The ambience here is great. Food is excellent. Great selection of wine & local beer as well. The staff is so knowledgeable & polite. They have an array of seating options including a shaded outdoor patio. This was my second visit & the crowd was diverse on both occasions. I certainly recommend this place.

Great beer choices, delicious appetizers. Spencer, the manager, was awesome! It was our fist time here and we will most definitely be coming back!

Awesome service- our waitress was a pretty brunette with glasses. She was SO helpful with everything from wine selection, beer selection, and food advice. First time here- will definitely be back. Great wine flight options- found a cabernet that I loved(zilaro cab). Service was prompt and super friendly. Great atmosphere. Thanks for giving us a great date night place!

Good food. Nice membership offered too. Gets you some free drinks and a discount on the food. Not an extensive wine list though which is surprising being that they only have wine & beer. One suggestion for the Fish & Chips : it's a pretty small portion for $16. 3 small pieces of fish and a handful of fries. Found out they use halibut so that's why the portion is small due to the cost of halibut. I would switch to Cod - it's cheaper and honestly when it's deep fried the taste is the same anyway. Then you could give a larger portion that warrants that $16 price tag. Otherwise I love the flatbreads and cheese plates and burgers. Good food and friendly staff.

I really liked this place. My husband and I stopped in on our way out to the vineyards for our anniversary, and we were pretty impressed. We both had the beer flights since we knew the rest of our weekend would be filled with plenty of wine. Our server helped us choose which beers to get based on what my husband and I both said we liked. He was spot on! Service was very friendly and efficient. We also enjoyed the food. I particularly liked the Asian Ahi.

This place is awesome! Great beer, great food, amazing service!!! Daniel is the best! My husband and I came out for a date night and will definitely be back. Trinidad, the manager, was very nice and gave some great recommendations. If you are looking for a laid back, welcoming environment definitely come!

Very impressed, and I can be very picky. The Kobe beef burger was cooked perfectly, tasted fabulous. The pear gargonzola salad was excellent. Bacon parmesan fries were delicious. Outdoor seating in the sunshine made for a terrific experience. Would definitely come back.

The fries and cheese plate are great. They have a very good beer selection, but their wine selection needs more work. I had the lobster mac and cheese. Initially I was very excited because these are my two staples, however I was extremely disappointed with the first bite. The flavor of the cheese tasted like as if someone ran it to the dishwasher in order to melt it. Gross. Anyways, the service and overall ambience is great but I don't think I'll be coming back...

Solid spot discovered on a stroll thorough old town. Prices are on the higher side for food and booze, but you get what you pay for. Kitchen turning out some tasty options all presented beautifully. Service was a touch slow but multiple check ins from the manager more than made up for it; no harm no foul since they were busy with a private party so it made sense. A+ service from the hostess though; we popped in early in the night to read the menu and inquired about a table for later in the night. We had intended to head elsewhere for a drink before our meal but she chased us up the block to make sure we knew the kitchen would be closed before we got back. I'm glad she did lest we have missed out on a nice night. Pro tip: order the cheese plate. It's fantastic!

Great atmosphere. Great brews. Bar staff was very friendly & Garrett convinced us to become a member. I didn't have any food but I would definitely go back. The band playing in the bar was absolutely entertaining. I got there kind of early, maybe 9pm on a Saturday and was able to sit right at the bar. I can't wait to go back. My favorites were definitely Garrett, Daniel & Shawn.

Came here on a Friday night for date night. Based on the Yelp reviews we decided to try this place out. We were seated right away and the hostess was pretty friendly. Our waitress seemed very knowledgable about the beers and gave us her input on the ones we were thinking about trying. Luckily they offer free tasters so you're not stuck with a drink you don't like. We shared the Crush burger with the bacon parm fries. Both were very good. Overall, they have good food and a great selection of wines and beers. We're definitely coming back for more.

Holy lord almighty have you been here?! This place is amazing! I read some of the reviews and wonder if these people went to the same place as me or do they even have taste buds, this place my God...it's amazing! We had the Gorgonzola fries and they tasted like white cheddar Cheetos, so yum! I had the wine flight which has local winery tastings and it was so good, my husband had the beer flight again local beers and delicious. I had the Ruben, it was flavorful, crispy bread and comes with a small salad and potato salad...all tasted great...5/5. Husband had the pesto chicken sandwich and again it was amazing, worth every penny, if you want to complain about the food maybe McDonald's is more up your alley...this place is amazing, love that it has wine and beer flights, delicious food and a good environment with friendly staff...will go here again next Time we pick up our wine case next month

First visit since their remodel and I must say that I am impressed. I love the two worlds of wine and beer combining. Although they are still kinda of separate they are together under one roof with an entryway linking them together. You can sit on the beer side which is like a brewery tasting room or on the wine side with the nice circular tasting bar. You can get wine or beer on either side so just pick what side you prefer or whatever has room. The service is nice and very helpful and have knowledge of their products. The wine is all from local wineries, mostly the small ones that do not have their own tasting room. Of course the wine is all delicious. The beer selection is also great with many local beers. They also had food options.

Excellent service, food, and beer selection. Fish and chips with the gorgonzola fries was amazing. Great atmosphere!

My family and I have been coming to this spot for the past year or more. Caitlyn is fantastic bartender/server, very personable and sweet, always has the best suggestions for wine and beer. They have a very wide selection of beer, and a great selection of red wine as well. I would recommend this as a casual hang out spot or dinner experience!

  • Heather W.

Really yummy place!! Great selection of craft beers and of wines. The outdoor area is great for people watching but is very small. Our food was delicious with the exception of the cole slaw. The cole slaw was not good AT ALL. Took one bite and left the rest. All our other food was outstanding though! Would definitely recommend.

Love this place. Perfect atmosphere not only on the weekends, but also to get a glass of wine in the afternoon. Great selection of both beer and wine. The thing that tops it off though is the service, the crush and brew staff are always personable and nice, specifically Caitlin; she is amazing and gives the best recommendations. One of the best spots in Old Town Temecula!

  • Rene C.

We were there a couple of weekends ago. Our experience was marked by the unpleasant fact that our server could not assist us in the least. That is, a platter with Cheese and Sausages. We were told that they could only offer us the Block and Barrel ($26) which had meats but not cheese for 4 people even though it was just 2 of us and add the cheese board ($16) bringing the total to $44 and we hadn't even ordered wine yet! We settled for the Sausage platter and ordered several sides of soft cheeses for $3 each dollop! I suggested that we bathe them in olive oil and was told, rather severely too, that the Chef did not like people to tinker with his presentations and was told it could not be done. I expressed my surprised and ordered the oil nonetheless. To my amazement, we were told we would be charged for the oil. Despite the bad start, we ordered our drinks. As part of our order we were given bread that resembled wonder bread. That is, no texture, crunch or body--awful. The manager came over to apologize for his inability to satisfy our requests and made it cleat the Chef was in charge. I told him, rather forcefully, that the only one in charge of a customer's palate and wallet was the customer and that they should strive to be more accommodating--the Chef's predilections notwithstanding. Bottom line: Management should strive to please and modify their philosophy of "We cater to the Chef" to "We cater to our customers." Kudos to the manager who tried to help us and was patient in hearing our concerns. P.S. Come up with a Cheese and Sausage platter for those who might like both with their wine.

Great conference room with a/v, food & beverage service. Great way to do business!! Loved the cheese plate and flatbreads. I highly recommend C&B for their wines, food, service, and the perfect conference room for a meeting!! Fun!

I gave this place two stars because the server made the best of a bad dining experience. I am not sure why anyone would eat here a second time. Ordered two orders of fries as apps, so I asked if I could sub coleslaw with my burger instead of fries...I couldn't eat another fry at this point. I was told no, the chef won't sub anything. Huh? It's coleslaw. I paid extra for a side which I didn't eat. Pretty sure it came out of a carton. Tasted like my mom's from the 1950s. Ordered two beers that they ran out of. Lunch was average at best. I am not from this area, but the ego at this restaurant is much bigger than the quality and execution of the menu.

Tried the 4 beer tasting flight with the Hanger Double IPA, Horny Devil, Embargo and Big Cog. I'm more of a hef guy but the Hangar IPA and Embargo has changed that with great tasting hand crafted brews.

Nice little place in Old Town Temecula. Atmosphere is great with a beer tasting and wine tasting room on each side. They offer beers and wines from local breweries and wineries. They do have food, but if you're really hungry, I would recommend going elsewhere, as their portions aren't that big. However, the food I had here was good, just didn't fill me up! If you're in the area, give it try!

Very cute place with great food and wine! it was open seating and we were lucky to find one immediately. the waiters came by quickly and took our orders. very polite and professional. ordered the Greek salad which was served differently the lettuce wasn't cut but great presentation and delicious. They also had a live band, it wasn't too loud like other places so we could actually enjoy our dinner and listen to the music as well. =D

This may not sound like a five star review but once you pass my next few sentences it will make sense. We came here because of reviews we had seen. It seems we came right at change of shift which put us in no man's land without a server. We waited for a little bit and then went up to the bar to figure out why we couldn't get any attention. Things improved quickly and dramatically from there. The manager: Trinidad took over and made the rest of our dinner great. I had a wine flight which he picked out for me and ended up loving two of the wines so much I bought the bottles. My beef marsala was very flavorful and despite not liking mushrooms very much enjoyed these. My husband had a great combo of the adult version of a grilled cheese sandwich (guyere, fontina and one more) and tomato bisque soup. Trinidad shared a few more wine samples and brought out a desert (opera cake) that was delicious and perfect night cap. We will return on our next visit into town.

Came here with the boyfriend last weekend as we were in Temecula for a mini vacation. Food was amazing. I got the beef marsala, which was super tasty, and boyfriend got the greek flatbread, which was also very good. Also, I was a big fan of the wine flights for $12. Being from LA, you don't get flights for that cheap, so we were thrilled. The vibe of the place is also very chill, which is what we were going for on our weekend getaway. I will definitely be back the next time I find myself down in Temecula.

Killer beer selection! By far the best beer selection in Old Town. Food is great (their sister restaurant at Leoness Cellars is phenomenal), but the beer and wine selection is superb! On top of the great draught list, their bartenders and servers are the kindest, funnest, and most knowledgable around! Stop by for a great burger, or an amazing flatbread, and don't forget to sample some of the best beers in Southern California. Enjoy!

Came here to catch up with some old friends. They have a decent happy hour. We mostly had wine and the selection is very good. The inside is a mix of country and metropolitan (kind of like the past and future of temecula). The only food we had was the flat bread which was very good. The facilities were very clean and overall I was very impressed by this neighborhood gem. Keep up the good work

Great remodel and expansion of the former Wine Collective. Very understaffed during weekends. What's the point of cutting corners to save a few bucks on wait staff when people could be ordering more often and in turn increasing your profits if you staffed appropriately?

Our new favorite!! My husband and I were hanging around Old Town and ready for lunch. I had another place in mind, but we were right by C&B so we decided to try it. So glad we did! Everything from the service, to the ambiance, to the food was awesome! Our waitress was extremely attentive, and helped me decide what I wanted. She didn't act irritated when I was going back and forth about my order, and instead, made recommendations based on what I liked about each dish. We ordered the Bread and Butter to start, and I would consider it life changing lol. It is artisan breads served with 4 dipping sauces (balsamic, olive oil, pesto, and tomato pesto) + butter. I love pesto and that is the reason I decided on this dish. All the dips were amazing, but I say "life changing" because all this time I thought I loved pesto, and then I tried their sundried tomato pesto...let's just say it's a match made in heaven. Forget about just eating it everyday, I could eat it every meal! I would get some tomato pesto with a side of tomato pesto to dip my tomato pesto in, it was that unbelievably good!! Definitely reason enough to go back :) My husband got one of their specialty burgers, the Brew burger. It is a Kobe beef burger with sautéed onions & mushrooms, and Gorgonzola. I'm not big on red meat, but this burger was melt-in-your mouth juicy goodness! It came with a side of plain fries, which he upgraded to the bacon parmesan. I think we would have been better getting them plain, as they were not what we expected, but still good. Crunchy, crispy fries topped with crumbled bacon and parmesean cheese, how could that be a bad thing?! I ordered the mac n cheese, and it did not disappoint either. It had a crunchy top layer of bacon crumbs, but was a creamy, cheesy richness on the inside. The lunch was around $45, which is a little pricey for every day. But for the quality of food you're served, and the service we received, it is a nice splurge once a week.

Went on a Saturday afternoon. Great promise but food was not very good. Beer was great. Fries were very good. Disappointed with the rest of the food. Ordered two Reuben's and they forgot the sauerkraut on both. Sandwiches were dry and meat, cheese and dressing was in skimpy amounts. Meat lover's flat bread was boring. Hamburger was a bit dry. Server was very nice and tried hard but disappeared for long periods. When asked about the missing sauerkraut she brought us the sauerkraut very late in the meal and said that the reason was that there were only two chefs and they were stretched too thin. I don't understand how they could forget such a key ingredient in both of our sandwiches. A Reuben without sauerkraut is not a Reuben. They did discount bill by 10% which did not cover cost of sandwiches. Next time in Temecula I will try someplace else before returning. I think we could do better.

Went during late afternoon for lunch/wine with group of 6 lady friends. The place was pretty empty due to time of day, we got seated in the special private room, yay! Our server Kaitlyn was amazing and made us feel special, in addition of putting up with our small demands, questions, forever decision making etc. The beer and wine flights were awesome, and seemed worth the price point. The food (we had flatbreads, chicken pesto sandwiches) was absolutely delicious, although overall seemed a little on the pricey side for the portions of what you get. We all did walk out pretty happy, and a little tipsy... would definitely come back again.

My wife and I were celebrating our 5 year anniversary so booked a room at the South Coast Resort this past weekend and headed to Temecula wine country Friday morning. We arrived in Temecula around 11:00 and decided to go to stop by a local Brewery before heading in via Rancho California Road. We parked and walked down the street and couldn't find a brewery open, but did find Crush & Brew so we decided to pop in. Crush & Brew is a local establishment serving only locally brewed beers from So Cal. It was very nicely decorated and has two bar areas both with small patios (maybe 4-5 tables each) overlooking the street. They have daily specials and I was told they have live entertainment every Fri, Sat, and Sun evening Service was very good and the guy running the bar seemed to have a good understanding of the beers and flavor profiles without having to look them up. They had several beer selections and it was hard to choose, being a Stella fan I went with Alesmith Horny Devil and my wife had Iron First Renegade. My wife's beer was okay but my Horny Devil was a perfect Belgian Ale that was delish and at 11% you only need one They did have food and it actually looked very good, but we just had a late breakfast and only needed suds If you are in Old Town Temecula it is a nice place to go and have a beer or two

Amazing service and food. A tad pricey but not for the type of restaurant it is. I live less than 5 miles away & can't believe I've never been here. Will definitely be back!

Delicious food and plenty of beers on tap. Very nice ambiance with live music. It's awesome that they feature wines from the local wineries as well. Make sure to come early so you can get a seat. Highly recommended!

Awesome beer selection and excellent happy hour. We went on Sunday around 4:30 p.m. We did the tasting selection and it was only $5 for four beers (smaller tasting glasses). Very friendly staff. Next time we want to try the wines!

This is the best nightspot in Temecula. Perfectly captures the craft brew movement and small winery culture that is part of this region of the country. If you want to try something new in a comfortable atmosphere and you enjoy people watching, this place is worth it. I recommend the Hawk Watch wines (when they have them) as I think they're making some of the areas best product.

We were in town for the Temecula Wine and Music Festival and consider ourselves fortunate to have found this establishment our last night in town. Our lovely waitress, Christina, helped us make the right choices from a menu with plenty to choose from. She was awesome and so was the wine and food selection she led us to. I would absolutely recommend Crush and Brew to anyone fortunate enough to find themselves in Old Town Temecula! Christina, thank you very much for your outstanding service.

Loved the fact that they had a live band and ambience was good BUT I don't think I'd ever come back. Worst service I've ever had. We had a party of 6 and it was hard looking for a table with the right amount of chairs. When one finally opened up waitress came over and told us that the table was only for 6 and for people ordering. Like duh!!! Wth am I doing here if I ain't gonna order?!?! When finally seated it took forever for someone to acknowledge the fact that we needed menus. We were beer tasting at local breweries so we requested 3 rounds of tasters. She told us they didn't have enough glasses to accommodate our order. Then on top of that she was so impatient about what we wanted as our tasters/samplers she picked them for us. Took forever!!!! When we finally got them 8 out of 12 were the nastiest beers. After they gave us drinks they never came around to check on us again not even bill. And to top it off this place had thee worst smell. It was awful! . . . . . . Anyway, If you're gonna open a business like this hire people with good customer service skills please!!!!!

Really good atmosphere and food. Friendly staff and very good service. The Caesar salad and flatbread were amazing! Local brews and wine from local wineries makes it a nice local spot to visit.

We had an excellent experience. Our server was top notch and knew the menu well. We followed his direction with the wine and food and we were not disappointed. Really enjoyed to Gorgonzola fries and barbecue chicken flatbread.

This place is cool. Good food, good beer and wine selection, good atmosphere. The only thing is the prices are ridiculous for this area. We are not in LA. It was laughable. I had lunch there once with my girlfriend and it was $45. We didn't even drink. That was a hard tab to pick up.

  • Chantelle M.

I absolutely love this place from there great beer list to the wine and all the people that work there very pleasant and fun. The food is pretty good as well. But we go more for a place to chill an have a couple drinks.

  • Janann D.

Great atmosphere! Customer service is excellent. Local beer and wine selection is great, and most of the time the food is, too. However, I was not too impressed with the fish and chips I had last weekend. The fish seemed a little too strong, and was a little too heavily battered for my liking. Creme brulee? To die for!

This place is awesome and if you're looking for a chill place to experience some lesser known wines and good craft beer, go to Crush and Brew without delay. This used to be a place called the Collective, which IMO, seemed to attract the wannabe Newport Beach crowd - over 50 in short skirts, stilettos with matching plastic surgery... okay sorry, I digress. My husband and I have been here a few times now and each time, the place has been filled with a few different parties. Recommendation, if you're on a date and you like that person, take a seat in the comfy couches. The staff is knowledgeable about the wines and beers. Our server gave us complimentary samples of a couple of the wines we weren't sure about. They feature wines mostly from California that are not too commercial and that are very respectable selections and varietals. One of the times we were there, the establishment featured a singer/songwriter night - kind of an open mic night for musicians to test out their songs. Not sure if that's an every week thing but I do know they have live music some nights. We also received 10% off our bill for mentioning and checking in there on Yelp! i hope I don't get them in trouble and I hope they don't take away the discount because I mention this, but the 10% off offer was only posted on a blackboard behind the musicians. The waitstaff honored it no problem. Very nice place to go with a date or a group. Go tonight!

I came with a friend for a quick drink. Haven't tried the food, but I'm liking what I experienced. Local beers with $2 off during happy hour, nice comfortable, but edgy ambiance, and friendly, welcoming staff. Check it out.

Wine, beer and brew First day in Temecula, and my date and I stopped by to get a light lunch. I had a wine flight, all the choices were stellar, and my date had a flight of beer. We shared a chicken pesto sandwich with salad greens, which was just about perfect. Really, really tasty. Was not a huge portion, so if you're kind of hungry I wouldn't recommend sharing. Salad was a tiny bit overdressed. Knowledgeable staff who were helpful in recommending local tasting rooms. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Awful! I loved the decor and ambiance, so I was excited to try it. I have some food allergies, so I asked ahead of time if they could accommodate. They said yes. There were no options other than a plain burger no bun. No biggie, I went with that. They offered a leaf of romaine on place of the bun. Great! They didn't have any club soda or chilled sparkling water, so I settled for a $7 warm pellegrino. When I got my check, they had charged me for the leaf of lettuce. Seriously??? If you want good food or made-to-order food DO NOT GO HERE!

Saturday night after 9p. Hadn't eaten in eight hours. Having a couple beers, so nourishment was essential. Knew going in food was pricey. C n B def capitalizes on this, as customers are a captive audience with few other options in the area at that time. Ordered the $13 Pesto Chicken with Bacon Sandwich. Panini-style preparation. Flavor was good, though I had to hunt to find much in the way of chicken between the bread. Sandwich cut in triangles from a 4" x 4" square. Absolutely uninspired presentation. Served on a white square plate. No garnish at all. Parsley, cilantro sprig, orange slice, something to create color contrast, please. Served with a small dollop of potato salad (from a carton. For $13 boo!) in a white ramekin placed in the center of the plate. Small? Each triangle gone in two bites. Other restaurants use a ramekin this size for condiments such as ketchup or tartar sauce. S/b $8 item, but the $5 goes to the rent. I get it, but at least make it look like you tried. One word: Chint-zzzzy.

Their beer selection is pretty good, and pretty good dark beers. I haven't had wine there yet. The food is really overpriced for what it is. They should use a little bit better ingredients for the prices they're charging. For example, our bread plate had what tastes like store bought sliced bread on it. If they can't bake their own, they should at least buy fresh french loaves to slice up with the tapenade, balsamic, and oil. The same bread also appears on the cheese plate.

EXCEEDED My expectations!!! Fantastic experience from beginning to end!! Ambiance Ambiance!! Super cool looking Bar and seating areas with excellent lighting and modern decor. We were welcomed and seated immediately. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and all the beer and wine selections. We choose to try the Beer Flights. Our waitress took the time to determine our beer palates and made suggestions. EVERY beer selected was suited to my taste. Now for the food!!! WOW!! Everything we tried was fantastic! Fresh and quality made!! Highly recommend the gourmet Fries! We tried the Bacon & Parmesan fries to go with our beer tasting. YUMMMY Go for the Food.. Go for the Beer and Wine tasting and Go for great service and a fun atmosphere. I have ZERO complaints and will be back Soon! My New favorite place in Old Town Temecula!!

Came to old town to grub at public house but they happened to be closed for a staff meeting, so we ended up here. Friendly staff, extensive wine/beer selection was a plus, ordered the Kobe burger, creole fries, and Mac and cheese. Burger was great, creole fries were amazing, Mac and cheese was good however a little too much of a "soupy" consistency for me. Overall great experience, definitely coming back!

Nice concept here. Wine and beer tastings are central to the place though of course you can choose to order the beverages in full sizes. The thing I like about the beer tasting is that you get to pick the beers - so one time I chose 6 from the same brewery and a second visit I chose all of the same type of beer from different brewers. On my second visit we ordered three appetizers to share between three of us: parmesan fries, a salad, and a cheese plate - all three were good. If you have a group of folks this is a great place to go as the guys can pick the brews and the gals can have their wine - everyone stays happy. Have been when it was busy and in a mid afternoon lull. So why not five stars? I get giving patrons a little time to read the menu and make their choices but both times we visited it was longer than I thought it should be before the first server approached us and then it took longer than I thought it should to get the drinks. I could chalk it up to the busyness of the place but each time the bar staff was plentiful and doing busy work rather than attending to the patrons. On one evening visit the entertainment was a singer/guitar player who was pretty good. I will definitely be back and if you have out of town visitors this is a good first stop in Old Town Temecula just realize you might sit there for a few minutes before you get served - otherwise, top notch. One note on outdoor seating - Temecula is Harley-heaven and sometimes when the bikes troll by the car alarms on the street get set off so it can be loud on the porch.

After trying to go during prime time and not wanting to wait 45 minutes we went back for lunch during the week. Awesome local craft brew selection and local wine selection. Service was great and food delicious. The crush burger is the best gourmet style burger I've ever had. I thought Brie sounded good on a burger but I didn't think it would be that amazing. And I don't know what's up with there ketchup but it was awesome. Homemade?

We ended up next door at The Edge & had a great vibe and service. We dropped alot of money that night and sadly Crush N Brew wasn't part of our get together

Went out to Temecula for the weekend with my sisters and some friends to do some wine tasting and another friend of mine who lives out there suggested that we try this place. Loved everything from the moment we walked in. We got seats at the bar right away. I was excited that they had some of the beers on tap that I had tried from some breweries a month before. Garrett was our bartender for the night and he was great! Everyone at that place was very helpful and very friendly. I loved the live music that they had too. We all loved the atmosphere and beer so much that I decided to become a member. The member price was pretty resonable too. I live in LA, but definitely wouldn't mind visiting Temecula more often. I I can't wait to go back! Big thank you to Garrett, Daniel and Shawn who took care of us all night. You guys are all awesome!

I wish I was a beer drinker. They have enormous selection of beers. But I'm not so I ordered a glass of wine. A WORST glass of Syrah I've ever had:( tobacco scent was so strong that I felt like chewing tobacco. And I'm not a smoker. If you are going for wine, go for wine tasting first for $12. So you will not end up stranded with a full grass of bad wine that costs $12. But the server was really nice and he brought me another Syrah which wasn't that good either but far better than the first one. Amazing french fries!! Be aware, it's so addicting!! Lol burgers are good but they are $16+. They have huge screen so it's a good place to come watch the games!

A cool spot in the middle of downtown. The atmosphere is really nice and both sides of the place feel cohesive but the wine side has it's own feel and the beer side has it's own feel. Pretty cool. The wine selection is great, its all local and really good. Beer is where Im at though and I love it here. All southern california micro brews. They have two of my new favorite breweries Iron Fire and Aftershock. They also have Stone, Hanger 24, Iron Fist and are tapping more all the time. 30 taps all local, yes please. I havent personally tried the food but everyone else at the table had good things to say about it. It is a very nice place to be able to spend some time working through the list of whatever you want to drink.

Quiet week day lunch with my husband. Great service. Yummy french fries with house made ketchup. BBQ Chicken Flatbread - delicious. Great crust, large pieces of chicken, very filling. Perfect lunch for two. They also have an interesting wine list that features very small wineries. I did a flight of 5 and enjoyed all of them. My husband had the Hawk Watch Cabernet which he really liked.

The wine samples were amazing several to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful worth the $$ to spend, water is given and you don't have to wait long for service. Best place to start or end your evening check in with Yelp and get your discount.

LOVE this place. My husband and I have only been here once but definitely plan on returning! The wine selection was nice and the food was so delicious! The great location of Old Town adds so much to the ambience too. I would say that it's slightly pricey, but considering all above, it's worth it! I would love to be able to buy gift cards for friends and family, as I highly recommend this place for date night!

    (5)
  • Larayna C.

Hubby and I went here today on our 'date night'. We happened to stop by while we were walking around old town temecula. The beer selection is great. No mass production beers here, so if you're looking for a cheap coors or bud, you won't find it here. Thank goodness! All the beers are handcrafted, local/regional brews. I tried the Black Market Hef made right here in the Temcula valley. It was delicious. The service was fast and super friendly. There were only a few other people, but it was perfect! Quiet, relaxing, and fun! A great place to enjoy a beer on a date :) However, if you have issues with not being the center of attention, peace and quiet, and a relaxing atmosphere you may want to visit a different part of town on a weekday. some people feel 'socially awkward' when they're in a serene environment and we wouldn't want that. If youre like myself and many others then you will love this quiet bar on a weekday and all of their delicious local craft brews.

second time here. i remembered last time that their foods were excellent. i tried their cheese plate and fries. i came here for their local draft beer, particularly the horny devil. they ran out of it last time so i was disappointed but this time they actually had it. you gotta love their beer selections that were all chosen from surrounding breweries. what makes this this crush & brew special is that fact that you can try out varieties of local beers and high quality food at the same place. their salt and pepper french fries were one of the best i've ever had.

Not sure what all the hype is about this place. We arrived starving and that was obviously a horrible idea because these people operate on a super slow time table here. We ordered an appetizer and it came out at almost exactly the same time as our food... Almost an hour after we ordered it. The bread appetizer we ordered came with some really good sauces on the side but not enough so we had to order another sauce and they charged us 3 bucks for a tiny little cup which arrived... Shocker! After we finished the bread and they never offered to take it off our bill. The wines were pretty good but a little pricy. Our friend is a Chardonnay drinker and they didn't have even have any that night we were there. What kind of wine bar doesn't have Chardonnay? The food was ok but for what we paid for the whole experience we were expecting a lot better. Very loud in here too not a nice intimate experience.

I had some friends tell me about this place, so for me to come from Westminster to meet with a few friends, it had to be good. The location is good and the burgers are wonderful! Coming from Texas where our beef is the best I grew up with, I would say Crush and Brew were up to my standards. Now for the service, I believe our waitresses name was EJ and she was absolutely wonderful with us. I am very picky when it comes to ordering food and might look over the menu a few times before making a final decision. She was so patient with us and I do appreciate that as a customer. She also made sure we had everything we need and was comfortable. I would definitely come back!!!

My wife and I stopped in here for the first time last weekend. The decor and overall atmosphere is really nice. If you can get a spot near the street it's a great place to enjoy drinks and people watch. The service was nothing stellar and very slow. Our server seemed stressed and strained to appear pleasant. Drinks were slow, food was slow and I'm sure it had something to do with the fact that every seat in the house was taken. We shared appetizers and a meal which weren't anything special. I ordered a flight of beers which arrived after much delay. Our waitress had to prepare the flight; it was cool but not cold. For the price, the experience here was disappointing. I would certainly try dinner here again on a less crowded night but if the visit were the same it would probably be the last.

Service was good but food was not. If you love cheese, cream and sweet dressing you'll love this place. Bread & butter plate had nice dips but bread was really dry and uninteresting. Greek salad was way too sweet no Mediterranean flavors at all. Overall very disappointing.

I'm giving this 3 stars because I don't want to write my review too negative off one experience but here is my experience on my first time in here. It was this past Thursday and it was 4 of us at like 12:00pm. We had just had some appetizers at another place and we were just hopping around from place to place on an afternoon day date! When we peeked in someone else said it looks a little hoity toity and I said ahh let's just go in and have one drink! So we did...She brought us the food menu and the drink menu. My sister in law ordered as did my brother in law and when she got to me I said I'm fine with my water. She said well every party has to have a pooper. I was completely offended!!! First of all I do NOT drink! I was also the sober driver! And how the heck did she know if I wasn't pregnant or something? It was rude and totally rubbed me the wrong way. We walked out and I honestly feel like I won't go back. Maybe others have had a better experience I just don't like that kinda sarcastic attitude when you don't know me at all!

Only writing a review of their wine and beer tastings. We went really late on a Saturday night. Right before closing actually, and it was so cute inside! I loved it. My friend had a coupon from being a wine member at Leoness so we were able to get 1 tasting and get another for free! The bartender was really helpful in helping us select a nice couple of wines to try and was really patient with us even though we came in right before they closed. Great service.

HIGHLY recommend this place if you enjoy eclectic and artsy places. Great service, deco, atmosphere, boutique wine selection, presentation, live music and could go on and on. The band tonight set such a beautiful tone playing so many of my fav songs Beatles and hand in my pocket. Enjoyed an amazing red wine flight and gold French coffee buttercream raspberry cake that's to die for. I could go on and on what an amazing spot this is!!! Date night and girls night out

Fantastic beverage selection for a fair price, lots of local brewery beers and wines! Entertainment is awesome, live 2 man band playing excellent music. was kind of busy to find a seat in the beginning but something opened up and we have a comfy seat for all 6 of us. All self seating. Will be back for sure. Service is friendly and helped with picking out my wine tasters. =)

What a great new business! Service was sub par but they were understanding that they were learning and gave us 50% off our bill since we were patient! Food was fantastic. I had the Ahi tuna salad which was great and my girlfriend had the chicken panni! Everything had great flavors and had crisp taste! The beer selection is fantastic and I suggest everyone try it out!

Beautiful wine tasting bar. At 10 pm on the weekends, they stop serving food and only serve wine/beer. Their wines are from local wineries and they serve as the tasting winery for those families/ranches and their beers are locally brewed from microbreweries. Live music plays from 8-11 and this evening the dude was pretty bomb. He finished the night with Hey Jude and it was a pretty good rendition. Love this place and the vibe, will definitely be back if I'm ever in Old Town Temecula.

Found this place on Yelp. I called ahead with a party of 15, and the manager gladly accommodated. The food, beer, and service was all spectacular! It's a bit pricey, but good. One word of warning, the lobster Mac spells a lot worse than it tastes. The smell caught me off guard, but it was really good. I will gladly return when I'm in town.

Cool place to chill, nice atmosphere. Decent coffee and decent beer selection. With all the other places in and around town, I would recommend some other spots instead, most reviews suggested against the food so we didn't get anything. But it was relaxing stop in between some other places.

Another great place in Temecula to get great craft beer! They also host live music on Friday and Saturday night. They are not known for their food and we did not order any. Based on their food menu, they offered cheese and meat plates and in general smaller plates of food. I recommend going here for a pint of beer or glass of wine. It is also in a good location in downtown Temecula.

I went here for a mini birthday celebration for my husband. It is definitely more crush than brew. Everything about our experience was average: service, food selection, atmosphere, etc. $8 IPA's and over-priced finger food is not what I was expecting. Not bad, but not good either, just average. We will not be returning unless the menu is revamped. P.S. to management, you don't need to drown the lettuce. Most people who order a salad actually like the taste of lettuce.

Fun atmosphere, though its seat yourself, can kinda be hard to find somewhere to sit. My husband and I split wine and beer tastings, super fun. We split a tiramisu too, which was great. I'll probably go back next time I'm in Temecula.

I came here to celebrate my birthday and my cousin's birthday with some friends last Saturday, we were ready to have a good time....but from the beginning we felt discriminated against! The hostess said the wait for a table would be a while and when we asked if we could wait at the bar she made a face and comments making us feel uncomfortable. She was seriously trying to keep us from staying, and to top things off, a waitress walked by and bumped into my cousin and instead of saying excuse me and we will be right with you she just kept walking like if we were just in her way and made a face at us. Horrible service if you are not over 40 and white not the place to be. We went down the street and had a great time will never visit again and will tell all my friends about my experience.

Good food, good wine, terrible service. I was a "member" at this place when it was still The Collective and loved it. I understand why they had to change format to survive, as Collective was never that busy, but the service has taken a nosedive the busier they've become, and now my trips there are limited. In fact the only reason I go there anymore is because I'm a member of one of the wineries that sells there (and I love that winery - Middle Ridge). During my first trip after it became Crush & Brew, the staff was misinformed about what my member benefits were and tried to charge me for things that should have been free. Unimpressed, I've only been back a few more times but this most recent trip was miserable. My large group tried to order food for our table up at the bar because our server was MIA...to which the guy working the bar (who has helpful) ADMITTED she was MIA and he would have to go find her. Dude, help me first, and then take care of your management issues behind the scenes, OK? When a different server brought our flatbread, we asked if they could just cut it one more time because the pieces were large and we had a large group - the server replied, "No, we can't do that, because our kitchen is too busy. I'll bring you a knife." Yes, that's a good idea, let's bring the people who are sitting here drinking a big sharp knife! Then we had to ask for plates for our food, at which our server was reported by other members of our group who were near the kitchen, as saying, "Ugh...now that table wants plates." I never thought plates and napkins was an unreasonable request before? I will continue to go back to Crush & Brew for our winery pick-ups, but I don't think I'll be making anymore social outings there.

Great place! Awesomest Caesar Salad!!!! Only thing I can say is the portions are not as large as other restaurants serve. The flat breads though, can be shared by two. Great service and ambiance. Definite place to frequent!

Cool place with a fun atmosphere. We went during the week on a rainy day, so it was pretty quiet. My husband got a beer sampler and I got the wine flight. The nice thing was that the server placed them in the best order for tasting so I didn't have to figure it out on my own.

Great, casual, fun place. We were going to just stop in for a drink before dinner and head next door for our meal but ended up staying as the wine and service was too good to leave. We ordered a couple of the " boards" and the portions were large enough that we were full, however I would have preferred a few crackers instead of so much bread and they recently had taken the soup off the menu which would have been a great addition to our meal. We finished off the meal with a red velvet dessert and it was amazing! The wine portions were large and I love, love, love the tree flight! Next time we are back in Temecula this will definitely be stop.

I went to Crush and Brew in Old Town, Temecula, CA. tonight. I had a wine flight of 5 wines from their menu of approximately 30 wines from over 10 Temecula wineries. All wines were excellent! For $12, it is a great value. The food looks good too. I am going to try it also next time.

This place has pretty good food and drinks. The music could be improved, it's not very good on a Saturday night. Music might put you to sleep. Daniel was our waiter and he was awesome! Super attentive and super friendly. Will definitely be coming back!

WARNING gumbo is spicy!! As an Asian person I am used to spicy foods and when the waiter told me it was spicy I gave him my best "yeah sure bud" look... only to be pleasantly surprised! I also go to try the mussels, cheese plate, sliders, and some of the Beef Marsala (which I liked more than my gumbo). Back those menu items up with copious amounts of alcoholic beverages and you have yourself a great experience! A bit on the pricey side and a slight mishap on one of our orders stops this place from getting 5 stars but I would not hesitate to recommend this place for those celebrating an event or just looking for a classy dinner in Old Town Temecula.

Tuesday night in Temecula California. A night for firsts. I took my first "Uber" ride to my first dining experience at Crush and Brew. So happy for these firsts! The $12.00 wine flight at Crush and Brew is a fun way to begin. You get to select your 5 wine choices and then they put them in proper fringing order to sample. For food I went with the recommended Crush Kolby Burger. It was fantastic and the accompanying fries hot, crispy and delicious. The service was outstanding! Great ambiance! All in all, Crush and Brew Kicked Ass and Balls!

Stop here on our way back from M.E.P.S. station in SD to see our son off to the Air Force. We stumbled across here from reviews on yelp. We really couldn't decide what to get so we pretty much ordered almost everything. The oysters were great and very cold! The 3 sausages also a great selection but we only like 2 of the 3 but I ate it anyway. The tacos and skewers also a good choice but we really came for the alcohol. My mother in law had the her 5 selections of wine and I had my 4 beers. They were ok but I ended up with a tequila sunrise and wifey and her mom had bloody marys. That got the job done, we will definitely be back because the service was fantastic! Happy wife happy life.

In Temecula for the weekend. Babes and Dyane were doing the Wicked Wine Run and yours truly had posted up at this crafty local conduit titled, "Crush and Brew". I had a few hours to kill, so lets do this! ... to be continued.

A strong 3.5 star, rounded up. Nicely designed, rustic and woodie with industrial lines. It's upscale comfort food means pricey drinks and food. I got a Brew Burger $17 + $3 for an upgrade to truffle fries. Smallish 5-6 oz burger (Umami size), good quality kobe beef, brioche bun, and measly amount of fries. $20 worth? No...$14 maybe. (3.5 stars) Good place to have a drink and hang while watching/listening to Live music. The band playing covers were great. Very small dance floor, not enough room for me to get my groove on. Nice and professional service.

I've been to this place a couple times now and have not been disappointed. They have great wines and they do all the hard work for you. They have the pairings for beer and wine in the menu so if you have a hard time with decisions like me, it's perfect! I had their pear salad last time with a delicious Pinot Noir. It was a great lunch! The service has been great as well and it's an awesome local choice if you're out and about.

Crush & Brew has a cool ambiance inside a lovely building that compliments the Old Town old-timey theme. There's plenty of seating inside (two different bars for beer and wine, though you can order what you like at either) and outside along the patio, where you can watch foot and car traffic pass by. The service was great when I came here during Happy Hour/dinner. The bartender who served me was really nice, knowledgeable with all the brews I asked about, and incredibly good at convincing me to try out the most expensive items on the food menu at the time. It was fine, because the Pesto Flatbread (with added chicken) as well as the Opera Cake (beautifully prepared) were delicious. I really liked my first experience here and went back for a pint recently. They've added burgers and fries since my dining visit, so I'll have to come back and try those with another beer or wine flight!

We were there on Sat 4/18/15... Great place... Love the Beer flights; Great selection of beer... The Meat Lovers Flatbread was so good!!! But it doesn't come w/o faults.. There's only 2 single stall, unisex bathrooms.. Ridiculous!! Then after we were asked if we wanted the heaters & said no, another guy came by & turned them on full blast w/o asking if we wanted them on.. Felt like we're on the sun!!!

Crush and Brew rocks! We stuck to beer this visit but did have a pear-Gorgonzola-chicken flatbread. My wife and I shared it and it was the prefect size for an appetizer for the two of us. It was also really, really good! We will definitely stop back into Crush and Brew the next time we are in Temecula.

Food was great, and Daniel was the sweetest!! He was super funny and helped us pick the perfect bottle of wine to suit 4 separate pallets. Gluten free flatbread was fabulous and the curry fries are to die for!

Food: Crush Sliders 4 out 5 Service: 2 out 5 Beer: Horny Devil 5 out of 5 Bartender: 1 out of 5 The location is prime for an old town location. However service is sub par. I walked in and was not greeted or told to sit where ever I liked. So I walked over to the bar area and sat down at a table. I was not acknowledged or offered anything for over 10 minutes. As a side note, I was on my lunch break so it was not like I had an unlimited amount of time. Eventually a spot at the bar opened up. I waited an additional 5 minutes for the bartender to clean up the area so I could come over. Again I still haven't been acknowledged. I'm getting tired of waiting at this point, not to mention running out of time, so I walk over to the bar and sit down with empty glasses and food crumbs from the customers before. I sat there for a good 5-10 minutes before the bartender even said hello to me. After about 3 minutes he finally asks, "Can I get you something?" Sarcastic remark would have been, No I just came in for the ignorance. However I said yes please can I get a Horny Devil. After I finally got my drink he walked away. Again I was on my lunch break and by now I had 20 minutes left. Eventually he returns and asks if I'm hungry. I say yes. He then asks what I would like, I say, "I'm not sure I'm not drastically hungry, plus I have a limited amount of time. Any suggestions?" The bartender offers me the fish n chips. Now I'm not saying they have bad fish n chips, but the lack of appeal and recommendation almost insulted me. One would think they would try and sell me their signature appetizer, salad, entree, flatbread something. Anyways I decline on the fish and ask about the sliders they have. Three options all which seem appetizing in their own way. Again I ask the bartender, "Which one of the 3 do you suggest?" He answer with the first choice, the Crush Sliders. He tells me he's not a fan of mushrooms. I thought alright an honest opinion, cool, I'm getting somewhere now with this guy. So I proceed and order the sliders. Wait time was pretty decent. Not too bad. Plus the surrounding customers were friendly enough to start up a conversation. So the atmosphere was apparently great enough for people to come in and speak amongst themselves. Now, these sliders were made with Kobe beef and I ordered them medium rare. Once I got my sliders they were presented to me by an expo and they were clean and displayed on a wooden board they most likely bake their flatbreads on. I thought it was a pretty unique idea. If I could rate the sliders on their own, I'd give them a 4 out of 5 stars. No complaints on the mini burger bites, but I'm not going to be waking up in the middle of the night craving these sliders. *Side note, the bartender did not ask how I liked the burgers once. However, a couple of young ladies that worked there as either expos, runners, or bar-backs did take the time to make sure everything was ok with my meal and to mention that next time if I liked spice to try their curry burgers. So kudos to those ladies for doing their job and actually demonstrating some customer service when they got a few seconds. After my meal, I finished what was left of my beer and asked for the check. Took him 3 times to understand I was ready to go. Once I paid I left and once again I got no acknowledgement from anyone of the staff members after that. It was as if a sign went on over my head saying, leaving now ignore. Needless to say I'll come back to give a second opportunity, but i wouldn't go out of my way to come back.

So my girlfriend and I stopped in for lunch on our way to San Diego and thoroughly loved this wine lounge. We ordered the cheese platter & the truffles fries (I got the fries because she doesn't eat junk food ) and she had the classic martini while I got a draft beer. We ended up staying longer than planned because we got relaxed and comfortable in the oversized sofa. The server was sweet and attentive but not overbearing. We liked the sophisticated yet relaxed ambiance and their awesome drinks. We are glad we found this place because now we have a reason to make a pit stop for delicious drinks and grub.

Walked by this cute little place and decided to stop in! The decor is really awesome and the ambience is great! They had a lot of good beers on tap, Horny Devil from Alesmith, Green Flash IPA just to name a few. We ordered the mac and cheese and the Greek salad. The Mac and cheese was delicious! Super rich and creamy. The Greek salad was huge! And really filling, I only ate about half and was stuffed! Our server was really sweet. Everyone in our party really enjoyed there drinks and food. We will definitely be back!

OMG this was just a must when I saw the menu. The service was outstanding, Daniel was super helpful, friendly, and just fun to chat with. We got the tomato soup, grilled cheese, lobster mac and cheese, and the blackberry cobbler. Perfect rainy day food and it was pouring out! We had wanted to lobster bisque but since they were out, we got the tomato and we were not disappointed. Everything tasted amazing. We even made our own "lobster bisque" by mixing the tomato soup with the huge chunks of lobster from the pasta. I would come back to Temecula just to eat here.

After reading yelp reviews and getting a recommendation from a local, we decided to eat at this restaurant. We were excited for the food and experience, but were extremely disappointed. The drinks and cheese plate were wonderful, but the rest of the food and service were sub par. We had two different burgers which were flavorless, the chop salad which was not "chopped" and a chicken sandwich which was dry. We were also told that we could not leave the cheese off a different chicken sandwich because it was already pre-made in the morning. The quality of food and service for a $17 burger was unacceptable. After sharing our thoughts with the manager, he was apologetic and did what he could to make our experience better. I will not go back for the food, but if you want cheese and drinks it would be a nice pre-dinner spot.

Stopped by Crush & Brew with a friend the other day on his recommendation, and was glad I did! Great selection of beer, their tasting flight is awesome. Service was fast and friendly. Got the fish tacos as an app and they were awesome, seemed like they came out right after we ordered. My pesto chicken took awhile but it too was great. Friend got the crush burger and it looked freakin' good! Both were good size portions. Planning to return for sure.

I really enjoyed the lobster bisque. Creamy goodness! There were also burgers and flights ordered at our table. Everybody appreciated their meal. Can't say anything really stood out - oh wait!! A $22 hamburger that was way overpriced! Nothing special, just average tasting. It was a bit loud inside the restaurant and there wasn't parking close to the place. Difficultly for handicap persons.

Pretty cool place located in old town Temecula. Much cooler than the Temecula beer and wine garden and located right down the street. The bar staff is pretty dang slick and have a good vibe to them (friendly and hip). I haven't eaten here but have had a couple of drinks and I must say, they have a pretty good selection of craft beers on draft. Can't complain about that. On Friday night, there was a live band playing music and the place was pretty packed with quite the mixed crowd. This is one of the better drinking holes in Temecula. Pros- Location Service Craft brews Feel Mixed crowd Cons- Outdoor seating Small Crowded Loud

Dropped by to enjoy flights of craft beer and a cheese platter before the long drive back to LA. Server Lisa expertly suggested different beers to sample based on our likes and none of them disappointed! The cheese platter was great also. Definitely coming back next time we're in the area.

During our first few minutes here, my group did not get a great first impression. My group of five was seated at a small, high bar table that barely seats four people comfortably. While we were looking through the menu, another waitress walked by our table and gave us a puzzled look and asked if we wanted to move to another table. We quickly said yes and thanked her for noticing. After we changed tables, we felt as if we were in a different restaurant. We had plenty of space and felt much more comfortable. I ordered a chicken salad and it was pretty good. It was a large portion, probably better for two people to share as an appetizer. The guys in my group ordered the Kobe burgers. According to them, it was delicious. The burgers came with fries and they were really good. They had a sweet taste to them and it tasted as if they added sugar to them. The prices were on the higher side. The food was good, but not worth the cost.

This is our go to date spot. We love the atmosphere, the beer, wine and cocktail selection as well as the ambiance. Try the Maid with fresh cucumber or the Moscow Mule with freshly juiced ginger! As for the menu, it's a solid selection of our favorites including Daragh's Caesar, the Crush Burger, and the Beef Marsala. The music is good, the lighting is comfortable, and the service is always solid. Daniel makes sure to take good care of us, as do all the other familiar faces.

We love this place. We are members of their beer and wine club. It's like pre paying for your drinks at a discount. Food is simple but great. Share the slam burger. It's a breakfast burger that eats like a dinner. Daniel is the best bartender alive. Very attentive and offers suggestions. We try and sit where he is working so we can interact with him.

My husband and I stopped in here yesterday for lunch. Amazing food. I ordered their Crush Burger and it did not disappoint. I swapped the canadain bacon for regular bacon but the other toppings were on point. The fries were unmatched, I don't think I've had anything that delicious in a long time and their ketchup was homemade, you could totally tell. My husband had the fish tacos and again those were delicious. Fresh toppings/ingredients on top which made it even better. This place is a little bit more expensive than your average restaurant for these type of items but totally worth it. Place had awesome decor as well.

I've waited hours for this. This place is naturally awesome, but the server that served my girlfriend and me the last time really took it to the next level. Daniel was as welcoming as could be, and made beer suggestions that weren't just product pushes, but actual SUGGESTIONS! Imagine that!!! He based them off of OUR palate! It's refreshing to have a waiter cater to your taste and not just push what is about to kick. Daniel really made our experience worth it all. Highly recommend asking for this server!!! 5 stars for him!

Dropped in for dinner after walking out of a different restaurant. Immediately had a good vibe. Our server was energetic and friendly. Cold beers followed quickly. We ordered and even tho it was packed (Saturday night), our food arrived in a timely manner. Our server was very attentive and continually asked how we're doing and refilled water promptly when asked! Overall a great experience. We will go back!

Fun hipster place in Old Town Temecula where you can enjoy good food and decent drinks in a cool environment. Food: above average. Curry burger didn't have much of a curry flavor but was delicious. Have had better lobster mac and cheese but the serving of lobster was reasonably generous. Cocktails and (wheat) beers were okay. Ambiance: fun and hipster. Huge TVs (including a projector screen) everywhere playing the latest and greatest football game. Service: no complaints. Was accidentally double-charged which they fixed right away (which I also confirmed by checking my bank account). Food: 3 stars Ambiance: 5 stars Service: 4 stars

This place was decent. They have a great selection of beers and the wait wasn't bad at all. I got the Brew Burger and it just wasn't as flavorful as I thought it would be. The fries weren't too bad but i definitely like a bit more done. I don't think I've ever been to a place that just didn't serve ranch. I do like it with my fries and burger. When I asked for some the server kind of laughed and said the owner didn't believe in it. Maybe I'm crazy but I do kind expect to be "spoiled" when I go to a restaurant. She gave us a few side dips she recommended but I just wasn't impressed. We also had the lobster mac and cheese. Everything was great about it... except it was fishy. They definitely didn't use fresh lobster to make it and that was actually really disappointing. Their flatbreads were pretty decent though. I could definitely try a few of them. I had the Italian Sausage one and it wasn't too bad. Not a very big dish though. I don't think I'll be coming back here. It is very pricey and it just didn't stand out for me like I hoped it would.... and please... get ranch!

Great place to have a beer or glass of wine and enjoy the city views from the patio. Food is quite good here and we have not yet been disappointed but the only reason for 4 stars is that the music is loud you almost have to sit on patio to have a conversation. We have a asked a few times over recent Visits to turn it down a notch but it never works

Daniel is fckin' dope! The best service! My husband ordered the Beef Marsala, there wasn't anything in particular that was wrong with it, my husband just didn't like it. Daniel was so polite when we sent the food back and helped us find something else! Crush & Brew is great!

This was my first stop in old town. I loved the arrangement of the wine tasting, it was setup uniquely and loved the setup. The cheese and bread platter was great. There was a good variety of cheeses. There was not enough bread, so we did ask for more but there was $3 charge. We had so much cheese left so we still ended up getting it. Between the five of us got a couple of entres; 1. Lobster Mac & Cheese 2. Pesto Chicken Sandwich. 3) A chicken pasta dish 4. Bison burger The Lobster Mac and Cheese was alright but the flavor of the lobster was a bit much with the cheese used, so I was not able to enjoy it fully. The pesto chicken sandwich my friend ordered, was super bland. I cannot say anything about the pasta or burger as I did not sample them, but my friend said her bison burger was tasty. This is a great stop for drinks and light snacks; I'd definitely come back for the wine and cheese.

We were looking for place to have a nice lunch prior to heading toward the wineries to celebrate my Daughter's Birthday. There were a couple of restaurants in Old Town Temecula that we have not yet tried. One of the newer places is this restaurant. We found street parking away from the main strip and walked a couple of blocks. We were seated right away. The host and servers were friendly. Even the bartender thanked us for dining with them, as we were leaving. The ambiance is pretty casual with some big screen TVs on sports channels. We ordered the Bacon Parmesan Fries, Three Cheeses Flatbread, Burger with Fries and a Reuben. The Bacon Parmesan fries were out of this World! Sooo yummy! The ketchup seemed like it was homemade. There was a hint of apple flavor in their ketchup. In the Reuben, the corn beef and sauerkraut was sandwiched in two big slices of foccacia bread that came with a tossed salad and potato salad. I never had a Reuben sandwich made like this before. The foccacia bread definitely made the Reuben sandwich special. It was a lot lighter in flavor. The potato salad was flavorful and full of spices. The food that we ordered was delicious! We will be back for more!

After 25 years in Temecula there isn't a restaurant that I haven't tried, and it seems their viability has really come down to their service. While it took me a little bit to get over to Crush & Brew I am so glad I did. The atmosphere is relaxing, the food authentic, and the service bar none. Not to mention frequent live music that just catalyzes the overall enjoyable ambience of the entire place. I have had the pleasure of being served by a few of the staff there, and I rarely recommend staff, but Arielle has routinely offered exemplary service. Coming from the restaurant industry, my family holds a pretty high standard and Arielle exceeds this without question. I would definitely recommend asking for her section if your privy to excellent customer service, a satisfying meal, and a great night out!

This is a nice spot to end the day after tasting too many wines. Daniel the bartender will take care of you. I wasn't sure whether I should go with sliders or spring rolls with my beer. Daniel suggested the spring rolls and he was right! The man is a food pairing genius! They also have a great happy hour with a good beer selection, for a change of pace from wine, and some nice appetizers.

Came here for late afternoon lunch with my girlfriends family. Party of 7. We were quickly noticed and told that we could seat ourselves. The tables are all 4 tops but we were told that we could put them together to accommodate our party. Hostess was very friendly and our server was equally as friendly. Tall guy. Short, salt and pepper hair. Very courteous and knowledgeable of the menu and made great recommendations. We started with the bread and butter plate and the cheese platter. Bread and butter plate had 4 little ramekins with pesto, a very fine olive oil, balsamic, and what I assumed was a roasted red pepper tapenade. All delicious. The bread was a mix of sliced artisan bread and this delicious olive bread. Also had butter sprinkled with some chive. Since we were a larger party, we needed to get more bread which was brought out warm and prepared in the same fashion as the original order was. Nice. Our entrees were all over, we ordered the sausage platter, the brew burger, Caesar flatbread with chicken, the Marsala, and the Greek flatbread. Everything was prepared perfectly and everything was excellent. I mean really, really good. Sad to say that I live in New Jersey and will most likely not be here again. But if I ever find myself in Temecula, I will look no further for somewhere to eat. Crush & Brew is better than good.

Cute set up with beer bar on one side and wine bar on the other. We started with a flight on the beer side. There was a good looking crowd in the 20s and 30s and laughter and talking. Then I switched to the wine side for a flight and it was emptier with some older looking frumpier folks. We laughed that maybe beer people were cooler than wine people! Ha! But I am a wine person, sooo....I dunno. I was disappointed in the beer side since I don't know my beers well, I really like suggestions and info. When I stated that I don't like a lot of bitterness or hoppiness in my beer, my advice was, "stay away from IPAs." That was it. Okay. I kinda knew THAT already. I thought I would get questions and suggestions. Okay, So I picked my own non-IPA beer flight all on my own like a big girl and got a flight of bitter beer that took a lot of strength to finish. I did really enjoy the Heffenwiezen. But, I already know that I like Heffs, so that was safe choice. Food prices were on the high side. We had already eaten so I thought maybe I would get a small snacky, but nothing looked small. The bread plate was $12. Really? It advertised several different types of breads and spreads. So I thought, maybe it's a really big bread plate. But I saw a group of people order it, and it wasn't big and there was only one type of bread, 8 slices to be exact. Bread plate at Ponte Winery is only 5 bucks and just as pretty and lovely with different spreads and breads! The cured meat plate is $22 served for two. What if I was alone? What if my friend didn't want cured meat? Why not serve a single size for cheaper? So, no munchies for us. Moving on the wine side of the bar, the wine servers were a lot friendlier and more helpful. I am more familiar in wine territory, so I didn't need any help knowing what I like or don't like, but its still nice to discuss the wines and what we think about them and they were amiable and chatty in wine talk. They serve the wine flights in these awesome towers to save space on the table. Very cool. So, I don't see myself rushing to come back anytime soon as there are other places in town I can get a wine flight or small plates, but maybe I will try again.

I am visiting from DC to see my brother and he took me to Crush & Brew...one of his favorite places. It was relatively lively for a Tuesday night. Will be back when I visit again.

We liked this place because it was a great location. Food was good and so were the drinks. They can get busy. I like the outdoor seating. They don't have energy drinks though, so they couldn't make the drinks that our table wanted (Jaeger Bombs), which made us leave to hit up another bar down the street.

They've always had a good selection of beers and wine but I love the added cocktails particullary the Penicillin and New Maid; plus the male bartenders are always friendly and offer quick service. The wine flights are a fun way to try a nice selection, and if you like a sweeter white try the Speranza Hopeful Harvest, sweet honey finish that goes amazingly with their cheese plate which is a huge steal...order it you will not be dissapointed! As for the food the main man and I stopped in for lunch on a Sunday and we both were pleasently surprised at the quality of the food. I had mussels and he had the mac and cheese. Both were pretty outstanding and hands down best mac and cheese in Temecula! Minus a star for one waitress who works most weekend evenings and seriously seems to think she's the life of the party, serving everyone in a group and then walking away not serving those in the group who don't fall all over her. In one instance asking my friend sitting right next to me to get her another glass of wine and turning and walking away while my glass was clearly empty too. Seriously? Your working...and I'm not there to pet your ego, maybe this is the problem as neither my boyfriend or I feel the need to fawn over her. So odd since I consistently have great service from everyone else and tip well in appreciation of it too.

If I had to recommend one place to eat or drink at in Old Town this would be the place I would recommend. They have a great local beer and wine list, a friendly staff, and a phenomenal cheese plate at a great value. Crush and Brew is also right in the middle of Old Town with many little shops around it. This is my go-to place in Old Town.

Brought my wife and her friend from Portland, OR here on a Friday for lunch. No wait. Seated quickly and served our drink quickly. The ladies had wine and I had a local craft beer. Ordered the lobster mac n cheese. Very rich. Only ate about half of it and had to take the rest home. Reheated well. Ladies were happy with their orders. Service was great and a nice setting inside. Will come back again.

I wish we had this place here in Rancho Mirage/Palm Desert. The place is modern and rustic making you feel instantly-cool when you pass through the door. We were seated at a table for four with a GREAT view of the 102 inch HD projected TV they have on the back wall. My Yanks were getting worked so the food and drink had to rescue me. There are also other TV's so sports watching is welcomed. Trinidad was our server because our assigned server was caught up with other tables. I am glad he was busy. Trinidad was the epitome of what a server should be. He was informed, attentive, interested and concerned. I had a an IPA to start. My in-law had a Stout while the ladies ordered wine. They currently are awaiting their full liquor license since they only have beer & wine. We perused the menu and ordered a plethora of dishes to share. (Trinidad helped) We sampled the Three Cheese Flatbread, the Lobster Mac & Cheese, the Fish & Chips and a Ham/Sausage/Cheese/Bread platter. All except the Flatbread earned high marks but the platter was our favorite. They also offer flights of local craft brewers and boutique wineries. This place is very cool and you should not hesitate in giving this place a try. We will be back when another trip to Temecula arises.

I love this place! The food, service, and beer are always consistent. I would love to see them feature an even bigger beer selection because I love their flights. Nice healthy pours delivered fresh and cold. I recommend the flat breads, burgers, and gorgonzola fries. My only wish is that this place would find a way to have a larger bathroom. Always a line on a weekend night. Go there!

Spent a relaxing Sunday with my life long Crush! The Greek flat bread w/chicken and the cheese plate was awesome! Our server Jocelyn and the entire staff was super friendly and tentative! Great location just all out fun day! Glenn

Crush and brew is a really fun place to go. It's a really nice and big place with a lot of seating, but it gets super crowded on weekends! Last night, I tried both the beer and wine flight and I thoroughly enjoyed both, I mean how could you not? Our waitress was really awesome and helpful! That's one of the things I really like about C&B! Their service is always great and the workers are always really friendly even when they're swamped with work. The beer flight we got was $8 for 4 pretty generous tastes and the wine flight was $12 for 5 tastes. Overall I think the price is reasonable for what you get! I definitely want to come back and try their food next time!

Good food, good beer, and friendly service. Food portion is small and on the pricey side but you are paying for quality, not for quantity.

It one of those we want to be like a special hamburger place. Its in the hip old town area so its made up hip inside, modern. I would eat here again but its not a wow. Food good Service good Prices good

Great local beer and wine. Beef Marsala and the Kobe Burgers are great! The staff is friendly and helpful and offer great suggestions. The flatbreads are really good with quality toppings and the fish and chips are beer battered with local beer and are crisp and fresh, not fishy.

Just when I thought this place could not get any better, they go and install a hood for a grill in their kitchen along with all the fixings. The results? An update to their menu and some outstanding food. Their expanded menu now includes two type of burgers (both wonderful), a smoked salmon pasta, a beef marsala pasta, some mac and cheese, fish and chips and 4 different flavors of fries! The fry choices are Cajun, Salt and Pepper, Parmesan and Bacon and finally a Gorgonzola. All of them are wonderful. They still offer most of their previous menu items. Of course, what I have listed is simply a sampling. The beer continues to rotate on a fairly regular basis with local breweries establishing a solid presence; basically it is all Southern California beers. Finally, they installed a projector of sorts. This translates into watching a Chargers game basically on the side of a wall. It is pretty neat!

I came here last Saturday night with 4 other girls after a long warm afternoon of wine tasting. We really enjoyed the drinks (wines and stout), food and service here! However, I think the wait time estimates are a bit screwy. Before heading over, we called the restaurant to find out a wait time. We were told 35 minutes. Alright, not bad! So we Uber'd on over in less than 5 minutes. When we arrived, we put our names down and were told it would take 1 hour-1.5 hours. Interesting...! They must have been slammed in the past 10-15 minutes. We decided to wait a few minutes -- saw a different hostess at the front and asked about *her* estimate. She said 20 minutes. Whaaaat? I'm glad we stuck around. It's a fun spot with great food drink and I loved live alternative rock music (when we were there). Our group ordered three wine flights and a stout. The wine flights are displayed on a really creative tower! This was helpful since we were sharing one small barstool table. As for food, we ordered the gumbo, brew burgers with truffle fries and oysters. I personally had the brew burger and truffle fries...they were bomb. I'll be back again. Just be wary of wait times. It could be anywhere from 20 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on who you talk to. Luckily we didn't wait more than 30 (estimated), and it was totally worth it.

The cheese platter is delicious. Great beer selection. However everything took so long. I went in on a Friday night and it was slow. It took about 15 minutes before I had someone come up and help me. By the time we ordered, it took another 20 minutes to get our beer. Great food, too long

We came here on Christmas Eve, after ice skating at Old Town hall. My husband suggested we came here just for the name. My father-in-law and my husband had some of their beers, I have no idea what they were because i didn't have anything to drink besides water. I wanted an arnold palmer but they didn't have any lemonade, so I just stuck with water. It was quiet because it was just us and another table, but more people came in as we were leaving. My husband ordered the crush burger, my father-in-law got the brew burger and i went with the mac and cheese. However, these weren't just any burgers and mac and cheese. The burgers are made with kobe beef, perfectly cooked too! I had a bite of my husband's burger and it was phenomenal. My mac and cheese had gruyere, fontina, and parmesan cheese in it. I shared that with my daughter, she loved it. There isn't a kid's menu but tons of high chairs for the little ones. Also, she ate the fries from her father's plate anyway. I really liked this place, I'll have to give dessert a try some time.

This place is awesome! Beer (wine) to pair with your food. Beer was amazing, their dark and heavy beers are new favorites of mine. The bacon Parm. Fries are addicting! Friendly staff and very fast (especially for a Saturday).

My first time dinning here with my Dad and it was amazing! This was my first visit to the area and what have I been missing! The mussels and fish and chips were out of this world!! I ran into some friends I hadn't seen in awhile so it was a win win day! I will be returning to this little gem of a place this weekend as I understand there will be a car show this coming weekend and since you can dine outside and watch it's the perfect setting.

Impressive. Amazing ambiance and great service. The bartender let me sample multiple beers before choosing one and was polite the whole time. They had live music on a Saturday which added to the atmosphere. Not too pricey for drinks, but unfortunately I didn't get to try their food because my girlfriend and I stopped here after dinner. I will be back to try the eats!

Came in last Saturday after a long drive down to Temecula. Really enjoyed the service and the beer flights. Sliders were ok and the wife enjoyed her sandwich. Very contemporary. The only drawback was it was a bit pricey for the offering. 2 beers an appetizer and 1 entree and we were in for $57. Considering it was lunchtime on a weekend I would figure prices to be a bit more reasonable. Perhaps you are paying for the touristy stuff in town.

After reading several reviews and walking past this place on two separate occasions we decided to stop in. Rule #1 order the French Fries!!! if you only order Beer and Fries its well worth the trip lol. The beer selection was above average (we love trying craft beers from local brewers and this place had some good ones). After getting our Beer and Fries we ordered the Grilled Ruben and it was awesome. Different but awesome. I will repeat the order the next time I am down this way.

  • Danielle A.

Very disappointed in this place. The only reason it's getting a 2 and not a 1 is because their beer is decent. I ordered the house side salad and the lobster mac and cheese. The side salad was just leafy greens with a few pieces of shredded carrots, my friend and I both asked for ranch dressing for our salads yet they still put the sweet and sour sauce on as the dressing and sides of ranch so we ended up mixing it and it tasted like a slaw. I had 2 bites and was done. When the lobster mac and cheese came out my friends and I all looked at each other because we couldn't figure out what the horrendous smell was. The smell turned out to be the Mac and cheese. It must have been a combination of all the cheese they use and the lobster. I tried ignoring it and tried eating the food but same thing a few bites and I was done. My friend got the Mac and cheese and she thought that it was too runny and my other friend got the salmon pasta and she wasn't a fan of that either. To top it off service was slow and I'm pretty sure our waitress never came to check on us. I won't return here next time I'm in Temecula.

First time in old town and tried this based on reviews. Excellent food, service and beer. They were not busy on a Tuesday night so conditions were perfect. Loved the innovative spin on simple standards. Shared the ceasar salad and chicken pesto sandwich. Both were interesting, fresh and filling. Good value and comfortable room. Staff was gracious and professional. This will be my goto place in old town.

$14 for fish tacos... If you have the nerve to charge $14 for fish tacos, they better rock The fish was served at room temp. not hot at all. You would think that would be the worst part.. There was no flavor at all. No Pico de Gallo, or white sauce. The Bartender is great, but the cook and recipes need alot of work, or take that off the menu.

  • Carren R.

We stopped in here while bar hopping in Temecula. We sat at the bar which didn't appear to be cleaned but the bartender waited on us pretty quickly. We ordered drinks and Gorgonzola fries which were good. The atmosphere was ok but nothing exciting. The drinks were averaged price for the area.

  • Dolly M.

The girls at the door literally flirted for 7mins, before excusing the men they were laughing and giggling with. After we were told it was a 45 min wait at 7pm. There were hardly any people inside. Old town Temecula will never have my business nor will I recommend to anyone I know to go and visit.thumbs down. All the way around.

I am giving crush and brew four stars and not give because it was so loud we couldn't even talk the whole dinner. The waitress had to get super close to your face or turn her eye so she could hear us. Almost gave them three stars because I waited almost 15 minutes for the restroom because it was coed and the place wasn't even that crowded for a Friday night lots of tables open. But the food was delicious!

Fun find! We enjoyed sitting out front on a sunny afternoon; nicely located, and offers a prime spot for people-watching. Our server was so nice and comfortably attentive (thanks, Olivia!). The Bacon Parmesan Fries were tasty -- especially the bacon pieces. The Macaroni and Cheese was rich, creamy, and satisfying. The Chicken Pesto Panini was very tasty. Look forward to returning, especially to hear and experience the live entertainment.

Great drink and food options here. The fries are always perfectly cooked and the panini and sausage platters are great light options. Great people watching too in Old Town Temecula. Check out their store here for unique wine and beer decorations.

This is a great place to pop in and relax with a drink and grab a bite to eat. I've always had good food experiences here with the exception of the lobster bisque. I would def stay away from the bisque as it was rather unpleasantly fishy (even for a seafood soup). That aside the staff is always great, everything else on the menu is very tasty and its across from my fav ice cream shop so how nice is that!

This place was recommended to us by people we met wine tasting at Leoness winery. They loved the food and especially the wine pairing. The chef at Leoness designed the menu here and Leoness wines are featured here. The interior was a mix of industrial (exposed pipes) and modern, with a very open feeling and warm of wood to meet the cold of steel. We were duly impressed by the vertical staircase display of the wine flight - just a wonderful presentstion. The staff was very helpful when it came to making recommendations for my beer flight tasting. We started with the Meat lovers flatbread - Canadian bacon mostly but oozing with fontina cheese with a whisp of gruyere. On to the main course: The Lobster Mac and cheese was like an endless sea of pasta swimming with oh so many chunks of lobster as far as the eye can see. Honestly, there was a great deal of lobster and it was a large bowl of food enough for 2. Very tasting and piping hot. The Kobe burger was awesome, thick, juicy and charbroiled and still awesome. However, the Carmelized onions overpowered it taking away some of the taste. The fries weren't double extra crunchy but a good 1.5x crunchier than normal fries. Homemade ketchup, yes please !!! It was true, it had texture and was a little bland, but real. Overall, great food and experience.

Crush and brew is my absolute favorite restaurant in town. Great selection of local beer and wine. Good food, and live music on the weekends. I highly recommend the cheese board appetizer. It comes with a great selection of local cheese, fruit, and local temecula honey. Also, we have reserved the private dining room for large family dinners, and it is great, especially if you happen to have small children with you.

  • Chad L.

The atmosphere is nice, kind of hipster meets wine cellar There's two bars and couches to relax and enjoy your cocktails. I enjoyed myself here, my only gripe was the service. A nearly empty bar but the server / bartender never came to check on us. We finished our one drink and had to request our "check please" Still, the large selection of beers and the ambience will bring me back.

We were here on a Friday afternoon and sat at the bar. Unfortunately the place smelled like a combination of disinfectant and urine, not overwhelming, but strong enough. As for the menu, the food is overpriced and pretentious. The least expensive hamburger was $17. The rest of the menu is equally pricey. Hey, this is Temecula not Beverly Hills. We'll never go back. I will say that the staff was friendly, but it took far too long just to get a beer.

Fuck this place.... 16 $ for an appetizer. Over priced for the food quality. Cocktail was poorly made. Slow service. Go to karl strauss .

3 stars because I know they have great beer....walked in to sit at a table only to be told the tables were host seated but it never got sat as there was not a wait.....we sat at the bar and no bartender so we left and when leaving the host said "thank you"...for what??? She just told us not to sit at a table and knew we hadn't had any service at all.

  • Sloan L.

Awesome service; extremely friendly. Great atmosphere... Good burgers. I tried the Slam Burger, which was not too big and tasted very good. Fries were tasty as well. I would go out of my way to come back next time I'm in the area.

Was instantly greeted with a smile and great menu suggestions by Arielle. Go for the light feeling fish and chips (with salt and vinegar fries...yum) and the chicken sandwich is not to be missed. The pisco punch was so refreshing after a long day.

  • Cindy D.

The food was very good, and beautifully presented. The menu had a lot of options - something for everyone in our party of 5. My only complaint was the service. It took 45 minutes to receive our meal of burgers. Meanwhile, our water glasses sat empty. We were only told one time what the delay was about ("we are very busy in back") - even though only half the tables were being used. I did notice that the tables that had ordered alcoholic beverages / cocktails were getting the full attention of the wait staff and received their meals much faster than us. We had opted not to order any alcohol during our meal. At one point one member in our party had to actually go to the bar to get her soda refilled! So, if you go here and want good service, make sure you order a cocktail or a glass of wine.

  • Surya V.

Wow! I'm here on my birthday and ordered a cocktail... It wasn't to my liking. The staff went above and beyond to serve me a new cocktail that I was more than happy with. The service here is fantastic.

100% this is my Favorite Restaurant to go too. The atmosphere and location is amazing. The food is spectacular, & you can get an entire bottle of the BEST White Merlot in the World (it seems to me) here for only $19.00!! The presentation of the Food is remarkable as well. This is a perfect "Date" spot. My Husband and I love going here when we are in Temecula. This place is worth the drive for a wonderful evening out. Yes, it is a lil pricey on their food, but the quality and presentation is really worth the extra $ you would spend. I recommend this place for everyone to try.

Great beer. Great food. Quick service. Great menu. Come here and get the lobster mac'n'cheese (ask the chef to go light on the salt) :) pear and gorgonzola flatbread is amazing. A must try!!!

Crush & Brew has all the ingredients I like in a bar- a great array of local beers and wines, enjoyable live music, elbow space, outdoor seating, and a friendly staff. I had a great local Pinot Noir and enjoyed one of the flatbreads, which were both delicious and reasonable in price. The crowd here is a good mix of Temecula suburbanites and young professionals. Crush & Brew is a really good place for a casual date, meeting up with some friends, or an after dinner drink in a relax and chic setting. We were initially confused with the two bars concept when we walked in to Crush & Brew. The guys assumed only one bar served exclusively beer and the other bar just wine, so we split the group to go order both beer and wine. We, ladies later learned at the "wine bar" that beer can be purchased there as well. Lesson learned. Definitely a spot we will go back.

Having spent a lot of time (and cash) at Barossa Valley in South Australia, my Californian friends are eager to convert me to their local wines. Crush & Brew is a trendy bar which offers tastings of artisan local wines and beers. It also happens to make excellent chips and burgers, the flatbread looks fantastic too! This place was the highlight of the 5 wineries we visited after. I'd only pay $15 for wine tasting here, the wine and ambience of the wineries we visited just not worth the bucks. I look forward visiting again when they've live gigs, or to bring my family for lunch/brunch. Crush & Brew feels unpretentious and offers quality food and services that makes it a worthwhile local tourist attraction. instagram.com/p/sbJYqPnf…

Everything really tasty. Wine was great. Good atmosphere. Only one bad thing I discovered - bar tables and bathrooms are filthy. For us OCD types - not good! Our waitress was super cute and friendly. Food good and priced right. Now all they need to do is "clean up their act"!

I concede that this is one of those spots that is in the modern movement of American food: craftsman oriented atmosphere; craft beer paired with gourmet versions of bar food; relaxed, alternative staff (read as: beards and tattoos abound!); but I'm ok with that. I like this movement. My wife and I had a great time here. The service was fantastic. The prices are accurate. The food (most of it) was spot on. My only knock down was my burger. I had the Brew Burger. While I opted out of the onions (just can't do them--textural thing) I don't think this had an effect on the "one-note-ness" of the burger. It could have used some heat or some seasoning or a crunch. While it was cooked well, it just felt a little boring after the first two bites. Aside from that, I will happily return and with a more favorable weather condition so I can sit on their killer patio.

Ok, I have to update my review...still giving 5 stars and still one of my favorites places on Front Street, if not the favorite. Wine and beer selection is awesome. Great local music on the weekend. But...I am updating my review because of that burger. I have a huge crush on the Crush Burger...lol. Absolutely one of this best burgers I've ever had! So good!

Came in after working in Old town all day. We have a store here and were very excited to relax and have a cocktail. The place was not too packed especially the bar area. We sat down and at the bar and the bartender seemed very distracted. I sat their with my husband and the bartender finally made it our way to give us a drink menu. After a few minutes I got up to see what they novelty items were for sale. I took my time and when I came back my husband ordered his beer but didn't know what to order for me since I was in the mood for champagne and they don't have any. Sat for a few more minutes and noticed the bartender hadn't even attempted to get my husbands beer poured. We were there for a good 12 minutes and just walked out since we didn't seem important enough to serve. Really horrible feeling and as local business owners we will NOT recommend them when we are asked what is good around here. Took our business to another restaurant where the bar was busier and yet got better service. So sad because we really want to like this place as it seems like some reviews are great. Might give it another go one of these days.

Came for lunch with a group of girls for a big weekend of fun. I split a brew burger with a friend and it was plenty of food. The fries are really good too. We all had one of the specialty drinks. Most were good. A little on the pricey side for lunch at about $25 each for 6 people for 2 burgers, 3 salads and 6 drinks. Atmosphere and service is very good. I would go back.

Caution:: This will be Corny.. Ha! Crush and Brew Crushed it!! Wine flight $12.00 so amazing and what's even more crazy is that I killed and liked all five fines!! We met here prior to hitting the Temecula wineries. Very good decision to eat good food before wine. Our server, Garrett, was excellent. He suggested different beers and wines to try. The 5 flight wine selection was awesome. We loved our food. The pear Gorgonzola flat bread was delicious and enough to share. The Parmesan bacon fries are a MUST HAVE! The burger was, as my future son in law said, "the best burger he ever had"

My husband and I came here on a Saturday afternoon. It was not too busy, just a few girls out for wine with friends, a few couples, and some other friends out for food and drinks. I ordered a Moscow Mule, quite delicious, and my husband got a Porter. We felt the pricing was a bit high, luckily we fell just inside happy hour (woo, $2 off drinks). We decided to share the Lobster Mac and Cheese. All I can say is AMAZING! Despite the high price and the oddly long wait (our waitress forgot about the food, she did apologize though), the food was really good. Overall, I would return, however I think we will need to stick with happy hour only.

Would give negative but no option for it. Ordered a flight of beers and one of them had a broken shard of glass in it. They removed the flight from my bill but then charged my wife $46 for a $6 glass of beer. Would never recommend this place. They are only lucky I coughs the glass with my teeth before I swallowed it.

Really cool place with great staff! We had the beer flight where you can choose from 30 beers from tap. Several servers stopped by chatting about life and made sure we are doing fine. Food menu looked yummy - we will be back!

Great flights of 5 wines and 4 beers reasonably priced at $12 and $8. All local or regional. Restaurant will soon have hot foods but for now, try their cheese platter that includes a daily selection of 3 cheeses, port infused sauteed red onion, local honey, walnuts, grapes and fresh baked bread. What an easy way to spend an afternoon of wine tasting in 1 spot!

  • Betty M.

I was surprised to read good reviews on this restaurant. One person mentioned that they were able to order their burger without onions. That was not the case for us. We were told that the sandwiches came the way they were listed and that they were unable to change anything on them. I ordered a chicken sandwich which had maybe 3 bites of cold rubbery chicken. It was supposed to have bacon but there were only about three little bacon bits. My husband was not able to substitute fries as a side so he ordered the French fries. They were neither tasty nor hot. The only good thing about this place was the beer. Nice way to try local brews even though the prices are higher than others. If you are hungry, I suggest eat somewhere else before you come here.

Big fan. The beer selection is solid and the food is tasty. I've been frequenting since the old days of the Collective. However, I am tremendously more happy stopping in now...total upgrade! Of, course the concept and practice is completely different, but I am so happy the change has been made. The only current downside is that my drinking partner is pregnant, but I can still manage. Oh, and everyone that I have referred has come backed to thank me for pointing them in the direction of the Crush & Brew.

Nice place. Selections are kind of limited and service is so so. It would be nice if the bartenders were more knowledgeable with the wines and beers they poured. But if you know what you like and want a nice clean place to go, this place isnt that bad.

Nice place. Ordered a sampler of local beers and pinch me I'm in heaven. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better my pesto chicken panini arrived (5 stars). My wife got the Asian ahi (4.5 stars) get the dressing on the side. Over all I give it 4.5 stars cuz I'm a hard ass. LOVE IT.

Finally had lunch at Crush & Brew, after going several times for drinks and I have to admit that I was a little disappointed. I love indenpendants and always like to find one I can frequent, especially for lunch, since I conduct a lot of business over lunch. I do want to say that I love the look and vibe of the place and I could definately hang out and drink wine all night long. Also, the service was very good, servers were professional and very friendly. I ordered the Ceasar Salad and added chicken- the description said it had bacon and pine nuts; the price was $15 so I was expecting a good size salad (I mean a whole head of romain is like $1.50, right?). What I got was about 1/3 of a small head of romain, there were 2 pine nuts (yes, I counted) and I couldn't find the bacon for the life of me. There were 3 very small strips of chicken and then a drizzle of balsamic. Flavor was fine, although I could see how the bacon and pine nuts would make it more interesting. The people around me tried various things and they all thought it was good, also the food presentation is nice. I really want this place to succeed, so I would just say that they either need to make the food more substantial or reduce the price. I'm sure I will try them again as I believe everyone deserves a second chance.

While vacationing in wine country the hubs and I decided to venture out in search of a happy hour that wasn't a chain and happened upon this place by accident. Their happy hour is $2 off everything on the menu. Which is small. Really small. Why you ask, they have no real kitchen. HOWEVER, let me put the emphasis on HOWEVER, they have THE BEST CEASAR SALAD we have ever had, ever. AND, AND, listen to me AND on their cheese board is this little gem of a port reduced onion spready thing that is UNREAL. We made it for Thanksgiving and the crowds went wild. Room to improve this place? Sure. Is it worth the stop now? Yes. We sat on the wine side but had beer and we very much enjoyed our time there. If Temecula was my home, I could see myself being a semi-regular there. And that's what I have to say about that.

Really great place to enjoy a wonderful selection of wine (crush) and beer (beer)! Excellent food and music tonight.

If you like wine, come here. If you like beer, come here. Personally, I am a beer snob. And they have possibly the best selection of draft beers in the valley. So glad that they support the local breweries as well. I'd say this is the nicest wine & beer bar in old town temec. Ambiance is classy but they also have games on the tele sometimes. Give it a try.

Went for lunch and we were only ones in there, for an hour! Okay food, expensive and awkward to be only customers.

so sick of the staff here- great concept for a restaurant but everyone's got this nasty attitude that gives off the vibe that they don't want be there unless big tippers and friends are at the bar.

I'm sold. Good beer selection. The flatbreads we ordered tasted fine. No comment on the wine because I don't drink it enough. Atmosphere was cool and downtown Temecula can use all the live music it can.

My husband and I tried this place out last weekend and I have to say the food and drinks were delicious. I ordered the wine flight and he ordered a beer. We both ordered salads and sandwiches. The caesar salad is a must. The only downside was the service. We sat at the bar and our waitress was definitely frazzled and didn't have time to explain anything to us. It was disappointing since it was our first time and we were hoping to get some recommendations. After my first sip of my tasting, she asked if she could take away the display that my drinks were in to use for another table. I found this to be a bit rude. Along with the service, she had very dirty hands. It looked like she may be a mechanic during the day. I hope she wasn't handling any food. If it wasn't for another server who helped us out, I would have been pretty upset. We will be back and hopefully we can avoid bad service again because the food and atmosphere are well worth it.

Nice little spot to relax and have a few drinks. Great selection of local beer and wine. I'll be back to check out the food! Def a spot to get away from the local douchery :-)

I really respect what this place is trying to do. All local craft beers and wine. My wife and I were there on St. Pat's Day. We had our two daughters with us. There is a sign out front that said "21 and Over" but they let us bring in the kids. No kids menu, obviously, so they need to figure out where they are at on this issue. Ordered two flatbread pizzas and both were delicious. Watiress were overwhelmed but hard working and cheerful. Will try to frequent this place as much as possible. Good job!

I wanted to visit a winery after work but couldn't find one open. On a suggestion, I tried Crush and Brew, which has local wines and beers. Being allergic to gluten, I couldn't try any of the beers but I did do a wine taste tasting. Caitlin was my bar-tender and picked some wines for me based on my taste preferences. She did a good job as I really enjoyed all the wines. I also got one of the salads, which was tasty. I found out through conversation that Caitlin was also allergic to gluten and dairy, so she recommended some other restaurants to try in the area. I really appreciated her going above and beyond her duties and helping me with that. The wines were great, the food was great and the service was great. My only small critique would be that since it is open seating, put a sign near the door. Nearly everyone who came in, including myself, stood there until they were told just to sit anywhere. Otherwise, I enjoyed this place and will be back next time I'm in town.

Love the atmosphere here......young and old, awesome music, great decor and ambiance. Had the chicken pesto sandwich which was delicious!!! My husband usually doesn't care for micro brews but was pleasantly surprised with the "sunburst" pick. He even said he would like a whole case of it. Prices weren't cheap but expensive either. It was worth the money for sure. All the staff was extremely nice and it was a great evening. Looking forward to going back again soon.

Awesome little upscale wine bar in Old Town Temecula. Great romantic ambiance. Industrial vintage decor, very chill vibe. Our server was great, attentive but not overbearing. The tiered wine flights are fun, and the food is really top quality. We had the cheese board, caesar salad (which is uniquely made with pesto, bacon, and pine nuts), and the reuben panini...all were fantastic. We will definitely be back.

  • Justin U.

atmosphere was nice as soon as we walked in. we sat at the bar and had some beer and lunch. they had at least 15 local or micro brew beers on tap and quite a few of them had customer rating tags. that was something different and i enjoyed my belgian brew quite a bit. lunch was a greek pizza which we added chicken to as an option. it was good and was served pretty quickly. i would certainly come back again, pricing was a little high in my opinion.

Awesome date-night atmosphere. Excellent food. Great beer and wine selection. Friendly staff (our waitress was adorable). Can't say enough about this place. The bread and butter appetizer is bomb. My husband got the Crush Burger and I got the Beef Marsala. The flavors were amazing and the portions were very generous. We definitely had enough for lunch the next day.

DOES NOT TAKE RESERVATIONS. I know, the Yelp page says it does. Not true. In fact, the person who answered the phone was pretty unpleasant about it when I mentioned the Yelp discrepency.

  • Karen L.

Sigh Where do I begin? The aesthetics are great. The wine..... well.... what to expect from Temecula. Extremely fruity wines on the verge of syrupy with some acceptable reds. The real problem. Their customer service. AWFUL. It is actually non existent. Which is a shame. The place is great, good music and all, enough to forego the wine. But the service AWFUL. Employees literally standing around while you are waiting, not even acknowledging your presence. I understand being understaffed and/or not being allowed to serve but this is ridiculous. Be prepared for the worse and some.

This place has a great feel to it the staff was very helpful and friendly! And the beer selection is awesome! To hear that they us local brewers in the area and the menu changes to stay FRESH that makes each experience tastier and exciting! Great for both crowds the young and more experience. :)

My boyfriend and I dined here last night and we had a Great Dinning experience. We started by sharing the Caesar salad which was gigantic. We got the wine sampler with three reds and TY which was delicious and then we had the mac & cheese w/ lobster. The service was great the food was delicious I will return again and again. The atmosphere is very nice we sat on the patio for a nice night out there was a live band great music. Definitely give it a try.

Get the creole fries with the "special sauce", which is probably just ketchup but different somehow. Great wine and beer list. Good vibes. This place is a nice local hang out to unwind on a Friday night.

My husband and I decided to try Crush after some serious burger cravings! The food and beer were great, however the service was slow and disappointing. We each chose a flight of beer and enjoyed the lighter beers the most. We also started with the Bread and Butter apetizzer. It came with several slices of bread, butter, olive oil, balsamic and tomato parmasean and pesto dipping sauces. No complaints here. In fact, the tomato sauce was very good. I ordered the Crush Burger and my husband went with a regular burger but asked for no cheese and raw instead of cartelized onions. They got our burger patties mixed up. I ended up with the medium rare but had asked for medium. My husband got my medium. My husband also asked for the bacon Parmesan fries, but received regular fries. We weren't charged for the other so it was fine. The ketchup had something a little too sweet mixed in for both of us. Overall, the food was excellent. Now, about the service. Awful pretty much sums it up. We had one waitress when we arrived, but her shift was over after we received our drinks. Her replacement was completely oblivious to the fact that she was at work and responsible for tables. She was more interested in the band, other servers and her stash of Starbucks coffee and pastry behind the bar. Even the manager indulged in her snacks right out in the open. I've worked in food service before, so I know it can get busy and we sometimes take some extra time to get stuff done. I understand. What I can't tolerate is watching my server eat and drink in front of customers when she should be removing plates from our table, filling our waters or just checking to see how we're doing. We waited a very long time for our check and had to flag her down to request it. After she delivered it, she proceeded to go behind the bar and ignore us again. We waited at least another 5 minutes for her to take our credit card and she was only a few feet away from us. Completely oblivious! We might return. Like I said, the food and beer were good, but we'll probably try to find good burger elsewhere first.

Pretty cool place. The live music was some of the best I have experienced in Temecula. We had a sausage platter appetizer and some really good craft beers. It is a classy place. Why the two stars? The place is serving massive amounts of beer and drinks with inadequate restroom facilities. When you are out with a group of friends and you end up waiting in line for a bathroom instead of enjoying conversation it feels more like a college party than an upscale Old Town bar.

  • Regina G.

Great atmosphere BUT I've been sitting with a group of 10 people for at least an hour and have not been approached by a server yet. If you don't mind crappie service then this is your spot!

Everything we had was delicious and the atmosphere was casual but also just a bit more classy than most - it suited the wine country vibe. We had the beef Marsala and the crush burger - both were amazing and unique tasting. Also try the wine flight! $12 for 5 one ounce glasses and you get to choose. So fun!!

Can't wait to go back! Met up with a friend who is a wine drinker, so she got a wine flight while I got a beer flight. The bartender was nice enough to throw in a free splash of Pugachev's Cobra because he knew I was conflicted on what to get! The fries were crispy and amazing, then we shared a flatbread which is definitely a shareable portion. The service was great, environment was laid back but still intimate. Also had a great selection of drinks. Will go again!

  • Eileen H.

Came here for dinner and to sample some wines. Our server was extremely helpful in helping me select my flight based in my pallet. For 5 tastings it was $15. They also have an awesome beer selection, my husband opted for a beer tasting and loved everything he tasted. We split the Greek flatbread and it was amazing. I will be coming back!

My mom and I stopped in, just got 2 flights to chill and hang out after shopping...looked cute and we liked the wine trees for the flights. Service was pretty slow, and they were not busy. Kind of annoying. But I don't have much else to report, we didn't eat...the wine was good and we ended up ordering a bottle of one of our tastings later at dinner at the hotel. I'd try it again, hopefully the service is a little faster. And the food looked good from what I saw on the menu.

I like this place. Everytime we come, we try a new beer or wine, and we're never disappointed. The food is great too: they have good sandwiches. We met the owner tonight, and he was very nice and gracious. The bartender was awesome too. It's overall a very nice place.

  • Dyane P.

Although the restaurant was nice and the food was decent, the service really killed it for us. We were in Temecula for the Tough Mudder and our anniversary, so came to Crush & Brew hoping to enjoy a few flights and some good food. However, after we ordered a beer flight (for him) and a wine flight (for me) and our food - we waited over an hour to get our food. Our waitress completely ignored us, although she hovered near us the whole time flirting with other customers. Each time we tried to get her attention, she just waltzed right past us. After about an hour, I finally got to talk to the manager (who was great, I will credit him that - super apologetic) we were able to receive our flatbread pizza. The pizza was good, but our experience was already so destroyed that I didn't want to spend anymore money or time there. I think Temecula has so much potential, but the service almost everywhere we have been tends to be lacking. It is so small, so the options are few, but they really could step it up everywhere in order to improve quality and service.

All the staff is very friendly. helpful. knowledgable. I come here a lot and love this place. Love how it's only beer and wine. And good beer at that. Only thing is some times the live bands are a little old fashion would like to hear some different bands come thru with more of a mid thirty feel or even younger crowd. Could draw in more business and youthful crowd that will learn to appreciate good beer and wine.

Really cool place. Great beer selection and the food is damn solid. I live in downtown San Diego and came for the first time in August, came back today 9/20 and Richie the bar tender remembered not only me and my wife but also my beer order! Impressive! Will make a point to come by whenever in the area!

  • Kim G.

Awesome little wine bar, and pub. The room is kinda split in two. One side is more dedicated to the wine, and the other to the beers on tap. They had over 15 micro brews on tap. So i got a 4 beer sampler, and my girl got the 5 wine sampling... Very nice. See pics. We ordered a Cheese Platter to share. It came with two kinds of bread, 3 kinds of cheese, honey, caramelized onions, apple slices, walnuts, and grapes. All in all, very tasty. Would definitely come back for more. Service was really good as well.

My fiancé and I were strolling through Old Town and really hungry. We were a little surprised that the menu was a little small, but the taste of the food more than made up for it. I had the ham and cheese and my fiancé had the Greek flatbread and both of us were very satisfied. I highly recommend this place.

Waitress came over and first thing she says "we are real busy and the kitchen is closing soon" we asked about beer tasters and she says not enough glasses so they can't provide us with the flight tasters, maybe 1 glass at a time. We asked if they could serve us 4 oz in regular glasses and she says they can't do it- well the business should carry more taster glasses or serve it in regular glasses. Last time I come here.

As outta towners, we didn't know what to expect of Temecula. So glad to find foodies and style in the IE! Who knew?! Our waitress put together a graceful, knowing wine flight of local Rhone reds. We paired with Ca chopped chicken salad & Greek flatbread. All star service. Fresh ingredients. Casual & friendly vibe. Wish we could go back every week!

I am not really sure why this place got such good reviews? My husband and I have been wanting to try this place for a very long time. We are HUGE foodies, we love trying new restaurants and great food. We finally got the chance to come here on Easter, which was awesome that they were open. The place was pretty empty, and there were a very large number of waiters and staff walking around. The menu has a ton of delicious looking items! We sat for 10-15 minutes before our waitress took our drink order. It was neat that they had kids cups for drinks, but no kids menu - which confused me. Why have cups for kids and no kids menu? Anyways, thats not the problem. 15 more minutes passed, as the waitress walked over and asked if we want to order any food. Order any food? Umm, yes - we came here for lunch, not just for the Dr. Pepper I have sitting in front of me. I couldn't believe the slow service when there were barely any people there. We ordered the bread appetizer - and when we finished it, all our waitress did was take it from our table and set it down on the table next to us. Where it stayed the entire time we were there... Our food came out, and it was cold! My husband got a burger, I got the chicken pesto sandwich. I almost sent it back but I was starving at this point because of the long wait time. My daughter got the mac n cheese, which smelled horrible. She could barely choke it down it smelled SO bad. Our bill was so expensive, and I can't believe we just wasted all the money on such a bad experience. I usually give places a second chance, but I don't think we will be going back. Too much of a disappointment. Bummer.

This place was a let down. The space is really nice. It has a modern feel with a great incorporation of the barrels on the walls. The was a lot of space and a good balance of outdoor and indoor seating. There were a few half opened wine boxes and a random construction ladder out. Nobody was using them and they were never moved. It was like somebody started stocking and just stopped and left for the day. I say this because it had an unfinished feel. It would have been a 3 minute job to move these things and give the illusion that the place fully stocked, plus we were one of 3 tables. There was a very good selection of wine and beer from the region. The menu was very small, but it looked promising. My wife ordered a chicken salad and I had the pesto chicken panini. We also order a couple of beers. It took a noticeable delay for them to come get our orders (we were one of 3 tables). Then the beer was noticeably delayed. The food was not only slow, but very slow. The server even apologized for the delay. Sandwiches and salads should not take 30+ minutes. The salad was fine, veggie-wise, but the chicken looked and tasted like the precooked and sliced stuff you get from Oscar Meyer. The sandwich was bland and mushy. The contents were not layered; they were mixed together. The side salad was put right on the sandwich. The dress oozed on to the bread and made it rather messy. The server, while slow and inattentive, were very nice. The location is great, the atmosphere is perfect for what they are trying to accomplish. The execution is not there.

Decided to come here bec. of the high rating in yelp, located right on the main street and bec. most other restaurants on this street did not have good reviews on yelp. You wont go wrong with this place. I love the Greek Salad. The chicken bbq flat bread was also good.

This is my first visit to Downtown Temecula. I don't know if everyone is Temecula is nice or just the staff at this establishment. Tina, our waitress was spot on fantastic. Food was OUT OF THIS WORKD DELICOUS. Atmosphere was my style. I'll try to post pics later. It's a little on the noisy side or lively side. The place was hopping and we got one of the last tables around 620PM on a Saturday night. I think if you don't want to wait you gotta get there by 630PM or see about reservations. This place is modern with a cool high ceiling and wine barrels on the wall. Rustic but clean modern. Really had a great time here. Notice how all the staff are smiling and look like they are enjoying their job. The KOBE BEEF BURGER was one of the best burgers I've ever had, caramelized onions (Sauted Mushrooms on it but I asked for no Mushrooms, My buddy said the shrooms were fantastic) and crumbled blue cheese on a tender bun. The meat just melts in your mouth. My buddy got the SALMON PASTA which he said was GREAT! For quality food and great service you can't go wrong with CRUSH AND BREW. The guy who picked up our plates was super nice too. We asked what the secret ingredient to the ketchup was and he said he did not know everything in it but they make their own KETCHUP there, WORSTICOIR sauce is one ingredient and garlic and many other herbs. The GARGONZOLA FRIES with that KETCHUP is so good you could just eat a plate of that all day. You really need to get an order of these fries. I don't know about other restaurants in TEMECULA but this one hit it out of the park. For what you get I don't think it's over the top expensive , the burger was $16.99 and came with those amazing fries. The outside front patio looks like a cool spot if you can get a table there. The view of the street is nice if you enjoy people watching or the downtown street ambience. One last thing, they have an impressive WINE and BEER list. Local breweries and wine. If you want a taste of California craft drinks their selection will satisfy.

Second time in after hitting the farmers market. We really enjoy the friendly service & great food! I recommend asking them to put a wine flight together for you- each time they've made great choices and introduced me to something new & delicious I wouldn't have ordered myself. About to dig into the creme brûlée now... Gotta go!

Perfect afternoon stopover--wine flight here is a great idea because you can sample different local wineries. Our server's suggestions were spot-on, and the salt and pepper fries are a good pairing.

Having a nice dinner then the band starts... WTF! We can't even talk without screaming. Getting the check and we're out. Disappointing for sure. The service was great, food okay. Not sure where their trying to go with this music thing, but everyone that was eating is getting their checks and bolting. Bummer!

Really cool atmosphere and live music. I would have given them 3 1/2- 4 stars but it took the kitchen over an hour to bring us a salad and their bacon parmesan fries. The food was pretty good but nothing spectacular. Probably won't go back.

Food was okay definitely not what was expected for the price or the vibe of the place. Service was off. They make you wait for everything--they never even came back to refill the water. Overall I would not come back unless I was desperately starving.

Wow! I haven't been impressed in a while, this place nailed it! Great service, live music, & amazing food! I highly recommend trying a flight of beer, and a wine sampler along with their cheese board... So good! I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone I know that comes to Temecula on a weekend getaway, and we'll definitely be back next time we're in town again too. Bravo!

When I am in Temecula I like to go to a restaurant that is fun and has great food , like most people. Every time I have gone to Crush and Brew my wife and I have a great time. I like to order the sausage sampler plate. All the food is local and super fresh. The beer selection is awesome too. I would recommend anyone go experience this gem of a restaurant in old town Temecula.

Been here 4 times and absolutely love this place!!! So much so that we became club members (Taps & Tannins). Decor is awesome. Love how they separate the beer side from the wine side. Don't get me wrong it doesn't matter on which side you sit, you still get the same great service, food, drinks, etc. Just the way it was set up. Service: Fantastic!!!! Servers know their beer and wines. Beer and Wine: Great tap selection from breweries in San Diego to Riverside. Wines are mostly from micro-wineries in the Temecula area. They do have a couple from the "larger" wineries like Leonesse and Fazeli. The flights are served on a cool tower-like contraption to save space on the tables. Food: So far we've only had the bread platter, Crush Kobe burger, bacon parmesan fries, and the beef marsala. Everything is fantastic. Especially the bacon fries. The beef marsala however was a little bland and soupy. Must have been an off night as one of our friends who recommended the dish said they had a different experience. Club membership: I am only going to comment on the Taps & Tannins, as this is the one I purchased. If you are planning on being a regular here, definitely get the membership. For $39 per month (credit card is automatically charged around the 3rd of the month) you get 6 "free" glasses of beer or wine per month (flights included), 15% off of food and drinks, and 15% off of merch. Essentially it is really more a discount on the 6 free drinks if you do the math. $39/6=$6.50 a drink. Awesome savings as the beer/wine prices range from $7-$12. You get a card every month for your drinks. You NEVER lose your drinks if you don't use them within the month. Basically it rolls over to the next month. This is one of the main reasons I was sold. Went a couple of weeks ago and had lunch with wife and her aunt and uncle. Bill was $135. After the free drinks and 15% off of food, my savings was around $75. Almost 2 months of membership. All in all, I love this place. Perfect for me, the beer snob and my wife the wine lover.

I had my eye on C&B and let me tell u ... It did not disappoint! We were greeted right away and seated in a great little spot to take in the full ambiance of C&B. Our server was very knowledgeable of the beers and food. I loved they sold lots of Temecula local beers and wines... Supporting the town! The fish and chips made with halibut were the best ever had... Flat bread chicken gorgonzola soo good , the sausage platter delicious and another local supported dish ... And after all that we had to try the green muscles... Yep... U guessed it... Perfection! This will be a good to spot....

This place is wonderful, and has such a marvelous atmosphere. This place is definitely a unique bar to check out if your looking for a few laughs or to meet new people! Thank you Crush and Brew

I have been waiting to come here for some time. All the reviews and pictures of food painted a picture of perfection. My family finally had a chance to come and it will be the last visit ever. There were only about two other tables occupied and there was an abundance of staff milling about. We were asked to take a seat and from there we waited for upwards to fifteen minutes. We finally ordered drinks and then waited again. About fifteen minutes later a server came over and asked if we would be ordering food. When our food came it was cold. Not cool but cold. I had high hopes for this place but was grossly disappoint. A huge waste of 80$.

If you're local or passing through you gotta check this place out. The food is great, the service is great and the mgr (Spencer) is great! Our server, Marena, had a great attitude and provided excellent service.

One of my fav places to hang out with friends. The atmosphere is casual but people come and go in dressy attire depending on the time of day. Fabulous selection of locally crafted beers and wines which the staff openly enjoys discussing. You can pick your own flights or they will help you, patiently explaining why beer and wine are consumed and paired in a certain order. Appetizers vary from meat and cheese plates to carpaccio with spicy arugula and a very yummy flat bread selection. Parking on the street and in the rear of the building. Old Town Temecula Rocks!

We came up here on a Friday night, and I must say I was pretty satisfied. The waitress we had was fantastic. She helped me select a wine I liked, was helpful and suggestive, and her sense of humor definitely won me over. I chose the lobster mac n cheese as my entree being that I am a huge fan of mac n cheese. I have to say, it wasn't the best tasting food I have ever had, but only because it lacked enough seasoning for my taste and the sauce was a little soupy. Additionally, the lobster was a little too fishy and off-putting for my taste, but overall I would say it was decent. The garlic aoli and dipping sauces with the fries were very tasty, although some ranch with my fries would have been nice. As for the atmosphere, I would have to say that that is was what won me over. They have a diverse selection of seating ranging from outside patio, inside couches, intimate rooms, and your general seating. The lighting was great and inviting. The rustic look to it made me quite comfortable and content. There was a guy performing and singing when we were there too (although it was a little loud to try and talk over). I really liked this place and would definitely go back!

Crush and Brew is a really cool atmosphere, but the food isn't all that it's cracked up to be. I requested my burger to be cooked to a certain temperature, but they said the chef wouldn't allow it. I have never had this happen at a restaurant before. The fries were really tasty, but I wouldn't return just for the fries.

We stumbled upon this place one night after wine tasting in Temecula. Located in Old Town, this very hip cool place had me when I looked in the window. The wall of wine barrel staves decorating the wall looked very cool. The menu then pulled me further in! Have a seat, have more wine and enjoy the food! Nothing at our table was disliked. Beef Marsala was delicious, the Mac n Cheese was da bomb as was the fish n chips. Excellent service too!

We really liked this place! Great beer and wine, and I love the concept of having both in one place- makes it easier for people to agree! We've been here a few times, both late night and early evening, and it's always packed (in a good way. There's nothing creepier than a totally empty bar.) Last time we were there we had a beer flight each, which was great for us to try a bunch of different local beers. We've also had wine which was good as well. The crowd is cool and it has a great vibe!

When I want to meet-up with a friend or business associate and enjoy good food, good drink and a great vibe I choose Crush and Brew. ESPECIALLY when Arielle is there. She is a fantastic server. Her service just adds to the whole experience. Be sure to ask for her section if she is working when you arrive.

Fun atmosphere, really neat- packed and standard Old Town Temecula pricing :) Just got a good beer and hopped on. Next time I'll try the wine tree and some pairings :)

Great beer selection, but this place really made me think of a college bar. Too loud music, pushy groups, a bathroom that smelled of puke even though it was barely 10pm. Not my cup of tea :/

Four wine tastings at four different vineyards later, you know people start getting hungry, or hangry! Our group of 15 settled on Crush and Brew since the broad menu selections appealed to everyone at the table. Since we made it just in time for happy hour, we started with a round of beers. I got the Aftershock Espresso Stout and it tasted exactly like an espresso without the bitterness. However, Uncle Dave also bought bottles of wine to share with the table. On my end of the table, we had Longboard's Sauvignon Blanc, a crisp white with a bit of acidity. It was lovely. We didn't just come here for more drinks (it was never ending!), so we ordered up some food to share. Between two other friends, we shared a flatbread, lobster mac n cheese and creole seasoning fries while I had the battered fish tacos to myself. There was only two anyway! Oh, we also got a half dozen oysters since they were Fanny Bay, and I had to get them. Plump and creamy, they were really nice! I would say the best dish of the night was the lobster mac n cheese. Although on the heavy side and best shared, it had the largest lump lobster meat I've seen compared to other places. Yes! What a day! Our server was extremely patient and helpful with our selections. With large parties, they handled it without a snitch! Good job and thank you for taking care of us :)

This review is for the drinks, not the food. First off love the outdoor seating on the patio. We came here on a Friday night, it was pretty crowded inside but the patio was a ghost town so we sat there. It was really nice and quiet. The beer here is good. But probably my absolute favorite was the wine tower. It looks so cool and makes it fun to sample out the different wines. And I don't think it was super pricey either. We asked for the wine tower with all the sweet wines (since that is my fav). The "sweet" wines weren't really all that sweet to be honest, but they were drinkable. I liked the samples but didn't love them. We ended up getting 2 wine towers and like 6 beers. Very fun and nice atmosphere. My one complaint is that they don't allow smoking on the patio. We had brought cigars and a badass lighter for the occasion, and were told that we could not light them up. Sad day.

As Andrew T mentions in his review, the gumbo is quite spicy! Its different from the usual Nawlins gumbo as Crush & Brew's version is very red (hence spicy). It includes shrimp, mussels, andouille sausage, rice and clams...very good but different and came in a very nice sized bowl. I had probably some of the best creme brulee ever here for dessert. The place itself is pretty modern with a cool look to it. TVs in various areas if you want to watch some sports. The guy working behind the bar wound up becoming our server and he was really good with telling us whats up with their menu! Good spot in the Old Town section of Temecula!

A hip and trendy place to visit if you're in the Old Town Temecula area. This place can be a bit pricy but we were able to catch them during their daily HAPPY HOUR from 4-6pm. All white wines are $6 per glass, red wines $8 per glass, cocktails and beer $2 off. We also got the cheese please platter for $15. This was a lot of food. It was delicious. It came with some sliced French bread, green grapes, apple slices, honey, candied walnuts and a variety of cheeses: Goat, cheddar, manchego, brie, blue and a soft spreadable herbed cheese. Definitely worth it to pair with some wines. We got another side of bread for $3 (4 slices). Just a side note that most of the beers on the menu were not local to Temecula, but SD. We live in San Diego and have had plenty of chances to taste the fabulous local breweries. Stick with the wine selection. 2 red wines, 1 white wine, one cheese platter = around $50 after tax and tip.

Party of 10... We came in for happy hour at five. We had no problem getting a table because the restaurant is fairly open at this time (as well as parking in Old Town). I ordered a flight of wine because the happy hour special is pretty much all drinks for 2 dollars off. My wine flight (5 wines) was 10 dollars instead of 12. Both are good prices. Our food got a bit mixed up. My friend had to re-order her half grilled cheese plate and my ceasar salad with no pine nuts and no chicken was messed up with my friends order who wanted chicken and pine nuts. The ceasar was good but could use more dressing. The service was very good. Our waiter was very attentive and fast to make suggestions. I love the decor in here and outdoor patio. I definitely recommend coming in for happy hour and taking advantage of the drink specials.

Came here my first time in Temecula. Daniel was our server and he was hands down one of the best servers ever. Super friendly and chatty, had great suggestions on awesome beer and food as well. Really made the experience enjoyable and will definitely be back because of him. Cheers.

Ok, that was really good! Smoked salmon pasta was the highlight. Slam burger with fries- very rich, very juicy, very good. Excellent fries. My gumbo was yummy, too. I will ask for a little extra heat (spice) next time. Very ample portions. We could easily have shared. Service 4 stars, food 4 stars, ambience 3.75-I'm not into TVs with sports while I'm having dinner-but the rest of decor was pretty comfortable. Recommended.

I came here to mostly grub before heading out to check out some of the local breweries. The restaurant is aptly themed "Crush" for the wine lovers and "Brew" for the beer lovers. We sat in the Crush section so a lot of the wine related decor. I didn't find any of the toppings in their burger selection to be too appetizing so I ended up ordering a trio of assorted sliders (Crush, Brew, & Curry) w/ an order of Salt and Vinegar fries. Sliders - Out of the three, my fav was the Curry burger, which isn't available as a bigger burger. The Crush's onion marmalade was just too sweet for my taste and the Brew was just okay. Fries - Small quantity for the price, am a salt and vinegar lover so the taste was on point. Drinks: I like that there were plenty of local and non local craft beers to choose from. Overall the food was just okay. I'd go back mostly to hang and drink.

The Lobster mac and cheese was delicious. The flat bread was a generous and large portion. The prices are not cheap however for the quality of the food and drinks it is a fair price. We would come back again.

Couldn't be happier about this place. Me and my girlfriend have been here a few times, but our last trip here will make us regulars. The music was fantastic (it was a Saturday night), and our bartender Daniel was absolutely brilliant. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, answered all questions and was legitimately one of the nicest people I've ever met. Me and the better half will be back, most definitely.

Great craft beer selection and good food. Hubby had the slam burger which was a little on the spendy side for a burger but it had a banger sausage on it, not your typical sausage patty. Arielle was a great server. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the beer selection.

Been a while since I've been here. Stopped by with family for a weekend lunch and had a good time. Our server convinced me to get the Raisin Oatmeal ale by Aftershock before getting the Modern Times Black House. Both were good but I'm still not sure what went better with the Crush & Brew burger. Prices can be high but it's always good food, a good crowd, and great atmosphere. Thanks for taking care of us Arielle.

Came here toward the end of happy hour for an early dinner while visiting Temecula. Happy hour from 4-6 will get you $2 off beer and cocktails and a reduced price on wine by the glass. No food specials which was a bummer. We ordered drinks and the truffle fries to start. My blood orange wit beer was refreshing but my husband was underwhelmed with his California mule. However, the truffle fries did not disappoint! And neither did the entrees! The lobster mac and cheese and the crush burger were the favorites of the evening! Good outdoor seating and decor fitting for the name. Overall this place has a decent happy hour and a good menu with plenty of tasty looking options. I'd go again!

This spot was awesome! My husband and I are out this way for a little stay cation at the winery's and heard Old Town had some great spots. To our little foodie delight we found this spot and we're so glad we did! I had the Caesar salad and he had the crush burger and we split the lobster Mac n cheese. Everything was sooooo good! Our waitress was friendly and attentive and I loved the decor. Great beers, great wine and great food! Definitely coming back when we are out this way again!

Sooooooooo Close, to a 5-stare. So close. The burger is easily one of the best one's I've found since moving from Kansas City. We know beef there and so does Crush & Brew. They highlight the burger, keeping the meat front and center. The cheese, bacon jam, onions, and bun compliment it without covering it up like so many gourmet burgers do. Atmosphere is great, with a dining feel, plus bar area, and outdoor seating. The 1 star 'miss?' While I'm an advocate for a more European style of service where the wait staff gives us some time and space, yesterday's waitress was a little too lackadaisical. Because of it, she missed an opportunity to sell another glass of wine and her bosses missed a star. Awesome, Awesome, however. I might even make the drive from Carlsbad just to have a burger. Note: It's a tad pricey folks. That $17 burger would be $12 where I come from and just as good. But still...best one I've found in N. County so far.

Beer is great... The older guy/ bartender is good... Everyone else seem kinda out of it. Fries were warm and mushy..kind of like the ones you get frozen from the supermarket. Burger was OK...nothing to rave about..except challah bun and the fact that its Kobe beef. Maybe I should have ordered the wine flight and cheese platter which looked rather good. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing.... I wasant impressed with food or service or stools which were rather uncomfortable and pointy + limited overprised food menu...save ur money. All they have going for them is location!

This was a random stop in for my boyfriend and I on a slow weekday afternoon, but I'm glad we found it. They have an awesome draft beer selection, much better than can we even call them, their competitors Blackbird and Union. They have all hyper local microbrews, and more importantly, friendly bartenders and managers. Even though it was slow, we still felt like it was a good vibe in there. Haven't tried their food yet, but they have us hooked on their beer selection. They even have a sampler you can get, so we will have to try it next time. Well done guys, look forward to seeing you soon.

The first two times I've gone here the food and service were good but this last time, I was pretty disappointed. Our waiter was slow and inattentive and my lobster bisque was wayyyy too salty that I couldn't even eat it. Unfortunately I don't think I will go back.

Recently went into crush & brew in old town temecula. I ordered the refuge blood orange and my friend ordered a port mongo. We both enjoyed the exquisite drinks and we're very interested in their menu. From the higher prices we did not order a full meal for our lunch. But this would be a really nice spot for a casual date or just hangout with friends. The atmosphere can be a little noisy but not too much you can't hear who is sitting next to you. Overall this is definitely a place to return to.

About to feast on bacon parmeson cheese fries...someone's cheating on their diet! They were quite delicious, we also tried the cajon seasoned fries, very perfectly done. We had ordered the bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, wanted to try a little variety of their appetizers before ordering dinner, normally we nibble a little on the appetizer plus our drinks, my husband had a plethora of beer choices & I chose the red wine flight which was nicely presented in a tower type of tray, pretty cool. We couldn't stop eating the fries, they give you a healthy portion and were too full to eat anything else. We def want to go back for dinner! Service was great too!

This was a great find in old town Temecula. There was a group of four of us -- two wanted wine, two wanted beer, and all wanted food that didn't come served on a cutting board. Since I was one of the two who wanted beer, I can comment on their selection of beers and say that it was a pretty impressive selection of offerings from Southern California breweries. In fact, there were so many that I had never tried, that I opted for the 4-beer sampler, which is something I almost never do. All four were good, but the standout was "Collateral Damage" from Ironside Brewing, right in Temecula. For food, I had the Crush burger, which was tasty. I would have liked to have seen more offerings along the lines of a chicken or fish sandwich -- when I'm drinking all of my calories, I like to save some on the food. Our waitress was very friendly, and attentive. I would definitely return.

Service here is outstanding. Knowledge of food and beers by the staff helps to make for a great experience. Sitting on the patio people watching is always fun. Portions are a good size so don't order everything at once because you might not finish it all. All beers are craft and they do have a full bar.

What a place! I got a premium beer flight (only $10!) and the beers I chose were all phenomenal. Along with the beers I ordered we got the cheese platter (YUM!) and truffle fries! The food was fantastic and the service was great, too. Yea it was kind of loud and the food is kind of pricey but it's such a great place. I want to spend more time there and I most likely will

I went with friends to have food and drink, the food was horrible, the two flat breads we got were under cooked, salad was not crisp and the pear tasted like it came out of a can and it did not have the dressing it was suppose to have. Fries were great tho. I just don't get it, I have heard good things about this place. there is way better food else were in this town for the same price. Not sure if I will return

My boyfriend and I were walking down Old Town and decided to check this place out. Good decision because we had a great time. We sat at the bar, and our bartender Kaitlyn was awesome. She was friendly and funny, sharing some stories about the area and people which made our experience and people-watching all that more fun. We had the flight of wine that she picked out for us and we were very happy with the selection. I ended up buying the bottle of the Middle Ridge Malbec, highly recommended, and the Ahi salad literally melted with each bite. We shared the red velvet cake for dessert - heavenly. I have nothing negative to say! Amazing food, good atmosphere, and great live music. Cool and classy place to be on a Saturday night.

My friend and I have never explored Old Town Temecula and we decided to try out Crush & Brew because it looked inviting and cool. We were amazed by the inside. I loved all the modern decor and the bar, like Stone or Karl Strauss. It looked like a chill place to eat and drink, of course. There's also a little place at the entrance where you can buy coin purses or flasks and other little gifts. I don't even think our waiter was even a waiter. It seemed like he was the bartender. We sat outside for 10 minutes for our menus. I chose the Smoked White Alaskan Salmon and my friend ordered the Meat Lovers flat bread. Another long waiting period. He finally came with our food with a side of bread. I was handed a beautifully presented salad hiding about 7 slivers of salmon. I was expecting more salmon for $17. Must've been a trek going to Alaska. I could've gone to a sushi restaurant and had a chirashi salad to fill 6 of my friends for $17. I placed the salmon on the bread that was given to us and ate it like a salmon and cream cheese bagel. I then finished the salad alone, which was okay I guess. My friend described his flat bread as a noob version of Domino's flatbread. For $10 you get twice the size, and it tastes better. There was barely any sauce and there was too much cheese. It seemed like it was reheated. microwave Oh, my friend is thankful for the endless Martinelli's apple juice for $2! Basically this place is like a try hard Panera/Olive Garden and the bread was nothing special. Improvements: - If the food was priced cheaper I'm sure you'd have more clientel. - Fix the wobbly tables outside. - Service can be faster and more attentive. We had to flag our guy down a couple of times for the check. Nice looking place, but such a rip off. Very disappointed.

We stopped in being craft beers lovers and heard about a new place. They have 30 local craft brews on tap that they say rotates to keep new beers moving through. Their wines are also a local Temecula focus. The food menu was trendy. I think they are a tad ($2-3) on most everything over priced. They are capitalizing on their hip vibe with higher prices. Front St. is a tourist destination now. Staff was abundant and nice. Chairs we very uncomfortable, bad patio furniture. Too rich for our taste and the value that we expect.

I love this spot. Definitely one of my favorite bars to go to in Old Town Temecula. The people who work here are amazing. The place has a lot of character. It is busy during the weekends but it's a really great vibe. They have a band that plays too, but I'm not sure which day(s) that is.

Excellent place for awesome sandwiches, in which I really enjoyed: the 'baja' style and sauce provided, the great selection of beers, and spacious outdoor seating. It takes a lot for me to give 5 stars, but everything was nailed for everyone that also joined me. I'm confident I'll be back.

came here for some beer after an afternoon of wine tasting. the beer is really good, we had the sampler of Black Market's Quadrophenia, Aftershock's Faultline, Ironfire's Synnar Pale Ale, Wien Brewing's Front Street Lager and Aftershock's Jessy James. They were all pretty good. the ambiance here is really chill and they have happy hour everyday from 4-6pm. oh! if you check in on yelp, it's another 10% off your bill ;)

We visited this restaurant two weeks ago on a Thursday evening. We had a great experience. The food was great overall. I had the pear and Gorgonzola salad. It was very large, tasted very fresh, and had great flavor. My boyfriend had the crush burger which was outstanding. It was very flavorful. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. She picked my wine flight for me and I enjoyed each tasting. She also recommended a great beer for my boyfriend. They had a large beer and wine list. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back again.

cool place but wasn't feeling it. got one of the kobe beef burgers and it had to be the worst presentation for a burger ever, it looks like a mcdonalds burger. doesn't have much flavor and wouldn't order it again. Also got the wine flight and when it showed up I couldn't believe I just paid $13 for that. each glass had a splash of wine. there is too many other places in this area to want to comeback here. and the waitress was annoying.

It's a great place for lunch in Old Town. Their menu is simple but there's a selection of meat and vegetarian option. The Burgers are a bit on the expensive side but you get what you pay for (caramelised onions, bacon and Brie in the bun too), so delicious. As was the battered fish, in no way was it dry. The only downside was that the fries were far too salty, but I drowned them in malt vinegar which kind of balanced it out. They allow dogs on the patio out front, where you can sit in the shade and people watch.

I decided to try this place on a day trip to visit Temecula. I hadn't been there in several years and was amazed to see how much had changed- new shops, restaurants, buildings, etc. I stumbled across this place with my mom and it looked like a nice restaurant with a pretty good menu, so we decided to give it a try. It was after 1 p.m., so the place was fairly quiet inside. We asked for a table for two and the hostess asked us to wait outside until she could wipe down a table. Five minutes later we were escorted inside to our table next to the large screen TV. The inside was nice and had a laid back feel to it. We reviewed the menu and made our choices. We finally had a server come by and ask us if we were ready to order. I ordered the chicken pesto ssndwich and my mom ordered the reuben sandwich. I had a Sprite and my mom had water. The server who seemed friendly at first was not very knowledgeable about the menu, so I stopped asking about cheese options on the ham and cheese sandwich and selected the chicken pesto instead. Ten minutes later our drinks arrived. There were about 4 other tables that were seated at this time, so not sure what the delay was, but we watched The Masters on TV while we waited for our food to arrive. 20 minutes.......25 minutes.......now the table behind us who ordered after us just got their food. Really? Our server casually mentions "oh yah, not sure where your food is. Their order was placed after yours. I'll go look." Okay, you do that. No apology, nothing. We continue to wait. 35 minutes passes by and we're about to just walk out when our food is delivered by some other server. We decide to just stay and eat it since we're starving. The food was okay, not great. My mom's came with coleslaw which amounted to about a tablespoon. Kind of stingy. My sandwich was okay and the fries were hot and crispy. Our server stayed far away and paid more attention to the other tables he was serving. A disappointing experience overall. I'm fine with waiting for my food if it's clearly a busy time, but when it's us and 4 other tables, it makes no sense as to why it took so long. My guess is our server didn't put in our order, but decided to blame the kitchen instead. Not a place I'll return to. I rather spend my money on a restaurant that values its customers.

Been here a few times. Only weekends which is obviously and understandably the busiest days. I'm pleasantly surprised and pleased with the service when at times you can't even move comfortably with all the people that are there. Even with those obstacles the staff seem to go above and beyond and give the best of service! Very friendly, very fast with the service. The food is great! And you get your drinks quickly whether you be waiting at the bar or seated eating. The music sometimes is a bit old school and they could switch that up a bit but even the old school is good for me and I'm among the younger crowd. I would recommend this location and establishment to anyone!

We sat at a mini bar and the guy behind the bar asked us what we would like, so we decided the beer flight would be a tasty closing to the wonderful night we already had. We said Dealers Choice :). He picked out some of the best beers I've ever had. He was truly awesome, and I love loved loved the feel of it! :) Thanks guys :)

Location could be hard to find parking!!! It's a unique style place it made me kind of think of certain places in NYC! Great spot for a 1st date or ate night with hubby! It kind of smelled funny (may be because of the weird cheeses they have) ! I don't drink beer but I tried their moscato and it was okay! Didn't eat so can't critique the food! Service was good! They only have ONE unisex bathroom which I thought was weird as I could see this place being busy !!!!

Went out with the husband on valentine's day. .walked the strip and settled on this gem, and we were glad we did. Our server, Sasha i believe? Was great :) we order the lobster bisque and some tasters of beer, which she gave a few recommendation for and we liked them. Next came the lobster mac and cheese and the crush burger. Both were DELICIOUS! The fries are really good and stayed crispy the whole time. We just moved into the area and i will definety be coming back here. Super layed back inside. There were couches to lounge in and good sharing app platters on the menu. Two bars i believe i saw on the way to the restrooms. Live band too on a Saturdays and good patio seating for people watching. All in all wonder date night! Thanks

Disappointing service overall. We came in and the hostess (?) told us it was "open seating" so we chose a table. The place was less than half full on a random Wednesday night. We waited more than ten minutes before even being acknowledged by the same girl who told us we could choose where to sit... she brought us water, some menus, and said, "If someone doesn't help you soon I'll come back." Uh, ok. Clearly a poor system for assigning tables, but whatever. Another waitress (blonde) approached and asked if we'd been helped. Not really... my husband ordered a beer sampler and I tried to order a wine flight. Nope... have to wait 10 minutes to order, because "a lot of orders for those just came in and we're out of glassware." Really? Less than half full, remember, but they ran out of wine glasses. Oooohkay. So I sat and watched my husband drink his beer, my wine came when he was finished, and needless to say we weren't super inclined to stay and order dinner after the ham-handed way we'd been handled so far. I bought two bottles of the wine I tasted, though, it was good.

Another wonderful place in old town Temecula. Whether you sit inside or out, this place has a fantastic feel. Beers are great! The Flat bread is to die for and while you have your food and drink, they have live entertainment. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The place is clean. It is a fabulous place to chill. Show them your checking in on yelp and receive 10% off your bill.

This place is actually one of mine and my bf's favorites. The food is a little on the expensive side but to be fair, the demographic of Temecula tends to include people with a lot of disposable income. Basically, retired folks with time and money on their hands. Any-who.... I've been here a couple of times and both times the food, alcohol and service were amazing. I've gotten the Greek flat bread and the pesto chicken sandwich and they are absolutely delicious. The first time I also got a wine flight. This is where I discovered my love of sweet wines. My bf got the sausage platter.... you know I was picking off of his plate as well. I especially loved that even the sausage was flavorful rather than greasy. The ambiance is a nice mix of casual and romantic. You know when you start forming a relationship and you and your significant other have places that you would claim as you own? Well my bf and I agree that this is one of those places. I can't wait to go back soon!

We opted to tour a wine menu in downtown Temecula instead I heading out to the vineyards and wineries. We were stopping off on our way home from Palomar Mountain. The flights are intimidating as your five pours come in wine glasses arranged on a wrought iron spiral wine staircase that sits on the bar an towers above your head. Thoughtful wine menu.

Delicious food above average for lunch. Have not tried dinner yet. A friend and I had the burger ($17 I believe) and the pesto chicken sandwich ($13) with truffle fries and regular fries. Both were excellent. The burger is priced high but worth splurging for. Chicken was priced on point for quality. The service and ambience were good. Will go back.

Service is friendly, their flatbreads are good. Tried both the salmon one and I think it was a chicken one. I asked for Malbec and they carried a delicious one. (Or I just love Malbec.) This is a nice place to hangout because you don't feel like they're rushing you out the door.

Yesterday was my first time eating at Crush and Brew. The food was amazing! I split a Ceasar Flatbread and fries with my mom. The flatbread was to die for. The presentation of the food was beautiful. The French fries were some of the best I have ever had. All the food came out at perfect temperature. The interior of the restaurant is decorated very nicely and it is a very comfortable feeling you have while eating. I will be back again to try something else on the menu.

I had a great experience and I enjoyed my meal immensely! I had the BBQ chicken flatbread and wine, along with the Parmesan bacon fries (which were delicious!!) The only downside if I had to choose one for this place is that they don't have ranch lol. I mean, being in California, we put ranch I'm everything. And they charged $2.00 for a side of their Cajun mayo but I expected that and it was really good with the fries. They had a band starting when I got there and they were awesome. The atmosphere was very pleasant and made me feel like I was at the beach somewhere. The prices are a little higher than i would like but it's a really nice spot and everyone was helpful

My husband and I went in for lunch on the patio. I ordered the Caesar salad and wine sampler. My husband ordered a mushroom burger with fries and flight of beer. The presentation on the wine was amazing! The salad was small but delicious. My husband loved his burger said it was very juicy and really enjoyed the sauce they brought out with it, the flight of beer was very good. Our server was very friendly. We will definitely return.

Ordered the pesto chicken sandwich. It was delicious, larger than expected. We were happy to be sharing it. The atmosphere is loud, casual. Great for adults. No kids noticed. Older crowd; 25+.

Went to Crush & Brew for a work function and could not have had a better time. The beer menu has some great local choices. I had the Rogue Blood Orange Wit and the Packinghouse Riley's Red, and both were great. The Crush Burger with Kobe beef melts in your mouth, and the Gouda and Canadian bacon top it off well. Our function was in the private room, which was an ideal size for about 15 people...one large table, and the room is quiet enough to hear others from any distance. About halfway through our visit, a live band started playing reggae rock, and they were great. This was my first time visiting and will definitely be back!

Great place to drink at. They should really make it known that there is more than one bathroom though when there's a line of 7 people for one toilet.

Great place to enjoy a glass of wine or beer with friends before the evening starts or after it ends. Nice patio seating for people watching and getting a glimpse of the Temecula Downtown atmosphere. Or, sit inside for some subtle music and clinking of glasses. Great wines and beers made by one of the best local winemakers in Temecula Valley. Can't go wrong for out of town guests as a lovely spot to have a drink.

Anyone who pours a wine glass 75% full is a winner by my book. Forgot the bartenders name was he was really nice and friendly. Didn't have any food here but definitely like the location and the ability to people watch on the patio

Great, casual but trendy atmosphere. They have four wine or beer flights for a reasonable price. The flights are a good way to sample all of the beer/wine on the menu. Had the Caesar burger... The fries were the best part. The description of the meat said medium rare, but it was well done which made it taste dry. The salmon and artichoke flat bread was good and full of flavor. We will be back so we can try the Lobster Mac & Cheese!

I can't wait to go back to Temecula so that I can come visit this place again! The live music, the best cheese board ever and the wine sampler! Such a fun date night. Very good service, too.

Decided on this place on the way home from a high school football away game (go ND!) glad we did! Flatbreads are very good. My hubby really liked his Ruben and the fries are amazing!! I saved room for cream brûlée and ohhhh food-gasm! One of the best I've had even. They have big TVs with sports and good wine and beer selection. High chairs are available but no changing station. Also no open bar or soda.

Lovely atmosphere! Wine flights are served on really cool racks. The cheese and fruit try was so good, paired amazingly with the wine.

The bf took me to Old Town Temecula for my birthday weekend. What an awesome place to walk around, drink, eat, and be merry! :) For my celebration birthday dinner we walked along Front St. and ended up being charmed by the outdoor patio area at Crush & Brew. First come first serve seating was new, but we were lucky to get a perfect table outside away from a heat lamp (it was already pretty warm). We picked a cheese plate, a flat bread, a beer flight for the bf, and a wine flight for me. Perfection! The food was delicious, the wine flight was fun and unique, an experience not offered at many restaurants. And the presentation of the flight was pretty cool as well! Finishing off our meal with the Opera Cake was the perfect ending to a great meal. We enjoyed it so much, we returned the next day to meet up with some family for a couple beer flights. It had a different vibe during the day but it was great. Crush Brew knows how to be the place you want to go to during the day on your way to some antique shops, but it also knows how to be a romantic fun date night experience. Thanks Crush Brew for being part of my 23rd!

Our first day in Temecula wine country & this place looked good...was it ever! Had the Brew Burger & their "horney" brew which was heaven. Our server Garrett was great, making suggestions & giving us a wine touring map with his ideas of great places for wineries & tastings tomorrow. Excellent!

The food is not very good, definitely don't get the cheese plate if you are a person who has ever eaten a cheese plate before because you'll be sad. The only reason why I would come back is to have a flight of beer. The ambiance and location is nice, even the waitstaff is nice, but the food is sorely lacking in any form of soul. There are much better places to drink and eat in Old Town Temecula, this one for me was too expensive for the quality of food we received.

OK this place has amazing beers, a cute ambience, live music and knowledgable bartenders. The issue you ask? Outrageous prices. $12.00 for a Belgium? Seriously. I ordered a beer here that costs me $7.00 at Encinitas Ale House and it was $12.00 here. My friends paid $9.00 each for a Pale Ale. I just can't support a place with these prices no matter how good it is. Or should I say my wallet can't support a place like this.

(Drinks review only) Cool bar in Downtown Temecula. 15-20 premium beers on tap (Lost Abbey, Port, Alesmith, Iron Fist). Priced at $7-$9 depending on the ABV. The inside also has a modern feel to it as well.

What a great find! My husband and I both loved this place. The atmosphere here probably has the best vibe in all of Temecula! Great decor, great service, and delicious food. We were here on a Friday night. They were pretty busy but that didn't interfere with the quality of food and service. There was a live band while we dined but it wasn't annoyingly loud. Conversations weren't hindered due to the live band which we really appreciated. I had wine while my husband tried their beer selections. We only ordered appetizers while we enjoyed our adult beverages and the music. Definitely a cool hang out spot that we will be frequenting.

Three girlfriends and myself stumbled upon Crush & Brew after wine tasting for the day, and we are so glad we did! We all ordered different menu items and each was absolutely delicious. Every ingredient is top notch and cooked and/or arranged to perfection. As someone who grew up in the Pacific Northwest eating the freshest salmon you can find, I was blown away with how well the salmon in the penne pasta dish I ordered was cooked. Service was extremely prompt and polite. The selection of beer and wine is unique and comprehensive. While some may consider it a little more pricey, it actually seemed to be less expensive than other menus in the area that we considered. Regardless, it is worth the price. Can't wait to visit again!

This place had great reviews and looks like a great place to eat. Too bad the kitchen is backed up and service is horrible. They were out of so many beers. They took forever to deliver the food. The food was dry and too expensive. They misdelivered our food so we received food late. Not enough staff and bad food. Disappointed. Nickel and Dimed for add-ons. I really wish this place was better.
