i like the design of this Starbucks, there is a long hall way when you enter. along the hallway there are seats and table for you to study or just sit there and enjoy you cup of love. And at the end of the hallway is where you will order and pick your drinks up. i like who this location has a drive thru too. its convenient on hot days where you don't want to get off the car and go inside and just want to stay inside the cool temperature car and pick it up in style. lol i also like the baristas here. they are friendly and always can carry a convo. they talk about their favorite drinks and what new drinks they have created. i always like to try what they recommend. i also find them funny and can make you laugh for the day and make you feel comfortable when you walk in. the baristas do make an excellent drink here. they always make it right for me, even if they do make a mistake they can make correct the second time. they tend to get busy all the time. so the wait can be long since they do have a drive thru as well. sometimes when i am on a time rush i will just come back later. most times i find them to be less busy during the night times, so i come during the night time. also they have google wifi, which is a lot faster than att wifi. having good wifi is plus. i do see lots of people here on their gadgets using the wifi. it can be slow when there are lots of people on it. but having google wifi is a bit faster than the att wifi though. thats what i have noticed for those 2 wifis. yes they do have outdoor seatings. there quite a few tables so its not too limited. i also find that parking here is easy to find since there is a big parking lot. i think its because of the easy parking it keeps bringing me back here. thanks for reading and have a good day.

This Starbucks located near Walmart at Florin Road is a good spot to get your favorite drinks every day and every night. As I entered, the atmosphere is very mixed bag from good to bad customers although the employees are much friendlier to serve too. Yes, this Starbucks has a drive thru compare to the Arden/Howe location, and finally yes, the service can be average inside out depending when the drinks will be arrive. Otherwise, their drinks taste very good despite the wait. Of course, there's a restroom right here, but it's locked because someone might trashed this place, so this place has a combo number lock to access the restroom. To access it, you must ask an employee to request a permission to go to the restroom by giving the access code number. Once you memorized the number, crack the code, and you're in! It's a good tool to have a number combo lock to prevent restroom havoc. Good news, this place has a Google powered wi-fi, so you can surf the web faster! A huge plus! Additionally, this place is open until late night at 11 - 11:30 pm (?), so you can get a drink during the whole night! Overall, Starbucks in Florin Road is a great place to drink your favorite Starbucks products. I give this place 3 1/2 stars.

The drinks are always good but the service could be a lot better for some of the workers there. Just from simple observations, they would get through the lines a lot quicker if they weren't talking so much. I've noticed quite a bit of stalling. I mean cmon, it's not even packed and I'm standing here watching every person after me get their drink before mine. I don't know what order they go in but I know my drink isn't fancy whatsoever and defiantly shouldn't take longer than anyone else's & I shouldn't have to ask where my drink is. Besides that the store is fine ( never anywhere to sit mid- day however ) and I love the convenience of the drive through.

I've been to this Starbucks many times. I stopped going inside because I hate parking there. I don't know why, I just dread it. The drive thru also gets long fast, BUT it's Starbucks, what do you expect? 75% of the time they make my frapp correctly, there are a few Starbucks' that I will NOT DARE step into because I will tell them EXACTLY how to make it aaaaaand it's still WRONG, & tastes like a blended coffee bean with water. YUCK !! A barista from the Broadway location gave me a tip & it should be made perfect each time. This location makes it 75% of the time correctly as I noted above. NOW tell me, why does the iced water TASTE coffee-y?? #idontgetit I will give this spot props for their big tables inside. & the outside is a fair size for people to have their coffee out there to talk &/or chill. Will i come here?? YES, even with a long drive thru. I just can't stand to go inside..... 1 less star for the other 25% of the yuck drinks. PS. If you email the company they will more than likely send you a coupon for a free drink for next time.

I absolutely hate coming to this Starbucks. I always avoid it if I can simply because the service at their drive-thru is extremely slow! I've only been here during the morning, but every time I visit I usually wait approximately 20 mins before I actually reach the window to pay and get my coffee. Now it's not like I'm the only car in the drive thru but still... the whole point of having a drive thru is to get quick service (faster than going Into the store). At this location this is not th case; if you absolutely have to come to this location I recommend going inside. I'm giving one star because the staff working the drive-thru are always so nice, but seriously?! Why does it take 20 mins to make a frappaccino or latte? I've been to other Starbucks especially during rush hours and I've never had to wait more than 10 mins. C'mon Starbucks on Florin Rd get it together.

"You're killing me Smalls" I'm not here to tell Starbuck's how to run their business because from the looks of things, they are doing ok. But would it be a real inconvenience when I go get a cup of your overrated, just ok coffee, umm lets see THAT YOU HAVE COFFEE!! And its just not at this location, I have been to multiple locations where they say they don't have blonde roast, or they are brewing it, or they just ran out. Maybe I am just the worlds most unlucky guy or the coffee gods don't like me, but I doubt it. But this location in particular regularly doesn't have just plain old coffee. On one occasion, they told me they brew the other two blends first, which made sense. But since they open at 5:00 AM and it was now 6:30 AM that excuse really doesn't fly. I know there's an SB on every other corner, but since I don't want to wait for the person ordering a double, no whip, low sugar, twice removed, extra sugar sprinkles pumpkin spice, over ice then blended latte, Ill just go to the corner gas station and grab a regular coffee. Plus the gas station has Sour Patch Kids

Never had any issues with any Starbucks before, but I guess the staff was so childish & thought it was ok to short me. Charged me 4.65$ for a grande size frap. Any other Starbucks always gives me a venti size. Never coming back again.

Not a great Starbucks. Not the worse (San Jose on McKee takes that prize) Lots of homeless. The bathroom requires a code (1717). Okay seating. Wifi is flaky. I stop here because it is conveniently located of of highway 99 by a Walmart. Otherwise I'd go elsewhere. Wifi? Not working.

I'm a regular here in the morning. They know me by the drink I order. It is nice to be known. The service is excellent and fast.

3/14/15. 11pm. 30 minutes at drive through...one car in front of me. When I got to the window, took another 10 minutes.... Then dude gave me the wrong ordered after he charged me..... Then turn out he charged me the wrong ordered.... Then I have to paid for the difference for his mistake. Then turn out he didn't even make my ordered at all. Then he have to make my ordered. Then... Then.. Fuck me side ways. Took 50+ minutes to get two venti....lmfao

Everytime I come to this Starbucks the employees are SUPER nice. They are very fast despite them being busy all the time. Definitely one of the Starbucks I like to frequent when in the area :)

Pretty good starbucks for being smack dab in the ghetto. The drinks sometimes take a few minutes longer but that's because they're always busy.

I absolutely love this Starbucks. This store is my favorite because the staff is consistent and so friendly, the drinks are well made (I've never had my order incorrect or taste off in any way), and now that they have remodeled the inside a little more it looks great in here too! This place is kind of tiny but there a few areas to sit in and most every seat has access to an outlet somewhere. When I was a full time college student I would come here on a regular basis, meaning practically every day, for four hours a day. They didn't mind me being there and eventually I got to be one of the regulars so as soon as they see me they know my drink order. This little detail made me happy and made me feel welcome as I got my coffee buzz on. My usual is a Venti Iced Coffee with the smallest dash of creme that I add myself at the add in bar. And then with my rewards card I get free refills on this drink so I can sit here all day and yearn for my old days as a full time student. One pro tip if you plan to study here, always bring ear buds!! They annoying people who set this place up as their own personal office talk on the phone and may even try to talk you into joining their health care pyramid-scam-type-deal. They never talk to me (maybe because of my 'Don't you dare even approach my table' face) but I have seen them talk to other customers and see them give "job interviews' for their company there. I hardly ever see them buy anything when I sit there for 4 hours but I guess they might have talked to the manager or they buy something-sometime, it's really none of my business as long as they don't try to talk to me. Anyway! Love you Starbucks, You light up my life xoxo. Also I think this location holds a record for the most Frappichino's sold during their occasional Happy Hour specials. Pretty cool guys! Keep up the good work.

Usually you can't give a Starbucks five stars based on their coffee, but you can on their service. Since I've started school, I've been coming here on a daily ritual in order to get some peace and quiet to do school work. The staff here have been very friendly and even though I constantly show up unsure of what I want, they've been very patient and gave me awesome opinions on some of the best options on the menu. This place is always calm, peaceful and more importantly clean. You already know what to expect at a Starbucks, that's why I can't really give a review on their coffee, but what I can say for this one particular in contrast with other Starbucks is that I never leave irritated, due to service. I'm always pleased with the service here.

40 minutes waiting at the drive thru just to get a drink, and then to have them screw up a simple strawberry FRAP. Waited some more and by the time I finally got my drink, I get an attitude with it. This location needs to train their staff on customer service skills.

  • Michele P.

Albeit a busy store, like many Starbucks are in the morning rush time, they are quick and organized so things move quickly even with a super busy drive through and a long line inside the store. The staff is very friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs, which is always nice to see with an establishment that deals with the public (especially since sometimes the general public does not always know how to behave appropriately in public). The only downside that I noticed was the store seemed a little cluttered and crowded with the different products for sale; however, this is not something that would deter me from visiting this store again.

The closest Starbucks and it's only 5 minutes or less away. I ALWAYS go to this one or the one near Cosumnes River College, but this is where I go almost once a week or probably every single day. (I have a problem, I know) I like to try new things and if you're a regular, I HIGHLY suggest you get a Starbucks Rewards Card, I've been going all these years and I've finally made one in November of 2013! I claimed my giant birthday drink and everything, it's great. I think the phone app (for smartphones only) is better than the card because of the cool scanner thingy, you never have to lose the card, and the fact that you can reload with a tap of a button. Clean place, nice workers (Angela is awesome), good drinks (if you know how to choose), and keep in mind, there are a few homeless people chillin' around but it's cool. I TRY to give every drink a chance because I like to try new things at places I go to frequently, I usually get a Trenta Vanilla Iced Coffee with Milk ($3.45), any of the frappuccinos but with crazy, extra caramel drizzle or double blended or blended with heavy cream instead of milk. Unhealthy, I know...but what can I say - don't be basic.~

I have been coming here since they opened. Yesterday I came and I'm not sure what my drink was they have me but it was flavorless. Today I came in getting my regular Venti Mocha Frap Lite half soy milk half water and they comped my drink. Thank you SB Barista

Yes it is a Starbucks so the menu is typical but the customers and the service make the store. This has nice workers friendly and courteous but some of the people abound can intimidate non regulars. Been working in the area and note panhandlers and homeless around, most leave you alone others entertain you by their antics so I bought the guy a cup and muffin to which I got a tale of philosophy and politics. Heck this guy has it right and my Pike's Place a lil better.

  • Latda V.

I like this particular Starbucks because they gave me a free drink since no one claimed it, lol. WINNING! And I wasn't even there for coffee, I was there meeting up with a friend :) This Starbucks is always packed. Lots of people on their laptops and iPads studying. Lots of room and places to sit. The restroom is clean so that's a bonus :)

  • Chong L.

I have been at this Starbucks a few times. Today, this worker gave me some attitude at the drive-through. I was trying to figure out what I want and she raised her voice at me. It's not my damn fault Starbucks make their drink names so complicated. Apparently she thinks she knows what I want, no she did not. I am never going back here. All their drinks are of the same quality no matter where you go so you idiots who say otherwise are idiots. If you want real nice beverages, go to a private cafe shop. I hate franchises like Starbucks.

I love this Starbucks in the hoodie-hood-hood!! Always professional, coffee consistently good and deals, deals, DEALS! Bought a Verismo from them, bought lots n' lots of bagged coffee...they always seem to throw something in to make you come back. Michael, the manager, is always uber friendly and remembers my name. I'm unworthy of this.....I'm not there everyday. ANYWAY. Excellent, friendly customer service. Product is always spot on. The ONLY reason why I gave them 4 stars is because the crowd is interesting, to say the least.

    (4)
  • Joanna T.

The cafe itself is small, which may be a disadvantage if they want more customers. The people there using wifi tend to take an entire table for themselves, so size is definitely a factor. Customer service and their drinks are good though. As far as I remember, all my orders were brewed correctly. The interior is chic and cozy, with appropriate music for enjoying a drink or studying. Overall, it's a pretty decent Starbucks.

I ordered an earl grey latte to go. The cashier did NOT know what it was. Had to ask another employee. Got into my car, drove away only to find out it was only a REGULAR tea. Told myself never will I come back to this store again. Then, I was in the area again. Ordered a BOGO latte this time. They gave me an expresso flavored with vanilla. Geez!!!

  • Sabrina R.

A decent and quick Starbucks. Great staff and consistent when it comes to making drinks. The set up is different than other SBux locations in that it's very long and a little bit of a walk up to the counter to order. Love that the bathroom is located right up front. Seating inside and outside is plentiful for the small space. It also has a fairly quick drive-thru with an easy exit.

I am visiting a Starbucks and recieved an exceptional customer service experience. The team members were all in sync with each other and were having fun. The store was filled with people however the line was empty. The store has system that is executed well and it shows! The best part was when each team member yells "yeahhhh" in a domino affect! Keep it up!

Went to Starbucks about 3 hours ago and I ordered a hot green tea for my sickness and my bf ordered his drink but anyways when they gave me my tea it was extremely hot like boiling water hot and I did not like that at all , I felt the heat through my cup and they even doubled cupped it !!! So they knew it was very hot as in cation !!! I had to wait at least 15-20 min to cool down ! And that was not satisfying , I wasted 2.60 cents for nasty MINT EXTREMELY CAUTION HOT tea !!!

    (2)
  • Jen W.

15+ minutes for a drink...wow! All I ordered was an iced tea. Yes, this location is frap central...but I think they were just overall short staffed. The service was friendly but it just took way too long. The location was clean and the restroom was well kept. There's plenty of parking outside. Just make sure you give yourself time to wait a little while...

    (2)
  • Jessica L.

This Starbucks is so inconsistent. Probably one of the worst Starbucks I've been too. It sucks though cause it's the closest one to my job so I always end up going here. They have a tendency to always mess up on the drink orders so please make sure you're drink is made correct!

    (2)
  • JaiLynn S.

Caramel Flan is medicine, adding up more rewards ;) Drive-thru review- Nice, quick, and easy. They were friendly, professional, got my order correct, made it right, tasted great, and got me on my way. Not sure how crazy it gets early morning though because the drive-thru lane doesn't fit many cars so...idk about how this review would have went if they were at a peak. I've mentally noted this location as a good one if/when I'm rolling in the South.

    (4)
  • Anida H.

Being a frequent starbs drinker, this location is definitely not my favorite. They've messed up my drink quite a few times. I always ask for sugar free but don't always get it! However, it's not as busy as most Starbucks in the morning which is def a plus.

  • Cinnabon M.

I USED to come to this starbucks all the time and loved it and wanted to give 5 stars. But wassup with starbucks now?? Or should I say the employees? Yes the first mess up was when I ordered two white hot chocolate mochas with whip cream and caramel drizzle. Only one had it.. like um okay? Secondly I went today and I told my bf to order a "White hot chocolate" not a "white hot chocolate mocha" & my bf didn't want to talk through the drive thru so I spoke. I told her a white hot chocolate and she said "yes, a white hot chocolate..... mocha" like NO the other starbucks understands how to do that. I bet all it is steamed milk and white chocolate syrup. But it's cool, I should've just went in there and be one of those complaining customers but they might actually do something to my drink. Should've got a refund now that I think of it. Okay that's all thanks for reading HAHA

Oh my! Been here back to back. It was actually pretty much the same as always. I notice music is a lot better in the evenings around after 7pm. Norah Jones stuff and some jazz music. Easy listening and it goes well with organizing my notes from class. I enjoy coming here. The workers are nice and its open till 11pm.

I don't know why people complain about the wait here. It's next to a shopping center, has many comfortable tables/chairs so of course it would attract people (especially students like me) to come to get coffee or just hang out after school. It's not the employees' fault that this place is busy. I have been here many times and each time is a pleasant experience. Friendly employees, good coffee, beautiful music, and spacious. Just simply love it!

This is the Starbucks closest to my work and it is miles above the one closest to my home. It is the polar opposite of the one closest to my house (See my review for the Starbucks on Sunrise in Rancho). They almost always get my order right, they are super friendly and super fast, even when the line is really long. They have a drive through, which is just about all I really use. Just an example of how good they are: when I first went back to work from my last maternity leave I was there just about every day (an infant not yet sleeping through the night will do that to you). I ordered the same thing religiously. One day I pull up in the drive through and before I can even say hello they repeat my order to me and say see you at the window! Uh, what? I guess there is a camera in the drive through so they could see my car. I was dying laughing. I am a little predictable when I really like something. I was impressed. Some of the barristas still will chat with me and ask me for updates on my life even though I am only there about once a week now. I love this location, the Sunrise location could take some notes. I will drive out of my way to come to this location over many others.

Today this location gets one star only because they made me wait for one drink and when I got it it taste so bitter and it suppose to be a Carmel frapp not a bitter Carmel frapp. Had to turn my car back around and have them remake my drink and they didn't even apologize. I see all new people working there now either the new workers aren't learning to make the drinks right or their trainer needs to be retrain. Please someone do something

The is staff is very friendly and the office is clean . I brought my disable brother in for dental work done . The staff made him so comfortable cause normally he be scared of coming to the dentist . Thank you all so kindly for taking good care my brother and his needs .

  • Alice N.

They can't ever get a order correct. Either they just miss a drink or they forget or they just mess up the drink. And every time I go they mess up like 10 times before they actually get it right so I just end up with 11 drinks when I just ordered 1 drink. They need to get their shit together because I go when they aren't busy too. This time I got some drinks for my sisters, my brother in law, and I. They got their drinks okay but once it gets to mine they didn't get it down. I got a tall Java Chip Frap with caramel and they give me a tall Caramel Frap with extra caramel. And when I told them they gave me the wrong drink they gave me a tall Java Chip but without the caramel so I didn't bother telling them again because I didn't want another drink I didn't want.

It's sort of a hit and miss with this place. Sometimes you get a good drink made sometimes it sucks. It's just convenient that it has a drive thru and also the only one in lil Saigon. Only go here often because it's convenient, most the time pretty busy though.

I never ever go inside of this starbucks but the line was so long I decided to go inside today. Worst trip ever. I first asked for a sample of something I have not tasted before. They replied with a rude answer: Oh well your guna have wait a while. Really it takes that long for a simple small sample. UMMM okaay...I then asked for an iced caramel macchiato. I ended up getting a HALF ASSED drink that had a super tiny amount of caramel and whipped cream on the outside of the lid. I asked is this what what whipped cream is supposed to look like and you kept making up excuses. Not trying bust anyone out by any names. You know who you are. F.Y.I your in the wrong department. Girll you suck as a barista and you work with the public get some manners. You are straight rude. I will contact corporate so I can get a refund on this sucky drink & will never return.

Date:05/22/14 at 5:58pm. I Ordered 2 Grande Frappuccinos. One Mocha Cookie Crumble And The Other Was A Strawberry And Creme With Caramel Drizzle. The Mocha Cookie Crumble Was Good But A Bit Too Well Blended And Water. However, The Strawberry And Creme Had Too Much Milk And Way Too Watery! I Could Barely taste The Strawberry Flavor And If Youre Goin To Charge Me $0.60 Extra For Caramel At Least Drizzle It In The Cup As Well As More On The Whip Cream. Ive Ordered Most Of My Starbucks In Other Starbucks And They Always Drizzle The Cup And Whip Cream For Me. I Tried Calling To Speak To A Person In Charge But Only To Wait Over A Minute For NO ONE To Even Answer! Why Have A Store Phone If No One Is Available To Pick Up? The Only Thing That Id Give A 5 Star Too Would Be The Cashier. He Was Nice And Kept A Great Smile!

The ghetto Starbucks in the Sacramento area!! I was actually shocked when I walked in here. It smells like a Starbucks store and outside it looks like one..but once you walk inside..you're just like WTF!! Kids running everywhere..dirty looking place. There are 6-7 people working yet I waited for 15+ mins for a triple shot ice espresso?? They are not organized at all and lack a main person to be in charged of the register. I had to wait around until someone became free to ring me up! Very disappointed at this location!!

  • Pamela T.

this starbucks is always busy since its in a really busy plaza and around big streets. the employees here seems to have better customer service than other ones that I have been to. they're also pretty fast at preparing your drinks and stuff. the only thing that sucks about this location is the drive through. when there are way too many people, the parking lot/drive through area gets kind of hectic and crazy. so if there's a line for it, I suggest to park your car and go inside.

As always, Starbucks is a must during the day! Despite of the location, this Starbucks really stands out! (Not ghetto in any way or form)! Cashiers and baristas are friendly and interactive. Ham and Swiss panini is my usually snack/breakfast! One of my fav Starbucks places!

I've been going here for years, and recently it's been EXTREMELY slow, new employees means slower drink making times and inaccurate orders.. Just wish it was the way it was.

You guys get an automatic 4 stars for the abnormally huge bathroom. Also, thanks for being open late into the night after a long drive from SF (so I can use the aformentioned bathroom). Also, your wifi is pretty awesome too. As for the coffee, I really don't think any Starbucks is better than the other, so usually I would rate each of them 3 stars, but because of your gargantuan restroom (seriously, it could be made into 2 stalls), 4 for you.

Me and coffee are besties... So sue me, I love when your (used to be) local barista(s) recognizes you and/or your drink. Sorry, its just a nice feeling...or an indication you have a serious caffeine addiction. This staff has been nothing but fantastic since I stared frequenting their drive thru on a daily basis for over a year. Although I don't frequent it at that rate anymore (almost two years ago now), they still recognize me and always leave me with my beverage and a smile. Sometimes its just that simple act that can make your day! Nothing is more convenient that their drive thru, especially after a extra sweaty gym session (no one wants to be seen like that). This is my go to spot right after the gym on the weekends, their execution of what some would call my "high maintenance" drink is perfect. On the occassion that I've been inside to grab my drink, there is some awesome people watching to be had here. I'm mean, come on...its South Sac Thanks for not judging my post workoutness at the drive thru window, you know how to make a girl feel good ;)

  • Andrew P.

Would've given this a 5 star just because I love Starbucks but the reason why I'm giving a 2 star for this place is because whenever I ask for an extra caramel for my caramel frap, they put so much caramel that whenever you drink it, it's too sweet and every time you drink it, there's a glob full of caramel in your mouth instead of the frap. Go to Arden's Starbucks, they make the extra caramel better!

Worse Starbucks I have ever been too. There was only four people in front of me, and it took 15 minutes for a drink. All the people in front of me only had one drink per order. One person to work the drive thru and the other to work for inhouse orders. Need to pick up the paste. One of the workers had to redo the same order twice because he couldn't get it right. I have never been to a Starbucks with such bad service. I guess I shouldn't expect much since its in south sac.

I've had great previous experiences here. Regardless of the other 10000 Starbucks on every corner in this city, this particular one is farther than another one by my house. I choose to come here for the convenience and availability of parking. It's also walking distance to Walmart. However the cashier today "Dom", the stereotypical hipster gauge donning female employee at the register was not the giving the stereotypical friendly hipster vibe. I was genuinely greeting her and asked about her morning while I ordered my drinks and she was just not having it. If I wanted service like this, I can go pay 1-2 dollars less for my coffee at another major chain. However the actual barista who made my 3 beverages was very kind and made up for Dom's not-up-to-Starbucks-par employee attitude. Also, someone else who was behind the counter working the ovens and such was always wandering around with a broom making sure the place was spotless. THAT-I like. Would someone please hire a cashier who can smile?

This Starbucks is superb! Me and my mother in law stop by here when we go grocery shopping at 99 Ranch market or SF Market. Their drinks are on point so I decided to get the largest size (Venti Iced vanilla latte) Mmmmm mmm! and my mother in law orders a Venti Iced Green Tea and raves about the Green Tea only at this location. Not all drinks from Starbucks taste the same at every location! You're already paying $3-4 for a drink ($2-3 for the green tea) so you're hoping it comes out like you like it and this one exceeds my standards! :) I slurped my latte in 2.5 seconds, that's how good and how thirsty I was!

The same vibe as any Starbucks with its friendly service and coziness in a modern sort of way. The shop is a very long rectangle meaning that there's a longer than normal walk to the register upon entering the store haha. Nothing too serious , but just something I noticed. It's usually pretty packed with people doing work on their laptops. Another thing to note is that there's a drive through so yay for people on the go!

I'm not a coffee drinker but I have found my gem at Starbucks. Sweetened black tea with soy instead of water. Make it a venti, please. I've gone to a few Starbucks and this location makes it on point every time. The workers who man the drive thru are awesome.

Today is the day I will finally YELP because I am no longer a loyal patron to this Sacramento Starbucks. I have given you many many chances and opportunities to offer me coffee here since it's in close proximity to work. Your DRIVE-THRU FAILED miserably EVERY single day for me this week. Today I am completely fed up. I am a complete loyal customer here and you people can not even 'correct' my drink with a smile. I have to request for whip daily and without a doubt, I can see very clearly through the window it is incorrect AGAIN. Whether it is whip or classic pumps, or shots, my drink is inconsistent. When asked AGAIN today, "Can you please add whip?" The young man at the drive through window looked at me as if I requested last minute for additional service and never apologized but instead he had to double check his computer slip to see if I even ordered it. I felt so offended as if I was the one making the mistake. Given there is a line behind me, and I do have to work too, but he has no right to non verbally insult me in this way. I am appalled by this location's ability to make my drink at the drive-thru window. This location has officially lost $5 DAILY. DO THE DAMN MATH!! I come here almost 7 days a week!!! I will recommend whomever is ordering here to go INSIDE and make sure you receive CORRECTLY your drink before you leave!! I am going back to Rancho.

I had a long drive ahead of me and decided Starbucks would hit the spot.. I've had my fair share of Starbucks and experienced more good than bad times with the franchise.. To be honest, Starbucks' beans are mediocre and they're nothing to jump up and down for.. That's until I came across this location.. The customer service is every manager's dream come true.. I swear these guys definitely left an impression on me with their professionalism.. They even managed to up sell me with some cake pops (which is my new found love)... I've tried many frappuccinos, this was one to remember and say to myself "that was a damn good frap!" ( and I used to work at Starbucks).. Say what you want about this location, but that was enough for me to give these guys five stars... Good service, good frap and good freakin cake pops!!

It's always a treat for me to visit a Starbucks and enjoy one of their specialty coffees. Since the Starbucks that was the closest to my house went out of business, this place is the second closest to me, located in the old Florin mall shopping center right on Florin Rd. This place gets very busy! I must pass by it almost twice daily to get to work, and it seems every morning AND evening, the drive-thru has a long line of cars. Whoever purchased this particular location for their franchise made a wise choice! The drive-thru is placed oddly to the opposite side of where Starbucks is. You can easily be confused if this your first time there, since you enter the drive-thru where the Panda Express restaurant is located. Place your order at the intercom on that side, then drive around the building to pick up your coffee, etc. Entering the coffee shop is a little unusual too. The store is long and narrow in the "shotgun" style. Tables and chairs hug both sides of the walls as you walk all the way down to the end to place your order and then have to stand kind of in the way of others while you wait for them to complete it. As I said before, this place gets busy, so don't expect quick service. But the people here are nice and seem to treat their jobs in a professional and efficient manner. Don't worry, there is plenty of parking available here to accommodate the masses!

This was my first time going to this Starbucks and the barista who assisted me was excellent. He asked me how my day was and what I was up to. I informed him it was my birthday and without hesitation he wished me "Happy Birthday". We had a pleasant conversation and he seemed very sincere. This sort of customer service should be a model for all businesses as this experience is very few and far between. There was no name on the receipt but he had just clocked on at 4:00 pm today. Thank you for making my experience a pleasant one! I would strongly recommend this store.

I love this Starbucks I live in Elk Grove and despite there being a Starbucks on every corner I come here because they make my drinks perfectly every single time. In the drive through and inside they are very fast, efficient, and friendly. If you want your drinks made right with no mistakes come here.

Not all locations make it the same way! Apparently, their baristas need to be retrained on how to make their drinks. Coming from the birthplace of Starbucks (Seattle, WA), I have high expectations. Consistently, I receive the best made iced americanos over in the Seattle and Renton, WA area. Here? It's spotty - very spotty. I've only had 2 particular locations that deliver consistent quality (Broadway/15th & of all places - Woodland!) My last visit to this place - I had to make the barista make it 3 times! Yep, 3 times. Third strike buddy...I demanded my money back. I'm afraid if you put a gun to his head, I guarantee he just could - not - do - it. Poor guy. With this location, I'll just stick with the brewed coffee. I really do love the Pike!

Love coming here to use my pc because there is always a place to sit. The bathroom is nice and clean. Staff is nice and friendly like at most Starbucks. It can sometimes get chilly on a hot day in here (bring a sweater if you are planning to sit and sip. I experienced the same at all the other locations I been to.) They have a drive-thru and are open til 11pm. My drink was messed up once but it became my new fave :) Also, what's up with all the Bob Marley lately? lol

This starbuck has extra modern decor, with the wonderful orange chairs. The place actually sets off a more "familiar relationship" with its customers, even though it might have been my first visit at this location. They have pictures of kids mounted on the board against the wall. They also have pictures of all of their employees (with names). I believe Nick was working today, and he was definitely welcoming and friendly! Lots of parking, seating outside, and a drive-thru as well!

They grind my coffee and make one of the best undertow shots ever out of a lot of Starbucks' this one does it right! I travel from Davis to natomas n Roseville down to Modesto for work and been to a lot of Starbucks and this one for as busy as it is. Is FAr better maintained then most! Besides the one in valley springs this is a great location and a great staff

Good service, good coffee, and good ambience. It's my second time coming to this Starbucks and both times my drinks came like I expected. Both times I have been seating waiting for a long time and time went by thanks to the comfy seating, ample space, and great music. Just what you can expect from a good Starbucks.

although im not a starbucks lover, i go here sometimes when in south sac to have coffee and surf on my ipad. it can get busy at times and even though its the biggest starbucks ive seen, you can often find no sitting room. whats really annoying about this place is that it seems to be a haven for all the pyramid schemers in town. there are always a group of asian kids there doing stupid interviews for supposed jobs. aside from the annoying conversation they provide, they take up like 3-4 tables and i usually see only one or two out of a group of 5 or 6 who actually buy coffee. c'mon guys! get an office. at least get a virtual office! it's so tacky to be doing business at starbucks! but theyre not the only ones, there are other schemers there and any chance they get to talk to you, they will be showing you products and books, and trying to show computer presentations showing how much money you can make if you work with them. just bring headphones and an ipod and no one will bother you. there are also a lot of homeless people that come in and out of this location. i think thats expected with the area its in. it doesnt really bother me, i'd rather be around homeless people than a bunch of amway wannabes. also, please dont take offense to my review, its just my observation

Great service, laid-back atmosphere, good drinks. After a long-day I like to come here and just sit back and relax and hang out with my iPhone. The people are friendly, and they make good drinks.

Quality of the drinks was as expected-- I mean its Starbucks. The service, however, not so much. I went in there with my boyfriend around 10:40 in the morning, and the girl behind the counter was less than pleasant (and thats putting it nicely). When I placed my boyfriend's drink order she promptly cut me off and said, "Is that all?" And when I told her no, she rolled her eyes and took my other drink order. Then I told her I wanted something to eat, and her eyes rolled again. She made no effort to hide the fact that she had a bad attitude. Later on as I was waiting for my drink (in an area not fit for people to stand around in--unless you want to block the bathrooms, exit, or table where all the sugars and creams are), the barista asked for the girl from the counter's help in making drinks. She yelled at him across the bar that he could do it himself, and walked to the back room. Overall, I do not like to see employees treating customers with disrespect, let alone other employees. This Starbucks location will not be seeing me anymore--its worth driving to Elk Grove or West Sac just to avoid the terrible service I received.

I wouldn't recommend this location at all. I have a couple of friends who work for other Starbucks and they really don't like this one for some odd apparent reason. Now I kind of see why. One day I was at the Gamestop that is really close to this Starbucks, and I decided to stop by and get something to drink. I went up to the cashier and ordered a simple iced trenta black tea lemonade with 8 pumps of classic.. I paid for it and then she rudely asked for my name. I told her and she asked me how to spell it.. In my head I was like are you serious? Why did it even matter? There was nobody else in line.. One of her coworkers even laughed at her. But it was whatever, I just wanted to get my drink and leave. It was done really quickly, so it must be good and they must have been prepared. And they didn't even need to know my name. However, I didn't drink it until I got into my car.. There were two problems. One, they gave me very little ice which melted away quickly and two, there were no pumps of classic at all. So basically, it tasted like lukewarm water. On the cup it even wrote 8CL under the syrup box.. I've ordered this drink from a bunch of other Starbucks and never had any concerns until I went here.. I threw it away after drinking like a quarter of it. Anyways, I don't go to this Starbucks very often but it definitely gave me the impression that if they can't even get a simple drink down, I have no idea what they will do with other drinks.

How can you go wrong with Starbucks? This one has a drive through which makes me extra extra like it! hehe. Have not gone in the store but they have always been very helpful in the drive thru. And they have not made a mistake on my drink which is an extra bonus!
