    I can't tell you how impressed we were with the staff here. Friendly people over the phone, SUPER friendly people in the store. The food is consistently a-MAZING, and the prices are not bad at all. We didn't eat in, but the dining area was immaculately clean. This store is doing things right. Keep up the great work!

    Tried to give this place a chance and time and time again. Terrible customer service.....did an order online and came in at the pickup time. Obviously they never looked at the order so the made it when I got there which took another 30 minutes on top of my online wait time. Wings are small fries were cold. Very different from other wingstops I've been to in a bad way. The other reviews are pretty much spot on. Employees worried more about social hour than doing their job. Anyone who gives this place more than 2 stars has been hired by management to do so.

    Very disappointed with the service. Called to place an order as I was leaving my house, was placed on hold..got to the location, I was still on hold, walked in and they had one person working the register, 2 working the grill and 4 others standing around doing nothing telling me they'd be with me in a minute,,,because apparently the ones standing around cant take orders. To top it off they forgot to make half of my order. Food was good but probably won't be going back unless they change the staff. Looks like a few others based on reviews had his exact same situation. Come on manager..,get ur store in order.

    First and last time trying this place. My friend and I were having a typical girls night and decided to have wings for dinner. The employees were nice but it was clear that upon having more than one customer waiting they easily get nervous and anxious to get your order done. Waiting for our order to be finished didn't take long but when they bring it to the counter to show you your order the girl showing us our wings was PROFUSELY SWEATING all over the place. Just seeing this was a deal breaker for me. Every move she made, I would see a drop of sweat fall off her head and onto God knows what. We take our order and get back to my friends place only to find out they shorted us ten wings. So we had to call back and have them fix our order, which meant driving all the way back to pick it up. Wings were okay but I've had way better and these turned my stomach. Both me and my friend had to stop eating the wings after about five because it was just not settling right. To sum things up, go to another location where they serve wings and know how to both give good and clean service.

    I only only continue to come back to this location because of the convenience from having to drive a lot further... The last 2 times I've come my or for pickup has been wrong the ppl they have taking the orders are clearly not good at their job and don't care to improve... The mixed half black looking one thinks I didn't hear her say "bitches" under her breath to her coworker and the only reason I didn't go off is because I know I would go to a level 100 and I'm not going to act ignorant in a room full of people so I'm doing the mature thing and posting for future customers.... Instead I will inform the other multiple of people that I know who have had horrible service to write a poor review as well... I'm leaving a 2 and not a 1 because there are some who are sorry for their errors and very apologetic like the last time I came along with nice ppl and the food is good when done correct but it only takes a fee bad people to run an experience! Good luck

    I have always loved wingstop! Never a doubt! But I use to go to the one in Rancho! Now I go to this one, I'm so pleased at this one! I am always welcomed, & customer service is always outstanding, & my food is simply amazing. I always get original hot & BBQ.. But they have a new flavor, & I must say I'm in love. Love wingstop!

    Love Wing Stop and have been to most of the locations in the Inland Empire. This is by far the best location because of the cleanliness and solid service. Good amount of tables and four screens to watch your favorite sports game.

    This is the first time going there me and my girl ordered dinner for 2 the order was 15 bonless wing a side of fries 2 dinner rolls 2 drinks.We ordered 1/2 barbecue and the other parmesan garlic.the Parmesan was to salty,barbecue was ok but the texture was hard as a rock they were over cooked and they don't seem to be fresh its more like frozen .I always ask my self after I eat will I come here NO don't recommend it

    My sister and I ordered wings from this location for the first time, not only was the service iffy, but the wings made my sister super sick. About 15 minutes after eating them, she started to vomit and have other stomach issues. The cashier who took my order did not really understand what to do and forgot to give me my drinks. The other associate that handed me my order was very rude. I have never had a problem with Wingstop until I came to this one. Definitely avoiding this location from now on.

    Placed order online. Showed up and they said my order did not print out because they were out of paper. I just walked out because I only have 30min for lunch and that's how long it takes them to make 10 wings. Their wings are small compared to Pomona so I won't be coming back anyways. This place is a dump!

    Tried his location for the first time today. The staff was very nice and helpful. My food was hot and fresh and prepared exactly how I ordered it. The cheese fries are AMAZING! I also get lemon pepper wings, bones less are the best! Only think that needs improvement is they need one employer doing phone orders and one doing register, cause having one do both made the wait time longer. Other then that, great experience with food & staff!

    You get what u pay for. I did not like the garlic Parmesan or lemon pepper but I loved the original hot. I got like 20 wing and 2 basket of fries and it came out to $20. It's very cheap which is good but it took forever. I waited 30 min to get my food. I like Buffalo Wild Wings more but it's expensive compared to here. Also I think the fries had sugar on them I did not like it.

    Amazing service. I made an online order for pick up at 12pm. While on the way I got a call to confirm my order was ready. The girl at the register had extremely great customer service; reviewed my order with me verbally and even opened up the boxes to confirm. Never had that type of service at any other Wingstop! That girl deserves a raise! Haha

    called to place an order over the phone. was put on hold and after 10 min i decided i'm going to walk into the store wit my phone in my hand. when i arrived i was on hold for 15 min and the store had only 1 table. no excuses as to why my call was never returned. i talked to the only cashier who was supposedly handling all the phone orders. although apologetic, she played dumb and said she doesn't remember me calling in. one of the other girls was very helpful and added an extra 10 wings to my order. i've decided that from now on i'm only going to walk into the store and order because everytime i try to place an order online or over the phone i have a bad experience.

    So glad there is finally a WingStop closer to my house! We've been to the ones in Rancho Cucamonga and La Verne and continued to hope another one would open up closer to home. The moment we walked in the door, we were greeted by the girl at the register and she quickly and accurately took our order. She told us our order would be done in 9 minutes. My boyfriend and I got our drinks and sat down to wait. There was a staff member busing tables and stocking the condiment area. (Which I rarely see at any of the other locations.) Our food was ready within 5 minutes and when we approached the counter to pick it up, another staff member showed us our order to assure it was all there, and neatly packed it into our bag. We ate our food at home and it tasted great! Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the food and the overall experience of our visit to this new Wingstop location and plan to return in the future!

    I Love WingStop and when this location opened close to home, I was very exited. The food is good and the employees are friendly. However, whenever I order online and come to pickup my order, I am still being asked to show my card and ID. WTF! The reason I do these things online is save time and inconvenience. The owner of this store needs to get it together before he/she looses me as customer.

    We are soo excited that this place opened down the street from our office! The wait wasn't too bad, if your on a quick lunch break I def. recommend calling in your order before you go in. The staff was also super nice. I'm definitely hooked :)

    This is far my favorite wing place and pretty much my family's too. The food is amazing and the service is great. Never had a problem with this restaurant before. The employees are kind and helpful.

    The customer service at this site is not a high priority here. That can sometimes be a good or bad thing to someone. The manager is really friendly. However the staff need improvements since this is a fairly new location. Things to be aware of the cashiers usually take a while taking orders and the chefs aren't really good at using time management skills. I have waited over 35 mins for take out before and I almost feel like I could have baked them myself. Plus recently we have noticed the portion size has dwindled. A large fries is like getting a regular order. Seems like they may be trying to save product for other orders. Furthermore, There has been times we have ordered online to cut down the wait time and the orders are still not ready at the promised time. While this establishments has to work on something I still continue to come here due to its convenience factor as well as something about their boneless wings and carrots seem to taste better than other wings stops. So...maybe it may be worth the wait you decide.

    I've only been to a couple wing stops. But this one has to be the best. The workers are so friendly and on their game. Place is big and clean. The food is great and not long for a wait. Might be so good bec it's brand new but still really good.

    The wait was less. Probably cause there wasn't anyone here. The food was better a lil overcooked but still very delicious. I may have been a bit fast to judge based of one bad experience. Seems like they are improving in all areas.

    This was my first and last time here. I ordered online and that process was just fine. However, I got to the store and they gave me someone else's order because they gave someone else mine. I was told they will give me the rest of my order once it was ready, three wings. I ate what I had and had to leave since I only get an hour lunch. I went to the counter for my three wings that were owed and promised to me. The girl behind the counter said oh yeah, and hands me the wrong order... Again! I was out of time so I asked for a refund. She got the manager and I explained to the manager what happened and she didn't see the problem and said she was confused. After explaining it to her twice she finally decided to give me my money back for the three wings I never received. The general manager was named Erika and she was extremely rude and seemed to not care. While I was waiting for my refund someone else was on the phone waiting to complain about their incorrect order. Avoid this place, the wings weren't even all that great to begin with.

    The wings were not good i ordered bbq the sauce was nasty. The wait was too long the dining area is small. No napkins where given. Had to go back for ranch which was 75 cents I don't mind but isn't it supposed to come with a dipping sauce. Will not go back. Rather go to Buffalo Wild Wings where they have Asian zing.

    Wings were all bone and kinda cold, they also took a while to get them to me which is weird because we were the only ones there at the time. Usually Wing Stop gives a lot of fries but not this location I guess. Maybe it's because they're a newer location but I think I'll stick to the location in Pomona for now.

    1 star is being kind. Horrible service. I placed an order to go and was told it would be ready in 11 minutes. I arrived, paid, and waited... and waited... Not wanting to complain and thinking it's only me in here, sitting directly in front of them, there's no way they've forgotten--I kept waiting... Well, they let my food get cold in the back and handed it to me 45 minutes later--only because I asked. The food was cold and they didn't even apologize. A girl with an attitude (how dare I interrupt her flirting) did reheat my fries after I asked please but then rolling her eyes poured on tons of seasoning when my order was light seasoning. Let's just say I don't like giving attitude back so it was a waste of my money but will definitely not return to this location. Rude and clueless employees = disgusting and cold food. Oh, and no they were not busy. They had two customers inside already eating and 6 people working and still couldn't get a six piece boneless order done right.

    Came in last night with my family and was really glad I did! Most wingstops drench their wings with sauce and over cook their wings. This wingstop location cooked the wings perfectly and the sauce to wing ratio was spot on. Will be coming back

    Worst wing stop ever. The worker who took my order didn't even know the menu. I asked for a 3 piece boneless strip combo and she told me they didn't even it when I've been ordering that for 4 years now. Also it was literally right behind her on the menu yet she continued to tell me they didn't offer that. When I finally got my meal the fries were disgusting and wayyyyy too greasy and did not taste or look good. I got original hot that were alright. There were also workers yelling at the other workers right in front of the costumers. Overall, La Verne and Glendora wing stops are way better. This one sucked.

    I've been noticing there is a middle eastern management looking man that has been counting the wings AFTER the cooks prepare them. I had been noticing that I have been getting less wings and not much of a hook up as before. I'm going back to the Chino location.

    Wing stop is one of my favorite restaurants, so when I found out they were opening one 2 blocks from my house I was very excited. I placed an order to be picked up at 11 AM using the Wingstop app, but when I arrived at 11:25 to pick it up they told me they never got the order and do I have a confirmation number proving that I made the order. After providing them with the email confirmation they apologized and said they could take my order now. What's the use of placing a order to be picked up if you still have to order in the store and wait an additional 20 minutes. Hopefully with time they'll get better at what they're doing.

    Read other horrible reviews, couldn't believe it. Now im a believer, this location is an absolute joke. Whoever owns this location shouldn't have let affirmative action decide their future. 2 extremely rude disrespectful black girls at the register acting too cool for customers making comments under th err ir breathe (ironic making min wage at wingstop). 1 tells me after asking for a large iced tea, "the cups right there, you could fill it with whatever you want." This location and Rancho cucamonga are the worst wingstops ive been to, as well as pomona, all have similar employees. Upland wins the title. Ive eaten at at least 20 wingstops over 10 years, so i know what to expect.

    Only because it makes me so you the public can see this. I only have one positive thing to say and that is the trainee cashier was very nice and trying her best to keep up with what I would assume is the shift lead who was to busy favoring a non busy employee while scolding her. NO NAPKINS!!!! NO PAPERTOWELS!!!! Over filled trashcan of chicken wing boxes and juices dripped across a floor lobby filled with customers they ran through to take put trash. Rolls were soggy in a pool of butter fake sauce. I had sticky stains of something on my dipping containers. There beer fridge is near empty. Customer is complaining about something found in fries right now as I write this still sitting here. All my food is going home to be re cooked I don't trust it at the moment and I can't bring it to throw away $50 of my money in the trash because they don't seem to care but my kids safety is safer with a bowl of cereal at this point. Wow who runs this place. Oh and where are the plates.... None. I will not be back to this one ever and I hope whoever does risk it here has a better experience. I'm scared to ever set foot in a wingstop again. Wow smh way screw up my one day off out the week to spend with my family to eat and watch the Kings. Epic fail. Someone take the owners business away.

    I think this place is amazing!!!!!! The staff is soo friendly I was reading some of the reviews and totally disagree I always seem to come in when Erika and Brian work!!! They are always so helpful and just a ball of fun. The last time I came in, I believe she was a manager she was a beautiful light skin girl she had an awesome smile and knew the menu very well i love this place the Hawaiian is my favorite! I'm so happy they are so local I only live a few minutes from this new location and thankful to GOD yes lord!!!!! Go wingstop!! You guys are awesome

    I am giving this terrible place 1 star because this app is forcing me to. I went in today with limited time to pick up my online order just to find they gave me the wrong order. I talked to the VERY CONFUSED MANAGER ERIKA who was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. She refused to give me a refund and had a bad attitude. As for the other employees there , they are far worst or maybe equally worst than ERIKA. The food after all was said and done was GROSS!!! Dry chicken wings and bad service made my lunch time terribly bad!!!

    I was excited to find out that a wing stop was coming to the city I work in. Finally something different for lunch to switch things up! I heard about their .50 cent boneless wing special on Tuesday, and decided to give it a try. I placed a order for me and my coworker and they were out pretty quickly! Under 10 min which was perfect since I only get a 30 min lunch. They came out piping hot and looked delicious. I took a bite and bit into nothing but breading! I didn't think to much of it at first and wanted to keep a positive attitude because I was patiently awaiting them to open. I took another bite of this so called boneless wings they serve (More like chicken nuggets) and still a mouth full of breading. At this point I was pretty disappointed and decided to break one open and look inside. Yup just as I thought hardly any chicken inside. It was nasty and the sauce my coworker chose was honey barbecue and that was terrible as well. I guess I'll give them a second try and this time order the bone in wings and update my review at that time. Stay away from the boneless wings!

    The good: nothing. The bad: If you're craving wings, I'll have you know it'll be faster to drive to a grocery store, buy a bag of wings, and fry 50 up in your own house than to come here and order 10. I waited 45 minutes for 10 wings and an order of fries. The staff members here all seem new or improperly trained. The woman who took my order had punched in the wrong order. I didn't notice until after we paid. It took about 15 minutes to get this resolved because she didn't know what to do and simply walked away from the issue. The ugly: A patron's small child decided to knock down all the sauce cups on the floor. The child then decides to pick these cups up and place them back onto the counter to be used by other patrons. What's worse is that an employee is helping this child pick up all these cups to place them back into use. Why...? I am appalled at how an establishment like this can exist.

    Never been to WingStop and my friend Alex told me the lemon pepper and Hot sauce mixed chicken wings are the best. So I figured let's give this a try! Walked in on a Saturday evening with a minimal amount of patrons sitting in the dining room. I walked up to the register to order without having to wait and noticed that I did have to wait and watch the clerk take a phone order. No biggie...whatever. Placed my order and took a seat. About 15 minutes go by and I think I better check on my order, walked up to the counter and had to wait another few minutes because of course the clerk is on another phone order. Asked her for an update on my order and she said there are two more ahead of me. Sat back down, waited 15 MORE minutes and than walked up to the counter a 2nd time. Asked about my order and now it seems as if my order has been misplaced? Suddenly at this same time my name gets called for my order, however the order is ALL WRONG. I turned back over to the clerk and requested a refund, she's of course BACK on the phone with another phone order. She tried to put me off and I said place the phone on hold and please give me a refund, over 30min for 8 wings is retarded. She took probably 5min to process the refund and I was on my way to Yelp this...too bad Wing Stop, I really wanted this to be good experience, but you failed.

    They have a bunch of clueless girls working here, & they are all mentally slow. They give you blank stares & I feel like I have to talk to them like a child & break down my sentences in small easy words with hand motions. They need to hire men to run this place. Or a women that is alert and has a high IQ. Just by reading the other reviews I can tell everyone would agree. I ran a restaurant before & I know what is the problem here. The food took an hour to get out... Food was great. No complaints there.

    I normally don't write reviews while at the restaurant but dam I've been waiting 30 min for just a 10 piece of wings I mean damn!!!! Management needs to do a better job of running this place it shouldn't take this f@$#ing long for wings! When I checked on the order you can see the employees just standing around in the kitchen laughing, talking, and joking around with no sense of urgency on making the orders. Either train better or hire more competent people!!!

    "UFC WINGSTOP" is what's advertised all over the place here and yet when asked twice about the UFC 190 which is also advertised that they would be playing they "cant find the channel" and the second time asked "They dont know how to turn it on" for a place that shows all the fights you would figure they would know how to turn it on. My bf and I wanted to enjoy good wings and the fight and we cant do that, we have to watch highlights. If they dont know how to turn on something they are so big on showing then no one will come here for the sports.

    One Star because I actually didnt get any service trying to place an order over the Phone...! i called at around 9:40 pm on June 19th, I was put on hold and after 7 minutes of waiting on the line they just hung up on me....I called back and and she toll me that when she picked up the phone i was gone...but literally more than 7 min till i heard the phone went ,pip,pip...! she toll me again she was ringing an order and she needed put me on hold again...can you believe it..this is a farce but i was waiting listening to the conversation,got tired of waiting and this time I did hung up...we were craving wings and we should have called Wingnuts 2 blocks down the street from wingstop. but Wingnuts closes at 10 pm and we wasted our time trying to get them from winstop. we ended up having a Grilled Chicken BBQ Ranch Salad from Farmers boy,which was great and actually healthier..

    I drive past 2 wingstops to come to this one because it's simply the best. Their friendly service and their wings keep me coming back. The wing size at this location is always big and plump unlike the others. I don't know if I get lucky at this location but it never disappoints. The staff is friendly and regardless that they always seemed swamped they still manage to get my food to me in a timely manner. Order ahead to avoid the wait. Thanks upland wingstop keep up the good work.

    Was enjoying this location I've been several times I go at least once a week the staff is friendly and they recognize me as a regular customer but the last three times and there has been something wrong with my order rather than missing the sauce is not what I ordered I think they're getting comfortable and slacking up on customer service im thinking you guys get back to the fresh & food cooked in a timely manner i luv this location I had originally gave you 4 stars but I'm going to take one away until further notice Thanks

    Service is awful. Decided to order online because the first time I went we waited around 20 min to get our food, there were only three other people in the place. The second time we went we ordered online, online order said it would be ready by 5:30 (we ordered at 5:10). We wanted to stop in and pick it up and leave. Instead we came in at 5:35, we were told our order wasn't ready and they're making it "right now." They hadn't made our food at all! The girl at the register even said "we're trying to make it fresh so it takes a while for the chicken to thaw" what!?!. Another employee checked our receipt and said "I thought I might've seen this I thought we got this one ready..." Yeah ok. We waited another 20 min food was finally "ready" except they gave us the wrong fries and forgot our veggie sticks. Don't be surprised if you walk in and you see people sitting at the tables with no food and receipts in their hands. They've most likely asked about their food 2-3 times. This place is slow and the employees are not helpful and instead just aimlessly smile and wait for you to go away.

    Not sure if it was just me but I did not like their flavoring of the wings... It said it was spicy but it wasn't.. Also the price was very high too.. My wings were overly fried... And how can a fresh cooked wing be cold that took 30 minutes to cook??? I understand that they get busy but it didnt look busy inside.. Although I did realize they take online and phone orders so i get that part... But it shouldn't take over 30 minutes for me to get 12 pieces of cold wings... For my wings being burned was a bad experience for me... Since I go to many wing places and its really hard to mess up a wing... Sauce was very blend too... Not sure if I'll ever go back to this place... Cashier that took my order was very friendly but I know its not her fault that I got my order late but she kept on saying how sorry she was.. I felt bad that she kept on saying sorry to me but

    I was having lunch next door and saw the 50 cent boneless wing special, popped in and got a box of 10 (the minimum you can order to get the deal) Was told it was a 9 minute wait, as everything is dropped to order. It was a bit overcooked and dry, I sampled all of their sauces and liked NONE! Ketchup it is then. Service was fine, my son enjoyed it and that is what matters but I wouldn't bother to come back.

    We usually always get Good Service- nothing extraordinary just good. Wings are just okay- the dry rubs are better here than sauce. Honestly the Burgers are amazing! much better than their Wings. And the propeller chips are much better than their fries. Beer is always good- ice cold. If you're craving wings and live too far from BWW like me then this is my last resort.

    Over rated.. Very slow in preparing your food customer service needs improvement..thumbs down there wings aren't that tasting either .. wing nuts have way better wings better priced also I guess people are just paying for a name brand slogan etc...$$$

    Eh. Not the same as other wing stops I've been to. This location lacks professionalism. It looks like it's ran by a bunch of kids. Food doesn't taste as fresh as other locations that I've been to.

    I went in on April 4th 2015 to place an order for my coworker's going away party. When they ran my card it was declined so my coworker (the one going away) ran his in place of mine. After they helped a few more customers (all had declined cards) they announced that the card machine was down. We left without our order. However, after checking my credit card statement the charge still went through. I had lost nearly $100 on an order I didnt get. I called and was placed on hold for 15 minutes until I was hung up on. I called again and was disconnected after 4 minutes. Eventually I got a hold of a manager that said she would help me if I brought in a mobile banking app, promising ahe would be in all day. When I came in on the same day she wasn't in. After waiting for a half hour I left and called my bank. I'm pretty bummed out about all of this. Bummed and embarassed for Wingstop.

    I LOVE wing stop! I'll give 5 stars to wing stop as a company but this branch SUCKS! It takes about 35mins for a 10 piece combo!!! When it's not even busy!!! The phone is always busy when I call and when I come in there never a line??? Wtf! But I love wing stop so I gave it a 3 stars they just need to get better employees or more employees idk.. They're nice though I'll give them that

    Ordered online pick up time was 7:57p on Wednesday. Received a call at 7:57 missed it called back 10 minutes later. Was told they didn't know why I was called and not to worry about it because my order was being picked up as we spoke. (Hubbie) 30 minutes go by and hubbie finally comes home. Says staff was goofing around, chatting it up and they finally remembered he was there and brought the food from the back. He was suspicious it might have been back there the whole time. Open up the bag. The celery sticks were all over the bottom of the bag. Bag was all soggy. French fries were cold all soggy. Wings were cold. We didn't feel like going back so we just microwaved the food. We live five minutes away there was no reason for the food to be cold. Very disappointed. First time trying this location, never again. Granted the food was ok after we microwaved it but really we shouldn't have had to.

    I've never been to a Wingstop so I can't compare it to other locations. The receptionist was helpful and nice. The wings are too small. We ordered the classic Cajun, classic serrano Thai, and boneless teriyaki. The Cajun is a buffalo sauce with a rub on it. I liked it and it was perfect for me and I like them pretty hot. The Serrano was a little hot for me. I didn't like the teriyaki, not bold enough. It's really too bad that the Cajun fries and regular seasoned fries were so good because we probably won't go back.

    Came in around 7:40PM Ordered a 10 piece regular drink and two fresh baked rolls. NO ROLLS LEFT! Okay anyways so I ordered 4 Original Hot 4 H BBQ and 2 teriyaki. Time passed and passed and passed. I see people getting there orders but it seems as if they prioritize for people who order over the phone. At 9:20PM I get my food! Yes staff is friendly but that does not mean the service is good. When I receive my order the 2 teriyaki turned into Garlic Parmesan. Better the service the more revenue it will bring. Why 3 stars you might ask? WINGS STILL BOMB DOEEE

    Last time I will ever come here. Their wings are always overly salty and I try to give them a chance but this will be my last time. I would rather drive down to Buffalo Wild Wings. Very disappointed with this place.

    I like this wing stop when I can't make it to BWW it satisfies my wing craving. However I would probably give them a four or five star if the wings were a bit more crispier and the fries had a little more flavor. Other than that they do have a wide variety of flavors and of those I've tried the mild and Louisiana rub and both were very tasty.

    The staff there does not care. They put you on hold forever.... I was on hold for 13 mins after 5 mins took a drive to the restaurant and I was able to order in person befor they answered the phone again.And the kicker was the workers were just talking amongst each other about music ( j-cole and K-west) this was on a Tuesday night @ 9:00 pm. Any ways, I do enjoy the wings, I have be going there every week since they opened..... the food is not bad at all........ But the staff is no good, there is about 7 people working there but only one working the cash R and one working the fryer! the rest are just talking and slowing the 2 people that are working down.

    Wings are great unless you order a large amount. Orders 100 and they are we're all soggy! Also, don't order online because they are never ready on time and you will have to wait. I've had this problem more than once at this location. The girl who takes phone orders is insanely slow and doesn't know the menu so it's annoying! Just go inside and order to have your order right

    10 PC meal! 5 atomic 5 lemon pepper! Cajun fries and bleu cheese!!! Wingstop never disappoints! The crew is pretty good for being the first day! I'm a fan of this new location already!

    This is the only wingstop that I've ever come to with horrible service. I came one night and it was majority girls and they were so unprofessional and rude. After that incident I thought I would just put in a to go order but even that is an unpleasant experience. I called the girl spoke so fast I could barely hear her then she hung up on me and I called back to have her not only be rude but completely unapologetic about the incident. This is the LAST time I will come to this particular wingstop.

    Do not eat at this location unless you want bad customer service, your order wrong and your food not prepared like you asked for. I ordered some wings fries and a drink online and asked for it to be ready at 4. I get to the store a few minutes before 4 and see that my order was already made. I pay for my order went into my car and like any person tried the fries and to my surprise they weren't made like I had asked for, well done and crispy, they were soggy and cold. Fine okay I'll let that slide I live in Ontario so it's about a 10 minute drive I get home and realize that they forgot to add my ranch I called back and I had informed them that they forgot my ranch and if I could go back to the store and get some ranch the person answer the phone then put me on hold for a few minutes then told me that I would be able to go and pick some up. I get to the store and get close to the counter to get the attention of the cashier yet she ignored me so I had to get back in line and wait longer just so I could get my ranch once I had informed her that I was there for the ranch she turns to her coworkers and says to them in a negative tone "oh he's here for the ranch". She retrieves my ranch and hand it to me with no apology at all not even looking me in the eyes. Definitely the last time I'll be visiting this location If you work in customer service your job is to make the customer happy and I'm definitely not happy. I wish I could leave no stars for bad customer service.

    Tried to place a phone order and was told I have 5 customers ahead of you? Seems like the manager needs to figure out a better ordering system for phone orders. Then was hung up on and called back and got a rude response from the associate saying server was down. Need to work on customer service skills

    Went to eat here and I'm not going to lie it's because they're open late which I love!!!! I have tried many wing places but never this one. I didn't get the wings...I got the chicken strips and they were amazing. My husband got the wings and he said they were great also. The fries? BOMB! The seasoning is sooooo tasty! Another thing peeps...the sauce! I got two sauces with my strips...Lemon Pepper and Original Hot. Loved both of them. I tried both of my husbands...BBQ and Cajun...also really good. Used his for dipping too! One more thing which is always important to me...service! It was great. Friendly employees. This will definitely be my place for wings and fries from now on..thanks for the great grub!
