Honestly I'm so upset with myself for barely remembering to write this review when all I was rambling about was, "Yelpers complain too much the owner is fucking awesome." Haha With that being said you can already expect my review to be nothing but greatness towards the old man (owner) and his efficient staff running this business. A majority of the reviews talk about him being inattentive and rude, but everytime I come in with Matt not only does he spend a few minutes cracking jokes with us, he makes everything swiftly and speedy. Does he possibly show a lil favoritism bc matts Asian? Maybe, but I tell myself it's bc of me and my greatness *flips hair The owner already knows our order: Number 1 extra large Number 2 extra large 2 waters 4 spring rolls And extra sides for our Pho Yet he'll bring us a menu, let us open it and then proceed to writing what we want without needing to ask I MEAN HELLO WHO DOESNT APPRECIATE BEING KNOWN SO WELL? Anyways back to the food *drools THE BROTH IS DELICIOUS! there's literally like NOOO oil/grease bubbles, all you can taste is the yummy goodness that doesn't honestly need the extra condiments or sides to taste good, but give it that necessary punch if you wana spice it up. The peanut sauce is delish! The spring rolls could be made with romaine lettuce to give it a better bite, but that's just me being a picky lil Natt... The shrimp and pork oh and the mint? Are just beyond yummy! Honestly invest in coming here Yea it may look a lil sketch from the area But I've learned, usually, hole in the wall - family owned places tend to have the best food. And this place proves my point.

It was ok. Guess can't really expect great pho place in Corona area. The pho was pretty average, I think is family own and the guy that placed my order was pretty nice. They also got a pretty good size TV with live ESPN basketball on at the time I was there.

Best pho broth in Rside. I tried them all. And that is what matters. The rest use salty hot water with very little flavor powder.

  • Erin L.

Food was great. I had the tofu pho and egg rolls. Although my order was to go the restaurant was clean and the service was fine...not good or bad....nothing special. Food was worthy of a return visit.

This was my go-to-place when I was studying at LSU. The FOOD is AMAZING. Great customer service!

  • Jay N.

I always do take out here for my co workers. Their pho is good! This is the only place I would have pho in this area. I'm Vietnamese myself I don't usually order pho but when I do I usually get the number 1 Xe lua. The vermicelli noodles are also really good. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to dine at an authentic pho restaurant.

  • Mel A.

Best pho in the IE hands down. The owners are very family oriented and remember all their customers and are always polite. Been a regular here for years.

Changed my mind about this place after having such poor service twice when ordering food to go. Just left here after phoning in my order in advance to once again have the owner confused to not knowing I placed an order(since a lady answers, I'm assuming whom works in the back). This time the owner gave me attitude instead of apologizing and said that he has a lot of orders so he doesn't know. He was so rude with his tone of voice I couldn't believe it. Mainly since his demeanor is so different when dining in. After 20 minutes from paying I finally received my to go food and it was placed in front of me without a "thank you, sorry for the wait...etc" nothing! Mind you that whomever I spoke to on the phone said to come in after 10 minutes and it would be ready. Bologna! I also asked for hot sauce and was handed 2 small packets in which I asked for more and the owner walked past me as if I was now a ghost and he didn't hear me. Rude much?! My last time was very similar where I came in and the owner had no idea about my placed order. Just this time is when I received much attitude about it. I'm assuming he was frustrated from being so busy during lunch hour since its a holiday. But that was still a deal breaker, and I won't be back! Buh byeee! On to another pho spot here in Riversideeee!

After moving from Anaheim I couldn't find a good Pho place. Now I have YAY! Sweetest people, family owned peaceful environment :) Chicken pho and Ty ice tea mmm

This family owned spot has great pho.

The food was good. The customer service? RUDE! I went in at 8:50 for pick up and saw some friends in the restaurant. I sat with them and we ate and talked until 9:30pm. The store hours are from 10-9pm. If you go in at 8:59pm (still operating hours) you would think they would realize that the people still need to sit down and eat! But instead they say 9pm closing means don't come in and eat. So one of the employees, while I was in mid-slurp of my food, came over to our table and said, "Sorry, we're kicking you all out. It's already 30-minutes past closing." Mid. Slurp. I sat there trying to swallow my soup and he stood there waiting for us to get up. RUDE. Because my thing is, if you say you're opened until 9pm, you have to assume that people who come in at 8:59pm will sit and eat and that might take anywhere from 30 mins to an hour. So if you put 9pm closing, you're really closing at 10pm. Don't put 9pm closing and then kick people out or penalize them for eating at the valid times you were open. RUDE!! But the food is still good, imo.

The Phõ is really good! I enjoy coming here when I'm craving it. It's a really good price and pretty affordable. I have tried some other dishes there and I'm not a fan. I would stick to the Phõ.

This place, by far has the best Vietnamese in the Riverside area. Service is typical Vietnamese, but always friendly. If you are looking for a waiter / waitress like you might find in a fancy restaurant, then Pho 99 is not for you. If you want great Pho and other great tasting Vietnamese food, then this place is for you.

  • Dexter G.

This is a place where you can hang out and eat whatever vietnamese food you like. One great suggestion here is their grilled pork rice. It comes with rice already including an extra soup. We ordered also the porkchop rice which is exquisitely delicious. It comes with a soup also. Their chai tea is always amazing including their wintermelon drink. Everything is mouthwatering. But never leave this place without trying their fried spring rolls. It would be a little expensive for 4pcs and you have to order for more. They accept cash but when you pay with credit card or debit card, you have to use their atm with an extra charge to withdraw some amount of money to pay whatever you ordered. So before eatinf in that place, make sure to bring cash with you.

I haven't been here in years. But tonight was perfect. What is wrong with me? How could I have forgotten? The spring rolls wrapped in lettuce and mint were delicious and crispy. And the dipping sauce, sweet yet lemony-fishy. I want more! #31, pho with (5) plump wontons and slices of bbq'd pork. The broth and platter of sprouts were top notch. Plenty to bring home. #64, filet minion tips sautéed, served over rice, were so yummy and tender. I will have a hard time ordering anything different in the future. And as an extra surprise, it came with a bowl of clear broth with a subtle flavor of 5 star anise. Filled my tummy and was very satisfying. I cleaned my plate, nothing for tomorrow's lunch snack. Darn. And then there was the iced coffee. Dark, strong, sweetened with condensed milk. Gives me goose bumps it was so good. Or was that the caffeine? The final straw? The sweet bean mix and jelly topped with sweetened coconut milk and ice chips. Ahhhhh. A wonderful finish. The prices were really good, everything was so fresh, and the food came out quickly. My filet dish set me back about $8. The pho was in the $6 range. A wonderful meal that can't be beat for the price. An added benefit for me is its proximity to the Riverside Kaiser Hospital where my son is recovering. So if you are looking for good, cheap, healthy, close, and quick, this is a great choice.

I totally love this place, has the best pho. Everything on their menu is so delicious. Great prices & great customer service. Makes you feel very comfortable at home.

Love this place! Their pho is delicious! Fast and friendly service. Best I've ever tried and very affordable

    (5)
  • Breyanna A.

I loved their spring rolls! They tasted really fresh and at good price for the portion. Usually pho places cut them in half and try to serve them as a full serving. :( Their regular pho wasn't too big but it was the perfect size for me. My boyfriend actually finished it for me. The broth was really good and didn't taste too oily like most pho places I've been to. Also the price is really good for what you get. Service was good. The owner (I'm assuming) was very nice to serve us so late. I would definitely come back!

  • Tiffany C.

Probably the most legit Vietnamese restaurant you'll find around the Riverside area. I'm from the 626 area (where there are ENDLESS Vietnamese restaurants..) & I thought this place was pretty good! Their pho was good, and my friend got the filet mignon w/ rice & he said it was pretty good too. Their food is decently priced -- affordable. Their service is pretty good too, the waiters are very friendly.

    (5)
  • David R.

Great place for a great tasting and affordable menu!

    (5)
  • Jason S.

Solid two stars for both food and service, service could be three. Both were ok, but there is way better out there. Pho tasted good, but they were real skimpy with the meat. Sandwiches were all bread, hardly any filling. They really didn't have much else, some rice and appetizers.

    (2)
  • Liz H.

This is definately the best pho in the ie. The pho is the best I have ever had (and I eat pho alot). I always try new places but find myself going right back here. I have become a regular at this place and the servers know my order, they dont even need to bring me a menu!

    (5)
  • Theresa G.

I love their bobba thai milk tea! It is tasty! Only downslide is that yo have to use their atm machine because it is cash only!

    (3)
  • Kirollos G.

Came in on Fri 12/30 for a quick lunch and had the seafood Pho and the shrimp spring roll. They were delicious! I live in the 626 area and there are plenty of choices out there! This was not the single greatest Pho I have ever had or anything but it was great for riverside! So, why not 5 stars? After I left the restaurant I realized I was very over charged, by like $7 or $8! That's a big deal when the entire bill should have been about $10-12 (I was alone). I didn't realize it until I got back to work and by then it would have been too late and too much work to go back and argue over $7. So, food is great, service is ok, but you should check your bill well before you pay!

1/24/2014. Food: 3 stars. Pho noodle had A LOT of onions (green and white). Everything tasted ok. Size was decent not a lot of food. I've had better elsewhere. Service: 2.5 stars. There were four families in there but we had to wait long to order, to get our food, then to ask a couple times for the rest of our two bowls of vermicelli noodles which had never come out even though the other five dishes already had a while ago. Atmosphere: 2.5 stars. Pretty clean but so hot! This was on a weekday around 7 p.m. I don't think the air or any fan was turned on or circulating.

Best in Riverside. There is no debate. I've been eating here since 2005 and the quality has never diminished. The same family that owned this place when it opened, is still the family that runs it today. Their broth is so savory. You can instantly recognize that amount of hours it took to boil down those heavy marrow bones and cheese cloths filled with 5-spice ingredients. This used to be a cash only operation, but they added an atm machine at the register a few years back. Expect a fee. Parking can get tight, so don't be surprised if you have to do a little walking. Dining room is clean and white. Furniture is a little dated, but I'm here for the pho, not to look around and enjoy the view. And when you're done with your pho you can head next door to the Asian market and get a nice boba as a dessert. Now you're Asian...

  • Mayte A.

Favorite pho restaurant in the world. Warning to those who didn't already know...this place is usually always packed. So go with time on your plate

  • Ken Y.

Worst Pho I have had. My wife liked hers. Portions are very small. I ordered Large Pho my wife ordered XLarge Pho to share with our 9 year old. Both Pho came same size. Smoothies not very good and really small in size as well. Prices where eh. $11 for xtra large and $7 for large and both came same size. Service was not real good but what Pho place is. Cash Only but they have an ATM terminal in $5 denominations $.79 charge. 1st transaction $45.79 failed no problem do it again 2nd Transaction went through. I check my bank today and I got charged $45.79 TWICE and charged a $2.50 BofA atm fee TWICE. I am so pissed off with this place I will never eat at this place again. It is far from my house but my wife wanted to try someplace new. I will stick with Pho Vinam.

  • Sophia H.

One of my favorite spots for pho in Riverside. However, best if you bring cash otherwise you will have to pay ATM fees. Good service and broth is not overly greasy like other restaurants in the area.

  • Marcia S.

I'm glad to find another Pho place close to home, other than the empty one in Corona, and the one in Norco that has a limited menu. I still like the one near Tyler Mall best. Staff are friendly and service efficient. They had good business when we visited.

    (4)
  • Lauren G.

Hands down fave spot for pho. 21A everytime. Ugh can't get enough and The Dude who looks like Arnold from happy days is awesome. :)

  • Natalie R.

I'm not terribly picky or experienced when it comes to Viet cuisine, but I'm pretty sure this is one of the best mom and pop pho places I've been to in California. Its very simple, but delicious. The broth is rich and tasty, and the beef was delicious. They also had an extensive boba menu, but I was in a bit of a rush and didn't have time to order one by the time I noticed the board. However, I'm certain that I will be back for more pho, and to try the boba! Very pleased with my first visit. :)

    (4)
  • Didi L.

I just love the food here! I had the filet mignon lunch with Vietnamese coffee! The place is clean and the prices are very good! If you like good pho, this place is for you!

    (4)
  • Mike J.

Its aight. a little mom and pop shop.

    (3)
  • Ward A.

Yes I agree best in the area. Broth is tasty. Beef and noodles are spot on. I like the 3 size option. The spring rolls are delicious. Fast service. Brought out our order fast!

  • Rebecca N.

I have been going to this Pho place since forever. There are a variety of things to eat on their menu, and everything is good. The pho here is probably the best in Riverside. The broth isn't super greasy, but it is aromatic. The noodles are the best here, not too soft or too chewy, just right. The meat is all good. Overall quality is good. The service is quick. Once you order, about a 5 minute-10 minute wait, the food is served. The place is super clean. The staff is super friendly, and my parents and the owners are like best friends. Even my priest loves this place when my family takes him out to eat. He says the food is pretty darn divine. LOL.

  • Brandon D.

DONT EAT HERE FOR ANYTHING! One time I asked the cashier to borrow a pen right. I return it she screams at me Why it's out of ink she yells such strong language at her only customer there! Over a pen! Worst restaurant ever would never come here again! Wish they would finally close! Food is awful dry tasteless flavorless old gross! Hate everything from food to decor! Terrible service bad customer attention! Over priced and awful! Not my idea of a great lunch! :(

  • Alisa L.

The durian fruit smoothie is so yummy! Their pho is amazing!!! The owner seems a little mean but he is a nice guy! I love this place!:)

    (5)
  • Jenny H.

This is my go to pho place. I have been going here since I was in high school and it's just as good as I remembered. The staff here are wonderful, unlike other pho restaurants, they check on their customers and are polite and friendly.

    (5)
  • Anthony C.

Great food, friendly service, always consistent. Highly recommend this place for authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

    (5)
  • Ruby C.

Pho is great, but the service needs some improvement.

    (2)
  • Michelle H.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! I go there at least twice a week and order the seafood soup #27 its AMAZING!!! Tom (the owner) is such a nice guy! and their spring rolls are wonderful!

    (5)
  • Minh P.

the Fried Egg Rolls are great. The Spring Roll is ok, but the most important thing, The Pho, is alright. i dont dislike it, but its not my favorite place to eat it. the great thing about this place is they will serve you the raw beef on the side. i appreciate that a lot. separate checks, they dont do it well. not the best service either, havent found a Vietnamese restaurant that has great customer service yet. WHY IS THAT MY PEOPLES?!? the location its in is definitely Hood. greater chance of car accident in this shopping strip than driving on the freeway. Pho here is good you just gotta risk the elements for a hot bowl of it.

    (3)
  • Zentinii T.

They have yummy durian shake when I have my cravings, however the three color bean dessert coconut milk ruin the taste because it should be the milk instead of the coconut paste. The parking is narrow and small plaza.

    (4)
  • Marjorie E.

Very simply a fantastic, healthy and cheap lunch. I'm a vegetarian, so I love their vegetarian pho, complete with tofu. They will also make you a sandwich with egg instead of meat if you ask (something which is decidedly delicious) and only $3. I also recommend the coffee with condensed milk (strong coffee and very sweet) and the coconut juice. My only issue was that they had the nature channel with the world's grossest bugs on it playing while we were eating. We talked over it, but it was a little gross.

    (5)
  • Ye L.

Came here for a late-ish dinner and don't think I'll come again, not with Pho Star Bowl in the area. They're comparable in terms of quantity, noodle consistency, and veggies, but the broth at Pho 99 is just a bit too watery for my liking. On the upside, they give you perhaps more meat and the prices are maybe a bit cheaper, but I can't quite remember Pho Star Bowl. The service wasn't fast, but wasn't as bad as people make it out. Taro slushie was super tasty...would've pushed it to a 4 but cash-only dings it back down to 3.

    (3)
  • Erik R.

This is a great Pho place! I haven't worked in riverside for a couple years but this was a regular spot for me. Owner is great. Take care of there regulars! Can't wait to come back.

    (5)
  • Carignane v.

Drove past this place en route to Subway. Just tried it and had a good experience. There were only two other patrons when I visited for lunch so seating was no trouble at all! Had Pho Chay. Lots of vegetables and tofu. Very filling, but doesn't leave you sluggishly full. My only complaint was the Fox News being played on the television. Other than that, I would definitely recommend it!

    (4)
  • A. T.

This place is okay. The pho is decent but nothing amazing. The place is usually empty and eerily quiet which kind of makes me uncomfortable to eat in. I eat here when I'm too lazy to take the drive to Pho Ha across the mall.

    (3)
  • Louis N.

This is a nice Pho with very light, grease free soup. The soup is not deep in flavor but has a hint of a nice beef stock flavor. The noodles are slightly chewy and on the soft side but no complaints here. The well done and rare beef slices were ok but lacking that beef goodness flavor to die for, the beef is not the main show here. What takes away the stars are the things that keep you from enjoying a good bowl of Pho. I wasn't expecting this at all and it might have been their off day but the following observations are the things that can easily chase customers away. Vegetables: The basil leaves smelled like sweat for lack of better word (possibly not cleaned well). Waiter: Coughing openly as he work the tables. Bug: There was a gnat floating on my soup, noticed it right away, that black round thing too big to be black pepper grind (I don't get upset over a gnat too much but it was not pleasant still. I took it out and proceeded to eat half the bowl, avoiding where the gnat was floating. I don't over react too much over it, things happen but if every single bowl comes with one in it, I'll throw down the napkin and walk out and never go back). The staff was friendly. The food arrived with just a short wait. The best thing about the Pho here were the noodles (Nice chewyness that doesn't crumble away like cheaper ones). As for the soup and vegetables they'll need to clean up a bit before I swing by again on the way to Barstow outlet or Vegas (right off the 215 fwy, very convenient).

    (1)
  • Jen P.

Hands down some of the best pho in Riverside/Corona area! Only reason for 4 stars is because sometimes the AC isn't on and it gets too warm to properly enjoy the pho.

    (4)
  • Han M.

The pho here is so gross! It's plain and watery. I had to wait forever to my order, and I was the only one there!

    (1)
  • Tammy N.

Pho has no flavor, veggies old and wilted, and spring rolls are dry. Ups? Staff is quick, attentive, and nice and the portions are generous!

    (1)
  • Christina D.

This place is a rarity for me considering I don't live in the La Sierra area. But I do go here with my family. I usually get the #40, which is vermicelli noodles with bean sprouts, cabbage, mint, pork, shrimp and egg rolls and it's really good! Because the sauce on the side isn't overbearing size and flavor wise, it's like I'm not eating soup. I also get the strawberry smoothie with my order and it really is filling. The egg rolls are very good especially because they have meat in them.

  • Roberto M.

Was invited here by a friend, I had never tried Vietnamese food, but as soon as I had it I loved it. Went back with some friends, and I have been really wanted to go back. This place is like a lil hole in the wall, and its pretty good. Really recommend the place.

  • erik d.

I've been going to this place since 2002. I like their pho. The noodles are not soft nor too chewy, just right. Their broth has light flavor, not much on the greasy side. When i need a pho fix this is the spot I prefer because their quality is consistent and their prices are decent. Their staff is friendly compared to others I've been to in the area. Stop by and check them out as they've recently remodeled and their restroom is always clean which is always a good sign that the kitchen is clean also.

    (4)
  • Michael E.

Great pho. Great service, owner is a great guy, good with the customers. I am a regular now due to great experiences.

Came here for the first time last weekend with my bf. We have been looking for a good pho place in Riverside for the longest now and we've finally found it! We were having doubts walking up to this place since there was nobody there, but what the heck.. We decided to give it a try. I got the Pho Bo Vien (meatballs) and it was oh so yummy. My bf wasn't that hungry, so instead, he just ordered the eggrolls and those were delicious! This will be our pho to go spot =)

    (4)
  • Linda T.

The best PHO in Riverside :) This is my go to place for pho in Riverside. The pho comes in a nice broth that's not too sweet or salty, plenty of meats and noodles, and good portions. The owners are nice and really friendly. Try it out, you won't be disappointed :)

    (4)
  • Anthony D.

I love this place. They had an extensive menu; friendly staff; delicious food; everything you can possibly want. Their owner is really down to earth and likes to socialize with his customers. If you are a regular; sometimes they will either lower the price or throw in something extra. This place is close to home; and cheap. You can't go to a better pho place unless you go to the OC or LA. So if you want a place close by, definitely pay this place a visit.

Located in a small strip mall, you would miss this place if you weren't looking for it. You'd miss it even if you were looking for it. Just a random Pho place we found doing a search when we were hungry for pho and took a bit of effort for us to find. Not to much to say of the menu, it is your typical menu at any pho place...all the standard fare. I can't tell you if their broth is more flavorful than others or not. I'm not enough of a pho pro to notice those kinds of differences from other places. But I can tell you the food was yummy. I can tell you that it reminded me of home...the SG Valley...it reminded me of my mom's cooking. The bi cuong spring rolls are tasty. You won't find no stinking peanut sauce...just good ol' smelly vineagar fish sauce...just the way I LOVE it! They call it "special suace" on the menu...special indeed. Nem nuong with rice noodles are equally good. I know...but what about the pho!? I personally stick to the non-pho food, but my hubby is happy and content with the big bowls of pho. I will definitely come back when I'm missing a bit of my mom's cooking. And if anyone happens to go...have a chanh muoi (pickled lemon soda) for me.

  • Still Water Runs Deep F.

The pho isn't that bad, but I've tasted better. Like the other yelper said, you would miss this place if you were not looking for it. I would go here if I was nearby. Not worth traveling here if there is a Pho location closer to you.

  • jamie r.

I have eaten at several Pho places and this is by far the BEST. The food is great and the service is better. Their spring rolls are always fresh and delicious. I LOVE their healthy drink...it's a great alternative to all of the smoothies. You can get any smoothie you want, and get it with or without boba. Tom and his staff are always happy to see you.

Really good pho!!! . They have the pickled jalapenos which is sooo good with the pho, you rarley fine those anywhere at anyother shops.the owner is really nice and jokes alot. DEFINITELY!!!! Coming back!!

Not too bad. Fresh pho, nice portions. Not too expensive and the service is good. I'm a fan

    (4)
  • D N.

I would say Pho here is better than most places in the riverside/corona area. The other items on the menu are decent and prices are average. I always drop by whenever i'm in the area. The owner has this thing for cleanliness so thats a plus in my book. Unlike the luck the other yelper had, i have yet to find any kind of bug in my soup.

    (4)
  • Jin P.

Excellent place to eat in general. While their Pho is average to good, their Bun menu is just outstanding. Noodle is prepped just right, so are the mixtures of veggies, meats, etc. To top it off is the fish sauce (light and not as fishy as some other place) which works great with their Bun. (I only know of 2 places in Little Saigon with this level of Bun) Clean and courteous restraunt. Pho is also good but soup could have been better. Not as deep flavour as it should be.

    (4)
  • Steff J.

A lot of pho broth tastes too salty for me, but the dac biet there is just right. The spring rolls were the best I've had so far at ANY pho place, though! They had the perfect meat:vegetable ratio, and it wasn't just a few pieces of lettuce, a shrimp or two inside of a ricewrap. They were very generous with the ingredients in their spring rolls which I like. Service was like a typical pho restaurant, very prompt, nice manners, and the atmosphere wasn't dirty like a lot of places. I would definitely eat at Pho 99 again.

had lunch on a saturday. enjoyed some spring rolls and a crepe with shrimp. service was good and food also good.easy to find off La Sierra and plenty of parking. I would go back.

This place is located in an unusual place. I don't think you would run into this place unless you were looking for it. Its quite a bit north of the 91 freeway and right into the residential area. As for the food, I tried the bun bo hue and bun cha yo but I thought they were just okay. My wife and I like Pho noodles and this place seems to have the best Pho around in this neck of the wood. If you live in the Corona or Riverside area, I would suggest going here if you want some Pho. Oh, the people that work there are very nice!

I came here for lunch and tried their #19 chicken soup. The soup was very good with only a couple "gristle" pieces. The broth was flavorful with fresh sprouts, lime, jalapeños and basil. Service was very friendly. I will definitely return!

This is the best Pho in the riverside area. I am a Pho fanatic and this broth is off the hook. The service gets 5 stars and cleanliness is 5 stars. I was served a large bowl if Pho Ga in less than 7 minutes and my iced tea in 2 minutes. The staff is polite and friendly too!

This is by far the best place for quality Phô in riverside/corona area. I have been coming back to Phô 99 for 5 years

This is my go to place for pho in Riverside. I always get the veggie pho. They also have good thai tea, boba drinks and smoothies.

Service and food is excellent here. Had their chicken pho and they are gracious with their noodles. Servers ate courteous and quick. Definitely recommend for a good pho place in Riverside!

I've had many pho places in riverside / corona & this one by far beats them all. I'm super picky when it comes to meat I eat at restaurants but I love the chicken in my chicken noodle soup. It's a perfect sized portion for a small gal like myself. My bf and I ate here for the first time together and I have been craving it ever since! Gotta give it a try.

Amazing Pho!! I usually order for take out but tonight my hubby and I decided to dine in. Great service. The food comes out fast and yummy. We only spent $25 for 2 Large Pho, Egg Rolls and 2 drinks. But bring cash in order to avoid the $0.79 charge to pay with credit card.

We had tried other pho in Riverside & this place definitely was better. We had the beef pho with chili paste, Yum. We also tried the Vietnamese egg rolls with lettuce. These were also delicious. I had to try the spring rolls with the peanut sauce & it was well worth it. My husband had the avocado smoothie with boba but in a to go cup. Just what we needed for an after meal as a dessert. Will definitely come back to this place. Especially once it starts to get colder. Oh & btw it was very clean.

My brother and I come here at least 2-3 times per week. We have gotten to know the owners pretty well, and they already know what we like to order. I am vegetarian, so the 21A on the menu (veggie pho with tofu) is just right for me. The broth is pretty tasty. Pair with crispy tofu and you'll be in pho heaven. Food comes nice and hot, and quick. Waiters are friendly. FYI-- BRING CASH! They charge for credit card use. There is an ATM machine in there but we never use it.

Service - The service was okay, we were not greeted or pointed towards anywhere to be seated. The waiter (I think it was the owner) only came to give us the order and never came to see how we were doing, not even to see if we needed more water or any other needs. 2/5 Cleanliness - pretty clean and tidy 4/5 Quality - I ordered rare steak pho, being a casual eater of pho, I consider myself somewhat decent with how pho should taste. The quality was decent as well. Broth was not to watery, they added plenty of steak, it was nice and tender and didn't taste like plastic. 3/5 Side note - I Ordered coconut water and they gave it to me at room temperature. That's a big no no! If you just want a quick meal, this is the place to go. But if you want to enjoy yourself at a pho place, don't come here for that.

Been a regular here for more than 5 years now. Food is good and fast service had always been consistent. Pho#1 is our favorite but also like the Chicken in Egg Noodles Soup. Price is inexpensive compared to the portion. Definitely one of my pho favorite spots.

Kind of disappointed. Saw all the photos on Yelp of #31 egg noodles with BBQ pork + wonton, and decided to try. Noodles tasted like instant noodles. Wonton tasted plain and likely pre-made also. Broth was salty with lots of MSG. Spring Rolls (white skin, non-fried) also were so-so. On the plus side, prices were very reasonable / cheap, and food came out quick. Portion sizes were decent. Probably our fault since we didn't order their pho. Might consider trying them again. But based on the egg noodles and spring rolls we had - it was only 2 stars.
