OK, let me be clear about this. This review is for this particular Fazoli's in Arvada. I really don't do fast food very often. However, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. Anyway, I was getting a large "to go" order for myself and several friends. So, I get back with the food and everyone's order was wrong with the exception of one girl that just had a salad. I ordered the chicken Alfredo, which wouldn't have been as bad, if it had any chicken on it. I mean, it didn't have not ONE, single piece of chicken. WTF! Then two other spaghetti and meatball dinners, had no meatballs! I can't remember the specifics of the other mistakes. Except for the "straw that broke the camels back." They forgot the bread sticks... NO. You cannot forget the bread sticks! And on top of all of that, the food we did get, was not good. Beware of this Fazoli's.

If I could give less than one star from my experience this weekend I could. Me and my family go to this restaurant almost every Saturday for lunch before doing our activities. We usually have great service and perfect food. My husband loves to eat there. The first time we walk in, no was there to greet us. They were all in the back talking. I figured they were just slow and taking a small break. So we let that go. We ordered our usual as we always do and went to sit. After getting our drinks, I walked back to get a water cup for my daughter. Once again no one was there in the front. I hear them talking in the back. So yelled for their attention. I hear them pause but continue to talk. I must have called them about five to seven times until someone finally came to help me. She did not look pleased that interrupted her conversation. After receiving our food, I noticed there was a hair on top of my food. It looked like it was purposely placed there because I saw the root at the end of the hair. It was disgusting. I walked to the front and called out again because once again they weren't up front. They finally came and I told them I found a hair in my food. The server didn't even talk to me or looked shocked. She just rolled her eyes, grabbed my plate, and walked to the back. She didn't even try to talk to me or apologize. I was so upset I walked back to my seat. The server did give me my money back and i thanked her for it. But all she did was roll her eyes and left. She soon came back with a new plate and the chicken was dry and hard. I gave up. I also saw the server asking other customers of they needed anything or more breadsticks. Being polite to them. She looks at our table and walks off. I told my husband I never want to come here again if this is how they are going to treat their loyal customers.

I decided to give this location one more chance. Glad that I did. Not only was my order perfect, it was fast and delivered with a smile. They checked the order before it went out the window. I don't know if it is a new crew, but they are great. I will definitely be back. The food was great as well. Plentiful. It seemed I received more spaghetti than normal. Flavor was great as well. Keep up the great service and food quality.

I used to be a regular at this Fazoli's because it was on my way from one of my jobs to the next. The staff always remembered me and asked about my day/life. That's pretty cool. Plus, unlimited bread sticks. How can you go wrong with unlimited bread sticks?

Fast food Italian. I remember my family going to this place when it first opened here in CO (though we visited the one in north Thornton). Anyways, with a big family like mine (9 siblings) the unlimited breadsticks helped get us full without breaking the bank with going out. Food is not terrible as you can get decent eats from here, but do not expect the best Italian out there.

I'm an Elitist. I'm a Food Snob. I don't usually go out for Italian, because, let's face it: I make it better. With that being clear... I like Fazoli's. Understand... I don't consider it Italian Food. It's pasketti. Good ol' American Pasketti. It's red sauce with no spice or kick of garlic. It's pasta. It's baked or not. You can add meatballs or not. It's Basic. American. Food. It's cheap, fast, and who can resist garlic-powdered, fake buttery, hot breadsticks? I know someone who once lost count at 15 of them. If you KNOW what you're getting into, Fazoli's is certainly worth the less than $8 you'll spend on it for a quick, easy, better than edible nosh. I also have to mention their "Caesar Salad". It's great. Clarity: It's not a Caesar Salad. I don't know how to classify it at all. But it's damn good. There's a Caesar-esque dressing, sure. In addition: Chopped Romaine. Diced Tomatoes. Mozzarella Cheese. Fried Chicken Chunks. Fried Onions (Think Green Bean Casserole). Olives. Possibly more. I don't know. All I do know is that it all went down fantastically. Possibly because there is literally *nothing* healthy about this salad... but I love it. Okay. Now you know what it is, and what it's not. Go forth and spend less than $8 on a meal.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
