The worst Einstein Bagel's I have ever been to. I ordered a salad with sliced chicken and my friend ordered a turkey sandwich. His sandwich was delivered within about 5 minutes. It took another 15 to make the salad and the meat was still frozen. I brought it back to the counter and asked for a manager. The woman who made my salad (Elizabeth) said she WAS the manager. She said "it was the least frozen piece of chicken she had". I asked her if she thought it was ok to take so long to make a salad and then serve it that way, and she just shrugged. I asked her for a refund and she pulled the salad off the counter, threw it in the trash and opened the register and gave me the money and walked away. I really couldn't believe her attitude, much less that she was the manager. We were there at 12:30 so I can't imagine it wouldn't occur to them to prep salad and chicken before the lunch hour. I stayed calm and went back to the table and my friend was just incredulous at how the whole thing was handled. I asked him to please finish his lunch and I walked over to Kokoro Bowl across the parking lot and ordered a salad there to takeout. I will never return to Einstein's again. There are too many other good choices in the area.

went in just to get a smoothie and ordered the blueberry smoothie. The kid who brought it out to me apologized then gave me the smoothie with smoothie running down the sides. i had to get my own napkins and clean it up. Then, as i finished the smoothie there were 6 whole ice cubes at the bottom, he hadn't even completely broken down the cubes. poor service. smoothie was good though.

I love Einstein's bagels. I'm a little bit of an addict and have sought out Einstein's bagels all over the Denver metro area. This is by far the worse store in the franchise. In comparison to other Einstein's the service in this store is always slow. Sometimes the device is downright horrible. I've waited more then twenty minutes for a bagel with cream cheese. The other day I went through the drive through. No one was ahead of me, but after mire then ten minutes sitting at the window waiting to pick up my food the man at the take out window hadn't even acknowledged me. I never did get my bagel with cream cheese and drove off, unfortunately this level of service is not rare at this location.

Love Einstein's! This place can get packed but you still get good service. I am a HUGE fan of the Honey Whole Wheat bagel, toasted with butter... but you wouldn't like it. I promise... you wouldn't like that because I don't want you to eat all my honey whole wheat bagels... So don't try them... please... Save my HWW...

This is a regular spot in our rotation. The coffee is solid, food is consistent and a decent price, and they have a nice patio. Great place to read the paper!

When I went here before I loved their jalapeno bagels where the dried jalapeno was actually inside the bagel. Target stores also had these bagels and later on the jalapeno was put on a 'sauce' or something and put on top of the bagel, same with their bagels with cheese. I know it should not matter but it does and it hurt the quality of the bagel. That was at Target though and I don't know if the actual store converted to this maneuver for their flavored bagels so I will think of them as how I once did and when I loved them very much. Next time I go back to this bagel location from the chain I will find that out and get back to those who have a curious eye on this subject.

Darn good coffee, bacon egg cheddar bagel on six cheese bagel it does not get any better. Einsteins is a great alternative to the fast food options that surround it. They offer healthier options such as their bagel thins made with egg whites and spinach very yummy indeed.

This is a great place to grab something before work. Parking is wide open, the service is fast and friendly. The place is clean and the coffee is fresh and never empty. I've never experienced any of the negative reviews for this place after having been coming here for nearly 2 months. Perhaps they've got new management running the place? Can't find any reason to take any stars away.

Every time I come to an Einsteins the wait time is horrible! They have 1 employee always wandering around and then another 3 just hanging out behind the 2 people who are actually working. It took me over 30 minutes to get two breakfast sandwiches.

If you're craving bagels or breakfast sandwiches or you want a lox and bagel for lunch you already know what to expect at Einstein Bros. This particular location disappoints though on a couple of points such as: 1: Parking. It's right next to a Starbucks...and that means parking can be tight sometimes in the morning. 2: Service. Pay very close attention to your order. This location has had a problem on several occasions with order accuracy. 3: Speed of Service: Don't be in a hurry. Quite often there's a line, quite often they run out of the bagels you want, and then because they mucked up the order of the person in front of you...you get to wait while they fix their mistakes. It gets really annoying fast. While the negatives outweigh the positives I have run into one employee here who has stepped up to make my order right and provided outstanding customer service while the rest of her team didn't seem to have a clue. 1 Star: The lox they offered was borderline edible and made me wonder if I consumed a week's worth of salt in one sandwich.

WORST experience EVER! We came in an ordered 2 Sandwhiches at 10:20. 20 minutes later I get my Sandwhiches after 8 people got their food who ordered and came in after me. When I asked where my order was the same lady that took our order ended up making our Sandwhiches tells me "we make things in order they are ordered" which isn't true! Horrible customer service and experience

I'm not a bagel snob, the bagels are ok. It was confusing in here, where do you order? I ordered half a dozen with a tub of schmear. The guy mixed my sweet and savory bagels, which sucks because the cinnamon sugar bagel gets all over the pumpernickel bagel. Boo. Also, I had to pay extra for "premium" bagels....that's stupid. It just wasn't a great experience. Are there any other bagel places in the suburbs?

I needed to get a quick lunch when in this area but didn't want the usual burgers and fried, etc... so tried out the Einsteins. They have quite a few sandwiches to chose from and I got a turkey Panini with bacon, plus chips and drink. It was not too crowded so I got waited on right away. It looked like the 2 employees behind the counter were new since another guy (manager?) was showing them how to make certain orders and which bread to choose. I didn't envy his job since neither employee looked too enthusiastic and he was trying his best to make it interesting. My sandwich was quite good. The bread was fresh and ingredients were tasty. With chips and fountain drink I paid just over $10. There weren't too many chips to choose from which kind of surprised me - just Lays, Lays Baked, and some king of Jalapeno flavored. It looked like they were low on selection. The fountain drink was fine. The atmosphere here is just OK. I could see it being quite noisy when there's a crowd since its a big open room. I used the restroom and it was reasonably clean but the door opens right into the dining area. Make sure you lock the door or you could be giving someone a show they didn't want to see.

Dirtier than the average Einstein's, but otherwise as predictably unremarkable as a regular Einstein's

I have been going to this store on and off since it opened years ago. I keep giving them another chance, but not any more. The place is usually so dirty that I only get coffee there, but today it was dirtier than usual; tables, chairs, floors, counters. The coffee was nearly clear, little coffee in it, and the girl working there said that that is how their coffee should be. And she had the worst attitude. Gave me the wrong change and argued about it and then blamed it on the computer! Didn't offer a receipt, so I should get a free lunch there....but I wouldn't eat there even if they paid me!

I am so sick of this place. I usually love Einstein Bagels, but this is by far the worst location in Colorado. I do a lot of shopping in this area and I pop in here about once every 6 months having forgot the last time I had bad service and food here, but every time is a let down so I am not going back. The last time I went 2 weeks ago it was not even lunch time it was around 1pm and there was only one other couple in there eating. I ordered the Turkey Sandwich bagel with no mayo and veggie cream cheese instead. Well I got a Turkey bagel with half my ingredients hanging on one side and no cream cheese. Thankfully I was eating there so I walked up to the counter and asked the girl for some cream cheese since they forgot it. She look at me and said, "Oh you said no mayo or cream cheese." I don't think I did but regardless the customer should be right and she should have just gotten me some cream cheese. The Sandwich meal was $9 for some reason I don't know if it was because of the cream cheese but for a poorly made bagel and some crappy potato salad and a coke I could have just gone to Subway. There is a sandwich shop close by called the Smiling Moose next time I will just go there since the sandwiches are good and the staff is FRIENDLY. Don't go here unless you are dying for a bagel and bad service. PS I read the other reviews and they are similar so maybe management should think about getting a better staff.

Awesome bagels on the way through Colorado, to NYC (road trip). The people that worked there were extremely nice and would return if I'm ever in the area.

The quality of the food is consistent and good. I've been coming here quite sometime and have yet to be disappointed. It's obvious this is an older location, but I wouldn't call it 'dirty' by any means. The employees are all very nice, fast and helpful. Sure they have tattoos and piercings which can be off putting to some, however, I choose to praise the owner for hiring in a non discriminate manner. Overall this locations is fast, friendly, and just shy of 5 stars in my review book.

I am a big fan of the Einstein Bagel, but the service is only average. I know it was early in the day, but it didn't appear that the folks helping me cared about what they were doing. They have a unique opportunity to set the tone of the day for many people each day. If the service level was as good as the bagels, they would get five stars.

So, 4 months later. Slow service, dirty floor. Lox had discolored edge. I'm not going to eat here again.

This location has gotten worse and worse. Besides the homeless looking kids working at this one, the food is sloppily put together. The employees just don't care. Ick.
