This was my third visit to this Cheesecake Factory location and unfortunately, it will also be my last. The first time the lady and I came in for lunch, the food was great, service was prompt, and we were happy that it met our expectations. Having visited several other locations around Southern California, we always appreciate a quality meal from the CF chain. The second visit was excruciating. The service was slow and our order of Evelyn's pasta was burnt to a disgusting blackened char and surprisingly, they still served it to us. Fortunately they comp'd us for the meal and we chalked it up to bad luck. Then there's tonight (7/12). I know Saturday's are particularly busy in the restaurant world and this place was packed as we anticipated. We ordered a few drinks at the bar while waiting to be seated. Our bartender was Johnny-on-the-spot with our drinks. Strong and consistent. No complaints there! Once we were finally seated, things took a turn for the worse. Our waitress was rude, inattentive, and slow as can be. She mumbled half the time and turned away from us whenever she spoke. I could barely hear anything she said the entire night! After being seated we waited 20 minutes before she came to take our order. We were told our fresh bread would be right out, but it never made it to our table. For some odd reason, all the tables around us had fresh bread but they managed to forget about us. 30 minutes after ordering our meals arrived. I ordered the Southwest Salad and the lady had her favorite, Evelyn's Pasta. Yet, there was still no bread! Luckily I got the attention of a different waitress who managed to bring us a couple of pieces on a napkin. WTF? My salad arrived without dressing on the side, as I asked. I waited an additional 15 minutes to find the waitress to ask for it. At this point we were getting frustrated with the complete lack of customer service. Then we realized the Evelyn's Pasta dish was missing the pine nuts. The flavor was definitely off and sadly, there was no one around to complain to. So we sucked it up and went about our meal. When it was time to leave we asked for a box. 15 minutes after my request, the waitress picks up my plate and takes it with her without warning. 10 minutes after that, she brings the bill and my leftovers. Over 1.5 hours seated at our table and I was ready to bail. Definitely one of the worst customer experiences I've had at any Cheesecake Factory location. It felt like our waitress either didn't like us, or was having a really bad day. Either way, I don't think we'll be coming back anytime soon.

Went back a second time... this time for late dinner / early lunch on a weekday. The server was OUTSTANDING! But, the mashed potatoes were cold again! They brought out a second serving, this one was finally nice and hot. Ordered 2 pieces of cheesecake that we enjoyed there. I can't believe that after speaking to the manager while I was there, we still got cold food. The service was great... but somehow I was more disappointed about the cold food.

Love this restaurant get great service 80% of the time but this Friday at lunch while paying my bill and I'm not sure if this is every CKF or just the one in Riverside, ca. They are deceiving us all on our checks! If you notice at the bottom of your check the have a handy area at the bottom "SUGGESTED GRATUITY" to help some people figure out your tip for your bill. It has a guggested amount for leave your server 15% 18% or 20% well if you really figure it out, like I did, it is WAY OVER WHAT IS TRUE! For instance my bill came to $25.60 and my suggested gratuity listed was at 20% $10.24 but really should be $5.12 - 18% they have $9.21 but really should be $4.61 - 15% they have $7.68 and should be $3.86. So check for yourself people they are ripping you all off! SHAME ON YOU CHEESE CAKE FACTORY

We were s party of 15 ... It was really a busy day and the Resturant was packed, took them 10 minutes to seat us, nick was our server, he was fast and attentive, the food was great as usual !! This is not my first time to Cheesecake Factory, and it always been the same service !!

The food really wasn't all that great. We ordered nachos, with sour cream on the side. They forgot to bring us the sour cream, and decided not to put guacamole on there. For the meals we ordered the fried Mac and cheese, fried zucchini, and the large ceasar salad. The fried Mac and cheese had a weird tasting batter, almost burnt tasting. The zucchini was good, but the ranch did not taste right. The Caesar salad was huge!!! Loved the portion size, but.... The dressing was really bad. It ruined the salad. Had a funky taste. Overall there dressings tasted weird, definitely not traditional ranch or Caesar. Making your own dressing is great, "homemade" style at restaurants, but it doesn't work out if the dressings don't taste right. Would not order any of these dishes again.

Second time I have been to the cheese cake factory and honestly the second time was no bueno I had the Italian sandwich and I so happen to look under the bread and there was green stuff and manager told that when they prepared my sandwich on the same board as the guacamole like really he was very apologetic and he had my sandwich remade so in the end it was an "eh"

I read the bad reviews posted prior to our arrival, I admit I was leery about going here, but since I didn't choose it I just "went with the flow". I'm glad I did, we were here on a Wednesday afternoon, at noon-thirty, and it was a bit of a wait. They sat us down, and one of our group asked if we could be seated elsewhere, they moved us, all very pleasant, no attitude or making us feel bad, felt kinda special actually :) We all ordered salmon, and it was PERFECTLY cooked, which I don't get to say too often, so yay. Pleasant perfection, thanks ??, I'm so sorry I can't remember our waitress' name, but she was great!

Food was cool. We ordered 2 cheesecakes after but we were too full and only had 2 bites of each slice. The front part of the cheesecake is the slimmest so obviously we had a ton of cheesecake left on each slice so we asked for boxes. The waitress took the plates to box them up for us and she came out with the bag which we grabbed by the handle and took home. Later in the day I opened the box for a midnight snack and I don't even know what I was looking at. I couldn't even tell which slice was which. It looked like she put them in there and shook the box 51726219 times. Next time I'll be boxing my own food. I mean having them take the food and box it up somewhere in the back has always been kind of uncomfortable for me, but this definitely took it to another level.

5 stars for Brandy our server! She was awesome- so professional and so personable. I have never ordered anything except for the Jamaican black pepper shrimp....the 20+ times I've been to CF over the years. For some reason they brought it with chicken this time. No. Not for me thanks. Brandy set it straight right away and I had a fresh plate in 5 minutes. Yes. Thanks!

I guess this restaurant would be considered one of the better ones in this area. There was a wait on Monday night which came to me as a surprise, but we were still seated within 10 minutes. Even though our server was great and attentive, I would just say that this restaurant is nothing special. Started off with some bread which wasn't warm at all. It felt like it had been sitting there for a long time... I don't know about them but I'm used to having my bread come out warm most of the time. Anyway, we started off with the fried calamari as appetizer. MEH. Wouldn't recommend it although the sauce they had for it was amazing. Oh yeah and my utensils were pretty dirty, so be sure to check that before you begin eating. Chicken quesadilla was alright, just a normal chicken quesadilla. And the chicken piccata, which they recommended, was seriously just a cooked chicken breast with some pasta. Again, nothing special. Maybe I didn't order the right things here, but I didn't have an exceptional time. Oh and beware. For the tip, they provide the numbers for 15% 18% 20%. But it's calculated after tax... so make sure you recalculate that.

As far as big chain restaurants go I love this one, specifically this location. When it first opened I thought it was going to fall victim to the riverside curse (for some reason restaurants close down here left and right). It was always dead inside. Fast forward years later and this location is booming. Not that it matters to me how many people are inside, I always sit at the bar. But I'm glad it picked up, I really enjoy my time alone here. I love that they keep the menu fresh. Constantly changing recipes, menu options, etc. It's alway clean here and the staff is amazing. One thing I love about being a regular is getting to know the bartenders. Portions are decent sized, and substitutions dont seem to be a problem. Located in the outsie corner of the mall, parking could be a little better, but it's not too bad. If youve never been to a cheesecake, I recommend this location.

We visited for National Cheesecake Day and took advantage of their takeout service. If you ordered an entree, you got 50% off your cheesecake slices! Last time we visited, the to-go people were incredibly rude and we had to talk to the manager about them. This time, the service was very helpful and friendly. My usual is the grilled chicken and avocado club, which is HUGE and tasty. If you order food to go, they give you bread and butter with your order so you don't miss out!

My hubby and I went on a double date with close friends and we had already had a late lunch so we weren't too hungry. However we were happy that they had a "Small Plates" option in the menu & I ordered a delicious greek salad, leaving room for desert. The waitress was great and suggested the Smore's Cheesecake & I was sooooo glad I ordered it. My mouth is watering right now as I write this review. It is by far the most delicious cheesecake I have EVER had in my life lol.

$$ Delicious. Only one gluten free cheesecake--chocolate Godiva--very rich! Good for sharing. Can't eat it all in one sitting. There are a few gluten free pasta items. I have only tried the gluten free falle chicken roasted garlic but I liked it so much I keep ordering it. The dinner pasta (not lunch) is very large, enough for two people. I'd like to try the eggplant one though. As always, make sure to inform the staff if you have an allergy/celiac so that they can let the manager and chefs know. They are very good about handling it without creating a scene.

My mom and I had a great time at the Cheesecake Factory. We decided to try the skinny menu tonight and we were not disappointed. We splurged on the crab wontons though and those were delish. I ordered the ahi carpaccio because, let's be honest, I love anything that has raw tuna in it and it was really good! The cucumbers on the side were pickled and went well with the dish. My mom ordered the steak medallions and she liked the way her steak was prepared, but she said the potatoes beneath the steak could have been a little more creamy. We took home 2 slices of cheesecake- cherry and Oreo- that the rest of the family will enjoy.

The service was not good at all. 10 minute wait just for our drink order. 1 beer 1 mohito tooke another 10-15 minutes to get those. After the runner running the food didn't know the tables on the patio and kept taking food to the wrong tables. It took about 25 minutes to get our food. It really was just a lousy experience for a $100 meal. Wouldn't reccomend this place, and won't be back. Oh, and Ive had better cheese cake at olive garden.

My family and I went to dinner after a dress fitting for my wedding, we put our name in at 8pm and sat down at 8:15. We didn't even get a chance to pay the bill until 10:00!!!! It started with sitting for 10 minutes before our waitress ever even came to ask what we would like to drink. It was almost at the 30 minute mark when we finally got our drinks (4 sodas and 1 glass of wine) and bread. We put our order in at that point and didn't get our food for another 45 minutes. In all that time we asked three different people for drink and bread refills and our waitress never brought them! We got our house salads and couldn't eat them because they tasted bitter like chemicals, and when we told our waitress about it she said oh that must be the greens, they are bitter. I said no I'm sorry that tastes more like chemicals, something is wrong and she said no problem but still charged us for salads that we couldn't eat! We finally spoke to the manager and she didn't seam to really care. She said the kitchen was backed up but the two tables next to us sat down after us and left before us. That doesn't tell me that the kitchen was backed up. The only reason I am giving it two stars was because the cheesecake was still amazing! Everything else was PRETTY AWFUL!

I love this place. The food is never disappointing. My favorite there is the Habachi steak, it's merely delicious! The sliders there are rather moist and juicy, abundant with flavors! The decor is so elegant and it's always a good time!

After a lot of recommendes I finally arrived to the Cheesecake Factory. The food was delichous and taste like its made from high quality ingridients. The service was awesome, every tiny request was fulfilled by the waiter who rememberd everything that we orderd (we were a table of 12 people) and took care that we are satisfied. There is no doubt that I will come back again :)

I typically really enjoy this location but today I didn't have time to dine-in so I ordered out and I'm so sad that I spent $50 and got nothing. Everyone knows how huge the portions are but mine was very small and had maybe 2 spoonfuls of rice in my chili, at first I was looking through the bag assuming that it was on the side. Really sad that I spent so much money on my favorite dish and it wasn't even right. If it wasn't so far away I would definitely go back and ask for my money back. Don't get me wrong, the service is spectacular but I will never order out again. :(

Well this is a sad day. I love CKF! However, I don't like getting my drinks after the couple next to me who got here ten minutes after we did. I also don't like not getting my appetizers either. Lastly, the miso salmon was good. But the frozen salmon from Costco tastes twice as good. Gonna have to hit Victoria Gardens or Redondo Beach next time we want CKF. So sad, one more Riverside/Corona restaurant bites the dust.

(Vegetarian review) Nice looking place, good service (our waitress was very dear) and ok food... But AWESOME cheesecake! I gotta say, the veggie burger was an epic Fail. The patty was flavorless. Yes, it's huge but like many Americans prefer quantity over quality, I don't. If you are vegetarian and you come here to try out the burger, DON'T. The cheesecake was absolutely amazing. Totally worth the money and every single bite is cheesecake heaven. Overall? Coming back to try a different dish but definitely coming back for that cake.

This is one of my favorite restaurants even though get a bad wrap for serving unhealthy food. The menu is so long and large, I seriously cannot believe how many food items they serve. Thankfully, they have a separate lite lunch menu and even mark the items have less fat/calories. my ALL-Time favorites: asian lettuce wraps + jambalaya pasta w/ the free wheat bread & butter. Not to mention the DIVINE options of cheesecakes. I love love the s'mores cheesecake!! There's plenty of parking since it's connected to the Tyler Galleria mall. I love that I can take my 15 mo. daughter here and the servers cater to her by filling her water and asking if she needs any special food items.

After a long day I just wanted to enjoy my dinner with hubs and our little girl. We waited about 10 minutes for a booth and that pretty fast considering it was a busy Saturday night. Our server was ok, I felt like he was forcing himself to try to be nice. Not much of a personality. But anyhow, we ordered the shrimp and chicken jambalaya, Cajun garlic shrimp , and my daughter had the Mac and cheese. No complaints on our meal! Everything was delicious and I love the wheat bread that they serve with your meal. I wanted a slice of banana cheese cake until I saw the price... $8.50 for a slice?! I can always try to make that myself.

Solid offerings of food at The Cheesecake Factory. The Chicken Madeira is still my favorite of the bunch because I adore wine-based sauces...ohhhh man, love the sides, how the chicken is cooked... Now I really wanna go get some now! The strawberry lemonade is great too and I have to say the bread that comes before your meal....ohh man. I gotta stop myself sometimes before I eat my meal in bread! Solid place!

Came here today after a school award ceremony. As we walk in the host was stressed and not friendly. Which normally the host is the most friendliest person in the place. Even thought she said a 30 min wait we got seated promptly. Our server was nice she was busy but she did the best to her ability to take care of us. Service was not as we usually get but i think it was because of all the high school graduations. Food is good, by far their best dish is the orange chicken and the sweet corn tamale cakes.

I'm writing this review at the Yardhouse next door after leaving Cheesecake Factory on a Friday night. Not sure what was going on tonight but this place had the B crew working. Got our pager, wait was 25 minutes. Sat at bar and ordered drink and appetizer. App arrived and bartender ordered wrong one- no biggie, right? It happens. However, rather than let the food runner know it was ordered wrong she just rang in another one with no sense of urgency and 25 minutes later - no app and pager goes off to be seated. Sat down and waited for our now 30 minute appetizer and it never shows. Got manager involved and he brought it out with his apologies but still no server. And I kid you not, 20 minutes later our dining room server shows up for a drink order. She was so busy in her station- totally what the industry calls "weeded" We left- hungry and unhappy- seems like this chain is going downhill- sad because the food quality is always very good. Service needs improving.

My husband, kids and I stopped by for a quick family lunch this afternoon. Service was good. I am sure my husband will post his own review so I will stick to talking about mine and the kids. My daughter had the bow-tie pasta which was average, she loves pasta anywhere we go. My son had the chicken strips with fruit. The breading on this chicken was light and flakey, it looked so good I had to take a taste. It was good. I was impressed with the fruit cup he was given, it had more to it than chunks of melon that you get most places. My son was happy to see berries in it. I ordered the Thai Lettuce Wraps (appetizer) as my entree and I am glad I did. It was awesome. It has been quite some time since I have been to The Cheesecake Factory, and I don't know why...its good! Overall, we had a very pleasant lunch and will return in the future.

Went there to celebrate our 12 year anniversary. Ordered the fried catfish and my wife ordered the shrimp and chicken jumbalia. She liked her dish, however, my green beans and corn were Luke warm, my mashed potatoes were cold and hard. After all that, the catfish was raw...seriously, my meal was crap. Manager took care of it so that was nice, still put a downer on the anniversary dinner. Won't be back unless it's for cheese cake and coffee.

So much to choose from! The Chicken Bellagio is one of my favorites here but anything you get is delicious! The only thing I'm not a fan of is the garden salad they serve, too much arugula. As far as cheesecake goes, you can't beat it here. Try the raspberry and white chocolate! My mouth is watering just thinking about it now!

Decided on this place on a Fridate with the fiancé. He received a $100 giftcard, so why not! Restaurant was pretty packed about 730, and was quoted 25 min for seating, but we got sat in 15 minutes. I had every intention of ordering my fave, bistro shrimp, but after perusing the menu, I was swayed to the shrimp scampi and herb crusted salmon combination (comes with mashed potatoes). Fiancé ordered the steak Diane and herb crusted salmon. The shrimp and steak were delicious! As for the salmon, it turned out too "herby" for me and I tried to scrape off the herb crust. We also ordered the Adams cheesecake and the Kaluha flavor. Kaluha cheesecake won! Also ordered coffee, which was strong, but delicious. Our server, Tomas, was excellent! He's the reason this place was bumped up to 5 stars. Very attentive, friendly (not overly friendly or fake); he made recommendations on dessert. Would go back to this location again!

My husband and I enjoyed dinner here on Friday night. We had wonderful service from Melissa. She made recommendations when asked about meals and dessert. She was always prompt with our drinks and making sure we had all that we needed. For dinner my husband had the Mac n' cheese burger and I had the Chicken Madeira, recommended by Melissa. Both dinners were wonderful. My husband is somewhat of a burger connoisseur, he orders one nearly every where we go. He LOVED his burger. For dessert we had a Salted Caramel Cheesecake and a Reese's Peanut Butter Fudge Cake Cheesecake. We both enjoyed our dinner and our service.

I went their last month with my family for Mother's Day. My first time there and the food was really good and our waiter/server his name was Kevin, I believe, was awesome! He was very attentive with what we needed and overall my experience there while dining was great! If anybody wants really good service and a great server.. Hopefully Kevin will be their waiter :)

Came here last week for lunch. Positives: The service was decent and my food was delicious. Outdoor covered patio is delightful when the weather is good, which it was that day. I ordered a salad, but forgot to ask for it without the bacon. The server was helpful and had the kitchen make it again. That was nice... The negatives: Table (outside) had a layer of dust that I had to wipe down with my napkin. Not as may vegetarian options as I would like. Overall it's a nice place to relax and enjoy a meal.

Flush with my $25 Christmas gift card, I walked into this location at 4 p.m....right at the beginning of Happy Hour. Thus, my $25 was good for 5 of the $5 Happy Hour appetizers. I added in a Happy Hour $5 Margarita and I was all set for a feast. Unfortunately, as on previous visits, there were several issues that made for a less than cool dining experience: 1. I requested a strawberry margarita instead of a regular one and was told it would be $5 extra. WHAT? Never have I been to any bar where they charge more than $1 extra (if any) for strawberry. After all, it is only 25 cents worth of strawberry puree spooned into the glass/blender. In fact, at On the Border and Lonestar Steakhouse, that same Happy Hour Strawberry Margarita Is only $3.....SO, how in the world can Cheesecake Factory possibly justify $10 for theirs?? Something is big time wrong here, and the server never bothered to call over the manager, despite my protests. 2. On to the food: With 5 different items ordered, it would seem logical that the server would tell the kitchen to perhaps send 1 out every 8 minutes, which would have been ideal. BUT, I'm sure this never happened and she failed to tell the kitchen that all 5 items were for ONE person. SO, what happened was an eating nightmare: My yummy artichoke came out and then 1 minute later, 3 more plates arrived, and a few minutes more an a plateful of sliders arrived as my dessert. I waited 15 minutes for the mustard and mayo for the latter, but it never arrived.....Food was so-so, but most was COLD by the time I got around to trying it. No discount, no comps, and no manager anywhere to be seen. WHY? Just a total waste of my nice $25 gift card.

I love the Cheesecake Factory , the food taste great and their cheesecakes are stupendous . My boyfriend and I go here for dates pretty often lol. It's cute and sets a nice little mood. I usually get the fettuccine Alfred's with chicken and shrimp or the jumbalya pasta which is full of flavor !

This place has horrible service, waited 10 minutes for the waiter to start. This fool didn't even put in our order for food til our appetizer came out. Waited 25 minutes for a sandwich and a tuna salad, ran out of time and had to take it to go. Manager thought he did a favor by taking off the appetizer . Will never go back again.

Great food! Great service! My waiter was very helpful with assisting me on my order and was also very good on refilling my ice tea! Wonderfully friendly and sweet with my children! I've always had a great experience at CCF! I can't remember my servers name so that I can recommend him? I think it was Alden? He had a big black beard lol

Came in to eat a nice meal with my boyfriend. We were seated quickly and our waiter was nice. My boyfriend ordered a bacon-bacon cheeseburger, that came out and went into his stomach without a hitch. I ordered the pesto pasta. It came out, looked good, and smelled good. BUT THEN.... Hallway through eating, I found 2 small pieces of hair IN the pasta. It couldn't have been mine nor my boyfriends because he didn't touch my pasta. I immediately lost my appetite and asked for a to-go box, after discarding the piece of pasta with the hairs on it and the surrounding area. The next day: I wanted to give my pasta another go so I warmed it up, sat down to eat, and again, halfway though eating, found ANOTHER a piece of hair. I have never been to an establishment where I have come across so many pieces of hair in one meal, even if the establishment wasn't exactly sanitary to begin with. This was my first and last time at this Cheesecake Factory because my experience has ruined my appetite for any further food from Riverside Cheesecake Factory by Tyler Mall.

Walked into the cheese cake factory last wkend in a group of 7 adults When we went up to give our name for a table, we were never given an estimated wait time. The girl forgot to give us a pager/buzzer and we had to go back to remind her to give us one. She asked if we wanted to be seated inside or outside and even though it was a bit chilly, we figured we'd take an outside table since she told us the wait was less if we sat outside. We waited for nearly 1 hr waiting for a table while we noticed many others were being seated quickly. We finally had to go and 'demand' that we be seated by putting a couple of tables together or to separate us into two tables. Only reason I'm giving them a 2 star rating is because our waitress was courteous and efficient and the food was decent.

So I'm not sure why I keep going back to the Cheesecake Factory (I'm pretty sure it's because the food is amazing but after today's experience I am not sure that matters anymore). I met my Mom and son here today for lunch. When I arrived at the restaurant they were already seated and had ordered my son's lunch. Shortly after I arrived so did his macaroni and I started to think that maybe today we would get good service! I was sadly mistaken... My mom ordered the Asian Chicken Tacos ( from the Skinny Menu). I ordered my usual the Luau Salad. When our lunches arrived i requested more dressing as my salad was just a tad bit dry. When the server brought out the dressing I took a large spoonful and added the dressing to my salad! My mistake...I should have tasted it first to make sure it was the right dressing before pouring on my salad (I assumed that my server would bring the correct dressing). In any case I took one bite and realized that it wasn't right (this is a sweet salad and the dressing she brought tasted like balsamic vinegar...very tangy). It honestly took about 10 mins before our server came back to check on us at which time I told her that it was the wrong dressing. No apology but she did offer to remake my salad. About 15 mins later my new salad still hadn't arrived but my server walked over to the table with 2 containers of dressing and told me to sample both. She said one was balsamic and one was a shallot vinegarette. I tasted both and they tasted very similar (no surprise as they looked identical as well). She then began to argue with me that she had brought the shallot vinegarette to begin with. She kept asking which dressing I wanted on my salad! I told her that I was frustrated because I was pretty certain that neither dressing was right! I was looking for the sweet dressing that always comes on that salad. Again she argued that it was the shallot dressing. Ugh! At this point I am not happy. I told her to please just make the salad the way that they would normally make it and if she could please put it in a to-go box because I am not late getting back to work! About 5 mins later the Manager walked out with my salad. I pointed to the yellowish dressing drizzled on the plate (which wasn't on the first plate) and asked him what that dressing was called. He responded with the name (which I have now forgotten). In any case it wasn't the Shallot dressing that the server kept arguing with me about. Now mind you when my salad arrived at the table my mom and son (who both eat really slowly) were both done with their lunches. I ended up having to take my salad to-go and eating at my desk. Bottom line...the Manager was very nice (I think his name is Frank). The server was snotty and extremely unprofessional. I was really disappointed. I am only updating to 2 stars because the Manager was very nice and helpful.

MMMMMM..... Will never stop going to this place. The portion sizes are big and they serve really good food. My fav is the spicy chicken burger If you've never gone here, it's time to try it! You'll see what I'm talking about

The food was very good and the service was good too. 4 stars since I can't complain about anything. It was enjoyable. It's quite pricey but if you're willing to spend a bit of money, it's worth it.

I really like going to restaurants that aren't chain restaurants but if I do go this is definitely on the top of my list cheesecake factory always has fresh ingredients and is always worth the money They have so many great items to choose from also

I love the Cheesecake Factory!!! The bread that they serve you before your meal is awesome! I love the brown bread compared to he sourdough. They always serve it fresh and out of the oven. I like their burgers, pasta, salad, Mint green tea, strawberry lemonade, and chicken enchiladas. Their cheesecake is also good. I've tried just about every flavor of cheesecake that they have and I would say the original is the best along with the tiramisu. I Love chocolate but I would advice you to stay away from the Godiva or any other chocolate cheesecake, they taste dry and don't satisfy my chocolate cravings Because they're too sweet! And their service is generally really good. The servers are nice, helpful and attentive!

I'm not a lover of Cheesecake Factory, but it's okay. Now that I've got that off my checklist of places to try I'll give my honest review. The service was good and our server was attentive and nice. Dinner out for two with dessert is about $50.00 plus tip but can run you more if you add drinks. The portions are rather large and most of the dishes are calorie laden, but they do have a "Skinnylicious Menu" with all of their menu items being under 600 calories. But why do people come to the Cheesecake Factory? It's the desserts silly! Most of the cheesecakes and desserts are about $7 to $8 for a good healthy slice of evilness. Mango Keylime Cheesecake, Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake, Pineapple Upside-Down Cheesecake, plus every type of chocolate cheesecake. Oh you are evil with your decadent choices CF. I had to try the Pineapple Upside-Down Cheesecake. Okay I can die happy now. Food coma time!

Came in here for some happy hour on a Tuesday and left full and happy. I ordered the dumplings and the tex mex egg rolls, and my goodness they did not disappoint. Awesome portion sizing especially since they were on the hh menu. The server was friendly and did a great job. Overall a great experience.

The food was great!! The waiters did an awesome job. All though they were really busy, everything went really smooth and we were taken care of. Didn't have room for cake after food.

For you gluten free dieters must try veggie burger (I did have it with bread) in a lettuce wrap. But I think actual patty needed a little salt. Despite that it still tastes good because you can't really taste it needs salt with all condiments; lettuce, mayo, mustard, onion, tomato and I think it also had pickles. I definitely appreciate a restaurant that serves a veggie burger hand made as opposed to a frozen Boca burger as most restaurants do. Cheers to that! My daughter had bow tie pasta in meat sauce all I can say is yummy! Still waiting for a dairy free gluten free dessert:( when they do I'll give it 5 stars till then 4 stars and I don't score easily. Great job cheesecake factory. Oh and service is good too:)

My wife and I went here for our anniversary last night, The wait was long but that was expected. Our Server is why I'm leaving the review. Her name is ANA, right off the bat she was rude, when I asked for her help with the menu she basically just Ignored me. She was very Impatient, did not come to the table very many times I sat at one point for 20 mins without water. It's sad that the people that brought the food over Not Ana, were way nicer. I have been here many times and have spent a lot of my money here. I can honestly say I will pass this place by without thinking of returning. There are plenty other restaurants that will gladly take my money and treat me with respect. I would have said something at dinner but would have been extremely rude and embarrassed my wife and her parents.

Worst food ever!!! I would like to say this place was great but unfortunately it wasn't. The fish tacos had some fish, so I think the small white pieces were fish (couldn't tell). Kids Mac and cheese, we'll let's say we got more then Mac or cheese . Everything came out cold, so if there was any good flavor it was lost in a cold chill. Overall very disappointing, however I don't want to leave on a bad note.... The beers were nice and cold.

I love Cheesecake Factory! I usually order the Louie salad, never disappointing. Matt was a great waiter. I went in on my birthday. He wished me happy birthday a few times. Made me a bit sad they didn't sing to me tho.... But overall great service, great food!

Thank you cheesecake for taking care of us. They gave us very bad service however corporate called me and sent me a $50 gift card for their bad service. They really want me to try their restaurant again because they made a mistake. So I did and they impressed me. Thank you. I did send them an email of the great experience I had to them.

Love the service & food! Went there for a birthday lunch on December 31st, 2014 with my mom & my daughter. My server was Aldo. Great guy! He and the other staff including kitchen personnel's are very attentive, alert, fun, upbeat and professional. I don't often recommend places but the service my mom & I as well as my 3 yr old daughter received was exquisite! My bill wasn't cheap but my mom treated me and gave him, our server/ waiter, Aldo, a well-respected & descent tip. My mom knows about me when I receive great service, as a consumer or as an employee and knows I would've tip him a lot more. Service is everything when you're willing to spend your hard earned money.

I mostly come here just for the cheesecake, but I occasionally get dinner too. The staff is friendly and competent. One of the hostesses, Katie, always seats us very quickly, even when the wait looks long. I always ask for her! I've only had one bad experience here, and thats when our server, (I WISH I COULD REMEMBER HER NAME!!!!!!) would repeatedly forget to bring us stuff that we asked for. We were only a party of four. Get with it! At one point, one of us at the table had to get up and go to the bar to order his drink and come back to our table with it since our server was so forgetful and slow. Luckily, one of the managers came to our table and personally apologized for her, and even compensated us for our cheesecakes that night. I will definitely be returning. Their cheesecake is just too good not to!

We came here for my friend's birthday and I was astonished to see that the service was extremely subpar. Our waiters were slacking and kept messing up orders. I understand that our group was big but then maybe there should have been 2-3 servers instead of 1? The other times I've come here I've had great service but I was disappointed this time. Overall, the food is excellent and the cheesecake is incredible, but the service could use some improvement.

For some reason, I have never been to a five star Cheesecake Factory. Their service is terrible. I went to the Cheesecake Factory on a Friday night with a group of about 30 people. Having such a big group, of course we reserved a table in advance. However, this restaurant seemed to bypass the fact that we made reservations, and proceeded to let us wait for TWO HOURS! That's ridiculous! At least we got 5 free appetizers... Don't come here, the wait is too long.

Took my wife out to dinner here last night. Our waiter, Rob, was just excellent. He tended to our every need. A bit of a wait to get in but it was well worth it. The food is always very tasty. We shared a Godiva cheesecake for desert and simply loved it. My wife was very happy and happy wife = happy life. Thanks Rob.

Most of our visit have been good, and of course great cheesecakes. I have had the BBQ Chicken Salad in the past, it's really good but surprisingly high calorie for a salad and you can't really save part of a salad. A Half salad might be better if you are watching your nutrition. Also have had the chicken sandwich, the breading is a little heavy and not always the best cut of chicken. A great cost effective choice that we have had sometimes is two appetizers. One is a Garlic Cheese Bread with parmigiana/Olive Oil and Marinara Sauces. The other is 4 Chicken sandwich sliders that come with tomatoes, pickles and mayo and a thousand island type special mayo. The service can be a toss up but more often it's been good for us. It's at a mall near a curve so watch out for crazy drivers

Excellent entrees..don't order the crab and artichoke dip, my wife and I have been throwing up ever since we got home....it's not from the entrees bc we didn't eat the entirety of our dishes due to the feeling in our stomachs from the crab dip. It was 90% mayonnaise.

I made this account just to write a review about how bad i was treated at this place. My girlfriend and I went in for an early dinner on her birthday. we were seated at the same crappy seats we're always seated in by the servers POS systems. (very impersonal) Aside..from the bad seating section where they sit all the young people who they ASSUME aren't going to tip. Our server, was an older lady with dark hair, was EXTREMELY pushy, and impatient. She gave us our menu, NO JOKE! came back in 30 seconds and asked us if we were ready to order...anyone who's been to this place before knows how gigantic that menu is. We politely told her we need more time. ONCE AGAIN! not less than a minute goes by, she's back with an even shorter attitude asking if we were ready to order. I was irritated right then and there, but i'm pretty patient as i know serving can be a very stressful job. We told her what we wanted, then she gave us this very pissy look... while saying "do you want the full portion or the lunch portion?" as if we couldn't afford it. and i almost came unglued and she could see it on my face. I said THE FULL portion please...FOR BOTH OF US. she walked away with an even poorer attitude. and made the whole time spent there quite awkward. It then dawned on me, the reason for the rushed service, was because she assumed we were coming in at the last minute for lunch specials to get a cheaper bill, and that if we didn't get the cheaper price (like some difficult customers do) we'll bitch about it and she won't get as big of big of a tip. I AM A GENEROUS TIPPER, ALWAYS. Even if the service isn't that great. BUT this is the one time i really really felt like leaving nothing. BUT NO. I'm not like her. her shitty attitude didn't keep me from being a decent person. a generous tip was left, despite being treated like two young children looking for the cheapest meal we can get. My girlfriend enjoyed going there for her birthday every year, but no more. we're both never going back. we are quite easy customers i might add, quiet, patient, not picky, generous tippers. but this lady needs to find a new job. don't put your poor attitude on good people. not all of people who go out to eat are shitty people.

Very busy place during the typical rushes, so plan for a slightly early or later meal time, if not expect a long wait, especially on the weekends. Food is good all around, nothing that I wouldn't get again. The best is to do happy hour!

Food is decent at best. Service isn't very responsive. I honestly don't believe the food to be worth the price, but I guess you're paying for the atmosphere.

I give this place 5 stars! The food was amazing! we started off with the fried Cuban rolls; I've never had anything like it in my life and it is now a favorite dish that I will be craving all the time and bugging my fiancé to take me back for! I got the factory combo of steak Diane done medium it was so juicy and tender the red wine sauce on it was amazing as well as the mushrooms! It came with delicious mashed potatoes (although they were cold still very good) and a chicken mileas or something like that which was also good, a little dry but the melted cheese on top and asparagus made up for it. We also got a side of meatballs which was so not worth it for $7.95 u get 3 meatballs in a cold marinara sauce bad idea. And the cheesecake is no joke! So dense and rich I loved the Kahlua Cocoa coffee. We also brought home a whole Reese's cheesecake which I have yet to try. Not to mention the staff was also amazing.

One of our guilty pleasures but there are some pretty good dishes here. It seems we always order some same items every time including the Pasta Da Vinci, French Country Salad, Avocado Eggrolls, Crusted Chicken Romano, Garlic Noodles, Firecracker Salmon Rolls, and Fresh Fire-Roasted Artichoke. You can't go wrong with these.

Called in to place an order for pick up. First answered by Diana and was transferred to bakery for them to take my order. Placed on hold for good 10 minutes, nobody picked up and ended up calling again. This time I spoke with Jay and explained to him I was on hold for a long time and I just want to place an order for pick up. He assured me he will make sure they will pick up right away but he needs to transfer me. I was on hold for good 10 minutes again. I ended up ordering at Yard House instead. Epic FAIL!!!!Cheesecake Factory employees!

I love cheesecake, so this place is good for my cheesecake addiction. Food here is good. But service is so-so. When I try to buy a whole cheesecake to go, the cashier person behind the counter was not helpful and gets a bit annoyed with me when I asked her about the different kind of cheesecake and the flavor.

This is the BEST Cheesecake Factory that I go to. The Food is ALWAYS CONSISTENT. If you frequent CCF then you know this is not always the case. But this one is always great. Don't really care for the location (being it is in the mall parking lot, very hard to find parking), and the restroom situation is really crazy. I think they have 3 max stalls for women in a restaurant this size is pretty outrageous. This seems to only be an issue at this location. I love their Stuffed Chicken Enchiladas. I order it with the cilantro rice instead of the black beans and I cannot get enough of them. I also love the Orange Chicken and Chipotle Chicken Pasta. Service has always been great too, so I will be back again and again and again!

went for Brunch 2day; they open at 10am on Sundays. tried the crab hash benedict with breakfast potatoes. hubby had farmhouse omelet and sister had French toast. everything was yummy good. yes, they are very pricey, so come prepared with credit card. lol sister tried their peach bellini drink, mmmmm good. also had mimosa. of course couldn't leave without cheesecake for dessert (to go tho). looking at their menu will prob come back to try other dishes on their menu. our waitress was good but not real attentive (I think she was also bartender). I had to continually put my EMPTY coffee mug on the outside of table in order for her to refill. but, all and all ($85 dollars + $15 tip later) it was a good day filled with yummy food.

We were seated right away, but it took the waitress 15 minutes to come and asked for our drink order, but fine at least we had our menus and we're ready to order. Once the the food arrives the "medium rare" $20 stake was not only overcooked, it was burned. Definitely not coming back to this location.

Ate here last night before catching the Pink Floyd Experience at the Fox in downtown Riverside. No reservations are taken, at least on a weekday. We popped in at about 5:20pm and were seated relatively quickly. we have eaten at a TCF before, but were still amazed at how darn many items are on the menu! Our waiter, Adam, was patient with us, not overbearing and attentive (but not annoying). We ordered the following: Sangria (her) Iced Tea (me) Sausage Ricotta Flatbread (us) Shrimp Summer Rolls (us) Skinny Chicken Salad Sandwich (her) Bacon-Bacon Cheeseburger (me) Onions Rings (me - BURP) We both enjoyed our meals very much. The two appetizers were excellent and full of flavor. The peanut sauce and sweet chili sauce that came with the rolls were both delicious. My burger was cooked just as I ordered, they did not skimp on the bacon and it was not greasy. The onion rings were tasty and not greasy either. The wife said she would order the chicken sandwich again and the Sangria was one of the best she has had.

Good food and even better cheesecake (except the chocolate mousse blech). Turkey avocado club is sooooo good. So are their burgers, pasta and grilled cheese. Godiva chocolate cheesecake and Chris' outrageous are my personal favorites.

Looking at the reviews I'm perplexed as to why some of you are upset about it being busy on a Friday night... That being said, my experience here is always tremendously fulfilling. The Chicken Costaletta is always a winner. That being said, a couple of visits ago there was a pubic hair (couldn't be curlier) in my fries. The compensation for this was a free cheesecake. I was expecting my plate of food to be comped since I didn't finish half of it after finding the genital hair. I'd rather eat chicken than cheesecake but that's me. I'll still go back because I've had a hundred good experiences... But throwing free cheesecake at problems isn't the answer.

We had the best experience with Shane, the food runner. He was so friendly and truly a delight! One of our fried zucchini's fell, and he brought us back two in replacement because he felt bad. Then, my moms flat bread was slightly smaller than mine. He said he pointed it out to the cooks and they would be making her another one. So we were able to eat the flatbread at the table and box that one to go. He was smiling with an amazing attitude all night. He truly has excellent customer service and made our experience memorable!

My boyfriend & I dined here last night, July 12th, & it was quite possibly the worst dining experience we've had. I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 5 years now & have hosted, served, & bartended so I'm very understanding that a server may be busy or may be having an off day, things happen I get that. However, our server Ana F. was completely awful. First, we waited over 5 minutes to be greeted, when she did finally approach our table she didn't say hello, ask how we were, or even introduce herself (I only know her name cause I looked at the receipt), she said, "what do you want to drink?" Then immediately asked "so you ready to order?"...I was in such shock with her attitude I had no words. She then dropped off stale bread with no butter & went missing for another ten minutes. The food was good, as usual (except the bread), and the gentleman who ran our food was really personable, I really wish he had been our server. I've dined at multiple Cheesecake Factories across the U.S. & this experience was so disheartening & ruined any chance of me ever returning.

The typical cheesecake factory experience. While this place is a safe bet, nothing is ever super amazing. I've been here a few times and one time we had a super rude waitress but the other two times the service was great. Tonight I had the skinnylicious salmon salad and the chicken piccata. Both were yummy but the salad wins. Also noticed that the crowd here is somewhat of a mixed bag.

Chain restaurants are simple to review. As you review one, you pretty much review them all. I always liked Cheese Cake, you don't stay in business all these years without doing something right. I have nothing to add that hasn't been noted, except that I wanted to point out that our server was exceptional. I realize service is as good as the individual person and it varies, but this guy was smooth. He filled glasses without asking, dropped extra butter on the sly while serving meals, even noticed a meal half eaten was incorrect and boxed the right order to go. He probably did a few things we didn't even noticed, cause when you're good no one should even know. It leaves me to wonder if management trains for this level of hospitality or did his mom bring him up right? Regardless, I've been to some hoity-toity places that could learn a thing or two from this guy. a Thumbs up, but always let me know what you think.

I really enjoyed my last meal here with Diane and friends. This time I began with loosely packed Crabcakes accompanied by very mild Mustard and Tartar Sauce. The three large Crabcakes were almost a meal in themselves, and yummy! The Crabcakes were followed by really good bread and a Small Dinner Salad that contained nice green roughage, fresh tomato wedges, and a light mustardy Thousand Island Dressing. My main this evening was a large, peppery Salisbury Chopped Steak smothered with White Onions, mushrooms, and a very tasty Garlic Mushroom Gravy. It was accompanied by large fresh green beans and an ample supply of fluffy white Mashed Potatoes. After being ladled over the entire length of the massive and elongated shaped meat, the sumptuous gravy had pooled on the plate, just waiting to be joined with the beckoning mashers situated alongside. Both the medium-rare chopped steak and the Mashed Potatoes were excellent, and I will surely be back for more. This time the moist lengths of battered fish in Diane's Fish and Chips were golden brown and quite tender. Service was also excellent, so the restaurant deserves to be bumped up half a star.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. The service is always great and the food is amazing. The food can be expensive if you get appetizers, a main course and cheesecake. I think the price you pay is worth it. It's also fun just to go and have a couple of drinks at the bar. The only bad thing is that if you go on a Friday night expect to wait awhile for a seat. I have never had a bad experience here. I recommend this place to everyone.

Ordered the Cuban Sandwich and good god it was such a perfect choice. Our server was great with giving us her opinions on some of the dishes we were curious about. She was very honest and make our experience that much better. Back to the Cuban Sandwich. Simply delicious, the beef with the mustard and pickles simply complemented themselves in a fashionable manner. I recommend the dish and location to anyone! Only reason I don't give the last star is because I could barely see what I was eating! Turn the light up guys, this is not a nightclub hahaha

Out in California with the boss and guess what? He wants to treat me out to lunch. Because I've been trying to eat clean lately, our obvious pick had to be Cheesecake Factory. Ha! For those that been to a Cheesecake Factory before, the menu hasn't changed much, and because we came during lunch, there also wasn't much of a line. Actually none at all. Service was good as usually and we had a very attentive server. She gave us recommendations that fit our needs. I opted for something off their Skinnylicious menu, which is their version of a lite menu. The Skinnylicious menu consist of smaller servings, lower fat, lower calorie, and higher protein meals. What I found funny was that the lowest calorie meal was between 440-490 calories. Isn't that high, especially if you're eating between 6-8 meals per day? It's all relative and I ended up with just a cup of brown rice, broccoli, and salmon (no seasoning). Meal was fairly tasty, but not much was expected since I had it plain. At least my fish was flaky. Overall, I still recommend Cheesecake Factory when you're looking for a meal with huge portions. If you're looking for something with less calories, don't forget that even a place named Cheesecake Factory has a lower calorie menu.

I got the rib-eye steak medium rare that came with fries and onion rings. While it wasn't very presentable, the steak was really really good! Better than most places I've eaten steak at. On the downside the fries were room temperature/cold, but the onion rings were pretty good. I would come back just for the steak assuming they make it the same way.

We eat here often so this is not a one time review, but the accumulation of experiences. I have always been more than happy With the service here. I am always greeted with a warm smile and all the servers I've had been very efficient and friendly. Although their main menu is very high in the fat and calorie content, happily they have a skinny licious menu that is really amazing. There is a chicken pasta that has fresh garlic basil and tomato and I still can't figure how it could be under 500 calories. However, if you're looking to splurge on calories, their chicken Madera is to die for! It is it chicken breast that is a grilled, the top is layered with asparagus and cheese, then topped off with a gorgeous mushroom Madera sauce. Of course to keep the calorie content even higher it is served with mashed potatoes. It is absolute joy in your mouth And you could seriously split it with three people. Tonight I had my best experience ever so I really wanted to give kudos where kudos are deserved. Our hostess was named CHELSEA She was right out of a Disneyland ride. She had the cutest voice and just makes you feel like smiling when she talks to you. She started my dinner out feeling happy. Then I got my favorite waiter. His name is CLAY and he is so attentive if you need something you never have to wait long. He scans his guests regularly even when He is walking around Delivering food he has his eyes on the whole room. He makes you feel like you are truly important. We eat out a lot so having a good experience is very important to me. Thank you Cheesecake Factory!

I had a wonderful experience at the Cheesecake Factory. Of course it is always overwhelming because the menu is so crazy out of control but our food was good but I have to compliment our waiter, his name was Noah. He just seemed to be a perfect waiter, he didn't check on us every two minutes which can be very irritating but I can see he would eyeball us to see if we might need something or if our drinks were low. So he was constantly checking just not interrupting us. And just super friendly and pleasant. He definitely made our time at T.C.F great. Good customer service makes me very happy... especially when we are in a money crunch.. so when we get to splurge and go somewhere nice....it is very nice to know the splurge was totally worth it. Vs spending a lot of money out and then having a bad dining experience. Thank you Noah...keep up the good work and thank you for serving us and making us feel special.

Usually I love this place. LOVE. Today was less than stellar. Celebrating a friends bday on our lunch HOUR. Let our server, Catalina, know that we were on a time limit first thing. It was a bummer because she didn't appear to even try to be attentive (or smile) for that manner. We always split a dessert there. She came back (at a glacial pace) letting us know they aren't splitting desserts "today". Translation: I forgot to ask and don't care to accommodate you. We felt that we were walking her through the process of serving... As we had to ask for check, go cups, boxes versus her anticipating our needs.

Just had the most wonderful lunch at the Cheesecake Factory! I had the house salad to start with, then Ribeye steak with a side of Broccoli! My friend had the soup and salad. All the food was fresh and very tasty! I told Noah our waiter that I was on the Atkins Diet and was very understanding and helpful! Noah brought everything we needed right away! Water glass and diet coke never ran dry! Steak was cooked just the way I had ordered it, and Noah even put up with my joke "Hey Noah, it's gonna rain this week, are you ready?" He laughed just as if he'd never heard that before!

It's alright. Overpriced for the quality and taste, in my opinion. I had the Cajun shrimp pasta; pretty flavorful but nothing special. I also had the basil garlic shrimp pasta and that was alright too. Nothing I can't make better at home. The cheesecake is very rich but not sickening. I'd stick to ordering the desserts over the dinners.

I'm seriously appalled at the way staff and especially the manager handled my family's recent visit to your Riverside, California location. Sunday 08/02/15 at around 5pm my family and I went in for dinner. I have a severe allergy to shellfish and made sure that when we were seated I informed our server of my allergy. He asked, "well is anybody ordering shellfish?" I replied no and he responded, "well then you should be fine." We got our food and after two bites I began to itch all over my chest and it became difficult to breathe. My husband could tell something was wrong and immediate notified our server I was having a reaction and he said he would get his manager. I began coughing to the point where I started to gag and my husband grabbed my Epi-pen and had to stab me in the leg at the table all occurring in front of the restaurant manager and my children. The manager chuckled and made a joking comment about how he had an allergy and he would just go remake my food. I normally get immediate relief after administering the Epi-pen, but not this time. I continued coughing to the point of throwing up. My husband tried dialing 911 but had no cell signal. When he asked the employee if there was a medic or EMT on the mall grounds because my Epi-pen was not giving me any relief and I needed to get to a hospital the employee responded with, "No we don't. But let me get you your bill so you can hurry up and get her there." There was never an offer to call 911 and the manager never returned to our table to even check on us!!! My children were in absolute hysterics and panicking because of what they were witnessing. My husband paid the bill and got me immediately to a hospital where I was treated for anaphylactic shock. My blood pressure and oxygen were extremely low and the hospital couldn't believe that an ambulance wasn't called! The doctor said that there had to have been cross contamination and improper food handling for me to have had a reaction this severe. As if that weren't bad enough my husbands friend who was also dining with us called the location and spoke to the manager who acted like the situation was no big deal but said he would refund the charge, that was never done! So thank you Cheesecake Factory for not following proper food handling procedures, poor management, making a mockery of severe food allergies that have the potential to be life threatening and putting people's lives at risk!

Glad they have happy hour now, and the avocado rolls I love so much are on the menu for $5. They are sooooooo good. I ordered a JW Pink Lemonade from the happy hour menu and it was not even half way strong. Tasted like there was no liquor in it what so ever.

The food is excellent here. I ordered the angel hair with shrimp and it was very good. Although the shrimp in it tasted a little off and there wasn't enough sauce put in to it. Other than the food, the service was outstanding. It was very busy but they still managed to get everything in time.

We ended up here, battling traffic on the way home after a full day at Long beach Aquarium. 3 adults 1 kid, appetizer, dinner, drinks, dessert, only a 15 minute wait on a Saturday night. $140. I'd say we did pretty well. Our server was a little flighty but my forgiveness was high since I didn't think we would get seated that fast. Drinks: cocktails: Firefly...wooo. nice! Appetizer: Nachos were acceptable and what you would expect in quality and quantity for the price My turkey burger was really big and I actually took half of it home with me so I could save room for dessert. Kid had mac n cheese. looked rich and creamy and she gave it a thumbs up. Gumbo was also ordered. Had some kick to it and it looked a little thin, but the adults were happy with the portion. Dessert was MACKIN. Pumpkin cheesecake, Strawberry Shortcake, Chocolate cake..my God, all Good. Yup. Good experience Yup. we'll be back

We were there last night for my sister's birthday party. Our server was excellent but there was a busboy with a seriously bad attitude. He was extremely rude to our server and put a table down on my foot. I was going to say something to him but didn't get a chance. He was rushing around getting in everybody's way. It was annoying. I understand being efficient but when you're hurting the customers and have a crappy attitude, that's not conducive to good service. The food is always good but bad experiences are remembered most.

The husband and I came in for a dinner date and the food was fantastic! Our server Corie B. was so nice and "on it" the entire time. One of the best servers we have had there. Our drinks never got low and our food came out perfectly spaced. Thank you Corie! We will be back again!

I've reviewed The Cheesecake Factory before so this review will be fairly short. I recently came here with my family for an early dinner. The food was great and it came out fairly quickly! The place wasn't crowded and the servers were all really friendly. This time around we ordered the crunchy crab balls as an appetizer(i think that's what they're called) and they were amazingggggg!!! Very fresh!

    (4)
  • Patricia R.

Our server Nicole was sweet and always on top of her duties. My only complaint is that the somewhat pricey lunch Salmon comes with a measly 4 asparagus sprigs. Other than that, the Ahi Tartare and the Mai Tai are both ridiculously delicious!

I come here at least once a month. The service is good. My favorite dishes are their chicken tenders and gumbo. Their peach smoothy is very good it is made of real fruit. Also, their cheesecake is excellent I love the tiramisu cheesecake. It is a great place to hang out with friends and enjoy a great meal.

I went once for a pizza and ordered the spinach and artichoke dip for a appetizer. We were seated near the bar and were lucky enough to get there for happy hour. The pizza is big enough that we were able to share it, since it wasn't quite dinner time yet, we weren't starving or anything. Anyway, the meal with drinks came out to about 20 dollars, what a steal. Second time I went, I was seated in the dining room and asked for the happy hour menu, they told me it was served only at the bar, so I asked to moved to the bar for the 5 dollar dip and I put in the order for it to come out sooner. (On the happy hour menu it's only 5 dollars) as she moved us she gave me the 12 dollar bill for the appetizer and I was pretty annoyed... It was the only reason I wanted to be moved to the bar. I asked for the dip to go and didn't order anything else that day. Food there it's good enough to deal with crappy service.

Had a business lunch on 1/29. Great setting for a business lunch. Not to terribly noisy and not too stuffy. Service was decent and you can always count on the variety of food. Only hiccup was that my friend ordered the pizza/salad combo. The pizza came out first an the salad came out a few mins later. I would have thought that it would be the other way around. The gumbo was spot on as usual. My friend got the Vietnamese spring rolls and lettuce tacos (interesting combo). All in all, I would return there again for a business lunch meeting.

Our experience here was such a disappointment. We expected good clean food here but end up finding hair in our food. How do we know its not our hair in the food? We both have black hair and the hair that was in our food is BLOND! We called the waitress over and told they have hair in their food and they basically took it back and gave us a "new one" i wasn't sure if its new or not so i asked just in case but still felt cheated. I have sent former reports to food inspectors before on visits to restaurants...although i don't feel the issue of hair would prompt me to go that far...but it was still on my mind. Anyways, im very upset about my visit here and to add to the blow...nothing was compt or suggested. What is wrong with restaurants these days...i guess they really don't want my or my friends, and my friends friends, and everyone i will tell and they will tell their friends not to come here again.

The service I received here was spot on. I've never been let down coming here. Their menu is full of delious entrees. The cheesecake is always a must, even though were too full to eat it there we always take a slice home. We always get lucky and go after the dinner rush and we are instantly greeted and seated. Our drinks are always full and the waiters are always checking on us. Defanitly will be going back. thanks for such great experiences.

I had the best time at the cheesecake factory today. My waitress was super friendly and efficient. Our service was fast and our drinks were always full. 3 stars at best...menu said "toasted bun....."..it was cold as ice...like just out of the refrig! Of course the avocado was cold...I was so ready for a hot toasted bun turkey avocado sandwich, but got a very cold disappointing sandwich that I should have sent back! But I don't trust what chefs can do if U piss them off by sending something back! So I ate it and told my good server that he needed to tell the manager to tell the kitchen...he said he'd tell the kitchen. ..guess he doesn't get it, but a nice guy. Since I don't trust chefs by sending food back, and ate it, i didn't expect them to pick up my tab...but the server Nicholas "Nic" should have ask the manager to come over! One of the best salads, but so offset by the cold sandwich! :(

requested a gluten free menu, ordered from the gluten free menu and ate the whole meal.... my son started getting severly bloated and thats when i asked the waitress to double check the order because my son was getting sick... she said, oh im sorry, i forgot to request this, but no need to inform my manager cause he will just take it off the bill. i will take care of this for you right away!" i wanted to speak to the manager myself instead, i just left my payment and walked out and headed home to take care of my son. my son is only 4 years old and to not take my son's health serious makes me very upset. i hope this was a lesson learned by this waitress and realizes she can severely hurt someone by not paying close enough attention to detail. 2 stars was for the food and 1 for the service.

I'm pleasantly surprised to be writing a good review! The chain restaurants at the Galleria tend to be a disappointment, but not this time! I ordered the ribeye steak with fries. It's one of the more expensive items, so I'm pretty butt hurt when it doesn't taste so great. However, I can honestly say this was worth my 26 bucks. The steak was juicy and delicious and didn't need any A1. the onion rings that came with the fries were to die for! I dipped the onion rings and the fries in the steak juice and it was awesome. I was sad my meal had to end. Our server was attentive despite how busy it was that night -- props to her! She refilled our drinks regularly. I was too full for cheesecake :*( The only thing that made this a 4-star visit instead of a 5-star was the margarita that I ordered. It was pretty watered down (but still tasted good). I can't wait to come back again for this.

I came in here on a date with my girlfriend on an afternoon. I had a $25 coupon here so I wanted to spend it. Never been here. So I was a first timer. Let me start off by saying the staff was a little rude at first. The host was in a snappy stuck up mood. You can tell. Then our waiter took awhile to help us. Though there was only a couple people in her section. Anyways, we ordered the calamari dish (for her) and I ordered the nacho dish. Let me just say that in the description it sounded amazing. 15-20 min later we finally got our food. And it was awful. The calamari was sorta the only thing that was good. Though it was really deep fried. BUT my nachos were a disgrace. If I wanted to order nachos that have been microwaved. I woulda just made them at home. The chips were stale. You can tell that all they did was sprinkle cheese on it and microwaved it. Not to mention it wasn't even warm. They served it cold. WORST thing I have ever gotten. I don't care if I got everything for free (coupon) to serve something microwaved from such a distinguished restaurant chain is a disgrace. I seriously ate like 3-4 chips and I was done. Horrible experience. Never went back since. And never will. Honesty there's so many more good restaurants around Tyler mall. I suggest you go to those before choosing here.

The hostess was great but the two waiters that was waiting my table totally ignored me numerous times. We were a party of 11 and hard to miss, but they still had terrible service this night. They were just throwing our napkin on the table and were frowning the whole time. I will probably not being eating at this cheesecake again since the yelpers in riverside are low class and not from arcadia or pasedena area and do not know what a good cheesecakw factory service should be.

3 1/2 Stars. In the grand scheme of things I'm really happy there is a Cheesecake Factory so close to home. And with it being located at Tyler I tend to come here and eat, go in the mall and shop, then go to AMC and remember they are way to damn high and go home. Seriously I walk up those stairs and get pissed every time...... when will I learn. As we all know the parking is ridiculous. Not that there isn't enough space, because their is. But, with it being so close to the malls entrance there is always congestion. But you'll live. As with any CF its beautiful. But, I have the same problem here as with every other location 1. Why is the floor so damn slippery? 2. The front entrance is a waste of space. Maybe you could reduce the under-equipped sitting area and put more tables so we can sit sooner. I have had a lot of meals at CF, all over So Cal and Vegas, but here is where I had a life altering meal. I'm a big Burger fan so I came here for a gourmet Burger. I settled for the Macaroni and Cheese Burger. The skinny angel on my shoulder got beat up by the fat devil obviously. There I am trying to rationalize my decision, and it comes out. And what did I say? "Oh my God, what have I done". Not a good sign. Not at all. The Burger (in all its glory) had a delicious bun, medium rare patty, FRIED mac and cheese ball with cheese sauce and typical Burger condiments. I ate the WHOLE Burger. It was THAT good. And I almost started crying. I couldn't believe I ordered it to begin with, AND ate it all. I was so depressed I couldn't shop..... so I went home. I've never experienced that before. It was totally worth it, although Ill never eat it again. Eat this Burger if: - Your self esteem is too high and needs a reality check - You like feeling miserable - You are tired of McDonald's and will cross the bridge of depression when you get to it. :)

RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE HOSTESS LOSES A LOYAL CUSTOMER! The food in the past has been your standard Cheesecake Factory variety, but the hostess has turned us off to the chain forever. My lady and I wanted a late lunch/early dinner meal, and waited ten minutes for a table. When called upon, we were escorted to the table right next to the bathroom in the bar area. I could clearly see a booth unused and clean a few tables over, and asked for that table. The hostess stated lamely "oh, that is reserved already." We accepted that as an answer, and went back to the waiting area. The hostess took the next party of two (who were listed after us), and we figured the hostess would place the party at the table by the bathroom we declined. WRONG! She seated them at the nice "reserved" table that I requested. Nice going CF! I have patronized your restaurants for over 20 years, but no longer thanks to a hostess that decided to treat us like morons. I advise patrons to visit Red Robin instead, which although is believed to be "less classy", at least has a hostess that gives a damn about their customers.

I come here quite often but I will never come to this location again due to their dishonesty. The girl who works at the cheesecake area, Alicia, wrote for herself an absurd amount of tip when I left the line empty (was in a rush). I discovered this the next time I came back here and had over $5 less on the gift card I used after that transaction. Unfortunately, I had no way of proving this to the manager, whom was very reluctant to help in the first place and just told me to call the help line on the back of the card. Truly terrible experience.

We've always enjoyed the variety and quality of menu choices. Yet, there is one constant issue we've had over the last couple years: take-out is not their strength. I've lost count of the number of times we've brought food home and something is missing. The managers are always responsive and make adjustments to our tab, but that really isn't the point. Last night it was something simple like the aioli was not included with the artichoke. Not a big deal, but I had just spent enough for two dinners at another restaurant and the side, which is the differentiator, was not included.

We purchased 1,400 dollars in gift cards to hand out to the teachers of our childrens school. As the teachers tried to use the cards they found out that they were no good. We have talked to the Manager (Mike) several time and the only thing out of his mouth is that i will take care of this and will get back to you.Well its been over 1 year and still no resolve and no refund of my 1,400 dollars. He totally lacks integrity and is a poor representative for the cheesecake factory.

I've enjoyed coming here every single time. The gumbo, with white rice and a side of sour cream is HEAVENLY. I've had the jambalaya as well - its also good, but I preferred the gumbo. They both use different spices. The calamari is delicious, as well as their southwest chicken eggrolls. My boyfriend really liked the buffalo chicken blasters! They have great service - the waiters are always prompt and professional. The only complaint I would have had is that the utensils look a bit splotchy, but i'm sure they're clean. the cheesecake is excellent, but that goes without saying. With an appetizer and two entrees, the total usually comes to about $45 - $55.

This is a perfect place to be at with friends, for an important meeting with colleague, or a romantic date!

Ah, I can't believe I haven't written a review for this amazing restaurant yet-- I've gone here numerous of times, especially for their lunch menu because it's a lot cheaper than their dinner prices. Nonetheless, the environment here is also very relaxing with dim lights for a romantic dinner or just a spot to play catch up with a friend. Basically, this place suits a gathering for all occasions. More importantly, the food here is terrific with a broad range of variety from pasta to glamburgers to even Asian entrees! With that being said, my favorite entree that I constantly get would be: (1) CHICKEN BELLAGIO-- a pasta dish @ $12.95 filled with pesto noodles, chicken, cheese, spinach, and some sort of ham. With these ingredients all mixed in together, this dish never fails to disappoint. On top of that, I guarantee you will be full by the end of the night. Trust me, this dish gives you so much that sometimes I have to box it -- and I hate to box away my food! (2) LUAU SALAD-- this salad is only good and worth it during lunch time for ~$10. It's basically like a Luau party in your mouth-- bursting with flavors from their fruits in this salad such as mango, hint of macademia nuts, and tender chicken breast. On top of that, there's a big fried wonton chip that adds a fun mix to this salad. Whenever I'm craving a salad that is refreshing and fun, this would be the one I turn to. As for the rest of the dishes, they do some justice. The fried mac & cheese is definitely one of the most unique appetizers I have ever had. On the other hand, the Steak Diane is pretty expensive, but definitely delicious with small pieces of steak and baked veggies. For dessert, I prefer the CRAIG'S CRAZY CARROT CAKE CHEESECAKE. Trust me, this is one of the most amazing-est cheesecake you'll ever experience. Everrrrrrr. However, the pricing for the cheesecake is ~$10 a slice. Pretty pricy, but worth it. For the drinks-- they're all pretty epic and doesn't have the nasty alcoholic taste. The price range for drinks is ~$9-12. For starters, try the Peach Martini(?) or the Typhoon. They are BOTH such amazing, fruity, and delicious drinks! But whether it's an appetizer or an entree, most of these dishes comes in a huge portion. However, for the price you pay-- you better get a good deal on the food here. The pricing here is definitely not in the affordable range, but it's worth it for what you pay for. Oh, and the service here is always on point. They're always friendly and attentive on your needs. Thus, I will and always be a huge fan of this chain restaurant. Low lights: - Pricing. High lights: - Amazing food. - DELICIOUS ALCOHOLIC DRINKS! - Attentive service.

We had a nice time at this location--having visited one at Victoria Gardens and another in the OC it's all pretty standard. We visited for a late lunch (a surprise for my mom for an after mother's day...no crowds lunch). So, the restaurant was rather empty. Our waitress was nice and attentive so zero complaints. Our biggest problem was with cleanliness--two of four bread dishes were dirty and all of our forks had to be replaced (so that was a star taken from the rating). And, the second star was for finding short strand of hair in my mom's tamale cakes. Realizing our waitress took a break...or...left...and no one else in our area I had to go up to the hostess and ask for a manager...who took the plate and we received a full discount. He was professional about the whole matter, we paid and left.

I like Cheesecake Factory, but I don't LOVE it. The menu is absolutely gigantic. And the service is usually pretty good. Last time I came here with two of my best friends, I got an eggplant sandwich which came with a green salad or fries, I chose the salad. It was quite tasty. It had WAY too much mozzarrella cheese on it though, I had to take some off. The time before that, I got the roasted vegetable pizza with goat cheese which was really good! I reccomend that. As for dessert, it has been a really long time since I've had dessert from here. Their desserts look amazing, though. And I'm sure they taste amazing too. All in all, Cheesecake Factory is just a chain that has pretty good food and people go there for occasions like anniversaries and Valentine's Day. I would rather go someplace else than come here, despite the fact that there still are dishes I'd like to try!

Pretty good standard food. Always a wait for some reason. Really loud. Food always comes out on the richer/fatty side. Leaves u feeling like u have a film in your mouth. Gross sorry. It's true tho. Our server was ok as was the establishment. I am likely to return come lack of options.

I've been here one too many times that it's lost it's appeal on me. It is a great place with a beautiful ambiance and large portions of food. Oh also the sourdough and pumpernickle bread! And butter! Cheesecake Factory has been scrutinized for their high calorie content in all their food. So much they had to give a separate menu displaying all the caloric content for all their food. Anyways yeah... we're all fat-asses at hear at Yelp... let me give you some recommendations, lol: What I would recommend? Avocado Egg Rolls, the Sweet Corn Tamales, and the Sun Dried Tomato Pasta. What I would not recommend? The $10 alcoholic drinks, lol. Too expensive and not worth it (their Mai Tai sucks! Although their Mojito is good, still too expensive!) Ah.... ok. This place is okay.

I haven't been to Cheesecake Factory in years but the family decided to dine here for Mother's day because we didn't feel like making the drive out to OC or Rowland Heights. Cheesecake is located next to Macy's of the Galleria Mall; it's not attached but literally next to Macy's. 3 stop intersection is a high traffic area so I recommend turning into the first right turn possible should you enter the mall from Tyler St. We came a little after 7 and parking wasn't bad but there were a lot and I mean A LOT of groups waiting to dine. We'd resigned ourselves to having to wait a while when the mgr said we could be seated right away if we didn't mind dining in the outside patio area. Mind you, it was high 90° weather today but the sun had already begun to set so it was nice to dine al fresco. Our server for the evening was Kevin and he really did his best to give us great service. He had a lot of tables to cover and he was running his butt off so kudos to him. Because you could see how hard he was working, it was ok that there was a wait for our orders to be taken and our drinks to be refilled - he was quick to get our drink orders, appetizer orders and place bread baskets at our table. Service throughout the whole meal was good from him and other servers delivering the food, especially on such a busy night. The food, hit and miss: Appetizers: Ahi tuna carpaccio and crispy crab wontons. Carpaccio a hit with thinly sliced ahi tuna arranged nicely on a plate, drizzled with an avocado/ wasabi dressing. There was also half of a sliced avocado, pickled cucumbers, pickled ginger, and a ponzu dipping sauce for accompaniments. The wontons were way too heavy with the imitation crab flavor and it overpowered all the other ingredients in the filling. The wontons had a nice crunch and came with a sweet chili dipping sauce. Entrées: Spaghetti carbonara with chicken. Leave the chicken out. It was dry and bland, tasted like it was thrown in as an after thought. Rest of it was great though. Spaghetti was al dente and the sauce was creamy and rich but not overpowering at all. Bistro Shrimp Pasta - If you like a strong lemony flavor, this is your dish. The sauce was very strong on the pesto and lemon, the flavors seemed to compete more than compliment and the shrimp just got lost in the battle. Wasabi crusted ahi tuna- This dish was the biggest disappointment of the night. Reading the description, you think it's going to be a nice thin crispy crust all around the tuna. What came out was a tuna with a thick green paste slathered over the surface and the paste had a grainy consistency and was as thick as the tuna. The fish tasted fine once you took off the paste and the veggies were nicely cooked. Well received entrées were the filet and rib eye (can't really go wrong cooking a steak), and the Jamaican black pepper shrimp. Dessert: You can never go wrong with their cheesecakes and we ordered the Pineapple Upside down and Oreo, so good with the former being my personal fave. I remember having better quality food here and only stayed away because the calorie count on their dishes are usually in 1000+ range. They have a skinnylicious menu now with offerings under 600 calories. I'll probably come back and give it a try sometime. Perhaps the quality of food was off due to high volume traffic. Guess we'll see.

We had a decent experience at the Cheesecake Factory. There is a good selection of food items, including vegetarian options for a couple of people in our group. The waitress was efficient, although not particularly friendly. The portions were big, so we ended up taking a lot of food home. They also sell cheesecake by the slice.

I usually don't have any problems at this particular Cheesecake Factory. Tonight's another story. I went out with a couple friends and decide to get burgers. So I ordered my favorite chile relleno burger. A few minutes later the waitress returns and says they don't have it anymore. So I tried to pick something else. I settle for the Classic Burger, protein style. After what seemed like forever. And seeing other tables getting their food and not us, they finally bring out our food and everything was correct at our table except for mine which the server said was an Old Fashioned burger NOT protein style. I told him that's not what I ordered and that it's supposed to be protein style. He says oh yeah well let me check that and fix it for you. He proceeds to come back not 2 minutes later with the SAME dry burger sloppily thrown in a couple of lettuce leaves. I said this is still not what I ordered and he ignored me and walked away. I was fed up and hungry at this point so I ate it anyway. All I wanted was the Classic burger since it said it came with grilled onions. By the way the broccoli I ordered on the side was undercooked and watery. Thankfully my two friends didn't have a problem with their orders. Next time I'll go to red robin.

My husband and I came here for dinner on New Year's Eve. we arrived at 5, hoping to beat the crowds, but the restaurant was already very full with people waiting. However, we were seated at a table a mere 5 minutes after we put in our name. Our waitress, Deanna, was right with us to take our drink orders and bring us bread. She came right back when we told her we were ready to order. We ended up ordering two appetizers/snack plates - the crab bites and the fried cheese. Both were brought quickly, and both were delicious! Our appetizer (we split) - the farfalle with bacon, peas, mushrooms in a cream sauce - came quickly and was piping hot. We both thought it was delicious. We asked Deanna to bring boxes for our leftovers, which she did promptly. She boxed our food then took our cheesecake order. My husband ordered the Adams (a family favorite), and I tried the Oreo. Both were fantastic. I'm looking forward to eating the remnants of mine later today! Two notes I would like to make: 1) The bathroom was pretty messy, but I assume that is because the restaurant was so busy no-one had had time to service it recently. 2) Several servers came to our table with food that wasn't ours, and took our food to the table beside us before realizing it was ours. I'm not sure if they number tables or what but they could work on that a bit so that there is minimal confusion when the restaurant is crowded. It wasn't a big deal, just a note. Overall, our food was delicious and our waitress, Deanna was great. She was friendly, quick, and helpful. I have always liked the Cheesecake Factory and I'm sure we'll be back.

If I could give this place minus stars that still would not be justice to the horrible service we received tonight! Let me start by saying that although my husband and I are not big fans of the food we decided that maybe it was what we ordered the last two times we ate here and we were actually excited to give it another go, considering how some people rant and rave about it. The reason for our visit this evening was celebrating my best friend, pregnant sister birthday. Otherwise we would not of gone out of our way to eat here. However we arrived and given the amount of our party of 10 and it being a Friday night we greeted the bday girl and most of the party outside. My husband and I decided to go to the bar and have a drink. Of course not without asking the birthday girl if we could get her something, water, soda or tea? She asked for a sprite and my husband and I went inside and sat at the bar. A young lady by the same of Summer was the main bartender serving. We placed our drink order an asked if we could take the soda outside. She replied yes but meant the outside of the bar which is the inside waiting area. We sat there and had a few drinks when some of our other party arrived and joined us at the bar. We ordered their drinks and then thought, "instead of letting the sprite sit at the bar and melt" we asked the bartender for a plastic cup. She rudely placed the empty plastic cup in front of my husband. Being a bit disappointed that she placed it there and walked away rudely he asked if she could pour the sprite for him? She turned and said she will get to it when she can! She then went back to making drinks and being that it is a busy night she was just short and cold. Once she did come to pour the soda she slammed the glass the soda was in on the bar and walked away rudely again! My husband then asked if she was always this rude and what the big deal was to smile as she's working. She then fired back and stated "she is just too busy and doesn't think asking her to pour the soda was necessary ! At that point I was like wow this lady has problems! I am a very passive person and my husband may have been out of line by asking her about being rude but she was! She then proceeded to carry on an arguement in order to validate her reason for being upset and it all came back to her being way tooooooo busy. Really, did she only expect to have two people walk into a Cheesecake Factory, on a Friday night, in a mall shopping center?!?!? Her serving the bar and possibly the entire restaurant I expect some rush or shortness but to stand there and full on argue with a customer is so appalling! I then told her I understand your busy but you should still be polite and the reason I say this cuz I have bartender before! She then yelled back" ya ya ya, I have been doing this for 6 yrs! At this point I can see she was pointless to talk to so I asked that I speak to the manager. He came over was polite , apologized on her behalf and we told him we are not looking to get anything free but that he simply needed to have a talk to her. I went through what just happened with her and that we were here with a huge party celebrating a birthday. He did end up comping our drinks. However the bartender then decided to crack jokes in front of us with the people sitting next to us, so my husband asked if he could have another beer "if she wasn't to busy" she then got. upset and said we need to drop it already! I was like really because you were just cracking sarcastic remarks towards us with the people next to us. She then started to raise her voice again in front of the manager this time. The manager again apologized and said she has been going through some personal issues. I highly recommend they get her help or some time off because that is not how you treat hardworking locals that are going to spend our hardworking money! We then got our table called thanks to the manager wanting to make the situation better. However from that point on it was just awkward! Had it not been due to the busy Friday night wait and the birthday girl wanting to eat there we would have easily walked out at this point. However we didn't and we stayed. We waited 20 mins before we had to ask the servers if we would be getting any bread baskets? They then took about another 10mins to bring it out. Our drinks took forever. The waitress went around the table and took orders and as she went to the person on my left I told her me and my husband were on one bill and she stated she would note that and will take the order the way she is, due to knowing who ordered what. When we asked for the checks she made it a point to call me out and let it be known that I'm the young lady that is with my husband. She still screwed up the bill twice! Seriously this was a disaster night and feel we were on a black list for the time we spent there. More rude things happened but not worth mentioning. Although the food was good never again!

The food was delicious. This was my first time here and I got the Renee's special with the chicken salad sandwich, salad, and baked potato soup. Some of the other people in my party got the same thing and we all agreed, the sandwich was delicious, the soup was absolutely amazing, but the salad had way too much salad dressing. Another person in our party got a burger and it was mediocre, and the onion rings were pretty greasy. The consensus was that a fast food burger and onion rings would have actually been better. I'm knocking off two stars because of the service. We were trying to decide where to go and called while in the parking lot to see if there was a wait time, or if we could put in a reservation. They told us we couldn't put in a reservation, but that there was no wait time. We told them we were a large party of 10 and they said still, there was no wait time. We walked in the door less than 5 minutes later and were told there would be a 45 minute wait. That was extremely annoying. We were then seated after about 35 minutes and our server, though very friendly, was very slow. Some people got there food (no exaggeration here) 45 minutes before others. It took them an hour just to get the bread on the tables and many of us weren't eating until we had been seated for close to two hours. Normally I would chalk this up to us being a big party, but while that would explain why it takes a while for us to get the food, it doesn't explain why it took so long to take the orders, or even bring us straws. It was clear they weren't incredibly busy, so I'm unsure why everything took so long. We also asked them to sing happy birthday to one of the girls in our party, and they came almost an hour after we asked, when 3 girls from the party stepped away to the bathroom, which was annoying. Of all the times to come over that hour, they chose that point.

I came here tonight with my BFF for dinner. We both order two appetizers each, as our meal. My BFF ordered the grilled artichoke. Unfortunately, it came with a surprise...a worm! My BFF was horrified b/c she hates bugs. The manager was nice enough to remove the artichoke from our bill & offered us a piece of cheesecake, on the house. We ordered the mango key lime one to go. She'd lost her appetite. Once home we began to eat the cheese cake only to discover a hair in it! See pictures. :(

Bring your thinking cap and a huge appetite. Menu = HUGE It is really too much to choose from. Portions = HUGE I have yet to finish a plate of food here. They should cut the portion in half AND the price. If you compare the amount of food you get with the price, it's really not too pricey. However, you may be shocked at the prices if you are unaware of this fact. On to the food itself. It's really good! And the cheesecake lived up to the hype (and I'm a cheesecake snob)

This location is in a shopping mall near other restaurants; if you go on a weekend (especially at night) be prepared to park fairly far away and have a decent wait once you arrive. We stopped in for a couple drinks and dessert at this location, which is what this review is based on. Service was friendly, but our waitress was fairly slow; it's not a huge deal in this case, as we were simply hanging out and having a nice long conversation with friends. I had a booze infused shake, which was yummy - alcoholic shakes are naughty on every level, and I highly recommend one! ANY one! They're all tasty goodness! The rest of our group had various desserts, including of course, cheesecake (Banana Cream, to be exact). All good, and all plates cleaned! I've eaten at other Cheesecake Factory locations from California to Las Vegas; it's pretty much consistent everywhere you go. The prices are a bit high chain-wide, but no one's holding a gun to your head to dine here, you know? A GREAT place to stop and get a drink and dessert. Full meals are always tasty and decent here as well. Just take your patience if you go at busy times; because you won't be alone!

Three of my favorite words: Red Velvet Cheesecake. It was about time Cheesecake Factory had a cheesecake with red velvet. So I went here for lunch today. Since it was lunch time, that meant no wait :) Yay. Our server was probably one of the best servers I ever had at Cheesecake Factory: cheery, happy, on time. I hate it when servers/waiters/waitresses take forever to take your order or refill your drinks. I got my typical Miso Salmon, the lunch special. I always think I'll finish the lunch special but never do. BTW, Miso Salmon is probably one of their best plates there. For an, appetizer, the Fried Macaroni and Cheese did the job! Crispy round balls with cheesy noodles on the inside.. YUM! :) Since I never finish my entrees, I made sure I left room for.. drum roll please... RED VELVET CHEESECAKE, their newest cheesecake! So this is what it is: top layer cheesecake, then red velvet cake, then cheesecake, then red velvet cake. White, chocolate shavings on the back side of the slice and WA-LA, a magical creation waiting to be devoured. I came.. I ate... I conquered!

There is a lot of wait time! As in a lot. I don't mind waiting as long as it's reasonable, but the amount of waiting was just absurd. First, we had to wait for chair for 35 minutes. This wasn't the worst and the wait was fine, Macy's is just nearby so you could kill time there. After we were seated, it took them more than 10 minutes to get back to our table and get our orders. This pissed me out, because it felt like a waste of time. Our food should be cooking by now, you know what I mean? The wait for food was about 10 minutes too or more, but this is understandable. We asked for honey wheat bread, server said hold on a second. We were forgotten. Server came back in more than ten minutes, said, "you wanted more brown bread, right?", takes off with our basket and comes back in less than a minute. What the? If it's that easy to get us bread, why make us wait that long? I just found it ridiculous. Anyway, I ordered something different. I always have the Cajun jambalaya pasta, now I tried the Da Vinci pasta. It seemed well loved on yelp. Fail! My pasta was way too salty it made my lips feel funny. This was the worst cheesecake factory experience I ever had. I also been to the cheesecake factory in the grove that same week, and that one, I would gladly give five stars. The visit so fresh in my mind, just made this visit at Tyler suck even more.

Had to give this a 5 star review only because it would not be at the top where it would be read because yelp caters to these businesses. On Nov, 23 I was at the CF arriving about 2pm and I purchased $400 of their gift certificates. I had to wait for a table. Yeah, who would think that at that hour there would be anyone eating. I got there intentionally at that hour to avoid the lunch crowd. There were 8 of us in our party. Four of us were there and we ordered two appetizers waiting patiently for the appetizers which didn't show up for a good 25 min, by then my other 4 guests were seated. I hadn't planned on the appetizers taking so long to arrive so that meant that I had to share them with the rest in the group, we barely got an avocado egg roll and some humus. The waiter Tony J. was not a good waiter nor did he care because if there are 6 or more in your party CF WILL automatically include a 18% gratuity charge on the bill as well as wait for you to give them an additional "bonus tip." They won't tell you that when you sit down because they expect you to dig it out from the fine print (per the manager) nor will the waiter tell you up front. My salmon did not taste right and Tony never returned to ask if there was anything wrong or if we needed something like refills. WOW, so after he put the bill on the table and ran, he never mentioned that he had made two charges (one for the food & drinks) and the other for the tip. I asked him why we were charged for an extra drink and he looked around to count then said he would fix it. He came back and I figured he had fixed it. However, today 12/1, after looking at my mother's picture that he took of our group I see that he still had a drink that he overcharged on the bill. CHECK YOUR BILL carefully especially if it is larger party. I called the manager, Mike, who interrogated me and was more intent as to why I didn't address this in front of my guests AT the time we were there rather than to deal with this situation afterward. I told Mike the service was bad and that by Tony deducting the $22.25 tip from my gift certificates that I had no way to dispute this had it been a credit card. That Tony never mentioned that one was a separate bill for the tip. Mike said he would roll the video tape back (yeah, do you think so?) to see how long it took Tony to get the appetizers to the table and see his lack of service. This gets so old at the CF when a person comes in for the food and has to deal with poor service and being overcharged on top of that. Don't think that they will believe you even if you have a complaint. CF doesn't care because if you don't go to eat there someone else will. This restaurant has had so many problems with service and wait times that have been brought up by many people (see other comments below) but nothing has been done to resolve this. Apparently, CF doesn't care otherwise they would have fixed these problems. Personally, I don't think a party of 6 is large since my family is a party of 5 kids and 2 parents. If they feel a need to force a gratuity charge then it should be for a group of MORE than eight and it really shouldn't be forced! This only means that they want to be sure they get extra money for doing less work. IF they feel that their service is so good then their guests would leave the appropriate tip that was deserved by the waiter.

So I decided to come to this place one more time to see if I was a little harsh on them and I realized I made a huge mistake. 1. I called to make a reservation for my Graduation dinner day before my graduation date and they told me they do not take reservations at all. They made this very clear to me on the phone. 2. The next day after I graduated, my family and I went to cheesecake factory and they handed us the beeper and told us it would be a 10 minute wait. ....we end up sitting there for 45 minutes and we go back to the host to see whats going on and the manager comes to us saying the wait will be an hour to 2 hours. .... we ask why we were told the wait was 10 minutes and they said because there were reservations made. This ticked me off because I called in advance asking about when and how I can make a reservation....I told the manager about this and he still refused to seat us even with all the open seating. We ended up leaving this place ticked off and very hungry. DO NOT GO HERE GO TO THE CHEESECAKE FACTORY IN RANCHO CUCAMONGA THEIR SERVICE IS 10X BETTER AND THE SAME DISTANCE FROM UCR.

It's been almost a month since I was here, but I can still taste the Gumbo whenever I think of it. This place was very clean. We were seated at a booth, which for me I do not like. However this booth was comfortable and didn't seem to bother me at all. My friend and her nephew accompanied me here, as it was a payback for a bet won ;). I opted for the Gumbo. I haven't had really good Gumbo since I moved away from the South. This was so full of flavor, so bold I felt like I had stepped back in time. Or maybe it was simply that I was hungry, haha. I forgot my phone in the car so I didn't get a picture. The portions were very large, so you knew you weren't walking away hungry. The amount of sausage to shrimp to veggies was equal in proportion to the serving. Nice amount of brown rice in the center, yummy. I was able to eat all but a few bites. My friend ordered butter garlic pasta of some sort for the little one. When it came to the table it looked dry. The server was very attentive and quick to right the wrong. She was also very attentive throughout the meal. For dessert I had the red velvet cheese cake. Yummy yummy. Mouth watering and filling. Light. I enjoyed the decor within the place as well. I really enjoy art, so looking at the murals and such on the ceiling was relaxing in its own. The lighting wasn't too bright, nor too dim. I had never ventured into a Cheesecake Factory before, because that is what I thought it was, simply about cakes. Had I known otherwise long ago, maybe I would have had this experience before. Who knows. All in God's time :). I'll definitely return to The Cheesecake. We have one not to far from home! Overall a great experience was had by me.

(Sorry for such a long review!) My family usually doesn't go to the Cheesecake Factory just because the prices are so expensive for mediocre food, however, we decided to go there tonight since it's close and sounded appetizing at the time. We got there around 9:30..didn't wait too long for our seats, and our waiter, Nick, came by immediately to greet and serve us. Nick was a great waiter..he was funny, friendly, and was constantly attending to our needs. So the service at the restaurant, for the most part, was great. We then ordered our food. All four of us got chicken dishes, mine specifically was the tomato basil pasta. It took about 20 minutes for all of our food to arrive, which I thought was a pretty long time, however, I didn't let it bother me. So the food gets to our table, and looks great. I dig right in, and find something peculiar about my pasta. It was kind of tough. I didn't want to be wrong, so I got a second, third, and fourth opinion from my two brothers and my best friend. I let the waiter know, and he willingly sent it back and gave me a complimentary salad as I waited (which I did not enjoy that much, but it was the thought that counted). Another fifteen minutes go by and I still have no food. By this time everyone at the table is done eating, so I ask for my food to go..which didn't arrive for another ten minutes. The waiter kindly told me that if the food is still not good when I got home, to call the restaurant and let them know the issue for a free gift card to the restaurant. I said thank you, but didn't think that I would need to complain anymore. So we get home, and even though I'm not hungry at this point, I taste my food to make sure that it was cooked properly. Sadly, it wasn't. The pasta was still very dry and tough. I call back the restaurant, and get put on the phone with the manager. I let him know the situation, and he tries to explain to me how pasta is supposed to be cooked, and that's how it's done in Italy. That kind of ticked me off, because he made me seem like I don't know how pasta is supposed to be cooked. I, as well as my brothers, know quite well what 'al dente' is because it's not the first time we had pasta. 'Al dente,' yes, is not supposed to be soft and break apart, but that doesn't mean it should be rubbery and have crunchy parts in it. Now, I'm not one to make up complaints just for free things, but I'm assuming that's what he thought I was after. Anyway, he ended up sending me a fre gift card to repay for my meal, which was very curteous. Overall, I was satisfied with the service of the Cheesecake Factory staff, but I don't think I will go there again if it's not for dessert. There are so many other authentic restaurants that serve much better food for a much cheaper price.

Horrible service. I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and just got the worst service ever, they didn't even sing "happy birthday" to her. The food was horrible too, they forgot about us for 40 minutes and then decided to cook our meals in less than 2 minutes. Not to mention that I was asked if I wanted a box to go right after I took my first bite.

I love Cheesecake Factory. I don't care that it is a chain restaurant, or that it takes an hour to get in here sometimes. Came in a few weeks ago for lunch on a Saturday though, and surprisingly the line that I was expecting was nonexistent. Sweet. When I came here last month, I had the Santa Fe Salad for lunch. I usually get the Chicken Madeira, but considering that we were going to have a big dinner later I opted for this plate. That, and I knew my sister wasn't going to finish her fettuccine alfredo. I was right, as we both loaded up on bread and we both didn't finish our meals. I also love their tropical iced tea, and service was great as usual. I don't think I have had one bad experience at any of the 4 different CF I have been at. I love this place, and I will continue to come here as long as my bank account will allow. Good thing for me though, is that the closest one to me is still 31.2 miles away per Google Maps.

I have been here several times and have never been completely impressed. The cheesecake kept me coming back. So when my sister suggested we go here for a family dinner I wasn't completely thrilled. I'm very glad we went. The food was fantastic and the service amazing. Our server was Andrew and we could not have asked for better. He was able to offer suggestions from the very extensive menu. It was a nice evening so we were seated outside. We ordered appetizers and I had the firecracker shrimp "small plate". I was surprised by the size. 6 large shrimp and the heat came from the delicious sauce. There were 6 of us and we all ordered something different for dinner. The steak (ribeye), salmon and shrimp were all cooked perfectly and no extra salt was needed. Vanilla bean, chocolate mousse and carrot cake cheesecakes are all wonderful as well. Overall a much better experience than I expected. If you go ask to be seated in whatever section Andrew is working. He was a joy.

Came here on a Tuesday night. Not many people here but they are opened late. The food takes a while to come, and the quality is just the standard Cheesecake Factory chain quality. We had a very good server help us. He was nice, attentive, and respectful. I def would return for any more outings with friends the only thing holding me back is that it is not connected to the mall...NOT a big deal, but a little inconvenient.

Okay. Everybody knows this it the s**t! The food is awesome and the portions are big enough to take to work for lunch the next day. What I want to know is....... when are you opening one in Temecula????? If we get the craving for the red velvet cheesecake or the ahi appetizers, we need to either make a road trip to San Diego or Riverside. Come on guys, Temecula would be a perfect spot.

I came on a lunch break for a quick meal. It was a Saturday around 3:30pm. I had originally wanted to come in for their Happy Hour, but that was Monday through Friday only. =( So I settled ordering from their small plates menu and sat at the bar so that I didn`t have to wait for a table. I wanted a light lunch, so i started with the Beets and Goat Cheese. Beets, goat cheese, green apples, candied pecans, and arugula tossed in a delicious dressing. So yummy. After eating that, I was still hungry, so I ordered the Mini Corn Dogs. I love hot dogs, so crispy deep fried battered small hot dogs with ketchup and mustard is something I can`t say no to. So as I`m sitting, I constantly see cheesecakes walk past me. No kidding, it`s The Cheesecake Factory. The bartender hands me a menu and asks me if I wanted to get dessert. I thought about it and ended up getting the Dulce de Leche Caramel Cheesecake. So much for my light lunch. Dulce de Leche Caramel Cheesecake, my new favorite! I`ve always stuck to the Original with Strawberries, but the Dulce de Leche hit a whole new spot! Caramel cheesecake, caramel mousse, vanilla crust, with crunchy candied walnuts and mountains of whipped cream. AMAZING!!

I've visited this particular location of the Cheesecake Factory on several occasions, and each experience has been pleasant. Good food, prompt service, AMAZING cheesecake...what's not to love? With this in mind, I chose to visit this location once again for my annual birthday lunch with my mother. Just as expected, the service was prompt, and the food was great. Everything was going well...until I approached the dessert bar to order a slice of cheesecake to go. After I selected my cheesecake & paid the cashier, I watched in horror as the young lady working behind the counter grabbed my dessert with her bare hands & set it inside of a plastic container. Still in shock, I asked the cashier if it was a standard practice for their employees to wear gloves when handling the desserts. He quickly replied, "No, we wash our hands." Although I do not doubt that the employees wash their hands frequently, I still found it a bit unsanitary and ultimately canceled my order. It's never pleasant to see a complete stranger paw your food with bare hands...no matter how clean they may be. Overall, this was very disappointing, as I was looking forward to trying a different flavor of cheesecake. Unfortunately, I doubt that I will ever patronize this location again.

Well, what do you expect from a place called The Cheesecake Factory? Their cheesecake is great, but everything else is subpar. I've eaten at least three different meals here, including their orange chicken and their chicken marsala, chicken & biscuits... maybe I should stay away from their chicken items? They've all lacked flavor to the extreme. Sad because their presentation is so great... and the portions are large. So for outstanding service, good cheesecake, and bringing warm bread with butter out before the meals - I'm giving the place 3 stars. Just don't come here for their entrees! Stick to the cheesecake.

The cheesecake is simply amazing I had the Vanilla Bean and it was not to sweet and perfect texture ~ The service is very good too , everyone has a smile on their face & they are all dressed very neat & nice!

Worst cheesecake factory experience ever. We had ordered two plates for a pick up last night and I specifically asked the girl over the phone if she can put the sauce from a steak dish on the side...meaning in a cup.. separately... not on the side of the PLATE that's going to be in a car moving around. Secondly, she asked me how I'd like the steak cooked and i specified that I wanted mine to be a little pink and the other dish rare. Well that was reversed. My order was rare the other was well done? I had gotten the Hibachi steak and the potatoes were not how I remembered them, but it may be that the recipe has been changed. The worst part of this entire meal was how I feel...right now. I feel sick and nauseous. The mexican food I had at 5am didn't make me feel sick but this expensive meal did? Makes no sense at all.

came in here during happy hour and spent sat at the bar area. ordered from the happy hour menu. The house wine which i hardly ever drink at restaurants was actually very good. Ended ordering that much of the night before switching to whiskey. Prices for wine during happy hour are $5 for wine, $5 appetizers from the selected menu. pretty simple and straight forward. Thats a given for 3 stars. But what made it the 4th star was the service. The bar tender was great. She kept coming over and asking if we need anything. To a point that i was surprised she was coming so much. But looking back at it, it was one of the best service i've had in a long time. Didnt order any food besides appetizers. The whiskey prices is a little trickey. $7 for one shot, or $12 for 2 shots. so if you're going to drink more than one shot go ahead and save a couple of bucks.

This wasn't my first visit to the Cheesecake Factory. I've been to many before but this was the first time i've come to this one. Our server was very over the top and was too busy talking to realize that I hadn't touched my food. I've been a server before so I decided not to complain and see if she would notice. She brought our bill I explained that I didn't like my food and that I wasn't ready for our bill. Overall, this place has okay food and okay service. Nothing to go home and tell your family about.

Casual Dinner. Better than most times I've been! Had the jambalaya and it was pretty average.. But whatever. Stone IPA with it probably made it better than it was.

Ended up here with the brother last weekend. I usually do not like Cheesecake Factory but this place was tolerable. Service was decent.. food.... overall this chain prides itself in super large portions and encouraging diabetes. The eggplant sandwich with roasted veggies was good (I could only eat half and gave the rest to my brother for a dorm snack) The two guys in the group got various hamburgers.. Drinks were refilled... check came quickly... Not great but not horrible

I always liked Cheescake Factory. I've received great service and food quality here. The average price for this excellent quality of food is around $10-$15 dollars for an entree. The desserts (the Cheesecakes, of course) are anywhere from $6 to $8. I ordered Crusted Herb Salmon with Steak Diane (a combo plate) that cost $19.95. They bring out a couple different types of bread before your meal that will hold you over for the 15-20 minute wait for food. Sooo what's for dessert?! The Ultimate Red Velvet Cheesecake of course! Some say they like it and some say it's overrated but I say who cares what anyone else says..I FREAKING LOVE IT! Can't really say much except that it's a party in my mouth. try to avoid weekends.. they tend to get crowded!! I love all their cheesecakes. Sorry I just can't choose.

****Only about the bakery/curbside*** Heather in the bakery/curbside was so helpful and sweet when she took and brought out my order. Her customer service was superb! At another visit, I took my grandparents for their anniversary and asked her to write happy anniversary on the plate with their cheesecake. She was really creative and made it so much more fun than just a regular cheesecake.

From the moment we walked in the service was great. I came here on a Sunday afternoon with the fam. Our waitress was very attentive and had our drinks out really quick. We ordered the crab wontons as an appetizer which were DELICIOUS. Next up was my entree which was the California Cheesesteak. Presentation was nice, the fries were good, and so was the cheesesteak but it wasn't anything to get excited about. I actually liked my mom's Steak Diane (I think that's what it's called) better. But anyways, as far as cheesesteaks go, I've had a lot better. For dessert I ordered the Tiramisu cheesecake to go. They put a slice of your cheesecake in a little to go box which has a seperate part that holds extra whipped cream. I thought that was cute. And the waitress even put in some extra forks and napkins in case I wanted to take a few bites on the go. How considerate.. she got a nice tip for that along with the great service we had.

I got a craving after reminiscing about the Cheesecake Factory's sister restaurant Grand Lux Cafe in Vegas. Decided to order take out. Was in the DGAF about health mode that one usually gets when they decide to eat at an establishment like this, so I ordered the macaroni and cheese burger with extra chipotle mayo. I arrived 20 minutes later and my food was still not ready (I was told 15 minutes). I'm not mad about this, as I really had nowhere else I needed to be, but the fact that I had to wait in my car instead of at home was a bit annoying. The bimbo finally comes out with my food (I'm not being mean, she was a freakin airhead), I pay, and drive home. The fries were way too salty, even for my standards, and instead of giving me extra chipotle mayo, they gave me NONE! Next time, I'll stick to Grand Lux Cafe in Vegas, not its retarded step sister.

The food is delicious and the service is good. The waitress brought my 15 month old some chopped banana and some juice at no extra charge. The staff is friendly and the food is great. Try the meatloaf, you wont regret it. Or the Factory Burger, it is so good and filling.

After a hard working morning at school, the boyfriend and I decided to hit up Cheesecake factory for lunch. Once we entered, we got seated quickly, and our waiter immediately got our drinks and basket of bread. Our waiter was super nice, knowledgeable, and quick. However, it did take him a little while to get our order and refill our drinks. Also, he looked like Tyler Perry. LOL. The menu for this place is pretty massive. There is a lot of stuff in this menu for anyone's taste. So kudos for a huge menu. The food was really good. The basket of bread comes with molasses bread and sourdough bread. I LOVE THE MOLASSES BREAD! NOOOM! NOOM! And I decided to get the tomato basil pasta. It is penne pasta with tomato sauce, basil sauce, pieces of grilled chicken, and fresh mozzarella. I forgot what the boyfriend got, but it was some kind of chicken that is breaded with lemon sauce and mash potatoes. My pasta was freaking good. All the components from the dish complemented each other really well. And my boyfriend's plate was bomb. I loved what they did to the chicken. Now, when you come to Cheesecake Factory, you HAVE to get one of their cheesecakes. There is a huge list of them. This time we chose the 30th Anniversary cheesecake, which is a layer of original cheesecake with chocolate cake, and a chocolate truffle cream. I normally don't like cheesecake because I think it is weird how it gives me a sour aftertaste. However, for this cake, I'll eat it anyway because it is so good.

The Cheesecake Factory is good for what you see in the title; Cheesecake. The food is decent, but completely overrated. The Cheesecake on the other hand is excellent. They have a ton of choices to choose from and all of the flavors I've tired are awesome! Good restaurant and great service. I never had an issue here :)

I really like Cheesecake Factory but I am not a fan of this location. My friend and I got seated outside, which wouldn't have been a problem except for the fact that it was night time and there was no light, not even a candle. I was trying to read my menu with the light from the moon. Finally, I gave up and grabbed my phone and downloaded a flashlight app. A waiter didn't greet us until 10-13 minutes after we were seated and I saw him once more throughout the night and that was about it. Poor service. The food was okay. I ordered the Asian chicken salad and the Asian tacos. The salad had a tower of styrofoam. I like crunchies but geez, can I get some salad too? The Asian tacos tasted good but they were a hassle to eat. They were lettuce wrapped and hard to pick up. Dessert was my favorite part. I had the Pineapple Upside-down cheesecake and it was delicious. Next time, I will stick to my favorite, the Chicken Madeira...never disappoints! Hopefully the service will be better.

Always delicious! My mom and I met my grandma here for lunch last weekend. My grandma and I have been to the Cheesecake Factory in Newport Beach and always receive great service and amazing food. This was in fact my mom's first time to a Cheesecake Factory Restaurant. Our server was attentive and provided great service. My grandma had a cup of the soup du jour (Cream of Chicken) and the Quesadilla with Chicken appetizer. My mom ordered the Grilled Turkey Burger off the SkinnyLicious menu. She was raving about the Corn Succotash (Fresh corn, zucchini and bell peppers sauteed in butter). I ordered the Fish and Chips. They were sooooo good, fresh fish and plenty of fries. The only thing that disappointed me, was the fact that we were all to full to eat dessert. Another reason to come back!

I've had mediocre experiences with other Cheesecake Factory locations, so I was surprised that I really enjoyed my meal here. One of the best things about CF is their gigantic menu- it is like a phone book compared to most menus. So this would be a good spot if 1.) you don't quite know what kind of food you want (American, Mexican, Asian, etc.) and 2.) you're in a group and people want to eat different types of cuisine. I choose two items of their "small plates and snacks" menu: fried zucchini and chicken samosas. Both were nicely presented with generous portions and very flavorful. Honestly, it was the best zucchini and samosa I've ever had (especially that cilantro dipping sauce!). If you're not that hungry, I would definitely recommend just getting one small plate. I love/hate that they now provide you with full nutritional values of their food. You don't even have to ask, the server just plops down a separate menu listing all the numbers. I know it's great for people watching their weight or with special dietary concerns, but I don't like knowing that my lunch is 1,000+ calories.

Oh man so many options!!! My favorite are the gourmet burgers I always sub for the Kobe beef patty on the Americana burger medium rare temperature always perfect. Never really been disappointed with any food items, even the starter bread is delicious. Their cocktails are delicious too, a little pricier but still really good. The restaurant for being a chain is so beautiful inside, always very clean and service is good. Lots of menu options so prepare to spend quite a bit of time looking lol. Cheesecakes are delicious and their whipped cream is addictive. The only downside is I don't know when to stop...from the drinks, bread, appetizer, main course and dessert I make myself sick, what? I'm not wasteful hehe.

I usually don't review big chains, but I wanted to express how much I like the Spicy Ahi Tempura Roll. It's really really good. The crunch of the tempura outside and the cold smooth ahi in the middle is a perfect blend. That and Kirin and I'm set. =] It's found in the appetizer section (hard to find since their menu is big). Here are some other dishes I recommend if you want a bigger meal: Bang - Bang Chicken and Shrimp, Crispy Spicy and Beef, and Miso Salmon

Great service, Mike is awesome! everyone is so friendly, food is fantastic. I usually get the normal jambalaya pasta, ahi cap. appetizer, burgers, etc. But last night I tried to blackened shrimp and it was so good!! I've got to say I haven't really had any of the items that are horrible, for the huge selection that they have it's so amazing that there's so much yumminess on so many pages, decisions decisions. And of course the cheesecake is the best ever!!

Great food but they seem to be inconsistent on service. We will get a run of 4 or 5 good servers then the next time we go we end up with one that stinks. Doesnt seem to be a specific day or time it just happens sometimes.

We had dinner here to celebrate a birthday. The food was quite good (huge selection BTW) and service was too for the most part. We ended up having two servers share our table. The first appeared to be a little overwhelmed with the evening. It was a very busy Friday night. The second, Jairo, (I think) was outstanding. He kept our glasses full and made sure empty plates were immediately removed from the table. The bread was a great appetizer and the food arrived fairly quickly. Everyone was please with their meal and many had to take home leftovers as the portions were generous. The prices were reasonable for dinner at about $25 per person with drink, tax, and tip included. As with any large chain restaurant, we had a dirty water glass and a dirty spoon at one place setting. No big deal, but worthy of comment. The noise level was fine and we were able to enjoy conversation at the table with everyone present. Oh, one thing. The tiny little double-shot-glass sized birthday sundae they serve when you have someone with a birthday is not complimentary. It will cost you an additional $2.95 plus tax, so be prepared to see that on the bill. The servers were great and happily sang Happy Birthday for the guest of honor. I was surprised to find there is no wi-fi at this location. Management, if you read this, I would suggest adding complimentary wi-fi as nearly everyone has a smartphone these days and it is nice to have free internet access, especially while waiting to be seated. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

I'm really tempted to give this place a 1 star... the service i got here was outright horrible. It took her forever to ask for drinks, to take our order, to get our food out and get the check. i mean it was just horrible all around. This one is remarkably different than the one in San Diego. The one in San Diego would rush to help you at any cost. They also seem to care more about their customers than this location. Our food (both ordered the spaghetti with Chicken and roasted garlic) showed up cold and disappointing in taste. It was even hard to locate a manager to voice my complaint about the horrible service I was receiving. Oh and did i mention this place was practically slow when we went on a Sunday evening... Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location. I still love cheesecake factory, just not this one.

This is one of those places that will always be near and dear to me and my wife. We first stumbled across Cheesecake Factory (in Denver, Colorado) around 10 years ago. Since then we've continued to dine here. Obviously, as the name implies, the main draw here is the Cheesecake. Being honest, I have never liked Cheesecake but my wife finally got me to try and guess what? I ended up liking it! I still don't like cheesecake to this day with the exception of whatever I order from here (which is usually the Oreo, the Snickers, or the Peanutbutter cheesecake). The food itself is pretty good too. There is a excellent selection to choose from. The most recent dinner item my wife and I have fallen in love with is the Steak & Salmon Diane. Definitely a tasty order. Regardless of if you love cheesecake or just want to try some unqiue and interesting foods, there should be something for just about anyone here.

this review is not for the food, which thankfully was excellent as usual. But for the crappy service. I've only been to 4 or 5 different Cheesecake's but one think I expect is great service. First complaint, terrible seating plan- they buzzed up 4 groups and then made us wait another 10 minutes to really get seated. We were right in the path of all the servers, manager types and fellow eaters. I don't get that at all and wish they'd just call you up when they have a host to take you back. This was frustrating because the girl who sat us was visiby annoyed when the party behind us had the same name. She was rude and acted like it. Next to our server, Brent or Brett. The only good thing I can say is he took a break and another lady helped us for the serving and follow up. Although, he came back for dessert. The cheesecake I had ordered had a brownie layer on the bottom which bent the fork I was using. He came by to check 10 minutes later and when I told him, he actually grabbed the fork out of my hand and tried the cheesecake and said "I dont see a problem". So Riverside you have a lot to learn. I hate to say it but I don't think the people in this area care about crappy service cuz the line was out the door at 930pm on a Sat night. I didn't give you 1 star cuz we did love the food. So I'll stay away from this CF.

It's a Cheesecake Factory. It's mildly delicious for a chain, and the multitude of uninspired, generic dishes ensure every diner finds an appetizing choice. So I ordered the Farm Burger and was told rare is "pretty much red", to which I replied "Sweet, bring it!". It was well done. But I ate it happily due to the fact that this particular location happens to allow small pets in their patio seating. Ever since I became the proud owner of a humping Morkie puppy, priorities regarding dining establishments have completely shifted. What can I say, I love the little pervert enough to tolerate bad burgers.

I love the Cheesecake Factory and have been to the Riverside location many times. Always good service and anything you order is good too. I love their appetizers cause they are good portions for when you don't want to eat a lot. The service is always fast, courteous and friendly!

I love Cheesecake Factory! One of my favorite restaurants ever. Food is good and the portions are always really big. Fresh bread when you get to your table. I love their strawberry lemonades! I always ask for a to-go cup! The service is alright. Sometimes slacks a little, but overall decent. Had one waiter even be so honest that he talked me out of their peanut sauce pasta because he said it's only good for a couple bites before you get tired of it. Still would go back, food is always good and filling... I also love their cheesecake, their original and key lime are my favorite! Both satisfying, but still light and clean tasting. My favorite dish by far is the Renee's Special! Sandwich, soup, and salad for about $10! YUM!

Came here on a Saturday night around 6 and got seated within 10 minutes...CRAZY!! That's like 3 stars just for that! Our waitress was awesome and got out drinks right away. We had the spinach dip which was kinda weird (a little tooo spinachy). Always loved the bread and butter. I had the Georgia Peach (alcoholic)...Wow. that was gone in 15 minutes. For dinner, I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was pretty decent. We were so full that we didn't get a chance to eat the Cheesecake!! But, we will definitely be back for that next time (maybe just go to bar and get some drinks and cheesecake!). We were there until 745 and the place was super packed and tons of people waiting to be seated. My suggestion is coming before 630 on a Saturday night.

Had dinner on Sunday .. part of a crowd of at least 14 guest .. service during this Christmas holiday was poor .. apparently, they had two servers for our group that were hard to find when we wanted something .. a request for the nutrition facts for the various menu items took three requests .. the bread baskets were often empty for more than 10 minutes as we waited to order (they had taken orders for appetizers, but a noticeable time had passed before they began taking our dinner orders) ..

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Cheesecake Factory. But this location is just horrible. We got seated at a table in a tiny little nook with a rocking table!!! Omg, I was so annoyed. The service is shit. The food is not that great compared to my favorite Cheesecake Factory at the Grove. One of the guys working there was moving tables around making all kinds of loud noises and after he was FINALLY done, another worker approached him and he had to move everything back. Oh.em.gee. I came to the restaurant to have a meal peacefully. The noise was so loud, I couldn't even hear myself think. Food took forever and a day to be brought to our table. I will not return to this location.

When this place gets busy the service there is horrible. I asked one of the many hostess how long the wait was, she didn't even look up at me and tell me she said it with a attitude that it was going to be a 45 minute wait. When I came to tell her that my beeper hasent gone off,she gave me a bitchy attitude. The food that day wasn't soo tasty the server came by once in awhile too check on us,she seemed out of it too. I gave it 3 stars because most if the time I go here it good its just that one night I came here was not soo good. I would suggest going when they don't have a dinner rush

i went here last night for my boyfriend's mom's birthday. the wait wasn't too bad, and all the hostesses seemed calm and had everything under control even though the restaurant was super loud / noisy / packed. I love coming to cheesecake factory because they have the BIGGEST menu! They have something for everyone! we got a strawberry daiquiri for the birthday girl and it was pretty delish. down side is that it almost costs as much as an entree! ( and i could make it at home for probably waay cheaper) -i ordered "bang bang chicken and shrimp" which is a thai curry with chicken, shrimp, and this coconutty stuff on top. its WONDERFUL!!! if you dont like coconut, just order this and ask for coconuts on the side or without. -birthday girl ordered "tomato basil pasta with chicken". this pasta seriously might have to be the best pasta i have ever had at a restaurant. if you want pasta, i would definitely recommend ordering this. it comes with huge pieces of grilled chicken, and the basil flavor isnt too overpowering. -my boyfriend ordered "crispy spicy beef". this is the entree you order if you want chinese style food at cheesecake. the crispy spicy beef is really flavorful and the meat isnt too dry or anything -boyfriends dad ordered some kind of jumbalaya. i didnt particularly enjoy anything about the jumbalaya here. nothing really stands out, or maybe i just wasnt in the mood for cajun flavors. the servers sing a cute birthday song for you if its your bday and bring your icecream with whipcream. Havent tried their cheesecake yet... but the tiramisu one looks really good. the service is really good here. our waiter was friendly, funny, and was able to describe to us the different kind of flavors in diferrent entrees we had questions about. the decor of this place is really pretty. the ceilings have paintings on them; it kind of reminds me of the Venetian. my boyfriends mom was taking pics of the whole place..

We went there Saturday night for dinner. We were seated very quickly as there were quite a few empty tables but then we sat there for about 10-15 mins without anyone coming over to greet us or take our drink orders. So we stood up and went back to the check-in desk to request another table where there might actually be a waiter. We were seated quickly again and this time the server came by quickly. She was OK when it comes to service. Not over the top and definitely not as friendly as the waiter that was helping the people next to us. I ordered a Mai-Tai which was delicious but overly priced. The calamari appetizer was very good. I ordered the Ahi tuna dinner and it was just too much food for me so I had to take most of it home. The taste however was very good. The husband ordered the New Orleans shrimp and devoured the whole thing. The bill for 2 people came to $72. Pricey yes, especially when you consider the bad service we got. They should have at least comped our drinks or sent over free dessert. I don't know that we will go back to this location.

Best thing on the menu is the Chicken Madiera (substitute mash potatoes for bow tie pasta) OR the Thai Lettuce Wrap. So good! Cheesecake Factory never disappoints.. Food is always fresh and consistently good, ambience is casual but classy. It caters to everybody. Their menu is like a book and their cheesecake menu will confuse you even more. Try my favorites along with the Tiramisu cheesecake and you'll go home happy.

Why don't they just rename it "Hamburger Factory with great Mac & Cheese Sides?" Because this is about my 2nd great burger experience at another CF location. A guy walks into a franchise eatery, and the eatery has "cheesecake" in it's name. You tell me...... are you expecting great salads, wonderful chicken madera with garlic mashed potatoes, (as most CF regulars do) ........ or are you a "veteran Cheesecake Factory Pudgy-guy", that recently discovered they're actually in the GREAT BURGER BUSINESS? I was awakened at the Huntington Beach location with the CF Classic Burger, with melted chedder added. This past week, I had the Kobe Burger in Riverside; a fine ground beef burger, served with carmelized onions and mushrooms. I, as I always do, added cheeeeessseee..... (Swiss for the Kobe burger), and again, it was very good. So now, I am renaming CF as BF, "Burger Factory." Expect to pay about $12 & change for a burger. But expect a really good, char-grilled burger, and if you can, as I did in Riverside, ask for the Mac & Cheese side! OMG........ 4-cheese mac & cheese that, after I added my ground pepper, became my number-one comfort side at any CF location. It was THAT GOOD. It's simple....... you can chase all over SoCal, if that's where you live, for great burgers. Oooooooooor....... you can drive to a local CF, or BF, if you're in "stage 2 or 3 Burger Fixation"....... and start with a Classic Burger with cheddar, and a side substitute of the Mac & Cheese. Please message me with your thoughts........ but do it before you too get "pudgy finger syndrome"...... from adding these burgers and the Mac & Cheese to your weekly, or daily intake. I regard this "CF to BF Conversion" very, very seriously. I think I'm on to something here. REALLY IMPORTANT FOOTNOTE: While I travel and eat at Cheesecake Factories around the West Coast, the Riverside location is not my favorite, but OK. While all locations meet a very high standard for chain-restaurants, I do have my favorite city-locations; one is Tigard, Oregon at the mall. But about this burger thing...... my best experience, because I like that "charcoal grilled flavor", was definitely at Huntington Beach, but the possibility for "burger greatness" should be at any location. I'm going to have to call Huntington Beach and ask them why their burger was sooo "Char-grilled great"..... as the Kobe at Riverside was very good, but didn't have that same char'd flavor? Still good, but maybe because it was overpowered by the carmelized onion and mushroom it didn't go the distance as the Huntington Beach Classic did. But understand it was a very good burger...... it's just that I'm into maybe stage 4 or 5 of my CF/BF burger fixation! So I have to have the details!!!

This review is strictly for the Original Cheesecake that I ordered to go... . I enter and walk to the bakery side & look at the cakes & their prices... "Dam, I wish there was a Porto's around here- I could of gotten a WAY bigger cake for this price".. But whatever- for $15.65 +tax, I got a 6inch :mini" Cheesecake. The cashier informed me that the cake was frozen & would take at least an hour to thaw.. I should of asked her for how long the cake had been frozen? hours? days? Mmm- I became skeptical about purchasing this cake after I heard her say this.. But it was my cousin's bday & i did not want to show up empty handed.... A few hours later we dig into the cheesecake- & surprisingly,it was pretty good. The frosting was kinda too cream cheesy for me but overall it was yummy. Would I buy it again- not really. I'm sure for that price I can get something better & biGGER...

While in Riverside for a business trip, five of us stopped by the Cheesecake Factory for dinner. There was no wait and we were seated right away. The staff was very friendly and the food was all tasty. Most of the party got a combo of steak and scampi. I got the salmon/scampi combo. The salmon was not to flavorful but OK. Most everyone thought the breading on the scampi was not good and unusual to have on the scampi. I would still order the scampi and try the steak the next time. A few people did get cheesecake to go. We had a good meal at the Cheesecake Factory while on our trip!

Cheesecake has always been one of the better chain restaurants. The food is good and the service is usually great. Every single time I went they have attended to my every needs promptly. Get the stuffed mushrooms! I can't get enough of it here. It's so delicious! It's under small bites or small appetizers. It's around $4 and the portion is small, but it's just too good to pass up. I usually get a shrimp pasta if I'm really hungry, or the chopped Salisbury Steak if I want something decent sized, delicious, and not too expensive. Couple it up with the Mango or Strawberry slush/iced drink(?) and you'll be good. And don't forget to get a CHEESECAKE! (duh!)

Every food I order from them is delicious. Their food is presentable and very tasteful. Their service is pretty great everytime. The macadamia white chocolate cheese cake is soooo...yummy! I used to love their huge appetizer plater that came out in 4-5 different plates, with so many different samplers on it, but unfortunely it is gone n they no longer have it :(

Overall i've had a pretty good time here at cheesecake considering the fact that i've been here several times. The ONLY issue is that SOME of their cheesecakes are just garbage. Spent like 8 bucks on some Kahlua cheesecake last night and boy was I completely unsatisfied. Not only was I not satisfied the staff was dumb enough to leave the paper on one side. Since the ambiance was dark I wasn't really able to notice that there was still some paper, unfortunately I learned the hard way and realized that there was paper in my mouth. Great job STAFF! -_- Anyways I think i'm gonna stick the the original cheesecake so I know for a fact that I will leave a happy customer. BTW the oreo cheesecake was a tad bit overwhelming. I want my 8 bucks back for that garbage Kahlua cheesecake lols. Oh oh oh and 1 more thing the avocado rolls are definitely a MUST have!

This place is awesome. Andrew was our server last time and did an outstanding job. Great food, always consistent, and the wait isn't bad for how busy it can get. I heard they're opening one in Murrieta one of these days which would be awesome. The bang bang chicken and shrimp is the best! Best place in Riverside.

I went here with colleagues after a work event mid week. First point, they don't take reservations.... even for large groups. It was pretty empty when we showed up, so they were able to set up seating for us (20~ish of us) pretty quickly. They assigned two servers to the table, but it wasn't enough, or the service is just slow. Drinks took forever to arrive after the order. At which point they took meal orders... I saw other tables arrive, have drinks, order dinner, eat dinner, order desert, eat desert and leave in the time it took from us ordering dinner to receiving dinner, and even then it took so long for them to bring out the food to everyone that some people were done with dinner before others had even been served. I ordered the Hibachi steak. This was a Japanese themed meal with bean sprouts, wasabi mashed potatoes and tempura asparagus. The steak was tough and chewy, but the sauce on it tasted great, the wasabi sauce on the potatoes was also good, just a pity the potatoes themselves were hard and gluey. So... order a bowl of sauce?

Been here a few times n love the food and the service. I got the lousiana pasta with linguine instead of bow-tie (which it originally comes with)..n i got extra sauce on the side! it was delicious but on the warm side...i like my food to be hot!

Never been a fan of Cheese Cake but this place was suggested by my date, so what's a guy to do but to oblige. I was highly disappointed with the entrée (Seared Tuna Salad). What I did like was the fried Zucchini. My date had a chicken sun dried tomato alfredo pasta which was so so. This place is a no go in my book.

I had lunch sure about a week ago. I have been here several times and really enjoy the food. I had the chicken with sun-dried tomatoes pasta dish and it was delicious. I've tried many things on the menu here I have never been disappointed and the service is always great.

Got at least two stars because the atmosphere was decent. Now lets run through why the first time at CF will be my last. Get there, and of all the open tables we are walk straight to the back right next to the damn kitchen. Then BAM, water comes out, sandfly in my friends drink. Sliders come out, NO cheese and thin cuts of meat on the bread (i could see thru the meat thin) i ask for cheese, bam out come a cold slab of rockhard "gubment" cheese to cut and put on my sliders. Along with a disclaimer that this piece of cheese will cost extra. Avocado eggrolls left a bad taste in my mouth. The meals were bland and my "pasta" looked and tasted like something i would make and i cant cook. Dont plan on returning to CF. Go around the corner to the Yardhouse or TGIF.

I love all my Cheesecake Factories... and this one is no exception. Chain restaurant with a LARGE variety on the menu. Hardest part is choosing what you want to eat. I typically get the Louisiana Chicken Pasta and I can guarantee that the portion is large you won't be able to finish it. Cheesecake is always a must. Noms for the tuxedo! My complaint is the expensive alchy drinks. This girl loves her alchy and Cheesecake is not the place to go for happy hour cocktail drinks.

Like most other chains, you pretty much know what you are going to get at almost any Cheesecake Factory location you visit. *Save room for dessert +The Steak Diane is usually a can't miss dish here. +Godiva chocolate brownie sundae is good +There are no surprises here -There are no surprises here -Very Limited choices for vegetarians I've visited this location a few times and the food has always met everyone's expectations. The staff is usually reasonably well mannered/friendly and I've never had a bad time here. Like most chains, it gets pretty busy on Friday & Saturday nights, so plan ahead if you don't want a long wait. There are no real surprises here, and that's both a good and bad thing, depending on what you're looking for. If you're just in the mood to relax and eat some conventional food, this location should meet your expectations. Oh, and while it's a little hackneyed to mention, you can't really go wrong if you try one of their desserts.

Ally the hostess was Rude and inconsiderate! We told her we did not want to sit at the booth she gave us because there would be to much foot traffic and we had our son which uses a booster seat. and she said thats where we are sitting! a few minutes later a different customer was going to be seated next to us and he stated he did not want to sit at the location and she found him a different seat. I expected Better service in a place like this! The waitress was good.

Don't get me wrong, I love Cheesecake Factory, just not this one. I went here 3x, and I experienced bad service 3x. The servers are not knowledgeable and bordering rude. I tried to brush it off the first 2 times, thinking the server is new, or having a rough day. But the 3rd experience sealed the deal for me. We ordered appetizers that didn't come, and the server wasn't even sorry about it. We asked for separate checks and still got a combined one. And it really bothered me everytime he refilled our drinks, he semi-slammed it on the table. Where are the manners?

I have been going to the Cheesecake Factory for several years now. I have been to a several of their locations on the West and East coast and their product is consistence at every location which speaks volumes about their attention to quality. My favorites at Cheesecake are the Miso Salmon and the Factory Meatloaf. For drinks I stick to the Tropical Smoothie which is HUGE like every serving at Cheesecake, The Cobb salad I recently had was good too. Recommend for family gatherings.

I've been to many different TCFs, so I didn't except great food. Surprisingly, I enjoyed the food at this TCF. The downside is that pretty much all TCFs have got to learn how to cook the food right. If you order a filet mignon MW.. they will either give you W or M. Besides, whether undercook or overcook, they always burn the exterior of the steak, which makes the meat bitter if not ugly (well.. it was at night and the restaurant was dark, so you cannot really see the ugliness *crossed finger*). It also makes the exterior difficult to bite because the burnt part makes the steak chewy and tough outside (not too bad inside this time). However, the side for the filet mignon is not served at the same time. Besides filet mignon, we also got the steak diana and jamaican black pepper shrimp with chicken. My bud likes the steak diana. I like the chicken and sweet potato in my dish, but the shrimps are overcook, dry, and unfresh. I didn't finish the sides which comes with rice, mango salsa and black beans. The rice and salsa occupied 1/4 of the plate and the black beans occupied 2/4 of the plate.. which gave me a feeling to vomit .. I quickly finished the chicken and have my friend help me with the shrimps, and had the server took the plate away from my sight. We were in a hurry, so I didn't give them a second chance. The servers at this location are great. The manager is great too. I had 3 different servers who served me because I switched from a booth to a table once and the second server was off duty in the middle, so I got a third to serve my table. They are all genuine, nice and helpful, so we tipped them each. Pretty good dinning experience at this location. By the way, the avocado eggrolls is great, the warp is crispy unlike the TCF near my home and the seasoning is much better.

I finally found something on their 47 page menu that was worth the money today. I've been to cheesecake many times (usually because other people LOVE it) and i've never been really impressed. Today, I had the seared ahi salad. It came with large tomatoes, avocado, mixed greens, and awesome, perfectly seasoned ahi tuna. So good! It was a nice spring day and we sat outside. Lots of people watching at this mall. Our server was awesome - she actually recommended to me the salad when I discovered the ahi appetizer didn't sound like what I wanted.

Went there for a birthday dinner. I had the miso salmon and it was pretty good minus it being lukewarm so it kind of ruined it and my boyfriend ordered the steak Diane medium and over half of it came out completely raw. I'd say the once a year trip can stay that way because it is always just ehh especially for the price you pay.

A little pricey for dinner "at the mall" if you ask me, but the food is good and the portions are big. We all took at least 1/2 of our plates home with us. Can't say enough about their cheesecake choices! On our last visit, we tried the Key Lime Cheesecake, the Cookie Dough Cheesecake, the Banana Cream Cheesecake and the Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake. Eating here with a large family can be REALLY expensive, but it's an advantage when you want to taste and share a lot of different flavors of cheesecake! Restaurant has a nice ambiance and a very nice bar area. I'm thinking it could be a good option for a night out with the hubby, not just a dinner out with the family.

Yah, I like Cheesecake Factory. One thing for sure you'll be good and hungry after you spend 45 minutes looking through the menu. I hate this "model" of CF though. This giant open box of a restaurant. It's so noisy, just not a great dining experience. Why would they do this? The one in Brea is the same. I much prefer the Fashion Island or Spectrum type of layout but, I guess when they build from scratch without having to make the restaurant fit into a certain space they just build a giant open noisy box and cover it with high-end finishes? Been to this location like 2 times and both times were just OK in the service dept. Cmon, turn it up a little, make me feel like I'm not in Riverside..........oh yah! I mean really, isn't that the point of bringing a restaurant like this here? Make me feel like I'm somewhere else for a minute. Food was good. Overall, just A-OK. The Flatbiller Families can have this one.........oh yah.........they got kids and everything!

It was crowded when I got there but was seated in 20 mins. I was blown away by the Chicken Madeira Pasta. It was too die for. Nice restaurant. Reminds of Luxor in Vegas by the interior design. The lighting is a little too low for my liking. Portions were a lot! Me and my friends had to split and share dishes. It was my friends birthday but they did not have a birthday cake. Sad. Too bad they don't have that.

Buffalo Chicken Blasts Appetizer is AWESOME AMAZING OUTSTANDING! The Fried Mac & Cheese balls are the same. I like the pulled pork sandwich, and while not super amazing, the fries are tasty and usually cooked the way I like them, crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside. I notice a lot of people complain how this place is overpriced, but you get a ton of food. I pay $12 for a sandwich & fries which I get 2 meals out of. While it's not cheap, you get enough food to warrant the prices. Also the Reeces something or other Cheesecake is crazy delicious. The only thing I don't like about this place is the wait can sometimes be like WTF long (an hour or more) But on the flip side, I've never had a sub par meal here. Luckily for me, I'm not 1 of those foodie snob who'll only eat at super exclusive spots nobody knows about. So I can eat at a big chain like here and still enjoy it. They also get points for having an absolutely ginormous menu. And to all the idiots complaining about the calorie and fat content. If you don't eat the entire damn meal in 1 sitting you'll be fine. And if you're able to finish an entire entree here, you're a pig and are being a damn hypocrite complaining about calories and sh*t. News Flash: a 1/2lb burger LOADED with bacon and cheese that has aa big ass side order of fries is going to have a ton of calories (surprise, surprise!)

it's been years since I've last eaten at a Cheesecake Factory Restaurant. We usually go to TGIF or BJs for our usual dining out meal. I decided that we should try something different for a change. Cheesecake factory came into mind. After a 20 minute wait on a Friday night, we finally got a booth. I'm not really complaining about the wait, I mean, it was Friday, and there were bigger groups than ours. I ordered the Firecracker Salmon as an appetizer and the Grilled Portabello Burger as my meal. The Firecracker Salmon was delicious! Who knew that wrapping salmon in an egg roll wrapper would be so good! I'm gonna try making this at home! The salmon was cooked with a mixture of spinach and was moist (as a fish type dish should be). The sauce had a little kick to it which setted off the taste delightfully. Four pieces came on a huge bed of red cabbage, which it really didn't need. The Portabello Burger was pretty tasty as well. It was placed on a buttery sesame bun topped with shredded ice burg lettuce. The lettuce was a bit overwhelming. (what's with the overload in veggies?). The grilled red onion on the mushroom brought a nice smokey flavor. I also did taste a friend's mashed potatoes and my where they good!! Who could go to cheesecake factory without pleasuring yourself to a CHEESECAKE? I ordered the Chocolate Coconut Cheesecake. If you are a HUGE fan of Almond Joy as I am, you would most definitely love this! Cheesecake filling mixed in with bits of coconut shreds topped with a coconut custard over a chocolate macaroon crust dressed in light whipped cream! YUMMY!!! I am dying for another piece!!! Generally I am not a cheesecake fanatic, but I'm in love with this one! Had a great waiter and an awesome company!

Ok so i love Cheesecake, so you would think I would love this place but its just Okay, You get large portions when you order but nothing is amazing on the menu. The cheese cake is very good but the food i just ok. I would order cheesecake to go but would not eat there again.

I've eaten at Cheesecake Factorys from NY to FL to CA. This one has been disappointing more often than not. It works when we can't get out to LA. Not the best location. I've had stove scrapings (pieces of unknown burned food) in my omelette, day-old bread at during the lunch hour, and greasy mashed potatoes. We only go for brunch on Sundays.

Went here about a month ago and pretty much splurged on everything from appetizer to drinks to dinner. I love their extensive menu and despite it being a "cheesecake" place my son and I both felt comfortable ordering fish dishes. I have been to other Cheescake Factories before but the service and the food at this location is far superior to the other ones I have been to in the past. Their prices for what you get (quality, presentation, atmosphere) is VERY reasonable. I don't like Cheesecake, but I love the Cheesecake Factory.

Love Cheesecake Factory portions are huge yes but I love that you can always split a plate & the food never disappoints. Usually service is good but I was here on New Year's Eve & well the service was sucking my waitress just disappeared to never return but a great waiter named Tim (I'm pretty sure that was it) saved our night he was so great even though they had ran out of the meatloaf I wanted to order he suggested a lot of other things.

Damn, another chain. It seems that chains were the only places that I would get my drink on as I could not find any decent bars to hang out at. Its big its spacious its corporate. No character no charm no soul. Decent food though. Full bar though. Drink up and try to forget that you're living in a sh*thole of a city.

The CF is great. Their menu seems endless (i.e., there's a lot to choose from). The style of the place is also nice and inviting. Our waiter was great and extra helpful. I got the filet mignon and it was cooked really well. However, I wish the sweet potato fries were a little less thin, but they still tasted great :)

There's nothing wrong with a chain restaurant especially when they're consistent. This location doesn't miss. It isn't any better or any worse. So if you're in the mood, then don't hesitate to make a stop here.

After a long day out, my boyfriend and I decided to stop by for some lunch. While things started out well, it took a bad turn as our lunch arrived. I had ordered the "Blue Cheese BLT," meaning the hamburger, and was very disappointed when a wedge salad showed up. While I am sure I could have clarified myself a little better, I was upset to find that the waitress did not attempt to clarify herself. If there were two similar sounding items on the menu, would you not want to double check and make sure they are ordering the right one? I tried to eat the salad but I really felt as though it were drowning in dressing. Eventually, I informed the waitress that this was not what I ordered, and it started a whole process of talking to her, then the manager, then her, then the manager again before I was able to leave. I got a complimentary slice of cheesecake for my trouble, but I don't believe we will be returning. There were just too many options on the menu and I felt a bit cheated of my lunch.

Went here on a Saturday night. Service was kind of slow and food came out intermittently. Got our order wrong and gave us a free appetizer. The same one we canceled because they were out and told us 30 minutes later. Cheesecake Factory generally has good tasting food but not this one. I was not happy that a place I could rely on disappointed me.

I know it ain't much, but I'm sorta glad Cheesecake and PF Chang's opened in Riverside. Maybe in a few more years, an Olive Garden and a BCD Tofu House will find niches in the IE as well and I won't feel so ashamed that I went to UCR. I came here for Valentine's Day I think last year (lame, I know!) because I had a midterm that got out late and had to stay local for dinner plans. It felt like Christmas fighting for a parking spot near the Tyler Mall and waiting out in the cold for almost an hour. But the food, classic Cheesecake Factory ambiance, and service was typical of what one would expect at any other Cheesecake, so it was all good.

I'm not a big fan of the Cheesecake Factory, but I'll go If someone else wants to. I went with co-workers on their $1.50 cheesecake day. Knowing it would be ridiculously busy, we got there at 11:30 and amazingly, the place was empty. We were seated right away in the patio. Our server came around and took our drink orders, brought the drinks out and then we didn't see her for 20 minutes. We ordered and waited an hour for our food. By this time, the restaurant was packed. Our server must have had friends in the patio, because she kept chatting with someone in the corner. We flagged her down and asked her to check on our food and she was totally rude when she said, "We are busy." We pointed out that other people who'd gotten there after us, got their food, even though we all ordered off their lunch menu. We decided to order our cheesecake slice at that time, knowing it might take awhile. Funny though, our food came out seconds later by other servers. My salad didn't come with any dressing (it had like two dots of bbq sauce so I thought that was the bbq part), so I walked into the kitchen and actually talked to the chef about the missing ranch, meanwhile managers and servers didn't pay any attention to me, while I rummaged around looking for ranch (could this be a sanitation problem?). Finally, I asked someone for help and she poured me a side. I got outside, saw our server passing by and told her that my salad didn't come with dressing... then she said, "Oh, do you want bbq ranch dressing?" Umm yeah, I ordered a bbq chicken salad. It took her 5 minutes to get the dressing, when it only took me two minutes and I didn't even know where the ranch was! We ate quickly (by this time, we'd been at the restaurant close to an hour and a half) and asked for our bills, boxes and to check on the cheesecake. Again, another, "We are busy- the kitchen is backed up" response from our server. The boxes and bill came out in a minute. When I went to put my salad in my togo container, I found a hair in the salad and it was definitely not mine! Eew, gross, I'd been eating a salad with someone else's hair in the bottom. Needless to say, I left the salad. More waiting... finally, I flagged down a manager and asked him to check on our cheesecake and to please take our bill. Bill came out in seconds... cheesecake another 10 minutes. Apparently, Cheesecake Factory didn't premake any of the cheesecakes even though they knew it was going to be a busy day? If it had been me, I would have made a bunch in advance and frozen them, even if the quality was slightly compromised because people were paying $1.50 per slice and you expect that it isn't going to be the same quality as a normally $8 slice. Finally, after our two plus hour dining experience, our cheesecake slices came out. They were tiny slices with more whip cream than anything, but I can't complain, because again, it was $1.50. I learned my lesson and don't think I'll frequent this Cheesecake Factory again, because even though it was a promotion and super busy a) rudeness is unacceptable, and b) there was a hair in my salad.

I have eaten here several times, so this is my opinions for the long run. food: 3.5/5 above average with large portion service: 4/5. the wait is long for lunch, but once seated, the service is good. cleanlyness: 5/5 ambiance: 4/5 overall: 4/5. A decent restaurant for American food. However, the food does not excite me, despite giving 4/5. You go to eat this food if you can not think of anything else, because you know exactly what you get. Sometime you want foods that are exciting to the palate, and this place just ehh! Having said this, Consumer Reports that this place is rated somewhere #1 or 2 in America by consumers. I usually do not review this kind of place because everybody has eaten at Cheesecake factory, and they already have their own opinions already. So to review this kind of restaurant is redundant. Since I am bored out of my skull, I threw this in just for the heck of it.

I decided to cash in a gift card here this past Monday and showed up around lunch time. We were seated within 15 minutes and the location of our booth was pretty good. The waitress who took our order had zero personality and didn't crack one smile the entire time she was helping us. I ordered a tropical drink that lacked any alcohol. It was such a crappy drink that my friend who also ordered one, had to request a double shot in the second one he got. I decided to stick with water. We got an appetizer of Spinach and artichoke dip which was very good although $10 for an appetizer is kind of steap in my opinion. The food runner who brought it to us was just a delight (sarcasm), she pushed it onto our table while shoving all other objects out of its way with the plate and exclaimed "Spinach dip"... Myself and my guests just stared at eachother like "uh, okay?" I probably didnt need to order anything else but I got the fish taco's. They were pretty good... but the rice and beans didnt arrive until I was already finished with two of them. My friend got a burger and my son got a pizza. The childrens pizza was huge. In fact all of our food was huge and pretty good. I cant complain. It was basically the service that I disliked. Although our server was on top of us and got us everything we needed, she seemed like she was in a bad mood and we felt like we were burdoning her with our visit. I've been to several Cheesecake Factory's and I always seem to get the same crappy service. This time wasn't even the worst but it certainly sealed my opinion of the place. I'm not coming back.

We really like this location. It gets busy but I've never seen it as busy as some of the other locations. I've never had any problems here and the food is pretty consistent. You have to check in your strollers up front so don't expect to bring back big strollers if you have them. Good all around menu that has something for everybody.

So it's Easter, the kids are at their dad's and I'm not feeling like chicken pot pie al a freezer. In fact I'm feeling like shrimp, and possibly a steak. I decide on CF because previous experiences have always been good. I'm by myself so the waiter seats me in the bar, which works it means I can watch the game. I'm seated, I order a coke, and begin traversing the menu for my lovely little shrimp. I don't like fried shrimp as it makes crispy, greasy rubber. The waiter brings my drink, brings bread and checked back a couple times for my order. They had a couple options I settle on my go to guy Shrimp Scampi, with Steak Diane medium rare and an appetizer of stuffed mushrooms. The Mushrooms were great, they had a nice herb flavor, the sauce was slightly sweet from the white wine, the texture was wonderful, slightly firm, not slimy or squishy. I was primed, ready and waiting for the main course. The Shrimp while flavorful was over cooked, as was the steak. I was served 4 medallions, a generous proportion two were well done and like rubber, the other two were overcooked but not as badly. The mashed potatoes are excellent garlic mashed, skin included, and not the smooth potato clouds, but chunky with wonderful texture. As I sat and ate the waiter asked a couple time if I'd like a box, I let him know I was still eating, the last time I just asked for the check. As I said this is not my first experience with CF, and not my first time in this store. Next time I will stay with the soup and 1/2 sandwich.

The Cheesecake Factory is relatively new to the area, and is a veritable boon to the Riverside area, which just goes to show how much of a culinary wasteland Riverside is. Yes, the menu reads like a small novel, but with all the ads in the menu it reeks of being very cheesy. There must be a couple hundred items on the menu, something that certainly must appeal to everyone. The portions are rather large but as for the quality of the food, that is very questionable. The Chicken Caesar Salad came in a large bowl, and a pretty large portion for lunch. The chicken was nicely grilled and not dried out, but didn't have much flavor on its own. That's the good news and it ends there. The romaine lettuce was wilted with brown spots scattered throughout. What's worse, or maybe it just seems like it, was that the salad was just swimming in dressing. It's like they were trying to hide the shortcomings of the lettuce. The wait to eat here is very long and the service was less than desired. At least I got a piece of free cheesecake for their service blunders.

This just goes to show you how much Riverside is lacking in "upscale" restaurants. So, when this and PF Changs opened up at the Tyler Mall all hell broke loose. Poor Cheesecake, they just didn't know that Riverside has been waiting for them. Geez, parking alone sucks. Yes, I know they want to expand and make this mall so fabulous, but we need parking spaces! Not only after having to deal with that do you have to spend a ridiculous amount at the restaurant. We had to wait over 2 hours to get a table, 1.5 hours to order and get our food, and another 30 minutes for dessert. hahaa..yeah I know it's was the weekend and still considered new opening, whatever SF doesn't even get that bad~ Oh, the food was good of course. I mean it's cheesecake factory for gosh sakes. Def try the Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp. So goood and you know I be up on the squaw bread. MMMmmm...

I had the fish and chips dinner, it was plentiful and our servers were pleasant. My first visit believe it or not. I try not to get caught up in the hype.

I usually come to the Cheesecake Factory just for dessert, but this time I came for dinner with a few friends. The service was awesome mostly because the server (Colin) was there enough but not annoyingly lingering. The food was pretty good considering its a corporate ran American Restaurant. Ask to be seated at Colin's area he is great..

Last week, my family and I were hungry at about 10 pm and most restaurants closed near Tyler Street in Riverside except this restaurant. After we sat down, we waited 16 minutes for the waitress to take our orders and 55 minutes for the food. The waitress never came back with water or acknowledgment how long we needed to wait for our food! We brought it to the manager's attention with our professional comments. I asked for his name, which he refused. Not only that he did not value our business, he also has a sharp tongue barking at me like a mad dog shouting, "It takes 15 minutes to take 2 orders, 40-45 minutes to cook a spaghetti with meat sauce. I will not compensate you. Your complaint is unnecessary. I came from England and also have an accent like you. Pay your bill and leave now, or I will call the security." He ordered his waiter to call the security while he used his middle finger to signal me to pay and leave. I was embarrassed in front of other customers by this man, who was bold enough to discriminate, threaten and intimidate me with his physical size twice of mine. Not only the food was cold, tasteless, hardly any meat in the sauce, 99% is pasta with no value for the price; the manager also created a hostile environment for dining. He is anti-customers for making complaints. We rather go hungry than eat at this outrageous place, not even for free. It was a horrific restaurant that we ever experienced!

the service was ok, its a sit down place, so 20 minutes wait between appetizers and food is expected (4 guests). the cheesecakes are good, which honestly i think they spend their energy on perfecting rather than their dishes. ive came back to this place several times giving it another shot trying new things on the menu that sounded delicious, each time left me thinking, 'now i gotta finish this' and i never finished my plate. the food just didnt hit it for me and i doubt i'll be coming back soon.

Service, service, service, if your ready to be wined and dined this is the place to be. The cheescake factory in riverside is by far one of the best. As soon as we arrived we were directly seated. And greeted by our server. I ordered the boston house salad for the second time and let me tell you it was just as good as the first time I tried it. For my meal I ordered the shrimp and chicken gumbo. So excellent the spices and huge portions of shrimp and chicken were very generous, our server ryan was on top of his game refilling our drinks and making sure we were happy every few minutes. This is something I really enjoy I like to be catered on and not forgotten and ryan made sure I never felt neglected. I really wish everyone can enjoy this excellent level of service I had just experienced. I hate to say this but ryan set the bar really high and I will be returning soon thanks cheesecake factory

I usually only come to this restaurant on fridays during lunch and I haven't really had any problems. The service and the food have always been good. My only complaints are the prices of some of the entrees and the ads in the menus. I hate ordering the Crispy Beef with no beef (rice, veggies, sauce) and being charged $15 (only one time I was charged less, the server was REALLY good). All of the other vegetarian options are worn out for me. I also hate paying $10 for a small bowl of pasta during lunch. I understand it's a little more upscale than other places locally, but the prices aren't justified. $3.25 for a soda is insane too. Luckily, the portions are big enough to share. Smaller portions and smaller prices would be nice. The ads in the menus, tacky. Overall, I enjoy this place. You have to wait, but YES, you're at a more upscale restaurant, the table turnover rate is a lot slower. The food takes longer to prepare and the customers stay longer to talk. Kasarin O. - I can't believe how incredibly RUDE you were. You do NOT walk into the kitchen area if you are not an employee. I don't care how bad the service was, that's completely unacceptable.

WORSSSSSSST service. No exaggeration. The food at Cheesecake is always good without a doubt.. but I had one of the worst experiences EVER. The hostess did her job, and when we were seated the waitress took ten minutes to even notice it. We didn't mind because we were chatting and enjoying ourselves. Then she finally brings out the bread and says shell be right with us. Her name started with an 'R' I believe! She had ONE other table and there was about an hour until closing. She arrives another 5 minutes later to ask for our drinks. At this time we were ready to order our entrees and that's what we did along with an appetizer. Another FIVE minutes pass and she brings the other table some side dishes and leaves ONE drink at our table and says shell be back. At this point I was furious.. she then comes back with the wrong drink and brings us a cold appetizer. We wait about 20 minutes for our entrees and then the manager comes to our table and says 'SORRY LADIES, WERE CLOSED SO DID YOU LADIES MAYBE WANT TO JUST ORDER A DESERT?' ....... ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I explained how long we waited and that we had ordered and we did so BEFORE the restaurant was closing but obviously the lousy server couldn't get our orders in on time. He showed NO SORROW. He was a complete moron that does NOT deserve a manager title. If you have an idiotic waitress that ordered from and sat a table you better make DAMN sure they not only get a meal but have some things comp'd. Worse service I've EVER experienced. We just left the table without our cold appetizer. YOU SUCK. Hope they read this.

give me some thai pasta! im pretty sure im not the only one that thought this place only served cheese cake...and im not a cheese cake person, so i cant comment on that, but all i get here is the thai pasta and fried mac and cheese balls. granted they only give you two but they are huge! they have reasonable lunch menu which is great for a gal on the go... they also have valet, because during peak hours, parking is scarce...but again, they shouldnt have placed this so close to PF Changs...

This place is great. I don't understand why put down a restaurant just because it is a chain. It has good service. The parking is an iffy - but I think there is valet parking. I like most of the items I've tried there. Chicken Piccata, Ranch BBQ Salad, etc. The cheesecakes are fun to try but no big deal. The decor is nice but confusing. What is the theme supposed to be? Egyptian? Italian? Anyways - it is a nice lunch place.

My first time i went was a couple yars ago and i got a tri tip sandwhich and i really did not like it but my husband and i go there to get cheekcakes all the time, but we really didnt like the food there. We got gift cards for there for Xmas so we thought, hey we will go and give it another go. OMG both mine and my husbands dinner was AMAZING! I will deff be going back. They prises i thought were kinda high but when the waitor placed our plates in front of us, holy cow! huge portion of posta, and it turns out we had half left over for lunch for the next day. The service was terrific, the nicest and most hard working waitor i have ever had, left him a very very nice tip. And of coarse we got cheesecake for dessert and it is by far the best i have ever tasted, the different verieties they have is mouth watering It is very hard to deside which one to get they have lots to choose from. They have just about every kind of cheesecake you could possibly emagine. Deff a place u need to have close by you when your craving a lusious treat!

I don't know if it's fair to rate a restaurant if you always order the same thing, but I've had this one dish in CFs from D.C. to West Des Moines, IA to Riverside and it's one of my all-time favorites -- it's the garlic noodles with shrimp (has asparagus, sun-dried tomatoes and shitake mushrooms) and it's to die for. My husband likes their chicken Caesar salad. If you've been to a CF, you know their portions are big enough to feed a family of four, but I like having leftovers for the next day. Everyone who's been with us when dining there has been pleased with their entrees, so although it's a big, impersonal chain, I think it's one of the better ones.

The fact that Riverside now has a Cheesecake Factory proves how much it has changed since I used to live there. YAY Riverside! =P. I give this 3.75 stars (marked down because of how long I always had to wait to be seated). I'll almost always stuff myself with a basket (or two) of their bread, then order the avocado eggroll appetizers! soooo good!!....last time I was there I had the mixed-berry almond crunch cheesecake which I liked a lot. Their fresh banana cheesecake and chocolate mousse cheesecake are also pretty good.... I remember their quesadillas being pretty good (back when I was in my quesadilla phase) and I've tasted their bang-bang chicken which was also good. From what I remember, their club sandwich and california cheesesteak sandwich were just ok. ALWAYS a long wait to be seated, no matter which location I've been at (Brentwood, Beverly Hills, Newport Beach, Long Island, San Francisco, Riverside....) but at least I can always look forward to those yummy avocado eggrolls!! Large portions, more upscale atmosphere, and good service.
