Went here after church. The Pizza isn't that great. It seems a little over raided. I knew this coming here. Except the family wanted this after a church with another Family. I told my wife places that discount the meals at Costco do so because they aren't that great. The one exception might be Lucille BBQ. Then again it's a chain. Not the best place. Not the worst. JUST An Average Place with OVER Priced Drinks and average service. Typical Sierra College Kid waiting tables. Miss the professional service staff.

We came here for the first time a few years ago and they royally messed up our order so we did not return. We decided to give them a second chance today. I understand why the deep dish pizza takes so long to cook, but between the long wait and the high price... it just isn't worth it. The thin crust pizza is pretty good but the quality of the toppings is cheap. And yet again, they messed up one of our pizzas. Did I mention over priced? More than a dollar for additional veggie toppings on a personal sized pizza. And they won't substitute, so if you don't want bell peppers but do want mushrooms, be prepared to pay for it! Overall, not worth the time or price.

Came in for a Friday night dinner and was pleasantly surprised with a short 10 minute wait. The appetizer Greek fries were yummy...lots of garlic and lemon (squeeze to your liking). Pizza and salads were great. The kicker was the dessert...beignets with carmel and chocolate dipping sauce. Cameron was a top-notch server!! Very attentive, professional and efficient! A great overall dining experience!

My boyfriend and I went in a few days ago and ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza, Unfortunately it tasted like a frozen tombstone pizza. Very disappointing. Don't waste you time going here, there are much better pizza places in the area.

Been here a couple times and really am a fan. The last time we went on in happy hour and everything was really good. The bartender knew how to make one of my fave drinks Beautiful. Relaxing jazz music plays in the background and there are lovely tall leather booths and perfect lighting which makes for a romantic setting. Pizzas take awhile to bake which is fine because you can enjoy cocktails and chat with your friends. Their deep dish pizza is delish and has a yummy crunchy crust. The pesto artichoke dip is a nice accompaniment with happy hour drinks.

I didn't realize I've had a yelp account since 2011 until I tried setting one up today. This is my first review. So, my family have a monthly tradition where we take turns picking out a restaurant for our family dinner night. For August, it was our daughters choice and she chose Chicago pizza. So I looked it up on yelp and read that it takes 35-45 minutes for the deep dish or stuffed pizzas to be cooked. As we were leaving our house for dinner, I called and placed a dine-in order for the pizza so we wouldn't have to wait too long. Great idea if you're starving like we were. Once we got there, I told them my name and they immediately knew I called in 15 mins earlier so they seated us within 3 minutes. Our server, I believed her name was Taylor, greeted us and took our drink and appetizer order. I had to inform her that we had already ordered a pizza, which the host should've have told her. We ordered a deep dish "great Chicago fire" pizza, pound of garlic buffalo wings (12 pieces), small fried artichoke hearts, small Greek fries, small Caesar salad and a small primo house salad. The pizza was ok. I'm not a big pizza fan, but I think pizza hut is way better. I only ate half a slice but the kids seem to enjoy it. We got a large. 8 big slices and was around $25 I think. The wings were ok. Husband thought it was salty. We should've ordered the regular buffalo wings instead of garlic buffalo. Would've tasted better if it was crispier. I think it was around $8.95. The fried artichoke hearts were probably the best we've ever had. Crispy on the outside and hot and thick cuts of artichoke on the inside. We only ordered 10 for $5.95, I think, but wished we ordered 20 pieces cause we were fighting for it. I thought we had enough food so didn't want to over do ourselves. Greek fries were the best part of the meal! Omg hands down, the best ever. It's like garlic fries but tastier! We ordered a small order for $3.95 but it was enough for us four to share. Should've ordered the large for $6.95. Couldn't get enough. I ordered two salads cause I didn't know which one I wanted. I'm happy they have small, med and large to choose from. I got 2 small for $3.50 each. They were enough for 2 to share. Too bad they weren't good. Bland and not enough dressing. Barely ate any. Our appetizers came out in 5 mins and was hot and fresh. Then our pizza came out 10 mins after that. Our dinner was quick. From sitting down, to eating then leaving... Took less than an hour. You must call ahead for pizza orders though. Overall, I'd definitely come here again for the fries and artichokes. Maybe I'll try a different pizza next time but definitely not the salads. Service was quick and friendly. Taylor brought out the food quick, refilled our drinks, packed our leftovers and took our payment promptly. Total was $75 including tip. Not bad for a family of four. We even had pizza and wings leftover for the kids. Man, I want some more Greek fries!

Best pizza around! They even have gluten free and its super tasty. Dare you to find better wings! Cocktails are on point and greek fries are also yummy. This place is extremely beautiful around christmas due to the way they decorate. They really go all out. Happy hour is a good deal too!

Love the food yet recently the deep dish is not really a deep dish but rather a regular crust flared upwards on the sides. Their folsom location is better #disappointed

The food is fine. It's the customer service that stinks. Case in point... I told the waitress we were there celebrating a birthday. She appeared disinterested. Not even a "Happy Birthday!" crossed her lips. She didn't ask which of was was turning a year older. It just so happened to be our son's 15th birthday. We were there paying a chunky price for their food. A little acknowledgement would have been the customer-servicey thing to do. My kids went out to eat days later @ Chili's with their grandparents and, without any prompting, were treated to big birthday sundaes by their waiter. That's a place we will return to because the wait-staff is so friendly. YES The pizza is yummy, especially the deep-dish, but it took much longer than the expected 40 Minutes. I don't recommend going there to celebrate a special occasion!!! As stated above...the customer service stinks so it's not a place I care to return. Service at their Folsom location is better. And order your food long before your stomach knows it's even hungry because it's gonna take awhile.

I came here with classmates and I'm pretty underwhelmed by my experience here. Our server was a really sweet girl but the food took FOREVER to come out. I noticed that people that had come in after us were getting the food they ordered before we had gotten anything which is a huge pet peeve of mine when I'm out eating somewhere. I ordered their pesto rigatoni with chicken because I wasn't in the mood for pizza and it was very bland. We also had their pesto artichoke dip which wasn't all that great either. Their buffalo wings were pretty good though so I'll give them that. I may come back to try their pizza but aside from that it's not a place I'd avidly try and go to.

We always get takeout, and they are usually pretty spot-on with their estimated times. A little on the expensive side, but very yummy! I think the deep dish here is even slightly better than Zelda's- super yummy. Sides of ranch are free! Buffalo wings are good, but nothing special. If you want dessert, they have a good chocolate chip cookie pizookie type dessert. It's always very busy and loud, so don't plan on having much conversation unless you like to yell.

Rules to live by in the restaurant business. 1. Be bold not safe. 2. If you write on the side of your building that WINGS are a specialty, you have an industrial kitchen- don't serve breaded bland wings. Talk about mailing it in. 3. Coors light, Stella, and Blue Moon are a crime in Northern California because some of the best microbreweries in the world are within 250 miles. Be original. Buy local. Golden Colorado will be fine if you don't buy their beer. Safe is safe, bold is a money maker. Makes me a return customer. This place is bland and safe like its beer and wings. Best to hit McDonalds and be really safe.

Absolutely love this place. We have went probably about 3 times over the last 8 months, (we would go more often but there is not a location in the East Bay where we live). Anyways, the food is delicious every time. We ordered the fried Artichoke heart which were great! I was a little afraid that they would be greasy, like others I have had before and these were not at all. They were perfectly fried and crusted with panko. Served with your choice of ranch, pesto ranch (my favorite) and blue cheese. Needless say we luckily ordered the larger size because the 3 of us at lunch at them up rather quickly. We then got the large chicken pesto salad to share between the 3 of us and that was plenty! I love the fact that they bring out cold plates for you to have with your salad to share. It was a great touch! For the pizza we went with a large traditional pizza and added salami, (which they put under the cheese, it was confusing the first time but it really makes a difference in the taste) and we got the pizza with a thin crust which is perfect! They actually cut the pizza into little square so if you like the crust there are pieces like that and if you are like me there are no crust sections of just pizza and topping goodness! It really is a great place to eat and its always a fun trip.

We are fans of Chicago Fire - we don't eat here that often because the food is heavy - but we never have complaints! We came here with a party of 19 for a friend's birthday this past Saturday - reservations were made so no complaints about a wait time. In the past we've gone to the Folsom and Downtown locations and usually there is a wait. If you want deep dish or stuffed crust pizza, they take 40 minutes to cook, so they do recommend you call ahead. Seeing as how we had a reservation with 19 people, we ordered ahead. In the end we probably shouldn't have. Others ordered deep dish/stuffed crust pizza and they came out in a timely manner - after all the salads we ordered. They had our pizza done by the time we sat down but placed under a heater until the rest of the pizzas were ready - SO, our pizza was luke warm and a bit old, but regardless it was still good. Service was meh as well - we had to wait a lot for refills and had to track down the waiter to get various items. The major complaint was, everyone arrived at different times, the waiter knew this and knew were were 6 different families at this dinner, yet he combined the check. We asked if he could break it down and he said sure, instead of showing him the families by seat, so he could break it down on his own, he went seat to seat and asked who ordered what... really? how unprofessional and a waste of time. Other than the mediocre service - the restaurant tends to run pretty hot too - try to turn up the air - it was 100 outside that day and it felt like 80 in the restuarant, so very uncomfortable. Food wise - we had a greek salad which was pretty good - they offer salads in individual sized (approx $5), couple sized (approx $10), and family - 4 people sized (approx $15). The deep dish and stuffed crust will run starting at $18 for a small and i think around $25 for a medium. The thing crust pizzas are cheaper. All in all - we would of course come back - we do love the deep dish pizza, but we would expect some better service.

Yesterday was the FIRST and the LAST time we visit this place. We have been to the downtown Sacramento CF chain multiple times and really like it, but the Roseville joint is a completely different story. Now I understand why our friends have NEVER recommended this local place to us. Food itself was ok but the customer service deserves 0/5 stars. Our experience: My wife reached 15 mins before me and ordered for both of us. By the time I reached, the food had just arrived. I wanted to order a drink, but I never once saw our waitress. We waited a few minutes but then ate our meal before it got cold... the waitress was MIA the ENTIRE time we dined. I would have understood our server's disappearance had it been the rush hour, but we were there during a very slow time... there were less than 10 patrons in the whole place. I waited and waited and no one ever showed up. Little did I know, our waitress was the young lady chatting away with the customers 2 booths away with her back turned to us the whole time. Had I known that this girl was our waitress I would have got up and spoken to her. My wife did not even realize that this was the same girl who took our initial order because this young lady showed us her back the entire time and she did not have the courtesy to come by even once to see if we were doing ok. She was quite friendly with the other customers and I could hear her discussing her favorite restaurants & places to hang out in Sacramento, but I suppose customer service towards us was not at the top of her list. I hope this is not the case with the entire management team at the Roseville Chicago Fire. I FINALLY saw our server when the other customers left. It only took 10 more minutes of waiting after we had finished. Looking at the bright side, at least she was nice enough to bring us our bill. For a minute I thought I would have to personally go to the manage and pay her. I spoke to the manager afterwards and she apologized and offered us some deals but we politely declined. This place is not for us. I don't think our waitress snubbed us on purpose, but in the restaurant & hospitality business, customer service is what makes you or breaks you.

Good salads and I liked that you could order them as a small (side) medium or large (family size - although didn't see how large this was). They had thin, deep dish and stuffed pizza. Unfortunately it would take 35-40 minutes to get anything but the thin crust and the kids were too hangry to wait... Kids menu limited so if your kids don't want pizza there isn't much. The waitress asked if we wanted the kids pasta out before pizza which was nice because they were hungry and they take forever to eat. Pizzas were decent, service was good. A bit noisy but overall casual family type place.

I come here for lunch fairly often. My fav is the lunch combo. A small grilled pear salad with 4oz of grilled chicken and a slice of thin crust combo pizza extra crispy. MMMMMMmmmmmmm delicious!!!

This is our favorite pizza spot in the Roseville/Folsom area, hands-down. Haven't tried their thin crust yet because their Chicago-style deep dish is SO DARN GOOD! We've been here so many times where we've been so happy to get our food we dig in and didn't realize we hadn't taken pictures until we were staring at our empty plates. Lucky for you we took pics the last couple visits. ;) First off, let's talk Happy Hour (HH). Draft beers $4-$6 aren't the cheapest prices for HH, but not too bad. The real winner is the HH food! We ordered the Focaccia, Artichoke Dip, Antipasto Salad (sub artichokes for salami), and Artichoke Hearts. The Focaccia was served warm and soft and had great flavor. The dipping sauces were pretty standard with the exception of the balsamic infused olive oil, which was AMAZING! Reminds me of the garlic infused dipping oil from Johnny Carino's or Pomodoro's. I couldn't get enough! The Artichoke Dip was another stand-out dish. The artichokes aren't blended into oblivion, rather they are left chunky which added nice texture. That being said, the real winner with the Artichoke Dip is the house-made pita chips! They are SO FREAKIN' GOOD! They are soft and warm, rather than hard and crunchy, but that is totally a good thing in this case. I was not sorry when we ran out of dip and had pita chips left over. They were that yummy. Now, on to dinner. The deep-dish pizza is FANTASTIC. We've had "Chicago-style" deep-dish pizza from several restaurants, and only one (Rance's in Costa Mesa) can hold a candle to Chicago Fire's. The crust is buttery and flaky, the sauce is very flavorful, and the toppings (particularly the mushrooms) are fresh and mouth-watering. Our personal favorite is the five-cheese and 'shroom, but we did try their white sauce stuffed pizza (we ordered it just deep-dish style and sub'd artichokes for the chicken) and it was very good. I won't take any more of your time talking about the food. Besides, I'm getting hungry talking about it.

I've been a fan since they opened in midtown. I love their deep dish pies. Closest thing to Zachary's that you can get in the sacramento area. Wait can get pretty long, but I love their food. Agree that they can do with a much better beer list, but whatever.

I came with a friend of mine & celebrate his birthday! We had a family size house salad, 20pcs. Hot wings, there large garlic fries, large Chicago fire deep dish pizza & few alcohol drinks, try there vanilla cinnamon sangria they are great! Did I mentioned it was just between 2 of us LOL! Our server was kind & friendly! All in all food, ambiance was better than I ever expected!

Going to look one of these up as soon as I get back to the bay area, amazing pizza, appetizers, drinks, service...the whole nine yards. The service was good, with a friendly (but not over the top) staff. and the restaurant was clean! Def important.

I came here on a whim - drove by it many times just never went in...so I decided to try it. I must not have gotten the memo driving by it that you must "order" a deep dish well in advance, so being hungry and not willing to wait another 45-1hr - I tried their "regular" pizza's. Terrible choice tasted drier than the dust in Arizona. the toppings tasted like they had a overworked refrigerator. Customer service treated us like Bill Lumbergh from office space, as if we did not fill out our TPS reports about the deep dish situation as stated above. It got worse from there..they did not seem to understand our order and it may have been because the waiter "thought" they are so good without a notepad and repeating things is much better and still get it wrong. I bet they have "refilled" soda's but you would not notice because they seem to never come around to check on you.

New in town, do we decided to have some pizza. Per their recommendations if we want deep dish to call in a head..... So that's what I did, however the young lady told me they were not doing pre-orders..... Boooo to your organization and it's misleading information....

One of the best wings in Sac. Definitely a good competitor to buffalo wild wings. Food: The Chicago fire house combo and the classic are my favorite. The veggie is also really really good if I'm feeling a teeny but more healthy than usual. Service is cool. Nothing to rave about. Server got the water before drinks were empty every time so that was a plus. Quicktip: they only reserve ahead of Time for parties of 8 or more.

While I have eatten the pizza from here at least 5 times, it has always been to go. I first fell in love with the stuffed pizza at the Folsom location. Roseville location is just as good. I love, love the stuffed pizza all meat. The freshness of the sauce, the tastiness of the pepperoni, salami, and sausage blends perfectly with the cheese and delicious crust. I am not typically a deep dish pizza fan, but this is no ordinary pizza by any means. I can not gauge the service at the Roseville location since I haven't ate at the restaurant - I always taking it to go. However, when you order a deep dish or stuffed pizza, they forewarn you that since the pizzas are made to order, they take an hour to be ready. (and that is for a small). So I would not recommend coming here if you need to be in and out. To enjoy your experience, I would recommend that you allow for 2 hours or do as I do and take it to go. Haven't tried the wings yet but I will soon.

I went here on New Years Eve with some girl friends for a farewell lunch to one of them. The lady of honor chose the location and I was eager to try a new restaurant. When we arrived we were quickly greeted and seated in a booth along the far wall. So far, so good. The restaurant only had a few people there for lunch which was nice. Our waitress came by and brought us all water as we selected our choices. I went with a gyro, one girl ordered a salad, and the other two ordered thin crust pizzas. My son's were there as well so I ordered them a personal sized pepperoni pizza, pan crust, to share. And then we waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. We were starting to wonder why it was taking over 40 minutes to get our food, especially a salad of all things. Then we eavesdropped on the other waiter at the table next to us. He informed his table that it can take up to 50 minutes for a pan crust pizza to cook and he liked to warn his customers about that. Too bad our waitress didn't. We had no clue and my hungry children had transformed into ravenous monsters. When our food finally arrived 10 minutes later, guess what was missing? The salad. Nice. The food was at least warm and tasty, I will give them that much. I am not sure if I will eat here again though since I felt our service lacked, well, service. The waitress never did come back to check on us; only to drop off our bill. I think I will have to be pretty hungry and non-choosy to go here again.

Been to the folsom location numerous and this was my first stop in Roseville. Same great pizza and service. The sauce is so sweet and wonderful. We got their thin crust and it was awesome!

Since moving to NorCal, my husband has been on a pizza strike. He prefers deep dish and we just haven't been able to find it anywhere....until stepping into Chicago Fire. The pizza here is quite good! The sauce has great flavor and the crust is crispy, flaky goodness. It does take a bit longer than normal to bake, so I recommend either calling ahead or settling in for a nice drink and app before your pie arrives.

  • AnaBeth B.

The pizza is decent, but even perfect pizza could not make up for the service. Worst two experiences of my entire life. The people who work here should all be fired and the business should start over from scratch. Unbelievable. The servers are beyond rude, and it takes WAY too long to get anything. I refuse to go to a restaurant where I am forgotten by the waitress soon after being seated, or where I am spoken to so rudely by the hostess for trying to correct a mistake made by one of their employees. I will never again give them my money, and I will make the greatest effort possible to discourage my friends from doing so. Going to this restaurant is a mistake. Buy a frozen one from a store, or just go somewhere cheap. Chances are, you'll get better service, better pizza, better prices, better everything.

Maybe I am weird but I don't like dry pizza. Both our regular and deep dish pizzas were all cheese and hardly any sauce or toppings. Our salads were heavily dressed and soggy. Just was not a great meal. Oh and about 45 min wait for our pizza. Not worth it for us.

Whenever I'm given the option of choosing where to go for dinner and I have a little extra cash to spare, this is always the place I pick. My boyfriend and I have this set as our "special occasion" place and it's always a treat when we can go. The pepperoni deep dish pizza is divine. Sometimes it's a little too saucy for my liking, but it's easy to scrape off any sauce you don't want (heresy, I know.) We always get the hot wings too, and those are perfection. In terms of service I've never had a bad experience with the waitstaff here; they've always been very friendly and professional to me. I 'm dying to try the cookie pizza dessert thing the next time we go; it looks like a BJs Pizookie, and who doesn't love those?

I only give it 4 stars because service is hit & miss here, Ive had good, Ive had not so good. But the pizza is the best Ive had. We always get the pan pizza so I cant review the other kinds. But i love them, the drinks have always been good and we like it as take out also. But we will be back.

It is stunning to me that a place that only serves pizza can't get a pizza order correct. My friends and I ordered a large thin crust pizza and specifically requested "light cheese and heavy sauce". The waiter said OK and wrote it down. We finally get our pizza and it's larded with cheese and virtually no sauce. I waiter runs off before I notice. I ask the waiter when he saunters back over to us, "is that light cheese". He says, oh yea, you ordered light cheese. I'm sorry, do you want me to make you another one". I should have known bad things were coming after I got my lemonade. It was beyond watered down. My second lemonade was up to par. I wont be coming back.

This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants here in Sacramento. To start off, I always get the kahlua coconut martini. The combination of the kahlua and the coconut is so amazing together. It is definitely my favorite drink here! I absolutely love the deep dish pizzas here! The crust is so buttery, flaky, and just so very good! It takes about 30-40 minutes to make but the wait is well worth it! Their chicken wings are delicious so I usually get that while waiting for the pizza. Now the prices are on the high side so when your come here be prepared to spend some money. But the food, the friendly staff, and the location is worth coming here for.

The food was good. Problem was the service was NOT! A lot of young 20 somethings who were more interested in socializing with each other then waiting on customers. It's unfortunate because the pizza was good, the overall experience would keep me from coming back. Employees were on cell phones, talking with friends who were sitting in this little room right next to the hostess stand, and laughing and having a great ole time while we waited to order, for silverware, for drinks, for the bill....

food: 5 stars. seriously. soo good. everything we ordered here was amazing! they didnt offer any kind of white/garlic sauce to substitute for the red tomato sauce on pizza, but they suggested using ranch - it was heavenly. we also had garlic fries, which weren't too oily and garlicky! i think they have the best garlic fries i've ever had (that's saying a lot). customer service: upon first arrival, the hostesses were a bit stuck up. once i got past the snobbery, the waitress was very helpful. i told her it was our first time, and she made very sound suggestions for our taste! tipped her well! environment: it was my birthday lunch, so i wanted to go somewhere nice. this place was a good choice! it is relaxed enough for jeans, but a good place to go (once in a while, or a somewhat fancy date). you get what you pay for here, at chicago fire.

I go through these weird phases of wanting simple bar/junk foods every once in a while. Now I wouldn't consider Chicago Fire to be in that category but they do serve pizza. If I had more time I would try the deep dish or stuffed but since I didn't, I plopped myself down at the bar. Got a pretty damn tasty thin crust meat lovers and watched some NFL live on ESPN. I'd definitely return with a bigger group of people for the longer baking pies as it's got a decent ambiance and definitely has a more upscale atmosphere compared to your normal pizza joints. Full bar, good eats and sports on TV seems to be a win for all manners of diners.

Authentic Chicago pizza! Having been to all the landmark Chicago establishments (Gino's, Uno's, Eduardo's) I can honestly say the deep dish pizza at Chicago Fire is as close to the real thing as you will find on the west coast. Keep in mind that the pizza takes nearly 40 minutes to bake, so plan accordingly. For those who may not enjoy deep dish as much, the menu does have a lot of other options.

    (4)
  • Steven S.

Great pizza but be prepared for a long wait. The pizzas take a long time to cook, especially the deep dish ones, so plan ahead accordingly. I'd also avoid it on Sundays since it tends to be really busy and crowded with families and tons of little kids.

  • Lisa H.

I like the setup of this place and the staff is very friendly. I made the mistake of not clarifying that I wanted the deep dish, and instead ended up with the thin crust. The thin crust was a little too thin....like a cracker, so I would only go here for the deep dish.

    (3)
  • Julianna V.

Delicious pizza! If you're in the mood for thin crust, you can't go wrong here. The thin crust pizza and caesar salad are to die for. The atmosphere of the Roseville location is lacking... a bit dingy and dark. I much prefer the atmosphere at the Sutter Street and J Street locations. I typically get take out from the Roseville location. If you save room, the chocolate chip pizza cookie is amazing. Hot out of the oven with vanilla ice cream and big enough to share... enough said.

It is amazing how ignorant many of the poor reviews are for this place. These people obviously never experienced true Chicago Pizza, and shouldn't comment on it's authenticity. As such, I want to educate the simpletons that don't understand........It DOES take 50-60 min to bake, it DOES come with large chunks of Sausage, It is dark and loud at every Pizza place in Chicago, the sauce is always on top of the cheese, the crust is flakey, thick and delicious. And People that complain about service, deal with it! This isn't a romantic, candlelit, date night setting, it's a pizza place! This is "CHICAGO STYLE" Deep Dish Pizza at it's best (for California). I haven't found anywhere else west of the Mississippi River that does TRUE Deep Dish pizza like this place. My recommendation: go here, and go here often!

Love this place. Can't go wrong with hot wings and a brew. Pizza is their staple but the wings are amazing!

Me and my friend got the deep dish meat lover pizza. It was real good but the dough is a little undercooked inside. Maybe that's how it is done in Chicago I don't know. The service was good and the waitresses are cute. We took a couple pieces home and if you do that make sure to reheat it in the oven not the microwave. The microwave will make it soggy. The pizza here is a little pricey but it was about what I expected it to be. $22 for a medium meat lover deep dish that feeds two people but it would not feed two starving college students or something. 3.50 stars.

I had heard lots of good things about Chicago Fire from my friends in Folsom. (they have a place there too) I decided to take the family there to try out their famous deep dish Chicago style pizza. This is a big deal for me as I am a huge New York Style fan. Trying something new though is something I am always willing to do. The Pizza at this place was excellent. Different to anything I have had before, and close to my favorite place at the top of my list for sure. Be prepared to wait for your food if you order the deep dish as it takes 35 minutes to prepare however they do warn you of this on the menu. This pizza can hold it's own with the best of them...tasty and extremely filling. I wasn't so keen on the overall ambience of the place. It seemed really loud in there and the lighting was just too dark but the service was good and the pizza was better. A great change from the norm.

I went here with a bunch of friends for a birthday dinner. The waiter was really nice and attentive. Customer service is so important to me. If I am spending my money, I would like it to feel like it is appreciated. We had a deep-dish pepperoni pizza and thin crust veggie pizza. The crust on the deep dish was awesome. The crust on the thin crust was thinner than I expected. The thin crust was no big deal. I enjoyed the thin crust, but then again it is always my first choice. We had the hot wings and parmesan fries as appetizers. It could have been the booze but they we great. My only gripe is that the wings were overly sauced for my liking. I suppose I could ask them to go easy on the sauce or put it on the side. Overall, Chicago Fire is a good, solid place to go for a group. I look forward to trying some other pizzas in the future.

I had been to the Chicago Fire in midtown a number of times but just tried this one the other day for dessert. I'm going to assume the pizza is probably the same as midtown, which is pretty dang good. However, since I only had dessert at the Roseville location, I'll limit my review to that experience. The menu lists two desserts - a chocolate chip pizza and an ice cream sundae. My friend and I told the hostess we were just there for dessert and she suggested we try the new doughnut holes. Being the fattest skinny people I know, we ordered both the doughnut holes and the chocolate chip pizza (because ordering all three desserts just seemed obscene). If you've tried the BJ's pizzookie, you've basically experienced the chocolate chip pizza - soft, warm, about 6" in diameter (that's what she said) it's a deep-dish chocolate chip cookie topped with with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. It's so wrong but it feels so right. Tossed in sugar and served with caramel and chocolate dipping sauce, the donut holes were also a winner. I would not recommend getting both, as this leads to gluttonous binging followed by hysterical weeping, denial, and finally, the bitter pinch of shame mixed with regret. Service was really good and I think our waitress gave us the appropriate amount of face time while giving us some privacy for our shameful sugar orgy. As far as atmosphere, I would be more inclined to stop by again if the music was a bit softer but the dim lighting did add a touch of romance to the perversion on our table.

I'm usually content to sit on the side-lines and just leech information from yelp, but I just read a review by Brittany down there that FORCED me to speak up. BJ's?! Deep dish pizza? Seriously?! I've been to a BJ's recently, and what they label deep dish pizza is actually a tall spongey bread crust on with a completely average amount of toppings resting on it. I don't know squat about what an authentic Chicago style deep dish pizza should look like, but who cares? The way Chicago Fire in Roseville does it is amazing. The crust is a perfectly baked dough with an awesome buttery flavor and just the right amount of crumble and flakiness to it. On top of that is a great sauce with large chunks of tomato, and I've yet to get a topping that was anything less than fresh and great tasting. The wings as well are very good, and there is an art to making great wings. The wings at Chicago Fire have a nice crisp texture to them and come slathered in a solid sauce which packs a lot of flavor along with the heat, I love 'em. The one thing I will say about Chicago Fire is that their wait-staff could use a little help from time to time; but I think that's just because they have too many tables per waiter/waitress. They're always nice when they come around and they at least keep the drinks full. I'll be happier when the crowds die down a bit and I can walk in anytime without too huge of a wait.

This is as Good as it gets! I was blown away by this pizza!! Man is it GOOD. We have been to the two different locations J st & Roseville Even if Pizza is not towards the top of your list and you only have it once in a blue moon Be sure to make this place your choice when that moon appears. Also bring a few friends, this way you guys can order a couple different versions (deep dish- thin crust) and try them both out. This place has got it down even when there is an hour or longer wait the service is very expeditious!! Boy does it get Hopping on Friday & Sat nights so if you go after 5pm be patient You & your friends will Enjoy this place

we went in for the happy hour lunch, and if you're looking for a decent lunch without spending a lot of money, this is the place. As long as you're not expecting anything spectacular. The wings were pretty basic, nothing special about them, and the pizza by the slice seemed a bit old and cold (but it's pizza by the slice so you can't expect 5 star pizza haha) the best part of the meal ironically was the salad.

I found this place today here on Yelp and decided to check it out - it did not disappoint. I moved here from Illinois and have been searching for that great deep dish, cornmeal crust, chunky tomato on top, stringy cheese pizza. This is a close second to my local favorite back in "the Lou" (Pi) It didn't have the cornmeal crust but everything else was great. Very flavorful and the crust was crispy - not soggy like a lot of other deep dish wannabes. I will be back for sure!

This was our first visit and we enjoyed it. The thin crust almost cracker stype pizza is remniscent of what I had in Chicago. We didn't have the deep dish since we had a game to go to but it sure it look good and authentic. Generally I find that salads in pizza places are not very good, but that is not true of Chicago Fire as the salads were excellent. Going for the deep dish on our next visit.

Amazing! The creamy white chicken pizza is to die for. It's too expensive for Judy's a couple to go to but if you double date its affordable. Service is exceptional.

The 4-star rating is for dining in. I've been twice, both in the bar area. Both times I've dined its been outside their busy times so I didn't have to wait. Nice staff and pretty fast service. The antipasto salad is a 5-star - love it. We've ordered both thin crust and deep dish. I think the thin crust is the best. We prefer the Chicog Fire Combo. Great sausage. We've ordered To Go twice. Takes too long and the second time they made the pizza wrong and my husband had to stay and additional 30 minutes to wait for the right order. Bummer. I recommend this place for lunch. Its not worth a long wait to us to dine in the evenings.

Located next to United Artists Theater on Eureka. It's dim. Plenty of room for small and large parties. We were seated in a booth towards the restrooms. Good, I thought, if we were seniors that had urgency when they needed to go. I thought maybe the area we were in made it easier for our server to forget we were there but there was another table across from us with a different server that paid attention to them.. and they had a portable computer out and papers, camped out. We didn't get very good service. But, I'm just chalking it up to the one we had not being very good because obviously the other server checked on his tables. We got our food and that was almost the last time we saw our server.. the last being when we were billed. .. and the food was good.

I like this place. Their pizza is good. I think it is the first place I had tried deep dish pizza (probably not but the first time in a long time). The stuffed pizza takes about a half hour to make and they make sure to tell you before hand. I went once when it was busy and the hostess actually put in an order for a stuffed pizza while we were waiting for a table. This was much appreciated because I was very hungry. From what I remember, their happy hour is worth checking out.

Chicago Fire We brought a larger group to this establishment for my brother-in-law's 30th birthday. We were given a whole room to ourselves, which scored major points. Upon initial inspection of the menu, we found it severely limited and not very kid-friendly. We ordered two of the only three appetizers offered - "Greek" garlic fries and the baked artichoke. Both were good - the artichoke was actually very tasty, with Caesar dressing, olive oil, lemon, and topped with parmesan. We didn't try the wings because it would be hard with two kids, and I don't eat wings in public, haha. Another note - everything was ordered a la carte - apps, salads, pizza, etc. We ordered the Chicago Fire Combo stuffed pizza, and I was very pleased with the flavor and toppings. The crust was very, very good. Both the hubs and I wanted to eat the crust over the rest of the pie! One drawback I saw was that they didn't offer any alternate sauce choices, and my husband doesn't do well with tomato sauce. Maybe it's a California thing to expect ranch or pesto sauce on the menu. :-) We ordered the chocolate chip cookie pizza for dessert, split between my husband and I and two of our kids. It was served in a deep dish with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream and a cherry on top. The kids DEVOURED it, and the hubs and I enjoyed what little the kids would let us have. :-) We probably wouldn't come back due to the fact that my husband needs a couple more choices when it comes to pizza sauces. In addition, the restaurant was only equipped with a soft bar because they were waiting on a liquor license and for the bar to be set up. I am sure that will be resolved in the next month or so.

Soooo excited we have a Chicago Fire in Roseville now! Yay! Tonight we got take-out: thin crust Traditional, deep dish Combo and antipasto salad - all were SUPER good, as usual. One slight issue though... I called the order in at 3:15 for a 4:15 pick-up, I arrived to find they hadn't started making my order! I was a little bummed but I was able to run down the street for a quick spray tan and when I returned Management more than made up for the slight inconvenience. I will definitely be back!

This was the worst pizza ever. I have had better frozen grocery store pizza. We should have know when we got there and there was no one else in lobby and the hostess ask us to wait "a table will be open soon". Yes this was only 5 minute but when we went to table the place was not busy and there were lots of empty tables. The pizza was served on cardboard and the toppings sled to the side when the waitress put it on the table (also took 40 minutes to get the pizza). When she asked how was our pizza and we told her, that it was the worst pizza we have ever had she started laughing and walked off. The pizza was expensive, tasted awful, and service was bad. I have been told to give Chicago Fire another chance, but not sure if that will happen.

I recently was able to try all three stores Chicago Fire has opened but my latest trip was to the Roseville location so I'm reviewing my experience there. I went in with two other people for lunch around 12 and we were seated right away. Our server, Phil, was awesome and the morale of their entire lunch crew seemed very upbeat and welcoming! They had great teamwork on refills and food delivery as well. The lunch menu has a lot of great combo deals and a few items you won't find on the dinner menu (buffalo chicken sandwich, roast beef sandwich to name a couple). I opted for a deep-dish pizza and salad combo (Chicago Fire Combo for the pizza and Antipasto Salad) and both were great! The salads arrived first to our table and the rest of our meal came seemingly right on time, just as we finished the last few bites of our salads. The greens were nice and fresh and the salad had just the right amount of dressing (no 'soup' on the bottom of the plate). My deep dish pizza was simply great! The personal size was perfect and the crust was amazing! The flaky pastry crust is truly something else and its buttery flavor almost lead you to believe you were having a pie rather than pizza (a plus in this case, a true homage to authentic Chicago-style deep dish). The crust was great on this personal pizza, and I think it's even better when you get a full size pizza to share (there's more of it and the edges are even more crisp and golden-brown). Lastly, although none of us really had room for it (the portions here are more than enough!) I hadn't tried the pizza cookie yet so we sprung for a team effort on this dessert challenge. We all won and lost. We won because it's delicious and on par with BJ's and others' , but lost because, like I said, none of us really had room for it! This one DOES come with a generous helping of whipped cream though too so order according to your preference. Overall, all my experiences at Chicago Fire were great, even at night when it's crowded. Definitely worth checking out, and if your first experience wasn't stellar, give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again! Totally worth it! (Oh and the 'chunks' of sausage someone else wasn't a fan of, those are flown in very fresh from Chicago and in my opinion are a highlight of the combo pizza). Quick Note: Some lunch menu items may be available at night too, and I've heard there's a 'secret menu' with other dessert and/or pizza offerings. Worth asking your server about! Oh and I guess reservations are NOT taken on the weekends.

Good service. Great food. The deep dish pizza we had was wonderful even the next day. (really better than ordinary deep dish pizza the next day.) The restaurant can be quite loud when it's crowded. Good place for filling up the kids.

I always love when someone/someplace turns the average pizza into something other than average. The thin crust is the only way to go if you ask me. Now that the new Roseville location has opened it has been a little easier to say "lets go"! I've waited up to 2 hours at the Folsom location, but tonight we were sat, served and left all before we would have been seated in Folsom. Of course its only Wednesday, so the wait may have not been that long in Folsom. It is a bummer they do not take reservations unless you have a party of 8 or more and if you want a reservation of 8 or more on a Friday or Saturday you will have to dine very early or very late. This is always going to be a "go-to" place when I come to Sac town!

Amazing pizza! Deep dish did not disappoint...gooey cheesy goodness. Buttery crust. Yum. The dessert, however which was supposed to be a warm deep dish chocolate chip cookie with ice cream and whipped cream, was way over-baked and very dry. Hard to get my spoon to break through the cookie. Disappointing when you save your calories for a less than thrilling splurge !

Great pizza but long wait! The waitress failed to tell us it takes an hour to cook the deep dish chicken and garlic pizza. We also ordered a cheese pizza for the kids as well so it would have been nice if they would have put that in and brought that out early. Lesson learned.

I'll keep this short and simple. Pros: No wait on a Saturday night, the drinks were pretty strong, interesting crust on deep dish, good customer service. Cons: Watery pizza that was a mess to eat, 35 minute wait for a sub par pizza.

We have been to this location several times now, and have nothing but big thumbs up for the staff, the food, the decor, etc. Going in on the opening week, we were a little skeptical as there are always kinks in the machine. BUT...the only problem was that my salad came mixed with dressing rather than on the side. Easily fixed and taken care of. Can't complain there. The pizza is excellent. My wife and I have tried a different one each time-thin crust, thick, stuffed-its all good. The Antipasto salad and the spinach salad are great, the portions just right. The wings, however, are what keeps us coming back for more. During happy hour, you can get 50 wings for like $15. That is the way to go. They are incredible. Super hot and spicy and a perfect way to kill time before seeing a movie next door. As for the other "reviews" about soggy deep dishes...well, I wouldn't worry. Our pizzas have alwasy been served exactly as ordered with yummy, doughy crust and NO COMPLAINTS here!!

It's a chain restaurant... I think that says it all. Food is good, not great - just like most chains. We had a small pizza, it was good, but Round Table is better. Nice beer selection. I had a wedge salad and I will say the Blue Cheese dressing on that was outstanding. The serve wings here too and the combo of that dressing, wings and beer may be the perfect ticket at this place. I'll be back.

My wife and I have been to this location a number of times with no problems until one night we had the night from Hell. Below is the original email I sent to the manager Scott. He replied saying that he would make it up to us with a gift card so I waited a few weeks, nothing came in the mail so sent another email where he said oh man I am so sorry I will send you a gift card. Same story nothing so I emailed asking why he keeps stringing me along, where he claimed that his assistant manager was going to send the gift card. Still nothing, I check my PO Box on a regular bases so I inquired again to get the oh you are trying to rip us off by getting more than one gift card from us statement. Well I never received anything from Chicago Fire but I did order stuff off the web and received other mail with no problems. I don't like being accused of something I did not do and I will never every go back to the Roseville location again due to the service from the management to the serving staff. Writing this post brings back the frustration of dealing with these people. Here is the email I sent to Scott the Manager a few days later: Just wanted to say that last night (Saturday, June 9th, 2012 around 8:30 PM) was the worst experience we have every had at Chicago Fire. When you showed up we could tell that the staff had dealt with a busy rush and was winding down. The hostess was great mentioning that it would be ten plus minute wait and we could go right into the bar area if we wanted. At first staff were behind on cleaning up the tables so we inquired about the tables not being cleaned up where another family asked to have the next set up table by the entry door cleaned up for them. Staff cleaned the tables but we had to wipe off the wet bench in order to sit down but we were optimistic because of our past visits. We sat near the entry to the bar by the hostess under the TV and were completely ignored for ten minutes, which we did time. We watched the family next to us complain to staff gathered at the other end of the bar to get their orders done and constant service. We asked the hostess if anyone was serving the bar area where she mentioned that there was and gave us some menus. We then watched a couple come in sit at the bar order drinks, their food, and get their salad while we still sat there waiting. I asked the hostess about what was going on with the service and she found the one waitress for the whole area to take our order, she also mentioned that the bartenders normally assist with orders but they just looked as us without asking any questions. By this time we should have left but my wife mentioned that they got the order done let's enjoy our evening. Oh I forgot to mention that the bar area was almost completely empty by this time that includes the tables in the area. Another 15 plus minutes go by when one of the servers asked the bartender about an order of 10 chicken wings where the bartender said he did not know of an order in that area so I had to call out to the server to get the order brought to the table before he left the area. We inquired if the order was correct on the medium heat where he did not know the answer and was about to take it back when I mentioned that we had waited too long to not have anything for our time where I would take it regardless. He apologized then checked with the kitchen staff to find out that it was the correct order. During this time the waitress only came by one time after the wings came to the table. When the pizza came we had to ask for silverware where she only brought one set then had to come back with the second set for the two of us. When another couple came in one of the bartenders actually went to their table to take their order which was very frustrating. Needless to say as you can see it was not a good experience. We value our nights out as many parents with few opportunities to get out do. We were rather disappointed last night...we actually kept wishing we had gone to Yard House which was our other choice..but stuck it out hoping it would get better. If not for the quality of the food, which has always been good, we would probably have resolved to never go back or recommend your establishment again. we really hope it was just a fluke...perhaps we will try again..not so sure.

I went to Chicago Fire a couple of weeks ago. I LOVE pizza. It's probably one of my favorite foods. And while I definitely have my preferences, I've never come across a piece of pizza that I simply didn't want to eat. That is until now. Maybe their thin crust is better, but I went with the deep dish. I figured if I'm going to have "Chicago" style pizza, then I should have deep dish. It was disgusting. I was starving and I ate one piece. The other two people with me felt the same way. The crust definitely had some sort of cornmeal or something in it. There is some sort of powder that I know places sometimes mix in with the dough that has a cornmeal taste. It could have been that. And while I'm not a fan of cornmeal in my crust, it wouldn't stop me from eating the pizza. The toppings were just gross. It honestly tasted like somebody rolled out cornmeal, and then dumped goulash on top of it and threw it in the oven. Even IF I liked goulash, I don't want it on my pizza! I want my pizza to taste like pizza. This did not. I'm surprised by all the positive reviews to be honest. My advice, if you want a good deep dish, go to BJ's. I prefer thin crust, but BJ's has an excellent deep dish pizza. Now onto the service. It took FOREVER. We literally waiting for 40 minutes to get 1 small pizza. The people next to us were seated after and served before us. Now if something went wrong, I would have at least liked the waitress to come up and apologize and maybe let us know that it was on the way. Instead, nothing. And I'm not one to complain to the waitress BEFORE getting my food. Sorry, but If I'm being forced to eat goulash on cornmeal, then I at least want it to be saliva free. I never made a complaint about the service or lack of. But that's simply because I was afraid they would give me a free coupon to come back. If you like the pizza here, then I can't imagine you are actually a pizza lover. We'll go with that. So if you don't like pizza, then this is probably the place to try.

Top rating for their wings and thin crust pizza..Service is always good and the atmosphere is also good. However, I am very disappointed in the change for Happy Hour pricing. We used to be regulars ,now only once in awhile. The few times we have been since the price changes the place is Roseville is not as busy at all during weekdays Happy Hour. This certainly has hurt the bartenders and servers tips that is for sure. Chicago Fire you need to bring back the $1.00 beers and half price appetizers !!! Then we will be back. The cheaper prices need to return !!!

I always come here for happy hour because the deals are awesome! Its just it gets crowded around 5pm in the bar area so finding a seat can sometimes be hard. The food is pretty damn good; I always get beer, wings and greek fries. The service is really good too, they are really attentive and helpful.

I was in Roseville for the birth of my darling grandson :-) and wanted a quick BUT delicious light lunch. My daughter and son-in-law RAVED about Chicago Fire's spinach salad, add chicken. Sounded great to me, so my son-in-law placed the order. I picked up the salad and headed to my hotel for a quick bite and a power nap. Opening the box, I could see there had been NO chicken added. :-( I called Chicago Fire..............they suggested I come by to pick up a new salad........my time was limited and I chose to save it for my nap and grandson time. The manager apologized for the oversight and asked if he could mail a gift card to me. So long story/short...............LOVE their food, LOVE their service! I know my new favorite restaurant in Roseville! Thank you, Chicago Fire!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE the pizza here. I am from just outside of Chicago and until I tried this place I could not find a place that made a decent Chicago style pizza. I also love their thin crust. It is so thin and crisp. They always load on the toppings. I have never had bad service here, even right before close on a Friday night our waiter was amazing. Anytime i'm craving pizza i head here.

Just off the highway, and tucked into a hill, overlooking the water park, you'll find this great little gem of Chicago. From the chic modern loom outside, you wouldn't imagine the splendor of the inside. You're instantly transported in to the feel of being in a small Chicago pub. From the wood trimed bar, to the etched glass of the Chicago sky line, this place has such a great feel. Comming here with a friend that grew up in the windy city, I was interested to see how this matched up in his eyes. And let me tell you, we ordered pretty much one of everything. Our party of four was totally satisfied with our artichoke, Italian beef, buffalo wings, thin crust, and stuffed pizza. We handled it all, and the small and personal portions are plenty. And trust me, we had quite the hunger brewing. And I'm sure the $1 PBR's helped that.

A very attractive if somewhat dimly lit and murky setting. The menu is sparse - Wings, Pizza and a small handful of other items. I went on a Friday night so I was prepared to wait a bit to sit, I did get a bit testy when the not particularly full restaurant took 20 minutes to set two glasses of water on the table. When everyone around us began to eat 10, 20, 30 minutes before my table I became concerned with good reason. Our waitress had left or was on break and we'd been forgotten. An apology would have gone a long way, or even some extra attention from one of the 5 different people who finally dropped salads, then pizza then appetizers (yes out of order but at this point - what are you going to do?) All I can say is I should have gone to Safeway and bought a Party Pizza. We jokingly call those "cardboard pizzas" at our house and the thing they finally put on the table actually had a piece of cardboard under it . This may be the perfect place to bring someone you don't want to look at or be able to hear - the place was so noisy I had to constantly lean forward to hear my friend voice their disappointment over the service and lackluster food.

The pizza and wings were good when they finally showed up. The service was slow and it took 20 minutes just to get the beers we ordered when we got there. The appetizers and main course both showed up at the same time. While waiting for the beer I was told the bar was backed up but where I was seated I could clearly see the bar and there was like two people there. I'm not sure what the hold up was but the employees all seemed apathetic and not happy to be there. The buffalo wings were OK only because they seemed like fried chicken tossed in buffalo sauce, real wings are not coated in batter so they are not authentic but they were OK. The pizza was OK also, we got the thin crust and it was good but the crust itself lacked any flavor whatsoever, I've cooked frozen pizzas with more flavor than what I received. The fresh toppings seemed to save it. To be honest you can get a frozen California Pizza kitchen pizza from the grocery store and get the same experience I got from this place.

This was our first time at the Roseville location. We went at about 645 and only waited a minute for seats. The decor is very nice, and would be romantic if we weren't sitting right outside the kitchen door. Our waitress was fabulous! Kept the drinks full without our having to ask. We ordered the Greek Fries; House Salad; and 2 pizzas (Chicago Fire Combo no mushrooms and All Meat) on thin crust. The pizzas were good, but really, really salty. For that much money, I expected better. The pizza was better the next day, eating it cold for breakfast.

I have to admit... I've been to Chicago myself and I've had real Deep dish pizza.. it doesn't do it too much for me.. but I will say... at Chicago Fire.. It's thin crust all the way!!! My husband and I are from LA where u can get pizza practically anywhere within a 2 mile radius. We just moved into the Roseville area and were told that if we ever wanted good pizza this was the place to go. I will say this.. it was a great place! The ambience is nice.. its clean .. the service was very quick and our waiter was friendly. It wasn't too fancy where u feel uncomfortable walking in with a stroller either so that's good to know. My 5 month old goes everywhere with us.;) so in my book they get 5 stars! Just one last thing.. if your into Buffalo wings.. make sure u start with them ... super yummy!

I love Chicago Fire in Roseville and Folsom for one reason and one reason only... There buffalo Wings are AMAZING! We go there at least twice a month just so I can get my fix! but I will say the staff is very friendly and have always had very attentive waiters!!! See you soon Chicago Fire!!

Very nice and filling deep dish Chicago-style pie. We loved it. Good service and very attentive. Worth the wait even though we called ahead.

The worst deepdish pizza ever!!! Atomosphere is a bit over the top for pizza. My buddy and I just got done hunting and we were starving. The Squeeze In is closed on sunday so we came here because its close. First off, what kind of pizza joint doesn't serve beer in pitchers? Glasses only? You gotta be kidding me! But ok ,I can live with by the glass if the waiter can keep up, ofcourse he couldnt' but not his fault it was getting busy. The only reason this poor excuse for pizza is better than frozen is I did't have to heat it up myself. We ordered the deep dish Chicago Fire Combo w/garlic sausage as an extra topping. It took about 30 minutes -just about the right time for a good deep dish- to arrive at the table. When it arrived just looking at it was a total dissappointment. The pizza pan was nice and deep but, the pie only lined the shape of the pan. "F-ing sorry!" The taste and texture of the crust/dough was as expected. Not any better than it looked, cracker like as my buddy discribed it with no rise in the dough and, as he put it like the dough was frozen not fresh. The toppings were none existant to say the least. I mean a combo with an extra topping should produce a deepdish thicker than a half inch, crust included. No way would I recommend this farce of a pizza restuant or would I ever go back.

My wife loves this place. I think it's pretty good as well. My wife orders the antipasto salad and it is her 2nd favorite salad of all time. Her first is from a restaurant in Southern California called Mangia Bene. I usually get the Gyro which is pretty good or the beef sandwich. Our last time there, I was informed that instead of buying a whole pizza, they are now selling it by the slice. I thought that was a great idea until I saw the price of the pizza slice. $3.75 for a slice of pizza, I think is way too much. The slice is not any bigger than what you would normally get from a medium pizza at Domino's or Pizza Hut. That is why I'm giving this 3 stars, otherwise they would of gotten 4 stars from me. Sometimes a Sandwich is just not enough or a Salad is not enough and it would be great to have a slice of pizza with it but $3.75, that's too much, especially with the fact that I could of ordered a Medium pizza which would be about 6 slices for about $10

Very disappointed in the entire experience. This restaurant just opened, so its very crowded. 1 hour wait. The pizza selection was minimal. Only about 5 deep dish and 5 thin crust on the menu. All with only red sauce and meats. I expcted more of a variety from a place that specializes in pizzas! What a surprise when our Traditional pizza arrived, hardly any toppings. Maybe a tablespoon of olives, and the fresh tomoatoes were cut up so tiny I couldn't tell they were there. Minimum toppings, maximum price. I won't be back, I expect more for my money! Also, restuarnt tables and bar tables are way too close together. Kept bumping into people, which is a very uncomfortable atmosphere to be in. Skip it, you won't miss it!

I gave it 2 stars because the thin crust pizza was OK. I would have given a single star if we had only ordered the deep dish pizza because - hey the name is Chicago Fire I expected a Chicago style deep pie. You won't get one here - trust me. The menu says it takes 35 minutes for the deep dish to come out, my expectations were raised. I'm expecting a nice bready deep dish Chicago pizza, what we got was about a 1/4 inch soggy crust in a deep dish. Now I understand a 1/4 inch crust can't stand up to all the toppings, which causes the soggyness. The crust looked like it was either rolled out or mechanically pressed, not pushed into the pan with fingers. We ordered 3 deep dish pies and all were the same. The our party also ordered the thin crust which was fine, cracker thin and crispy. There were 16 of us, we ordered 7 pies and were there 1.5 hours, not just BSing, mostly waiting for our food. I'll give it another try, maybe it was just a bad day (Sunday seated at 5:30), but I think it just isn't what I hope for with a Chicago pie.

Mom and I came here after giving our money to Thunder Valley..haha. Thin crust pizza (combo) was good, not mind blowing great. Pizza cut into squares, which reminds me of Imo's back in St Louis. However, when I bit into it, the whole topping came off the crust in one piece. Was that supposed to happen? lol

My first experience with Chicago Fire was their new Roseville location. The food was great and the service good, but the acoustics could be better. We ordered a salad, a thin crust pizza, and a stuffed pizza (which is a 40 minute wait, as stated on the menu). The salad was served, then the thin thin crust pizza and then the stuffed pizza. Perfect timing and well worth the wait. The acoustics are lacking so it was a bit too noisy to carry on a conversation with a table of 6 people. Giving the benefit of the doubt, the noise level was elevated due to a large group of people celebrating a child's birthday. Once the party left it was better, but still on the noisy side. Food was great and I will be back, but I'll pick a time somewhere between lunch and dinner.

FOR ANYONE WHO IS CONSIDERING A NIGHT OUT AT CHICAGO FIRE, YOU MUST READ THIS!!!!!! Ok, first of all let me say, I am only speaking on behalf of the new Roseville establishment. I havent been to the other locations. If you are expecting to get a real "authentic" Chicago style deep dish pizza, you will not get it here!! A real deep dish pizza is just that. DEEP!! The "deep dish" pizza I received was a pathetic excuse for one. It was probably a 1/4" thick. You would get a thicker slice of pizza if you ordered one from pizza hut!! I cant say anything about the thin crust pizza they offer, but thin crust pizza is not chicago style pizza!! But as far as the deep dish, the crust was buttery and flakey, like it should be. It was tasty. But the whole appeal of the deep dish is large amounts of toppings covered in marinara sauce. The pizza I got had a very minimal amount of toppings with a small amount of sauce on top. And the table right next to me had a deep dish that looked completely indentical. So this wasnt an isolated incident. When you get a real deep dish pizza it comes in a metal pan. The sauce should be completely level with the top of the pan. This was not!! It was a shallow barely 1/4" thick pizza. The service was good. The atmosphere was nice. But dont get your hopes up for an authentic Chicago pizza experience.

Where to start! I'll try to keep it short and sweet, and less windy than my other reviews, lol. We had been avoiding the "Chicago style" pizza places for the longest time, having visited Chicago before, and we basically just didn't want to be disappointed, ya know? Our son insisted we go try Chicago Fire, as his "school's out for summer" treat, and so we went. It was absolutely delicious. We started with some salads and a 10 piece wings (husband is a huge wing fan). My son had a Caesar salad, and I had a House salad. Definitely one of the better "house salads" I've had. The greens were fresh, the grape tomatoes were ripe, the red onion was "perfect" (more on that word later), and the croutons were fresh and seemed homemade (don't know if they are, but they were delicious). They were out of the "extra hot" wings, so we had to settle for just "hot". And we were still pleasantly surprised with the nice flavor they had, not quite as "hot" as we like, but the flavor was spot on. Very nice. Then, to please everyone at the table (who doesn't argue over pizza?) We ordered a small thin crust Traditional (very good) and a medium deep dish with salami, black olives and fresh tomatoes. I have one word - CRUST. They are spot on with the deep dish crust. So buttery and amazing. YUMMMMMM.....And the toppings, cheese and sauce were all delicious and seemed nice and fresh. Anyway, we completely hurt ourselves, it was delicious, and our son ended up getting up in the middle of the night and eating all the leftovers, much to our chagrin. (Teenagers, what you do expect??) Anyway, we will certainly be back, for more of that buttery delightful crust, please! The service was excellent, our waiter was super attentive. But we did have to laugh a little because every time we ordered something, he would say "Perfect!". I told my husband, I didn't know we were such a perfect family, does he realize who he's talking to? LOL. But seriously, excellent service, excellent food, and as far as Roseville goes, I think we've found our go-to pizza place. (I didn't do a very good job of keeping it short and sweet, did I? Oh well.)

Did somebody say, "Deep Dish", no...well allow me, "Deep Dish"!!!! I am a sucker for Chicago style pizza. I was a fan back when I lived in SF and Uno Pizza was popular. I loved their buttery, flaky and thick crust. Chicago fire has it! I have eaten here several times, a few times in Folsom, a few times downtown and once in Roseville. The service at Roseville was pretty darn slow, we had to ask for water, soda and sangria refills, which never came (C'mon, hook me up after I have eaten your hot wings) and for the check about 15 minutes after we had finished. Despite the service, the food was still fantastic. Try happy hour, wings and drinks are half off.

Came here for lunch with my wife. We've been to the one in Folsom and live it so we figured we would check out the new one here in Roseville. Love the decor. I don't know if we came during happy hour or some kind of special (1:00) but a tall New Castle beer was only $5. Which I think was cheap. We ordered a plain pepperoni pizza and caesar salad and it was amazing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for phenomenal pizza.

Love the all meat deep dish pizza, BUT that's about it. The restaurant seems too small and makes you feel packed in like sardines and the service is all right - definitely not the best, but not the worst.

Having been born and raised in Chicago, the home of the best pizza ever...this is, by far, the closest I have found to a true Chicago style pizza. 5 stars!

Staff: ok, young and learning. Ambiance: Noisy but ok for a pizza joint. Full bar. Food: Deep dish advertises to be like Lou Malnati Chicago...close but not quite to that level. Nice but missing some of the flavor that you get in a real Chicago deep dish pizza. The thin crust....oh, man that is over the top. The Traditional is fantastic, full of flavor and I would highly recommend it. Wedge salad very good. Be prepared for a wait. During peak dining time, long line inside and outside. Once inside, the pizza takes 30-35 minutes. Have a couple of drinks and chill. After all, you made it to the table...let the other poor slobs wait.

We live in the east bay and think it is totally worth the 1.5 hour drive to have the best pizza in the world! The deep dish pizza is so amazing; the crust is thick, buttery, and flaky; the toppings are fresh and plentiful; and the cheese (ohhh the cheese) is incredible. Yes, it takes some time to cook the deep dish (so don't go if you are starving and want a quick meal), but it is always worth the wait. And the kids love the chocolate chip pizza dessert!

Been there one time for lunch on a weekday -- service was great, though there were only a few tables going on. Shared a large thin crust pizza -- Good as West Coast goes, would definitely go there again. I'm interested in going back to try the deep dish style -- I'm hoping it's even better due to their claim to fame.

Went to this establishment for a fundraiser for a child dying of cancer. I was APPALED of the lack of respect and sensitivity towards this issue. The manager refused to let us share our flier which woukd donate %15 of the bill to the cause. I was so sickend by this reaction I could not stomache their flat bland pizza. This fundraiser brought me into this resturant and I will never be back.

This is a great pizza place. The staff keeps tell me to try the deep dish, however the thin is amazing! A great way to get the good stuff to your mouth without all the crust! Love the artichokes!!! Wings are also good. This is my first review after using yelp for a long time! I am very excited! Many more reviews to come!

Sad to say but the customer service was more than lacking, as we walked in, there wasn't any " hello, how many, nothing" I had to tell them how many and ask how they were (2 young girls) the young lady that seated us was friendly and asked how are day was. For the waiter he was kinda friendly, he took our drink and appetizer order, and that was fine but we were never asked or offered drink refills, and we got our appetizer and main course at the same time. If we would have known that was going to happen we wouldn't have ordered the appetizer. Anyway the topper for me was, when we got the check, the waiter put a hand written note at the top of it stating that he wanted his tip to be cash separate from the bill. I thought tips and the amounts were up to the customer? Not the waiter/waitress? I always tip regardless but I have never been asked for one and told how to do it. So that is why I am giving them a low score. Food was ok, just customer service issues. Not sure if we will be back or not, I guess we will see.

Ok, so first of all let me state that Chicago style pizza isn't my favorite style of pizza so I will not compare this place to other places that I enjoy more. My wife and I have been here twice now and our experience each time has been great. The staff is very good and the pizza was tasty. If you are a real fan of Chicago style pizza then I'm sure you will be pleased!

Chicago fire was not for me, thats for sure. My husband and 2 kids went before we picked up our car at the dealer. My children wanted chocolate milk. They were disgusting, I do not know if the milk was sour, but they tasted awful. so my kids instead had juice. The wait took forever and my kids were very hungry, and because they have no kids menu, they could not get thier food fast. The pizza was okay at best, the deep dish was not very deep, and the dough looked like it did not even rise. our kids had the thin crust, they seemed to like that. I had salad with blue cheese, it was not great. I normally make my own pizza every week at home, but I wanted a night off..... back to whole foods for me!!!

So tasty! Love the decor ... black over sized leather seating against the brick. And it wasn't too terribly hard to hear people at the table as is my concern with some of these new dining places. Very nice. TVs coming soon we are told. Kind of a bummer to be in there during the Giants series with no TV in a pizza restaurant, but all the more time to engage with family (I know, such a momma comment). I loved, LOVED my deep dish. Oh my goodness, SO good. We did half veggie / half meat. SO bad for you and SO good. *eyes rolling in delight* Loved it. Plan ahead. They warn you about the cooking times. So no whining in that dept. 30+ for deep dish and 45+ for stuffed (I believe) pizzas. Can't wait to come back again whether with the family or girls night. Don't bring hungry kids unless you are doing the thin crust because there are wait times. The thin crust came out fairly quick and they aren't joking when they say "thin crust." ~ I found the pricing reasonable. The wings were tasty, but I wouldn't consider myself a great judge in that dept, but I thought they were great. Pretty good table service ... my only complaint was just basic manners oriented. When a customer is going down the aisle, they go first, not the server. It happened on more than one occasion walking my daughters to the bathroom. Never once did I see or hear a gesture of excuse me to pass if they needed to ... don't forget your manners old and young. Class is cool!

Our first trip to the Chicago Fire in Rosevile and it was good. Pizza is tasty and no need for ranch dressing, ha ha. The ceasar salad was saturated with dressing, but I ate it. I'll take care of those calories later! Prices are reasonable. Staff was attenative as it was a Saturday night. The hostess says it will be a 15 minute wait, more like 30+ minutes. Stop that nagging cough hostess! Young crowd but not that many children. They were probably over at John's across the street, thank you very much. With young crowds comes alcohol, with alcohol comes boisterous crowds, and soon we found ourselves yelling at each other just to carry on a conversation. Seems to be a popular birthday spot. Thank goodness the staff doesn't have to sing at each one of those table, lol

I had the Italian Beef Sandwich with cheese, and it was delicious! The meat was so tender that it practically melts in your mouth. The service was excellent. The food took a while, but it was during the busy lunch time.

Visited this place twice within two months. My friend a pizza lover, wanting to give this business a second chance. First time we went was super busy, understandable. What;s not understandable is why the waitress working there was actually working there. Seemed like she did not want to be there, no greeting, no going over the menu since it was our first visit. Asked about veggie options and she looked at us like we are asking for too much! We got our appeitizers 30 mins after we ordered, and had to flag her down at times for refills on our drinks. Very disappointing, yet we had a hefty bill and yet we still tipped her. Went back again maybe a month later, got a great waiter this time. Place wasn;t so busy, but still took very long to get our drinks and appeitizers out. Food is good, but I wouldn't go back because of the price and lack of good service.

I live in Southern California and only get to eat at Chicago fire when I visit family in Sacramento but each time I'm up there it is a pleasure for me and my family to visit one of the restaurants The pizza is great made fresh hot delicious and the WINGS are GREAT some of the best I ever had in my 49 years of life. Can't wait until the next time I'm up in SAC TOWN going to Chicago fire.

Opened up today! And yes, they do have Happy Hour from 3:30 - 6:30! Er, make that 6pm... I think... They weren't completely sure either! Haha! Sans the opening day kinks, the food was on par, and they extended our happy hour since we were told a few different times. I'll be back later for some wings!

So its about 1:10 pm on Monday 2/17/2014 attempted to call in for take out...now one would assume this restaurant would have a person on the other end answering the phone for take out orders? No I have to leave a message and they will call back? This makes absolutely no sense....so when will you call back? should I wait how long? Well its been 15 minutes and no one has called back...next. This is a joke.

Chris and I finally tried the Roseville location of Chicago Fire, and we were not disappointed! We typically like thin crust pizzas, but occasionally we are in the mood for a more substantial piece of pie. Zelda's is great, but a bit more of a drive than we wanted, so we were hoping that Chicago Fire would fit the bill. We started with the hot buffalo wings and the greek fries. The wings were crispy with just the right amount of sauce, and the greek fries were so good, they didn't even need the side of ketchup that came with them! There were three of us, so we ordered a medium spinach and mushroom stuffed pizza to share. Even though the pizzas take awhile to make, by the time we had worked through the apps and most of our bottle of wine, it didn't seem like much of a wait :-) The pizza was soooo good--even the crust! Chris is not a crust eater, but he requested a side of ranch to finish it off. The filling was so cheesy and had just the right amount of spinach and mushroom. Of course, after the apps, we only had room for one hefty slice each...which was fine because we had leftovers for lunch the next day! The only weird thing is that when you are seated at a table, the table is set with three of those metal pizza stands...they take up a ton of room on the table and kind of get in the way of everything. It would be better if they just brought them out as needed, saving the servers from having to remove the unnecessary clutter!

Best pizza bar none!!! Service is excellent and always with a smile!!! Amazing atmosphere, perfect place for a romantic dinner, an office lunch or a family night out!!! Yes, it takes 45 minutes to get the pizza, but as we all know, perfection takes time :-)

I love everything on the damn menu. Appetizers, salads, deep dish, thin crust, stuffed pizza--you name it, it's bomb. Went with a group of girls recently and we were little piglets and just about ordered all of the above. Some of the ladies love chicken wings so we ordered 40 of them (It's cheaper than ordering 2 sets of 20. Like $1 cheaper. Don't judge us.) We also split the fries, which are so good when you squeeze the lemon on top, the spinach salad with bacon and eggs, and the Chicago Fire thin crust and deep dish pizzas. The thin crust pizza was my favorite because I have a small obsession with wood fired pizza ovens and the smoky but chewy crust that's a result of the process. So yummy! Also try the basil lemonade cocktail that is super refreshing and dangerous since it doesn't taste like alcohol.

Great pizza and salads...reasonable prices...the downside....the 2 times I've been there it is so loud you can't hear convervation with your tablemates...Sadly I just found it unpleasant. Great for the young drinker who likes it loud.

I was really looking forward to coming here for the first time. We arrived at the restaurant at about 5:15 pm and we were seated right away with absolutely no wait, which is a big plus. The building used to house Black Angus before they closed down the location. After a remodel, the interior looks different and better than it used to when Black Angus ran the place. Our waitress was very good. She filled up our drinks often and even transferred our leftovers into the "take home" boxes. The overall food experience wasn't bad but not great. The Greek fries appetizer was great with everyone liking the fries. We ordered two large pizzas, a thin crust Chicago Fire Combo and a deep dish All Meat. I only had the thin crust and while it wasn't bad, I can honestly say a similar good quality store bought frozen pizza doesn't taste much different (not to mention much less expensive). This isn't a bad place if you have a pizza craving but there are better ones out there. Who knows, maybe if I'd tried the deep dish my mind would've changed a bit.

Ah, a true guilty pleasure for all you deep dish pizza lovers. This is a spacious location that has a clean and welcoming decor. It also happens to be right around a couple of movie theaters and several local watering holes. Great location for a restaurant of this style. The staff are a wonderful part of the experience here! Very friendly, helpful, and honestly a pleasure to interact with. I like the fact that they point out the expected wait times for your pie to cook before ordering. It helps that some of the appetizers on the menu are insanely delicious! The oven roasted artichoke is noteworthy to say the least. Prices are fair and serving sizes are in line, if not a bit big. Honestly though, who is going to complain about that? The pizza... Well, the thin crust is great. Thin, crispy, cracker like crust that is baked just right. The "Chicago Deep Dish" is my go to choice though. A good 3/4" thick and baked to perfection! I've tried several different flavors and have not had a bad comment about any of them. The crust on the deep dish is really something else. Nice and chewy without being over the top. And the flavor in the dough itself is wonderful. If you're scouting for a solid pizzeria with a touch of bistro across the menu then you owe it to yourself to check out Chicago Fire. There are multiple locations around the area and all of them have been equally impressive in my humble opinion.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while now. I've seen countless raving reviews about this place and the one in the Sacramento area so I had to try it for myself. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. It's dimly lit so it gives a more relaxed feel to the place. The staffers are super nice and always have a smile on their face regardless what patrons are telling them to do. It's also really clean and BIG. The food was partially good and partially eh.... The buffalo wings were delish!!!! I mean i don't know if could get any better. They were freshly fried and then lathered with hot sauce. When it got to our table it was still super, ridiculously crispy! No lies. It was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor! I wish we ordered more of this. The pizza however.... it was eh. I was like eating at Bj's. Nothing special and nothing really worth wowing about. Overall my experience was good but the pizza is the one that I will not be back for.

We have actually had Lou Malnati's Pizzeria ship us pizza from Chicago, so we are uber pizza geeks. That being said, we love Chicago Fire pizza and won't feel a need to have any more pizza flown out to us, now that Chicago Fire is available. We had been to the Chicago Fire downtown and loved it, but hated the parking situation. Now that Chicago Fire opened in Roseville all our troubles solved - except that we were there on a Saturday night and it was absolutely slammed with people. We had a 25 minute wait in the bar, but the bummer is that they only serve wine and beer right now, until they can get a full liquor license. Our server (sorry, forgot her name) was awesome. The antipasti salad was really good, and we got the family style that was more than ample for four hungry adults. We also ordered the combo deep dish which was fabulous. We used the time in the bar to place our order for the deep dish because it takes an additional 30 minutes. It is worth the wait. I have never had such a delicious crust on a deep dish pizza.

Been going to the Folsom location for years. Our first time here. We really enjoy Chi Fi in Folsom and decided we'd order what we do there for comparison. We went in the afternoon and sat in the bar, before heading off to a movie. Some wings and brews. As good as in Folsom. Despite the place being nearly empty, it was tough to flag someone down in order to pay. After the movie we returned for pizza and salad. Salad was OK. Pizza had a cardboard consistency, very different from Folsom. Ordered mushrooms. Did not get them. When the waiter checked back, a long while later, he said they were under the cheese. Nope, we looked. The manager came by after to apologize and comped us the pizza, which was nice and unexpected. This is a handy place for dinner if you are going to a movie, and we will try it again. Hope the owner figures out how to bring up the quality in order to match the original location.

My family is a big fan of the Chicago Fire in Folsom. We were at a theater in Rocklin, right next door to the Chicago Fire (formerly another chain restaurant) so we dropped in for lunch. While the place was only half full, we were given a table conveniently located right next to the bathroom. The restaurant is broken up into several rooms, so you are kind of off to yourself. A bit of a strange layout. With three kids in tow, the two little ones were given large water glasses. We had to ask for plastic cups with tops....annoying. You parents know what I'm talking about. Not a big deal, but the ONE HOUR WAIT for the pizza was unbelievable. We had ordered a flat crust for the kids, and a deep dish for us. I've been eating at Zachary's in Berkeley since 1985, so I know that deep dish takes awhile. But an hour was freakin' ridiculous. The deep dish pizza was as good as the Folsom branch, but the crust on the kids pizza was like cardboard. Hard cardboard. It was like eating thin breadsticks with cheese. I definitely didn't think it was worth $55, but I'll give the Folsom branch another chance.

Being from Chicago and just visiting I didnt have high expectations how good the pizza would be compared to home. Ordered the thin Chicago Fire Combo all I can say is WOW just good as home and better than some places at home. Also ordered a stuffed Sausage only small negative is sauce on top is chunky instead of smooth otherwise was great. I would have given this place 5 stars however the service was a "1" VERY slow and non attentive.

Best restaurant in town. Foods great, restaurant's clean, service is friendly and timely. Love the Greek fries, buffalo wings, crisp green salads, deep dish pizzas....I could go on and on. Keep up the great job management and staff!!!

Second visit here and sad to say it will be my last. Inconsistency with the portions is the primary reason. I ordered the same as I did on my first visit: chicken and white garlic stuffed pizza in a medium. The pizza originally was served with 8 slices on my first visit. This time the pizza came out with 6 slices and the service during was unsatisfactory. My beverage was never refilled after being served by Adam who claimed the pizza size was standard despite showing him a picture of the ginormous "medium" on my first visit. Chicago Fire can thank their server Adam for my decision to never dine here again. Oh! And at the every end of the meal when the check was handed he asks, "do you want a refill?" Lol after I have already finished my meal. Good job Adam.

First and last time. The dining area was nearly empty, but the bar was full because it was happy hour. We ordered an appetizer (pesto artichoke dip) and a pizza. After a long wait, the pizza showed up. The appetizer never did, so we asked the person who brought our pizza to please cancel our appetizer order. Our waiter, who had been MIA since we placed the order, showed up and seemed amused that the pizza got here faster. He commented that the appetizer was out, waiting to be delivered ("oh, look, there's your appetizer... ha-ha"). We ate the pizza and were promptly presented the check. The appetizer was listed in the bill. We flagged down our waiter and pointed this out, and he said that his manager should have removed it and he would take care of it. Our revised check showed a credit for the appetizer - the reason? "TOO QUICK". Now, THAT was funny... Hint, guys: A good restaurant would at least apologize for the botched order and make sure the bill was accurate. A great restaurant would have offered to bring the appetizer anyway and take it off the bill. The pizza was good, but not enough to compel us to make another trip here. There are many great options for pizza in Roseville, so a place like this needs to stand out in quality and service - otherwise it's just overpriced pizza. That's pretty much what we got.

Glad I gave this place a second chance. It has been our go to spot when we go to the movies. Food has been good during each visit and the service at the bar is always friendly and prompt.

The food is ok...but the wait to get your food takes forty forevers... the waitress does not come around very often. So botton line service isn't the best.

The Greek salad is fantastic!! We tried the stuffed pizza and it was pretty good as well. The crust is savory, and flakey which we really enjoy. But the Greek salad is the BOMB!!!!

When you tell me "deep dish" I immediately think messy( in a good way), uncontainable amount of ingredients to the point that it's falling off the slice as you take it out of the pan right?! Not here you don't. It was very underwhelming. It was basically a regular pizza (ingredient-wise) made to look like a deep dish with a high wall of dough which no one eats anyways! Speaking of dough... It's definitely not what you think when you think of pizza dough ...can't explain it beyond that. Other than that it was pretty dense and think on the bottom. The ratio between dough and ingredients is well below what I was expecting. Won't be going back here ...for deep dish anyways.

We're taking Chicago Fire off our list. Service was remarkably slow for our moderately sized lunch group of 14; AND they knew we were coming. Took over 45 minutes to deliver food. Fuhgetabout it. Did I mention my italian beef sandwich was almost as salty as drinking a gulp of the ocean? Yuk.

If I could give 0/5 stars, I would. The customer service at Chicago Fire is horrid. Management doesn't seem to care for the customers or help the staff when they need help. My friends and I choose to dine here before attending our high school Senior Ball. We had a large group (14 people) so I understand that things can get complicated and food can take a while to come out. However the experience was beyond terrible. Upon arriving we asked our server for separate checks and we were told that there was a better system that she does that's easy. This system was to put everyone paying cash on one bill and everyone paying with a card on another, I'll get back to this later. Our food came out and this is where the real problems began. Granted different people at our table had similar orders, however, two people's pizzas were switched (as in what toppings go with what size) as well as my own pizza, which was missing. Right away I notified my server of the missing pizza and that we would like to receive our checks now so we could be on time for our limo pick up. My pizza did not come until THIRTY MINUTES LATER after everyone had already had food and were trying to figured the mess of the check situation. I asked for a manger so I could express my dissatisfaction at how long it took for them to correct their mistake. After 15 minutes and asking two different people to fetch her, the manager finally showed up at our table and gave a very long winded speech about how we shouldn't blame the kitchen for the mistake but the runners. I informed her that I did not care who messed up and I thought that their service was ridiculous and that I would not be paying for my pizza (she did comp it for me). To make things worse, the cash/card check idea turned out to be a disaster and not even the server could figure out how to make sure people paid for the things they ordered. So she went back and redid all the checks separately but still managed to charge people for the wrong items. From the time we received our checks to the time the whole group had paid for the food they ordered, 45 minutes had passed. During this time I complained to the manger again about the situation and she quickly responded, "You don't want to be on time to prom anyway. It's better later when more people arrive." I did not take her "fashionably late" attitude very well. Finally after what seemed like a war between our table and the staff, we were able to leave. That is the last time myself, and anyone from my group of prom-goers will ever be visiting Chicago Fire. I do understand that large parties are difficult, however, that is when management needs to step up and lead and assist their staff. Chicago Fire seems to employ the "sink for swim" mentality with their staff and customers. I left very agitated and I felt as if they had ruined my entire prom. Management is incompetent and service is terrible. I do not recommend Chicago Fire under and circumstance.

Not sure where to start. An hour wait, preordered deep dish. Was sat at 45 minutes, nice! Fifteen goes by, nada. You thirsty? Oh well. You want appetizers? Sucks to be you! Pizza comes, no fork. Asked twice to no avail. At this point, late for movie. Can't tell ya how the pizza was, never got to it. Terrible!

Great pizza terrible service! We wont be back unless we have at least an hour to kill! They were not even busy and it took 40 min. to get a thin crust pizza. twice that's happened. And the waiter kept saying it was almost done. ridiculous

Absolutely horrible. My husband and I went here about 8 months ago and had terrible service...we weren't expecting to go back but we decided to give it another shot since we had gift cards. We called ahead because it was a Saturday night. They informed us they do not do call ahead seating but the wait for 2 people was (surprisingly) only 5-10 minutes. We arrive around 7:30 and were told, once again, the wait was about 10 minutes. We waited 30 MINUTES before even being seated. Red flag #1 but we figured we had plenty of time before our 9:20 movie. Boy was I wrong. We ordered an appetizer and pizza. We did not even get our food until almost 9:10! We had to shove our food in our mouth just to attempt to get to our movie on time. Our waitress was close to pathetic. We never got refills. We got our appetizer WITH our dinner. The pizza was subpar at best. I'm sure I could cook better. We have about $30 in gift cards left and I'm tempted to just throw them away.

Well yesterday was my first experience with anything from Chicago Fire. I got lunch (order for pickup) for a friend while she was working and was convinced to try it. So we ordered a medium pepperoni and mushroom pizza and a medium spinach salad. First the spinach salad: My friend boasted about how good it is and now I can finally agree with her, it's simple and delicious. I want and need to figure out what's in the homemade dressing, cause that would be amazing on a genre different things! The pizza: A simple thin crust pepperoni and mushroom pizza... I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor of the sauce, and that's a huge factor for me. Also it was the perfect amount as well. At this point all I really care to eat is thin crust pizza, and is was good and perfectly baked. Coulda had a little more pepperoni, but that's not really a big deal. My only issue is the practice of cutting pizza into squares, specially a round pizza. The plain crust at the end of a slice is there for a reason, it's a handle. When you cut it in squares, you force people to grab a square by the cheese and bottom crust, making a mess. It makes no sense, every slice should have a crusted end. The business itself: I can only give my observations as it was a pickup order. Afternoon was slow, I saw 2 people at the bar. The pickup counter is back by the bar. Now I don't know if it's normal or just my experience, but the bartender had to leave the bar to deal with me and my order. Since there were only 2 people at the bar it's no big deal, but if that bartender got a rush for lunch, that would not be good for anybody. Again I don't know if this is normal or just my experience, but the bartender had to run back and forth from the bar to deal with my payment (maybe it was cause I use cash) but you would think a place with an entire take out counter would have a full drawer for cash and card payments..... But that's just me. Will try again for sure.

This was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant yet. I attended Chicago Fire last week and had previously been there before and thought I would go back. I had ordered the combination with thin crust. After waiting 40 minutes for my pizza to arrive, I had asked the manager what was taking so long, they said their thin crust machine had broke and that they were hand rolling the pizza. She apologized and offered me a free appetizer which I gladly excepted since I was starving at this point. When the pizza arrived 55 minutes later after ordering it, I took a bite and was disgusted. The pizza taste like it was from the freezer section and it even came on a round cardboard piece like you would find with those types of pizzas. I swear that they ran down the street to the closest grocery store and picked it up from the frozen section. Not only did it taste horrible and the sauce was very plain, but the veggies that were supposed to be thick cut were chopped up into small little pieces, just like on a frozen pizza. After speaking with our server and asking for a manager to come over so we can let her know about the pizza, our waitress came back and said that the manager was too busy and couldn't come talk to me. She said that I would have to call in and complain about it. After calling later that day, I was told by the manager that she is no longer allowed to do anything about complaints and can't help me out. There was no apology from her, nor any attempt to make things right. My friend that was with me that day also called into complain and got the same result. I felt like Chicago Fire doesn't care about it's customers, nor do they want to make it right if something is not up to someones expectations. I have wasted $30.00 and will never go back to this restaurant. I highly suggest that you stay away from this place because soon enough they will probably close down due to serious lack of customer service.

Stopped in here after watching a movie at Olympus Point UA Cinemas. we arrived here a little before 10 pm. It was our first visit here and we told the hostess that we were going to the bar and she told us to seat ourselves. It was quite busy when we arrived but we were able to find a table to seat us four. The bartender was our server and he gave us ample time to decide on our drink orders, I ordered the Top Shelf Margarita, it was refreshingly good. We decided on ordering a deep dish pizza, server did tell us there would be a 35 minute cooking time, but we didn't mind. As we waited, we noticed that the crowd started to dwindle down. I looked on Yelp and noticed that they closed @10! We were apologetic to the bartender, but he nor the other employees minded. Phew! We did mention to our bartender that the Chicago Fire website does state that they close @11. He said that they are in the process of changing it. Good thing that Yelp is on top of their businesses! Our total bill for 6 drinks and pizza was a little over $70, price was fair, considering we ordered 6 drinks. FYI- for all Guinness lovers, they serve it on tap! We will probably dine here again but before closing time!

This place is getting worse, the more we eat here so have officially retired this location off our "to eat" list :( We used to have great experiences here the first few years they opened. In 2014, we've only gone twice and both times were not so good. 1st bad experience: Ordered the lunch special, which is supposed to be a quick and easy solution. Pizza slices came out scorched, burned and dried out as if left under a heat lamp. We mentioned it to the waitress and she said "I thought it looked kind bad"...why serve it then?!?! Fixed us up new slices, but by this time we had to go because we were in a hurry and just had to eat it on the run :( 2nd time: I hope management is listening...your server Alex is TERRIBLE!!! No personality, didn't look any of us in the eye. When he repeated the order back to us, he spoke so quickly and said it all backwards WTF?!?! I had a hard time trying to keep up with what he was reciting off. So I asked him to please repeat it back. He did, but just as fast and it was wrong. So I told him the correct items..., he still ended up effing it up. UGH. We were a party of 5 (2 adults and our 3 kids) and he forgot 2 of the drinks and it took a reallllly long time for him to come back, so I could ask for the other drinks. Never refilled the drinks either :( Also forgot to bring out the salads, but brings them out after the entire pizzas are eaten lol. Before handing us our check, (he has it in hand) he says that our salads are missing from there. He immediately realizes this and said "I need to add those onto your receipt" and asks if I will just give him my credit card and he will charge it correctly. HELL NO. I can't even trust you to get a noncomplex order correct. ZERO tip. I ALWAYS tip, I used to work in food service, but this almost 90 mins of mistakes, being ignored, and shitty personality...no thanks. Very disappointed. We will continue to the Folsom location...much better service and food. IS it owned by the same group?

I really like pizza so when I get the chance I always scope out the area I'm in to find the best local pizza spots to try out. This place is on a new level I don't even know where to start. There deep dish is crazy good, make sure you call in advance and have them prep it for you because it takes awhile. If you do that then you only wait about 30 min till you can eat if not it takes a lot longer. Everything is pretty good staff are amazing and helpful and its pizza come on its the most iconic American meal to eat you can't go wrong.

Ordered the pizza and chicken wings. Pizza was awful, thought it would be "Chicago Style," and the wings were very greasy. Very expensive for a terrible take-out. Should have gone to Costco for their pizza - now that is East Coast pizza.

I love a good thin crust pizza and Chicago Fire never fails to make one that doesn't disappoint. A plain ol' cheese pizza ends up being loaded with flavor as a blend of herbs is found flecked across the top. The cheese to sauce to toppings to crust ratio is well-balanced so you never end up biting into just a massive glob of cheese or bread as you enjoy relatively uniform bites each time. I love that the thin-crust pizzas are cut in a square grid patten so a person who doesn't like crust may take a center piece without any. Though, I am a total fan of crust and go straight for the crispiest edges I can find. I'm a fan of the create-your-own pizza option which allows even the pickiest of eaters to find something they enjoy. Also, the deep dish pizzas are absolutely huge. A small can probably feed three people. I've only had one once and I did really enjoy it, but I prefer thin crust as it's nicer to eat when leftovers happen, rather than turning too soggy later on. Be aware that if you order a deep dish, they say to allow 40 minutes for it to be made! Do not order it if you're in a hurry. My reason for leaving off the two stars is due to inconsistant service and other guests being general nuissances. It seems that with any visit I've made, there's always a large party with people standing around, laughing at the tops of their lungs, bratty kids darting around walkways and lots of clapping. They absolutely NEED a seperate room that they can reserve specifically for large parties. The acoustics are too awful in this restaurant to allow other guests to enjoy their time when it gets as loud as it usually is here. Hit and miss waiters/waitresses could use some training on how to respond to requests as I've had to send back a salad doused with the wrong dressing when I wanted something else on the side, had to wait 10 minutes for a straw another time and had to flag somebody down to tend to a full glass of spilled water in the hall going toward the bathroom.

Very first time to Chicago fire . This sunrise location looks nice and so far the wait staff has been nice. As we are following the host we pass 2 empty clean tables and 2 empty booths. It really isn't busy here at 250pm on this sunday. Well were are seated way in the back right next to the restrooms. Everyone we pass is somewhat dressed up. Button up shirt slacks etc. Im wearing Nike shorts running shoes and a black t-shirt. And the kid and his dad seated in the booth across from us are also not dressed up. I feel because of what im wearing and what I look like I get a certain seat in the house. sorry, im not a white rich roseville guest. But I rather not sit in the dark next to the restrooms. Has anyone else experienced this?

Tonight my friends and I tried Chicago Fire at this location for the first time for our monthly dinner get together. We were told when we called for a reservation, that they could not do it unless we had 8 people because Sunday is a very busy night. Much to our surprise, we got right in!! Our waiter was Ben. Not only was he very personable, attention to small details mentioned, entertaining... But spot on excellent speedy service throughout the entire meal! It's rare to get excellent 5 star service, but I was very happy with our experience tonight. I would give it 10 stars if I could!! The pizzas were also delicious! Not a crumb left on the pans! I look forward to coming back. Good job Ben!!!!

It's kind of hard to give a rating over 1 star when you order a pizza off the menu, that's a signature item, and it comes out with carrots celery, okra, and the kitchen sink on top...all of which weren't the toppings for the correct pie. Oh, wait. It was the wrong pie altogether. Who's did I receive and whom ate mine? I only know I can't go back there.

We love Chicago Fire! We always have an amazing experience. The food is phenomenal. Hands down, the best pizza in town. The deep dish mushroom and spinach is a family favorite. Over the years, we've gotten to know Joe, the kitchen manager. He often cruises the restaurant checking on the wonderful dishes he and and his crew have prepared. They consistently make great food that makes us come back again and again. Joe's personalized attention to the food they make is rare these days. We now ask for him by name just to say hi. His love and knowledge of quality food is evident by the way he talks about his craft. We definitely keep coming back for the wonderful food and fantastic customer service!

The garlic buffalo wings are consistently awesome. We love the Caesar salad as a nice accompaniment too. Joe and Jessica were both very professional and courteous from the time we got there till we left. I highly recommend trying this place if you've never been. Oh yeah, the deep dish mushroom and spinach pie is out of this world!!

This place is pretty good. I had the great fire Chicago pizza, it was a bit spicy but nice and cheesy. I think the best part of the meal was the boneless chicken wings. They tasted great and the texture was perfect. The service was decent, no complaints or problems.

Best pizza in the area! My favorite is the stuffed pizza I substitute the green peppers for Jalapeños. Their wings are amazing too. Just a tip the stuffed pizza takes awhile to make so order an appetizer. They will warn you too. I've always had excellent service*. Oh and their bathrooms faucets are pretty cool. I love it here!

It was nice to find a Chicago style pizzeria. Pizza was pretty close to what you get there. Much better than the deep dish, thick crust garbage you get from other places. Salad was also good, but pass on the wings, they're nothing special. Decent bar selection too.

It has been consistently good and customer service has been outstanding. Food: I'm from Chicago and the pizza is not quite as good, but as close as you will get out here. If you don't like the Chicago style, try the thin which is also very good (perhaps better). The Cookie and Ice-Cream desert rocks. Grilled Chicken Salad was very good. Wings (with bones) were also very good. Gyros were nothing to write home about (think Daphne's). They used to have an awesome happy hour, but they changed it and it is not as good now. I suspect the change was needed because before they may have lost money on it due to the wing and beer prices. Service: Service has always been fine (pleasant, etc.). One time (a couple years ago) on a pick-up order the pizzas ended up being late (the admitted putting in the order later by mistake) when we were on a time deadline. They sensed my frustration, and the manager came and apologized and comped ALL the pizzas on a fairly large order (3 Large pizzas). The food was still delicious, just 20 minutes late. They won my loyalty by doing that and we have been a steady customer ever since. Much smarter move than the idiot places (which are all too common these days) where they screw up big on a large ticket $100+ and they don't do anything. (Hopefully the recent post by Josh S. is an aberration and they are still using common sense. To me the standard should be, screw up an order and you have the manager apologize and comp a dish (usually the messed up dish). Anything beyond that is good service, anything less is unacceptable.

Good family environment. Pleasant friendly staff. Ambience is dark in the evening. I needed a flashlight to read the menu. I had the grilled pear salad and half a deep dish veggie pizza and half combination pizza. The slices are big and filling. The food is tasty. My boyfriend enjoyed the chicken wings with ranch dressing. They sell them by the pound and it was plenty to share between four people. Best pizza I have had in a while. We got there when there was a ten minute wait but on a busy night it can be a 90 minute wait. The deep dish pizzas take 35 minutes to bake so be prepared to wait if you want to give that a try. They make thin crust pizzas and pizza pies for those wanting to try something different than the deep dish pizza.

I'll try anything once, but I see no reason to return to Chicago Fire. We came here on a weekday for lunch and stood around for almost ten minutes like a couple of ghosts. Finally a host showed up and didn't seem to care that we were about to leave out of frustration. We ordered a veggie pizza and when it came we weren't impressed at all. The crust was more like pastry than pizza. The food and service were bad enough, but to add insult to injury the server made some rude comments towards me. My husband paid with his personalized debit card. My picture is on the card. She took one look at it and said "is that you? That must be a really old picture" umm, thanks. The picture is about five years old, but I guess you're telling me I look ancient. It was just an odd experience overall.

If I am writing a review 3 days later, it is not good. We went in on Sunday before the rush. We were told that we had to wait for 5 mins before we could be sat. Why you ask? Because the wait staff couldn't handle any more people. The restaurant was pretty empty and there were 3 girls standing around up front doing nothing. I also inquired as to the smell and we were told that the bar had a funny smell so they sprayed air freshener to cover it up. We were finally sat and immediately the up sale started. Oh, these appetizers are really good. . . I can get it started if you want. We waited for a waitperson to come over and after 15 minutes, she finally did she was in a rush. We ordered a salad and pizza. The salad was supposed to have the dressing on the side. Nope, it came all over. Did anyone ever check on us? Nope, we didn't get any more service until the pizza came. Did we get checked on again? Nope, my husband finally got someone's attention to get another napkin. We ran out of water, and the waitress was so single focused she never came over. When the waitress checked on the people next to us we were able to get her attention to get water and get our bill. All in all. Terrible service and I would hate to see how they would be if they were busy.

My family and I, really enjoy the food here. We pretty much order the same thing every time. The wings are great! We get 20 if there's 4 of us or 40 if there's more. These are my favorite wings. We request them a little extra crispy. They are followed up by a thin pepperoni and then a deep dish meat or combo. There's always enough food for left overs. They do not have any selection of hot tea which is a bummer for me, but they do have Newcastle on draft which is great when you want a beer. When we want pizza, there's only a couple places we frequent; this is the main one.

Read all the reviews before coming here last week with my boyfriend. We were very hungry, so we ordered the pesto strips appetizer, which was delicious. I may even say that I liked the appetizer better than our pizza. Our pizza was okay, just not anything life-changing. However, the service was great and the atmosphere was nice. Liked the low lighting and friendly staff. Might go back to try something else, but overall it was good.

I have come here several times - I cannot believe that I have never left a review! I love this place for lunch! They have the BEST spinach salad. I like their pizza a lot too. it's right beside the movie theater, which is perfect! Yes, you can def find a cheaper option but the pricing isn't all that bad and I do find it worth it.

The blonde girl in front is a bonehead. She's didn't acknowledge us she kept talking in the phone, didn't look up at us or anything. The waiter came up and seated us. The pizza was good. We got the stuffed artichoke as an appetizer, compared to the ones I've seen on yelp our was kind of small and burnt. The pizza (custom deep dish) took a long time to come out. The soda was flat and we waited 10 minutes to get our change from the bill. Good experience over all, not great.

The pro's: Delicious! We love the Chicago Fire Deep Dish...super wonderful cheesiness and the crust is to die for! The Con's: We always request a booth and make it clear that we are willing to wait for a booth, and they always "warn" us about the extra time, that I've already told them I don't mind waiting...then they say they will "make a note of it." What always ends up happening, is they always want to seat us at one of the first tables...not booths...that you walk into upon entering the dining area. Then I always have to tell the hostess that we were waiting for a booth, then we walk back to the hostess station, and the seating hostess tells the other hostess that we were waiting for a booth, and then lo and behold, she rattles off a booth number that is available!! But they try and pawn us off to a table every time!! I don't know why we go through this song and dance every time, but as much as I love dancing...this dance is for the birds! The service is usually friendly, and with the exception of our visit last night, is usually slow. I understand that my pizza takes longer due to the deep dish, but they are always slow on bringing drinks and refills. But like I said last night, our server Thomas, was great! He was quick to bring out our salads, beers, soda refills and sides of ranch! I appreciated that very much! The only other issue I have is that the ambiance is very loud! The place is very echo-y anyway...and last night sitting by a table of 8 20'something aged guys...the noise level was crazy! We know all of that and we still love the pizza enough that all of the crazy cons don't keep us away...but I can't lie...there have been many times that we have driven over to the other Chicago Fires in Folsom! There is one on Sutter St. which is very quaint and usually quieter...as long as its not the prime party hours...and there is one at the Palladio , they have a super nice patio to sit on!! Go indulge in the tasty yumminess that is Chicago Fire!

Overall a decent place, but there are better choices for pizza in the area in terms of healthier ingredients. Service and ambience are the typical chain restaurant type. Nothing to write home about. Their pizza crust is made without eggs and their fresh mozzarella is made without animal rennet.

So, my family and I have been to Chicago Fire in Downtown Sacramento numerous of times. With that being said, we had the worst experience ever at the Roseville one. We have been to that location 3 times before. We ordered a large Great Chicago Fire deep dish pizza and a large Junkyard thin crust pizza. After waiting for 50 minutes, the server brings us the deep dish Chicago Fire Combo pizza(not the pizza we ordered). The top of the pizza was all watery and the crust was all soggy. We talked to the manager and told him we didn't want that pizza. He asked if we wanted to order the pizza again but it would take another 45 minutes. We ordered another LARGE thin crust pizza. Our first thin crust pizza hadn't arrived yet. We asked where the thin crust pizza was and explained to them that usually that one comes out 20 to 25 minutes before the deep dish. She said if you wanted the thin crust first, you have to tell us that (NOT at the downtown one you don't!). They finally bring us the first thin crust pizza we ordered, an hour later. We dig in and start eating. 5 minutes later they brought out the 2nd thin crust pizza, which was about 2 times bigger than the one the lady brought out the first time. I asked the manager what size that pizza was. He said a large. I told him that the first thin crust the lady brought out was supposedly a large too, yet it was half the size! They ruined our whole order up and didn't charge us for the deep dish only because we didn't even eat that but charged us for everything else. This is one of the few times I think the meal should have been free but nothing. Needless to say, we are not going back to the Roseville location ever again!

Pizza is good. They have a lot of options, I got two small pizza with half pesto chicken and half buffalo chicken and another one with traditional and like a meat pizza. They were pretty good, I wish there regular pizzas had an option for regular crust since I'm not a fan of thin crust pizza. But I saw a lot of other plates going by with salads and appetizers which looked super good so I will be back to try more. Also, the services was amazing. Our waitress informed us of a lot of different menu items to try and was super nice. The hostess was super sweet to. We waited for maybe 30-40 mins to get seated ( which is normal to me for a Saturday night) but as soon as we sat down the service was quick. Defiantly a nice spot to bring the family

Came to throw a mini farewell party for my dear coworker. We sat at the tables with the tall stools by the bar. It was a Friday evening, and luckily we beat the rush by getting there around 4:30. The happy hour menu is great in terms of variety and price. 3 coworkers who were there (all dudes) ordered 50 buffalo wings that were really delicious. I ordered the artichoke dip which was so delicious for its price ...but also oily. It also came with pita bread chips. Eat it while it's HOT because the cheese cools fast and becomes a clumpy mess that's hard to separate and share among a group. Next time I'll come here for happy hour and try their pizza and drinks aside from the beer on tap.

My son said his Lasagne was good. Mild buffalow was really spicy. Waiter was super nice bit it took too long for being fairly empty. Salad lettuce had chill damage (wilted lettuce). Stingy with the meat on the salads but so much lettuce it falls off the plate. Nice atmosphere. Good drink menu.

I enjoyed lunch with my family at this location this week. We all ordered various pizzas and salads, and I think everyone was pleased with their meals. My boyfriend and I shared the pesto chicken pizza and it was really tasty. I like that they have small chunks of red onion rather than long stringy loops. (It's the little things!) My spinach salad and the taste I had of my dad's caprese salad weren't anything super special but they were good. Service was excellent: our waiter was fast, friendly, and made sure our drinks were refilled without making us wait. I always appreciate that. I also like that they package up your leftovers for you, less mess for me to worry about! Two minor, easy-to-fix issues: 1) WAY too much salad dressing. We're talking dripping off the greens, and leaving a puddle on the plate. Soggy greens aren't my thing. And 2) Why is it so goddamn dark in here? My eyes worked overtime to see what was on my plate and my family. Call me strange but I like to see my food when I'm eating, and people's faces when I'm talking to them. I'd love to come back and try their deep dish soon. I'll be back!

I always enjoyed their chicken wings, I considered them some of the best in Town. Today I was given fried chicken ( If I wanted fried chicken I would have gone to Popeyes). Nasty, too much flower, sauce was dry but the time I tried to eat them. Waste of money. No not order the wings here

I was very disappointed, having experienced much better "deep dish " elsewhere. I had heard this was a great place for deep dish. however my expectations were deflated. Deep dish should be at least 4" thick, packed with toppings. My favorite deep dish to date is at uno;s pizza. They are no longer in S.F. I have been searching for a pizza of comparable quality ever since. ive always been disappointed. Uno's pizza was 6" thick and bad ass!! This is just regular quality pizza, nothing to rave about. I actually think Rosita's pizza is a better meal. I will continue my search for the elusive 6" deep dish all meat pizza.....

Well, they brought the wrong pizza to our table. After we told them the waitress took it away. A minute later another waitress came back with same WRONG pizza. So we told them again. Third time was the charm. 20 minutes later we got the right pizza. Layer including cheese kept separating from crust. Sigh. By this time we were too hungry to care. Garlic fries were good though

We used to love Chicago Fire... Not ANY MORE! The Folsom location was our first experience, and it was always great. This Roseville location has never been as good, but the last couple visits have been enough to make me NEVER go back. Twice I have ordered take out, and been totally disappointed. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad, which I have ordered many times, and upon getting it home I found that there was barely any chicken on a family size salad. So I called and the manager gave me the chicken that they forgot to pack, but only after having to drive all the way back to get it, no offer to reimburse me. Then Friday night, I ordered it again, went to pick it up and they were sending a paltry amount of chicken AGAIN, found out it is 2 chicken tenders for a "Family" size salad, mind you this is a $15 salad. I get more chicken on my Chik-Fil-A salad! The kitchen manager offered a 3rd tender, and I explained that all the other times I ordered this salad, there were 2 of the chicken packages and he blew me off, my wife was disgusted by the whole thing and asked to have it removed from our bill, so they did. What was disheartening was that the restaurant manager never said hello when he came to refund it, never looked up, never showed any concern for us as customers, where has customer service gone? Then today I found our that the waitress still kept the tip from the transaction which she assured me she would not. The pizza we ordered was good, but now Chicago Fire only sells a 'medium' stuffed pizza, but still charge the SAME that they used to for a 'large'. All of the trouble and poor customer service is enough to lose me as a customer. From now on I will going to Celestino's! In this case NY pizza is better than Chicago Pizza!

1st visit Friday Night, the menu didn't have a whole lot, but what we did have was excellent!!! I had the Greek Salad with Euro meat, it was VERY good! Also had the boneless buffalo wings (hot), they were perfect! Very moist & actually came out hot, which rarely happens....I didn't care for the Deep fried artichokes (not much flavor). All in all I will definitely be back for that yummy salad!

Chicago Fire has become my favorite restaurant in the Sacramento area. I have been frequenting the Roseville Chicago Fire for a few months now and I have to say: It is outstanding! All of the factors that contribute to the success of a restaurant can all be found at Chicago Fire (Chi Fi). Their food, service, and general atmosphere all make this a must-try. As far as the food is concerned, the wings have to be the best item on the menu. They are deep-fried and smothered in your choice of mild, medium, or spicy sauce. I would recommend the medium (the spicy will make your lips tingle and your eyes water). The other appetizers; Greek fries and artichoke are also good picks. The salads come served on chilled plates and are always delicious. They have a great selection of thin-crust, deep-dish, and stuffed pizzas, which you can personalize to your own tastes. My personal favorite is the thin-crust traditional pizza; Delicious! To conclude your meal, I recommend the dessert cookie. It is a half-baked, thick cookie topped with ice cream and whipped cream. The service at Chicago Fire is always friendly and attentive. The waiters and waitresses are very good about making sure that your drinks are always filled and check on you frequently. They deliver your food promtly and are very accommodating.

The four of us (2 adults/2 kids) came here for dinner on a Friday around 5:30pm. We were seated immediately although it was an odd section near the kitchen. Not a bad spot with two hungry little ones though! Food: Ordered the chicken strips (comes with fries) for the kids, pesto pizza bread as an appetizer & a thin crust pepperoni & mushroom pizza. Timing was perfect. The kids loved their meal, the pesto pizza bread sticks were delicious (especially when dipped in ranch). The pizza ratio of sauce to cheese to toppings was great! Drinks: I had two cocktails which weren't overly juiced down so that was a definite plus! Hubby had two racer 5's. He approved. Service: Great! Friendly, efficient & fun! Conclusion: All in all, a great dinner. I've been here any times before but usually order for pick up. It's even better when you eat there!!

Jennifer handled the entire bar area during happy hour with a smile! The food was awesome but the service was hands down the best experience, especially given the fact that it was a solo act. We did watch a gentleman, who was dressed like the manager, poor a few beers and then retreat to the kitchen area to check his phone. Shame on the management for their lack of participation. Luckily they had great judgement in the staff they hired.

Mid-day Sunday, walked right in and got seated immediately. We ordered pear salad and wings, two kids meals and pesto chicken thin crust pizza. I was super excited that my Salad was brought out within minutes. It was delicious! Next - kids meals. Good size and tasty - kids were happy. Wings came next..,and they were the best I've ever tasted. In perfect timing - our pizza came, and it was amazing!!! Service was very friendly and checked on us several times. I highly recommend Chicago Fire! You will not be disappointed!!!

The manager contacted me to apologize for our experience and said he would like to send something so that we would come back and try them again. I sent him my contact information, and yep, never received anything or heard from him again. He probably wrote the response to my review just so it would look like they tried to make us happy so others who read the review would think they care but not really caring about if we would come back or not. Very disappointed!!!

Great food, clean restaurant. The reason I'm only giving two stars is simple.. The service! Its Sunday at noon not busy AT ALL and it took 15 mins for our waiter to get our drink orders. And the hour we've been here my table has been checked on twice (note it's not very busy at all) I don't think it should take 15 mins to realize I need a refill. And last when I order an appetizer I don't it to come out with my food. The end. If you have patience yes the food is great and it's had a nice set up.. But expect to wait

Having lived in Chicago for 6 years, the thing I missed most was the cuisine, more specifically the famous Chicago Style Pizza. I was beyond thrilled when this restaurant opened it's doors, however, having a fussy toddler I decided that it would be best to give it a try when the newness died down. We ate here for the first time tonight, granted we did get take-out to avoid the fussiness of a toddler waiting on a stuffed pizza (I already knew they take some time to cook, besides that being common sense, I have eaten the real thing in Chicago...and it takes just a long if not longer in Chicago to get such a pizza). I was quite impressed! The pizza was delicious! We got both the stuffed as well as a thin crust and both did not disappoint. We also tried the "Greek Fries" as many in the reviews recommended them as delicious, they were pretty tasty as well! My Husband wanted to try the wings, and...well...what can I say, those were absolutely DELICIOUS! You could tell they were fresh, and the ranch & bleu cheese were creamy and wonderful as well. If you want to taste authentic Chi-Town cuisine without the hassle of an airport or road trip, this is the place for you!

We have come here 3 or 4 times now. After our last visit I gave up. The service was terrible. We waited forever to get our drinks refilled and I actually had to ask another server walking by to get me a refill. Maybe I just don't know good pizza but I don't care for theirs at all. The deep dish cheese pizza was incredibly bland. I'm talking no flavor whatsoever. I like the spinach salad but I'm not going to come back just for that. I also don't care for the sauce on top of the cheese. Part of what I enjoy about pizza is the browned bubbly cheese. I doubt I'll be back.

The pizza was great. The service was slow and bad. It was good we were with friends. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for a pizza and salad $47.00. Ouch!!! We could have gone somewhere else and gotten the same thing and drinks for less at lunch.

Best pizza in Roseville. Thin crust is like eating a cracker with really good stuff on it. Deep dish is almost as good as Lou Malnati's but without the wait. Tip is to seat yourself in the bar.

So, I'm in Roseville for work this week. Today was my second attempt with pizza at a restaurant I am unfamiliar with. Chicago Fire is on FIRE! The food and the experience was great! After my initial greeting, I asked the hostess what their specialties were, and she gave me a few!!! Yay! Finally someone who is familiar with their own menu! When the waitress came I told her I was from out of town and she made some excellent recommendations. I had the Greek fries, which are thin and covered in garlic and Parmesan cheese!!!!! Yummers!!! I also had the stuffed meat combo pizza. It was amazing!!! It was a ton of food, so I was able to take some home and have food for lunch. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for some great Chicago style pizza!

Extremely disappointed. To start, there was a longer wait than what we were told. I give or take 5 minutes from what I am told by the hostess, but when I wait for much longer than what I was told I am not happy. Tell me the truth so I can decide if I want to wait it out or find another place, don't lie to keep me there. When we were finally seated our server was prompt. I asked if they had sweetened iced tea, she nodded but when she brought out the drinks, she handed me iced tea and sugar packets...ok that's not what I wanted, but I'm not going to have a fit over that. We ordered the greek fries, buffalo wings and a thin crust half pepperoni and half combo. Greek fries: super yummy. Definitely hit the spot. Buffalo wings: just how they should be, just a tad bit crispy and just enough sauce. If that was all we ordered, they would've gotten 3 stars based on just those. Now for the pizza, maybe it's because I'm a fan of New York style pizza, but this was not good, it was almost like a saltine cracker consistency with toppings. If I was at someone's home and they served me this pizza I would've guessed it was frozen pizza. The service was what really killed it. When they brought out the plates with our fries and wings, they gave us 3 plates, we had 3 adults and 2 kids (these kids aren't babies, they eat). We then had to ask for more plates. Did they think the kids weren't going to eat? We had to ask someone other than our server for a re-fill twice, that's because our server checked on us, a total of 2 times, once after the food was brought out, and again when we were nearly done with our food. I'll go back, but I'm not ordering pizza.

I love pizza, and I love their deep dish vegetarian pizza. Very yummy. I have been here several times. We were there with our family celebrating my niece's birthday. The service is great, very friendly and helpful. I cannot remember our server's name but she was awesome. If we had a dirty dish, she changed it right away, if we needed extra napkins, she brought made sure to bring us extra and when we needed more plates since the others were taking away from us, she made sure to get us clean plates. Great experience.

Great food, horrific service. Rude service, they sit you in the back if your not we'll dressed or rich looking. They told me that they were out of a beer I wanted and then 10 minutes later the table next to me was brought the same beer that my waiter told me was unavailable. I have tried multiple times to come back to this restaurant, hoping for better service and it has never happend. The waiter comes once to take your order and then once to give you your food and you won't see them again. Horrific service!

Super, super disappointed with the pizza... Thin Crust Original: the only edible pizza we got, although the crust was pretty tasteless, reminded me of a saltine cracker. Didn't reheat well the next day bc it was super soggy from the greasiness Deep Dish Chicago Fire Combo: crust was worse on this one than the thin one, it was tasteless and soggy, middle part of the pizza reminded of me of just plain raw dough because the toppings were heavy and greasy. Doesn't reheat well, even after putting in toaster oven to see if the crust would crisp up. I did give it 2 stars instead of 1 because I thought the service was decent. We came in about 1 hour until closing and we didn't feel rushed at all.

Elegant place with good menu choices. We got their popular large Chicago Fire stuffed pizza. It was three guys in all and we were hungry. Service was a bit slow throughout, with us constantly running out of water. The pizza was good and filling, but I think it was topped with canned tomatoes which was why it wasn't great. You can taste the difference. We also got boneless wings as our appetizer and those were amazing. Hand breaded and tossed with the creamy buffalo sauce. These were probably the best boneless wings I've ever tasted and I've tried a lot. Overall a good place for dinner. A bit on the pricey side (~$28 for large stuffed pizza, a dollar a wing), but I was fairly satisfied.

Where to start...the food hands down was great. No complaints on the food at all. We had the garlic wings and traditional pizza. Some of the best wings I have had. BUT the service was slow but our waiter who also was the bartender did a nice job on our drinks. He forgot the first Sangria and apologized for it and took it off our bill which I thought was a nice thing to do. I recommend going here for the food...only if you want to wait for it. Hope this helps some!

4 stars for the pizza 5 stars for the happy hour $1 PBRs! $1! $3.50 well drinks and half price appetizers, which really only means, french fries or chicken wings, but good to snack on with the beer. Pizza is good, but I love pizza so I might not be the best judge. Nice restaurant. Come for happy hour and stay for the pizza.

The place is huge, we got in quickly and was seated immediately. The place is a bit dark, and next time I may request a seat by the windows, I don't know how the place will be like if we went at 9PM, but we were there at around 6PM and it was pretty dim inside. The boneless chicken wings were delicious, soft, and very juicy. High quality chicken meat was used and it comes with celery, dipping it in ranch just melts in my mouth. We also ordered a deep dish Chicago Fire pizza, they warn you on the menu that it takes at least 35 minutes to make it, and that's fine as we expected it would take this long, so don't be surprised. If you get the stuffed pizza it would take at least 40 minutes. Anyway we had some of the wings first and that held our stomachs until the pizza arrived. The pizza is fresh, hot, and delicious, I couldn't complain. Total bill was around $35 for a medium deep dish and wings with a soft drink, a bit steep but the pizza is way better than delivery fast food type pizza places. Only thing that bugged me and lowered a star was the dim lighting for me, haven't been to many places that dark that wasn't a dance club.

A local favorite in Folsom turned large scale in Roseville. The best thing about Chicago Fire isn't their speedy bar tenders or signature skyline bar glass. It's...can you guess? Their food. I'm not the biggest fan of Chicago style deep dish pizza, but luckily for me they serve stellar thin crust that comes to the table crispy and hot. Go for their combo and add a little garlic. Mmmm... Don't just stick with the pizza, nibble on their yummy spinach salad or their perfectly fried buffalo wings (I prefer medium sauce). We have some great pizza in New York City, but Chicago Fire takes the cake...or should I say "Pie", on their thin crust!

This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I don't see how they could have a bad review! We came in on Saturday night and told there was a slight wait, which was to be expected. We decided to grab a drink at the bar where Lindsy helped us immediately! I had the cucumber peach martini which was to die for! Very dangerously good! We were then paged to our table where the hostess informed us of their new loyalty program they were just starting...(earning points for what you spend to earn free stuff!) I was very interested in that seeing how our experience was going so well! We then were approached by our server Aaron asking us if we wanted another round of drinks. We got our new round of drinks very quickly! We then put in our order which included 1 pound of wings which came out perfect and crispy! We also ordered a deep dish combo pizza which did take about the 35 mins we were quoted, but the wait didn't bother us since it was the best pizza I have had in a long time! But this pizza is VERY filling so prepare to get a box! I always make sure I save room for dessert as well and the deep dish delight was a perfect way to end the meal. A warm soft cookie topped with ice cream whipped cream and a cherry! Overall, we will definitely be returning here!

Food was really good!! Service not so much. Our server was so cold and didn't come by to refill drinks or ask if we needed anything. The hostesses were friendly and I thought this place has good customer service! WRONG! Once we say down, we waited at our table for a while before seeing our server. When she arrived she was cold and straight to the point. I thought maybe it was just us or she was busy... But no she was like that to the other customers and there weren't that many at the time either. Sad. Great food though, pizza was really cheesy loved it!

My bf and I love Chicago Fire (in Folsom) so thought we'd try out the one in Roseville, since it's near the movie theaters, as that's where we were going afterwards. We ordered a large pizza and did half all meat and the other half vegetarian. The restaurant was quite busy (during Christmas season) and people everywhere waiting to get seated. We got lucky and grabbed a table in the bar area. We waited quite a while to get our pizza, but our server was quick to refill our beers. When we got our pizza, the bottom was soggy, wasn't hot and didn't taste great (like the Folsom location does). This location is quite a bit smaller, but it has great atmosphere. I'm hoping to give this location another shot to see if the food/pizza improves. If not, I won't be back.

This place is always a great place to eat! They have amazing Caesar salads, and big quantity as well, along with their amazing pizza. The pizza takes a while to come out after it is ordered, but that is only because it is all fresh here. Come by and grab a slice.

My mother has this delusional idea that "taking me out for my birthday dinner" means I have to drive all the way out to Roseville (they live in the foothills) and I have to pick somewhere my mother likes (meat and potatoes anyone?) In the mecca of chain restaurants and strip malls also known as Roseville, this is my favorite place to eat if I have the chance. Its pizza, so my mom is satisfied. It isn't a boring chain, so I am satisfied. Win/Win! I love their salads, thin crusts, and deep dished pizzas. I have yet to enjoy the pizza cookie because we are always full and happy by the time we are done with the main course. Super friendly staff at this location. Food as good as any of the other locations I have been to. Thank you Chicago Fire for not making my birthday dinner a dreaded chore every year any longer!

This place is great food with a good atmosphere. Though it took a little bit to get our drinks, once we got our drinks it was smooth sailing from there. We ordered the Garlic buffalo wings (hot) and they were really spicy but amazing. Also got the wedge salad which is really good if you love bleu cheese, bacon and onions. Greek fries were really good. The 10 cane mojito was sooooo good. The fresh mint in the drink was amazing. My husband got a jack and coke and it was perfectly balanced. We also got the medium thin crust Half Chicago fire combo and The great Chicago fire. Really great pizza. Will definitely be going back to this.

One of the best pizzas I have ever had! After hearing great things about this establishment from friends, I decided to give it a try. I had their deep dish vegetarian pizza which was absolutely fabulous. The crust was flaky and not oily and was cooked to perfection. Would definitely go there again.

Having moved here from Chicago... I realized I had better lower my expectations for good pizza or I will forever be disappointed. Don't get me wrong...there is good New York style here...but NY style sucks...yeah I said it. Everyone (on the East and West Coast) seem to think Chicago ONLY makes pan and stuffed... but what people don't realize is there is great thin crust pizza in that city. Well... the folks at Chicago Fire knows that too. I am so happy to have found them. They can't replace the pizzerias from my old neighborhood (Wrigleyville), but they make some quality pies...they even cut the thin-crust party style! I miss that!

They have great pizza. Only Reason It's Not A One star. Customer service is lame. Very negleted. Waitress brought our salad and bread after the pizza came. Apps after the meal. Asked her pkease cancel the salad and she brought 5 min later anyway. Asked her to remove and she coped an attitude.

My husband's family is from Chicago, so we jumped at the chance to check out a restaurant promising to deliver authentic Chicago style pizza. Chicago Fire delivers the goods. The thin-crust pizza was delicious and not at all greasy even though it had a good helping of cheese and sausage. I've had several versions of the deep dish pizza, all of which were excellent. My only three "complaints": (1) On the weekends there can be a wait for a table. But this just goes to show that I'm not the only one who thinks the place is awesome. (2) The Italian beef sandwich is great, but if they offered a "combo" option (Italian beef and sausage), it would be awesome. (3) There isn't a Chicago Fire near me. Guess I'll have to drive an hour for good Chicago pizza.

Our family has been to Chicago Fire restaurants numerous times at both Folsom locations and at the Roseville location. We've recommended it to friends that have also attended the Sacramento location and they have reported great results. Our typical order consists of Greek Fries, House Salad, and a deep dish pizza with half cheese and half black olives. The deep dish takes about 35 minutes and the menu tells you that. That is why we order the Greek Fries for ourselves and the kids and the House Salad for the adults. We have also ordered the Traditional and Vegetarian thin crust pizzas that don't take as long. We tend to love the Traditional thin crust pizza, although I must admit we rarely order it. When we go to Chicago Fire, we want the deep dish and that is what we get. It is consistently excellent. The waitstaff is always first class. When I think of all around excellence, this is at the top of the list! My wife has recently had to have a gluten free diet and this place makes a great gluten free pizza. So, if you're vegetarian and gluten free, this place can accommodate you and do a great job!

After a long day of shopping for bathroom fixtures and tile with a friend, she pulled into Chicago Fire for a late lunch. Not being a fan of deep dish pizza, I opted for the gyros. At first, I was a little nervous ordering a gyro from a Chicago style pizza restaurant but I the waitress (Patricia) assured me that all of the food in the restaurant was good. I wasn't disappointed. The yogurt sauce was fresh and yummy, the meat was seasoned perfectly. Their Greek fries are really just garlic fries, but the garlic was not charred to death. My son had the pesto rigatoni to go. Being a pasta aficionado, he said it was good but not memorable mainly because he was not full. Not enough food to satisfy a teenage boy - said he.. I'm almost never in Roseville, but if I ever find myself out that way, I would definitely return.

Food is always so delicious! And the chianti? HELLO!!! One thing that was disappointing this time, and why I didn't give 5 stars, was our server Ruth. She was "nice" but didn't really go above and beyond as the servers usually do. Even all the other staff besides our server, we amazing!!! They were so pleasant, accommodating, great personalities, and went out of their way for us. One example- our server forgot the ranch, by the end of the meal when she finally came back around where we could ask for it, someone else brought it out for us! Hopefully next time we can have Clint- he was super awesome!

Not disappointed but not impressed. Food was pretty good and not to expensive, service was decent but I felt a little neglected/ignored. The Gyro was great and I would not hesitate to order it again.

Dun dun dunnnn... after much anticipation I finally went to Chicago Fire... and it totally sucked!!!!!! I tried to go here 2x in the past and each time there was over an hour wait, and I refuse to wait that long for merely a pizza. So finally I went here on a Thursday evening around 8ish, and got to sit right down. We waited for about 10 minutes to be acknowledged by our waitress. We ordered drinks that didn't come until our appetizer arrived. And it took so long to get our check at the end of the night, it was absurd. Food: Chicken wings: They're really good, I have to give this place credit for good wings. But honestly, are wings really that difficult? If you can't serve a good chicken wing, then you should probably just go out of business. Deep dish pizza: Deep dish? How deep? an inch? Meehhh barely! We got the combo and asked for no onions. It arrived, with onions deeply encrusted into all the cheeses. There was sausage on it, but it was seriously chunks, large chunks, the size of my thumb chunks. Umm yuck! I prefer BJ's any day. I don't know what all the hype is about with this place. Without their chicken wings, I'm not sure what this place has to offer me. I won't be back, sorry Chicago Fire!

Starved, crazed & half-blind from hunger at 9:15 pm on Sunday, my dining companion came upon Chicago Fire, one of 3 open restaurants in the area. *They close at 10 pm on weeknights.* We were seated & ordered the artichoke appetizer, spinach salad & small veggie pizza w/ white sauce. The artichoke appetizer is beyond delish. With sauce on the side, you taste the actual artichoke which is so good, it's worth writing about! ha :) The spinach salad is tasty & not over dressed. At $3.95, it's a great side dish that serves 2. The pizza is big, cut into squares & the whole meal would have easily served 3 moderately hungry people. We ate everything! A great meal, nice atmosphere & friendly service. With drinks & tip, it was $18/each.

Yes - we will be back. We had the 20 boneless wings, Greek Salad and the Classic Chicago Deep dish. It filled the 6 of us for about 10$ each. I liked the simple quiet atmosphere and the colors inside on a hot day. I felt cool relaxed and full on great food.

Had dinner here this weekend with family-deep dish pizza was served lukewarm and I was charged $5.75 for the smallest pour of wine I've ever seen and, even worse, it came in a dirty glass with lipstick on it. Big disappointment.

I'm going to be honest here: I really don't think that I can fairly review the pizza I had at Chicago Fire. I ordered the thin crust pizza, and as several other reviewers noted, it felt like eating a cracker with stuff on it. It's clearly not my thing, so I can't say if it's good or not. I didn't like it, but your mileage may vary. What I can say is that the service was squarely two stars. Our server spent most of the time we were there standing at the end of the bar, a good 20 feet away from us, just chatting with the bartender. The first time she did come check on us, she flat out interrupted my father in the middle of a sentence. We both ran out of drinks, and the second time she checked (interrupting me, this time), she either didn't notice or didn't think to get refills. I ended up asking someone else for more water. Besides our server being lackluster, I didn't really appreciate being seated in the bar, without being told that it was the bar area beforehand. We were asked if we minded a tall booth, but not a word about where that booth would be. By the time I realized where we were, I didn't feel comfortable asking to be seated elsewhere. My father teases me, but as someone who doesn't drink, I prefer to be seated in the restaurant proper, and would have said so if asked. Lastly, and this is what drops this restaurant into one star and "um, no thanks" territory for me, the ladies room was *dreadful*. Two of the three stalls were quite literally airplane lavatory sized, and one of the two was out of toilet paper. The handicap stall was out of seat liners. There were wet towels (cloth, not paper) in a heap under the sinks, and there were paper towels on the floor. I would be more understanding about all of this *if* it were in the middle of a rush - it wasn't. We were there around 3:30 in the afternoon. Really terribly disappointing. (also, no Dr. Pepper. Mr. Pibb just isn't the same, y'all, and don't try to play like it is.)

I've only ordered the thin crust pizza, but it is pretty tasty. The service is really friendly. It gets really crowded (even on Sunday nights) which is kinda weird to me because the food isn't THAT great, but it's good for business. All of the people, however, can be really loud so I wouldn't suggest going if you have a headache or don't like lots of people around you.

Some of the best pizza in the area. They have all kinds of crusts to choose from....thin, pan, Chicago Style and almost like a pie, with a crust on top! Food has always been good, service is excellent but expect a wait to get in during peak hours. They have a bar too and several TVs. I've never had a bad time at this place. Good place to go if you're going to the movies next door.

I LOVE their deep dish pizza! But make sure you order ahead so you don' t have to wait 45 minutes once you get to the restaurant. I think it's really cool that they let people do that.

My wife and I went to lunch here with a couple of friends while visiting the area for a week. Our friends had eaten here previously and raved about the stuffed pizza, so we agreed to give it a shot. We arrived for lunch and the pace was pretty much empty on a Monday at 11:30am. Which is unfortunate, because it is a nice restaurant inside and has friendly staff. We sat and perused the menu. The options for food are pizza, salads, sandwiches if during lunch time, and pizookie knockoffs. That's it. But for the pizza, there are thin crust, deep dish, and stuffed pizza options, which greatly expands your choices if you are cool with pizza. We ended up getting a medium Chicago Fire thin crust pizza with jalapenos and basil added. Our friends got a medium deep dish veggie pizza. Their pizza took 45 minutes to make (as indicated by the server and the menu I believe) so we were good and hungry when they arrived fresh from the oven. The ingredients of both pizzas are high quality. The meats, veggies, cheese, dough, sauce, etc. all balanced well together and made for an enjoyable pizza whether thin or thick. Accompanied by some ranch dress and topped with crushed red peppers, the pizzas became even better. There are lots of wine options by the glass or bottle available for complementing your meal as well as standard beers on tap or by the bottle (was hoping for some more craft brew offerings here). For those of you that are fans of buttery chardonnays, they have Rombauer by the glass for $11.50. The same wine by the glass is $15 at Fats. My only complaint about the meal is that the medium thin crust Chicago Fire is not an overly large pizza, but is priced at $18.75 without the extra ingredients we ordered. The price to quality ratio is there, but the price to quantity ratio is a little too high for my liking. Summary: Good food. Good staff. Menu options are limited to three types of pizza crust, salad, lunch sandwiches, and dessert pizzas. Prices are a bit on the high side, but you are getting quality products. We would probably eat here again, but plan to spend a little to get the best experience.

This place is so, so great. The whole family loved it and we tried about everything on the menu...lol. The deep dish, wings, wedge salad, garlic fries, artichoke, and chocolate chip cookie sundae. Everything was wonderful and even though the place was packed and we had to wait a while to be seated, it was so worth it. As soon as we were seated and they took our order, the food came so fast!!!! Love this place and think about it often!

Pre-Father's Day pizza and a movie. Son suggested Chicago Fire Roseville location since the movie was in Roseville. He also suggested Deep-Dish Stuffed one topping (chicken) with cheese...because he was the only one who had been there before and has been raving about it we agreed. Oh my gosh! It was delicious. Four adults shared a medium pizza. Beer on tap for the guys and for me water with a salad I shared with my husband and we were truly and happily satisfied.

My fiance and I LOVE Chicago Fire! Every time we come here, its a real treat. We usually like to sit in the bar area unless we are on a date date ;) . We always order the hot wings! They are by far the best we have ever had. Wings are a big deal to us so for us to say they are the best is huge! We order the Hot or sometimes medium and they are both so so yummy. Then we order a thin crust pizza and its always perfect. I would love to order deep dish sometime because they look super delicious but it's just too much food for us. I really like the wedge salads and my finance orders a regular garden salad. I highly recommend Chicago Fire to anyone! We like to bring our friends here when they are visiting from out of town. This is for sure one of our favorite spots in Roseville!

The food here is pretty good. Its got a nice atmosphere that isnt cheesey chain looking but without taking itself way to seriously. Our service was great and the food was pretty darn good. I enjoyed the non deep dish I got (due to diet restriction) and the biys shared a deep dish which they said was great. I enjoy coming here when I visit my folks.

Not only was the Pizza fantastic but the service was top-notch! Our two-year old was constantly entertained by the awesome staff. I am a true believer in always giving credit where credit is due and criticize when its not. I also have been known to double a tab with tip just based on a flawless customer service. (everyone gets 15% to start and goes up or down accordingly) Chicago Fire in Roseville is equal to my top 5 places of all times! I can't wait to go again!

One of those places that I would totally ignore because my pizza place was BJ's, but my boyfriend convinced me to try it out and I am ecstatic that he did =) Their greek fries (garlic fries with parmesan) were amazing!!! Not too oily and not too garlicky!! And it's only $3.50 for regular and $5.95 for a large! Their pizzas are just as good -- not too oily --- and tastes fresh! Whether you order thin or deep dish crust, they're both good! My favorite is the vegetarian pizza and I'm not vegetarian! I guess the only thing I didn't really like was their salad.... haha. Customer service was good. If they see your water low, they will instantly come back and refill it for you. I have yet to try their desserts because after the fries and the pizza, I don't have room for dessert. Totally worth going!

Great deep dish and stuffed pizza. The pizza reminded me of pizza from Chicago's famous pizza places. In fact, this place is supposed to be inspired by the great Chicago pizza places such as Lou malnatis, Giordanos, and Gino's East. Come here hungry because there is lots of pizza and take your time a good pie take time to produce especially if its stuffed.

Oh my goodness! I'm never eating at a different pizza place again (except Little Caeser's 'cause $5 is a bargain)! Only ever been there twice; once eating in and one take out. Both experiences were awesome! When my friends and I ate in, the waitress was very polite to us and gave us a lot of recommendations even though we already knew what we were getting, but I'll admit that it was VERY tempting. The stuffed pizza did take 40 minutes, but it was defiantly worth the wait. While we were waiting the waitress always checked up on us if we want any refills or anything else. And when the pizza finally arrived, it was so delicious! The pizza tasted amazing and even the crust tasted great! My fiance has actually been to Chicago, and he told me that it was almost dead on like Chicago (and he misses that city very much :) ) When I ordered take out, I'll admit I was completely lost since I have no clue what to do, but the person on the phone helped me out. I got to the restaurant, and the hostess directed me to where I was supposed to go since I didn't know where to go nor did I know what to do. We got to the take out area, and the person there got my pizza within a second, and I was not disappointed with the results! Next time I come here I need to try the appetizers and the desserts!!!

Pizza came... and it was already cool. I can't blame the kitchen for that, but I really wasn't in the mood for cold stale pizza either (very thin pizza gets 'stale' when it gets cold). Buffalo wings came... hot and soggy. The sauce was excellent, but soggy is bleech. (Granites, in Roseville, does them right) oh well.... no 2nd chance in this economy

My family and I have been enjoying Chicago Fire ever since it first opened in Folsom. They have the best pizza and chicken wings anywhere. Love the spinach salad too!! Great service, great atmosphere and great food. So happy to have one close by!

We had a company get together at this restaurant last night and I was disappointed in the quality of their pizza as well as the food. The servers were friendly, but it took them a long time to bring items requested. The food was expensive and bland. And to add insult to injury they automatically tacked on an absorbent gratuity. I won't be dining there again.

Good Chicago style pizza. But it takes 25 minutes to make, plus the 45min wait, makes it hardly worth it. Funny cause they occupy the same premises Stewart Anderson's used to be in, who also kept you waiting. I think they just want you to buy drinks. Which you will need, just to calm you down, from the wait......
