I've been here several times and finally decided to write a review. The servers have always been helpful and courteous. The food is always great! Make sure to check into the secret menu!

I'm not a big fan of In N Out, in general. I know... un-American, yadda yadda... Anyway, I had a craving for it today. Not sure why, but I headed to the closest one and while my food tasted fine and just like In N Out... here I am 3 hours later SICK SICK SICK. Boo! Plus, what is it with the french fries. I mean I like them fine, as long as I can pick through them to get rid of all the weird ones and then drench them in catsup. So, here's a tip at this particular In N Out. If it's your first time, be prepared, there are TWO drive through lines. YES two. If you don't see anyone in line on the left, GO THERE! It's not a throughway, it's a drive through. I chose POORLY. Anyway, I don't think I will be back to this location. Maybe I'll feel differently when my stomach stops gurgling and trying to expel what was ingested.

Aye - In-N-Out is such a great institution for what fast food in America could be - they have a university that trains their employees how to look clean and be professional and you always feel that at the majority of the locations that you visit. Unfortunately this location was not up to par with the other locations. I live in the Los Angeles region and work in many area's, I was staying at the DoubleTree just down the road and was going to walk but usually the drive-thru's move much faster - especially when there are 2 lanes. I pulled in at 12:10 and didn't exit until 12:42 - that is by far the longest wait at an In-N-Out other than the the Dean Martin location in Vegas back in 2011 where I waited for over an hour (they forgot my order and after 30 minutes I told them and it took them another 30 minutes to make it again. For the wait they gave me vouchers for 3 free meals.) Regardless I have no idea why it took so long and why they feel it's ok to keep people waiting for so long for their food. They had at least 10+ people working in their that it shouldn't have been that slow. When I pulled in the girl taking the order had an attitude for some reason and even rolled her eyes at me when I said I wanted Protein Style but said, "you know what I will just have it regular." The guy at the window did make it up however and treated me in the typical In-N-Out way. 2 stars for the nice guy at the window and that the food - although not perfect, was better than Hollywood - The location in Hollywood by far has the worst tasting food out of all the locations I have been too. It's unfortunate this location has set such a bad image of In-N-Out to visitors because as I have read in the reviews, most are here on holiday or travel being near the airport and staying at the hotels and they leave thinking In-N-Out is not that great of a brand when in actuality it's the best fast food place to get a burger.

Food was great but we waited FOREVER because they waited on many, many cars before we even got our walk-up order.

In-N-Out is quite a popular place and I got a chance to check it out for the first time last week. I got the regular cheeseburger with grilled onions and that was quite fresh and really good. The fries were soggy and cold though, so it was a disappointment. Next time, I'm going to have to check out the shakes because I heard they're delish... Overall, not the best burger I've had but it was fresh. I'd skip on the fries though!

I can't complain about the food , the only thing is that it is very small it's literally a drive thru. You can't go inside because it's just a kitchen. So since its small they take pretty long to give you your order! I think they should expand to get a bigger grill.

    (3)
  • Cynthia R.

Drive thru is always fast. They have never messed up my order and the staff is pretty nice!

Bomb.com I love coming here I hate the wait but it was well worth it!!!!!!!!! I the animal fries are the best ahah

    (5)
  • Eric B.

I love in-n-out...I have no complaints about the food but this location sucks! 50 mins in drive thru and the little lane organizer made a mess of the process. I realize it is a Friday night but this is ridiculous.

Yum yum yum! As far as fast food goes, this is where it is at. The burgers are large, juicy, and full of flavor. Protein style offers the best around. The fries are my favorite and if you really want a splurge, go for the animal style. Cheese, grilled onion (I don't even like onions and they were great), and special sauce.

  • Pola M.

I love this place Hamburgers are yummy and the fires are freshly made. menu is simple the only thing I don't like the long line in the drive thru

We're housing sitting our daughter's home in Ontario, decided to go here to pick up dinner. What a huge mistake!!!! The worst Inn&out place of them all. Drive thru lanes are terrible, I wanted to get out and go elsewhere but couldn't, took forever!!! Terrible, management should look to improve this matter!!

    (1)
  • Michael S.

This place is so bull shit with the wait. All dramatic..... Don't waste your time. It's an in out fix. Go to the real in an out in Baldwin park.

    (1)
  • Doug T.

Great Regional Chain! off the menu is Animal Style fries and Burgers, which includes caramelized onions. It's not quite the speed of a McDonalds so be prepared to wait about 4 minutes. Everything is fresh and the lettuce / Onions & tomatos some of the freshest.

BY FAR THE BEST IN N OUT IN THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA/ONTARIO AREA!!!! One might think that any ol IN N OUT will do, but they are wrong. If you are an IN N OUT fanatic/regular, you can discern the quality from one store to the next. Imo this is the best!! It has the old school duel drive thru windows with no dinning room. Therefore, their complete focus is on the drive thru. So, your food come right off the grill and into your lap piping hot!!! Furthermore, they actually care about how your food looks and tastes. For example, the guy who brought my food to my window had a smirk of proud admiration on his face as he said "you're gonna want to Instagram that one!" As if it were a work of art or something. I looked down at my 3x3 animal style with grilled onions and it WAS a beauty!! Looked back up and again he said "Instagram that one!" Things like that makes this location the best. I pass up two other locations to come here!

This was my second time having a burger at this iconic institution. As I recalled from my first visit, the patty was a little on the thin side. So, I get a double this time, and It was just okay to me. I would probably not play a game of "Frogger" crossing the highway to get to one of these burger joints in the future.

  • Luis G.

In N Out never disappoints me! :) I usually order 2 combos for myself, one for now and the other for later. The lines are always long so I don't like to even think of going back later that day. I recommend all In N Outs :)

They serve me this for my birthday I better get my money back! They serve you old french fries or mixed old ones

  • Andrew P.

Oh people always have something to complain about its seems. It's In-n-Out... Always the same deliciousness. If you don't want to wait in line here, then go across the street to the Wendy's they could use your business.

in and out normally has great service in ANY area ive been in...i Love in and out, i could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. However, this in and out sucked ! i found a nasty DARK BLACK hair melted in the cheese in animal style fries i ordered...when i went to talk to the cashier, "Daniel", about it he said are you sure its not your hair when i have light brown hair and the girl i was with has sandy brown hair. Then when the girl i was with asked for more ketchup, he actually tried to flirt with her! LOL this dude needs to learn how to do his job better. if i wasnt in such a good mood i would have spoken to his manager...

We have been out of town for awhile so it's been a few months since I've had a double double. Man its a travesty how much sodium they put in the meat! I've been eating fresh hamburgers in Idaho for two months and come back looking forward to In n Out only to be repulsed. Have I been eating sodium burgers for all of these years? Is it some additive or filler coveted up by the special sauce?

    (2)
  • William C.

Awesome food, but for whatever reason this place is always super slow. Doesn't matter if it's empty or swamped the service is always slow, which is not like the other in n out's in the area. The "right turn only" exit that everyone ignores is a major accident waiting to happen too.

    (3)
  • Jarrod M.

Super slow if you use the walk - up window. Drive through is moving ever so much faster. With a full staff we have waited over 12minutes. All of our orders were off the normal menu

Today was our first time at In & Out Burger. We're over-the-road truck drivers and whenever we're in southern California or Las Vegas, we always see the long lines of cars in the drive thru of every In & Out Burger we pass. Today we found an opportunity to see what all the fuss is about, and we are VERY pleased. The kitchen staff were very friendly, helpful and swift. having never been to In & Out Burger before, I didn't know what to look order. The young lady behind the counter was happy to explain the options and choices that were available and the customers in line behind me were also happy to pitch in their In & Out Burger expertise. These burgers had the freshest, crunchiest, lettuce, tomato and onions I've ever had in my life. The burgers were huge and I enjoyed trying to get my mouth around them to take a bite and I'm a big guy. I was disappointed in the fries, they were cold and soft. There was a young man with a tablet, taking drive thru orders. He asked if we enjoyed our meal and we said yes, then he shocked us when he asked us if he could refill our drinks. Awesome customer service. We gave him our cups and he promptly brought them back, filled to the top with ice cold beverages. We'll be back.

I'm giving 2 stars because well it's IN -N- OUT I write this review as I have plenty of time because I've been sitting in the drive thru line for 40 min. Yes 40 min. I've never in my life sat this long in a drive thru. I won't be coming back to this location

Stayed at the sheraton across the street from this location last night and got hungry right before bed. pulled into the drive through at 12:57 (because the "sorry we are closed" cones had not been placed out yet). the car in front of us had just placed their order when one of the employees came out to tell us they "weren't serving anyone else, that was the last order" 1. i made it all the way into the drivethru before an employee placed the close sign to close the drive through lane. 2. though i SHOULD have stood my ground and forced them to take my order i decided not too since these punks were in SUUUUCH a hurry to get out to spend their minimum wage. I'm sure they would have tampered with my order out of sheer spite, so reluctantly i had to back out. 3. the drive through is rounded...while i was backing out i rubbed my tire on the curb, because ironically, i was actually planning on driving-thru. as we back out the snickering employee with some glasses, feeling really pleased with himself for bossing me out of the drive thru, proceeded to place the "closed" sign to block the drive through. the sign he should have put BEFORE I got there 4. management shouldn't hire people that don't want to work, period. no matter what the circumstance. if a customer shows up and you're able to serve them, you shut your mouth and serve them, they are the reason you get paid. i'm a local and will never be coming to this pathetic excuse of an in n out ever again. after reading the other reviews about how terrible the wait, service, and food were. I'm glad i went to the jack in the box down the way, where i was greeted by a smiling woman working the grave-yard shift. she made everyone at this in and out look pathetic DON'T COME HERE

A double-double animal style with animal style fries, and a lemonade.....Yes please! I arrived to this location, about 4 minutes after I landed at Ontario International Airport, and got my rental car. This is the closest In-N Out to the airport, so I'm sure it caters to all the former Californians, visiting back home, that want that So Cal taste again. In N Out has a pretty basic menu, but try ordering in secret code for a well made burger to your liking. The not so "secret" menu has been revealed. You can order a 3X3, 4X4, 5X5, Which is 3, 4, or 5 patties, and cheese slices to match. 20X20 if you are really hungry. Protein style, for the low carb enthusiast. Mustard grilled patty, Grilled cheese, chopped chili on the burger, and of course animal style.........grilled onions, extra pickles, and thousand island dressing. I will definitely be back, when I return to Cali for my In N Out fix!

  • Johanna G.

Lines are a bit long most of the time and extent out towards the street . Service is always friendly and they go as quickly as they possibly can to get you in and out quickly

    (4)
  • Chris A.

Slow drive thru. Be prepared to wait idling in your car for 30 minutes. Painfully slow

    (2)
  • Stefan M.

Classic! What more can I say. Simple Tasty Affordable Negatives... Fries are NOT good to go as they get cold way to quick due to their cut. Drive through takes FOREVER! Never had a XXL shirt on hand whenever I went to purchase one. Good burgers Good shakes God times!

    (4)
  • Sheryll R.

Poor customer service! The waiting time is too long!!!! They're so different from other in and out fast food chain..

    (1)
  • Syed U.

don't go there long wait and the don't belive in first come first serve policy, and when you talk to the manager Daniel, he gives you a bullshit answer. people will pull up after you and the will leave before you in drive thru. go to the one on foothill.

    (1)
  • Matthew E.

That's what a hamburger is all about, duh! Can't really go wrong, this place did seem a little slow with the wait time. But at least I always get my food handed to me by little hotties.

    (5)
  • Anonymous U.

Just got a burger from there and it was awesome!! In n out is always great but sometimes you get a burger that's extra special and this was one of those times! Just a cheeseburger animal style protein style. It was extra saucy and had a good amount of pickles. It's times like these when I remember how much and exactly why I love in n out

    (5)
  • Frank Castle T.

Amanda did a great job taking my order with a smile on her face ill be back for her excellent service plus my burger was made exactly how I ordered it

We stayed at the Sheraton Ontario Airport for a couple nights and had a few choices of fast food restaurants within a short walk. Yoshinoya was standard, pretty sketchy looking people in the strip mall though, I would not go there at night. Wendy's was really slow, took at least 10 minutes to order with only one customer in front of me. So tonight we tried the In N Out, big mistake. From our room window we can see the constant line of cars there, but figured if we walked up maybe it would be faster? Wrong. There was a crowd of people around the order and pickup window and I made my way to the front, everyone else was waiting for their food. That should have been my first indication to go somewhere else. So after a few minutes the guy came to the window and said it's going to be at least 15 minutes. I should have left right then, but I placed my order. As we were waiting a homeless guy and a pit bull with no leash came walking up to the crowd and the guy was begging for money. I left Downtown LA to get away from beggars, but there are quite a few right around the hotel. I had my Taser out and ready to either shoot the man or the pit bull as my wife and dog were with me. The dog kept trying to get to my dog and my wife had to hold her in her arms to keep it from bothering her. So we're still waiting for our food, going on 20 to 25 minutes. The homeless guy moved on but the dog won't leave. After about 30 minutes or so, they finally call my number and we head back to the hotel, with the pit bull following us all the way to the front door. I open up the bag and our fries are cold! The burgers were good, so at least one thing was done correctly. Don't bother coming here, ever. After reading the other reviews there's a consistent problem with the long lines and waiting times. That's just not acceptable for an In and Out. I've been to so many all over the West and this ties for the slowest service along with the Carson location.

  • Rhiannon R.

No matter where I go. The food and product is always consistent with this company. This particular one has a very strange layout. I feel bad for the guys that were working in that tiny square of a kitchen. MAKE SURE IF YOU CHOSE THE LEFT DRIVE-THRU THAT YOU HAVE A PASSENGER IN YOUR CAR. Otherwise you will have to get out of your car and go to the window. The window is on the passenger side. The right drive-thru is on the driver's side. It did seem like we had to wait a little bit to get our food once we got to the window, but they were pretty busy with 6 cars waiting on food plus two others behind us. I didn't like this place but I rate on the food and In-N-Out is always good and the service was just fine.

    (4)
  • Emy R.

The food was great and the people were super nice as always but the service was pretty slow :( I think they were short staffed at this location which happens.

    (3)
  • Jake V.

Crazy slow, but worth the wait for greasy in an out. Outside seating only.

    (3)
  • Bill W.

Old school In-n-Out, no indoor seating, all outdoor seating. Almost no parking. Made to drive through almost exclusively. Has bathroom if you do find a parking spot. Right off the freeway by ONT airport, which is why I keep coming back to this one.

    (4)
  • Chelsea J.

HORRIBLE. Don't come here if you're hungry because you won't be eating any time soon. I sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes! They need to upgrade and get more ovens or something because for as busy as in n out gets, this does not work for them. Take the 5 minutes and drive down 4th to the one on Milliken. It's worth it. They deserve 5 stars. This place sucks. Never coming back.

    (1)
  • Cedric A.

I've had better, but it's ok. Sacramento in n out burgers were more tasty. That didn't put enough sauce on my burger, it was a long wait. It's old school though. I did like that, but crowed for a couple burgers isn't ideal.

    (3)
  • Averie P.

Love the food, but the service here is SO SLOW every single time my bf and I find ourselves in the drive thru for over 30 mins!!! We've left in line 2x to go to the in n out off Millekin it's Inconvenient since we live closer to this one. SLOW! If your hungry don't even bother coming to this location you'll be here forever.

    (1)
  • Royce L.

The drive threw line on the left is always faster the employes are always nice and in good moods seams to be a clean environment 5 stars!!

    (5)
  • Gary S.

First let me say that in and out is probably one of the best burgers on the planet. Having said that this location has definitely fallen short on the service side. Ordered a couple of burgers and a two orders of fries. Not rocket science. Had to wait at the drive thru for like 20 minutes and watch one side fly through while my side clearly waited the longest. Whatever. Finally get up to the window and paid the meal . Got the bag and drove off. Partially my fault for not double checking but regardless I got home and looked in the bag and they forgot one fry. Are you kidding me!! This is bullcrap. With the simplicity of their menu it seems unbelievable that they could screw this up. The one star only applies to the service. The food would get 5. Probably will not visit this location again. I think corporate ought to take a little visit here and make a few changes. A little disappointed right now.

    (1)
  • Zee S.

love it, love it and love it. Always The Best food and........oh my God, Ice cream shakes are made with real ice cream. Staff is always super friendly, smiles and busy making people happy. Only one location was super slow but not this.......these guys rock!

    (5)
  • Bill D.

The drive thru is terrible. 20 min to wait and 2 lanes. How is one lane faster then the other. Come on you guys can do better wait should not take this long to order and get a burger. Not pleased but stuck in line.

    (1)
  • Melissa G.

Living on the east coast, I relish the opportunity to go to In and Out when I can. I have been to this location twice and twice the fries have been undercooked and underwhelming. So, no more fries for me. However, the burger is one of a kind. It was juicy, tasty and fun to eat. I got the #1 animal style with grilled onions. Good stuff. Service was fast enough and I was lucky enough to get a table at this drive through only venue. I will go back more than likely when I am in Ontario again.

    (3)
  • Dennis L.

I know, I know...5 stars for a fast food burger seems crazy! However In-N-Out just delivers! My first experience with In-N-Out was a few years back, and I have been craving double-double ever since. On this occasion, my wife and I made this location our first stop after the airport. I ordered a double-double and french fries animal style. Absolutely delicious! There is truly something about the meat and the bun that make their burgers stand out. Later in the week, I had the double-double animal style which pretty much sealed the deal on the 5 stars. Service was pretty quick at this outside dining/drive-thru only location. I also enjoyed learning that In-N-Out is a family owned company and about the pride they take in the quality of their product. I look forward to my next trip to California.

    (5)
  • Adam B.

The burger was very greasy, but what can you expect from a fast food place. The fries were very mushy and I would not recommend them. I went there for lunch and there were two cars in front if me in line and it took about 15 minutes to get through somehow. I'll pass next time I come out to the west, since I don't get the love for In-N-Out burgers

    (3)
  • Joshua L.

Awesome as usual. Animal style + extra pickles and tomatoes. This is a drive-thru w/ a walk-up stand. No indoor seating. You get what you get. You get in-n-out burgers. Awesome! Some people seem to complain about a long line/wait. Must've been an off day because it was not bad at all even with 5 cars ahead of me.

    (4)
  • Monkey T.

For a chain, it's still one of the best family-owned burger joints around. Quick, reliable, good quality burgers made with the freshest ingredients possible. Very grateful for this nearby location, service is friendly and fast. After work, Monkey went on a long, hot run. The sight at the end of the horizon came to a point. An arrow to be exact... Pointing to In-N-Out. Monkey do 2 DBLDBLs, PROTEIN & ANIMAL STYLE = 2 double cheeseburgers with grilled onions and wrapped in lettuce. Add extra tomatoes to that and eat that mess elsewhere, as there are no tables here.

    (4)
  • Josue D.

Always have to wait a while to get food and make sure to get your meat well done Xs 2. (it sometimes come out pink). I live close by but only go there a couple times a year. Tables outside need to be cleaned because they are sticky and dirty.... Over all though I like the taste of the burgers :D

    (3)
  • Matthew L.

its an average in n out lol. It is good and service is fine. Only problem is the ugly white women

    (3)
  • George S.

Incredibly slow compared to other locations with the same length drive-thru line. Would definitely not recommend for a lunch break. You'll end up spending an hour waiting only to eat it on the way back to work, or at your desk. Not cool.

    (1)
  • Nick H.

Big woopdie doo. In n Out everywhere.. But, without much to eat in the area, other than the Euro Thai place, this location makes for a good alternative. The strawberry shakes are the best. Make sure there's nobody spying on you as you suck it down..can be quite embarrassing. In n Out..soo yummy going down but so fatty after.

    (3)
  • Kevin G.

Great location, very nice staff. They messed up my order which surprised me as the menu is so basic.

    (3)
  • Robin H.

In other parts of the country where In-n-Out Burger is not available you will hear the phrase "It's kind of like In-n-Out" - many burgers try but none can compare. It says alot when the first meal that you eat when you come into town is an In-n-Out... mmmmmmmmm. Like other reviews say there is only outside seating but tonight was great eating weather. I ordered a #1 (double cheeseburger w/ onions, fries and a root beer - came back after for a vanilla shake). I was in my happy place with grease dripping down my chin. I know I will pay for this later but it was worth it.

    (5)
  • Enrique J.

make sure you hire people that can take orders right, overcharged for shit we didnt even getn , in n out is better than that..

    (1)
  • Greg S.

The best burger in the west !!!!

    (5)
  • Edward L.

This place is conveniently located just off the 10 FWY. Like most other In-N-Out joints, this place is usually busy, but the wait time isn't horrendous. There are 2 drive through windows, although I don't know if it just me, but the right lane always seems to be going faster. The food here is fresh the majority of the time, but sometimes the fries can be a bit stale. The burgers, however, always taste great. The staff is always friendly, so that's a big plus.

  • Juan M.

Heading to the Upland soccer fields coming from a baptism in Murrieta, with not a lotta time to spare, but starving and couldn't resist that grilled onion scent, so we pulled over (around 1:30 pm). Three double-doubles, one animal style, one cheeseburger no onion, two fries, two large drinks, a couple sides of spread, five minutes if that, ordering, paying, grabbing the food and driving out of the drive thru. Fastest In-N-Out I've ever been to. No compromise on flavor or quality of burgers. Only complaint was the fries weren't the freshest and a little dry. But then again, what difference does it make when you drench them in spread anyway? : )

    (4)
  • Andrew T.

The longest I have ever had to wait for In-N-Out... that shenanigans got my blood boiling. I only ordered their cheeseburger with chop chili, animal style.. with fries well done... i waited like for over 15mins. :( When you mess with my food you mess with my emotions yo. But boy was it delicious... taste is uniform so why bother describing it. I'm only giving a lower rating because of the long abnormal wait... till next time bro. OHH AND THERES NO INSIDE EATING AREA. LAme sauce... Smell you later.

    (2)
  • Ryan S.

It is hard to write a review about a major chain restaurant, but a couple key sentences about this In-N-Out. #1 - Two drive thrus do not = 2x as fast... actually worked out to be 2x slower. #2 - No inside dining. This wasn't a problem for me, but may be for you. #3 - I will take the usual: #1, Grilled Onions w/ Ketchup Instead.

  • Dan W.

Great burgers and frys, The drive thru is always packed and the walk up is just plain hot! This is due to the summer heat. No fault of In&out. Got there and had the usual line of cars but the fast cooking of the great personal brang us right up to the window and reciving our food and as usual the food was great! All of the staff was great and made sure we got everything we had asked for. I cant wait to visit again...

    (4)
  • Harry M.

Worst service in the Onatrio area we waited over 25 mins. to get our food and we when got the food was cold. They were short handed in reguards to staff not enough to handle the drive through and the walk up window. To bad because this location is usally pretty good.

  • Corey G.

This is where I got my In-N-Out fix upon landing in So. Cal via the very nearby Ontario International Airport. Yeah, it was late when I got in, and I was tired, and probably shouldn't have had a late dinner, but it's freakin' In-N-Out. So, I had a cheeseburger meal w/ a pink lemonade. I slobbered, slurped, and scarfed the meal. It tasted fine to me. My sister (who lives down here) says the fries tasted like paper...I didn't care. So, if you're flying into the Ontario Airport, and you need to appease your belly, drop by this In-N-Out.

    (4)

Old school In-N-Out where there are two drive thru lines and the walk-up window. Service speed is limited to the size of the cooking surface, and that's limited, so don't expect your burger to be done in a matter of seconds. Generally I have no issues with the place. Like I said, it's an old school version of a drive thru.

I LOVE IN-N-Out but avoid this one. It usually takes 20 minutes to get food here since the drive thru is packed and the service window is slow.

My first visit to In-N-Burger ever. I've heard great things, but unfortunately I was greatly disappointed. I got two #1's, the double double both with shakes. The burgers were fine. The fries were a big disappointment. Extremely overcooked, absolutely no potato whatsoever. My co-worker, who eats anything even hated them. The vanilla shake tasted like a McDonald's shake. The chocolate one, well, it was completely melted and on the first drink I got nothing but a mouthful of chocolate syrup. I took the lid off and it wasn't even mixed. It was all white with a swirl or two of chocolate. Staff was friendly. I travel for work, and in the future I won't go out of my way to get to an In-N-Out Burger.

This is the In-N-Out that I decided to go to for a late night snack during our trip to SoCal. It's a "split" drive-through, with a central area for the kitchen and the staff to take orders from either the driver's or passenger side--dependent on which side you drove through, or you can opt and walk-up to the window that is between the drive through. It seemed pretty hopping, and the line for the drive through extended into the parking, when I made me order at around 10:30pm. Since it was late, I just ordered two orders of fries and got a strawberry shake. As with most In-N-Outs, it took them about five minutes to get my order complete. The whole time I contemplated if I had made a mistake and should have gone through the drive-through at the Wendy's, instead. I was in SoCal. That's near sacrilege to do something like that! Fries and shake finally came out, and I drove them back to our hotel. Ate the fries, drank my shake, watched some television and headed to bed. Perfect evening if you ask me!

This is a great In-N-Out location, but with no dining room. (Yeah, this is one of those dual-lane outside eating space only because it's Southern California locations). The customer service is quick and great, and it has that standard In-N-Out shine. I recommend giving it a go, especially between 9:30pm and 11:00pm since it seems like most In-N-Outs are basically dead then. Bonus points because it's close to the freeway (like right off the freeway).

Let me start with saying that I love In 'n Out. If you love In 'n Out, do yourself a favor and go to one of the other locations nearby they are all great. This is the only one I have ever had sub par food at. I just had a Burger that was over cooked, over salted, and with no spread on it at all, when I had order an animal style burger. This is not the only time I have had food here that was not up to the chains high standards. Last time they gave us fries that we had to throw out. If you love In 'n Out do yourself a favor and go to a different location. I personally avoid this location, but my wife will pickup food here since it next to the freeway off ramp.

I had a four hour layover at the Ontario Airport so I decided to have an adventure and walk here for some dinner and see what they famous In-n-Out was all about. My Double-Double was awesome as was my Chocolate shake. The fries were just OK. The service was fast and extremely polite. In-n-Out gets my stamp of approval!
