greedy eyes of the new owners). Unless they were instantaneously fired as soon as the new owners took over, which happened to a few members of the kitchen staff that, given the current state of affairs regarding the accuracy and efficiency of order filling, was not for performance problems. They made over the entire dining room not long after the takeover, replacing the friendly little tables with a soulless void of modern lighting and repressively obtuse furniture that looks like it belongs in a futuristic totalitarian regime's commissary instead of a friendly neighborhood McDonald's. The food used to be standard McDonald's fare; we all know it's not really good for you (although McDonald's as a corporate chain has taken steps to *improve* it in recent years) and this isn't the place for that diatribe. However, it's now slowly-prepared, sub-par, oft-cold, and, more often than not, wrong when it arrives on your tray or in your bag. They've also forgotten so many straws in my orders that I could probably build an entire McDonald's location with the lids I've had to remove from my drink cups just to get at the iced tea inside. Any time you walk up to a McDonald's and the name Boselli is on the window, just turn around. Get a White Castle hamburger from the grocery store next door or hit the Good Times across the parking lot. Don't bother with this location; like the old owner, old staff, and old spirit, the quality of service and food has long since left.

This is by far the worst McDonald's restaurant I have ever been to. The only workers that I see doing their jobs are the older women that work here. Everyone else, even the managers look to be still in high school. And even if they aren't they act like it. Standing around doing nothing while the floors behind the counter and in the dining room are nasty. I even saw a manager standing by the grill texting on his phone while there were people standing at the register waiting to order an no one had helped them. I've had more dressing on my Big Mac than I put on my salad, too the point the entire thing was soggy. If you don't mind going a little further go to a different one. Or the awesome Good Times next door.

God knows, this is probably going to fall on deaf ears, but it needs to be said. This is a review of this store and McDonald's as a whole. I can honestly say, as a weekly customer of McDonald's for countless years, as of today.....I am done! No more McDonald's for me or my family ever again. I've known my whole life that the food isn't good for you, but the company is no longer capable of producing a decent meal at a reasonable price. I've frequented one of a few stores regularly around arvada and Denver, and I haven't received a good sandwich or meal in the last 15+ visits. I believe that McDonald's no longer cares about putting out a good version of their products. Problems range from incorrect orders, improperly (over or under) cooked meals, old or cold food, all the way to finding a piece of laminated paper packaging in the middle of a Big Mac. I don't feel the employees care about doing their job well. Sometimes in life, something that was once good, becomes something different. It's really sad to see. Plenty of people will keep eating it, and that's fine. But this is one customer that is fed up with wasting my hard earned money on unenjoyable meals.

Ordinarily I go to this McDonald's about once a week, usually for an iced coffee in the mornings. Service is usually quick and friendly. Today I used my 'free smoothie" coupon that was in the paper this weekend. I asked the girl if there were blackberries in the Wild Berry one (I'm allergic). There are blackberries all over the picture, so I assumed so, but I figured I'd ask. She hemed and hawed, first assuring me that there weren't, and then assuring me that "There are blackberries, but nope, no blueberries!" I decided to opt out of that smoothie since I didn't feel like gambling (or breaking out in hives), so I tried the strawberry nanner one instead. Checked their website and sure enough, there are blackberries in there. Now, I don't expect every staff person to know every ingredient in everything (of course!). I'm not a self-centered lunatic. But when I ask a question pertaining to allergies, I expect at least someone there could point me in the right direction to get the answer. That would've been much easier than my breaking out in hives and calling them in a panic. I should also mention, since I checked the ingredients, that although McD's is bragging about using "real fruit" in these smoothies (which are pretty good, by the way), per the ingredient list they are using a premixed "fruit blend" of various purees and other crap. Not surprising but just something to be aware of.

I will only give one star here because I cant give "0" stars. The service is trash and the food is disgusting. I visited this Mcdonalds for the 4th time thinking this experience would be better but it was not. The service is WAY too slow. The place is run entirely by teenagers there might be one adult staff member. I ordered a #1 Big Mac - No cheese Large Fry Large Drink The guy at the register did not ring it up as a meal like I wanted, after waiting over 15 minutes they produced a single big mac with cheese sitting on a tray. I told the guy at the register that it was supposed to be a meal, he told me that he knew that and then just stared at me like i did something wrong. So I asked for my large drink and large fry, he gave me the drink cup and then stood there again and looked at me and said "I don't know" and was was waiting for somebody to get him the large fry. So I asked again becoming aggravated now if i could get my large fry and finally after heavy persuasion and went to get my drink. One of the ice machines were broken and the other one was slow and did not have very much ice in it at all. I went to get an ice tea and both the unsweet and sweet tea jugs were out. I went for a coke and the coke did not have any syrup in it at all so it was like drinking soda water with a small hint of coke.I went to get the ketchup out of the dispenser, not only was the ketchup out the dispenser sprayed half air and ketchup all over me. So i settled with water and no ketchup. I sat down to eat and the big mac had cheese on it that I didn't ask for. I picked that off and besides the cheese on the burger it was completely smothered with the mac sauce and lettuce. It was gross. All in all -Place is run by teenagers who act like they are high off all the legal weed and are unable to perform the simplest tasks given to them -Condiments are not stocked including soda machine (syrup), ice machine, ketchup dispenser, straws. -The kids play area along with the rest of the tables and condiment table looked like they haven't been cleaned for days. -The atmosphere is loud, dirty and it seems like there is always a homeless person present. In this particular situation a homeless woman who was talking to herself and she tried to pay for her food in change and they declined her service. -Employees and including the manager were yelling, cussing and making racial comments in the back to each-other like they didn't care. -Food is gross, the burgers have way too much sauce on them and the fries were cold. Don't eat here take your money elsewhere. I think this is the worst Mcdonalds i have ever been too.

World's slowest McDonald's turning away customers because of slavish obedience to computer forbidding them to serve breakfast. Fail. Should have an option for no stars. Seriously, this used to be an excellent McDonald's, but since the new owner took over, the service is slow and sloppy. They nearly always get your order wrong, so check closely when they hand it to you. If you're on the way somewhere, don't stop here, you'll be late. I saw one woman standing at the counter for twenty minutes, waiting for her order, a man sitting on a bench said he had been waiting for more than twenty minutes, and that his order had been wrong many times in the past. Had plenty of time to notice all this while waiting twenty-five minutes for a simple order with no special requests.
